Transcript
- 0:01Well, howdy and welcome to one of the most controversial Mark
- 0:03Driscoll shows we will ever film on the life issue.
- 0:07Seth Gruber is joining us from the White Rose Resistance.
- 0:10And guys, you are in for a good time.
- 0:12Today we're going to talk about everything from why Paw Patrol
- 0:16is gay to how men should be getting involved in the life
- 0:20movement and a little bit about his newest project.
- 0:23So buckle up, grab a notepad. You're going to learn a ton in
- 0:27this one. Well, Seth Grubert, it is
- 0:50awesome to have you in studio with us.
- 0:53It was kind of a spur of the moment you were in town.
- 0:55And for our audience that doesn't know you, would you be
- 0:58able to introduce yourself and what you're all about?
- 1:00Yeah, sure. Well, I hate, I hate Paw Patrol.
- 1:03I think it's super gay and I think to the with you, I will.
- 1:07Tell my my grandsons bro they're right.
- 1:10It's demonic. I'm.
- 1:11Just paw patrol. I'll be honest.
- 1:13Paw Patrol is on my my heavy rotation playlist along with the
- 1:17Bob the Builder theme song. Those are the 2 heavy rotation.
- 1:21Songs on my playlist. Yeah.
- 1:22Well, I mean, I know you said introduce yourself, but but no
- 1:26seriously, most of like the entertainment especially like I
- 1:28think this was the crux crux of my message.
- 1:31Recently been doing this like thing called life or death tour
- 1:33just going around the country. But it's like always about kids.
- 1:36It's always about children. It's old days, new demons.
- 1:39It's all, it's always about redefining the family,
- 1:43sexualizing and destroying the innocence of the young.
- 1:46If you can't RIP their limbs off and chop their genitals off in
- 1:50sort of this reiteration of Moloch or Ashtaroth, like every
- 1:54modern manifestation of demonic evil is always about the family.
- 1:59Did you see the thing on the Capitol Hill with the Missouri
- 2:02Senator Josh? Josh Hawley.
- 2:04Yeah, Josh Hawley ripping into the Netflix seeing like, why is
- 2:0851% of your content it's for kids?
- 2:10Why does it have LGBT LMNOP. My name is Lisa's.
- 2:14He's brilliant. He's yeah, brilliant.
- 2:16And anyways, to your point, it's like it was because if you get
- 2:18the kids and you, you know, reshape their affections and
- 2:20priorities at a young age, they'll serve demons forever.
- 2:23And so that's why Paw Patrol is gay.
- 2:24But anyways, 100% I totally agree.
- 2:26But my name is Seth. I I was homeschooled in Los
- 2:31Angeles County Whittier. You were the one, yeah.
- 2:34I was the. One I was too in the 90s.
- 2:37Well, it was like, you know, the stereotypes of like the the 90s.
- 2:41The 90s homeschool. Kids were like, you know, and
- 2:44that was like, that stereotype was sort of true.
- 2:47Like I was in homeschool group where like the moms were like
- 2:50the whole fear of the world shelter the kid, don't let them
- 2:54even watch Little Mermaid. And so there was a stereotype of
- 2:58that that kind of rang true. Now it's flipped.
- 2:59It's all the public school with public school kids who were
- 3:01like, and it's the homeschool kids who can like look an adult
- 3:04in the eye and like have a conversation.
- 3:06But so my mom was homeschooling before it was hip and cool and
- 3:09sexy. She was juicing and making
- 3:11homemade kombucha before it was hip and cool.
- 3:14So I was home. I'm the oldest at home school
- 3:16through 8th grade. I went to Whittier High School,
- 3:17Nixon's alma mater, but my mom ran a pregnancy Resource Center
- 3:21in like Glendora, Pasadena area in the late 80s, early 90s and
- 3:28there weren't very many pregnancy resource centers in
- 3:30the late 80s, early 90s. I was born in 91.
- 3:33So she stepped down when I was born.
- 3:34She went to homeschool me and my sisters, but we remained
- 3:36involved and like did the walk for life and my mom was very
- 3:39pro-life. She was like that mom pushing
- 3:41the pro-life cause at the church with a impotent, flatulent
- 3:44pastor who bred too many Tim Keller and Rick Warren books and
- 3:47Jess Treacher Gospel while you know the culture is burning down
- 3:49around you because the gospel is only Jesus in your heart and in
- 3:52your home, but not in the public square.
- 3:53And then, and then my senior of high school, what your high
- 3:56school says, OK, you have to do a senior project if you want to
- 3:58graduate. This was back before, I think it
- 3:59was like right before they had gay porn in all of the sex Ed
- 4:02and all of the public schools. But you actually had to write a
- 4:05paper and do research and do volunteer hours and give a
- 4:09speech before a panel of teachers or you could not
- 4:11graduate. So I had all these pro-choice
- 4:13friends and I was super convicted at 18 years old that I
- 4:18didn't have a lot of good answers to a lot of my friends.
- 4:20So Long story short, I was like, I'm going to do my senior
- 4:22project on abortion. So I told my high school.
- 4:24I said, so what's your topic? Abortion.
- 4:27And they're like, yeah, you can't do that.
- 4:29We have certain guidelines here. And oops, that's one of the
- 4:32topics you can't pick, but you know, my mom and maybe memorize
- 4:35the entire preamble constitution, the entire
- 4:37Declaration of Independence by the time I was 11.
- 4:39And they didn't know that I was. And so I, I looked at the senior
- 4:43project advisor and I said, I know of these groups called ADF
- 4:48and others. I will, I will sue you for
- 4:52viewpoint discrimination. If, if, if that's your decision.
- 4:55And so they backed off and I did whatever the heck I wanted.
- 4:59So I learned a super important lesson.
- 5:01Get an attorney. Yeah, yeah.
- 5:03When all else fails, Rock, paper, scissors attorney.
- 5:07That's the lesson, yeah. Yeah, Amen.
- 5:09Well, Pastor Mark here wanting to thank our partners at Gold Co
- 5:12for helping sponsor the Mark Driscoll Show and they would
- 5:16like to inform you about silver. Over recent months and years,
- 5:22silver prices have increased and they'd like you to be informed
- 5:25to help you determine the best place to put your wealth.
- 5:30So here's what they are offering and you can go to
- 5:33rightnowgoldco.com/real Faith. Again, that's Gold co.com/real
- 5:38Faith and here's what they are offering.
- 5:41A free 2026 gold and silver kit as well.
- 5:46In light of our nation's 250th birthday, they've got a limited
- 5:51time bonus offer. You'll get free gold or silver,
- 5:55free storage, and a free home safe with a minimum cash
- 6:00purchase. Again, they'd like to give these
- 6:02gifts to you as well as information about precious
- 6:06metals, but especially silver. So again, go to
- 6:10goldco.com/realfaith. Well, and you know how to, you
- 6:14know, I mean, men just don't know how to fight anymore.
- 6:16And so, but I, I, so that I tell you that because I, that was a
- 6:19really important lesson. That was very formative lesson
- 6:21for me at 18 that I've taken with me today.
- 6:23That's really, that represents a lot of the culture of, of my
- 6:25ministry. The White Rose resistance.
- 6:27I was like, you know what? Sometimes it just takes what
- 6:28it's one man plus God with the testicular fortitude to look the
- 6:32Fauci and Faustian dwarves in the face and say, sit down.
- 6:36And they usually do. It's just the appearance of
- 6:38strength. And sometimes you just need to
- 6:41stand up and say no. And when enough people do that,
- 6:43like we solve a lot of problems. So that's something I learned
- 6:45and then I went off to this super gay pro-choice Christian
- 6:51College in Santa Barbara. And actually, me and my friends
- 6:54used to listen to all your old sermons back from that day, from
- 6:57from the Seattle days that. Means I'm getting old.
- 7:00Yeah, and and, and the the pro-life sermons and the pro
- 7:02marriage stuff. And we we were like all the, you
- 7:04know, young restless reform, but like a little little of the
- 7:06younger ones. Really.
- 7:07Yeah. You know, because everything at
- 7:09this Christian college Westmont in Santa Barbara, down the
- 7:11street from Oprah's house is like, so gay, like pro, pro
- 7:14abortion professors on the payroll, like gospel.
- 7:17The flags on the New Testament professor's door.
- 7:20Tremper Longman, the Old Testament professor.
- 7:22You might have seen that name. Tremper Longman, the third Old
- 7:24Testament scholar, part of the evangelicals for Biden a few
- 7:26years after I graduated. Oh, yeah.
- 7:29He jumped in with that. So this was my.
- 7:31This was my. That's called.
- 7:32Wild. That's like vegetarians for
- 7:35butchers. Yeah, you don't understand.
- 7:37Yeah, basically. And so here I am, this LA
- 7:42homeschool kid, right, with a mom who ran a pregnancy center,
- 7:45who did my senior project on abortion, who was like, already
- 7:48at this point, I was volunteering with this group who
- 7:50put aborted baby imageries on University College campuses.
- 7:53And we'd set up these huge signs showing emaciated, murdered,
- 7:57dissected children at all trimesters from murdered from
- 8:00abortion. Ephesians 511 have nothing to do
- 8:02with the fruitless deeds of darkness.
- 8:03Would rather expose them. So here you go.
- 8:04Here's what choice looks like. And I was already doing that.
- 8:07And so I start the first pro-life club at Westmont in
- 8:10Montecito in Santa Barbara. And I, it took me like a
- 8:14semester to find a faculty advisor to get the thing
- 8:16approved. I tried to bring that display
- 8:18with the aborted baby imagery on the campus.
- 8:20They said no for three years in a row.
- 8:21I ended up in Christianity yesterday in an article
- 8:25Christianity Today and and then World Magazine.
- 8:29It's Christianity. Never.
- 8:30Never. That's right.
- 8:31Yes. Thank you.
- 8:31Yeah, yeah, yeah. Russell Moore, whatever he is,
- 8:33it's definitely not a Christian. And so they did this whole thing
- 8:37on me because I was standing outside of the dining Commons
- 8:39with aborted baby imagery at Westmont.
- 8:42So all the professors and the students have to look at
- 8:44emaciated baby pieces as they go to have breakfast and lunch.
- 8:47And I was doing this because my alma mater Westmont had pro
- 8:51abortion professors on the faculty refused to take a
- 8:53pro-life position on the life issue in their student handbook
- 8:56and had refused to let me do this display.
