Speaker 1: And hey, bro, so before we get into diddy y'all, I was.
• 2:23
  Speaker 1: It's just funny.
• 2:24
Speaker 1: You know how you had your little quirky ways.
• 2:26
Speaker 1: You had your little quirky ways.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: And uh, the funny thing is when you see your quirky ways get passed down to like your sons or or or maybe even your nephew, and so I was talking to my mom and my best friend two different things and we were kind of talking about that and so, coming up, I had a quirky thing I had.
• 2:52
Speaker 1: One of my quirky things is I couldn't, I never would eat after anybody.
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: I wouldn't drink after nobody, I couldn't eat after nobody.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: If you touch my food, I didn't want it.
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: No more.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: And I didn't care if you was family, I ain't care if you was my mama, my daddy, my sister, my brother, I don't care who you are, I just couldn't eat after you.
• 3:13
  Speaker 1: I would never.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: I had a big problem with that and I was born like that, like I don't know where it came from.
• 3:18
Speaker 1: And I remember one of my favorite aunties, auntie janice, back when I was I was probably about seven years old, five years, six years, seven, eight, something like that and she bit, she bit us, she bit my, she took a bite out of my sandwich and then I was like I don't want to know more.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: And she would, she would.
• 3:37
Speaker 1: She couldn't believe it.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: She was like what's wrong with you?
• 3:39
Speaker 1: You don't eat after your own family.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: You got a problem and I'm hey, whatever, I can't do it, and so they used to always tease me.
• 3:48
Speaker 1: So my auntie janice was on my father's side of the family and everybody over there used to eat after each other and drink after each other.
• 3:54
Speaker 1: It was like you know, family, I ain't saying nothing wrong with it, but I was just born with this whatever.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: I don't know where it come from, but I can't eat after nobody.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: I don't care if you, my mama, my daddy, nothing.
• 4:05
  Speaker 1: I don't want to.
• 4:05
  Speaker 1: I can't drink after you.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: If you drink, you know somebody.
• 4:10
  Speaker 1: I can't drink it.
• 4:11
Speaker 1: I'm doing horrible with that.
• 4:12
  Speaker 1: So I was.
• 4:14
Speaker 1: I was talking to my mom and she was telling me about my nephew.
• 4:19
Speaker 1: And my nephew, he got a lot of ways like me, and it's funny, and so do my son.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: So my mom said she always kept my son.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: My nephew, he got a lot of ways like me, and it's funny, and so do my son.
• 4:25
Speaker 1: So my mom says she always kept my nephew is oh, I want to mess up his age Five.
• 4:32
  Speaker 1: I'm on the fly y'all.
• 4:34
Speaker 1: So if I got the wrong age, please, I'm sorry, but she said she always kept his toothbrush in a cup.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: You know, like you know to sit it overnight or whatever, sit in the cup.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: And she said he never had a problem with it.
• 4:50
Speaker 1: And then she said the other day he came to her and said he need a new cup.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: He won't put his toothbrush in that cup no more.
• 4:58
Speaker 1: And she said well, what the hell why?
• 5:01
Speaker 1: And she said he said because his dad put his toothbrush in that cup and so since he put his toothbrush in that cup, he don't ever want to use that cup no more.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: My mom said if this never, if your nephew ain't just like you with that, and so is my son.
• 5:19
Speaker 1: I don't know what if anybody out there had that same court, that same thing, where you can't eat after people or nothing Like.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: I'm talking about like at all.
• 5:31
Speaker 1: I'm talking about not a little bit, I'm talking I don't know what, how God made my wired me, but I can't do it.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: So anyway, my mom was laughing at that I said, yeah, my son is the same way, so check this out.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: So then I get to thinking.
• 5:48
Speaker 1: I'm like hold up.
• 5:51
Speaker 1: My son might not have, like my son, he might not.
• 5:56
Speaker 1: He, I'm thinking, like my son might not want to have kids, right, because you know, we assume that we just assume that our children gonna do this and do that.
• 6:03
Speaker 1: You don't ever know what they want to do.
• 6:05
Speaker 1: My son, he might not even want to have kids and so I only have one son and I'm building all this shit and I'm doing all this shit.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: So I was telling my best friend, I was like hold on.
