- 0:59Speaker 5: Welcome back to the weekend. Hope everybody had a great weekend.
- 1:02Speaker 5: Thank god, it was a kind of uneventful weekend. Right,
- 1:05Speaker 5: Nothing major in the news other than us blowing up
- 1:09Speaker 5: blowing a hole in an iranium chip. But other than that,
- 1:12Speaker 5: everything was actually quite copasetic in the news. I wanted
- 1:16Speaker 5: to lead off today. It's a few big stories out there.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Again.
- 1:19Speaker 5: I picked stories different than the rest of the media.
- 1:22Speaker 5: A gunman kills Canadian tourist at a popular Mexican pyramid site.
- 1:27Speaker 5: Local Mexican outlet Millennia reports an armed attack at an
- 1:32Speaker 5: archaeological site located in central Mexico, twenty five miles northeast
- 1:37Speaker 5: of Mexico City. Preliminary reports the attacker climbed the pyramid
- 1:43Speaker 5: of the Moon and fired. A tourist confirmed that the
- 1:46Speaker 5: fatality from the armed attack at the Tao Chitchu Kuan
- 1:51Speaker 5: Archaeological Zone is of Canadian nationality. So Canadian tourists killed
- 1:57Speaker 5: at a popular Mexican pyramid site. Can you, I, madge,
- 2:00Speaker 5: You're going on a vacation and not realizing you're never
- 2:03Speaker 5: coming home, or you are coming home in a wooden
- 2:05Speaker 5: box and your life is over and everybody in love
- 2:08Speaker 5: will never see you again.
- 2:09Speaker 3: You'll never see them again. And the only reason I
- 2:11Speaker 3: made that the.
- 2:11Speaker 5: Lead story is, uh, my friends are always telling me.
- 2:15Speaker 5: So many of my friends are telling me how great
- 2:17Speaker 5: Mexico is. They love going to these gorgeous five star
- 2:20Speaker 5: resorts in Mexico.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I've never been to one of them.
- 2:22Speaker 5: You know why, Because I would assume someone like me
- 2:24Speaker 5: would get kidnapped and murdered in Mexico.
- 2:26Speaker 3: I don't go near Mexico.
- 2:28Speaker 5: I think any American who goes to Mexico's out of
- 2:30Speaker 5: their mind, not only because they could be murdered and
- 2:32Speaker 5: their family could be raped, assaulted, murdered, kidnap, but also
- 2:37Speaker 5: because why.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Would you reward one of our worst enemy countries.
- 2:41Speaker 5: They're not our friends, they're not our partners, they're not
- 2:44Speaker 5: our allies. There are enemy They're a narco country controlled
- 2:48Speaker 5: by drug cartels. Why would you reward them with your
- 2:52Speaker 5: money when you could just go to Hawaii?
- 2:55Speaker 3: Right?
- 2:55Speaker 5: You go to a nice country that isn't our enemy?
- 2:57Speaker 5: Nice country? Why is one of our states? But it's
- 3:00Speaker 5: like a nice country. It's thousands of miles away, it's
- 3:02Speaker 5: six hours away from the West coast, ten twelve hours
- 3:05Speaker 5: away from the East coast. It seems like another country,
- 3:08Speaker 5: but it's safe, it's American owned, it's American currency, and
- 3:12Speaker 5: you're not going to get killed in Hawaii.
- 3:14Speaker 3: You know, why does anyone go to Mexico? I have
- 3:16Speaker 3: no idea.
- 3:17Speaker 5: So I spend my time in Park City, Utah, and Hawaii,
- 3:20Speaker 5: or two of my favorite Dallas, Texas another place I
- 3:23Speaker 5: head two for vacation time to time, and then mar
- 3:25Speaker 5: A Lago down in Florida. But I stay close to
- 3:28Speaker 5: home and I stay inside America. I have no interest
- 3:30Speaker 5: in going to Mexico. Here's another story that reminds me
- 3:34Speaker 5: of what is going on down in Mexico.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Why no American should go to Mexico.
- 3:38Speaker 5: US and Mexican officials assigned to a cartel case are
- 3:41Speaker 5: killed in a car accident. If you believe that one
- 3:44Speaker 5: I have a bridge to sell you in Las Vegas,
- 3:47Speaker 5: over the Atlantic or over the Gulf of America. In
- 3:50Speaker 5: Las Vegas, two US officials and two Mexican officials assigned
- 3:54Speaker 5: to combat cortel operations died in a car accident in
- 3:58Speaker 5: northern Mexico state of Chilewa Wuahwah on Sunday. A US
- 4:01Speaker 5: embassy spokesman said the Mexican officials were the director of
- 4:04Speaker 5: the state's investigation agency and an officer adding and an
- 4:09Speaker 5: officer adding they were on operation destroy clandestine drug laboratories
- 4:14Speaker 5: and municipality of Morellos. This tragedy is a solemn reminder
- 4:19Speaker 5: of the risk faced by those Mexican US officials who
- 4:22Speaker 5: are dedicated to protecting our communities, said Ambassador Ronald Johnson. Hey, Ronald,
- 4:27Speaker 5: mister Ambassador. They were killed by the Mexican drug cartel.
- 4:31Speaker 5: There was either a bomb in their car, or the
- 4:33Speaker 5: cartel got into the electronics in their car and had
- 4:36Speaker 5: him turned sideways into a an electric pole, or they
- 4:39Speaker 5: rammed them with a truck and shot them in the head,
- 4:42Speaker 5: and they're calling that an accident. I'm telling you, the
- 4:44Speaker 5: cartels killed these four people in Mexico as sure as
- 4:47Speaker 5: I'm standing here, God rest their souls. They're working to
- 4:50Speaker 5: fight drugs, and this is what happens in Mexico. See,
- 4:53Speaker 5: those things like that do not happen in the United States.
- 4:55Speaker 3: How come in the.