- 8:57So I said, I said all that to say the second lesson I learned
- 9:00very early on was the problem is way less the gay communists and
- 9:05the Bay all worshippers with Joseph's multi technique color
- 9:09coat of hair. The problem is the blood bought
- 9:12bride of Christ who has forgotten who she is.
- 9:16Schaefer said that the ignorance of the church is more dangerous
- 9:18for a culture than the decadence of the world.
- 9:22And I was like, wait, I thought I was coming to the Christian
- 9:26college to get equipped for. The well and so do the parents
- 9:28that pay the outlandish tuition trying to send their kids to a
- 9:32place where usually in those schools the most wildly out of
- 9:37bounds people are in the Bible department.
- 9:39Always. You know, those, those are the
- 9:42people that are most off the reservation.
- 9:44Sometimes maybe in some of the other departments you get people
- 9:47that actually love Jesus. But in the Bible department, I
- 9:50mean those, that's where the apostates have taken over the
- 9:53asylum. You might find this interesting
- 9:55customer. Guess what department at
- 9:58Westmont had the most conservatives and I would say
- 10:01people committed to biblical fidelity in terms of the
- 10:04professors, what department? What and academic discipline?
- 10:06Maybe economics nailed it well, because economic.
- 10:09Thesis and math they're. Dealing with reality, there was
- 10:13a there was a school like that, that they actually created a, a
- 10:16rule that pastors were not allowed to come on campus
- 10:18because of me. And it came out of the Bible
- 10:20department. Yeah, Yeah.
- 10:21You know, And so the intolerance of the Bible department is only
- 10:26possible on campus. Yeah.
- 10:28Because when their, when their ideas are field tested, in
- 10:30reality, they don't lead anyone to Christ and they don't produce
- 10:34any fruits. So they have to retreat to
- 10:36academia and they have to brainwash people that came from
- 10:39naive Christian subcultures, and then their parents are
- 10:42overpaying for the indoctrination.
- 10:44My wife said something the other day that it pertains to what
- 10:48you're saying that you might appreciate this.
- 10:51We I I just got semi cancelled by another Christian figure
- 10:56who's everyone listening would know the name and I've been
- 11:01cancelled by other people. Like what does that mean?
- 11:04Like I won't talk to you anymore.
- 11:06You don't. Our friendship's over.
- 11:07You're off the Christmas card list.
- 11:09So like the one of the early one.
- 11:11Well, I was never friends with Ed Stetzer or Ed Go Beard or
- 11:15something like that. But he's the Dean of Talbot
- 11:19Biola Seminary and when they hired him and we we don't have
- 11:24time to get into all this on this show today, but I've done
- 11:26whole things on this. Megan Basham has done a good job
- 11:29on this. I, I have one of the longest
- 11:30list of his public record. So I don't air dirty laundry.
- 11:33Like I'm just addressing things you say and do publicly if
- 11:35you're a Christian leader. And one of the reasons I care
- 11:37about this too, Mark, is because like, I'm trying to wake up the
- 11:40local church to end these evils, to contend for righteousness,
- 11:42reclaim our heritage of Christian resistance, which is
- 11:44now today called Christian nationalism.
- 11:46And one of the reasons we don't have people the the church
- 11:49engages, we don't have the pastors.
- 11:50One of the reason we don't have the pastors, by and large, is
- 11:52because the places they're being educated are are utterly failing
- 11:55them. Because they're nobody.
- 11:57So this is my massive frustration.
- 12:00Nobody at a seminary or Bible college is being they're being
- 12:04trained for peacetime not. War.
- 12:05Yes, exactly. And there's never been, there's
- 12:08never been a war at a Bible college or a seminary.
- 12:12These guys are, they're not battle ready.
- 12:15And the guys that are running those places and the teachers,
- 12:17they're not having to raise money, they're not having to do
- 12:19discipline. Nobody's showing up, you know, 2
- 12:22trannies asking for a wedding. They're not having to deal with
- 12:25reality. And so the guys that they're
- 12:27producing, they're way too soft and they're, they're, they're
- 12:31built for peacetime. They're not built for war.
- 12:33It's. The kind of guys when they, when
- 12:34they, you know when they open the door and they run into it,
- 12:36they bruise like a Peach. Well, and so when I was in, you
- 12:39know, the People's Republic of Seattle, the first guy I had
- 12:41come in with a dress asking which restroom to use, you know,
- 12:46was like in 96. No way 96.
- 12:49Dude you you saw this and had to deal with it way before.
- 12:53It was Tuesday, tranny was. It was tranny Tuesday, I mean.
- 12:57I I'm, I don't. That's not very winsome.
- 12:59I'm really offended that you use that phrase.
- 13:01Tuesday. The other two I use that too and
- 13:07it's so funny. Christian, you know?
- 13:09Anyways. But literally dude came in with
- 13:11a dress beard, you know I mean Adam's apple and genitalia. 2
- 13:16credible evidence points of the gender and he asked which
- 13:20restroom do I use 96. Yeah.
- 13:22You know, and I'm like 26 years old, new Christian, new pastor.
- 13:27That's epic. And I looked at him.
- 13:28I said you're going to need to hold it.
- 13:31Yeah. But I think it's trained in that
- 13:33seminary. Well, so that's so good because
- 13:38I, I, I, I believe that courage is best seen up close.
- 13:42I don't think it's courageous. I don't think I'm courageous
- 13:45when I go speak at a conference that I've been paid to speak at
- 13:48or someone's gala or fundraiser and, and I'm paid to speak at
- 13:51it. And the whole crowd is agreeing
- 13:55or 95%, except for the few that walk out.
- 13:57They're all standing ovation. They love everything I have to
- 13:59say. That's not courage, dude.
- 14:01That's not courage. That's a hometown.
- 14:02Crowd. Everyone enjoys it.
- 14:03They all agree with it. I got paid.
- 14:06That's not courage. Courage is best seen up close.
- 14:09What does that mean? Your home, your church, your
- 14:14team, your employer, your city? Where?
- 14:17Where there's actual risks to you?
- 14:20Where your life and your comfort could be upset if you're not
- 14:24courageous. Courage.
- 14:26You want to know the measure of a man.
- 14:27It's best seen up close, not on a platform he was paid to speak
- 14:31on. And so when Talbot hired Ed
- 14:34Stetzer again, don't have time for the whole thing, but like,
- 14:36if you guys want to know more, go to my podcast.
- 14:38It's he he that that he's an evil man.
- 14:40He said things like if you don't, if you didn't get the
- 14:41jab, you don't live your neighbor, you're a bad
- 14:43Christian. When he writes articles, when he
- 14:45gets things wrong, he calls Russell Moore Christianity
- 14:47Yesterday he says take that article off the Internet and
- 14:49then I go find them on the way back machine.
- 14:50He's truly a vile man. He helped advise with the he
- 14:53gets his campaign for the Super Bowl ad, the first one where it
- 14:56showed like every woke intersectionality, you know?
- 15:00Yeah, Tranny's feet washing. Yeah, exactly.
- 15:03And if interestingly, it was so funny, Mark, they didn't have
- 15:05one of a FBI agent washing the feet of a January fixer.
- 15:13It was so interesting they didn't have Merrick Garland
- 15:15washing the feet of a parent who spoke at a school board meeting.
- 15:19So the only caricatures were representations of leftist
- 15:22interaction, intersectionality, power struggles.
- 15:24So Stetzer said he advised on that.
- 15:27He called it pre evangelism. Anyways, he's a vile man.
- 15:29And so Sean McDowell, an old friend of mine, I said, can we
- 15:35talk because you were friends? And I'm, I'm just concerned
- 15:38about the direction of Viola. I grew up 20 minutes from there.
- 15:41I'm kind of concerned about the direction of the university.
- 15:43First text I get back. Please take my endorsement of
- 15:47you down from sethgruber.com. So I do and then and then the
- 15:51other day I just got cancelled by another man whose name might
- 15:53shock you. And so I was talking to my wife
- 15:54about this and she said, and I, my, my wife's very peaceful and
- 15:58gentle and doesn't really get riled.
- 16:00I do. And she was like, do you know
- 16:02what's wrong with all these men, all these boomers is they're all
- 16:05ivory tower intellectuals. They live in their head all the
- 16:08time and they've never had to fight.
- 16:11So they don't know how to do conflict.
- 16:14So when conflict shows up, they're like deuces.
- 16:17And I was like, I don't know whether to clap or like if I'm
- 16:20turned on right now like I was like I was.
- 16:23Like you can do both. These are not mutually
- 16:24exclusive. Categories.
- 16:25Amen. Yeah, I was like, my wife is
- 16:28amazing. I was like, that is such a good
- 16:29thing, babe. But anyways, to your point, the
- 16:32seminaries are not training the shepherds for wartime.
- 16:35Well, and so most of the evangelicalism is phone sex.
- 16:39Yeah, Everybody's talking. Nothing's happening.
- 16:43That's a take right there. Most of it's angelicalism.
- 16:46It's all talk. Nothing's happening.
- 16:48They're talking about evangelism.
- 16:49Nobody's getting saved. They're talking about courage.
- 16:52Nobody's in a fight. They're talking about
- 16:53leadership. Nobody's making a decision.
- 16:57So I have plenty of takes on why that is, but I want to ask you,
- 17:01when do you think that this relatively new and unique
- 17:05cultural engagement model the evangelical church has adopted
- 17:09in the West and specifically in America?
- 17:11When do you think that began? Why?
- 17:14What happened? Where would you trace that?
- 17:16What are its origins? Because my understanding is, is
- 17:18that's relatively new if you look at the history of
- 17:21Christendom. Yeah, it's third way
- 17:22evangelicalism primarily, I would say.
- 17:24I don't know what you it's, I didn't.
- 17:26Know what I wanted? Your take?
- 17:27So third way of angelicalism is, you know, there's there's the
- 17:31right, there's the left. Our job is to be the reasonable
- 17:34mediator in the middle and always punch toward the left.
- 17:39Excuse me, punch toward the right so that we can appeal to
- 17:42the left. And so the church got so used to
- 17:45punching to the right to appeal to the left because it started
- 17:49with like the Jesus movement going after all the hippies and
- 17:52all the leftists and all the weirdos and all the liberals.
