- 0:41All of those exciting things. Well, I
- 0:45tell you what.
- 0:46>> I'm trying to think, but nothing
- 0:48happens.
- 0:48>> I'm trying to think, but nothing
- 0:50happens. I'm trying to think, but
- 0:52nothing happens.
- 0:54Uh, I have quite a few things I'd like
- 0:57to talk about today, and uh, I got a
- 0:59stack of stuff here. First thing I
- 1:02decided, there were there were a couple
- 1:03of of interesting things I wanted to
- 1:06share. So, this is from the book General
- 1:10Ignorance.
- 1:11There's a lot of it out there.
- 1:15So, we want to find out two specific
- 1:18things this morning. First, we want to
- 1:21know about Winston Churchill. Everyone
- 1:23is wondering about Winston Churchill.
- 1:27I know I am. Is it possible that Prime
- 1:30Minister Winston Churchill, whose
- 1:33favorite port in a storm was anyone with
- 1:36abundant alcohol, so they say, would
- 1:39dish out a disparaging comment about the
- 1:41British Royal Navy? Is it possible? Did
- 1:44he do it? We don't know. But from the
- 1:48book, General Ignorance, there's a lot
- 1:50of it out there. We discover as follows.
- 1:54When Great Britain was a dominant naval
- 1:56power, it was said that Britannia ruled
- 1:59the waves with a navy rich in resources
- 2:02and bathed in tradition. Therefore, it
- 2:06came as a shock to the British
- 2:07population when it was widely reported
- 2:10that Winston Churchill was of the
- 2:13opinion that the only true traditions
- 2:16the Royal Navy observed were rum,
- 2:20sodomy, and the lash.
- 2:23It's a quote, by the way. In fact,
- 2:27Church Hills dissenters perpetrated the
- 2:30origin of this myth quote.
- 2:34In the 1940s, while he was serving as
- 2:37prime minister and his country was
- 2:39fighting for survival, Church Hill's
- 2:42political foes concocted a smear
- 2:46campaign that focused on his apparent
- 2:49disdain for the Navy. According to
- 2:52Church Hills competitors,
- 2:55young Winston had been denied entry to
- 2:58the Royal Navy College because he
- 3:00suffered from a speech impediment, and
- 3:03the scars of that snub had never healed.
- 3:07That wound still riled him when he
- 3:09allegedly rose in the House of Commons
- 3:12and delivered a scathing speech that
- 3:15ridiculed the Royal Navy and its
- 3:17traditions,
- 3:19which he summarized as the equivalent of
- 3:22alcohol, sex, and torture. But the
- 3:25entire incident proved to be a
- 3:29fabrication. Records show that Churchill
- 3:32never attempted to join the Navy and
- 3:35documents concur that he never used the
- 3:37House of Commons as a platform to voice
- 3:41his opinions on the Admiral T. Yet the
- 3:45line remains one of the most popular
- 3:47quotes ever attributed to Churchill. Its
- 3:51fame was cemented when he supposedly
- 3:54confided to his assistant Anthony
- 3:57Montigue Brown that although he had
- 4:00never spoken those words, he certainly
- 4:03wished that he had.
- 4:07Wouldn't that be entertaining?
- 4:09Uh, the problem is
- 4:12as follows. The problem is as follows.
- 4:16>> I'm trying to think, but nothing
- 4:18happens. I'm trying to think but nothing
- 4:22happens. So years and years ago I so I
- 4:24found that on YouTube this morning
- 4:26because uh it I I forget what reminded
- 4:29me of it but years and years ago some
- 4:32a-hole in the Air Force when I was in
- 4:34the army in Washington DC. I'd been
- 4:37gone. I think I was out at the Nevada
- 4:39nuclear test site for several weeks. And
- 4:41so when you came back, it was,
- 4:45I don't know, almost a tradition that
- 4:47somebody would jack with your office
- 4:49while you were gone and move stuff
- 4:52around, you know, hide your, I don't
- 4:54know, coffee cup, put uh
- 4:59sticky stuff on your keyboard, stuff
- 5:02like that. Whatever. We didn't have
- 5:04enough to do apparently. And so there
- 5:07were times for screwing around. And so
- 5:10when I came back, my computer
- 5:14was um set up and it took me forever to
- 5:19figure out how to get this off of my
- 5:22computer. How I dealt with it was turn
- 5:24the volume down. And what I had to every
- 5:30single time I pushed the space bar, I
- 5:35would hear
- 5:37>> you. I'm trying to think, but nothing
- 5:38happens.
- 5:40>> I'm trying to think, but nothing
- 5:41happens. I'm trying to think, but
- 5:43nothing happens. So that is what we
- 5:46spent our time uh on in the uh on-site
- 5:52inspection agency when we weren't
- 5:55uh interpreting or we weren't
- 5:57translating important documents vital to
- 6:01the very country. So that's what we did
- 6:06during the Civil War 1861-65
- 6:10after hearing complaints
- 6:13of General Ulisses S. Grant's hard
- 6:17drinking ways.
- 6:20Did Abraham Lincoln really say, "For
- 6:23heaven's sake, find out what he drinks
- 6:27and make make the rest of them drink it,
- 6:29too?" Lincoln certainly had reason to
- 6:32make such a comment, and not an obvious
- 6:34one. His own generals frustrated him,
- 6:36and he was always trying to kick their
- 6:39butts toward battle, preferably against
- 6:42the rebels rather than one another,
- 6:44despite many Union advantages. The
- 6:47Confederacy habitually paddled the blue
- 6:50coat until fighters such as Grant and
- 6:53Sherman put steel into the Union Army
- 6:56spine. What if jealous rivals were
- 6:59simply feeding a rumor mill?
- 7:03There's always been an assumption that
- 7:04Grant was a drunk to begin with. As a
- 7:07junior officer in 1854, he did have a
- 7:10drinking problem and left the service
- 7:12because of it. In his Civil War return,
- 7:15he seemed to have learned his limits.
- 7:18Brigadier General Grant made the rapid
- 7:20gains in reputation, rank, and enemies.
- 7:24Numerous credible witnesses
- 7:27uh describe Grant as a moderate drinker,
- 7:30never intoxicated on the battlefield.
- 7:33Something that couldn't be said of other
- 7:35leaders.
- 7:37So there you go. And one final story
- 7:40from General Ignorance. There's a lot of
- 7:43it out there. I remember this one in
- 7:46particular even though it wasn't the
- 7:48Civil War when I was coming up. Uh,
- 7:52the branding of a band.
- 7:56Everybody remembers what KISS means,
- 7:58right? KISS, the rock group. Keep it
- 8:02simple, stupid. No, no, no. Kids in
- 8:04Satan's service is what the anacronym
- 8:08allegedly meant when I was a child or
- 8:10young man in middle and high school.
- 8:15Crazy stuff out there in the world, but
- 8:18that's not true. On stage, they looked
- 8:20like they'd come from the gates of hell,
- 8:23dressed head to toe in black, faces
- 8:25adorned with makeup. When Kiss hit the
- 8:27concert circuit in 1973,
- 8:32they drew a sitting room only crowd of
- 8:35three people to their first gig. Rock
- 8:38and roll was undergoing an image
- 8:41transformation.
- 8:42The emergence of rockers such as David
- 8:45Bowie and popular glam group such as
- 8:49Mott the Hoople and the New York Dolls
- 8:51forced bands to find new exciting and
- 8:54controversial methods to market their
- 8:56product. So when four young rockers from
- 8:59New York City decided to combine comic
- 9:02book characters and colorful costumes
- 9:06with a morbid mentality, they needed an
- 9:09appropriate handle to describe
- 9:11themselves, one that was easy to spell
- 9:14and mysterious enough to keep their fans
- 9:17confused.
- 9:18Drummer Peter Chris had been in a group
- 9:20called Lips, which prompted the crew to
- 9:24dub themselves Kiss. According to the
- 9:27boys in the band, the name was spelled
- 9:29in capital letters to make it stand out
- 9:32and was never meant to be an anacronym
- 9:35for anything. But that didn't stop
- 9:38members of religious flocks who
- 9:40considered rock and roll to be
- 9:42synonymous with the sound of Satan from
- 9:46claiming claiming that the group's
- 9:48moniker was a devilish derivation.
- 9:51Kiss had you know kids in Satan service.
- 9:54I remember that one.
- 9:56They also claimed somebody uh also
- 9:58claimed Korean intelligence support
- 10:00system. Kind of weird. Uh but judging
- 10:03from the millions of records they sold
- 10:06in their 35 years in the biz as well as
- 10:10their rel relent
- 10:14today. Keep trying to think but nothing
- 10:16happens. As well as relentless licensing
- 10:19of KISS related merchandise. A more
- 10:21appropriate name for the band might have
- 10:24been All Caps Cash instead.
- 10:29Isn't that exciting? I brought in a
- 10:32couple other books that were lounging in
- 10:34my uh in my bookshelf uh and I threw
- 10:38them in the vehicle and I brought them
- 10:40in. One of them uh I've spoken to you
- 10:44before about the
- 10:47wonderful adventures that I have had
- 10:50inside Russia, mother Russia.
- 10:54And I have a book in front of me that
- 10:57says Parav Sanator Bakurva which means
- 11:01welcome or time to go to the sanatorium
- 11:05called Bakurova
- 11:08in um it was built in 1933
- 11:14and this sanatorium has been around
- 11:16forever and I spel spent uh
- 11:20oh 10 10 days 14 days I can't remember I
- 11:24think it was only 10 at this wonderful
- 11:28sanatorium. Now we don't have these
- 11:30things in America, folks. We can't uh
- 11:33couldn't afford them if we did. And and
- 11:35maybe we do have them and only the super
- 11:38wealthy get a go. If you're Donald
- 11:41Trump, your house is your sanatorium. If
- 11:43you're an actor making billions and
- 11:46millions, uh you you uh can build all
- 11:49the things that they had and just
- 11:51privately have them. But this was really
- 11:53cool. So a sanatorium for those of you
- 11:55who don't know is uh usually provided to
- 11:59uh
- 12:02workers or people uh as part of their
- 12:05package. You know what they what they uh
- 12:10get as an annual benefit. They don't pay
- 12:12for it. They get it for free. But for me
- 12:15it cost uh $500 $580 something like
- 12:18that. $580
- 12:20for 14 days for two. And it included all
- 12:25the medical treatment you could want,
- 12:27um,
- 12:30all the food that you would eat, uh, the
- 12:33room where you spent your 10 to 14 days.
- 12:36And it was a double suite, meaning two
- 12:39king-size bedrooms, very large bathroom,
- 12:42very nicely done, built in the style of
- 12:45the 30s. And uh they had upgraded these
- 12:48things and they were just beautiful.