• 6:15
Speaker 1: I'm going to have to have a talk with my son because I was thinking about it and if he decides he don't want to have kids, then my whole DNA line is over with and I'll be screwed.
• 6:28
Speaker 1: And I'm like hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
• 6:31
Speaker 1: So when my son graduates in May, of course I'm not going to put no pressure on him, but we're going to have to have a talk.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: I got to find out if he trying to have kids, because if he not ever, if he one of them people that don't want to have kids, then I mean I gotta have another kid or two at my old age.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: And so it was like I don't know.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: And I'm looking at my best friend he got plenty of kids, his twin brother got plenty of kids.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: You know, we all grew up together.
• 6:59
Speaker 1: Here I am with one kid and if my kid don't reproduce, then it's over for the whole flow.
• 7:07
Speaker 1: The whole flow dna is just gone.
• 7:10
Speaker 1: And I'm like I didn't even think about that all my life when I only had one kid.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: You know, it was always good when I was coming up.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: Oh, you only got one kid, yeah, yeah.
• 7:18
Speaker 1: But now I'm like shit, I might need a daughter or something, or another kid, I don't know.
• 7:24
Speaker 1: Y'all that just came to my head.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: You know I get weird thoughts and I was like hold up.
• 7:28
Speaker 1: So me, you know, I don't put no pressure on my son.
• 7:31
Speaker 1: Whatever he want to do is fine, but we're going to have to talk about this because I got to see where his head at y'all.
• 7:37
Speaker 1: Because if you tell me he don't, don't have no more kids, he grown who we gonna leave the flow show, no filter legacy to.
• 7:55
Speaker 1: So I just thought about that y'all and I was just like damn, it just hit me, I can't let my dna die.
• 8:02
Speaker 1: I don't know what y'all think about that.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: Anyway, now that I got my little random ran out the way, this diddy mess, y'all gonna be, uh, kind of shocked when y'all find out what people's trying to say about this diddy.
• 8:18
Speaker 1: They they thinking he coming home.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: Y'all they thinking he coming home.
• 8:23
Speaker 1: So, uh, we're going to have to get into this show and, of course, justin Bieber I'm going to say that probably towards the end get into what's going on with Justin Bieber, but y'all, I got to keep my DNA going.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: I can't let the flow DNA just die so that we're going to leave that alone.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: So anyway, let's see what we got here, let's get into this Diddy mess.
• 8:49
Speaker 1: So you know what's going on.
• 8:54
Speaker 1: Tmz did a fall of Diddy.
• 8:56
Speaker 1: It came out I think yesterday and basically what it was, it was a defense.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: Basically, what they said is they've been given all the prosecution and putting out all the evidence.
• 9:09
Speaker 1: They wanted to do a documentary or something about the defense and give an angle of what the defense team and what the defense attorneys might think about the case and this and that defense attorneys might think about the case and this and that.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: And a lot of people were having issues with the coercion because they were saying that the three victims were pretty much Diddy's girlfriends for years.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: And then they also had a problem with the racketeering uh situation.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: Uh they, because they said racketeering, you have to profit off of your illegal enterprise.
• 9:54
Speaker 1: And the mock jurors were saying if diddy, like diddy's, making money all kind of ways, they can't see him making any money off of this trafficking and stuff.
• 10:06
Speaker 1: So it was like if he didn't make any profit, then how could it be racketeering?
• 10:11
  Speaker 1: It was crazy.
• 10:11
Speaker 1: I wouldn't even advise watching it, cause it it.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: It was kind of cheesy to me.
• 10:16
Speaker 1: But we're going to break it down and y'all can give me your thoughts.
• 10:21
Speaker 1: I'm, you know, damn sure I'm going to give y'all my thoughts.
• 10:24
Speaker 1: So let's, let's kick it off just like this.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: So we're going to go into the Father Diddy documentary, break down what they were talking about, but check out the verdict.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: I'm going to go with the verdict first.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: You know I ain't got to make y'all wait for what their verdict was.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: We're going to play their verdict and then I'm going to break down what the hell went on.
• 10:44
Speaker 3: We, the jury, in the above entitled action, find the defendant, sean Diddy Combs, six guilty, six not guilty, for the crime of racketeering conspiracy.