- 4:56Speaker 5: History of the United States, I've never heard of four
- 4:59Speaker 5: major people fighting drug cartels in say, California, New Mexico, Arizona,
- 5:05Speaker 5: and Nevada, right, all the states battling by the border.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Never heard of them getting in a car.
- 5:10Speaker 3: Accident all dying. Never heard that before. But it happens
- 5:13Speaker 3: in Mexico.
- 5:14Speaker 5: You know why, because they murdered them, sure as I'm
- 5:17Speaker 5: standing here. Also in that same vein, US military blows
- 5:20Speaker 5: up a drug boat in the Caribbean.
- 5:22Speaker 3: It kills three narco terrorists.
- 5:24Speaker 5: This happened today, or at least they released the unclassified
- 5:29Speaker 5: video of the US vaporizing a drug boat in Caribbean.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Today. Didn't happen today. It happened on April nineteenth, That
- 5:35Speaker 3: was yesterday.
- 5:37Speaker 5: A Joint task for Southern Spear conducted a lethal connectic
- 5:43Speaker 5: connectic strike on a vessel operated by Tsigonado Terrorist Organizations.
- 5:47Speaker 5: Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transitting along a non NARCO
- 5:52Speaker 5: trafficking route in the Caribbean was engaged in narco trafficking operations.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Three male NARCO terrorists were killed during this action. Last week,
- 6:00Speaker 5: the US blew up an ARCO boat in the Eastern Pacific.
- 6:03Speaker 5: The US military has destroyed at least fifty truck boats
- 6:07Speaker 5: since September.
- 6:10Speaker 3: And I cheer, and I say, God bless America.
- 6:13Speaker 5: If they aren't going to blow if the don't want
- 6:14Speaker 5: to get blownup, don't get in the drug biz and
- 6:17Speaker 5: don't ride along known drug roots and put.
- 6:19Speaker 3: Up a white flag and say we give up.
- 6:21Speaker 5: If you don't want to get killed, that's the only
- 6:23Speaker 5: way to do it, all right, So now we get
- 6:25Speaker 5: to what is really the big news story of the day.
- 6:28Speaker 5: First of all, it's a bad it's been a bad
- 6:30Speaker 5: weekend for Obama. Wayne is not very few things make
- 6:34Speaker 5: Wayne really happy and laugh on the air.
- 6:37Speaker 3: One of them is a bad weekend for Obama.
- 6:38Speaker 5: First of all, Obama, both Obamas, and Netflix have reportedly
- 6:42Speaker 5: parted ways. That's number one, because everything they touched turns
- 6:46Speaker 5: to you know what. So they gave them what one
- 6:49Speaker 5: hundred million dollars and they produced a bunch of crap
- 6:51Speaker 5: and nobody watched. Higher Ground, the dumb production company founded
- 6:56Speaker 5: by Barry Michelle Obama in twenty eighteen, is arting ways
- 7:00Speaker 5: with Netflix after eight years under a lucrative first look deal.
- 7:04Speaker 5: Higher Ground and Netflix will not renew when the deal
- 7:06Speaker 5: expires at the end of twenty twenty six. Over the weekend,
- 7:11Speaker 5: the failed former president appear to want to get in
- 7:13Speaker 5: front of the news and spin in a positive way.
- 7:15Speaker 3: We were in a partnership with Netflix.
- 7:17Speaker 5: We're in the process now transitioning to a more independent future.
- 7:20Speaker 5: We can work with a bunch of different studios. Meanwhile,
- 7:24Speaker 5: they bribed them with like one hundred million dollars. You
- 7:27Speaker 5: know that was liberals engineering a deal for wonderful Michelle
- 7:30Speaker 5: and Barack.
- 7:30Speaker 3: What do they know about good TV? Nothing? And you go,
- 7:32Speaker 3: what is Wayne Ruteno about good TV?
- 7:34Speaker 5: Well, first of all, Barack Obama's never hosted a TV show.
- 7:36Speaker 5: I've hosted nothing but TV shows for almost six decades.
- 7:39Speaker 3: Can you believe that.
- 7:40Speaker 5: If I'm still on TV in twenty thirty four years
- 7:43Speaker 5: from now, I'll have been on TV for six decades?
- 7:47Speaker 5: I think other than Dick Clark, and maybe even I
- 7:49Speaker 5: beat Dick Clark. That could be the all time record
- 7:51Speaker 5: in the history of the United States of America. Six
- 7:54Speaker 5: decades hosting TV shows, Wayne Alarute, so I know TV,
- 7:58Speaker 5: and I also produced three hot hit reality TV shows,
- 8:02Speaker 5: one of which lasted twenty one seasons on Travel Channel.
- 8:07Speaker 5: I don't think anybody else ever done that as a hobby.
- 8:10Speaker 5: On the side, I know nothing about the TV business,
- 8:13Speaker 5: but I came up with three ideas that turned into
- 8:15Speaker 5: hit reality TV shows, including one for twenty one seasons.
- 8:18Speaker 5: Not too many shows we've ever done that in history.
- 8:20Speaker 5: So I know more than Obama in my Little Finger
- 8:23Speaker 5: or my Little Pinky than Obama knows and his entire
- 8:26Speaker 5: body or will ever know, knows nothing about good TV
- 8:29Speaker 5: because liberals don't understand anything about what people want. You know,
- 8:34Speaker 5: it has nothing to do with what's fair, what's nice,
- 8:36Speaker 5: what's right, has to what people want.
- 8:38Speaker 3: You know, what people want.
- 8:39Speaker 5: Since the beginning of time, everyone on TV is good
- 8:42Speaker 5: looking and beautiful, and the women especially have to be gorgeous, hot, sexy,
- 8:47Speaker 5: and for the last five years because liberals were in
- 8:49Speaker 5: charge and the liberals in Hollywood.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Were scared to death in a wok crowd.