- 12:51And uh so Bakira was a very nice
- 12:54sanatorium. That was the first one I had
- 12:56gone to and I've been to two more since
- 12:58then. I went to one in um called Yang
- 13:02Tao which is near the city of Ufa in uh
- 13:06I suppose that'd be central Russia. And
- 13:09uh then I went to another one that's
- 13:10really in Kyrgyzstan which was called uh
- 13:13which was on the lake uh is which is
- 13:17just freaking beautiful. And uh they
- 13:20have most of the time they surround
- 13:24um
- 13:26I don't know
- 13:28they call them mistoiki that would be uh
- 13:32hot water sources hot springs I suppose
- 13:35you would call them. And Bakirava
- 13:37especially had been around since uh
- 13:39Mongolian times. The Mongol hordes,
- 13:41there were records that said that they
- 13:43were, you know, they had history and
- 13:45they have all of these history like
- 13:46museums inside of these things cuz this
- 13:49one was built for Soviet use in 1933,
- 13:53but it had been around for centuries.
- 13:55And people would go there and uh and use
- 13:59it for healing, the mud the the healing
- 14:01muds and they gave you mud baths. And
- 14:04this mud w I mean I had I did a couple
- 14:06of mud baths and you could get into this
- 14:08uh uh healing hot waters and it it was
- 14:12just incredible. It really was. And then
- 14:14they have salt rooms and they have all
- 14:16of these things that uh frankly in
- 14:18America if you were going to pay for a
- 14:21week like that, you know, I can't
- 14:22imagine you would. I mean, gez, you go
- 14:25to the hospital, you take an ambulance
- 14:28to the hospital, you're at 12,000 bucks.
- 14:30You know what I mean? And uh if you stay
- 14:32in the hospital overnight, there's
- 14:34another $12,000. And so if you had
- 14:37something I always thought it'd be
- 14:38interesting to build the sort of a
- 14:40sanatorium
- 14:41uh of the type that I went to uh three
- 14:44times now.
- 14:46And uh I found this book and there were
- 14:48some interesting pictures and man these
- 14:51uh the rooms that that uh uh that I was
- 14:54in, you know, it's it's it's beautiful.
- 14:57It's large. It's uh very ornate and uh
- 15:01traditional. The bathrooms were quite
- 15:03modern. Um and the the buildings they
- 15:06were redoing them one at a time. And uh
- 15:09they they have the places like they
- 15:12called them the uh what kind of uh
- 15:16grazib
- 15:19means uh grazen.
- 15:22So uh graz is mud basically dirt. So
- 15:26your mud lienia treatments I suppose
- 15:30would be the best word. So mud
- 15:32treatment. So it's it's one word. The
- 15:34room is grazenia. That's where you go to
- 15:37get your u your uh treatment. The food
- 15:40was a fantastic buffet style three times
- 15:43a day. So much food. Uh I I don't like
- 15:46to eat that much and so uh I would go
- 15:48and um just to experience all the
- 15:52different types of food, but I'd try
- 15:55hard not to eat all that. But a lot of
- 15:56it's healthy. It's all natural. It's uh
- 15:59uh one of the sanatoriums, the one in
- 16:01Kgisia was uh uh Kyrgyzstan is what that
- 16:04is is uh on on Lake Isakul. That one was
- 16:07a little that was in the starting phases
- 16:11of being redone. And uh I actually
- 16:14complained about the room when I got
- 16:16there and they gave me something else. I
- 16:18was like, "No, no, no, no, no. I'm not.
- 16:21This one is not up to par and I didn't
- 16:24stay there in that room." But but they
- 16:27gave me one that was, you know, I was
- 16:29like, "Man, I'm paying all the I I all
- 16:32the rest of these people are not. I want
- 16:34to I they moved me to the remodeled uh
- 16:38building, in fact, is is where they they
- 16:40moved me. They were very nice about it
- 16:42and I normally don't [ __ ] about that
- 16:44kind of thing. I'm just not one of those
- 16:46people. And uh but it was old and it was
- 16:50uh
- 16:52I was more concerned about the the older
- 16:56faucetry and the older water in the
- 16:58rooms than anything else. They were all
- 16:59clean and decent and uh uh and and in
- 17:02decent places. And the treatment was
- 17:04fantastic. And you could tell they were
- 17:06partway through uh rebuilding it. And in
- 17:09fact, they were rebuilding the whole
- 17:10city uh that they were redoing around
- 17:13Escule. And I forget the name of the the
- 17:15town it was in, but it was beautiful.
- 17:17And you'd go out there every night and
- 17:19they had a bunch of really nice
- 17:20restaurants and then a bunch that that
- 17:22weren't as nice that were under the
- 17:25remodel part. And then they had tons of
- 17:26street food. So you could go and get
- 17:28street food and find these great uh uh
- 17:32triugui which are little triangles of of
- 17:36uh well it's like a ravioli but bigger
- 17:39and in triangle shape and triugul is
- 17:42triangle and so they they basically are
- 17:44making these uh uh and they're fantastic
- 17:47and and the food in them is is great and
- 17:50it's u
- 17:52you know you can get most of the time it
- 17:55depending on where you are you're not
- 17:57going to get a lot of pork in many of
- 17:59the areas of uh especially in uh
- 18:02southern parts of Russia. You don't get
- 18:03a lot of pork there because there's a
- 18:05ton of Muslims and um you know, you have
- 18:07to quiz what you're going to you know,
- 18:10what you're going to eat. And um um if
- 18:13you're not into pork, you know, and so
- 18:15generally they just don't use as much.
- 18:19And not that it's not available, it is.
- 18:21Anyway, I'm kind of babbling on this
- 18:23because I wanted to share that from the
- 18:25book. I have some trivia to uh go
- 18:28through as well perhaps should I choose
- 18:30to. I wanted to go through some of the
- 18:34news that has been uh
- 18:39oh
- 18:41coming out in the last few days.
- 18:45Um I don't know if you heard this or not
- 18:47but this is important. This is far more
- 18:50important than stuff that we have from
- 18:53this uh earthly planet, right? We'll
- 18:57soon learn if aliens are real. According
- 19:01to the Pentagon,
- 19:04Secretary of War,
- 19:06I laugh every time I hear that. Heges
- 19:09said that he will learn alongside the
- 19:11American public whether his department
- 19:14holds records proving the existence of
- 19:16aliens. So I used to drive past with a
- 19:19dude named Ernie drive past Area 51 on
- 19:22the Nevada nuclear test site. Now there
- 19:24are two areas 51. One of them is in um
- 19:27where is that near White Sands I think
- 19:29in New Mexico. The other one's on the
- 19:31Nevada nuclear test site and they have
- 19:33these little areas. All of them were run
- 19:34by the Department of Energy. I think
- 19:36they still are. And uh very secretive.
- 19:40Um Ernie had been around since the 50s
- 19:42and Ernie had a Q on his badge. You
- 19:45know, I just had a TS on mine standing
- 19:48for top secret. And he had one on his
- 19:51that was a Q. And his name was Ernie.
- 19:52Okay. And he was a great old man old old
- 19:55guy. [ __ ] I was in my 29 29 30s. Um I
- 19:59don't remember how old I was, but I was
- 20:01late 20s, early 30s at that time when I
- 20:03was hanging out on the nuclear test
- 20:05site. And uh Ernie, his job was to
- 20:10escort us because he had a Q badge and
- 20:14there were like only two or three of
- 20:15them on the entire base that said you
- 20:18could go to anywhere on the base. And
- 20:21daily we would drive past this uh great
- 20:24big uh gated sign that said Area 51.
- 20:29And we could go to other areas. We drove
- 20:30past them all the time. So when you
- 20:32would go from whatever the little town
- 20:34is cuz there cuz Nevada nuclear test
- 20:37site was I forget how many square miles
- 20:40astronomical amount it was like a 100
- 20:42miles by three you 30 miles something
- 20:45like that or or or 100 by I mean it was
- 20:48a lot of desert okay and and full
- 20:51mountains would be in there and stuff
- 20:52like that it's a big test area and they
- 20:55did above ground nuclear testing in the
- 20:5750s and they hid stuff out there
- 21:00including trench inches where they put
- 21:02soldiers in just to test uh what would
- 21:05happen if you blew up a nuclear bomb
- 21:07over their heads. Crazy. And uh we had
- 21:11to watch videos of all this to get
- 21:13prepared for, you know, our life of
- 21:15radiation.
- 21:16And uh I had to wear you never get the
- 21:19you never get the results of your
- 21:21doimeter, but every month you had to
- 21:23change your domter. They give you a new
- 21:25dose and they take it, but they don't
- 21:27tell you what it said. That's great. You
- 21:31don't get uh you don't get anything. Um
- 21:34I I still don't have any news of how
- 21:36irradiated I am even at present. And I
- 21:40suppose I could freedom of information
- 21:42that maybe I'll use civic outlaws to do
- 21:45a freedom of information draw from the
- 21:47department of energy and the Pentagon
- 21:50and have Pete Hegith send me my records
- 21:53about how much radiation I took on the
- 21:56Nevada nuclear test site from 1991 to
- 21:591994 95 whatever it was. and uh uh while
- 22:04I was working out there. That'd be good
- 22:07to know. Um you know, cuz now I'm
- 22:09diseased. That's not true. But uh uh
- 22:12either way, you know that I'm I'm
- 22:13probably loony because of it. But he
- 22:16said, did our Pete Hegath
- 22:20Area 51? He didn't say Area 51. He
- 22:23didn't say most of this um uh the part
- 22:25what he said I'm making up except what
- 22:27I'm going to share with you.
- 22:29He said he's going to find out whether
- 22:32his department holds those records.
- 22:35Maybe I'm an alien now. See, maybe
- 22:37that's why I was so interested in the X
- 22:38Files in the 90s, cuz I'd been past Area
- 22:4151. And I'd say, Ernie, take us in
- 22:43there, Ernie. The Russians want to see
- 22:45those aliens that we know you're hauling
- 22:47up in there. They're hiding out. What
- 22:49are you the guy that drops him off the
- 22:51food? You're one of the only guys with a
- 22:52queue. And I'd give him, you know, crap
- 22:54as I am want to do. And he would get
- 22:57mad. and he had a uh a it's a myth. It's
- 23:01a myth, Sergeant Trap. It's a myth. And
- 23:04he'd say it's, you know, it's just a
- 23:06myth that didn't occur. He was there.
- 23:08And I was like, yeah, but you're
- 23:09irradiated. You were in one of them
- 23:11trenches out here. What do we know?
- 23:12Well, you know, maybe they are there.
- 23:14Let's Well, you take us in there. We'll
- 23:15inspect and we'll find out whether
- 23:17they're really I was a little bit of a
- 23:19smartass even way back then.