- 17:54Well, then all of a sudden the what was the left shift so far
- 18:01that what was a Democrat, you know, 20 years ago today is a
- 18:06moderate in the middle. And so like when I was in, when
- 18:09I was in the People's Republic of Seattle, people ask me all
- 18:11the time. They're like, so you know,
- 18:13what's politics like? There's like, well, we have
- 18:14socialists and Democrats. Right.
- 18:16Yeah, yeah. They're like, what about the
- 18:18Republicans? Like we haven't voted for a a
- 18:20Republican since Reagan. I mean, it was 80.
- 18:24So, you know, the Republicans didn't even have an office.
- 18:26You couldn't even go get a bumper sticker because you have
- 18:29socialists and those are on the left.
- 18:31And then your Democrats are in the center.
- 18:33Yeah. So they think Gavin Newsom is a
- 18:35moderate. Yeah, that's one.
- 18:38You know what I'm saying? Yeah.
- 18:39Yeah. And so and they think Mondami,
- 18:41well, he would be. So like now they've got a
- 18:43socialist mayor. When you, when you vote for a
- 18:45socialist, you have left anything that looks like what
- 18:49was historically left or center left.
- 18:53So if your commitment is I'm always going to go to the
- 18:55middle, what happens when the middle goes 27° to the left?
- 19:00At that point you have to go to the right just to stay
- 19:04Christian. And if you move and you try to
- 19:08remain in the middle, you end up being apostate or, and, and what
- 19:13you're seeing too. I haven't said this, this work.
- 19:16So what you're seeing with these guys that have a third way
- 19:18missiology, they also have a third way morality.
- 19:22So you're seeing a whole generation of guys that
- 19:24somewhere between the church and the world is how they live their
- 19:27lives. So they're committing adultery,
- 19:28they're not finishing well. You've got a whole generation of
- 19:31guys that are fumbling the ball in the red zone of their life
- 19:34and you're learning about affairs and misappropriations
- 19:37and sexual misconduct. You're like, how do you do that?
- 19:40Well, because a third way missiology ends up with a third
- 19:43way morality. You're living somewhere between
- 19:45the world and the. Wow.
- 19:49I feel like I feel like I do. I feel like a a church that will
- 19:54not long tolerate the kingship and authority of Jesus in the
- 20:01public square will soon not long tolerate it in the private
- 20:05square, in the home, in the family, if he if he's not the
- 20:10King of kings and the king of the world.
- 20:14If he's not the king of everything, well, then he's the
- 20:16king of anything. Yeah, then he's the chump of
- 20:18chumps. I mean that that's where you end
- 20:21up. And, and that to me is where
- 20:22it's, it's it's highly offensive to think, you know, Jesus could
- 20:27be received by more people if we just were more welcoming,
- 20:32accommodating and tolerating of those who despise him and
- 20:35everything that he stands for. And it's like, no, actually, I
- 20:39believe that the gospel is an offense.
- 20:41I believe that it is a declaration of war.
- 20:43And I believe that the gospel is offensive in a profoundly
- 20:46attractive way because the gospel shows up and says you are
- 20:50the problem. You're the greatest problem you
- 20:53have. The greatest enemy you have is
- 20:55you. And you have picked a fight with
- 20:58the creator of the cosmos. And it's a fight that is
- 21:02absolutely unwinnable. And you are standing in the path
- 21:06of the wrath of God and there's nothing you can do to remedy
- 21:09your situation. And best case scenario is you're
- 21:12on fire forever unless you get a miracle.
- 21:15And so to to say, you know, we could do that in a winsome way.
- 21:20That's right. That's right.
- 21:20That's so good. Yeah.
- 21:22You're like, it's offensive. Yeah, that's right.
- 21:24But it's it's good to at least be honest because at this point,
- 21:27like you're kindling unless something changes drastically.
- 21:32Yep, Yep. And that's why we don't have any
- 21:34endorsements on our website. He gets cancelled by everyone
- 21:37for saying this. We don't do endorsements because
- 21:41at the end of the day, you know, I know that at some point their
- 21:45pain tolerance will hit its lid and then they will turn.
- 21:49And so just get it over with right now.
- 21:53So back to you, your introduction.
- 21:55What is the White Rose Resistance?
- 21:57Tell us about your ministry and why you're getting cancelled.
- 22:00Well, we launched it because of all these problems that we're
- 22:04talking about. I mean, you know, I just came
- 22:07from a friend's church, you know, locally here, Redeemer
- 22:10Bible, and they're in the midst of a series.
- 22:13And Pastor John Bensinger wanted me to address this study that
- 22:18they were looking at this polling of evangelicals.
- 22:20And there was just this statement and evangelicals were
- 22:23asked to respond to it. And it was abortion is sin.
- 22:30And 42% of evangelicals in that were polled said they disagreed
- 22:36and 9% were unsure how to answer, which means 51% answered
- 22:42that one wrong. But that didn't shock me.
- 22:45I wasn't surprised by that. He just.
- 22:46Was so the majority? I mean, we're at a coin flip in
- 22:50the church. Good.
- 22:52Night. Yeah, isn't that crazy?
- 22:53But see, that's on the shepherds, that's on the
- 22:56teachers at that point. Like if the kids are sick
- 22:59because instead of juice we're giving them, you know,
- 23:02antifreeze, you know, that's on the one who's creating the diet.
- 23:05That's right. So it was the overturning of Roe
- 23:09versus Wade. And right around that time
- 23:11frame, I was preparing this ministry and Roe got overturned.
- 23:14And that summer we launched the White Rose Resistance in June of
- 23:172022. So we're coming up on four years
- 23:23old. We have 22 employees, resistance
- 23:26chapters in North Cal, Socal, Boise, Dallas, Fort Worth,
- 23:29Denver, New York, ME, Florida, South Carolina.
- 23:33And we're launching more this year.
- 23:34And it's all about like, I guess if I had to put it on a hat, it
- 23:37would say make the local church great again.
- 23:40Resistance to all these kinds of evils.
- 23:43It historically has never been mega.
- 23:45It's never been political. It's been Christianity.
- 23:48It's been, this has been like Christianity one O 1.
- 23:52And so it's based off this incredible story that was always
- 23:56inspirational to me since my college years of these 20
- 23:59something kids in their 20s in in Nazi Germany, in Munich, and
- 24:04they called themselves the White Rose Resistance.
- 24:07And there was a brother sister duo that were very
- 24:10inspirational, Hans and Sophie Scholl.
- 24:12There were some other kids, Kristoff, Probst, Alexander
- 24:14Schmarel and others. But Sophie is a particularly
- 24:17inspirational figure. And so it's 1942 and Sophie's 21
- 24:22years old. She's walking the sidewalks of
- 24:24Munich and she sees this leaflet or pamphlet on the ground.
- 24:27She picks it up and it says leaflets of the White Rose and
- 24:31she picks it up and she's reading it.
- 24:32It's like excoriating the crimes that are happening.
- 24:36It's asking people to stand up. It's asking the church to wake
- 24:38up. They're saying they're calling
- 24:39people to passive and active forms of resistance.
- 24:41It says they said things like, if you know, why do you not act?
- 24:45They said, we are the White Rose resistance.
- 24:46We are your bad conscience and we will not leave you alone.
- 24:49And so they would stay up late riding these leaflets and then
- 24:51and then sending them or taking trains to the middle of the
- 24:54night to major German cities and like doing leaflet drops.
- 24:56It was a social media campaign, pre digital.
- 24:58Pre digital. It just saturate the market with
- 25:01like, you know, the stuff you're not hearing and get people to
- 25:05wake up. And so I just always sound so
- 25:07inspirational. So the story continues.
- 25:08It's she was reading this and she's like, this sounds a lot
- 25:11like my brother Hans, who's 20, a 24 year old young man.
- 25:15This sounds a lot like how he talks one of his rants at
- 25:17dinner. And come to find out the White
- 25:20Rose Resistance and not only been Co founded, it was being
- 25:22run by none other than her older brother Hans, who knew how
- 25:26dangerous political resistance was by 1942.
- 25:31And he was just trying to protect his little sister.
- 25:33He didn't want Sophie engaged in this because he knew it could,
- 25:36it could cost her life. But she demands to join and she
- 25:39becomes the youngest member and the only female of the White
- 25:43Roof Resistance. And for the rest of 1942 and
- 25:46early parts of 1943, they start writing these leaflets and they
- 25:49would spray paint like down with Hitler, like graffiti artists
- 25:53and the Nazis would come and paint over it the next day.
- 25:55And then on February 18th. So coming up here, anniversary
- 26:001943, Hans and Sophie walk into the campus at the University of
- 26:05Munich, where I filmed at the end of my film, the 1916
- 26:10project, which is the the streaming on Daily Wire.
- 26:12And like went all over the country and screenings and they
- 26:17dropping these leaflets off and outside of classrooms.
- 26:19And then, and you guys know this, but if the listeners don't
- 26:22like the universities, like the clergy have been largely Co
- 26:25opted by the state. And by 1943, I mean, like that
- 26:27was a dangerous thing to do. And so the bell rings, class is
- 26:30released and Sophie runs three stories up to the third floor
- 26:33balcony of the University of Munich, gorgeous inside a tree
- 26:36and throws a hundreds of leaflets 3 stories down, 3 and
- 26:40below. And you know what happens when
- 26:41you throw a paper everywhere? And so now the class comes out,
- 26:44students are coming out. There's like snow falling down,
- 26:46but there's these Christian resistance leaflets.
- 26:48And then the janitor committed Nazi catches Sophie in the act,
- 26:51calls the Gestapo. Hans and Sophie are arrested on
- 26:54February 18th, 1943. They spent four days in prison
- 26:58being brutally abused and physically interrogated.
- 27:00I think one of Sophie's interrogations lasted like a 10
- 27:04hours or something. Like, gosh, they refused to rat
- 27:06out or implicate any other other friends or members of the White
- 27:08Rose. But Hans had this leaflet that
- 27:12one of the his friends had written and he was trying to
- 27:14swallow it and eat it before get rid of the evidence, but they
- 27:18they found it. So they ended up getting one of
- 27:21their friends, Kristoff Probst, whose wife is in the hospital
- 27:25after giving birth to their first child.