• 10:56
Speaker 4: Split down the middle.
• 10:57
  Speaker 4: Second count.
• 11:00
Speaker 3: We, the jury, in the above entitled action, find the defendant, sean Diddy Combs, 10 guilty, 2 not guilty of the crime of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
• 11:12
Speaker 4: And the final count.
• 11:14
Speaker 3: We, the jury, in the above entitled action, find the defendant, sean Diddy Combs, 12, guilty of the crime of transportation to engage in prostitution.
• 11:26
Speaker 4: So on the last count the jury was unanimous.
• 11:29
  Speaker 4: Yes, sir.
• 11:30
Speaker 4: Thank you, madam foreperson.
• 11:32
Speaker 4: Why was it easier for you to come together on that last count?
• 11:38
Speaker 4: The transportation of prostitution charge.
• 11:41
Speaker 2: Just the evidence that was placed before us with the women and the stories that we were hearing, and the evidence that was placed before us with the women and the stories that we were hearing and the videos that we've seen him in his full prime abusing somebody.
• 11:52
Speaker 2: So it just makes it more believable for me that he can do other things as well.
• 11:58
Speaker 1: Okay, so you heard the verdicts of the mock jurors.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: As far as going off of the mock jurors, the only one that they had them completely guilty on was the trafficking and prostitution.
• 12:11
  Speaker 1: As you heard.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: The other ones, they were kind of split down the middle on the racketeering and I believe it was 10-2 on the coercion part of it.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: So we're going gonna break this down.
• 12:25
Speaker 1: But the interesting thing is, the one thing they did say is that cassie video was very damning and they said that the cassie video showed, uh, what type of human being that diddy is capable of.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: So one thing that came out of it is that Cassie video seems to be very, a very important piece to the prosecution's case.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: But let's break this shit down.
• 12:55
Speaker 1: I just wanted to give y'all the damn.
• 12:57
Speaker 1: I didn't want to have y'all waiting for to see what the hell that their verdict was.
• 13:01
Speaker 1: Got their verdict out the way, so let's go over it.
• 13:03
Speaker 1: So it's, I'm going to use Cinema Blend.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: Cinema Blend is they did a pretty good breakdown.
• 13:10
Speaker 1: It's all a ditty documentary put together a mock trial covering his racketeering charges, and two things about the verdict stood out.
• 13:20
Speaker 1: This is from a lady by the name of Heidi Venable.
• 13:31
Speaker 1: This is from a lady by the name of heidi venable.
• 13:32
Speaker 1: Heidi is my sister's name, so it starts off and said we're just over a month away from diddy's scheduled court date, where he will defend himself against federal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking.
• 13:44
Speaker 1: The 2025 TV schedule has been filled with documentaries digging into the accusations and catching us off guard with details of Sean Combs life.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: A new documentary features a mock trial that gives us an idea of how jurors might approach their decision and two things about their verdict stuck out.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Uh, let's get into it.
• 14:08
Speaker 1: The music mogul has been eagerly anticipating his day in court, despite the fact that he could face life in prison if found guilty.
• 14:20
Speaker 1: The new special t TMZ presents the downfall of Diddy.
• 14:24
Speaker 1: His defense explores how realistic it is that a jury jury will side with Diddy, given everything that's been said about him.
• 14:34
Speaker 1: A mock jury of 12 watched one documentary focusing on the prosecution and another on the defense before deliberating and rendering a decision.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: Here were the big takeaways Will the racketeering charges stick?
• 14:56
Speaker 1: The mock jurors were given a definition of racketeering charges against the rapper and called it a well-organized group of people conducting a pattern of illegal business activities for profit.
• 15:10
Speaker 1: The panel went back and forth on the issue, finding it difficult to see where Diddy would have made profit from his alleged activities.
• 15:19
Speaker 1: One juror said he could turn around and say hey, I didn't make any money, I gave you money.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: If racketeering is what racketeering is, then how is it racketeering if I didn't make a profit?
• 15:35
Speaker 1: Even if people turn on him he's like what kind of money did I make?
• 15:40
Speaker 1: Maybe I did increase my profile, but my profile was wherever it was before, like I actually think the racketeering charge might be the hardest one for anybody to pull off.
• 15:54
Speaker 1: What do y'all think about that?