- 23:22So, Pete Hegth, more power to you. I
- 23:25hope you do prove it. Last week, Donald
- 23:26Trump issued an executive order.
- 23:29Executive order, friends and neighbors,
- 23:32ordering the Pentagon to release any and
- 23:35all other information connected with
- 23:39unidentified aerial phenomena, UAPs,
- 23:43and unidentified flying objects, UFOs.
- 23:47Hegs told the journalist the instruction
- 23:50was not on my bingo card at all. What
- 23:54the hell is he doing playing bingo? The
- 23:56kid's still pretty young. Uh, and he
- 24:00cautioned against expecting a swift
- 24:02release, saying, "I'll do it."
- 24:05I think he's going to wait around till
- 24:07the old Trumpster kicks the bucket and
- 24:09then maybe he'll do it cuz he don't want
- 24:10to do that. The generals would be all
- 24:12pissed off. If you don't have secrets,
- 24:13what do you have? Oh. Anyway, asked
- 24:16whether he believes they exist, what he
- 24:19replied was, "We will see. I get to do
- 24:23the review and find out along with you.
- 24:28Trump's order followed a podcast in
- 24:31which former President Barack Obama said
- 24:34he believed
- 24:36aliens were real, but assured the US
- 24:39government does not hold any in its
- 24:42custody. No, I'm not so sure. People
- 24:45aren't truthful with the president of
- 24:47the United States, especially those that
- 24:49work for him, especially generals,
- 24:51especially secretive little wankers that
- 24:54like to keep secrets. I don't know that
- 24:56I believe that. I believe in conspiracy
- 24:59when you get to that. So, there is no
- 25:01underground facility. Not true. There is
- 25:04absolutely an underground facility. I've
- 25:06been in several of them on the Nevada
- 25:09nuclear test site. no underground
- 25:11facility unless there's this enormous
- 25:14conspiracy. Of course there is. And they
- 25:17hid it from the president of the United
- 25:19States. Well, that's likely,
- 25:22said Obama. Especially back then, you
- 25:25know, they would have hidden everything
- 25:26from that guy. And they're they'll hide
- 25:29it from Trump, too, because they believe
- 25:31in the bureaucrat. The bureaucrat,
- 25:35including the general, too. Uh they're
- 25:38all these these uh um what do you call
- 25:40it? The UFOs. They keep that stuff all
- 25:43to themselves. Trump claimed Obama
- 25:46disclose classified information before
- 25:50ordering the release to meet the
- 25:52tremendous interest from the American
- 25:54public. I just want to know whether
- 25:57Scully and Moulder were right. That's
- 25:59what I want to know. American
- 26:01authorities have been collecting reports
- 26:03about UFO UAP sightings for decades with
- 26:07the Pentagon currently running the all
- 26:10domain
- 26:12crap. I can't speak. All domain
- 26:16anomaly resolution office.
- 26:19Gee, there's another government office.
- 26:21Why don't we create another one? Uh the
- 26:24uh let's please SAM governmental
- 26:27resolution office. the All Things Sam
- 26:31Needs Resolution Office for the purpose
- 26:34of giving everything to Sam. No official
- 26:37confirmation of nonhuman intelligence
- 26:39has ever been issued.
- 26:44Trump administration portrays itself as
- 26:47the champion of government transparency,
- 26:50but critics say they have fallen short.
- 26:54So, it's promised to disclose disclose
- 26:56the Epstein fire. Why can't I read
- 26:59today? Non-speaking,
- 27:01non-English-speaking,
- 27:03nonRussian speaking. I am illiterate in
- 27:06two languages, friends and neighbors.
- 27:10So, the promise to disclose the Epstein
- 27:14file has been a source of particular
- 27:17contention.
- 27:19Last week, an armed man was shot dead by
- 27:23security personnel after trespassing at
- 27:26Mara Lago, Trump's residence. He was
- 27:30reportedly a former Trump supporter,
- 27:33agitated by what he believed is a cover
- 27:36up of the Epstein scandal.
- 27:40Isn't that depressing?
- 27:43Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. There
- 27:45are lies everywhere. everywhere.
- 27:54In other very important news,
- 27:58very important news,
- 28:01NATO nations are plotting to smuggle
- 28:06nukes into Ukraine.
- 28:10How do you like that?
- 28:12But more importantly,
- 28:14swimmers have braved the icy Moscow
- 28:18canals for a winter polo match full with
- 28:22photos.
- 28:24Film at 11
- 28:27on Samuel Trap Live. Let's see. Um,
- 28:31let's get there. Swimmers have braved
- 28:33the icy Moscow Canal. And there were
- 28:37some attractive uh young ladies there in
- 28:39their little um uh swimsuits.
- 28:43The friendship cup swimming event took
- 28:46place as air temperatures plunged to
- 28:51-5° C or what would that be about 0 is
- 28:5732 and about uh blah blah that'd be
- 29:01about
- 29:0320°.
- 29:05Isn't that correct? Somewhere in there.
- 29:0720 22 something like that. So an at 22
- 29:10degrees below free it's no not not below
- 29:13zero below freezing which 32. An open
- 29:16air winter swimming event has taken
- 29:18place in Moscow. Athletes braved the
- 29:22subzero temperature to play water polo
- 29:25during the final day of friendship cup
- 29:28Moscow 2026.
- 29:31The game and swimming competition took
- 29:33place in a 25 meter pool carved into the
- 29:36ice at the Moscow rowing canal in the
- 29:39city's western
- 29:42Krillatskaya district as the air
- 29:45temperature fell to minus5.
- 29:49Ice swimming is a longstanding tradition
- 29:51in Russia. Each January 19, thousands
- 29:56take part in Epiphany swims to mark the
- 30:00baptism of Christ. The festival ran from
- 30:05February 20, and includes freestyle,
- 30:08butterfly, and breaststroke swimming
- 30:10disciplines, wrapped up on Monday,
- 30:13February the 23rd, the Defender of the
- 30:17Fatherland Day, a Rushki national
- 30:21holiday. quite entertaining.
- 30:25Yep.
- 30:28Lots of good stuff going on.
- 30:31So, Zilinski is out making demands
- 30:34still. This guy is amazing. He demands
- 30:39all kinds of stuff. He's rude, crude,
- 30:41and socially unacceptable. He can't wear
- 30:43a suit. You know, I haven't seen him in
- 30:45a tie, I don't believe, ever. Um, and I
- 30:48suppose I shouldn't condemn people for
- 30:50not wearing ties, but gez, you know, how
- 30:53about uh you know what my uh drill
- 30:56sergeant would say? He'd say, first of
- 31:00all, s uh private trap back then, you
- 31:04ever think of standing a little closer
- 31:06to your razor? You know, if you don't
- 31:08shave, right? Well, when I was a kid, I
- 31:10didn't have to shave. Jeez,
- 31:12nothing.
- 31:14Baby face for sure. And it was like I
- 31:17could shave every three days and
- 31:19nobody'd know the difference. But not in
- 31:21the army, boy. You better shave every
- 31:23day whether you need to or not and cut
- 31:25your face, hack it all up, which I did
- 31:27on a regular basis. And so he'd say,
- 31:29"Uh, private trap, perhaps you should
- 31:32stand a little closer to your razor next
- 31:34time you're shaving." That'd be one. Uh
- 31:36maybe Zilinski should uh invest in a
- 31:40tie. One tie. Perhaps a jacket. You
- 31:43know, maybe that would happen. So, but
- 31:46he's making demands. He is demanding
- 31:48that the EU give Kiev a concrete date
- 31:51for being allowed in, insisting that it
- 31:54can't be any later than 2027.
- 31:57EU officials won't give an exact
- 32:00timeline and say that Ukraine has to
- 32:02meet numerous conditions. The conditions
- 32:04I remember was way back when they're so
- 32:07corrupt they have to do something. And
- 32:09this Naboo, this group is run by the FBI
- 32:12really. And so according to everybody,
- 32:15it's westernbased for sure. But in an
- 32:17interview with Financial Times published
- 32:19Monday, Zalinski says, "I want a date. I
- 32:23am asking for it. Let us not allow the
- 32:26next leaders or the next generation to
- 32:28face a situation where Russia blocks
- 32:31Ukraine's EU membership for 50 years."
- 32:35Well, Moscow has never opposed Ukrainian
- 32:37membership in the EU. EU members have
- 32:40said that Ukraine made the strategy um
- 32:44priority in 2019 should first meet
- 32:47numerous conditions including tackling
- 32:50widespread corruption
- 32:53and aligning its laws with EU standards.
- 32:56It's not Russia that's keeping him from
- 32:58the EU. It's corruption. And if anything
- 33:02has become extremely evident in the last
- 33:07uh several years, it's that that hasn't
- 33:09gone anywhere.
- 33:12Corruption is not gone. All he's done is
- 33:15taken the American professional
- 33:17corruption model and uh uh you know
- 33:21improved his own with it. You know, you
- 33:24bring American money and everybody gets
- 33:27their cut along the way. and then uh he
- 33:30you know from the west and then he gets
- 33:33to distribute the rest to his cronies
- 33:36and the men on the front lines they
- 33:38don't get much right
- 33:40German Chancellor Friedrich Meritz one
- 33:43of Kiev's strongest backers dismissed
- 33:46the 2027 target as out of the question
- 33:51EU foreign policy chief Kayakalis or the
- 33:54genius said my feeling is that the
- 33:56member states are not ready to give a
- 33:59concrete date. She said there's a lot of
- 34:01work to be done. EU Commission President
- 34:05Ursula Fandanderline suggested that
- 34:07Ukraine could join the EU before 2030
- 34:11and argued that Kiev has made some
- 34:13progress. They have made some progress.
- 34:16Even if Ukraine meets all the criteria,
- 34:19its bid has to be approved by everyone.
- 34:22And as everyone knows, Hungary and
- 34:24Slovakia are in a massive fight, a
- 34:29bitter contest with Ukraine. They say
- 34:32Ukraine hates them and Ukraine has shut
- 34:35off oil which comes through the Duja
- 34:38pipeline and they aren't getting any.
- 34:40And they say you better turn it back on
- 34:42and allegedly are stopping the reversal
- 34:45which is electro energy into Ukraine. So
- 34:49that fight is ongoing. And uh but
- 34:52Hungary and Slovakia both still oppose
- 34:54Ukrainian membership um arguing it could
- 34:57draw the block into an open conflict
- 35:00with Russia. Hungarian Prime Minister
- 35:02Orban has also labeled Ukraine the
- 35:06bottomless pit and warned that the
- 35:09country would never be able to repay any
- 35:12of the blocks financial assistance. But
- 35:16that won't stop the old Z monster from
- 35:20demanding money, weapons,
- 35:25and
- 35:26accession membership into both NATO and
- 35:28the EU.
