- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast.
- 0:12Speaker 2: This week on your gabble gabble. If your wife throws
- 0:15Speaker 2: a brick through a window and injures your mistress can.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Show you in trouble for that. Judge Gino is gonna
- 0:20Speaker 1: tell us.
- 0:21Speaker 3: And if you fart in your roommate's face and they
- 0:23Speaker 3: throw ice cream and brooks your tooth, can you sue
- 0:28Speaker 3: them or that ice cold?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Judge Ross has it's real people? Okare this fake? Just?
- 0:37Speaker 3: Oh?
- 0:38Speaker 1: Gabble gabble? Hi, everybody here. You came up with a
- 0:41Speaker 1: new tents of breaks called.
- 0:43Speaker 2: Brooks brooks your tooth. If it brooks your tooth, you're
- 0:48Speaker 2: done scooting boogie. That's right, man.
- 0:51Speaker 3: It is great to be back here the Gable Chambers today.
- 0:55Speaker 1: To what I I it sounds like great. It's gonna
- 0:58Speaker 1: be a fun time. Very excited about it.
- 0:59Speaker 2: I would love to go first, because I can't. I
- 1:01Speaker 2: can't sit on this case anymore.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Can I just say, really quickly, yeah, thank you everybody
- 1:06Speaker 3: who's been listening. Yeah, and for leaving reviews and all
- 1:09Speaker 3: that get me. I don't know you find that, but
- 1:11Speaker 3: I will. I will make this pitch by the time
- 1:15Speaker 3: you hear this. If we do not have over one
- 1:19Speaker 3: hundred and fifty reviews.
- 1:20Speaker 1: You already have over a hundred. If we don't have
- 1:22Speaker 1: over two hundred reviews, we're.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Not going to do this anymore. I don't know how
- 1:27Speaker 3: to retroactively mark down. I guess when this episode is
- 1:30Speaker 3: actually going to come out to the public. I don't
- 1:32Speaker 3: know what it is.
- 1:33Speaker 2: But a year from now, we do have a new rating. Okay,
- 1:37Speaker 2: we're up to one sixty eight from one to sixty seven.
- 1:39Speaker 2: It appears that it is a five star rating. No
- 1:41Speaker 2: review though, no review. So if somebody did give us
- 1:44Speaker 2: a five star, and I'm very very happy that you
- 1:48Speaker 2: did that, whoever you are.
- 1:49Speaker 1: So yeah, a year, a year out, a year maybe, yeah,
- 1:52Speaker 1: about a.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Year out for now, a year from well, so I
- 1:56Speaker 3: guess this is for maybe a call for the Double
- 1:57Speaker 3: Teckers to leave July first.
- 2:01Speaker 2: I didn't think it through. You didn't think it's to
- 2:02Speaker 2: go first? Yeah, got it. We're gonna go to personal
- 2:05Speaker 2: injury court brand heck, yeah, we are, Yeah, we are. Nope,
- 2:09Speaker 2: Tracy's not involved in this. Nope. Whitney Taylor is suing
- 2:13Speaker 2: Anne Marie Morgan.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Fot no, Okay, five.