- 8:52Speaker 5: They put the ugliest bunch of women on TV I've
- 8:55Speaker 5: ever seen in my entire life. Everybody's fat and repulsive,
- 8:59Speaker 5: and they think people want.
- 9:00Speaker 3: To watch that.
- 9:01Speaker 5: No one wants to watch a fat, ugly woman. It
- 9:04Speaker 5: doesn't matter whether what I'm saying.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Is nice or not nice. It's true and it's fact.
- 9:09Speaker 3: And it's gone back the other way.
- 9:10Speaker 5: And almost all those characters are gone now, and the
- 9:12Speaker 5: TV shows and the TV ads are starting little by
- 9:14Speaker 5: little to go back to normal, good looking people.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Who are like models, models and actresses.
- 9:19Speaker 5: That's what people want. It doesn't matter how ugly people are,
- 9:22Speaker 5: how fat people are.
- 9:23Speaker 3: They don't want to watch ugly fat people on TV.
- 9:25Speaker 3: They've already got enough of them in their own family.
- 9:28Speaker 3: They want to see someone beautiful on TV, and so.
- 9:31Speaker 5: You want to hire beautiful actresses and models, which is
- 9:34Speaker 5: what's been on TV since the beginning of all time.
- 9:36Speaker 5: But in the last seven years or so, five years,
- 9:39Speaker 5: ten years.
- 9:40Speaker 3: A TV little by little bekay nothing but fat ugly people. Unbelievable.
- 9:44Speaker 3: They're so dumb wooke liberals are so dumb.
- 9:48Speaker 5: And it was DEI everyone you know country seventy percent white.
- 9:51Speaker 5: So TV should be seventy percent white and thirty percent black. No,
- 9:55Speaker 5: Instead TV was ninety percent black and minority, and TV
- 9:58Speaker 5: white men didn't get a job anymore.
- 10:00Speaker 3: I mean, it's just all stupid.
- 10:01Speaker 5: The country's being run by stupid people who don't know
- 10:05Speaker 5: what they're doing and giving people things they don't want.
- 10:07Speaker 3: No one's gonna watch, no one's gonna buy.
- 10:10Speaker 5: So it's not what's right. It's just about the way
- 10:13Speaker 5: the world works. If seventy percent, if everybody's white, then
- 10:16Speaker 5: you put seven cent white people on TV, and you
- 10:18Speaker 5: do put thirty percent black and minority. I'm all for that,
- 10:21Speaker 5: but you don't put seventy percent minority in the country
- 10:23Speaker 5: at seventy percent white.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Makes no sense. All right, But here's the big news
- 10:28Speaker 3: of the day.
- 10:29Speaker 5: I said Obama had a bad weekend because he's losing
- 10:31Speaker 5: his Netflix deal.
- 10:32Speaker 3: But it's more important than that. The DOJ had a shakeup.
- 10:35Speaker 5: And the shakeup involves Florida, and it signals a major
- 10:39Speaker 5: escalation in the Russia Gate criminal probe. And see, I
- 10:42Speaker 5: have a great friend who understands exactly what's.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Going on down to Florida.
- 10:46Speaker 5: There's a grand jury meeting to discuss indictments against people
- 10:49Speaker 5: like Brennan and Clapper and Komi and McCabe and all
- 10:53Speaker 5: these people. If you twist their arm, it's always gonna
- 10:55Speaker 5: get back to Obama. I'm telling you Obama is now
- 10:58Speaker 5: the target. They fired the guy sucks overseeing the investigation,
- 11:02Speaker 5: a rhino weakling who was probably put in place by
- 11:04Speaker 5: Pam Bondi to make sure the investigation went nowhere. He failed,
- 11:08Speaker 5: And now we got a new guy in place, jo
- 11:11Speaker 5: di at Geneva.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Remember I listed him in my column as one of
- 11:13Speaker 3: my five choices who I'd accept as Attorney General of
- 11:16Speaker 3: the United States.
- 11:17Speaker 5: He's now Deputy Attorney General of the United States, with his
- 11:20Speaker 5: main job in charge of the grand jury conspiracy case
- 11:24Speaker 5: investigation in Florida against Obama and Hillary and Brennan and
- 11:29Speaker 5: Clapper and Komy and all the usual suspects.
- 11:32Speaker 3: We're going to be putting a lot of people in jail.
- 11:33Speaker 5: And if I was Obama, I would not be sleeping
- 11:35Speaker 5: well at all anymore, and I'd hire some great lawyers
- 11:38Speaker 5: because you, my friend, are about to be in the
- 11:40Speaker 5: crossairs of the DOJ. You are target number one. We're
- 11:44Speaker 5: coming after Obama and Hillary. The big Fitch, We'll be
- 11:48Speaker 5: right back.

- 15:51Speaker 5: Fifty seven years old. I guess he's the former boyfriend
- 15:55Speaker 5: of Denise Richards and the whole world is and she's
- 16:00Speaker 5: crying and his family's crying. Fifty seven years old, in
- 16:04Speaker 5: perfect shape, goes to the gym every day, ex athlete,
- 16:08Speaker 5: jiu jitsu, martial artists, runs works out, walked in the bathroom,
- 16:13Speaker 5: had a gorgeous girlfriend.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Walks in the bathroom and take a shower. She thinks
- 16:16Speaker 3: it's been.
- 16:16Speaker 5: A long time, and next thing you know, he's lying
- 16:20Speaker 5: on the floor, not breathing.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Had a massive heart attack.
- 16:23Speaker 5: Oh, his girlfriend is beautiful, had a massive heart attack
- 16:25Speaker 5: and died.
- 16:26Speaker 3: No one could believe it. They can't understand it. I can.
- 16:29Speaker 3: He's an actor. He took the COVID vaccine.
- 16:32Speaker 5: You can't act in Hollywood without taking the COVID vaccine.
