Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, it's Amy with Intuitive Coaching with Amy Radio, and
- 0:05Speaker 1: this is your sacred space for spirituality, intuition, manifestation, metaphysical
- 0:13Speaker 1: wisdom and personal development. Let's do another lesson in my
- 0:18Speaker 1: Spiritual Business Owners series. Let's talk about the difference between
- 0:23Speaker 1: abundance mindset and scarcity mindset. And since we're spiritual business
- 0:28Speaker 1: owners and we've been around the metaphysical game over the
- 0:32Speaker 1: last however many years, you've probably taken some type of
- 0:38Speaker 1: money mindset course and those are great. I love them.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I've taken lots of them. But what I realized recently
- 0:47Speaker 1: is that very few really touch on what abundance looks
- 0:52Speaker 1: like in business and what scarcity looks like in business.
- 0:56Speaker 1: So I cover it here and I would encourage you
- 0:59Speaker 1: to start journaling on Oh, these are my abundant mindsets
- 1:05Speaker 1: around business, and these are my scarcity mindsets around business.
- 1:12Speaker 1: So we get abundance right. Like we're spiritual people, we've
- 1:18Speaker 1: heard the concept of abundance over and over again, but
- 1:22Speaker 1: sometimes we don't recognize the very specific ways abundance and
- 1:26Speaker 1: scarcity show up in our business. So an abundance mindset
- 1:31Speaker 1: starts with thoughts, and the thoughts that you choose to
- 1:35Speaker 1: think over and over again, whether you know it or not.
- 1:39Speaker 1: An abundant business owner thinks there more than enough customers
- 1:43Speaker 1: and clients to serve the right people are looking for
- 1:47Speaker 1: what I have to offer. My work is valuable. One
- 1:51Speaker 1: person saying no does not mean everyone will say no.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I can create opportunities. I can learn what I need
- 1:59Speaker 1: to learn. My business can grow in ways I cannot predict.
- 2:04Speaker 1: That's just a few. A scarcely minded business owner thinks
- 2:10Speaker 1: nobody is buying. The market is oversaturated, the economy is bad.
- 2:16Speaker 1: People can't afford my services. I miss my opportunity. I
- 2:21Speaker 1: have to copy what everyone else is doing. If this
- 2:26Speaker 1: offer doesn't work, I'm going to be in trouble. I
- 2:29Speaker 1: have to take whatever comes my way. Why can't I
- 2:34Speaker 1: get just one sale? I need sales to prove that
- 2:38Speaker 1: I can do this. The difference is that it's not
- 2:43Speaker 1: that one person experiences the good life and one person
- 2:49Speaker 1: experiences challenges. No, both mindsets can exist when you're dealing
- 2:57Speaker 1: with challenges. The difference is the perspective you bring to
- 3:02Speaker 1: those challenges. Your words are also important when it comes
- 3:06Speaker 1: to business and mindset. An abundant business owner says I'm
- 3:13Speaker 1: excited to share this offer. I know the value of
- 3:17Speaker 1: my work. I'm looking for people who need what I
- 3:20Speaker 1: have to provide. I am my own boss, and I
- 3:23Speaker 1: have complete freedom to create my income. A scarcely minded
- 3:29Speaker 1: minded business owner thinks, I hope someone buys this. I
- 3:34Speaker 1: don't know if anyone wants this. Maybe I should lower
- 3:37Speaker 1: my price, Maybe I should do a sliding scale. My
- 3:41Speaker 1: income is limited because I am self employed. The words
- 3:47Speaker 1: you repeat reinforce the way you see your business. Your
- 3:52Speaker 1: emotions also reveal whether you're operating in abundance or scarcity
- 3:58Speaker 1: in your business. An abundant business owner feels confident and
- 4:03Speaker 1: curious and grateful and patient and trusting. An abundance business
- 4:10Speaker 1: owner can experience disappointment without it immediately, meaning that something
- 4:16Speaker 1: is wrong with them or their business now. A scarcely
- 4:21Speaker 1: minded business owner acts from feelings of insecurity, fear, deep worry, dowt, frustration, desperation,
- 4:32Speaker 1: and phrenetic energy. A slow sales week can quickly become
- 4:38Speaker 1: a belief that the business is failing. Finally, abundance and
- 4:44Speaker 1: scarcity show up in your actions. An abundant business owner
- 4:49Speaker 1: continues marketing and selling their services following up, improving their skills,
- 4:56Speaker 1: tracking their finances, looking for solutions and efficiency daily. They
- 5:03Speaker 1: can do their own thing and do it well. They
- 5:05Speaker 1: smile throughout their workday. A scarcely minded business owner disappears
- 5:12Speaker 1: and reappears. They start and they stop. They start and
- 5:16Speaker 1: stop making offers, they start and stop marketing, they start
- 5:19Speaker 1: and stop projects. They avoid looking at their numbers because
- 5:23Speaker 1: it creates fear. They don't follow through on their income goals.
- 5:29Speaker 1: They're always waiting on a sale. They chase trends, they rush,
- 5:34Speaker 1: they attract chaos, and they are constantly focus on They're
- 5:39Speaker 1: not being enough, whether it be sales, money, resources, clients,
- 5:45Speaker 1: place in the market. And one of the biggest differences
- 5:51Speaker 1: is the questions that you ask yourself as a business owner.
- 5:56Speaker 1: A scarcely minded business owner asks how do I survive?
- 6:00Speaker 1: An abundant business owner asks what is the next best step?
- 6:08Speaker 1: One opens you up to possibility and one restricts you.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And the foundation for abundant business owner is possibility, all possibilities,
- 6:22Speaker 1: all things are available, and listen. An abundant mindset is
- 6:27Speaker 1: not acting like everything is so easy. It's about choice.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It's about choosing thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. That keep
- 6:38Speaker 1: you open to opportunities, customers, clients, money, and solutions. As
- 6:45Speaker 1: a business owner, your job is to stay available to
- 6:48Speaker 1: serve your people, and it's really difficult to stay available
- 6:53Speaker 1: when you're in scarcity thinking. And so staying available means
- 7:00Speaker 1: continuing to show up. You're continuing to believe in your work,
- 7:04Speaker 1: and you're continuing to create even before results appear. I
- 7:11Speaker 1: pray that was helpful. Let's talk about my three month
- 7:17Speaker 1: Intuitive coaching package. So I have this three month Intuitive
- 7:24Speaker 1: coaching package. I've been selling it through the month of July,
- 7:27Speaker 1: even in a murcury retrograde. I have spots open, and
- 7:34Speaker 1: you know, it's really just about sitting down and really
- 7:38Speaker 1: looking at your business. And I create a safe space
- 7:42Speaker 1: where you can do that, where you can really explore
- 7:47Speaker 1: who you want to be, what you want to create,

- 7:56Speaker 1: perspective plan need to create that. And I believe you