- 27:26And so he didn't want them. They're all these kids are in
- 27:28their 20s. And so four days later, they
- 27:31have their heads chopped off and it's just this profoundly
- 27:35inspirational story. And thanks to Sophie's cellmate
- 27:41Elsie Gabel, we have all these like first hand counts of these
- 27:46final moments of this 21 year old young girl.
- 27:49And you guys can pull up pictures of her sometime.
- 27:51We have our website. Just like she looks like a
- 27:54hipster, but like, not like an ugly one, not like a feminist,
- 27:58but like, like, like, oh, you're kind of a baller.
- 28:01And she, she, so she's in this prison cell and, and if I can
- 28:04just comment, I, I feel like she's probably sitting there
- 28:06asking the question of a lot of American evangelicals are asking
- 28:09right now, like, how did we get here?
- 28:11What the heck is going on? Where is the church?
- 28:14And according to her cellmate, Sophie looked out her window and
- 28:19she said, how can we expect righteousness to prevail when
- 28:25there's hardly anyone willing to give themselves up individually
- 28:29to a righteous cause? Such a fine, sunny day, and I
- 28:33have to go now. But what does my death matter if
- 28:37through US, thousands of people are awakened and stirred to
- 28:40action? She said the real damage is is
- 28:44done by all those millions out there who just want to survive,
- 28:49the honest men and women who just want to be left in peace.
- 28:53Those who don't want their little lives disturbed by
- 28:56anything bigger than themselves. Those with no sides and no
- 28:58causes. Those who won't take measure of
- 29:01their own strength for fear of antagonizing their own
- 29:04weaknesses. Those who those who don't like
- 29:08to make waves or enemies. Those for whom freedom, honor,
- 29:11truth and principle. It's just literature.
- 29:14Those who live small die small. It's the reductionistic approach
- 29:18to life. Because if you keep it small,
- 29:20you'll keep it under control. If you don't make any noise, the
- 29:23the boogeyman won't find you. But it's all an illusion,
- 29:26because they die too, those people who roll up their spirits
- 29:32into tiny little balls so as to be safe.
- 29:35And so if you said safe from what?
- 29:38Life is always on the edge of death.
- 29:40Narrow streets lead to the same place as wide avenues, and a
- 29:45little candle burns itself out just like the flaming torch
- 29:48does. But I choose my own way to burn.
- 29:54OK, that doesn't sound like a 21 year old hipster.
- 29:56That sounds like Chesterton, Tolkien or Lewis.
- 29:59That's a young woman with the lion of the tribe of Judah
- 30:02roaring and so good they have their heads chopped off.
- 30:06The executioner is later interviewed by a journalist and
- 30:12he said she went without the flicker of an eyelash.
- 30:17None of us understood how that was possible.
- 30:19And her final words according. To the executioner with her head
- 30:22on the chopping block was The sun Still shines and Hans's
- 30:29final words like William Wallace was Freda.
- 30:36That was it. A few days later, a young pastor
- 30:39by the name of Dietrich Bonhoeffer was sitting at a
- 30:41coffee shop for a meeting that had been arranged between him
- 30:44and the White Rose, but its founders were already dead.
- 30:48So we say we're rebuilding the White Rose resistance for this
- 30:51generation against our silent but far more deadly Holocaust of
- 30:55abortion to awaken the church to our ancient calling.
- 30:59So it's all Christian resistance.
- 31:02Unless the church flatulent becomes the church militant, it
- 31:06will become the church irrelevant.
- 31:08So that's. What we do, it's incredible.
- 31:10So we. Make films.
- 31:11We get people engaged in resistance it, but it's all
- 31:13about the local church. But if the church won't fight.
- 31:16On the issue of life, yeah, there is no issue.
- 31:18That's exactly right. The church will fight.
- 31:20For and it's. Because it's actually the
- 31:21sacrament. Of Satan.
- 31:22Yeah, it's not just another political issue.
- 31:25We are not dealing with an isolated, standalone, keep in a
- 31:28cute little box political issue. You cannot engage the culture
- 31:32that way. You can't take out your little
- 31:33CRT box and be like, OK, let's look at that.
- 31:35And Herbert Mark Hughes and Antonio Gramsci and OK, we'll
- 31:39put that back on the shelf and then and then take out your
- 31:42sexual revolution box and be like, OK, so Margaret Sanger and
- 31:45Kate Millett and Simone de Beauvoir and OK, we'll put that
- 31:49back on the shelf and then take out your homo box and be like,
- 31:52OK, so the Stonewall movement in Greenwich Village and and then
- 31:55take out your abortion box that you can't.
- 31:56That's not how it works. Because all of those issues are
- 31:59civilizational cracking issues. They crack the foundation of a
- 32:03Republic. They're not just like a debate
- 32:05over tax codes. And when we don't deal with
- 32:08those as the fundamental spiritual and theological issues
- 32:12that they are, the foundations will be destroyed and the
- 32:15righteous will be farting around going, how do we do?
- 32:17How do we restore this? What do we do?
- 32:19And I think it's really important for the church Mark to
- 32:22understand this. It wasn't.
- 32:24Christians who? First came up with the
- 32:27observation that abortion almost functions like a sacrament of
- 32:29secularism, a sacrament of paganism, a sacrament of Satan.
- 32:33That was the left openly acknowledging that, hey, this is
- 32:37kind of our sacrament. Jeanette Paris wrote a book in
- 32:391991, the euro was born. It's called the sacrament of
- 32:41abortion. This is the name of a bug.
- 32:43And in the book she says we we need new rituals as well as law
- 32:46to restore abortion to its sacred dimension, which is both
- 32:51terrible and necessary. The Satanic Temple, have you
- 32:54seen them file lawsuits against the red states who pass pro-life
- 32:58laws? The Satanist will say your
- 33:00pro-life law is violating my religious liberty because here
- 33:04at the Satanic Temple, we murder children through abortion as
- 33:07part of a Sacramento ritual of our faith.
- 33:11So. They're calling it a sacrament.
- 33:12Like they did. It wasn't us who first did that
- 33:15and so. I think you could say like.
- 33:17Abortion is maybe the front door into paganism, So if they're
- 33:21saying abortion is their sacrament and that that that's
- 33:24their admission, then fine. I I believe you so, but worship.
- 33:27So sex is their worship. Yeah, that's right.
- 33:30And so then. Abortion.
- 33:31Is their sacrament. So when Paul says offer your
- 33:34body as a living sacrifice, that's good.
- 33:36So so sex is the worship and then abortion is the sacrament.
- 33:41That's the shedding of blood, Yeah.
- 33:43And so you put those. That's why sex and abortion are
- 33:47the issues. It's the worship in the
- 33:48sacrament of paganism. Those two sins have been linked
- 33:51since time. Immemorial.
- 33:52It's all the way back to Romans 1.
- 33:53You have a son named Gideon. That's the Asherah poles in the
- 33:56Bay. All statues brought right back
- 33:58together again. Always.
- 33:59What does he say? Walk out of the Angel of the
- 34:00Lord says Walk out of The Cave. You know Winepress?
- 34:03He's hiding up in the mountain cave.
- 34:04He's a Pansy and he says go tear down the Astra poles and the
- 34:08bail statues. That's that's sex cult orgy
- 34:11worship at your dad's and baby killing.
- 34:13Yeah, that's right at. Your dad's.
- 34:14House. Yeah.
- 34:14So it's. That's where it starts, Yeah,
- 34:16it's always so those two sins have always.
- 34:18Been linked and so when when I hear them talk about abortion
- 34:22that way I want to just scream and shake the head of every
- 34:25Christian in the church like but but did you just hear them but
- 34:27what's weird then the whole. Church mobilizes, activates and
- 34:32does the you know, the white guilt roadshow for George Floyd
- 34:36or for Renee Good and one person dies and all of a sudden
- 34:41everybody's activated for one pro-life and on the.
- 34:45Abortion issue. It's like, well, we don't do
- 34:47politics. Yeah.
- 34:49It's, it's just, it's, it's bizarre virtue signal to the
- 34:52left, demonic. It's always punching to the
- 34:54right. And virtue signaling to the left
- 34:57from the evangelical church. Yeah, yeah, even jellyfish.
- 35:00Yeah, it's it's it's just another version.
- 35:02Did God really say, are you really sure that he takes these
- 35:05sins out seriously? So what do we do when we have
- 35:09communion? But what do we do when we
- 35:11partake in the Lord's table? Are we, are we doing, are we
- 35:15engaging in an isolated, stand alone, disconnected religious
- 35:19act that has no relevance or connection to the rest of the
- 35:22worship service? No, no, the the, the body and
- 35:26the blood, the Lord's table. This, this is the representation
- 35:29and embodiment of the entire faith.
- 35:30It's connected to everything else in the worship service.
- 35:32It entails the rhetorical preaching of the gospel.
- 35:35It entails the touching. It entails the remembering.
- 35:38It entails the proclaiming that we're going to do this again one
- 35:40day because he said I won't drink it this vine until I drink
- 35:42it a new with you in my father's Kingdom.
- 35:43I mean, we're not doing an isolated spiritual act.
- 35:46We're engaging with the entire faith that the the elements
- 35:50represent. So if they say abortion is their
- 35:53sacrament, then we are not dealing with just another
- 35:57isolated political issue. That's the representation and
- 36:00embodiment of the entire faith behind it, doctrines of demons.
- 36:04And so it's connected to everything else in their faith.
- 36:07So you can't understand abortion without understanding sexual
- 36:10revolution, and you can't understand sexual revolution
- 36:12without understanding cultural Marxism, and you can't
- 36:15understand cultural Marxism without understanding cultural
- 36:17demons. This is all spiritual, but it
- 36:20wears the IT wears the skin suit or the flesh of follow the
- 36:24science or politics to keep the politically impotent pastor
- 36:28silent, who like Lot in San Francisco, in Sodom, will only
- 36:32speak as much truth as the spirit of the age allows him to,
- 36:34lest he lose his five O 1C3 status.
- 36:36Invitations to the night Sodomite parties or his plus one
- 36:39with Rick Warren and Klaus Schwab's private Jack to the
- 36:41World Economic Forum every year. So what keeps the pastors?
- 36:45There their networks, their denominations, their governance
- 36:49and their boards. And that is the entire system
- 36:53from top to bottom is created to not get in trouble.
- 36:58And so every pastor ultimately their performance review is he's
- 37:04a nice guy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's it, as
- 37:08long as he's a nice guy. And so, within evangelicalism, a
- 37:11pastor will get in trouble for sins of Commission, but not
- 37:16omission. If he's lazy, we.