- 16:37Speaker 5: Everyone was and still is required to get on a show,
- 16:40Speaker 5: to get on a sound stage, they have to take
- 16:43Speaker 5: the COVID vaccine, which is why so many people in
- 16:45Speaker 5: Hollywood every single day, I see stories about Hollywood starts
- 16:48Speaker 5: dropping dead.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Now some of them are seventy and some.
- 16:50Speaker 5: Of them are eighty, and a lot of them are
- 16:52Speaker 5: fifty and forty, and you just can't believe it.
- 16:54Speaker 3: But all of them share.
- 16:56Speaker 5: One thing had come and they all took the COVID vaccine.
- 16:58Speaker 5: You couldn't work in Hollywood without taking. Plus if you're liberal,
- 17:01Speaker 5: you lined up and said, give me twenty more.
- 17:05Speaker 3: They were all addicted to the needle man.
- 17:08Speaker 5: They used to be addicted to the heroin needle, and
- 17:10Speaker 5: they went to rehabit.
- 17:11Speaker 3: They came out and said, look, I could be addicted
- 17:14Speaker 3: to a needle. That's good for me.
- 17:16Speaker 5: I want that COVID shot. Baby, give me a booster,
- 17:19Speaker 5: and another and another.
- 17:21Speaker 3: And they're all dead. One by one. They're dropping dead,
- 17:24Speaker 3: and it drives me crazy.
- 17:25Speaker 5: I'm not only sad when anyone dies, but I really
- 17:28Speaker 5: am sad because I'm not able to say I told
- 17:30Speaker 5: you so.
- 17:31Speaker 3: All of these.
- 17:32Speaker 5: Morons, I can't say I told you so because they're dead.
- 17:36Speaker 3: I can't tell them I was right and you were wrong,
- 17:38Speaker 3: You stupid mother Trucker.
- 17:41Speaker 5: Or now I like to say mother Tucker, because I
- 17:44Speaker 5: can't stand Tucker.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Carlson either. Where was I over the week? Oh?
- 17:49Speaker 5: I was at that Trump event on Thursday. Trump was
- 17:52Speaker 5: in town in Las Vegas. I was a Trump event.
- 17:53Speaker 5: So many people came up to me and said, we just.
- 17:56Speaker 3: Love your show.
- 17:57Speaker 5: And the thing we love about it the most is
- 17:59Speaker 5: that you all always get us laughing because I have
- 18:02Speaker 5: an interesting sense of humor and I always put a
- 18:04Speaker 5: spin on everything, and I'm not just some serious draw
- 18:08Speaker 5: news man.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Everything is kind of like Trump.
- 18:10Speaker 5: It's serious mixed with funny, funny, funny and bizarre and
- 18:15Speaker 5: mental illness. I love talking about the mental illness of liberals,
- 18:19Speaker 5: and people really like it.
- 18:20Speaker 3: It's different. It's something different and entertaining and unique. So
- 18:25Speaker 3: I appreciate that. Matter of fact.
- 18:26Speaker 5: In the break, let's see, I know, I got a
- 18:28Speaker 5: few texts and I got a few emails.
- 18:30Speaker 3: Here it is here, it is. Here's one of them.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Just one of them is a text. I don't even
- 18:33Speaker 3: know who this is. I never know who people are.
- 18:35Speaker 3: People send me texts. I don't even know they got
- 18:37Speaker 3: my number.
- 18:38Speaker 5: You are cracking people up, cracking people the frick up
- 18:42Speaker 5: with your show.
- 18:43Speaker 3: Smiley face, smiley face, smiley face, smiley face.
- 18:47Speaker 5: DOJ shakeup in Florida signals major escalation and Russia Gate
- 18:51Speaker 5: criminal probe.
- 18:52Speaker 3: And then here's an article from Media Matters.
- 18:54Speaker 5: The communists like publication again, it's an opinion show, my opinion.
- 18:58Speaker 5: They're a bunch of commis and backed by George Soros,
- 19:01Speaker 5: and they've always attacked me NonStop.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Media Matters terrible people.
- 19:05Speaker 5: But the headline is GP lawyer Joe Degeneva now running
- 19:09Speaker 5: Trump's Grand conspiracy probe. And he says Bondy nixed him
- 19:14Speaker 5: from the role. And I knew that the inside scooped
- 19:17Speaker 5: that he was supposed to be the guy, and Bondi
- 19:19Speaker 5: said no because he would indict bad people like Obama
- 19:23Speaker 5: and Hillary. And she said no, and she named someone
- 19:27Speaker 5: who is never gonna indict Obama and Hillary. Never Pam Bondy,
- 19:32Speaker 5: no good, dirty rotten rhino bush like scoundrel.
- 19:39Speaker 3: Wow.
- 19:40Speaker 5: And so now we got rid of her and we
- 19:42Speaker 5: got Joe Degeneva in charge of.
- 19:44Speaker 3: This conspiracy investigation.
- 19:47Speaker 5: And I'm telling you they're going in front of a
- 19:48Speaker 5: grand journey and soon you're gonna hear a lot of
- 19:50Speaker 5: big people are indicted.
- 19:51Speaker 3: I don't think you'll hear Obama.
- 19:52Speaker 5: To start, but once they start twisting their arms. They're
- 19:55Speaker 5: twisting every other body part. How about down here, Let's
- 19:58Speaker 5: twist it until they screamed, Uncle Obama.
- 20:02Speaker 3: All right, lots. Soldier Oil and Gas is the sponsor
- 20:06Speaker 3: of the show.
- 20:07Speaker 5: I believe in the America and American exceptionalism and capitalism.
- 20:11Speaker 5: Boys is capitalism. It took forty years to piece together
- 20:13Speaker 5: this forty thousand acre giant.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Gas discovery in Wyoming.