- 35:30Not going to happen. Did you know that
- 35:33today is the day? Today is the fourth
- 35:38year
- 35:40anniversary. We are beginning the the uh
- 35:45fifth year
- 35:47even as we speak. We are beginning the
- 35:50fifth year of the escalation
- 35:54of the conflict in Ukraine when Russia
- 35:57um sent their people in there. Now
- 36:02that isn't to say that's when the war
- 36:04started because that's not when it was.
- 36:06you see on everybody always like the
- 36:09fullcale invasion of Ukraine. Oh yeah,
- 36:11that's what it was. Um it wasn't uh
- 36:14started in 2014.
- 36:17It started in 2022.
- 36:20And uh if you believe that, you know, I
- 36:23got some some beautiful
- 36:25uh you know, swamp land that really
- 36:29isn't swampland. It's fantastic and you
- 36:32should move on in. So over the past few
- 36:36days, well quite a few days, um I have
- 36:40been working on all of you know uh that
- 36:43I am a member, a founding member of two
- 36:48organizations. Uh one of them is civic
- 36:50outlaws and the other one
- 36:54is modern law ecosystem. uh both of them
- 36:58you can go visit modernlawecosystem.com
- 37:01that gives you the legal structure that
- 37:04we are creating and uh it's um quite the
- 37:09project. We have some some very good
- 37:11moves we are making in that regard. Um,
- 37:15and
- 37:17civicoutlaws.com
- 37:19is a
- 37:22uh charitable organization
- 37:25going after the bureaucrat. Perhaps we
- 37:27should send Hegset the letter about two
- 37:30things. One,
- 37:32the amount of radiation that I took and
- 37:34send me all of my records. And two,
- 37:39aliens. Did Fox Moulder really find
- 37:42them? And was Dana Scully with him when
- 37:45he did? And was he was Dana uh captured
- 37:50by the deep state and put in a room and
- 37:52had a little a little metal um tracking
- 37:55device and cancer
- 37:59uh cell installed in her neck along with
- 38:03many other women that were captured. Is
- 38:05that really what happened? We need to
- 38:07know the truth. And so Civic Outlaws
- 38:09will make sure that we get that. uh
- 38:11except not the stuff that just came from
- 38:13TV shows. That's just wishful thinking
- 38:16on my part. But the uh but the Samuel
- 38:19Trap uh radiation element and the uh
- 38:23existence of EUOS uh and aliens hanging
- 38:27out in the basement of the Pentagon
- 38:30uh would be exciting to know. I've been
- 38:31in the Pentagon several times. Okay.
- 38:33When I was stationed in Washington DC as
- 38:36a uh um member of the um on-site
- 38:40inspection agency, I would have to go
- 38:42down to the Pentagon from time to time
- 38:44and
- 38:48that building is secure.
- 38:52That building is you weren't getting
- 38:55anywhere you're not supposed to be.
- 38:58That's for sure. Uh it's like 900 years
- 39:01old. Nothing looks uh very good except
- 39:03in the command wings and the rest of the
- 39:05building is just old and crappy unless
- 39:07they obviously that was 30 years ago and
- 39:09they've probably updated it since then.
- 39:11But boy, that was some some stuff. But I
- 39:15I'll bet you there's some stuff Fox and
- 39:17Fox Moulder and Dana Skully are
- 39:19probably, you know, down there in the
- 39:21basement even now. That's what I say
- 39:24that they are there. But it would be
- 39:26nice to know these things. Anyway, I
- 39:28have been working on some uh issues that
- 39:32I have been tracking mostly with alcohol
- 39:36tobacco control. And what I've been
- 39:38doing is once a week releasing another
- 39:42uh article and u sharing it with you on
- 39:47civic outlaws on Fridays
- 39:51and discussing where it goes. Well, I'm
- 39:54a little bit ahead. I have the next
- 39:56three lined out.
- 39:59Um,
- 40:00with
- 40:02the the the craziness that this agency
- 40:07is engaged in and it is
- 40:11unbelievable
- 40:12um
- 40:14to me what they what the bureaucrat will
- 40:17do to uh cement their authority and what
- 40:22they will say. We've been sharing my
- 40:25articles with uh powers that be to
- 40:30educate on what
- 40:34for example what um the Chevron doctrine
- 40:38was and what its overturned by Loper
- 40:41Brightite actually meant article number
- 40:43one that I shared a couple of weeks ago.
- 40:46And then last week it got a little bit
- 40:48more specific because women are being uh
- 40:52targeted. We shared the story and this
- 40:54this was this just isn't right. Okay.
- 40:58And there are a couple of things as I've
- 41:00gone through mountains of documents that
- 41:03they've provided and mountains of things
- 41:05that I've read. Okay. No,
- 41:10one of the most troubling to me is the
- 41:14lensure issue which is nothing but a
- 41:20an administrative action. Licensing is
- 41:23administrative
- 41:25period.
- 41:27You know, it's not the police don't
- 41:29control whether you get a license
- 41:31somewhere. Okay? the fire. I mean, they
- 41:34they they can tell whether you got a I
- 41:36don't know, a felony or something and
- 41:37that you you you don't get to be a an
- 41:40accountant, you know, because you uh uh
- 41:43have a felony theft at a bank. You know,
- 41:47when you worked at a bank, you scalped
- 41:49the money and you got charged and
- 41:51sentenced and you know, you're not going
- 41:52to be anybody's CPA. That's not going to
- 41:55happen. And uh uh you know it usually
- 41:58requires some kind of a conviction, but
- 42:02the police aren't going to inv you know
- 42:05they might give you the report or
- 42:06something, but they're not the people
- 42:08that are going to authorize you to have
- 42:10a license to be a CPA, if that makes
- 42:14sense. And so the the horror story is,
- 42:18and I believe this has to do, and I'
- 42:20I've done my share of reading. I've uh
- 42:23certainly done my share of research on
- 42:26this because I've written two uh fairly
- 42:28involved articles on it and the the two
- 42:33articles I've shared with you here on on
- 42:36uh Civic Outlaws and we've created a
- 42:39channel. It's not as as good as my
- 42:42international flavor one, but if you go
- 42:45out to my international flavor page and
- 42:50um check it out or even go out to uh
- 42:54damradio.com/mpodcast
- 42:57and re and hear the the latest
- 43:01um versions, go to the last two Fridays
- 43:04and listen to them, right?
- 43:07because each one of them shared the
- 43:09article. The first one talked about
- 43:11Loperbrite overturning the Chevron
- 43:13doctrine and why. And uh the second one
- 43:18talked about uh the targeting of women
- 43:20through this alcohol and tobacco
- 43:23control overreach. They're they're nuts.
- 43:27They're just they're overboard, right?
- 43:30These guys are This is licensing on
- 43:33steroids. This is crazy. Did you know
- 43:38that they are the and and and and I read
- 43:41the statute over and over and over
- 43:43again. I have gone through this statute
- 43:46that this statute
- 43:49uh authorizes the the supervisor of
- 43:52alcohol tobacco. She's authorized to
- 43:58make some members, some
- 44:02license agents, some investigative
- 44:05agents, some of them postcertified
- 44:09according to the need. But I believe
- 44:13they are all postcertified
- 44:15um is what I believe. Now I I haven't
- 44:17gotten that information yet. Yesterday
- 44:19they gave us another uh another
- 44:23document. So, we sent them uh a document
- 44:27several months ago, like not several,
- 44:29only a couple months ago, like mid
- 44:31December, early December, something like
- 44:33that. And then they sent us back a uh
- 44:36document. This seems to be their mode of
- 44:38operation now cuz they sent another one
- 44:40yesterday. And so, the first one says uh
- 44:43the first one we requested uh some
- 44:45information.
- 44:47The uh answer we got back was it's going
- 44:51to cost you $386,000
- 44:55first of all uh prepaid by the way and
- 44:58then when you pay us then it will take
- 45:01us uh 44 plus years whatever it was some
- 45:06crazy number 44.3
- 45:09years or something and we aren't even
- 45:12sure we can do it even then because uh
- 45:14we have to go to the to the
- 45:15appropriations committee to legislature
- 45:17to get budgeting to hire more people.
- 45:20Basically, we're screwing with them is
- 45:23the is the letter that they're uh or is
- 45:26the um narrative that they're trying to
- 45:29sell. We're screwing with them. They're
- 45:31not screwing with us. You know, they
- 45:34have to go through all this information.
- 45:35Frankly, I don't give a [ __ ] if you go
- 45:37through the information or not. I want
- 45:39the information. It's public
- 45:41information. Send it to me. If you got
- 45:44to redact it, that's not my problem.
- 45:46That's your problem. Why are you going
- 45:47to charge me $300 and something thousand
- 45:51for you to go and redact the document
- 45:53that's public anyway? I don't need that.
- 45:56Just send it to me. You know, I won't
- 45:58release it. I won't further release it
- 46:00to anywhere else if I'm going to put it
- 46:01out on a website or something. Just send
- 46:03it all to me. Make it easy. How about
- 46:05that? Then all you got to do is release
- 46:07the documents. And then they print them
- 46:10out. They they print them all out. They
- 46:12they gave us whatever it is 5,000 some
- 46:15odd pages so far and charged us to print
- 46:17them out. Pages and pages of this stuff
- 46:21when all they had to do was put it and
- 46:23they did this too. They put it on a on a
- 46:25thumb drive or whatever. And the thumb
- 46:27drive they charged us whatever that was
- 46:29and wasn't anything dramatic. $67, $3,
- 46:32whatever it was. You can buy those
- 46:34things for next to nothing. And uh so
- 46:38but they're trying to increase it. They
- 46:40charged us legal fees that they're not
- 46:42allowed to do for their lawyers to
- 46:45examine this stuff. That's not
- 46:46permissible. And uh uh we've asked um um
- 46:50for more documents in other areas,
- 46:53right? So we we sent a new one and uh
- 46:56this new one. So there's a document.
- 46:57they have this inspection form and this
- 46:59inspection form is um uh whatever the
- 47:04form number is and and I'm going to
- 47:06share all this the complete article on
- 47:08Friday but the the inspection form
- 47:12I believe
- 47:14imports criminal concepts into licensing
- 47:18but of bigger concern to me and this
- 47:20form so we've asked for the varieties of
- 47:22this form give us the form okay tell us
- 47:26how many versions versions exist since
- 47:292010. We want to see all the versions
- 47:32since 2010. Not filled out, just blank.