- 37:19Won't fire him. If he's a coward, we won't fire
- 37:21him. If he doesn't pick a fight, we
- 37:22won't fire him now. If he gets a bad Yelp.
- 37:26Review or somebody leaves the church, or a board member's
- 37:29wife. You know, you know.
- 37:32Is angry and you. Know rides are broomed to the
- 37:34church to protest then you know we we're going to have an issue
- 37:39with right yeah and so all of evangelicalism is worried about
- 37:42sins of Commission not sins of omission I mean the the average
- 37:46pastor his sins are all sins of omission and it's all the way
- 37:50back to Genesis 3 it's not that he's doing something wrong it's
- 37:53that he's not doing a damn thing yeah that's it's not that he's
- 37:56saying something wrong it's that he's not saying a damn thing
- 37:59that's what my church. Tours about right now that we've
- 38:04been going around doing is the glories of the dominion mandate.
- 38:08This is this is one of the most neglected passages by pastors
- 38:12and pulpits in the American churches in my opinion that
- 38:14touches everything. I did a whole men's series.
- 38:18For a semester on dominion, telling guys the dominion
- 38:22mandate and they need to exercise the dominion that God
- 38:25gives them. And then the goal is to extend
- 38:27your dominion as a man, your, your job is to spend the rest of

- 39:52Of Seth doing something to activate men.
- 39:55Let's play that, and then let's talk about men and how they
- 39:57solve this problem. You drink soy milk.
- 39:59You can't carry one of these young women Want to see a man
- 40:02hold one of these, There's a real man sign.
- 40:03You're a real man. You need one of these.
- 40:05Christian nationalism, right? You got a girlfriend, You will
- 40:09by the time you get to the Supreme Court with this.
- 40:12That beard, it's better. Than what I can grow.
- 40:15And then you hold one of these, man.
- 40:16I'm telling you man, estrogen will be flowing like the same in
- 40:20a Capistrano and put hair on your chest.
- 40:21You want Aslan or life is our revolution?
- 40:23You think the pro-life movement's too feminine?
- 40:26100% absolutely. You're a real man.
- 40:29You need one of these. Oh, Nikolai needs a girl.
- 40:31You take this dude, some girl's going to want you.
- 40:33Those super masculine equal amounts of testosterone.
- 40:36Death is not welcome here. Unfortunately.
- 40:38We got to. We got to even tell that to the
- 40:40Republican Party sometimes. We need the real man son, you
- 40:43like this one That these like cowardly pro-life organizations
- 40:46know that Gen. Z men are going to change the
- 40:47world. We got to let the mean tweeting
- 40:49Orange man know that only Christians will end abortion.
- 40:55I love it so so. Why are men so important in the
- 40:58pro-life movement? Every woman gets pregnant.
- 41:01By one, yeah. So, you know, if you're going to
- 41:04go up the supply chain, that is sort of The Fountainhead of the
- 41:08issue, Mark, I made. I made a joke.
- 41:10Back in college and, and it like offended everyone.
- 41:15And that should have been my warnings on that.
- 41:17I should have left that college. But I was like, I thought it was
- 41:19Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.
- 41:20And I put that on Facebook. I was like 19.
- 41:22I was like a freshman and like, you're like, that's so
- 41:24offensive. And this was this was before a
- 41:26burger fell, right? But yeah, I mean, that's the
- 41:29obvious. That's the obvious answer.
- 41:31But yeah, so when women fight, it's not pretty.
- 41:37And I don't think women should be in warfare.
- 41:41I don't think that they should be wielding AR fifteens.
- 41:44And, and I don't think they should be going overseas to to
- 41:47kill people and keep America free.
- 41:50I think that there is a role for the family and a role for women
- 41:57in every justice movement. But I don't think that women
- 42:01should necessarily all be leading the charge against
- 42:05Moloch. And that's often very offensive
- 42:09to people because we breathe. In feminism, we'd breathe.
- 42:15In it's trace. Particles about as often as our
- 42:18grandparents breathed in the trace particles of Christendom.
- 42:21It's the new Pagan religion. And so we just think it's just
- 42:26wonderful when a woman is tearing down the high places.
- 42:29I think if a woman has to tear down the high places, that's an
- 42:31indictment on the men who let it stand.
- 42:33Come on. So.
- 42:35That's that's where we're from and.
- 42:36In that I mean. We've even you know, you know
- 42:38for a fact, if a woman is going to have an abortion and the man
- 42:42who got her pregnant says I will raise the child with you, she
- 42:46becomes pro-life for that child. Yeah, that's true in the vast.
- 42:50Majority of cases exactly there's always some there's
- 42:52exceptions Jezebel spirit who sure I'm going to kill this FN
- 42:56and then I'm going to yeah but yeah the the common denominator
- 42:59the most common denominator for the reasons women submit in in
- 43:03polling of why they got an abortion you can you can reduce
- 43:05almost all of those reasons back to the absence of the father or
- 43:09the presence of a deadbeat and so if you get the.
- 43:13Men, then actually the statistics change.
- 43:16If the men don't impregnate the women and if the women are
- 43:19pregnant and the men are committed to raising the child,
- 43:23then literally the entire industry starts to flip just
- 43:28based upon the fact that men are leaders in head and if they take
- 43:32responsibility, the need for the industry diminishes.
- 43:35Amen and. And so, Mark, I've been talking
- 43:38about this more and more. I just launched A5O1C4 that
- 43:42we're trying to get funded up on the up on the up moving quickly
- 43:45here to get the right righteous laws passed in in deeper red
- 43:48states. But one of the reasons that we
- 43:50have not ended abortion in a single state in this country.
- 43:55I think for a super this should not be controversial, but it
- 43:58will be to people. I think it's because the
- 44:00pro-life movement is LED largely by women and women who have a
- 44:05natural inclination towards empathy and to identify with
- 44:09this person struggling, which is beautiful in its place.
- 44:14But when that's put at the head of a multi $1,000,000
- 44:17organization committed to tearing down child sacrifice, it
- 44:23can get really twisted. And so there's this whole debate
- 44:27right now, and we can do an hour and a half just on this topic.
- 44:30But what we'll keep it short in the pro-life movement about how
- 44:33do you end abortion? And some people say, well, women
- 44:38are victims, therefore they should never face legal
- 44:42consequences for killing their baby, even after it's been made
- 44:48illegal at the state level. And then the other side says,
- 44:52and what's crazy is because I get this really unique
- 44:54opportunity mark of being in so many pulpit, so many churches
- 44:57all around the country. I test it.
- 44:59I like because I like to get that data back, especially when
- 45:01I'm in a different culture, because states, states have
- 45:03different cultures in America. And I and I just kind of put it
- 45:06out there. I can get almost any evangelical
- 45:08who's dead, but they don't go to the March for life.
- 45:10They're not like pro-life movement people.
- 45:11They're just people who love Jesus and they want to see the
- 45:13end of abortion. But maybe they're not super in
- 45:15the movement. I can get them in about 60
- 45:17seconds to 120 seconds to be like, Oh yeah, obviously the
- 45:20same laws that protect infants need to be applied to the
- 45:22unborn. And it's not about hanging
- 45:24women. That's stupid.
- 45:25It's about applying legal protection to unborn babies so
- 45:28that anyone involved in the legal consistency of an unborn
- 45:31baby would face would face consequences.
- 45:33That's and then every evangelical is like, that makes
- 45:35a lot of sense. And I'm like, you have more
- 45:37wisdom as a lay Christian than most of the multi $1,000,000
- 45:40pro-life organizations who right now are actively working against
- 45:43those laws and pressuring state level legislators.
- 45:46There's basically saying you're naughty, naughty, meanie
- 45:48Christian nationalists overturn the 19th amendment chauvinists
- 45:53because you want to apply the same legal protections infants
- 45:57have to unborn babies. So there's this whole debate
- 45:59right now in the pro-life establishment like there's big
- 46:01pharma, big tech, big Eva, there's big baby or big
- 46:05pro-life. And I'm convinced not all of
- 46:08them. I think some of them are, are,
- 46:11are ignorant, misinformed and they're persuadable.
- 46:15But there's a lot of them who I think and and this this will be
- 46:18very offensive to them. But I think it's time we start
- 46:20saying this and saying it clearly there are some, OK, I
- 46:23will assume the best of you until you give me a reason not
- 46:26to. And there are people in this
- 46:27movement who I tried to assume the best of and then they gave
- 46:30me reasons not to. And I think they want to keep
- 46:33abortion going, the fight against abortion going because
- 46:37it brings in a lot of money for the organization.
- 46:40I don't want to do I'm 30 before.
- 46:41I don't want to be doing this in my 50s, OK, after we end
- 46:44abortion. I want to overturn Obergefell.
- 46:47I want children have a right to a mother and a father and this
- 46:50gay marriage decision is evil and it needs to go.
- 46:52I want to be rebuilding Christendom.
- 46:54I don't want my my children or my grandchildren to be The
- 46:57Pioneers of a new civilization. I want it to end.
- 47:00I want the church to wake up. I want to tear down the high
- 47:02places and I want babies to be protected and given legal
- 47:04protection. And so there's this whole debate
- 47:06now, but here. But my point is saying all that
- 47:08is why? Because tons of those major
- 47:11organizations coming out against equal protection for the unborn
- 47:15babies are led by women. And maybe that is too
- 47:19spiritually dark, bloody and violent of a fight for a woman.
- 47:24To be at the head of. That doesn't mean there's no
- 47:27role for you in ending abortion, but because of the female
- 47:32beautiful image bearers of God and inclinations towards empathy
- 47:36often causes them to misplace the victim and get it mixed up.
- 47:41Are women victims OK? OK, sure.
- 47:46Of of the culture of the lives of feminism, other university
- 47:48professor? Sure.
- 47:50You know who else has a big guy? Most.
- 47:52Pedophiles are. Victims.
- 47:55Most pedophiles were sexually. Abused themselves.
- 47:58So if you apply that logic of because women are victims,
- 48:01they've been told lies about the fetus.
- 48:02They just didn't know. And so therefore they should
- 48:04face no legal consequences that they murder their baby after
- 48:07it's illegal. Apply that logic to the
- 48:09pedophile. He's a victim.