- 2:17Speaker 2: Thousand dollars of past medical oh twenty five thousand, future,
- 2:22Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty thousand pain and suffering a total
- 2:25Speaker 2: of two hundred and eighty one thousand dollars. Let's get
- 2:28Speaker 2: into a le okay, Whitney Taylor's like, look, I'm just
- 2:33Speaker 2: a girl. I just wanted to find love. It's what
- 2:35Speaker 2: I've always wanted. Her words up mine, but cut it
- 2:39Speaker 2: if you want leave, I wonder if I love. That's
- 2:42Speaker 2: what I always wanted. I found. I got on a
- 2:44Speaker 2: dating site. I found the most incredible man. He was
- 2:47Speaker 2: everything I dreamed of. Yeah, he was very handsome, he's
- 2:50Speaker 2: very athletic. And then she goes, I am too because
- 2:52Speaker 2: I'm a yoga instructor and he loves dogs and I
- 2:56Speaker 2: do too. He was my dream man. Uh this this
- 3:00Speaker 2: man's name was Daniel Morgan. Okay now, and then at
- 3:05Speaker 2: this point he goes. She says, this man's name was
- 3:07Speaker 2: Daniel Morgan, her ex husband, and Anne Marie Morgan goes Nope,
- 3:11Speaker 2: still married.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Okay.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Whitney's like, your honor, I was not under the impression
- 3:17Speaker 2: that he was married. We see his dating profile, or
- 3:20Speaker 2: what they have decided to show us as a dating profile.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I've never done online dating. I can't imagine this being
- 3:25Speaker 2: a real dating profile. This is a picture of Daniel
- 3:29Speaker 2: and then it just says thirty dog lover fitness, movies,
- 3:34Speaker 2: and then underneath that it is one sentence it says
- 3:37Speaker 2: recently single ellipses just getting out of a crazy relationship.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Why is that something that can be on a date?
- 3:46Speaker 2: Why would you put that on a dating press?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Just get relationship?
- 3:49Speaker 2: Someone would put that on a dating profile. Isn't that
- 3:52Speaker 2: an immediate stayaway? Okay, okay, got it, Okay, it's just
- 3:57Speaker 2: a weird way to put yourself out there. Is I'm thirty,
- 4:02Speaker 2: I love dogs, fitness and movies. I'm also recently single
- 4:06Speaker 2: and my last relationship was so crazy. So there's that.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Amory's like, okay, that's not accurate at all. We're still
- 4:15Speaker 2: married currently, still.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Still and how do we know how long ago this
- 4:19Speaker 1: was this case? Or how long have they been married?
- 4:22Speaker 3: How long between whenever she started dating him? It's a
- 4:26Speaker 3: great question. Now I don't know, but they Whitney is
- 4:30Speaker 3: still dating him?
- 4:31Speaker 1: Oh yeah, all right, we'll get there. Is he in
- 4:34Speaker 1: the courtroom on one side or the other? Yet?
- 4:38Speaker 2: Some surprises? But how dare I in the chambers a.
- 4:43Speaker 2: Marie says, we met in college. We were really really
- 4:46Speaker 2: happy and then things kind of just devolved from there,
- 4:50Speaker 2: and you know, you get older and things change. But
- 4:52Speaker 2: we wanted to work it out. We got separated. It
- 4:54Speaker 2: was a trial separation. I moved into my mom's house,
- 4:58Speaker 2: but we agreed that we you weren't going to date
- 5:00Speaker 2: any other people during the trial separation.
- 5:02Speaker 1: That was our agreement. I didn't even know who was
- 5:04Speaker 1: on a dating so it seems like legal troubles.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Whitney says, well, we I didn't know any of that.
- 5:12Speaker 2: But on my end, we wanted to take things slow.
- 5:14Speaker 2: We went on a couple of dates. On her third date,
- 5:15Speaker 2: we went to the movies and then we did go
- 5:17Speaker 2: back to his place. We had a bottle of wine.
- 5:20Speaker 2: We're having a great time, and then out of nowhere,
- 5:23Speaker 2: a brick flies through the window of his house and
- 5:27Speaker 2: I hear someone scream and I quote, I'm going to
- 5:30Speaker 2: kill you now wow. Amory's like, immediately, I never said that.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I never said I'm going to kill you.
- 5:38Speaker 1: That's not happened.
- 5:39Speaker 2: They start going back and forth, Joe chirping to each other,
- 5:41Speaker 2: and Gino's like, we got up, settle down, Whitney's like,
- 5:44Speaker 2: I freaked out. Brick through the window. I thought somebody
- 5:47Speaker 2: was trying to kill me. I didn't know what was
- 5:49Speaker 2: going on. I thought a crazy person was here. Uh.