- 47:36Go out and get us the blank ones. They
- 47:37didn't even answer that question. Is is
- 47:40uh uh that hasn't been answered because
- 47:42instead they said it was going to be
- 47:44some ungodly amount of money, $8,000,
- 47:46$9,000 to provide us a number of
- 47:49documents or whatever it is, and then
- 47:51it's going to take us a year to get
- 47:53that. They don't have time. So,
- 47:55basically, the ATC is now saying, "Screw
- 47:58you. We're not going to uh be open. We
- 48:01just won't." And that'll be, I'm sure,
- 48:04later. Hell, it might already be out
- 48:05there. I haven't looked at our uh our
- 48:07Civic Outlaws site today. If you go out
- 48:10to civicoutlaws.com,
- 48:13you can see our current efforts even
- 48:17now. So, we have investigations, action
- 48:20trackers, uh, take action yourself,
- 48:22become a whistleblower, uh, or contact
- 48:25us if you want to get me. It's Samuel T
- 48:28at civicoutlaws.com.
- 48:31And so, our invest our action tracker,
- 48:34if you go to it, I want to see what the
- 48:36action tracker says,
- 48:39uh, if it's if it's been put up in
- 48:41there. Here's our letter to the governor
- 48:44that we requested review of ATC
- 48:46practices and sunshine law that we sent
- 48:50by fax. It looks like we haven't put
- 48:52that out there yet. Um oh my article's
- 48:56out there though. The liquor license
- 48:58dispute leads to the creation of civic
- 49:00outlaws. That's the uh the first one.
- 49:03Okay. And then we got a letter from Mark
- 49:06uh uh Mike Kho referring the matter to
- 49:10the uh head of the director of
- 49:14department of public safety Mark James
- 49:17and that letter is out there. And then
- 49:20another letter that we sent to uh J Mr.
- 49:23James on or director James on February
- 49:26the 17th and then the sunshine request
- 49:30that we sent on the 18th which requested
- 49:34um and I can't see JR showed me how to
- 49:36do this yesterday. So we're going to
- 49:39we're going to try to uh zoom and make
- 49:41this visible for me and uh see what we
- 49:45can see because basically there's a
- 49:48sunshine request out there. You can
- 49:49print all this stuff out and and
- 49:51basically we were pursuing something to
- 49:54get request access to and copies of
- 49:57public records described below. And we
- 50:00want electronic production only, lowest
- 50:03possible cost. Contact us if there's any
- 50:06issue. And we asked for rolling
- 50:09production. Okay. And the records that
- 50:11we requested are the completed ATC
- 50:15checklist forms that include box 14 and
- 50:1915. So basically ATC has taken it upon
- 50:22themselves to uh create um a category
- 50:27called lwdness. And if you're lewd, you
- 50:30can't have a liquor license. And another
- 50:34one called an improper act. And an
- 50:36improper act is anything an armed agent
- 50:41decides.
- 50:42If if he claims you're breaking the law,
- 50:44well, that's an improper act. And uh and
- 50:47you don't even have to be the one
- 50:48breaking the law. Anybody could be
- 50:50breaking the law. some some uh you know
- 50:53the example that that I gave in one of
- 50:55my articles was you know the same
- 50:57example that was given in quarter that
- 51:00that judge um
- 51:03Stumpy uh talked about in Cole County
- 51:06back in in in early December and he said
- 51:09uh in court he said um well you know cuz
- 51:14the they hang their hat on these
- 51:16improper acts and he said well what is
- 51:18an improper act he said well we're
- 51:19examine exam Examining a person's
- 51:22character is basically what somebody's
- 51:24character. So in order to get a license,
- 51:26pretty much any category. I've had the
- 51:28same damn argument about the Missouri
- 51:31bar there. You know, I I have good
- 51:33enough character to be a broker in
- 51:35Missouri and in Florida. Okay, I can be
- 51:38a a broker. I have a good reputation in
- 51:40community. I have good character. I'm
- 51:42not guilty of any felonies. You know, I
- 51:44don't have anything like that. And so
- 51:46therefore, I get a license. But that's
- 51:48not how it works. If you piss off the
- 51:50Missouri bar, it doesn't work that way.
- 51:52Well, the same thing goes if you have an
- 51:54agent carrying a gun wandering around
- 51:56your uh uh liquor licensed establishment
- 52:00and he gets to claim you're breaking the
- 52:01law somehow. And there are three
- 52:03categories that we're interested in.
- 52:05Number one is uh block 14 that they
- 52:08created and the block 14 is lwdness.
- 52:10Block 15 is something called improper
- 52:13acts. Okay. Improper acts are basically
- 52:16um things that are uh that reflect your
- 52:19horrible character because either you
- 52:22yourself or somebody else is committing
- 52:24a crime on your establishment. Okay,
- 52:27that's those two things. And number then
- 52:28number 16 is you have a gambling machine
- 52:32on site. Okay, so you have a gambling
- 52:34machine. Therefore, uh that you know is
- 52:36something you should be disciplined for.
- 52:38none of which are in the statutory grant
- 52:42of authority from the legislature. It's
- 52:44not there in in chapter 311 or 407. They
- 52:49they what I call bootstrapping are
- 52:54sucking it in to their authority because
- 52:56why? Cuz they're bureaucrats. And
- 52:58bureaucrat to me is a bad word. Okay,
- 53:00administrator that's that in in somebody
- 53:03who's doing their job and following
- 53:05along and isn't out targeting people.
- 53:07But I'm reading documents yesterday and
- 53:09going through these 5,000 6,000
- 53:12documents that we got and I'm listening
- 53:14to the the head of ATC write letters
- 53:17back and forth to attorneys to uh
- 53:19license holders and going um
- 53:23uh what we're accusing you of are
- 53:26serious charges.
- 53:29We're accusing you of ser You don't
- 53:31charge me with anything. Who the hell
- 53:32are you? You can't charge me with a
- 53:35crime. You're not doing that. You're not
- 53:38even law enforcement. It's it's
- 53:39nonsense. And so these people are
- 53:42overboard. They are over the top. It's
- 53:45crazy because what they've done is they
- 53:48have identified everyone. So chapter 311
- 53:51says that the director or the I'm sorry,
- 53:54the supervisor of of uh ATC can
- 53:57designate certain people as uh as the
- 54:01necessity to be postcertified.
- 54:03post-certified is how you become a
- 54:05police officer, right? And a lot of
- 54:07these guys are uh uh the agents for the
- 54:11ATC are former policemen. Okay. But they
- 54:15don't have that authority under chapter
- 54:18311. So why are they all postcertified?
- 54:23I think it's a throwback because ATC was
- 54:26founded sometime in the 30s. I could be
- 54:28wrong on this. I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
- 54:30inviting uh who's in charge of this
- 54:33place? Her name is uh Templeton. I'm
- 54:36inviting Miss Templeton on Friday to to
- 54:40call in.
- 54:42573746820
- 54:44or any spokesman on her behalf. Educate
- 54:47me. Uh you know, educate me. Tell me why
- 54:50I'm wrong. Why do you need for a
- 54:53license, an administrative license? Why
- 54:56do you need an armed person wandering
- 55:00around in a threatening manner charging?
- 55:04These are serious charges. We're
- 55:06charging you with uh uh as she is
- 55:09personally in some of the documents she
- 55:11wrote. These are serious charges and
- 55:13they just need to bend over and give up
- 55:15their license. That's the that's the
- 55:17goal here is to uh intimidate people, to
- 55:21frighten people. That this is what
- 55:22they're doing. This is not licensing by
- 55:24any stretch. This is u heavyduty
- 55:29authoritarian
- 55:31policing. That's what this is. And it's
- 55:35uh uh it's unfortunate because it
- 55:37doesn't need to be that way, you know.
- 55:41uh somebody else's moral standards of so
- 55:44so they can go into restaurants uh you
- 55:46know I I I I like to go into um
- 55:49restaurants like uh uh Twin Peaks
- 55:53Hooters you know they have good wings
- 55:55Twin Peaks I I I went there just to see
- 55:58the sites that's why I went there it's
- 56:00regular food you know but when Hooters
- 56:02was a big deal you'd go in there and
- 56:04they'd wear these little um I don't know
- 56:06the uh the underoo style um uh underwear
- 56:11pants basically and that's what they
- 56:14were wearing. Well, there's been uh
- 56:16stories of those type of things. You
- 56:18can't wear that. That's lewd. You can't
- 56:21show the under butt. Why? Because that's
- 56:23lewd. So, so the line underneath the
- 56:26butt cheek that cannot be shown. You go
- 56:29to any freaking swimming pool at the
- 56:32lake
- 56:33on any day and see that. And so the
- 56:36story in my first article where I'm
- 56:38talking about uh this um the this true
- 56:42story that uh uh was related to us by a
- 56:46bar owner here at the lake. True story
- 56:50said he'd give an affidavit. We don't
- 56:51want to go there just yet, but if we
- 56:53have to, you know, we we we we can. that
- 56:56said a an agent of the ATC during an
- 57:00inspection in the middle of summer at
- 57:03his uh swim up pool bar. That kind of
- 57:06narrows it down for you that uh uh an
- 57:10agent came up,
- 57:13told him he had to go ask a middle-aged
- 57:17patron to leave the bar or he would risk
- 57:22some kind of a negative uh influence on
- 57:24his license. And this is an armed agent,
- 57:27okay? Some guy who god knows what and
- 57:30why he was looking at this lady's crotch
- 57:33is bears some uh some relation. What in
- 57:37the hell is wrong with this guy, first
- 57:39of all? And he says that uh he he told
- 57:42this bar owner that this woman had uh
- 57:46pubic hair coming out the side of her
- 57:49bikini and therefore it was lewd and
- 57:52he's allowing lwdness on his site. And
- 57:54if you didn't want to have a check mark
- 57:56put on this box. And by the way,
- 57:58ludwinness is nowhere defined by the RA
- 58:01uh legislature. It's only just
- 58:04something. And and by the way, even if
- 58:05it is, ATC has taken it upon themselves
- 58:09to give a little bit of a mini
- 58:10definition of LWD, but not authorized,
- 58:13especially under the Loperbrite
- 58:15doctrine, overturning the Chevron
- 58:17doctrine and Missouri 536.140
- 58:20RSMO, overturning that and ruling it in
- 58:23favor of maximum liberty and minimum
- 58:26overreach by government. And so it just
- 58:29pisses me off to talk about this stuff.
- 58:32What in the world is the government
- 58:34doing? Interfering with some guy at a
- 58:36swim up bar, forcing him to go and talk
- 58:39to a woman because she got pubic hair
- 58:42coming out the side of her bikini. What
- 58:44if she doesn't want to shave?
