  SPEAKER_01: Hello, everyone.
• 0:01
SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to the Unity Code.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_01: My team today is asking me to talk about how I receive energetic transmissions and downloads from them so that you can benefit from my long failed line of misunderstanding their transmissions.
• 0:20
  SPEAKER_01: That's right, everybody.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_01: It is a lessons learned episode for me, and it is hopefully full of knowledge and education for you.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_01: I'm going to talk about this mainly from a business standpoint because that's where I feel like I get most of my transitions from.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_01: But please note that this is more about the method of the transmission and how I receive it.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_01: And you can definitely apply this in every different area of your life.
• 0:43
SPEAKER_01: So even though I'm talking business, know that you can take this personally, you can take this in other aspects as well, because it's just the method.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_01: It's and it's just the means of application of which I tend to work with my team most.
• 0:55
  SPEAKER_01: Wow, here we go.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: Um, so as I work with my team to develop my business, I'm actually gonna bring them into channel this entire episode because I keep flubbing it up.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_01: Finally, I heard them say, finally, Nicole, step aside.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_01: Ooh, interesting.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_01: I'm seeing my business guide step forward for this.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_01: Oh God, they're gonna rip me to shreds.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if I've ever actually worked one-on-one with my business guide before.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_01: This is gonna be a really fucking interesting episode.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_01: Um, let's do this like a reading.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_01: So my business guide that is stepping forward.
• 1:40
  SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_01: She, it's a she, even though like very masculine she, just like me.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_01: Um, very masculine she is stepping forward.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_01: And she looks like a giant in my head right now.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_01: Like she feels like a giant.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_01: I'm on the second story of my house, second floor of my house, and like they're taller than this house.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_01: I feel like she's about three stories tall, um, indicative of my business, apparently.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, and it's really interesting because she's coming forward wearing armor.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_01: This is sounding like a typical spirit guide reading, everybody.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_01: If you haven't had one with me, this is kind of what it's like.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_01: And I mean, she looks medieval as shit.
• 2:22
SPEAKER_01: She looks like um, she kind of looks like is it Lagatha on uh the Viking show?
• 2:30
SPEAKER_01: But she is dressed in medieval garb instead in like armor instead of the traditional Viking Nordic wear.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_01: And in particular, I see her chest plate and I see her sword and I see her shield that is coming with us.
• 2:52
SPEAKER_01: And as I step forward, she's asking me to be vulnerable and authentic in my experience here today, as she's gonna channel a lot of information from about my business and how I receive information.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_01: Um, and so yeah, this is gonna be fun for me.
• 3:08
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_01: So as she's kind of bringing forward the information of my business, here is what she's saying about me.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_01: And this is where this is why she's asking me to be vulnerable and just be open and authentic because she's telling me I am stubborn as shit.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_01: I mean, you all know that.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_01: I am stubborn as shit.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_01: And so where I'm getting tripped up personally is the difference between my masculine brain, my business-centered brain that always wants to do things a certain way, that knows how businesses work and like from a systems perspective, knows how things function, knows the order of operations and sequencing, and knows how to make existing operations very, very efficient.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_01: And so there's part of my brain that really wants to run the business the way that I see business should be run because I've lived it for 20 plus years.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_01: But she's highlighting that my business is nothing like the businesses that I have run before, the businesses that I have worked in before, because this business is a co-collaboration with spirit.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_01: If I don't allow spirit to lead this business, it will not be successful.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_01: So the more that I give myself, sorry, let me say that differently.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_01: The more that I override my intuition and the messages that I'm receiving from spirit, the more that I'm going to be frustrated and resistant and the slower my business is going to move.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_01: And so for those of you that have a service-based business that does work with spirit, that is practitioner-based, that is essentially the message that you need to receive today, too.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_01: That a lot of the times these are co-collaborations.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_01: If God has asked you to set up this business to help and serve people, and you are not involving God in your business decisions and your direction and guidance, then you are setting yourself up to fail because God knows exactly what needs to be served.
• 5:02
  SPEAKER_01: Boom.