- 20:16Speaker 5: The first four thousand feature real so far, estimated to
- 20:18Speaker 5: contain up to six trillion cubic feet of gas. One
- 20:22Speaker 5: of the largest natural gas discoveries in the Rocky Mountain
- 20:24Speaker 5: region in the last thirty years.
- 20:26Speaker 3: Headed by Mark Brunner, a legend in the oil business.
- 20:30Speaker 5: Just one of his investments ten thousand dollars investment turned
- 20:32Speaker 5: into thirteen million in a public company. Go to Lost

- 21:09Speaker 3: It's all part of my daily wellness routine.

- 22:00Speaker 3: All right, wait down the road live from Las Vegas.
- 22:02Speaker 3: I love Vegas. It's my edge for doing my shows. Right.
- 22:05Speaker 5: There's no other major TV show or broadcaster in conservative
- 22:09Speaker 5: media coming from Las Vegas. The rest of them are
- 22:12Speaker 5: all in Washington, D C. And places like New York
- 22:16Speaker 5: or LA or wherever it is. It's a deep state
- 22:18Speaker 5: type place. So I'm in a place that's kind of
- 22:20Speaker 5: out of the mainstream, right. Las Vegas is just the
- 22:23Speaker 5: tourist capital the United States, tourist capital of the world,
- 22:25Speaker 5: convention capital of the world, and the gambling capital of
- 22:28Speaker 5: the World's kind of a different place with a different vibe.
- 22:31Speaker 5: And people come here from two hundred different countries and
- 22:34Speaker 5: forty million tourists a year, and I get to hear
- 22:36Speaker 5: all their opinions. So I think I have a big edge.
- 22:39Speaker 5: You're doing a show like this, an opinion show like this.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Zeitscha Genesis Medicine is the sponsor of this segment of
- 22:45Speaker 3: the show.
- 22:45Speaker 5: There Ceo Dan Montano has been a guest on my
- 22:48Speaker 5: show many times, both My.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Real America's Voice TV show, my radio show, and.
- 22:52Speaker 5: This podcast to discuss his companies medicines to reverse type
- 22:55Speaker 5: two diabetes, reverse Parkinson's disease, and reverse small vessel hearts ease.
- 23:00Speaker 5: Over three inner patients have medosed with their medicines during
- 23:03Speaker 5: research studies, and all patients have shown great improvement with
- 23:08Speaker 5: no adverse events reported. I repeat, all patients, great improvement,
- 23:12Speaker 5: no adverse events reported. I don't know of any other
- 23:14Speaker 5: drug and the big Farman Network that can do this,
- 23:17Speaker 5: So eat your heart out, Big Pharma. I know many
- 23:19Speaker 5: of you have type two diabetes or Parkinson's or heart
- 23:21Speaker 5: disease or.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Know someone who does, so listen up.
- 23:25Speaker 5: You could participate in one of their upcoming free medical
- 23:28Speaker 5: research studies. They need people free medical research studies. They

- 23:53Speaker 3: is our guest.
- 23:54Speaker 5: He's been on here many times, usually talking about his clients,
- 23:57Speaker 5: you know Peters, but this time he's really talking about
- 24:00Speaker 5: himself because he'd like to be the next Attorney General
- 24:02Speaker 5: of the United States. He's the attorney and founder of
- 24:04Speaker 5: the tict In Law Group, lead attorney for Tina Peters,
- 24:07Speaker 5: as I said his website Tinapeters dot us, Tinapeters dot Us.
- 24:12Speaker 3: Peter Tickton, welcome to show how are you. Welcome back.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I am good to see you.
- 24:17Speaker 3: All right. So you're big.
- 24:18Speaker 1: You do have a great sense of humor and you
- 24:20Speaker 1: do make people laugh it.
- 24:22Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you. I try my best. You're being considered
- 24:26Speaker 3: to be the next Attorney General of the United States.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Why are you interested in? What do you think your
- 24:30Speaker 3: edge is?
- 24:33Speaker 9: Well, you know, I'm interested because nobody else is doing it.
- 24:38Speaker 9: Nobody else is really I don't think they're capable of
- 24:41Speaker 9: doing it. You've got lawyers that are in position right now,
- 24:47Speaker 9: You've got Todd Blanche and you've heard me talk about
- 24:49Speaker 9: him before, and the fact things aren't getting done, and
- 24:54Speaker 9: you know, maybe I can explain it by explaining what
- 24:57Speaker 9: I would do.
- 24:59Speaker 1: And so let's just take a look.
- 25:01Speaker 9: At at one of the most basic things that's wrong
- 25:04Speaker 9: with the DJ at this point in time. They're going
- 25:08Speaker 9: after Americans. They're going after a good, patriotic mag of people.
- 25:13Speaker 9: Because this all started under Merrit Garland. But before him,
- 25:18Speaker 9: we had a problem.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Okay. In nineteen ninety eight.
- 25:22Speaker 9: Thirty two percent of all prosecutions in the United States
- 25:27Speaker 9: were drugs. It was possession of drugs, trafficking drugs, importing
- 25:33Speaker 9: of drugs, whatever it was. It was drugs when we
- 25:37Speaker 9: decriminalized and don't get me wrong, I think we did
- 25:40Speaker 9: the right thing by decriminal decriminalizing a lot of this.
- 25:44Speaker 1: But when we decriminalized drugs.
- 25:47Speaker 9: We did not reduce the number of police, number of DA,
- 25:52Speaker 9: number of FBI, you know, accordingly.
- 25:54Speaker 3: So they needed to fight something to do.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Or the number of prosecutors.
- 26:00Speaker 9: In order for them to rationalize their existence, they have
- 26:03Speaker 9: to have charges.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Now it just happens that.
- 26:07Speaker 9: Just aren't enough bank robberies to go around, so what.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Do they have to do?