- 58:46I've told you those stories. You ever
- 58:48been to Europe for God's sake? Years
- 58:51ago, it's pretty much now everybody's
- 58:53bald, but but but
- 58:55years ago, you go, I'll tell you what,
- 58:57it was a frightening place. you'd go to
- 58:59a swim and and they have these cool
- 59:01swimming places uh uh which u I took a a
- 59:05young lady to uh to Bavaria with me and
- 59:08we went in one of these huge pools and
- 59:09I'm telling you some of the women in
- 59:11there were frightening but the facility
- 59:13was fantastic and it was indoor you know
- 59:17beautiful beautiful pools everywhere and
- 59:20uh they just live differently in Europe
- 59:21they're they're different the way people
- 59:23live is different how do you know that
- 59:25the lady sitting in a swim up pool with
- 59:27hair coming out the side of her bikini
- 59:28bikini is uh uh not European
- 59:32or is it or isn't somebody that's
- 59:34suffering from a I don't know some
- 59:36medical thing where she doesn't shave
- 59:38because it ruins her skin, you know,
- 59:40whatever. It doesn't matter. But this is
- 59:43not a licensing
- 59:45uh something that they should be doing.
- 59:48It's crap. And what in the world is this
- 59:50guy doing looking at somebody's crotch
- 59:52anyway? And coming up with an excuse
- 59:54like that to go over and tell an owner
- 59:56of a bar, get rid of the woman or or
- 59:58force a check mark on my little box
- 1:00:00here. And and and it's intimidation.
- 1:00:03It's frightening. You got these idiots
- 1:00:05running around with weapons
- 1:00:08issuing liquor licenses. What? This is
- 1:00:11nuts. This is crazy. And and it's like,
- 1:00:16what are you trying to accomplish here?
- 1:00:19What are you trying to do except
- 1:00:21interfering or enforce your moral
- 1:00:23standards on somebody else that might
- 1:00:25not agree with them? I don't agree with
- 1:00:28them. And I'm not even, you know, I'm
- 1:00:30not a Bible thumper, you know. I And I'm
- 1:00:33not a person who's a free rain, you
- 1:00:35know, nude beach type. I'm not that guy
- 1:00:37either. I've been invited on a nude
- 1:00:39cruise a couple of times. I ain't going
- 1:00:41on that. Jesus. And that's more of a
- 1:00:43thing for me, but I don't begrudge
- 1:00:46anybody else that wants to. And part of
- 1:00:49me is like, you know, I wish I was more
- 1:00:51uh I don't know,
- 1:00:55progressive in that regard. You know,
- 1:00:56whatever you want to say. They're guys
- 1:00:58that swear by it. You know, people I
- 1:01:01know that swear by it. Who are you to
- 1:01:03dictate what they are able to call their
- 1:01:06own moral ceiling? Right? So that all
- 1:01:10ties back into this stupid form of
- 1:01:14lwdness, improper acts, and gambling.
- 1:01:19What in the world is ATC regulating any
- 1:01:22one of those or verifying it or putting
- 1:01:24it on a form or saying here's how we're
- 1:01:27going to deal with these types of
- 1:01:28businesses? I've I've written uh article
- 1:01:31number three is finalized. It's done and
- 1:01:34it's going to come out. We're already
- 1:01:35sharing it with powers that be, but it's
- 1:01:38going to be I'm going to share it
- 1:01:40publicly either later today or tomorrow.
- 1:01:43Uh, usually Wednesday um is is when I
- 1:01:46put it out and I discuss it on Fridays.
- 1:01:48And so it'd be it'd be nice to come for
- 1:01:51you to listen on Friday. I'm going to
- 1:01:52share the entire article. Um, if you uh
- 1:01:55want to preview, I'd be happy to send
- 1:01:58you a copy. It's uh uh Samuel
- 1:02:01tcivicoutlaws.com
- 1:02:03and I'd be happy to share it with you.
- 1:02:05But we have asked asked for in this here
- 1:02:09here's where we got our answer and I
- 1:02:10don't see the answer as uh uh listed
- 1:02:14yet. Oh, my second article is out on our
- 1:02:16website too. Sorry, haven't looked at it
- 1:02:18myself. That one's called deference is
- 1:02:20dead but moral character still wants
- 1:02:23your license. And that article was put
- 1:02:25out. Now, we haven't put anything else
- 1:02:27back there, but yesterday afternoon, we
- 1:02:30received the response to this uh
- 1:02:32sunshine request asking for $8,000 and
- 1:02:35wait a year. You know, you prepay and
- 1:02:37then you wait a year and maybe we'll be
- 1:02:39done. You know, nonsense. And uh we're
- 1:02:42going to see if we can't get some uh
- 1:02:45some joy out of going a step higher.
- 1:02:48We'll share this with um the the boss's
- 1:02:51boss and just keep on going. You know,
- 1:02:52we're we're going to escalate cuz this
- 1:02:54is nuts and ridicul. Hell, I'll come
- 1:02:56down and look at your records. You can
- 1:02:58have somebody do other work while I sit
- 1:03:00and go through it. How about that? You
- 1:03:02know, there's got $8,000 in a year. Come
- 1:03:05on. How about you just send it to me and
- 1:03:08I promise not to release it. There's
- 1:03:10nothing wrong with that. Or you make it
- 1:03:13give it to give it to somebody else or
- 1:03:15take the exact same thing and put a uh
- 1:03:18um what do they call them? a
- 1:03:20non-disclosure order of anything until
- 1:03:23we till you do go through it. Let me go
- 1:03:25through it for a year while you go
- 1:03:27through it for a year and then I'll just
- 1:03:28hold on to it. But more important to me
- 1:03:31is the bottom sentence. There's a
- 1:03:33paragraph two. So the first one was
- 1:03:35anybody that they've charged in box 14
- 1:03:37or 15 this lwdness and improper act crap
- 1:03:41that they just create to whatever they
- 1:03:43want it to be. or I I want to add to
- 1:03:46that block 16 for gambling because they
- 1:03:48don't have any authority over criminal
- 1:03:50law anyway, but they think they're
- 1:03:52policemen. Hell, the the head of ATC
- 1:03:55thinks she's a policeman. She gets to go
- 1:03:57out and say, "Boy, they're they're
- 1:03:58they're charged with something very
- 1:04:00serious in written form to this person's
- 1:04:02attorney. They aren't charged with
- 1:04:05anything. They may have violated a
- 1:04:07license statute in your weird
- 1:04:10interpretation of what that is, but that
- 1:04:13doesn't mean they're charged with
- 1:04:14anything. You don't have that authority.
- 1:04:18You don't have that authority. It's not
- 1:04:21granted to you except to charge them
- 1:04:24with things under 311,
- 1:04:28not other statutes that have, you know,
- 1:04:31there's where's the crime that you're
- 1:04:34charging someone with without authority.
- 1:04:38Nonsense. Anyway, uh number two, the
- 1:04:41block number two that we requested.
- 1:04:44I don't understand why I can't have this
- 1:04:46right now. This ought to be an easy
- 1:04:48find. Shouldn't take a year to find this
- 1:04:51and thousands of dollars. This is crap.
- 1:04:53I want the blank
- 1:04:56or template inspection checklist forms
- 1:05:00and any revision thereof from January 1,
- 1:05:052010 to the present. And I want to
- 1:05:08provide electronic copies of the blank
- 1:05:11template versions of Missouri form
- 1:05:14812-0569.
- 1:05:18any revisions, predecessors, successor
- 1:05:22versions of that same inspection
- 1:05:24checklist form used by ATC at any time
- 1:05:28from January 1, 2010 to the present.
- 1:05:31Why? Because I want to find out when,
- 1:05:35how, who exactly made the decision to
- 1:05:39include these blocks. How long have
- 1:05:42these blocks been there that say we want
- 1:05:45to know if you're LWD? What do you care
- 1:05:47if I'm LWD? It that doesn't make any
- 1:05:50sense at all. I don't believe the
- 1:05:52legislature told you to find out if Sam
- 1:05:54is lewd or if Sam is what if what if a
- 1:05:58man what if I decide to go to the same
- 1:06:00swimup bar in a speedo? That's a scary
- 1:06:04thought. I go to the to this swimup bar
- 1:06:06in a speedo and I got fur coming out the
- 1:06:09side of my uh my speedo. Is that LWD or
- 1:06:14is that Oh, he's a man. That's okay.
- 1:06:18Or is no uh uh agent going to be looking
- 1:06:21at my crotch anyway?
- 1:06:24You know, is that possible? Why in the
- 1:06:26world's an agent looking at somebody's
- 1:06:28crotch carrying a weapon in a bar at a
- 1:06:30swim up bar? Nonsense. This is just
- 1:06:34crap. And I'm on a rant today. I'm
- 1:06:36really sorry about that. But uh but this
- 1:06:39piss me off. I've been living this for a
- 1:06:41long time. Well, several months anyway,
- 1:06:44going through this and just the every
- 1:06:46day it's something new that I discover
- 1:06:48and go, what in the world is wrong with
- 1:06:50these people?
- 1:06:53And and I'm telling you, it's the
- 1:06:54bureaucrat mindset, not administrator
- 1:06:57mindset. That's a professional. We sit
- 1:07:00down together, we talk about, you know,
- 1:07:02uh area of of whatever license you're
- 1:07:05supposed to have. If you uh are a person
- 1:07:08who's trying to open a barber shop, do
- 1:07:10you need a guy with a weapon standing
- 1:07:13there to come in and inspect your
- 1:07:15license or your facility? Some guy with
- 1:07:18a gun come in that's postcertified to
- 1:07:21verify that your square footage matches
- 1:07:23what's required in the statute.
- 1:07:26This is this is so offensive to me. I
- 1:07:29can barely stand it. What in the world
- 1:07:32is this sort of job? If you want to be a
- 1:07:34cop, go be a cop. Go somewhere and and
- 1:07:39chase the bad guys. Don't create bad
- 1:07:42guys because you're a cop. And I've
- 1:07:44bitched about that for a hundred years.
- 1:07:47You know, I remember when I first
- 1:07:49started on KRMS years and years and
- 1:07:51years ago, uh 2008 I think it was. And I
- 1:07:54used to talk about this stuff. The
- 1:07:56targeting of people for
- 1:08:00what do you call it? for attention
- 1:08:03is the part that I hate the most. You
- 1:08:05know, I'm not going to tell that story.
- 1:08:08When you get pulled over and the
- 1:08:09pullover is something BS and you know
- 1:08:11that all they were really trying to do
- 1:08:13is scope whether uh they're just playing
- 1:08:16the percentages. They're the the the
- 1:08:19excuse was a pretext to pull you over.
- 1:08:21Pretexts do exist. They sit across the
- 1:08:26street from a bar and wait for people to
- 1:08:30pull out. That's what they do. And they
- 1:08:34can't just watch them get in their car.