- 5:51Speaker 1: The case is called some sort of pun on that. Uh.
- 5:55Speaker 2: She brought the actual brick to court with her. I
- 5:57Speaker 2: don't know why Gino has to see it. I don't
- 6:00Speaker 2: why we're gonna.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Are we gonna see if it has her fingerprints on it?
- 6:05Speaker 3: No.
- 6:05Speaker 2: What he does is he goes, Miss Morgan, you threw
- 6:06Speaker 2: this brick, and she's like, yes, you're on and he's okay,
- 6:08Speaker 2: I'm gonna keep it up here so we'll stay safe.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Whitney's like, so I take off running. The brick goes
- 6:16Speaker 2: through the window. I hear, I'm gonna kill you. I
- 6:17Speaker 2: take off running, running where, like trying to leave, like
- 6:21Speaker 2: running for my life, like I want to away from
- 6:23Speaker 2: the where the you know? So it's his house, his house,
- 6:27Speaker 2: it's not her house. I trip over a coffee table.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Wasn't paying attention. Thought I was gonna die. Land in
- 6:35Speaker 2: all the shards of glass, yeah, that were broken. Land
- 6:40Speaker 2: on her hand and her face. Her face is big bandage.
- 6:43Speaker 2: One of her hands full bandage, covers and then she, uh,
- 6:47Speaker 2: we see pictures of it after it happened, pretty brutal,
- 6:50Speaker 2: uh she and then she starts to tear up in
- 6:53Speaker 2: the courtroom. I would give anything to go back to
- 6:55Speaker 2: the moment before this, Like it's kind of a ruin
- 6:57Speaker 2: of my life. Anne Marie is like, I was just
- 7:00Speaker 2: trying to get my husband's attention. Judge Jina goes, well,
- 7:05Speaker 2: you had some other options, right, Like you could have
- 7:07Speaker 2: like knocked on the door of your own house, and
- 7:11Speaker 2: she's like, well, I called him, but he didn't answer,
- 7:13Speaker 2: and she said and then Gino says, ma'am, you understand
- 7:15Speaker 2: you had other options aside from throwing the brick through
- 7:17Speaker 2: the window, And she says, yes, I understand that I
- 7:21Speaker 2: saw through the window what was going on. I did
- 7:23Speaker 2: get frustrated. I picked up the first thing I saw
- 7:25Speaker 2: on the ground. I threw it at the window, But
- 7:28Speaker 2: I want to be very clear. I knew it couldn't
- 7:30Speaker 2: hit them, the windows very much on this side of
- 7:34Speaker 2: the couch, just no way it would have hit him.
- 7:36Speaker 2: One and two, I wasn't trying to hurt her of anything,
- 7:39Speaker 2: like I was mad at him, not her. And then lastly,
- 7:43Speaker 2: her injuries are not because I threw a brick through window.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Is because she ran and tripped over a coffee table
- 7:48Speaker 2: which was not moved during the whole brick incident. All
- 7:51Speaker 2: of that is confirmed by both parties. Really the glass
- 7:54Speaker 2: that was on the floors, that's from the window or.
- 7:56Speaker 1: The window that broke. So uh.