• 15:58
Speaker 1: I'm gonna stop right there for a second and catch up to this article.
• 16:02
  Speaker 1: So I don't understand that juror's explanation.
• 16:07
Speaker 1: I had to read it to y'all.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: But where I'm struggling at is when they say, racketeering, you had to profit.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: What if you are racketeering and you are making money but're not profiting?
• 16:26
Speaker 1: How do they view that?
• 16:28
Speaker 1: And also, how can they determine?
• 16:35
Speaker 1: How can they really determine if he profited or not?
• 16:40
Speaker 1: Those are the questions I had up to that point.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: So then it goes on to say another argued that if p diddy's companies sponsored or paid for the so-called freak offs, including the sex workers allegedly hired for the parties, that should constitute a business activity or could that be filed as a marketing expense?
• 17:06
Speaker 1: If the parties raise the exec's profile, is that considered income?
• 17:13
Speaker 1: In the end, the mock jury remains split, with six voting guilty and six voting not guilty.
• 17:22
Speaker 1: A lot of questions being asked.
• 17:27
Speaker 1: A lot of people don't even understand the charges, I believe.
• 17:32
Speaker 1: But if it does increase your profile, they could count that as income.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: So it profit doesn't always have to be dollar, dollar bills.
• 17:47
Speaker 1: So as far as the Diddy make money on the racketeering basically what this juror is saying if he lifted his profile, if P Diddy's company sponsored the freak offs, then they did benefit from the freak offs.
• 18:07
Speaker 1: We'll see how that plays out in court.
• 18:12
Speaker 1: Now keep in mind, these jurors are only voting and speaking on what we know as of now.
• 18:21
Speaker 1: There is tons of evidence that we don't know about yet which will probably answer a lot of these questions that they do have.
• 18:32
  Speaker 1: Let's go, let's continue.
• 18:33
Speaker 1: Will the prosecution be able to prove coercion?
• 18:38
Speaker 1: For most of the mock jurors, the question of sex trafficking was more cut and dry.
• 18:44
Speaker 1: They seem satisfied and, by the way, I didn't let y'all know this is TMZ documentary, the Fall of Diddy Defense, and it's on Tubi and I believe it came out yesterday, but it's on Tubi right now.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: I should have told y'all that at the beginning.
• 18:58
Speaker 1: My bad, anyway, let's continue.
• 19:01
Speaker 1: So they seem satisfied with the paper trail showing that Diddy had flown people out for parties, agreeing that women knowing his power to help them if they accepted his invitation or hurt them if they rejected it.
• 19:16
Speaker 1: They saying that could be seen as coercion.
• 19:39
Speaker 1: However, with sex trafficking being defined to the mock jury as the recruitment, transportation or solicit soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex was the purpose of these travels, or if the sex was consensual, if it was still coercion, given the power dynamic, one juror questioned how the women who were in relationships with Diddy could argue coercion, with another one responding like this, and I quote well, look at how many abusive relationships there are and how long those women stay like.
• 20:14
Speaker 1: It can be up to like over 20 years.
• 20:16
Speaker 1: And imagine it being the most powerful person there isn't in rap.
• 20:20
Speaker 1: Ever I would stay for that long too.
• 20:25
Speaker 1: So, basically, these are the both sides of the.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: Uh, you got two sides of the coin here.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: You got one side saying what I told you as I started this show off.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: What they were saying was some jurors felt like it's hard to prove coercion when all the victims were long-term girlfriends of the Dittler, the Mr Mohawk man himself.
• 20:50
Speaker 1: But then, on the other hand, this other juror brings up a great point.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: We do know there are many abusive relationships that people stay in, women mostly.
• 21:05
Speaker 1: And, like this juror said, we've known how many women you know have been in a domestic violence field relationship for multiple years five years, 10 years, three years, 15 years, even 20 years.
• 21:21
Speaker 1: So if you look at it that way, it absolutely can be coercion, even if y'all are boyfriend, girlfriend, mates, whatever you want to call it.
• 21:38
Speaker 1: So on this point alone, really, what we're looking at is how each individual juror is going to look at it, which goes back to my point that I've been telling y'all that the most important part of this whole case is jury selection, juror selection, and that's why they are focusing on it and playing so many games with the jury selection.