- 1:08:36of course if they see them stumble on
- 1:08:37their way to their car, but if they're
- 1:08:39just sitting there watching um
- 1:08:42a uh
- 1:08:45a
- 1:08:46parking lot and it's a crowded parking
- 1:08:49lot and they didn't see somebody get in
- 1:08:51a car, they just play the chances and
- 1:08:53pull over a car. And so they'll say,
- 1:08:56"Um, well, gee, when you come out of the
- 1:08:59parking lot, you didn't put your turn
- 1:09:01signal on. Uh gee, when you came out
- 1:09:04your lights weren't on, you know,
- 1:09:06something innocuous that you just you
- 1:09:09come out and it's it's clearly an excuse
- 1:09:11to find out if you're u uh you know,
- 1:09:14three sheets due the wind. That's that's
- 1:09:17the real reason for pulling you over.
- 1:09:19You can almost respect that. Hell, I'd
- 1:09:20respect it more if when they pulled it
- 1:09:22over said, "Well, you just came out of
- 1:09:24the bar and I want to make sure you're
- 1:09:26not drinking." That's what that's what I
- 1:09:29mean. I would respect that. that I can
- 1:09:32handle. I could even support that. But
- 1:09:34they know they can't do that. They have
- 1:09:36to have a an articulated reason before
- 1:09:40they pull you over. Well, what they're
- 1:09:42trying to do is articulate a reason for
- 1:09:45some something more than just
- 1:09:48maintaining a license. They don't do it
- 1:09:52to barbers because they don't care about
- 1:09:55that. They're looking for what? They're
- 1:09:58looking for blights on society and a bar
- 1:10:01could be a blight upon society. If
- 1:10:05everybody leaves there drunk or if you
- 1:10:09have these uh what what do they have
- 1:10:11here? Um bar hops. bar bar. I don't know
- 1:10:15that there many years ago I used to
- 1:10:17actually pay attention to these things
- 1:10:19but I don't anymore where you would go
- 1:10:22out and you'd have have a like a
- 1:10:25I I remember what they called them poker
- 1:10:27runs if you're in a boat and you would
- 1:10:29go out to a different place and you'd
- 1:10:30pick up a different uh card um playing
- 1:10:34card everywhere you went and then
- 1:10:36whoever had the best hand you know um
- 1:10:39that night and
- 1:10:42had to match anyway poker run or bar bar
- 1:10:46run pub crawls if you're in uh Colombia
- 1:10:49stuff like that and the crawl I can
- 1:10:52respect you know those are people
- 1:10:53walking and you got a street full of
- 1:10:55bars like uh Bourbon Street in um in a
- 1:10:59famous city in New Orleans and or it is
- 1:11:03New Orleans is a city in New Orleans and
- 1:11:05uh but stuff like that I can support.
- 1:11:08What I can't support is somebody looking
- 1:11:10at a woman's crotch, somebody just
- 1:11:12pulling somebody over willy-nilly and uh
- 1:11:15claiming that they did so because uh I
- 1:11:19don't know, you forgot to put your turn
- 1:11:21signal on. Unless they really did put
- 1:11:22your turn signal on. And if you did, are
- 1:11:25you going to ticket? And if that's true,
- 1:11:26why don't you just ticket me for the
- 1:11:28turn signal? Or are you really looking
- 1:11:31for just a guy drinking? Now, that one
- 1:11:34is I I can almost respect that. I don't
- 1:11:36want to call it good police work. It's
- 1:11:38playing the percentages. That ain't good
- 1:11:40police work. That's easy, you know.
- 1:11:42That's that's your job, you know. That's
- 1:11:45that's the everyday garden variety. Pull
- 1:11:48them over. Uh take them down, you know.
- 1:11:51That's you can almost support that, you
- 1:11:53know, but as a lawyer, you go, "Wait,
- 1:11:56that's a pretext. You can't take a
- 1:11:58pretextual stop." And what do lawyers
- 1:12:00fight? They fight whether or not the
- 1:12:02stop was pretextual or whether they had
- 1:12:05a a a what do you call it a articulated
- 1:12:09reason for the stop.
- 1:12:11So I want to know on this blank
- 1:12:13inspection checklist the varietals that
- 1:12:17have been in existence since the
- 1:12:19beginning of time. But I only asked for
- 1:12:22them from January 2000 or we asked for
- 1:12:25them only from January 2010 to the
- 1:12:28present because I want to see how a
- 1:12:32bureaucrat
- 1:12:34expands
- 1:12:36their authority and under what
- 1:12:40guidance or is it what I believe it to
- 1:12:43be and I articulated in article number
- 1:12:46two I think it was that uh they created
- 1:12:50a strategy Gez, we didn't know this law
- 1:12:52existed and now we found out it is and
- 1:12:54here's our strategy. We're going to take
- 1:12:56them down like this. And they are out
- 1:12:59targeting people. They are creating
- 1:13:01their own uh you know interrogation
- 1:13:05methods. Hi, I'm the Gestapo. Step into
- 1:13:08this uh little uh cell and why don't I
- 1:13:11do it by by by weapons, you know, and
- 1:13:13gez, what are you doing with a woman
- 1:13:15showing pubic hair out the side of her
- 1:13:16bikini? That's nonsense. We're, you
- 1:13:19know, we're charging you. These are
- 1:13:21serious charges. Anyway, I've rambled on
- 1:13:23about that for a while. And I want to
- 1:13:26share with you come Friday, article
- 1:13:29number three, because this I think is
- 1:13:31important and a bit of a preface to this
- 1:13:33because this is highly highly offensive
- 1:13:38and they act like it's no big deal.
- 1:13:41Okay, this is oh gez, we're just we're
- 1:13:43just administrators. We're just we're
- 1:13:45just people trying to do the right
- 1:13:47thing, trying to do our jobs. My ass. I
- 1:13:50don't believe that at all. I don't
- 1:13:52believe it. And and and and I can't
- 1:13:54believe it based on all the crap that
- 1:13:56I've read. And now they don't want to
- 1:13:58give us documents. They don't want to
- 1:14:00give us documents. Why? Because their
- 1:14:02documents reveal all the crap that
- 1:14:05they've been trying to do. Somebody
- 1:14:07needs to dig in there. And we're asking
- 1:14:09for that. We've sent letters to the
- 1:14:11governor. We've sent letters to Mr.
- 1:14:13James. Actually, the governor referred
- 1:14:15us to Mr. James, said, "Look, uh, we're
- 1:14:18going to pass this off to the next level
- 1:14:20down. Get with Mr. James and uh, let him
- 1:14:23answer." I don't think we've received an
- 1:14:24answer from him yet, but uh, the
- 1:14:27governor said to us, where's that
- 1:14:29letter?
- 1:14:31The letter we sent to Mark James was uh,
- 1:14:34February 17th of 2026. Uh, Governor
- 1:14:38Kho's office sent us uh Thursday,
- 1:14:41February the 12th, and I believe he
- 1:14:43copied um uh Mr. James. He said, "This
- 1:14:48letter is to acknowledge receipt of your
- 1:14:50correspondence to Governor Kho. Thank
- 1:14:52you for taking the time to contact our
- 1:14:54office. Each mail letter or fax is read
- 1:14:57by a member of the governor's
- 1:14:59constituent services team before being
- 1:15:01shared with appropriate staff in any
- 1:15:03applicable state agency. upon review of
- 1:15:05your correspondence. It appears that
- 1:15:08your concerns would best be addressed by
- 1:15:10the Missouri Department of Public
- 1:15:12Safety. In an effort to assist, thank
- 1:15:14you, Governor. We have forwarded your
- 1:15:17email to the DPS director's office for
- 1:15:21review and consideration.
- 1:15:24We have requested that they have staff
- 1:15:26reach out to you in a timely manner with
- 1:15:30information and/or assistance as
- 1:15:33appropriate. Please do not hesitate to
- 1:15:35contact us in the future if we may be of
- 1:15:39assistance. Uh constituent services
- 1:15:42office of Governor Mike Kho sent to us
- 1:15:47February the 12th, Thursday at 12:10
- 1:15:51p.m. We are now 12 days later on the
- 1:15:5724th of February have heard not a word
- 1:16:02from Mr. James office. Perhaps we'll get
- 1:16:05something in the mail. Meanwhile, we uh
- 1:16:09sent a follow-up letter to him and that
- 1:16:14we sent to him on February 17. We
- 1:16:17reached out. You know, we're eager. We
- 1:16:18want to want to know what the hell
- 1:16:20you're going to do about this, if
- 1:16:21anything. Want to want somebody to, you
- 1:16:23know, get on damn radio and talk to us.
- 1:16:27Get on talk to me come Friday. Uh
- 1:16:29please, I'm I'm I'm begging you. get on.
- 1:16:32Tell me I'm wrong. Let's chat. Teach me
- 1:16:35I'm not against it. I, you know, tell me
- 1:16:38why I'm wrong. Of course, I would
- 1:16:40appreciate it if you read my theories
- 1:16:42first. And uh in keeping with that, if
- 1:16:45you'd like my new article that says when
- 1:16:47a licensing agency becomes a clandestine
- 1:16:51police department, because guess what
- 1:16:54else the ATC has done over a period of
- 1:16:59years now in the documents that they
- 1:17:01gave us, we kept seeing these and
- 1:17:04they're repeated examples. And I
- 1:17:07remember seeing one from 2019
- 1:17:10and it's over multiple jurisdictions,
- 1:17:13multiple sections of of Missouri.
- 1:17:15There's uh uh east west one Kansas City
- 1:17:18and Jackson County area uh in the
- 1:17:20eastern district of of uh uh uh the
- 1:17:23state and then we have a couple in the
- 1:17:25central divisions and and and and that
- 1:17:27are that this document at the top of the
- 1:17:30document they have declared to us
- 1:17:34that a it's an investigation form and
- 1:17:37this is the problem when you decide that
- 1:17:39you decide on your own that you've
- 1:17:41created yourself a police department.
- 1:17:44I've decided that I'm a police
- 1:17:45department and therefore I'm creating a
- 1:17:48document that uh we're calling ourselves
- 1:17:51at the head of it. It's an evidence
- 1:17:53gathering form. It's uh I mean this this
- 1:17:57article I wrote is pretty snippy this
- 1:17:59one. And the first two were not, but
- 1:18:01this one is because I'm offended. This
- 1:18:04is offensive. And if you're not
- 1:18:06offended, you're part of the problem.
- 1:18:08And uh uh that's all I'm saying. you
- 1:18:10you're you're not into uh
- 1:18:14I don't know what uh separation of
- 1:18:16powers. You're not into it. You don't
- 1:18:18you don't care for separation of powers.