• 5:04
  SPEAKER_01: That's a very interesting perspective.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_01: Okay, I'm gonna let her just come in and channel some more for all of you.
• 5:15
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_01: So what is happening in my brain, which is what happens when I receive downloads from my team, is there is a natural resistance.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_01: There is a natural resistance that comes in because of my nervous system, because of my need to control, my need to want to do things my way.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_01: And as she's trying to get energetic downloads and information into my brain, my brain is taking over and almost stopping the transmission because I want her to say certain things.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_01: I expect her as my business guide to say certain things.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_01: And there's certain things that me, my human, wants right now.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_01: And if I'm totally honest and transparent with you, I want to know the programs.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_01: I'm releasing the order of operations, what's the next thing for me to do?
• 6:12
SPEAKER_01: How do I make sure that I can um move forward in the most fast and efficient way?
• 6:17
SPEAKER_01: And so, like for me, I'm really looking for a lot of information at once from her that allows me to paint a full picture on where my business is going and what can I expect.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_01: Again, the key word here that you just heard is expect, which is based on my nervous system's need for control.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_01: For me to feel safe in running my business, for me to feel comfortable knowing that clients and money are coming in the door.
• 6:43
  SPEAKER_01: Let's be honest, it's a business.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_01: And do you feel that resistance in my in my energy as I state that out loud?
• 6:51
SPEAKER_01: Because I feel it in my shoulders.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_01: I feel I can feel the transmission stopping in my head.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_01: Like my human is stopping her transmissions from coming in at the same time because now I know I'm not gonna get what I want.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_01: My nervous system starts going on alert, my shoulders are getting activated, my energy is getting a little more protective.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_01: And so what my entire body is doing right now is shutting down my transmission that I am receiving that is going to directly help my business because I am not energetically open to whatever I'm about to receive.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_01: And so this is lesson number one with energetic transmissions is that if you have shoulds, if you have expectations, you are gonna shut them down before they even fucking get in your body.
• 7:40
  SPEAKER_01: It's a fact.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_01: It is a fact because if your body is not open to receiving whatever comes through at whatever time it wants to come through, you are not gonna receive that transmission, period.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_01: So what this means is that it's not going to eliminate completely the transmission from coming to you, but what it is going to do is delay the transmission from coming to you because that is the next transmission you need to receive.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_01: And so if right now in this moment you're not open to it, they're not going to get it through.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_01: But maybe they'll try later today.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_01: Maybe they'll try next week, maybe they'll try next month and they'll keep trying until that transmission finally gets through, until your energetic body is open enough that you receive the information that you need to hear next.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_01: And then, and then if the information again is not what you expect, there's going to be this period of resistance that you are going to have to work through to trust and take the action needed based on the transmission that you received.
• 8:48
  SPEAKER_01: Isn't that fucking wild?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_01: Oh God, they're breaking it all down for me right now, live here on air with me.
• 8:55
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 8:57
  SPEAKER_01: So let me.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_01: So as that transmission is coming in, I'm going to reduce and eliminate my resistance to it.
• 9:07
SPEAKER_01: And I'm going to set the intention to be open and receive whatever whatever energetic transmission wants to come in at this time.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_01: The next thing that they're talking about, that she's talking about, the the energetic information that's coming in, I am receiving it across several of my Claire's right now.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_01: So I'm hearing it in my head, I'm feeling it in my body.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_01: I feel it like creeping in like a fog from my guide across multiple of my Claire senses.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_01: And I'm hearing her say you need to slow down.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_01: This is about the business.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_01: This is not about the transmission that I'm giving you today.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_01: It is the need to slow down that this is not a race, this is a marathon, and that your human need to constantly perform, to constantly do things, to constantly make forward action is actually sending you in the opposite direction that you think of.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_01: So even though you think that constantly doing is helping you move ahead in your business, because the most valuable commodity that you currently have is time.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_01: And you think that I can use this time to make forward momentum because you're never going to get this time again, and you're worried that I'm already late enough in my business, that I haven't moved forward fast enough.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: The reality is that you cannot miss what you were destined for.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_01: She wants me to say that again.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: You cannot miss what you are destined for.