• 22:06
Speaker 1: So let's go on, let's go on and continue.
• 22:10
Speaker 1: They go to the next thing they say, they go to the next thing they say.
• 22:22
Speaker 1: In the end, the mock juror voted 10 guilty to not guilty on the sex trafficking charge.
• 22:24
Speaker 1: But it's interesting to see how a jury might hesitate when coercion and consent are being deliberated.
• 22:31
Speaker 1: Most of the jury also admitted that the leaked video of Diddy kicking and dragging his then girlfriend Cassie affected how they viewed the rapper slash mogul.
• 22:43
Speaker 1: Another issue that may come into play once a jury of Sean Combs peers is involved is race.
• 22:51
Speaker 1: We all know race has been brought up plenty of times by many people, including Diddy and his attorneys, and Diddy's lawyer, mark Agnefilio, argued that this trial is an attempt to take down a successful black man, and that was certainly on the minds of some mock jury members.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: At least one person who admitted it was likely Diddy had committed illegal activity had trouble saying he should serve time for it.
• 23:25
Speaker 1: He said that we got too many brothers locked up and that there is a lot of white people, white men, who are doing these same freak off parties in LA right now.
• 23:42
Speaker 1: This is what that Mike juror said.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: Now the defense have maintained Diddy's innocence from the beginning and they seem ready to fight the allegations against him.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: This will certainly be a high profile trial of the century and we are looking and waiting for the outcome.
• 24:06
Speaker 1: So the documentary to be honest with y'all, it was cheesy to me, uh, wasn't much, of course, no new information and it wasn't really interesting.
• 24:17
Speaker 1: To be honest with you, I just watched it because we're gonna recap it today and I, you know I've, matter of fact, this probably the first diddy I've watched.
• 24:25
Speaker 1: What two or three of them.
• 24:26
Speaker 1: They were pretty good.
• 24:28
Speaker 1: This is the first one that I just would not even recommend watching, unless you just got nothing to do, just because it's just, it just wasn't interesting.
• 24:36
  Speaker 1: It wasn't interesting.
• 24:37
Speaker 1: It was real cheesy, it was real vanilla.
• 24:40
Speaker 1: Y'all know how tmz is these days, so, um, but what I did think was interesting was to get the the thoughts and opinions of regular people who might be in the jury pool and what they looked at.
• 24:55
Speaker 1: For example, even though the cassie he's not being brought up, diddy is not being brought up on specific charges of putting his hands and feet on cassie from that hotel video that we all saw.
• 25:09
Speaker 1: Even though that's not an actual charge, that video loomed very big for a lot of those jurors they were bringing that up.
• 25:19
Speaker 1: One female, I think you heard in the clip, said that she, after seeing what, after seeing that video and seeing what did he did to Cassie, it makes her believe that he's possible, that that he could have done other things that he's being accused of, and that's something that we all kind of thought that that Cassie videotape is going to be huge, and so I want to give you a couple.
• 25:49
Speaker 1: Let you hear what some of the other jurors said about the situation and see what y'all think about it.
• 25:56
Speaker 4: Jurors said about the situation and see what y'all think about it, it easier for you to come together on that last count in the transportation of prostitution charge.
• 26:06
Speaker 2: It's the evidence that was placed before us, with the women and the stories that we were hearing and the videos that we've seen him in his full prime abusing somebody, so it just makes it more believable for me that he can do other things as well so it's interesting because the cassie video really doesn't relate to that count.
• 26:29
Speaker 4: It relates to the other counts, yet on that one you were unanimous.
• 26:34
Speaker 4: How many people did this profoundly impact in making your decision?
• 26:39
Speaker 4: That Cassie video Show of hands?
• 26:41
Speaker 4: So it really impacted you folks Did it turn it for you.
• 26:49
Speaker 2: Yeah, why being a woman myself and seeing a woman like that just made me more sensitive to the whole case itself and probably maybe more siding with the victims seeing a victim instead of him being the person that was attacking her.
• 27:05
Speaker 2: So I can't side with him because I don't see anything done to him in that light that was done to her I didn't know much about the case at all, so I came in completely objective and watching him beat his girlfriend.
• 27:19
Speaker 3: He's like prohibiting her from leaving as well.