- 26:12Speaker 9: So they are charging people for all kinds of small,
- 26:18Speaker 9: minor things, treating it like major rhymes and really hurting people,
- 26:23Speaker 9: destroying families. I mean for most of what you see
- 26:26Speaker 9: in terms of these small stuff that they go after
- 26:29Speaker 9: and treat in a big way. It doesn't help anybody,
- 26:32Speaker 9: doesn't help our country.
- 26:33Speaker 1: And it hurts us.
- 26:35Speaker 9: So the first thing I would do is immediately form
- 26:40Speaker 9: a system, because it's going to be very easy to
- 26:42Speaker 9: form these systems to be able to extract and find out.
- 26:46Speaker 9: In each of the ninety four offices, there's eighty nine
- 26:51Speaker 9: US attorneys because five of them aren't appointed yet, but
- 26:55Speaker 9: that's what there are. Some of them have huge numbers
- 26:58Speaker 9: of assistant US attorneys, like the Southern District of New
- 27:02Speaker 9: York is huge, and some of them are much smaller,
- 27:04Speaker 9: like the Southern District of Mississippi is like twenty. So
- 27:09Speaker 9: you know, get to the bottom of all of these.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Get rid of them.
- 27:15Speaker 9: Okay, I'm sure that most of these defendants will agree
- 27:18Speaker 9: that they won't sue if we drop the charges and
- 27:22Speaker 9: give them back the money that we stole from them,
- 27:24Speaker 9: and let's get get them productive again. Let them be
- 27:28Speaker 9: making America better instead of putting them in prison and
- 27:31Speaker 9: destroying their lives, in the lives of the families and
- 27:34Speaker 9: the children.
- 27:35Speaker 1: By the way, with.
- 27:35Speaker 9: This mechanism, the unconscionability I've seen across the nation in
- 27:41Speaker 9: terms of the charges of people where they force them
- 27:44Speaker 9: to plead guilty. I've seen like a young couple where
- 27:49Speaker 9: you know, the wife keeps the books, so they tell
- 27:51Speaker 9: the guy, look, you know, if you plead guilty.
- 27:53Speaker 1: You'll get two to three maybe four years.
- 27:56Speaker 9: But if you don't plead guilty, we're going to charge
- 27:58Speaker 9: you for twenty years and only that with charging your wife.
- 28:04Speaker 3: That's their favorite thing.
- 28:05Speaker 5: By the way, I've seen that again and again and again,
- 28:08Speaker 5: where men agree to go to jail, plead guilty, and
- 28:10Speaker 5: go to prison for years, because otherwise the DOJ says,
- 28:15Speaker 5: or the prosecutor says, we will go after your wife,
- 28:17Speaker 5: and the two of you will go to jail, and
- 28:19Speaker 5: your kids will have no parents.
- 28:20Speaker 3: So what is the man's supposed to do?
- 28:21Speaker 1: Right, It's horrible.
- 28:24Speaker 9: This is what you would expect from the enemy of
- 28:26Speaker 9: the United States, not from the United States.
- 28:28Speaker 1: This is our country and it's treating us wrong. So
- 28:31Speaker 1: this needs to be stopped.
- 28:33Speaker 9: And when we stop this, we will have extra us,
- 28:37Speaker 9: you know, the United States Attorneys, extra assistant United States Attorneys,
- 28:43Speaker 9: because we'll be taking the If you don't mind me saying,
- 28:46Speaker 9: the crap out of the system, Okay, I.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Mean big crimes, real crimes, real criminals. Go after them.
- 28:52Speaker 1: We'll go after them hard.
- 28:54Speaker 9: But let's stop the nonsense going after families, going after
- 28:57Speaker 9: good Americans that aren't.
- 28:59Speaker 5: No. I agree with you, I agree with you totally.
- 29:00Speaker 5: I mean, I've got a guest coming up. I don't
- 29:02Speaker 5: know what day yet, Andrew Paul, who you deal with,
- 29:05Speaker 5: my executive producer. If you want to get booked on
- 29:07Speaker 5: my show, you have to call Andrew Paul, right, So,
- 29:09Speaker 5: Andrew books everybody. And I know that a local politician
- 29:12Speaker 5: who ran for US senator around here, Peter, called me
- 29:15Speaker 5: over the weekend and I told her to call Andrew.
- 29:17Speaker 5: She's got a friend who did nothing wrong, is in
- 29:21Speaker 5: the crypto business. When crypto no one ever heard of it,
- 29:23Speaker 5: like ten years ago, and the United States government went
- 29:26Speaker 5: after him, and he has now been on house arrest
- 29:29Speaker 5: for seven years without a trial.
- 29:32Speaker 3: How that's possible, I've never heard of.
- 29:34Speaker 5: He's never been convicted of anything, but he's been under
- 29:37Speaker 5: house arrest for seven years, and he's going to be
- 29:40Speaker 5: a guest on my show, I think tomorrow.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Or the day after. And then I've got another lawyer
- 29:44Speaker 3: in Vegas who came to me maybe say that again.
- 29:48Speaker 1: There's a fellow in Jobey Weeks that I represent.
- 29:50Speaker 3: You know, I don't know. I told him to call Andrew.
- 29:52Speaker 3: I don't know the name. I don't know the details
- 29:54Speaker 3: of the case. I know that she was left a
- 29:56Speaker 3: message for him and I told him to call Andrew.
- 29:58Speaker 5: And then there's a guy whose name I I do know,
- 30:00Speaker 5: Eduardo Lopez here in Las Vegas, because his lawyer is
- 30:04Speaker 5: a friend of mine. And she told me about the
- 30:05Speaker 5: case and she said, you know, this is such a
- 30:07Speaker 5: miscarriage of justice.
- 30:09Speaker 3: He did nothing wrong.
- 30:10Speaker 5: He was in the nursing home business for older people,
- 30:13Speaker 5: and evidently he did something that God is competitors mad,
- 30:18Speaker 5: I guess he tried to steal their employees or something
- 30:21Speaker 5: or for better pace. They all left for him, and
- 30:23Speaker 5: they got mad, and they called the DOJ and said,
- 30:27Speaker 5: this guy's committing a criminal act.