- 48:10He was raped as a little boy. So he's all messed up in his
- 48:14head because he's a victim. So here's what we need to do,
- 48:17right? Obviously we need to make sure
- 48:19that there are no penalties for pedophiles who anally rape 9
- 48:23year olds because the pedophiles.
- 48:25A victim? No.
- 48:25See, no one likes that, right? Why should that be different for
- 48:29the unborn child? And so that's why I believe that
- 48:32men should be leading this. We were built for warfare.
- 48:35There's been a declaration of war from the first chapters of
- 48:38the Bible. I was at enmity between you,
- 48:39Snake, and her, and between your offspring Snake and her
- 48:43offspring, a declaration of war. So this is considered being an.
- 48:47Abolitionist, so I so that's. So, and This is why you're
- 48:51getting I love. William Wilberforce.
- 48:53And I love the phrase abolitionist, and I've got no
- 48:56problem with anyone who wants to use that term.
- 48:59I adore Jeff Durbin. I adore Bradley Pierce and Jason
- 49:05Storms, to name some of them. I got no problem with anyone
- 49:09that wants to use that phrase. But there's a certain reputation
- 49:14that abolitionists have developed for themselves.
- 49:19And it's it's a navel gazing, prideful, self obsessed anyone
- 49:25who disagrees one iota in my strategic, strategic approach to
- 49:28ending abortion is an idiot has blood on their hands and needs
- 49:31to repent that they've developed a reputation of that.
- 49:35I've I've been the target of things of said like that.
- 49:37And so I've got no problem with anyone that wants to use that
- 49:41phrase. Their criticisms of the pro-life
- 49:43establishment are correct. But we at White Rose, we just
- 49:47say we support equal rights protection to criminalize and
- 49:49end abortion. And the only way you're going to
- 49:51do that is by applying legal protection to the unborn baby.
- 49:53If you want to call me an abolitionist, sure.
- 49:56But I we can't do ministry with a lot of them because they've
- 50:01done so much damage to how they're perceived that when I'm
- 50:04trying to get like a sweet Evan jellyfish man or woman to join
- 50:09her movement, they're, they're like, oh, you abolitionist.
- 50:13Because they're like, I don't, I don't want to do messy with you.
- 50:15And I'm like, wait, I don't even know those guys.
- 50:16So it, it's gotten, yeah, when, when you're tearing down high
- 50:19places, things get messy. But part of it too, I'd say, as
- 50:22a pastor. There has to be.
- 50:24And this is not compromise, it's process.
- 50:27You know, when you're discipling someone, there is a process to
- 50:31it. You know, like most people don't
- 50:33wake up day one and have, you know, some sort of spiritual
- 50:36maturity. It's going to take a while to
- 50:38get them there. I mean, and, and that's true
- 50:41with anything, whether it's the life, I mean, even just taking
- 50:43a, a guy who's sleeping with his girlfriend meets Jesus, It's not
- 50:4715 days later. He's a model husband.
- 50:50You got some work to do first he's got to peer up the
- 50:53sphincter and then, you know, find the light and then walk
- 50:56toward the light and he's got some work to do.
- 50:58And so, you know, the discipleship process is one that
- 51:02if you are a radical purist and it's everyone here or an enemy,
- 51:07yeah, it's like, no, there there has to be some way of moving
- 51:10people and continually moving people.
- 51:12Now, when you're not continually moving people, at that point
- 51:15you're compromised. Yeah, that's right.
- 51:17But if you're continually moving people, now you're disciple.
- 51:20And and to me, that's the that's the role and responsibility of
- 51:24anybody who's doing any leadership in ministry.
- 51:26I mean, that's, that's what I'm trying to do every week.
- 51:28I mean, this week and I I was hitting the life issue this
- 51:31weekend in the pulpit. I mean, I thou shalt not murder.
- 51:34I'm in the 10 commandments. So I did AI did a whole I mean,
- 51:38probably half my sermon was pro-life and I went over by 23
- 51:41minutes the whole service, you know, but I told the people that
- 51:45are there like, if you disagree with me, listen to me, give me a
- 51:49hearing, don't rush to judgement.
- 51:51Let me push you for a while and see if I can get you to start to
- 51:55move. You know what I mean?
- 51:57And that's my job as a shepherd is to try and get you to move.
- 52:00And so, yeah, for those that are radical purists, I mean, even if
- 52:03we agree with him, it's like, how do we, how do we move people
- 52:06into that direction and start into that process?
- 52:09Amen. Yeah.
- 52:10Well, we actually. Don't have much time left, so
- 52:14not all moments in history are created equal.
- 52:18There are moments in history that compound and you, how you
- 52:25live in that moment carries more weight and matters more for your
- 52:30civilization than maybe it would have 80 years before that We're
- 52:33living in, I guess is what I'm saying is a season of the last
- 52:35stand and there's been other seasons of the last stand
- 52:39throughout history. So what do you, what do you
- 52:41think that is? Do you think that's?
- 52:42Population decline, the country is really moving toward Marxism
- 52:47and it's moving toward Islam that, you know, if, if the
- 52:51midterms don't go well, we're just looking at lawfare and then
- 52:54the next election could be a Cliff.
- 52:56I mean, what do you think is causing this timeline to be
- 52:59short in your opinion? Yes, all of that.
- 53:03OK, it's all. Connected SO.
- 53:06JD Unwin wrote this book in 1934.
- 53:09It's more of a study. It's very fat.
- 53:11It's about this big. I just went viral on Instagram,
- 53:14actually from my buddies at Cross Politic who posted this,
- 53:17not me that I was at Amfest. They put, they took the clip,
- 53:19but it's like over 2,000,000 right now.
- 53:21And then I got community noted because JD Unwin's research and
- 53:25findings are such a indictment on the false promises of
- 53:29liberalism, which if I can summarize, can I summarize
- 53:31liberalism in the 21st century? Really quick orgasms without
- 53:34responsibility, all the feel good, none of the consequences
- 53:39of my decision. That's that would be really good
- 53:41layman's explanation of liberalism.
- 53:43And so he writes his book. That's a total indictment on
- 53:46that in 1934. So that's 92 years ago.
- 53:49It's called Sex and Culture. And he it's really a study.
- 53:51It's not very fun reading. It's very dense.
- 53:53So it's his research methods, his findings, his conclusions,
- 53:56and he looks at 86 civilizations over 5000 years.
- 54:00And he asked the question, why did they rise?
- 54:02Why did they fall if and then if they rose and they continued for
- 54:05a long time, longer than others? Why?
- 54:08And shocker of shockers, he finds a 100% correlation between
- 54:14the coupling of prenuptial chastity with absolute monogamy
- 54:17and cultural energy, cultural power, cultural prowess.
- 54:23Meaning don't have sex before you get married and once you get
- 54:25married have a bunch of sex and out breed the enemy and and
- 54:28raise them to be little dragon Slayer.
- 54:30So like like oh shocker, you mean Genesis 1 and two.
- 54:32Well, and then you dad is motivated.
- 54:35To make a lot of money because now he has errors and now you're
- 54:38building generational wealth sacrificial.
- 54:40Now you. Now you're building
- 54:41generational. Wealth.
- 54:43Rather than divvying it up between your estates and your
- 54:46attorneys. Well, and by the way, Mark, as
- 54:48you know, that's why. In this Republic, you used to
- 54:51have to own land and have children before you.
- 54:53That would fix everything you would.
- 54:56Fix everything. Because you know you have to
- 54:58have a stake in the future, so. Obviously, Yeah.
- 55:00When you're having a bunch of sex with your wife and you're
- 55:02spitting out little dragon slayers and catechizing them,
- 55:04and then you wake up and you look at these little dragon
- 55:06slayers and you're like, Oh my gosh, I need to work harder.
- 55:09You know? So it's like, duh, duh.
- 55:11Like put a Butch, bald, second wave, ugly feminist with armpit
- 55:16hair who reads the Mon de Beauvoir against Mark Driscoll.
- 55:20Driscoll wins all day, every day.
- 55:21Like, that should be a video game, honestly.
- 55:24And so somebody. Wants to do that.
- 55:26I have no objection. I will write off my IP
- 55:30appearance and gladly just tied back 10% to.
- 55:34Real faith and we'll be. Good first rounds of gay Pull
- 55:36the answer. Yeah, yeah.
- 55:38I'm a good Joel Osteen on that one.
- 55:39The praises go up. The blessings come down anyways.
- 55:42Go on. And then, and then, and then he
- 55:44asked the other question too, of like, why do civilizations die?
- 55:47Shocker, civilizations that adopt what he called and this is
- 55:52what he That's a great way to put it.
- 55:55That's that's the, that's the. 21st century Driscollonian.
- 55:58Sort of, you know, way to say that.
- 56:00But total sexual freedom if you adopt Total?
- 56:05Sexual freedom, he. Said once a civilization does
- 56:07that and that this was important, he said and and that
- 56:10they don't do anything to reel it back in.
- 56:14So if they adopt it, but then they change it and they pass new
- 56:16laws and they try to restrain that, then then it's different.
- 56:19But if you adopt total sexual freedom and it's just hands off,
- 56:22he says. Within 3 generations, that
- 56:25civilization goes to what he. Calls a dead level.
- 56:31Of conception, he calls it inert.
- 56:34He borrows here from Edward from Gibbon, his rise and fall of the
- 56:38Roman Empire, multi volume crazy music where their art starts to
- 56:42suck, they start to become obsessed with sex and Neil
- 56:46Peglia does the same thing. But so within this, just
- 56:51imagine. So this is the.
- 56:52This is the naughty mind mount. You take porn and robotics,
- 56:58right? Yeah, of course.
- 56:58I've talked about this on my show.
- 57:00And then you've got a generation of men.
- 57:03That they can do whatever they want.
- 57:06They don't have to have a relationship.
- 57:07Yeah, yeah, yeah, they don't have to.
- 57:09Oh yeah, Bill Burrs made jokes about this and the whole.
- 57:12Audience cracks up because they know it's true.
- 57:13Well, yeah, they don't have to. Ever.
- 57:15Why have to? Pregnancy a woman and listen to
- 57:17her. Problems and hold her hand and
- 57:19say I'm sorry about your heart flowers.
- 57:21That's Valentine's. Day you walk in the front.
- 57:23Door, Yeah. Exactly.
- 57:25Where we're going, bro. Well, when that happens.
