Claremore’s big data center project is officially moving forward, locking in property deals and public revenue agreements that promise over $400 million in electric and sales tax income over 30 years. The deal includes an $180M PILOT payment — $172M via a Tax Increment District — funding schools and infrastructure during a 5-7 year build phase.