• 11:00
  SPEAKER_00: Period.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_01: And so when you're getting blank spaces, there it is.
• 11:11
SPEAKER_01: It was a literal blank space in the transmission.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_01: When you're getting blank spaces and you're not getting guidance, and you're not getting inspiration, and you're not getting feedback from your clients or your customers, this is a time for rest.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: Ask her to show me or give me an example.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_01: When you are literally so tired that you can't get out of bed, or when you go to make forward progress on the website and everything falls apart, or the saves the changes aren't saved, or you set aside time to, you know, create that artifact in your business, whatever that is, and you get routinely interrupted.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: Know that there is purpose to that delay.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: Know that that's the universe, your guides telling you it's time to take a time out, that it's time to rest and relax.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_01: Because you are making forward momentum in the wrong direction.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_01: And you can push through it.
• 12:30
  SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_01: But number one, it's gonna be inefficient because you're not gonna push for forward at a fast rate.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna push forward and hit issues and roadblocks and snafus that are gonna cause you to do rework, that are gonna cause you to slow down, that are gonna cause you to move backwards.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna set up service offerings and programs that you should not be setting up just because they make your human feel better about making forward progress.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_01: So the reality is that you need to step back.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_01: When the universe is telling you to rest, for the love of fucking God, rest.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_01: They are so sick of our shit.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: They are so sick of our shit.
• 13:20
  SPEAKER_00: Rest.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_01: It sounds counterintuitive, but they promise you that when you rest, you will move forward at a faster pace.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_01: You will reach the destination faster than if you had tried to muscle through it.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_01: And this is something that they can't prove.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_01: This is something that they can't give a beautiful story about.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_01: This is just a fact that exists.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_01: And maybe some of that rest is to allow your nervous system to calm down enough to receive the fucking transmission that you've been trying to get for weeks.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_01: Because if you're constantly going and you're constantly doing and you're constantly producing, I want you to think about what you're doing energetically.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_01: You're putting your energetic frequencies going outward of your body.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_01: Like I know this is, but this is what she's showing me.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_01: When you are trying to make forward momentum, which way is your energy moving?
• 14:22
SPEAKER_01: It's moving forward, it's moving out away from your body.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_01: You're constantly pushing energy from the inside out, out, out, out, out of every crevice of your being.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_01: God, that's what she said.
• 14:33
  SPEAKER_01: There it is.
• 14:34
  SPEAKER_01: Every episode, everybody.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_01: And when you are constantly forcing the energy out of your system, you are not allowing space for energy to come into your system, everybody.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_01: And that's why rest is so important.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_01: You need to calm the doing so that you can allow for the receiving.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_01: That is lesson number two.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_01: Let me see what lesson number three is coming up.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_01: Oh, things are not always what it seems.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_01: Um, this is about discernment in your downloads, in your messages.
• 15:14
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: The energy is coming in.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_01: And this is again about I probably just said this, but this is what it's like to channel spirit.
• 15:26
  SPEAKER_01: I forget.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_01: Sometimes the transmissions you are receiving are very sneakily not from spirit.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_01: And there is no rhyme or reason to this.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_01: This is just something that takes time to discern because messages from spirit, downloads from spirit can be very soft, can be very quiet, can be very subtle, they can be gone in a flash, and or they can also be so loud that they scream at you to do something.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_01: When spirit needs you to do something, like start a podcast, again, they are gonna tell you over and over and over again.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_01: And they are gonna tell you it from multiple directions.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_01: That's not just gonna come from you and your meditations and what you're receiving from spirit, maybe it's automatic writing, however, you receive your messages from spirit.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_01: It's also gonna come from other people.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_01: You're also going to hear podcasts about people that have started podcasts.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna hear podcasts about how to record a podcast, right?