- 8:00Speaker 2: They start fighting at this point, back and forth. Gino
- 8:02Speaker 2: has to bang his gabble. This courtroom is not your
- 8:04Speaker 2: living room, blah blah blah, and Marie says, I never
- 8:06Speaker 2: intended to hit anyone. I didn't hit anyone. I'm sorry
- 8:09Speaker 2: she's hurt. I didn't want anybody to be hurt. But
- 8:12Speaker 2: I can't basically, I can't get in trouble with it.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Whitney says, so I messed up my hand. I'm a
- 8:19Speaker 2: yoga instructor. It's kept me from working. Weirdly enough, she
- 8:22Speaker 2: has not sued for time off of work. That's not
- 8:26Speaker 2: part of her suit. It's five previous, twenty five, future,
- 8:30Speaker 2: two fifty, pain and suffering. And then she's like, but
- 8:33Speaker 2: the scar on my face, the face is what's the
- 8:35Speaker 2: big problem. And then she starts to cry and says
- 8:37Speaker 2: she feels ugly, like she's a monster. Gino encourages her
- 8:40Speaker 2: that her beauties within blah blah blah. So they both
- 8:43Speaker 2: keep interrupting each other again. Gino keeps gabbling. Did the
- 8:47Speaker 2: brick hit you, he asked Whitney, No, did the glass
- 8:51Speaker 2: hit you No?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Did you decide to run? Yes? I was scared for
- 8:56Speaker 1: my life.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So at this point, Gina says, well, I've heard from
- 8:59Speaker 2: the girlfriend and the wife, but not the husband. Daniel's
- 9:03Speaker 2: in the hallway. That's right, Yeah, yeah, it was a
- 9:06Speaker 2: stink you in here, That's right exactly. The bailiff brings
- 9:09Speaker 2: in Daniel. He stands with Whitney. On Whitney's side, that's
- 9:14Speaker 2: the mistress. He holds her hand, So Daniel's like basically
- 9:18Speaker 2: corroborates her whole story. Shortly after separating, I got on
- 9:22Speaker 2: this dating side. We really hit it off. My wife
- 9:24Speaker 2: threw a brick through the window, and she definitely screamed,
- 9:26Speaker 2: I'm gonna kill you.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Does he admit to agreeing not to see other people.
- 9:31Speaker 2: He does not, and Marie says, I may have felt
- 9:33Speaker 2: like killing my husband at that point. I was very angry,
- 9:36Speaker 2: but I did not kill I did not say that
- 9:38Speaker 2: out loud, and I didn't kill him. I was trying
- 9:42Speaker 2: to talk to him because we'd agreed to date other people,
- 9:45Speaker 2: agreed to not date other people. Daniel says, I was
- 9:47Speaker 2: one hundred percent unaware of that deal. Don't remember that
- 9:51Speaker 2: being the case at all. Then Gino says, do you
- 9:55Speaker 2: think your wife meant to hurt anyone? Daniel says no,
- 9:59Speaker 2: The behavior was, though, and that's why we're here. It's
- 10:01Speaker 2: why we're here. To December seventh, Gino brings in a
- 10:03Speaker 2: plastic surgeon. She doesn't use the plasma but her own
- 10:06Speaker 2: iPad for some reason.
- 10:08Speaker 1: What we do?
- 10:09Speaker 2: She does say that the scar, the cut is so
- 10:11Speaker 2: big on her face from her ear to her jaw,
- 10:14Speaker 2: that it would be it would take plastic surgery, but
- 10:16Speaker 2: there would be a permanent scar on her face for ever.
- 10:19Speaker 1: What does she look like in the courtroom? What does
- 10:20Speaker 1: she got going on?
- 10:21Speaker 2: She's got a giant white bandage here and one of
- 10:23Speaker 2: her hands is completely wrapped to where it's unusable. Okay, yeah,
- 10:26Speaker 2: so uh am, Marie's like, your honor, I didn't try
- 10:28Speaker 2: to hurt anybody.
- 10:29Speaker 1: I'm really sorry this happened.
- 10:30Speaker 2: And then Gina say, wait a minute, this happened in
- 10:32Speaker 2: your home, Like why didn't you just go in the
- 10:35Speaker 2: you have a key to your house and she says, actually,
- 10:38Speaker 2: your honor, it isn't my home. I technically don't own
- 10:42Speaker 2: it anymore. Gina says, what do you mean. She's like, well,
- 10:45Speaker 2: we signed a I signed the lease over to Daniel,
- 10:48Speaker 2: and I have the paperwork. I don't know why she
- 10:50Speaker 2: brought this in the court, but she did. She brings
- 10:52Speaker 2: a termination of leash paperwork into the courtroom. So by
- 10:56Speaker 2: law that house is not hers. She doesn't own it
- 11:00Speaker 2: and have keys, couldn't get in. So wait, does he
- 11:03Speaker 2: own it or I guess it's a least termination of
- 11:08Speaker 2: least paperwork. But Gino looks at Daniel and says, so
- 11:13Speaker 2: you so the injury occurred in your home, mister Morgan,
- 11:17Speaker 2: and he says.