- 30:29Speaker 3: And the next thing you know, he's being prosecuted.
- 30:31Speaker 5: She tells me, for something that no one in the
- 30:33Speaker 5: history of the United States has ever been prosecuted for.
- 30:37Speaker 5: And it was a civil matter, it was not criminal.
- 30:40Speaker 5: It was a fight between two companies in the nursing
- 30:42Speaker 5: home business. And he was convicted and the judge gave
- 30:46Speaker 5: him thirty years in prison for.
- 30:49Speaker 3: Something that's never in insanity.
- 30:52Speaker 9: Crazy, right, Okay, So okay, well, let me tell you
- 30:58Speaker 9: with all the surplus, and let's put it that way.
- 31:01Speaker 1: I mean, think about it, if you had twenty five.
- 31:03Speaker 9: Percent more police, you know, monitorating the traffic in your neighborhood,
- 31:08Speaker 9: I'm sure it'd be a lot more rest someplace, there's
- 31:11Speaker 9: a stop.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Sign that you just come to rolling stop at right,
- 31:15Speaker 1: and then you proceed. Every day and it's fine. Nobody cares.
- 31:17Speaker 1: It's all good.
- 31:18Speaker 9: Well, you get twenty five percent more police. Believe me,
- 31:20Speaker 9: they'd be giving you tickets for that rolling stop.
- 31:23Speaker 5: The stories that I just told, the stories like you have,
- 31:26Speaker 5: like Tina Peters. The analogy would be if you've rolled
- 31:29Speaker 5: through a stop sign in a quiet street with no
- 31:31Speaker 5: cars twenty years in a row, ten thousand times, but
- 31:34Speaker 5: on the eleventh time they have cops waiting and they
- 31:37Speaker 5: not only ticket you, they send you to prison for.
- 31:40Speaker 3: Ten years for rolling through a stop sign. That would
- 31:43Speaker 3: be the analogy.
- 31:45Speaker 1: This was Merrick Garland. He was a genius. He took
- 31:48Speaker 1: the surplus of energy and he decided to apply it.
- 31:51Speaker 9: He said that parents that would dare to go to
- 31:53Speaker 9: Board of Education mes PTA meets Yeah, yeah, they would
- 31:57Speaker 9: nail police that if there was any suggestion of excessive force.
- 32:02Speaker 9: He Now, as you mentioned cybercurrency people, they got d
- 32:07Speaker 9: banked because they get a phone call from somebody at
- 32:10Speaker 9: the Department of Justice.
- 32:11Speaker 1: The bank would get a phone call saying.
- 32:12Speaker 9: You got these people in there, you got to get
- 32:14Speaker 9: rid of them, and before you know it, they're all debanked.
- 32:18Speaker 9: Doctors who prescribed ivermectin you know the target and the
- 32:23Speaker 9: upper middle class people like the one you were describing,
- 32:26Speaker 9: you know, an entrepreneurs who, especially if they support MAGA,
- 32:29Speaker 9: they were prosecuted under Biden's people, and that's still going on,
- 32:34Speaker 9: believe it or not.
- 32:35Speaker 3: And don't forget the January six prisoners.
- 32:39Speaker 5: I'm getting a one minute in my ear so we're
- 32:41Speaker 5: going to a break, so stay with me for another
- 32:43Speaker 5: segment because I want to get more into your attempt
- 32:46Speaker 5: to be the next Attorney General of the United States.
- 32:47Speaker 5: You've thrown your hat in the ring, and I want
- 32:49Speaker 5: to talk to you more about it, and I want
- 32:50Speaker 5: to talk about this investigation now hit ed by Joejigenva
- 32:54Speaker 5: in Florida. I think that Obama is not sleeping well
- 32:56Speaker 5: right now. That's my prediction that they're going to target
- 32:59Speaker 5: Obama and Hillary Clint and some really big names. So
- 33:01Speaker 5: we'll see when we get back more with Peter Tickton,
- 33:04Speaker 5: who has thrown his hat in for Attorney.
- 33:05Speaker 3: General of the United States.
- 33:07Speaker 5: He is the lawyer for Tina Peters, lead attorney for
- 33:10Speaker 5: Tina Peters the website Tinapeters dot Us, Tina Peters dot Us,
- 33:14Speaker 5: attorney and founder of the Tickton Law Group Latin Common
- 33:17Speaker 5: I believe I remember correctly. You and I are both
- 33:19Speaker 5: from Alvernon, New York. We'll be right back more with
- 33:22Speaker 5: Peter Tickton.

- 37:57Speaker 5: is back attorney and founder of the Ticton Law Group,
- 38:00Speaker 5: lead attorney for Tina Peters who was so unjustly stuck
- 38:03Speaker 5: in a Colorado prison website Tinapeters dot us Tina Peters
- 38:08Speaker 5: dot us, in other words, for the United States, Tina
- 38:10Speaker 5: Peters dot us. Let me ask you, Peter, before I
- 38:14Speaker 5: get back to your desire to be Attorney General of
- 38:16Speaker 5: the United States, where does Tina Peters stand? I mean,
- 38:20Speaker 5: Trump partner and Colorado yawned and said, we don't care
- 38:24Speaker 5: and she's just stuck there and that's the end of it,
- 38:26Speaker 5: or what's going on?
- 38:28Speaker 1: God help us?
- 38:29Speaker 5: No?
- 38:31Speaker 3: What?
- 38:32Speaker 1: Right now? We filed a you know, the appeal did
- 38:36Speaker 1: not go the way we.
- 38:37Speaker 9: Were hoping it when when we were in the oral argument,
- 38:42Speaker 9: it looked like the court was really aware of whatever.