• 16:48
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna hear people tell you you have a beautiful voice for podcasts.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_01: You should be a radio announcer.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_01: You might just hear people talking about podcasts while you're out grabbing coffee one day.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_01: And I realize that every incident in its isolation can be easily written off.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_01: So you're not talking about the one moment that allows you to know that this is a message from spirit.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_01: You're actually seeing the pattern across multiple avenues.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_01: And that's when you know a download and a transmission from spirit is coming.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_01: What is a little more tricky are messages from your subconscious that may sound and look like messages from spirit.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_01: And so for those of you hang on, they don't want me to go down that rabbit hole.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna they're sending me a down a different rabbit hole because they can be very quiet, they can be very loud, but the key difference is check the tone of the message, check if it contains oh, this is so interesting, shoulds.
• 18:18
SPEAKER_01: Check if there's guilt associated with it, check whether that energetic transmission feels really heavy.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_01: Because you need to take these energetic transmissions and almost like send them through your body and see how your body reacts to it.
• 18:35
SPEAKER_01: Because usually, when it's gonna be from your ego or your subconscious, it's going to feel heavy.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna feel sticky, it's gonna feel gross.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_01: Sticky isn't quite the right word, but you know what I'm going at.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_01: When it's coming from your subconscious, you can probably go out and look for the signs if you're looking for them, right?
• 19:01
SPEAKER_01: This is where I'm saying like, don't go and look for purple Jeeps, because then you're gonna go find a purple Jeep.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_01: Is that the recency bias?
• 19:09
SPEAKER_01: I think that might be what it's called.
• 19:11
  SPEAKER_01: I can't remember specifically.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_01: And so here's the catch is that you can start to see signs for something your subconscious has asked you to do, the shoulds of doing, and you can actually find those signs elsewhere.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_01: And so the key is not necessarily what I told you before about recognizing when it comes in and seeing it all around you, the layer you should put on top of that is how does that energetic transmission, that download, make you feel?
• 19:48
SPEAKER_01: Check it in your body.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_01: Because if if there's resistance but it feels light, it's probably from spirit.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_01: If it feels resistance, but it also has truth to it, it also has forward movement, it also it also like makes you again feel lighter.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_01: There's no other way to put that.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_01: It feels like it's the right direction, even though there's natural resistance in it.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_01: That is likely from spirit.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_01: So, again, a really good example is doing my book.
• 20:19
  SPEAKER_01: I I know there's a book coming.
• 20:21
  SPEAKER_01: I know there is.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_01: Spirit has told me you're doing a book.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_01: I have heard from about 17 different people.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_01: When are you writing your book?
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_01: And so I ended up doing the chapter in the intuitive entrepreneur.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, there it is, there's a book.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_01: And the spirit fucking laughed at me.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_01: They're like, that's not the book we were talking about.
• 20:40
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_01: And so within this entire shell of an example, you're seeing two different areas where I know the messages book.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_01: I'm hearing the messages book.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_01: When I did the intuitive entrepreneur, I still got the messages of when are you doing your book?
• 20:56
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be your book.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_01: And so I took the transmission of book.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_01: I took the sign that someone was coming to me and saying, Do you want to write a chapter with me in this book?
• 21:06
SPEAKER_01: As like, oh yeah, there it is.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_01: Okay, got it, got it, spirit.
• 21:09
  SPEAKER_01: I'm on it.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_01: And I ran towards that.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_01: And it was a very valuable experience.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't change it for the world, but that wasn't the message from Spirit.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_01: Because if you check how the energy felt signing on for that book, it felt like a should.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_01: And again, I'm not saying that.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_01: I fucking love this book, but you can check the energetic threads of it and notice you feel it in your shoulders, you feel it in your chest, but it's not expansive, it's constrictive.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_01: And so this is something my human wanted so that I understood the process of writing a book, so I can get context for writing a book, right?
• 21:54
SPEAKER_01: So I had to have a first really safe space to feel comfortable writing a chapter.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_01: And getting that published, which was an amazing fucking experience.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_01: But you can tell the difference because at a soul level, I'm not supposed to be writing just a chapter.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_01: I'm also supposed to be writing a full fucking book by myself.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_01: And as I talk about me writing a book for myself, by myself, the feeling on the shoulders goes away.
• 22:22
  SPEAKER_01: The chest feels expansive.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_01: My crown chakra is lit up and wide open.