- 11:18Speaker 1: Yes it did. Like that was a part of the separation.
- 11:21Speaker 1: She did that, I guess yes.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Interesting, Gina's ready to rule. I don't understand why you're
- 11:26Speaker 3: doing that. If you're not planning on divorcing him, why
- 11:30Speaker 3: would you did you would terminate that lease if you're not.
- 11:34Speaker 3: In my mind, this is a pretty cut and dry case.
- 11:38Speaker 3: She threw a brick. That brick caused glass to go
- 11:42Speaker 3: all over the floor. It also caused this woman to
- 11:46Speaker 3: run away from the area in which she tripped over
- 11:49Speaker 3: through she treted over the coffee table, but the injuries
- 11:52Speaker 3: take place because of the glass which was broken by her.
- 11:56Speaker 3: I think it's pretty clear that the injuries happened because
- 11:59Speaker 3: of her recklessness with the brick, and so I think
- 12:04Speaker 3: she's gonna have to owe her all of the money easily.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Judge Gino's most sane ruling ever. He says, when you
- 12:10Speaker 2: throw a brick through a window of a residence, you've
- 12:14Speaker 2: changed a zone of safety to a zone of danger.
- 12:17Speaker 2: This means your intention when throwing the brick does not matter,
- 12:23Speaker 2: and you're responsible for the fallout. She gets every penny
- 12:27Speaker 2: of the money two hundred eighty thousand to Miss Whitney Taylor.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Pretty cut and dry if you ask me.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Let's head over to Judge Ross, where we're gonna try
- 12:38Speaker 3: to overstand a case.
- 12:39Speaker 1: You overstand it.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Vince Pasada is suing Carmela or tease for five hundred
- 12:47Speaker 3: and ninety six dollars. Vince is suing Carmela. Vince gets
- 12:53Speaker 3: right to it.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Dano.
- 12:54Speaker 3: He says, I am suing Carmela because she chipped my tooth.
- 13:00Speaker 3: He then says, I have pictures that show that she
- 13:03Speaker 3: did this. He gives Judge Ross the pictures, which we
- 13:06Speaker 3: get to see on the plasma.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Judge Ross using the plasma.
- 13:10Speaker 3: The plasma very small plasma and very similar to Michael
- 13:14Speaker 3: Scott's plasmas, and his tooth is most certainly chipped in
- 13:18Speaker 3: these pictures. Judge Ross asked Carmela about what happened. Carmela
- 13:23Speaker 3: says she had been living with Vince for a while.
- 13:27Speaker 3: It was platonic. They were just roommates and she was
- 13:32Speaker 3: looking for roommates, and her sister knew Vents and knew
- 13:38Speaker 3: that Vince was looking for a roommate and said, hey,
- 13:39Speaker 3: my sister's looking for a roommate.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Blah blah blah.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Her sister met Vince at an open mic night. Because
- 13:44Speaker 3: Vince is a struggling stand up comedian, Oh yeah, spends
- 13:48Speaker 3: a lot of time making the funny jokes on the stage.
- 13:51Speaker 3: So Vince is lactose intolerant. But he also loves ice cream,
- 13:58Speaker 3: and Carmela says that Vince knows what ice cream does
- 14:02Speaker 3: to him, and yet he chooses to eat it.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Anything sounds like somebody else, I know, you're talking about me. Yeah.
- 14:11Speaker 1: The rest of this, I hope doesn't sound like somebody
- 14:13Speaker 1: you know. No, just this.
- 14:14Speaker 2: It's this thing where you're like, I just really can't
- 14:16Speaker 2: have a lot of cheese. What about pizza today?