- 57:27I mean. We're done.
- 57:28Population over. Yeah, it's one generation.
- 57:32And. Then sex robots is the beginning
- 57:34of the end. It's.
- 57:35Over. It's over.
- 57:36It's over. I mean your dog.
- 57:37'S gonna love it because they're gonna get your house yeah
- 57:40exactly like the dogs are gonna take over all the.
- 57:42Estates, JD. Unwin writes this 92 years ago,
- 57:44Mark. It has been buried by the.
- 57:47Academic left. And the trannies for decades, so
- 57:50much so that I've brought this up, I won't say to who, but I
- 57:53brought this up to absolute warriors, culture warriors,
- 57:55super smart people that you and I know that we love.
- 57:58And they're like, I have never heard of JD on oneself like they
- 58:02they have. Buried this and he.
- 58:04What is he? Let me just restate that he
- 58:06looked at 86 civilizations over 5000 flipping years and found a
- 58:11100% correlation. Wow, between sexual restraint,
- 58:16monogamous marriage, procreation and cultural zeal, cultural
- 58:21energy, cultural power, cultural growth and a 100% correlation
- 58:25beating Palais Royale, Jacobin, Robespierre, Marquis de Saad,
- 58:30Kate Millett, Sexual revolution, Woodstock free the nipple free
- 58:34the libido, sexual insanity, and the death of civilizations.
- 58:38And he says within 3 generations they're taken over by another
- 58:42civilization with greater social energy willing to outwork and
- 58:45out sacrifice them. So here's the question When did
- 58:49America embrace? Total sexual freedom.
- 58:52I think it. Was 1970. 3 For three reasons
- 58:58Roe versus Wade birth control Abortion No.
- 59:01Controls even before that, but all in the early 70s, yeah.
- 59:05Percent, it all goes. Together.
- 59:06No, you're totally right, Mark. But baby killing all three, all
- 59:09three months, all, all nine months of pregnancy for any
- 59:11reason or no reason at All, in all 50 states funded by the
- 59:12taxpayer #2 the Endangered Species Act in the same year.
- 59:18That we declared open. Season on unborn children.
- 59:21We gave more legal protections to porpoises and sea turtles and
- 59:24human babies, Chesterton once said.
- 59:26Wherever there is animal worship, there will be human
- 59:29sacrifice. And thirdly, the Supreme Court
- 59:33removed their obscenity laws, thereby allowing the legal
- 59:36distribution of pornea. Yeah, because we can't define
- 59:39pornography. So in the same.
- 59:40Year we. Got Ashra?
- 59:48Bail and Moloch, we got animal. Worship child sacrifice, that's
- 59:53a counterfeit. That's what I'm saying.
- 59:56I'm saying that we actually came into an agreement with the
- 59:58devil. We actually came in agreement
- 59:59with very dark forces. This is not just political.
- 1:00:03So if I'm right that with all those three happening 73 if that
- 1:00:06if that OK, what do I mean by that?
- 1:00:07You don't have total sexual freedom if you still have to
- 1:00:09raise the kids. You only have total total sexual
- 1:00:14freedom if you. Have the right to.
- 1:00:16Murder the products of your sexual freedom.
- 1:00:21Those came together in 73 so 73 he and by the way, when he says
- 1:00:253 generations that they're done, he on when in in 1932 was was
- 1:00:30defining that as 30 year increments 30 to 33 years as a
- 1:00:34generation. So basically once you adopt
- 1:00:36total sexual freedom, you have roughly 100 years and you're
- 1:00:38done, you're done. You're another society with
- 1:00:40greater social energy will take over you.
- 1:00:42So 73, if I'm right, leads to 2003, 2003 leads to 2033, and
- 1:00:47then starts the 3rd and final chapter.
- 1:00:50So we're they didn't have sex robots.
- 1:00:52Yeah, that's right. Yeah.
- 1:00:53Yeah, that which which could like be.
- 1:00:54The kerosene on the timeline, yeah.
- 1:00:56So we're fast approaching what could be called the third and
- 1:00:59final chapter. This is a last stand moment.
- 1:01:02And by the way, radical Islamist jihadists will be God's judgment
- 1:01:06on soy boy pastors who didn't recognize the signs of the time
- 1:01:10like Aslan in the silver Tell Silver Chair told Joel Paul to
- 1:01:13recognize, remember, remember, remember the signs.
- 1:01:15Repeat them to yourself. Don't miss the signs.
- 1:01:16Don't miss the signs. Don't miss the signs.
- 1:01:18They're missing the signs and and while Islam is obviously a
- 1:01:23demonic faith with a founder who was a pedophile, one of whose
- 1:01:26wives was a minor. Very.
- 1:01:29They're will. Yeah, yeah, very.
- 1:01:30Like, yeah, I know you just had the centers on.
- 1:01:32I adore them. Yeah, But like, my my point is
- 1:01:35not that they're like this monogamous faith.
- 1:01:37They're not, but they're they they're a procreation.
- 1:01:40They put a lot of people in the future.
- 1:01:41And they build communities. Around sacrifice.
- 1:01:43And duty and meaning in a way that the intelligence, religion.
- 1:01:48They're masculine. They're reproductive, they don't
- 1:01:51mind conflict. So that will be the society with
- 1:01:54greater. Cultural energy if if we don't
- 1:01:57think if we throw drag queen story hour up against.
- 1:02:00Jihadists. Yeah, Yeah.
- 1:02:02Oh, this is another interesting sort of history here.
- 1:02:04Drag Queen Story hour is 1 of the Canaries in a coal mine for
- 1:02:08the death of a civilization. And that's not just like a cool
- 1:02:10talking point that you can cut in a real.
- 1:02:12That's like historically proven true, like when drag left the
- 1:02:16theater stage and went to the public square in ancient Rome.
- 1:02:20It was it was the he does, he does, he does writes about the
- 1:02:23Galois. Yeah, yes, yes.
- 1:02:25And said this was the beginning of the end.
- 1:02:27And then and then jump forward. Let's let's look at the Jacobins
- 1:02:30in the Palais Royale in with the well in the Mataki Desad who
- 1:02:33sets up stage. Well, Rousseau set the stage
- 1:02:35before Desad and then Desad and then Robespierre.
- 1:02:37But like that they were doing drag queen performances in the
- 1:02:41Palais Royale with the Duke Dorleone and and all of the
- 1:02:44Jacobins during the French Revolution.
- 1:02:46They, they, you can go to these little Parisian cafes and get
- 1:02:49these really interesting liqueurs and then you could like
- 1:02:51pick between like a prostitute sex with a dwarf or prostitute
- 1:02:53sex with a 7 foot giant. This was all going on the weird
- 1:02:57and the absurd that sound like leftism.
- 1:02:59And then they had like these rooms above the Parisian cafes
- 1:03:02in the Palo Royale brothels full of children.
- 1:03:05So it's always the same cultural marker.
- 1:03:07And what was the result of all that, by the way, Napoleon,
- 1:03:12because moral anarchy is always the seed bed of deer.
- 1:03:15It's always the same cultural markers.
- 1:03:17It's it's the it's the neglect and murder of children who can
- 1:03:20be abandoned, mistreated, the sexualization of the young, the
- 1:03:24endangerment of women and gender bending madness.
- 1:03:29That that those, when those things come together, it's
- 1:03:31always one of the final breath before.
- 1:03:35The Civilization ghost. Of the dodo bird.
- 1:03:38So like we're literally living in a season of The Last Stand.
- 1:03:42And that's my next film. I my next book we're doing an
- 1:03:46event in June, June 5th and 6th. We'd love for people to come
- 1:03:49out. You can go to thelaststand.com
- 1:03:50right now. The last stand.com we have Ali
- 1:03:52Bestuckey, Steve Days Denver at Brave Church, Pastor Jeff
- 1:03:57Schwartzen from That's a good news.
- 1:04:00Top church partners. Yeah.
- 1:04:02Yeah, he's a great guy. We've got Rob McCoy.
- 1:04:04We've got. We've got Frank Turek and
- 1:04:10Charlie had it on his calendar and he actually gave the seed
- 1:04:14money to me in 2022 to launch the White Rose Resistance.
- 1:04:17So we're we're actually dedicating the entire film to
- 1:04:22Charlie, The Last Stand. It's a 90 minute documentary and
- 1:04:24it's the glorious, beautiful, forgotten and long neglected
- 1:04:30heritage of Christian resistance in the last 2000 years of the
- 1:04:34heroes who gone before us and didn't think this was political,
- 1:04:37This was the gospel, this was the Imago Day, this was the
- 1:04:40Dominion Mandate. And it's always contending
- 1:04:42against the same evils. When the church retreats, the
- 1:04:45old foes resurrect every single time.
- 1:04:49So that's what this film's about.
- 1:04:50We filmed in Rome, Paris and London, the three great cities
- 1:04:52of history. So we'll premiere that film at
- 1:04:54the Last Stand Festival, June 5th and 6th, and then we'll have
- 1:04:57it available to screen in churches all around the country.
- 1:05:00And that's how I did my last film, the 1916 project.
- 1:05:02And it blew up because the only way to see it was at a church
- 1:05:05that hosts the screening and that saved babies, and it
- 1:05:07launched resistance chapters. And so that's what we're doing.
- 1:05:10Cool. You want to show it eternity?
- 1:05:12Yeah. I'd love to you.
- 1:05:13OK, Yeah, yeah, yeah, we're getting.
- 1:05:14Close comes out June, and the very next day we'll take it to
- 1:05:18the churches of America. I love it.
- 1:05:19This is the trailer, right? Yeah.
- 1:05:21Yeah. Let's watch the.
- 1:05:22Trailer and then we can wrap up. Thank you for.
- 1:05:26Centuries. The church.
- 1:05:27Shaped the West, then came the Enlightenment, and with it a
- 1:05:32wave of destruction. But they didn't just reject God,
- 1:05:36they set fire to anything that reminded them of Him we're
- 1:05:42facing. A real.
- 1:05:44Crisis I don't want my grandchildren they have to be
- 1:05:47The Pioneers of a new civilization when scripture says
- 1:05:51that there's nothing new under the.
- 1:05:53Sun We're getting insights into the fact that things are
- 1:05:56spiritually consistent. The bloodiest century in.