• 22:28
  SPEAKER_01: I feel lighter.
• 22:30
  SPEAKER_01: I feel less dense.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_01: And so when you're getting these downloads, check within to see how your body is feeling about them, whether they're loud or whether they're soft, how does that information make you feel on the inside?
• 22:46
SPEAKER_01: And I realize that this is a this can be an advanced thing to do to check in with your body and see how your body feels.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_01: But that's part of the intuitive check for you to learn.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_01: So if you don't already know how to check in with your body, check in with your body.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_01: Make little decisions throughout the day based on your how your body feels.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_01: Does it feel contract, can constricted, contracted?
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_01: Does it feel heavy?
• 23:13
SPEAKER_01: Does it feel um not great vibrationally?
• 23:16
SPEAKER_01: Because those are no's your body is telling you that's not it.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_01: Or is it feeling open, expansive, exciting?
• 23:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, even if it's challenging, even if there's reluctance in it, does it still open up and feel expansive for you?
• 23:31
SPEAKER_01: Because those are the things that are in alignment with you that are gonna push you vibrationally forward.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_01: And so it's less about where, hang on, let me make sure I'm gonna make sure I'm sending saying the right thing.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_01: It's less about the messages themselves and more about how they make you feel.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_01: That is really the true guide to tell the difference between spirit and your ego.
• 24:03
SPEAKER_01: Because your body don't lie.
• 24:05
  SPEAKER_01: There's like a Shakira thing.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_01: Your hips don't lie, everybody.
• 24:07
  SPEAKER_01: Your hips don't lie.
• 24:09
  SPEAKER_01: Is that Shakira?
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, that's Shakira.
• 24:10
  SPEAKER_01: Shakira, Shakira.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_01: Let me see if there's anything else from my business guide that's stepping forward.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_01: The last one, number four, is that it should be fun.
• 24:28
SPEAKER_00: We as humans have lost our way in the quagmire that is the physical world.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_01: We have to-do lists a mile long.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_01: God, I have like six different apps on my phone with to-do lists on them, right?
• 24:46
SPEAKER_01: We have the constant feelings of other people's energies all around us.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_01: We're constantly feeling whether we are up to par with the people that we love, the people that we don't love, the neighborhood, the soccer team, all these things, right?
• 25:06
SPEAKER_01: And so we're constantly feeling and looking for the breaks and disconnection.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_01: We are hyper-aware of any sort of negative vibrations.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_01: And you can thank our caveman days for that.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_01: We can thank our ego and our brain and our body and our nervous system for trying to keep us safe because we tend to pay attention to the negative a lot more.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_01: This is just a fact of being human.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_01: But the reality is that work doesn't have to be hard.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_01: Life doesn't have to be miserable.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_01: There should be an infusion of fun that comes with this, that comes with life.
• 25:54
  SPEAKER_01: It seems very generic.
• 25:57
  SPEAKER_01: Gonna ask for more.
• 25:58
  SPEAKER_01: I know, I know.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_01: This is constantly this is this is me reacting to the fact that literally my entire my entire career receiving readings from spirit has been, Nicole, you need more joy.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_01: You need to be more fun, you need more happiness.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, what else is new?
• 26:21
  SPEAKER_01: What else is new?
• 26:22
  SPEAKER_01: What else is new?
• 26:23
SPEAKER_01: I understand, but when there is bills to pay, it's very hard to be fun all the time.
• 26:29
SPEAKER_01: And it's not about that.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_01: It's about infusing fun into the things that you have to do.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_01: Because you're gonna have to do them anyway.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_01: You might as well make it fun along the way.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_01: Because fun, keep in mind, fun is a vibration.
• 26:44
  SPEAKER_01: Fun is high vibe.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_01: And so when you're infusing fun, there is purpose to this.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_01: I heard my guide say, when you're infusing fun at every step along the way, you're naturally aligning yourself with the higher vibrations, which is also the higher vibration of spirit.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_01: And so when you are in these fun vibrations, it makes it a lot easier for you to receive downloads, guidance, loving support from your team on the other side.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_01: And when I say team, that can look like whatever you want it to look like, your guides, your angels, your Akashic Records, God, your uh your loved ones, right?