- 38:44Speaker 1: But something happened, and you know, they there's all kinds of.
- 38:51Speaker 9: Different agendas, and when you're talking about a captured state
- 38:54Speaker 9: like Colorado, right, you know a lot of the judges,
- 38:58Speaker 9: you know, they're who knows what goes on in terms
- 39:01Speaker 9: of what fear they're responding to or what opportunities.
- 39:06Speaker 1: But you know, the fact of the matter is is.
- 39:08Speaker 9: That we thought we had some really fair judges, and
- 39:10Speaker 9: I think that there's been pressure that may have been
- 39:13Speaker 9: put on them.
- 39:13Speaker 1: I can't. I can't say, because I don't know. I'm
- 39:16Speaker 1: not a fly on the wall. I didn't see anything.
- 39:19Speaker 9: But it's such a dichotomy between the way they were
- 39:23Speaker 9: in the questioning and the way that they are in
- 39:26Speaker 9: their decision that I can't help but think something went awry.
- 39:31Speaker 1: But they made two major mistakes.
- 39:33Speaker 9: One mistake was, you know, the supremacy clause basically says
- 39:38Speaker 9: that if you have a law from the United States,
- 39:42Speaker 9: from the government to the federal government, and in order
- 39:46Speaker 9: to honor that law.
- 39:47Speaker 1: And not violate it, you have to break a state law.
- 39:51Speaker 9: The federal government has supremacy okay over the state law,
- 39:56Speaker 9: and so that was part of what our case was about.
- 40:00Speaker 1: But the court.
- 40:02Speaker 9: Completely misunderstood what had occurred here because in that law,
- 40:08Speaker 9: there are certain provisions that employees of the federal government
- 40:11Speaker 9: if they are charged with something in the state, like
- 40:14Speaker 9: we're seeing now with ice, if they're charged with something
- 40:17Speaker 9: in the state, they can remove it to federal court,
- 40:20Speaker 9: and this Court of Appeals questioned, well, you know, why
- 40:23Speaker 9: didn't she remove it to federal court. She had the
- 40:25Speaker 9: right to do that, in which case then the supremacy
- 40:27Speaker 9: clause would have applied. No, no, no, no, no, she's
- 40:30Speaker 9: not a federal employee. She didn't have the right to
- 40:33Speaker 9: move it to federal court. She did try, though, and
- 40:37Speaker 9: she was thrown out, and she appealed that and was
- 40:40Speaker 9: still drawn out.
- 40:41Speaker 3: So, you know, they just don't want to let her go.
- 40:44Speaker 3: They don't want to let her go, Peter.
- 40:45Speaker 5: She found the answer to how they're stealing elections, and
- 40:48Speaker 5: they don't want to let her loose to talk about it.
- 40:50Speaker 3: That's very obvious to me.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Yeah. No, there's three reasons that she's in prison. Okay.
- 40:56Speaker 9: Number one, don't forget Janet Griswold is the one who
- 41:00Speaker 9: wipe out the computers in sixty two counties, and it
- 41:03Speaker 9: was Tina for Peters that was able to image the
- 41:05Speaker 9: hard drive before and after that.
- 41:08Speaker 1: That that's why we know their nineties.
- 41:11Speaker 3: She's what Peter Secretary of State of Colorado.
- 41:15Speaker 9: She is, and she's looking to be the attorney general.
- 41:19Speaker 9: And she's the one that violated the federal law and
- 41:22Speaker 9: wiped it out. So it's kind of like a scapegoat.
- 41:25Speaker 9: You know, don't blame me for anything. Keep Tana Peters
- 41:27Speaker 9: in prison because she's the one that's just throwing the election,
- 41:30Speaker 9: whatever it is. I can't even understand how you can
- 41:32Speaker 9: make her escapegoat. But that's what that's why Jennet Griswold
- 41:36Speaker 9: is so hot to draw it on keeping her in. Okay,
- 41:40Speaker 9: So that's one reason. The second reason to keep her
- 41:44Speaker 9: in is just to basically shut her off, just like
- 41:46Speaker 9: you're saying, right, keep her quiet. And the third reason
- 41:49Speaker 9: to keep her in is as a as a deterrent
- 41:53Speaker 9: to all other course. And if you see something.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Wrong, don't say something.
- 41:58Speaker 1: Don't Yeah, don't say something.
- 42:00Speaker 9: See something, don't say something, say something, or you'll be
- 42:02Speaker 9: like Tina Peters.
- 42:04Speaker 3: Right, see something about crooked elections.
- 42:05Speaker 5: Don't say something. That's who they want you to believe.
- 42:08Speaker 5: Let me give you a fourth one, Peter. They want
- 42:10Speaker 5: her to die in prison.
- 42:11Speaker 3: I believe that. I believe that they want her to
- 42:13Speaker 3: die in prison. They're terrible people, awful people.
- 42:17Speaker 1: She is such a remarkable woman, Peter.
- 42:19Speaker 3: Here's the deal. The music is on, and we still
- 42:21Speaker 3: didn't get to more of your attorney general thing. So
- 42:23Speaker 3: here's the deal. I'm gonna bring you back.
- 42:25Speaker 5: Stay there, and I'll bring you back for a third
- 42:27Speaker 5: segment to start our number two. We've only done that
- 42:30Speaker 5: with a handful of guests in the history of my show.
- 42:32Speaker 5: I'm gonna bring you back for another segment.
- 42:34Speaker 3: Okay, So if you have time, you have time for
- 42:36Speaker 3: one more segment. For you have time, believe me, So
- 42:39Speaker 3: one more segment to start our number two with Peter.
- 42:41Speaker 5: Tickton, who wants to be Attorney jail in the United States.
- 42:43Speaker 5: I want to dig into what he would do as
- 42:46Speaker 5: Attorney general, who he would actually look at investigate as
- 42:49Speaker 5: Attorney general.