- 1:05:59History was. Not an accident, it was a choice
- 1:06:02And today in the 21st century, we are making similar choices
- 1:06:06that could lead to something equally deadly.
- 1:06:09The question is, will we be faithful and will we stand now?
- 1:06:17We can look back at the Christians and the.
- 1:06:19Scholars and the philosophers who fought for goodness and
- 1:06:22righteousness centuries ago, millennia ago.
- 1:06:26And we can see, OK, how did they answer the questions that we are
- 1:06:29grappling with? We're telling the stories that
- 1:06:32American Christians have forgotten about the heroes of
- 1:06:36the faith and the Church fathers who stood against a culture of
- 1:06:40death. This is our last state.
- 1:07:38Congratulations. Thank you.
- 1:07:40Incredible. And it's also a book.
- 1:07:42It's. Called the last day in Chrysler.
- 1:07:43Chaos, the war for the West and that goes way deeper just in the
- 1:07:47history because there's so many glorious like forgotten stories
- 1:07:51that I don't I can't tell all of them is in a film, but maybe
- 1:07:54it's the Holy Spirit. I'll give you 1.
- 1:07:56Thought in closing and just came to mind Could you take those
- 1:08:01stories and turn them into a children's book?
- 1:08:04Yeah, it's a great idea. So that.
- 1:08:07We could also tell those. Stories to the kids.
- 1:08:09That's a beautiful, beautiful idea.
- 1:08:12I tell some of those in the book, some short versions of
- 1:08:15those, but taking those with like beautiful animations and
- 1:08:20then turning it into and like, you know, because we don't
- 1:08:24really understand who we are if we don't know who came before
- 1:08:28us, if we don't know who built the foundations that we're
- 1:08:31standing on. I love this line from
- 1:08:36Chesterton, he said. That the men.
- 1:08:41The the the reason that. Men don't understand the past is
- 1:08:44that they don't understand the we don't understand the present
- 1:08:47because we don't understand the past.
- 1:08:48History is a hill or high point of vantage from which alone a
- 1:08:54man sees the town in which he lives or the age in which he is
- 1:08:57living. If you don't understand the hill
- 1:09:00of history, you, you don't even see your own town or your own
- 1:09:03age correctly. And honestly, studying these
- 1:09:06stories, it's like, dude, it's, it's way more epic than freaking
- 1:09:11Marvel or like Superman or Batman.
- 1:09:14I'm like, do these people actually lived?
- 1:09:17And the stories are profound and inspirational.
- 1:09:20I'll just tell you one short one.
- 1:09:22This Callistus was a Christian slave in the 2nd century, second
- 1:09:28or third century, and he got freed from a generous benefactor
- 1:09:32and he was given stewardship of the church's first piece of real
- 1:09:38estate on the Appian way. It was a cemetery.
- 1:09:42Remember Paul refers and acts to those of Appian is the main way
- 1:09:45in and out of Rome. I filmed on the Appian way for
- 1:09:47the last in film and, and, and, and, you know, people came into
- 1:09:53conflict with this bold, beautiful vision of Christianity
- 1:09:57because instead of burning the dead, they, they would bury
- 1:10:00them. And, and, and so he's here on
- 1:10:02the Appian way and Callistus comes into conflict with what
- 1:10:06was very common in that era, child abandonment and
- 1:10:09infanticide, just leaving children on what they called
- 1:10:11infanticide walls. Just leave him there.
- 1:10:13If the dad didn't want the baby cleft lip wrong.
- 1:10:15Gender doesn't matter. Animals might eat him to death.
- 1:10:19Sometimes what would happen is a dude would walk by and Justin
- 1:10:23the Martyr says that this was common.
- 1:10:24He did oh a baby, take it, raise it to work in a brothel.
- 1:10:29So most of the babies that were abandoned.
- 1:10:31By ancient Romans. Most of them didn't die.
- 1:10:34They were rescued by a stranger to begin the life of.
- 1:10:38Sexual slavery. And Callistus comes into with us
- 1:10:42and the first thing he does is he set up something called life
- 1:10:45watches. Life watches.
- 1:10:48And he would. Position Christians on the
- 1:10:50perimeter, on the edge of the bushes where these infanticide
- 1:10:54walls were placed, where they would place infants to die, and
- 1:10:57Christians would watch and wait. And when a mother or father.
- 1:11:01Would abandoned a. Baby the Christian would run up,
- 1:11:05rescue the child, find a Christian home where that child
- 1:11:10would be raised in the fear. And admonition of the.
- 1:11:12Lord and thus pro-life sidewalk counseling in the adoption
- 1:11:16movement were launched in the same moment.
- 1:11:20We don't even know these stories.
- 1:11:21That's the that's. The first iteration of sidewalk
- 1:11:23counseling. So there's so many stories like
- 1:11:25this. And so anyways, that's what
- 1:11:27we're working on. So thank you guys.
- 1:11:28Yeah, yeah, incredible. Where where can?
- 1:11:31People find you, and then how can we be praying for you and
- 1:11:33your family? And then, Pastor Mark, would you
- 1:11:35close? Sure.
- 1:11:35Yeah. Thank you.
- 1:11:36Yeah. Pray for our spiritual
- 1:11:37protection. When we were filming 1916,
- 1:11:40Sophie, our youngest, started having seizures and she had a
- 1:11:43seizure hours after I visited Sophie Scholl's Graveside, her
- 1:11:47headstone in Munich. And that was the first, that was
- 1:11:50the first seizure. My wife facing me.
- 1:11:53She's 3 now. It's been a year.
- 1:11:55We think the Lord's healed her. But my wife facing me from the
- 1:11:58back of an ambulance and she thought our Sophie was going to
- 1:12:02die. It was the first seizure we did,
- 1:12:03you know, it was like 5 minutes. She was turning purple.
- 1:12:05And I just visited Sophie's, my Sophie's namesake, Sophie Scholl
- 1:12:10of the way I just visited her headstone.
- 1:12:13And it felt like just a demonic attack.
- 1:12:15So, yeah, the sacrament of Satan when you walk into the front
- 1:12:19door. Paganism, all of hell, really.
- 1:12:21So you had to pray for pray for our family with what we're
- 1:12:24building with our team and with launching chapters and pouring
- 1:12:27into our leaders who are mobilizing the church.
- 1:12:29We just shut down, help shut down Warren Hearns all trimester
- 1:12:32abortion mill in Boulder, Co pastor just trying to get it as
- 1:12:35a satellite church. And and so so that's what so
- 1:12:37that's what we're doing. So prayers for spiritual
- 1:12:39protection of our family. We have three kids and then
- 1:12:42where people can connect with me, have a show on Tuesdays and
- 1:12:44Thursdays called The Steph Gruber Show.
- 1:12:45We talk about all manner of things.
- 1:12:47We'll have to get you on sometime.
- 1:12:48And then the White Rose dot Life, the White Rose Resistance,
- 1:12:52the websites, The White Rose dot Life.
- 1:12:53We're still fundraising for the film The Last Stand.
- 1:12:55It will come out at the Last Stand.
- 1:12:57The praises go up. But if you want to get involved
- 1:13:01in what we're doing, it's just the Last stand.com.
- 1:13:02They can get tickets for June 5th and 6th at The Last
- 1:13:05stand.com or if they join as an ally, which is $35 a month, or
- 1:13:09they join as a monthly, we can Stow into the ministry and help
- 1:13:12with the film. So yeah, that's how we can
- 1:13:15connect with us. Awesome.
- 1:13:16What's the total amount you need to raise to finish the project?
- 1:13:18900,000 more because you. Know the the rule spend as much
- 1:13:22on print and advertising and marketing as you did on making
- 1:13:25it so, so all in the whole thing like 1.7 and we're at like,
- 1:13:33well, no, no, it was at one point just under 2 for the whole
- 1:13:36thing. And so we're like around we're
- 1:13:41like 700,000 or something like that 800,000 so we're like,
- 1:13:44we're like a writer from close to halfway.
- 1:13:46OK, so yeah, anyway, so so if anyone's watching they're like,
- 1:13:51I'm an FRC with a filthy rich Christian, then that's how you
- 1:13:56can sew into that. But yeah, our prayer is that
- 1:13:58this film would be for this generation, what Schaefer's How
- 1:14:01Should We Then Live was for the previous generation.
- 1:14:04It's great. So awesome.
- 1:14:05Well, you want to pray? Over him pray over his ministry.
- 1:14:07Yeah. Thank you guys.
- 1:14:08Lord, thanks for time together. Thank you for this ministry,
- 1:14:12thank you for this man Lord, I pray in Jesus name, just
- 1:14:16protection, provision, presence of the Holy Spirit for his
- 1:14:20family. Lord, as he's talking about life
- 1:14:23and rescuing life and establishing families, we pray
- 1:14:28God that you would absolutely bless and secure his family.
- 1:14:33I pray that his home would be continually one of safety and
- 1:14:38joy and peace and life. And Lord, I ask for complete and
- 1:14:43total ongoing healing of his daughter Sophie.
- 1:14:47And God, if it is demonic, we in Jesus name command any evil in
- 1:14:53Jesus name to depart, never to return, and to take all of your
- 1:14:57servants and works and effects with you and Lord Jesus.
- 1:15:01We ask that this project would be fully funded and that it
- 1:15:05would be very, very successful and that the message would
- 1:15:09impact deeply. And God, we love the church in
- 1:15:12America, but we are broken hearted at the lack of courage.
- 1:15:16And so God, we do ask that a new younger generation of leaders,
- 1:15:20planters, replanters would rise up and the God, even some of
- 1:15:24these buildings that are not being utilized for the purposes
- 1:15:28that their founders intended would be repurposed with new
- 1:15:31courageous and bold leaders that would follow in the example of
- 1:15:35our brother and friend here. And so Lord, thank you for our
- 1:15:38time together and God pray for the remainder of his year and
- 1:15:42his ministry and all that you've put on his heart.
- 1:15:45We ask for financial, financial provision for the vision that
- 1:15:48you've given him. Pray for unity on his team.
- 1:15:51And God, we just thank you for his wife.
- 1:15:53We know that you can't do anything like this unless your
- 1:15:57wife is at your side, that she's your friend and she is your
- 1:16:00helper and she is your encourager.
- 1:16:03So we, we thank you in Jesus name for this man and for his
- 1:16:07wife and for his family. Amen.
- 1:16:10Amen.