- 14:18Speaker 1: Yeah, listen, I know, I know what I'm doing. No,
- 14:21Speaker 1: I could not not eat pizza. Yeah, there's not.
- 14:24Speaker 2: It would literally have to be like, hey, you're going
- 14:26Speaker 2: to die anything this side of death.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I'm just gonna eat the pizza. Yeah. I like the pizza. Yeah.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Vince says, I do like ice cream. What I don't
- 14:33Speaker 3: like is ice cream being thrown in my face, which.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Is what she did.
- 14:37Speaker 3: She says, Oh, I just thought I just threw a
- 14:41Speaker 3: pint of ice cream at you for no reason. No,
- 14:45Speaker 3: h Here's what she says happened. I come home from work,
- 14:48Speaker 3: I lay down on the couch to take a nap.
- 14:51Speaker 3: Vince comes home, eats some ice cream, and then farts
- 14:54Speaker 3: in my face.
- 14:55Speaker 2: So the guy that farted in her face is the
- 14:58Speaker 2: one suing her, That is correct?
- 15:00Speaker 3: Wow? Yes, okay, He says, I didn't technically fart in
- 15:05Speaker 3: her face. I was walking by her, I met her,
- 15:10Speaker 3: and when I different when I farted, I farted while
- 15:14Speaker 3: I was walking and it happened to be around where
- 15:17Speaker 3: her head was when I didn't.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Walk up to her. He wasn't doing a bit, no.
- 15:22Speaker 3: But we'll get to that in a second, Okay. She says,
- 15:26Speaker 3: there's no mistake in that smell. Judge, there's nothing like
- 15:30Speaker 3: a Vince fart post ice cream. People are laughing, and
- 15:34Speaker 3: she says it does seem funny on the surface, but
- 15:36Speaker 3: people need to know that I've been putting up with
- 15:39Speaker 3: Vince's farts and his comedy act for a long time.
- 15:44Speaker 3: In his comedy act, Ross says, what does one have
- 15:48Speaker 3: to do with the other? The farts in the comedy act?
- 15:49Speaker 3: And she says he deliberately farts to be funny. It's
- 15:53Speaker 3: a thing he does. Judge Ross says, you know when
- 15:58Speaker 3: he's talking to Vent, you know when you're gonna pass gas,
- 16:01Speaker 3: When you felt the sensation, oh my gosh, of ready
- 16:06Speaker 3: to pass gas, and you chose to walk right by her,
- 16:10Speaker 3: that's foul.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Another way to say that's foul.
- 16:12Speaker 3: He insists that this time it was an accident, so
- 16:17Speaker 3: he claims that after he farted, she jumps up, kicks him,
- 16:21Speaker 3: runs to the freezer, grabs the pint of ice cream,
- 16:25Speaker 3: chucks it across the room, hits his face, ships his tooth.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Does she agree that she did this?
- 16:31Speaker 3: She does not. She says, that's not what happens at all.
- 16:34Speaker 3: I did kick him and he fell and stumbled over, and.
- 16:38Speaker 1: That shipped his tooth.
- 16:39Speaker 3: Judge Ross says, how are your stories so different? He says,
- 16:43Speaker 3: because she was passed out drunk, she doesn't know what
- 16:45Speaker 3: was going on. She says, that's ridiculous. He comes home
- 16:48Speaker 3: all the time drunk because he works at these comedy clubs.
- 16:51Speaker 3: He drinks all day at his job. Then he comes
- 16:53Speaker 3: home and he's drunk. That's why he stumbled over. Yeah,
- 16:57Speaker 3: I didn't even kick him that hard. It's not like
- 16:58Speaker 3: I karate kicked him. I just kicked him out of
- 17:01Speaker 3: a way stumbled he stumbled over. She has a witness,
- 17:06Speaker 3: someone witness to the exact event, but witness to Vince's character,
- 17:11Speaker 3: okay character. It is her sister, the one that introduced
- 17:16Speaker 3: him in the first place. She says, First of all,
- 17:19Speaker 3: I have seen Vin's drunk many many times, and I
- 17:23Speaker 3: have never seen Carmela drunk. That's something you need to know.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Ross asked if she witnessed the if she has witnessed
- 17:29Speaker 3: the farting. She says, I've witnessed Vince farting so many times.