• 27:19
SPEAKER_01: Your pets that are on the other side.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_01: When you stay high vibe and you stay in fun and you infuse your day with fun, you are more connected to the high vibration of spirit and your soul.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_01: And that makes the messages so much easier to be received.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_01: And so that compounds on itself like a snowball rolling down a hill, compounds on itself and it gets bigger and bigger and bigger, and it makes your connection stronger and stronger and stronger.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_01: And so if you're looking to understand how to get more downloads, it's a really fucking easy answer.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: Be high vibe and make space to receive it.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_01: And this is why I'm here to fucking tear down all the systems because it literally comes down to those two things.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_01: We don't need a complex gratitude journal.
• 28:17
SPEAKER_00: We don't need to do um, you know, candles and intentions, right?
• 28:25
SPEAKER_01: Like it's it's just it's interesting to me because I think a lot of people add a lot of things on top of it to further set intentions, um, especially from a physical standpoint with, you know, altars, which I love, right?
• 28:38
SPEAKER_01: And routines, which I love, right?
• 28:40
  SPEAKER_01: There's purpose to those.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_01: I don't fucking have time for that shit.
• 28:43
SPEAKER_01: I don't have time for that shit, everybody.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_01: I don't have time to create altars and watch a candle burn down till the very bottom.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_01: I don't have fucking time for that.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_01: I mean, if I have time for that, I'm gonna, I'm gonna go like find time for me to go read a book, to go meditate.
• 29:00
SPEAKER_01: Because when you're busy, every fucking minute counts.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_01: And that's why they're saying infuse the joy in your day.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_01: You don't have to do a lot of extra stuff.
• 29:11
  SPEAKER_01: It's a way of being.
• 29:15
  SPEAKER_01: It's a way of being.
• 29:16
  SPEAKER_01: It's a way of living.
• 29:18
SPEAKER_01: You can set aside time, sure, but you can also infuse it into the stuff you're already doing.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_01: Let's see if there's anything else that they want to transmit for all of you today.
• 29:31
SPEAKER_00: The uh the one last thing is when in doubt, trust it.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_01: When in doubt, trust it.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_01: And what that means is if you're not sure, start walking the path of the download that you've received, whatever that is.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_01: Just start walking the path.
• 29:53
SPEAKER_01: And if you face resistance, spirit is letting you know that that wasn't, that's not the clear next step.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_01: That's not the next step in the path.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_01: If you are trying to set up a podcast and you get in, you get a microphone in and like the microphone's broken, like that's spirit telling you, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, check yourself because that's not the message we sent you.
• 30:16
SPEAKER_01: That wasn't the next step.
• 30:18
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_01: Um, and it's things like that.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_01: Check for areas where there's process breakdowns, where there's technology breakdowns, where there's things that are getting in the way of that step.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_01: And then you're gonna know, wait a second, hang on.
• 30:30
SPEAKER_01: And this is a pause.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_01: I'm not, I don't have all the information yet.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_01: And then just stop moving forward with it and wait for the information to come in.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_01: Wait for the signs and synchronicities to make sense again.
• 30:39
SPEAKER_01: Because I'll tell you what, when you receive downloaded guidance and it's right and it's and it's clear it's from spirit, and you start moving towards that direction and everything falls into place, that is the ideal state.
• 30:57
SPEAKER_01: That is the state of flow.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_01: That is why they're telling you to wait.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_01: That is why they're telling you to rest.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_01: And that's why they're telling you when you get the download and it makes sense, start moving towards it.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_01: And there will be less friction, less resistance, more flow in executing that plan.
• 31:12
SPEAKER_01: And that's how you know you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_01: Because when the pieces start falling into place and it's easy, that means that that was the correct message and you should be following it until it falls apart, until there is multiple areas where there's resistance or friction, and then you know, time out, this is not the easiest next step.