• 27:21
Speaker 3: It's very distressing to watch.
• 27:23
Speaker 4: So you found him guilty on that third count?
• 27:27
Speaker 4: Yes, sir, Based on that third count did he go to prison.
• 27:32
Speaker 3: Yeah, I think so.
• 27:33
  Speaker 3: Yeah, why?
• 27:34
Speaker 3: He has proven time and time again that he has gotten away with so many things that he obviously shouldn't have gotten away with, and it's gotten to such a point where he is such like, honestly, a danger to society and a danger to like women in general.
• 27:49
Speaker 3: So I don't think he should be like out in public, I don't think he should be doing it anymore.
• 27:54
Speaker 3: He's gotten too many free passes.
• 27:55
Speaker 1: Your question about whether he should do time is challenging because I don't know if he should do.
• 28:00
Speaker 4: Time Is the racial component.
• 28:02
Speaker 4: What's giving you confidence?
• 28:03
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, there's no doubt about that.
• 28:04
Speaker 1: I mean there's enough brothers in jail, they don't need to.
• 28:07
  Speaker 1: I mean there's enough, alright.
• 28:12
Speaker 1: So you heard them.
• 28:13
Speaker 1: And now you see why they are trying so hard to get that Cassie video.
• 28:19
Speaker 1: The Cassie video is somewhat like a smoking gun and now you see why Diddy's defense team has been trying so hard and so many different tricks to get that video excluded, because even with these jurors, the Cassie video is what they're talking about the most.
• 28:40
Speaker 1: Now that was a black man at the end that said he don't think Diddy should do time because there's too many brothers locked up or whatever he said he's struggling with that.
• 28:55
Speaker 1: And basically from the article because there's too many brothers locked up or whatever he said, he's struggling with that.
• 28:59
Speaker 1: And basically from the article and from the actual Tubi documentary, it seems like Diddy's best chance and we'll see how the jury pool ends up being.
• 29:18
Speaker 1: But they were saying, and I agree that Diddy's best chance to get out of this it will be if he can have a jury full of, like, a lot of black men, because black man is the only demographic that seems to kind of be in his favor.
• 29:33
Speaker 1: We shall see if that's the case.
• 29:35
Speaker 1: That seems to kind of be in his favor.
• 29:38
Speaker 1: We shall see if that's the case, but I think we should pay very close attention to the makeup of this jury pool.
• 29:47
Speaker 1: That's going to tell us a lot and we'll know sooner than later.
• 29:51
Speaker 1: I think they start that on May 5th.
• 29:53
Speaker 1: May 5th they start picking the jurors or whatever, and then I guess they're supposed to have them all ready to go by May 12th.
• 30:01
Speaker 1: We'll see how it plays out.
• 30:02
Speaker 1: You know I can't go off their timetable.
• 30:05
Speaker 1: You know we still waiting for an Enterprise letter.
• 30:07
  Speaker 1: That never happened.
• 30:09
Speaker 1: So who knows what they're going to do.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: But I'll give it a 3 out of ten thumbs down boring.
• 30:19
Speaker 1: I only watched it because I have a podcast and I wanted to tell y'all about it.
• 30:23
Speaker 1: But if I didn't have a podcast and I didn't wasn't covering it I would have turned it off probably after the first 10 minutes, just because it was boring.
• 30:34
Speaker 1: You know, and I y'all know me I like hearing all sides of the argument.
• 30:39
Speaker 1: That's how I'm able to accurately talk about, um, what's going on and and kind of predict what's going on just by hearing everybody's side, not just one side.
• 30:51
Speaker 1: So I was anxious to watch the documentary because I wanted to hear what?
• 30:56
  Speaker 1: The defense?
• 30:58
Speaker 1: Uh, what, you know what kind of defenses.
• 31:01
Speaker 1: They would say what, what, how is Diddy going to defend himself what regular people were saying?
• 31:05
Speaker 1: So I was ready to watch it but it just was boring and dry and vanilla and cheesy.
• 31:12
Speaker 1: So, uh, if you ain't got nothing to do, check it out, I guess.
• 31:17
Speaker 1: But I'm just warning you don't be expect to be overwhelmed or any of that.