- 17:33Speaker 3: It is a big part of his act. He his
- 17:38Speaker 3: act is just a ton of fart jokes, and E'll
- 17:39Speaker 3: eat ice cream so he can fart on command. And
- 17:42Speaker 3: then when he's when he's not on stage, he just
- 17:47Speaker 3: farts around me and many of my friends, and he
- 17:50Speaker 3: just thinks it's the funniest thing in the world, despite
- 17:52Speaker 3: all of us telling him, you, farting is not funny, Carmela.
- 17:57Speaker 2: That's the problem, though, is it's like, you know, my
- 17:59Speaker 2: kids are a eight years old me telling them that
- 18:02Speaker 2: what's going to happen, they will laugh harder.
- 18:06Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, they will laughing.
- 18:08Speaker 3: The difference is she's not being sued by an eight
- 18:11Speaker 3: year old, that's right, correct, an adult, an adult, grown man.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Carmela then pipes up and says, I also want to
- 18:18Speaker 3: point out that I didn't kick him on purpose. If
- 18:20Speaker 3: I did kick him, the only reason was, uh was
- 18:22Speaker 3: that he fell is because he drunk. When I farted,
- 18:25Speaker 3: I you know, flailed when she fought. When he farted
- 18:28Speaker 3: on me, I flailed. I knocked him over. Does She
- 18:32Speaker 3: admitted that she threw the pine of ice cream.
- 18:34Speaker 1: She does not. She says she didn't throw the his tooth.
- 18:39Speaker 3: She's saying he fell and hit her face. Got it
- 18:42Speaker 3: okay because he was drunk. Judge, Judge Ross.
- 18:47Speaker 2: It's a tough one man. It's all circumstantial. It's two
- 18:50Speaker 2: it's he said, she said, I don't know what to do.
- 18:54Speaker 2: My guess is is Ross is going to teach you
- 18:56Speaker 2: to lessen and not give him any money.
- 18:57Speaker 1: That's my guess.
- 18:59Speaker 3: He says, I don't like you, Carmela. You're too mouthy,
- 19:04Speaker 3: you talk too much. Wow, But your sister a credible
- 19:07Speaker 3: witness that shows that Vince has an alcohol problem and
- 19:11Speaker 3: has a history of farting on people. Also, Vince farting
- 19:16Speaker 3: on someone is a form of assaults. You don't have
- 19:18Speaker 3: to touch someone to assault them. Vince then talks and says,
- 19:23Speaker 3: have you ever accidentally farted on somebody? Because if you have,
- 19:26Speaker 3: you're guilty of assault. To Judge Oh, Ross says, you're
- 19:29Speaker 3: not talking, I'm talking, and then he says one of
- 19:32Speaker 3: my favorite Judge Ross lines of oh boy, it's like
- 19:36Speaker 3: you know how, you know how Trump figures out nicknames
- 19:40Speaker 3: in the middle of the talking. Here we go, Ross says, Uh,
- 19:45Speaker 3: you're a man, but you act like a baby. You're
- 19:48Speaker 3: a man baby, you're a maybe. Crowd cheers.
- 19:51Speaker 1: I feel like he's done that before. You're maybe.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Yeah. Your matters dismissed. Grow up zero dollars. We both
- 19:59Speaker 3: we got our we talk at us. How about that.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Don't fart on people, guys do it. Don't do it.
- 20:05Speaker 3: It's just you don't want to do that. We'll be
- 20:08Speaker 3: back next time in another one and tell them maybe
- 20:10Speaker 3: the first of all.