• 31:38
SPEAKER_00: And you wait for the information.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_00: You wait for the next step, which is precisely what I do.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_01: And all of this hopefully makes sense with what is going to come up in my business soon.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_01: Because I have known that my programs have been out of alignment.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_01: And I have known enough to know that there is something big fucking coming because I can feel it.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_01: I can feel that there's something big coming, but I also knew there was a delay between now and then.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_01: Even though I could feel it coming, I could also feel there was rest with it.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_01: There was a weight that came with it.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_01: And so I have waited.
• 32:31
  SPEAKER_01: I have waited, I have waited.
• 32:32
SPEAKER_01: And the reason why I've waited is because it was an incomplete transmission, because I didn't have all of the information.
• 32:37
SPEAKER_01: I didn't have all of the knowledge.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_01: It didn't come together in a way that I understood it.
• 32:42
SPEAKER_01: And then in one night, in about 10 seconds, and no fucking word of a lie, it was about a 10-second download.
• 32:51
SPEAKER_01: My entire program came together.
• 32:54
SPEAKER_01: It was this instant realization of what I'm supposed to do, how it's supposed together, how how I'm supposed to structure it.
• 33:01
SPEAKER_01: Like, and I think there's one of the components that's a little wishy-washy right now, but but there's three that came in absolutely complete.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_01: And I think the fourth one is gonna be there.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if it's gonna be the way that I'm currently, I've currently kind of proposed structuring it because, or if it's gonna be a little different and we're gonna see what that looks like.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_01: But I know three out of the four components, I know exactly what they are.
• 33:22
  SPEAKER_01: Done.
• 33:22
  SPEAKER_01: Complete.
• 33:23
SPEAKER_01: I started writing the copy for it, and I started getting really emotional while I was writing the copy.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_01: I started crying while I was writing fucking website copy, everybody.
• 33:39
SPEAKER_01: I started getting this knowing in my body that this is exactly what I'm supposed to be doing.
• 33:45
  SPEAKER_01: This is it.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_01: This is the fucking program I have been waiting for.
• 33:49
SPEAKER_01: I've been waiting for it for years.
• 33:52
SPEAKER_01: But I needed all the puzzle pieces in place.
• 33:56
SPEAKER_01: And as I was writing that website copy, I got a message from one of my students asking, is this thing is energetics going to be something that I'm teaching in my program?
• 34:16
SPEAKER_01: And that's exactly the fucking program I was pulling together at that exact moment.
• 34:23
SPEAKER_01: Can you even make this shit up?
• 34:25
SPEAKER_01: You can't even make this shit up anymore.
• 34:27
SPEAKER_01: And so it was just wild to feel that and to know that and have spirit acknowledge literally in that moment that I received the download correctly by having somebody external message me at the exact moment I was creating the content.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_01: So that is how I work with my team.
• 34:53
  SPEAKER_01: I don't have expectations.
• 34:55
SPEAKER_01: I literally sit and wait for the transmissions.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_01: I make space for them.
• 34:59
  SPEAKER_01: I rest.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_01: For the love of God, do I rest until they tell me to rest?
• 35:03
  SPEAKER_01: I tinker a lot.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_01: They'll probably hate me for that.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_01: I do tinker a lot on my website.
• 35:07
SPEAKER_01: Um I make sure that I'm receiving it in my body.
• 35:12
SPEAKER_01: I will wait for the external signals.
• 35:14
SPEAKER_01: I will follow the flows of whether it is an ease-filled experience in executing some of these things or if I'm facing resistance.
• 35:22
SPEAKER_01: And if I'm faking facing resistance, I know enough to fucking stop.
• 35:27
SPEAKER_01: But I also know that when these downloads come in, they change everything in a matter of seconds.
• 35:39
SPEAKER_01: Like, not not exaggerating, in a matter of seconds, the entire future of my business is given to me.
• 35:54
SPEAKER_01: And so this is why we started with I cannot, I cannot run this business the way that my brain, my ego, my divine masculine wants to run this business.
• 36:10
SPEAKER_01: There are going to be components of it where I do execute what they want me to execute, and I will absolutely use my divine masculine to do so.