• 31:24
Speaker 1: So, bottom line, if you go off of this, diddy got a big, a huge chance of getting off if you go off of this TMZ documentary.
• 31:38
Speaker 1: But besides this TMZ documentary, the crazy part is y'all Diddy is convinced that he's coming home.
• 31:48
Speaker 1: He is so convinced he is planning shit.
• 31:54
Speaker 1: He's planning his Hollywood comeback.
• 31:58
Speaker 1: He's planning on getting back in the starlight.
• 32:02
Speaker 1: I mean in the starlight, I'm making up words.
• 32:04
  Speaker 1: Y'all know Fridays.
• 32:05
Speaker 1: Fridays is just like when you was in school and Fridays you'd be throwing paper airplanes around the class.
• 32:13
  Speaker 1: Y'all know.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: You know Fridays you don't get much work done.
• 32:15
Speaker 1: So, excuse me, I'm making up words like I don't even know what that means.
• 32:19
Speaker 1: But, um, he is planning his return to stardom.
• 32:26
Speaker 1: That's what I meant and I'm not making this up.
• 32:31
Speaker 1: It's a whole ass article about this and so I don't know if this has something to do with the documentary or if diddy's just trying to do like think positive, but they got a whole article about diddy planning his return back to the limelight, back to stardom, and I guess when you combine them words you get starlight.
• 32:57
Speaker 1: That's where the fuck it came from, out my mind, but anyway.
• 33:00
Speaker 1: So let's see what the hell the ditler has up his sleeve, thinking he coming home now.
• 33:08
Speaker 1: This article is from radar online.
• 33:09
Speaker 1: You know we they've been covering a lot of this diddy mess and it reads sean diddy Combs already getting ready for showbiz and his business comeback.
• 33:21
Speaker 1: He's sure he can beat jail and return to settle scores.
• 33:29
Speaker 1: When he say settle scores, y' is he talking about me too?
• 33:36
Speaker 1: Like, is he going to beat this, get out of jail and then come after me?
• 33:42
Speaker 1: Who is these scores he trying to settle with?
• 33:45
Speaker 1: I want some clarity on that.
• 33:46
Speaker 1: But, anyway, let's get into this article and see what the hell Diddy think he about to do.
• 33:53
Speaker 1: Diddy think he about to get out Diddy in denial?
• 33:55
Speaker 1: He hell Diddy think he about to do Diddy?
• 33:57
Speaker 1: Think he about to get out Diddy in denial?
• 33:59
Speaker 1: He in Diddy now.
• 33:59
Speaker 1: But anyway, sean Diddy Combs has been gearing up for his major showbiz and business comeback.
• 34:06
Speaker 1: Can y'all believe this shit?
• 34:07
Speaker 1: Even after being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, raider online dot com can reveal how the disgraced mogul is planning to revamp his image and return to Hollywood, because he is confident he will win big during this trial, during this trial.
• 34:37
  Speaker 1: That's a lot of confidence.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: Before I even continue in this article, I still think he cooked.
• 34:43
Speaker 1: I still think he panini grilled.
• 34:48
Speaker 1: I still think he crock potted.
• 34:50
Speaker 1: I still think he microwaved.
• 34:55
Speaker 1: But we're going to see what they talking about with radar online and what these inside sources think they got up, they sleep.
• 35:03
Speaker 1: So while Combs is legal team preps for one of the biggest trials of the year, he, he and when I say he, I'm talking about Diddy is busy gearing up for a major comeback.
• 35:19
Speaker 1: According to Hollywood insider Rob Shutter.
• 35:23
Speaker 1: Shutter, who writes on Substack, a music industry source, said he's confident, calm and quietly planning his comeback.
• 35:33
Speaker 1: Diddy believes he's going to beat every one of these charges and he's already thinking about what comes next.
• 35:41
Speaker 1: Recently, the disgraced Hollywood star scored a massive legal victory in court when the judge dismissed five claims brought against him by music director little Rod music producer I'm sorry, little Rod and his $30 million lawsuit.
• 36:01
Speaker 1: Now, in the lawsuit y'all know little Rod basically claimed everything that's been claimed in the federal indictment, and after the big win in court, combs is now feeling invincible when it comes to tackling his other legal battles.
• 36:17
Speaker 1: The source said he sees this as a sign he thinks people counted him out too soon.