- 1:18:20You think all powers should consolidate
- 1:18:22in a bureaucrat and and I don't think
- 1:18:24so. I'm against that. And and maybe
- 1:18:27somebody never took a 10th grade civics
- 1:18:29class or a uh secondyear administrative
- 1:18:34law class in uh law school. Well, I did.
- 1:18:38You know, I took civics in 10th grade,
- 1:18:40government, you know, whatever it was
- 1:18:42called. And I also took um
- 1:18:44administrative law in uh Is that John
- 1:18:47revolting? It is. John revolting on the
- 1:18:49screen. Good stuff. Um at any see these
- 1:18:53TVs are distracting. That's what's
- 1:18:55happening. Um I'm telling you this
- 1:18:59article, I plan to share it in its
- 1:19:01entirety. If you'd like a preview of it,
- 1:19:03perhaps I will send you a copy if you
- 1:19:06send me a request to succoutlaws.com.
- 1:19:10Or since I'm on Civic Outlaws today, you
- 1:19:13could send it to I mean [ __ ] Since I'm
- 1:19:16on international flavor today and we
- 1:19:19talked a little bit about international
- 1:19:20stuff, but we've kind of brought it home
- 1:19:22with uh with this cuz this is
- 1:19:24irritating. Um this is frustrating to
- 1:19:27me. This is government overreach. This
- 1:19:31is a bureaucracy. And like I said,
- 1:19:34bureaucracy to me is a bad word.
- 1:19:38Administration, that's healthy. That's
- 1:19:40the way it should be. Bureaucracy, I
- 1:19:43don't want to deal with a bureaucrat. A
- 1:19:45bureaucrat is self-important. A
- 1:19:47bureaucrat expands his own power um
- 1:19:50unnecessarily, number one. And number
- 1:19:53two, doesn't care what anybody else
- 1:19:55says. has their own particular vision
- 1:19:57and doesn't care if they have the proper
- 1:19:59authority. They'll just expand it
- 1:20:01themselves.
- 1:20:03I'll make up my own authority.
- 1:20:05Legislature didn't give it to me. Tell
- 1:20:07you what, I'll find a way to weasle my
- 1:20:09way into it by crafting something new
- 1:20:12like improper acts. These people
- 1:20:16committed an improper act. Well, in any
- 1:20:18other licensing standard, that would be
- 1:20:20a felony. That's an improper act. And
- 1:20:23like the judge in the um in the case in
- 1:20:26December, Judge Stumpy said um well,
- 1:20:30where does it words to this effect? I'm
- 1:20:32not giving a direct quote. He's like,
- 1:20:33well, you know, okay, so you got this
- 1:20:36improper act. You know, what's the
- 1:20:38standard? What is the standard? And the
- 1:20:40guy says, well, a respect for the law.
- 1:20:43You got to have a respect for the law.
- 1:20:45And if you aren't following the law,
- 1:20:48then you don't have a respect for the
- 1:20:50law. And the judge says, "All right, I'm
- 1:20:52driving 73 and a 70. Where does that,
- 1:20:56you know, sit in your analysis?" And the
- 1:20:58guy says, "Oh, that's ludicrous." You
- 1:21:00know, that's nobody would say that. But
- 1:21:03then he said this. He said, "Well, but
- 1:21:05if a rape occurred, you know, if you if
- 1:21:07you went into a licensing studio and
- 1:21:09there was a rape going on, obviously
- 1:21:10that would be Well, my point is you
- 1:21:12couldn't arrest a guy. You don't have
- 1:21:14the authority. Suppose you did walk in
- 1:21:16and you got a rape going on. You can't
- 1:21:18arrest anybody. Not for that.
- 1:21:22You could arrest him if he's selling
- 1:21:23alcohol to minors, you know, and you
- 1:21:25catch him doing it. You can't arrest a
- 1:21:28third party committing a rape in there
- 1:21:30because you don't have that authority.
- 1:21:32You'd have to do what anybody else would
- 1:21:34have to do, call the police cuz you're
- 1:21:37not a cop. You might be a cop on pay on
- 1:21:40the on your postcertification, but you
- 1:21:42aren't authorized under chapter 311 to
- 1:21:45do that. You're not. They never gave you
- 1:21:49that authority and you can't just make
- 1:21:51it up on your own. That's the point, old
- 1:21:55attorney general uh friend and colleague
- 1:21:58of mine. That that's the point. So, and
- 1:22:02by the way, if you're trying to just
- 1:22:03call it a licensing violation, all
- 1:22:06right. Well, what diff what is the
- 1:22:08difference between having a speeding
- 1:22:10ticket or having allowing somebody to
- 1:22:13commit a rape in your building? Is there
- 1:22:16any difference from the licensing
- 1:22:17perspective?
- 1:22:21Silence. Tisha. That's the word in
- 1:22:23Russian. Tisha.
- 1:22:26Just quiet. It'll be quiet because you
- 1:22:28don't have that authority. It it the
- 1:22:30standard then doesn't exist. The
- 1:22:33standard is if the officer sees somebody
- 1:22:37having pubic hair coming out the side of
- 1:22:39their bikini, they can say, "All right,
- 1:22:43I believe that's an improper act. We're
- 1:22:46shutting you down. We're we're canceling
- 1:22:47your license right now." And then have
- 1:22:49an administrator go, "These are serious
- 1:22:51charges to your attorney." Charges?
- 1:22:53They're not charges. You haven't charged
- 1:22:56me with a crime. And by the way, you
- 1:22:58can't. Not for that. You can under 311,
- 1:23:03specific 311, because that authority you
- 1:23:07did receive
- 1:23:08as far as keeping track of
- 1:23:13alcohol,
- 1:23:14tobacco law under 311 and 407 chapters
- 1:23:20RSM,
- 1:23:22revised statute, state of Missouri.
- 1:23:24That's what you got. And uh I hate to
- 1:23:27have live, well, I don't hate to have
- 1:23:28lived this. I'm very glad that I did
- 1:23:30live this and investigate this and go
- 1:23:32through it. And I, you know, will be
- 1:23:35coming up with a response to this
- 1:23:38nonsensical
- 1:23:40uh year-long $8,000 nonsense. Part of me
- 1:23:44wishes I just write a check. All right,
- 1:23:46here you go. Uh but but but send it. And
- 1:23:49by and what I'm what I'm going to
- 1:23:51recommend is that when we resend this
- 1:23:53out that we say, "Look, you didn't even
- 1:23:56answer the spot about why can't you
- 1:23:59provide immediately the document that we
- 1:24:02requested that shows the varietals of
- 1:24:05this blank templant inspection checklist
- 1:24:08that have been in effect since January
- 1:24:101, 2010 to the present. That you ought
- 1:24:12to be able to do. go back and find one,
- 1:24:15sanitize it, take out any names, find
- 1:24:17any change in that form. You have it
- 1:24:21listed on the bottom as the date it's
- 1:24:23effective. You ought to be able to go
- 1:24:25back to the date that it's effective and
- 1:24:26go to the one before that, find out when
- 1:24:28that one was last effective and get the
- 1:24:30one before that. You ought to be able to
- 1:24:32do that in a day. And I don't understand
- 1:24:35why you're not doing it. I want to know
- 1:24:37what that form said going back into
- 1:24:41history. And I'd really like time and
- 1:24:43memorial, but I'm mostly concerned with
- 1:24:45what it said since uh January 1, 2010. I
- 1:24:50think that's a legitimate question. It's
- 1:24:52only 15 years. You can't go back 15
- 1:24:54years and tell me what forms you've
- 1:24:56used.
- 1:24:57The ATC was was uh created, I don't
- 1:25:00remember when, 1933 or something,
- 1:25:03prohibition. That could be a throwback
- 1:25:05to where the weapons are coming from.
- 1:25:07could be, you know, you know, post
- 1:25:10prohibition era and they could have been
- 1:25:11going all through that. I don't mean to
- 1:25:14question all that stuff. I don't really
- 1:25:15give a crap. I'm talking about today
- 1:25:19whether you need an armed
- 1:25:22licensing agent wandering around
- 1:25:25investigating and and when when I read
- 1:25:28this whole article to you, some of the
- 1:25:29crap that comes in there, you can't help
- 1:25:31but laugh at it and and go, "What are
- 1:25:34these guys thinking? who is giving them
- 1:25:37this advice. I think it's nuts. Anyway,
- 1:25:41that I believe is going to be the end of
- 1:25:43the show for today and uh we're going to
- 1:25:47ease on out of here. I hope that you go
- 1:25:51to uh uh civicoutlaws.com.
- 1:25:55That's not that was not my full topic
- 1:25:58today. I only intended to talk a few
- 1:25:59minutes about that, but you know me when
- 1:26:01I get on a rant sometimes. And
- 1:26:04especially when uh especially when
- 1:26:09Here you go. when especially when this
- 1:26:12>> you I'm trying to think but nothing
- 1:26:14happens.
- 1:26:15>> That's right.
- 1:26:17>> I'm trying to think but nothing happens.
- 1:26:20So sometimes I try to think but nothing
- 1:26:22happens. So, at any rate, I hope you
- 1:26:24join me on Friday because Friday I do
- 1:26:26hope to have a uh a couple of call-ins.
- 1:26:28Wouldn't it be great to have somebody in
- 1:26:30the know call in,
- 1:26:33educate me? I'm I'm happy with that.
- 1:26:37Call in and educate me why I am wrong.
- 1:26:42That would be fantastic. And by the way,
- 1:26:44when I'm wrong, I usually admit it.
- 1:26:48Usually, or try to convince you that I'm
- 1:26:51not. But once I once it's apparent that
- 1:26:54I am wrong, then I will uh I will uh
- 1:27:00come clean
- 1:27:02and that's what I will do. Anyway, I
- 1:27:04really hope you join us at Civic Outlaws
- 1:27:06on uh uh Friday Friday's show. I think
- 1:27:09I've kind of overstepped a little bit
- 1:27:11today, but I always talk about uh uh
- 1:27:14what do you call it? Um international
- 1:27:16flavor on Civic Outlaws, too, because
- 1:27:18it's kind of married together, you know.
- 1:27:21Um, I'm married together with those
- 1:27:23concepts. Uh, but here we are at the
- 1:27:26Lake Ozark real estate of the art
- 1:27:29studio, hoping that you come and visit
- 1:27:31us every morning from uh 7:30 to 900
- 1:27:35a.m. But on Fridays only 7:30 till
- 1:27:38roughly 8:30 and sometimes stretch it a
- 1:27:41little bit, but uh I'm going to try to
- 1:27:43be out by 8:30 on Friday mornings. One
- 1:27:46hour, that's it. I got crap to do. And
- 1:27:49uh so if you ever feel like uh checking
- 1:27:53in, Samuel T at civicoutlaws.com, Samuel
- 1:27:57T at uh