• 36:22
SPEAKER_01: But the strategy, the approach, the programs all come from the divine masculine, all come from this fucking three-story tall Lagatha.
• 36:38
SPEAKER_01: She's terrifying, by the way.
• 36:40
  SPEAKER_01: Very intimidating.
• 36:41
SPEAKER_01: That's how I feel about my business.
• 36:42
  SPEAKER_01: Very intimidating.
• 36:44
SPEAKER_01: They all come from spirit because I am here to serve.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_01: My purpose is to serve.
• 36:53
SPEAKER_01: That is what my soul contract has agreed to for the second half of my life that I am here to serve and help people be on their highest and most aligned path, whatever that looks like business, personal, spiritual.
• 37:13
SPEAKER_01: Because I want people to reclaim their sovereignty sovereignty, reclaim their power.
• 37:20
SPEAKER_01: I want them to live a life that they fucking love.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_01: And if I'm not doing that in myself, then I am not serving all of you in the best way possible.
• 37:32
SPEAKER_01: That was my team trying to guilt me into more fun.
• 37:34
SPEAKER_01: Can they guilt me into more fun?
• 37:36
SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like they do.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_01: Feels like two opposite energies and emotions, but there they are, sandwiched right on top of each other.
• 37:44
SPEAKER_01: Might as well add some bacon in there for fun.
• 37:46
  SPEAKER_01: Damn.
• 37:47
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 37:48
SPEAKER_01: So that is a very live, wonderful example from the beloved business lagatha and I.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_01: With all of these energetic channeling, transmissions, downloads on how I receive my energetic transmissions and downloads.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_01: If you have questions, I would love to answer them for you.
• 38:09
SPEAKER_01: Hot off the press here with my team.
• 38:11
SPEAKER_01: I love it when we do that.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_01: Do we like these channeled episodes?
• 38:14
  SPEAKER_01: I like them a lot.
• 38:16
SPEAKER_01: I think I'm going to do more of these.
• 38:17
  SPEAKER_01: I think they're so fucking cool.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_01: Let me know if this resonated.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_01: And as always, if you loved this episode, leave me a review.
• 38:23
SPEAKER_01: I would love to see it.
• 38:25
  SPEAKER_01: It helps me grow.
• 38:26
  SPEAKER_01: It helps me change.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_01: It helps me get the visibility that others fucking need.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_01: Because I know I'm here to spread a very important message for humankind that is ready to ascend and fucking up level.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_01: Ascend is such a word, isn't it?
• 38:42
  SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
• 38:42
SPEAKER_01: I'm going to go on a soapbox for one second, then I'll end the episode.
• 38:45
SPEAKER_01: What kind of bullshit is Ascend?
• 38:48
  SPEAKER_01: It is.
• 38:48
  SPEAKER_01: It's bullshit, right?
• 38:50
SPEAKER_01: God, that'll be another podcast episode.
• 38:53
SPEAKER_01: You are already a perfect soul.
• 38:55
SPEAKER_01: You are already a perfect soul.
• 38:57
SPEAKER_01: You are just up leveling to the next level, the next version of you that is ready to be received, which is a higher vibration.
• 39:07
SPEAKER_01: But to imply that you ascended is to imply that there is a level of imperfection in you that never existed in the first place.
• 39:15
SPEAKER_01: There is a level of you that was not meant to move to the next level, which is total and utter bullshit.
• 39:23
SPEAKER_01: Because all of you moves to the next level.
• 39:26
SPEAKER_01: All of you deserves the higher vibrations and frequencies.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_01: And you don't ascend, you transmute to the higher level because all of you comes with you and you remove what doesn't fit to allow you to align to a higher vibration, which is the version of you now.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_01: Ascension sounds like some gatekeepy shit.
• 39:49
SPEAKER_01: Don't believe the gatekeepy shit, everybody.
• 39:52
SPEAKER_01: You are deserving and worthy of all of it.
• 39:55
SPEAKER_01: All right, I'm off the soapbox now.
• 39:57
  SPEAKER_01: Have a wonderful day.
• 39:58
  SPEAKER_01: Take care.