• 36:26
Speaker 1: He's not just fighting back, he's planning to dominate.
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Huh OK, I can't be mad at him for being confident.
• 36:40
Speaker 1: I can disagree, though, but let's continue.
• 36:44
Speaker 1: Diddy's first plan of action if he wins his legal battles is to reconnect with his pal clive davis, who has allegedly supported him throughout this ordeal.
• 36:54
Speaker 1: I thought Clive Davis had dementia, but did he already plan on hooking up with him when he get out of prison, even though he's supposed to have dementia?
• 37:05
Speaker 1: That don't make no sense to me.
• 37:08
  Speaker 1: But let's continue.
• 37:09
Speaker 1: According to the insider, clive has always had his back, and that's what we want to know.
• 37:20
Speaker 1: When they say Clive always had his back, what do you really mean when you do what you doing back there, clive?
• 37:25
Speaker 1: When you got Diddy's back, clive, what exactly does that mean?
• 37:29
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 37:32
Speaker 1: Diddy knows that when it's time to rebuild, clive is just one call away.
• 37:40
Speaker 1: Besides scheming to call up old pals to kickstart a new beginning plans, including new music ventures to a bombshell tell-all docuseries are allegedly being made as we speak.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: So they said Diddy got a tell-all coming out.
• 37:58
Speaker 1: How, the person, who getting told who?
• 38:02
  Speaker 1: I don't know Diddy, diddy, I don't know.
• 38:06
Speaker 1: I don't know what Diddy planning, but let's continue.
• 38:08
Speaker 1: The source stated Diddy doesn't lose and when he comes back he's coming for everyone.
• 38:14
Speaker 1: So right there, we know that this source sounds like stevie j.
• 38:19
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say this is stevie j, but this definitely sounds like a diddy puppet, one of those little mohawk diddies running around just repeating whatever did he tell them?
• 38:30
Speaker 1: To tell them, because they just kind of lost me when it said.
• 38:34
Speaker 1: The source stated Diddy doesn't lose, period, and when he comes back he's coming for everyone.
• 38:40
Speaker 1: Now, when he say coming for everyone, is he talking about me?
• 38:44
Speaker 1: Am I included in that?
• 38:46
Speaker 1: Is they mad at me.
• 38:47
Speaker 1: Is Stevie J going to throw me under the bus?
• 38:49
Speaker 1: We shall see, but he ain't coming home though, so it don't matter.
• 38:55
Speaker 1: Following his shocking arrest, article goes on to say dozens of horrifying claims have been made against him, some dating back to the 90s.
• 39:06
Speaker 1: They have disturbing parties revealed, which was in Cassie's lawsuit and many, many other things.
• 39:17
Speaker 1: So I told y'all, diddy ain't taking this shit serious and which is going to be his downfall.
• 39:25
Speaker 1: Everybody understands how serious these allegations are and how much evidence they have.
• 39:34
Speaker 1: Everybody understands that, except for who Mr Mohawk himself, and if this article ain't spelling it out, I don't know what will.
• 39:45
Speaker 1: Diddy is already looking past.
• 39:49
Speaker 1: And one thing we say in sports Y'all know I love my sports, and I'm sure a lot of y'all love sports too, and especially in boxing.
• 39:56
Speaker 1: What do they always say?
• 39:56
Speaker 1: Y'all know I love my sports, and I'm sure a lot of y'all love sports too, and especially in boxing.
• 40:01
Speaker 1: What do they always say?
• 40:02
Speaker 1: Never, ever look past your opponent.
• 40:05
Speaker 1: And if this stuff that's in this article is true, diddy is making another huge mistake.
• 40:15
  Speaker 1: Huge mistake.
• 40:18
Speaker 1: That time that you're planning your comeback, that's the time you should be spending planning your defense.
• 40:27
Speaker 1: And that's why they say in sports.
• 40:29
Speaker 1: Never look past your opponent to the don't know.
• 40:31
Speaker 1: Don't be looking at what's next.
• 40:33
Speaker 1: You got to beat this opponent first.
• 40:37
Speaker 1: And it's funny Everything I've been telling y'all because I'm reading the tea leaves.
• 40:39
Speaker 1: Diddy ain't taking it serious.
• 40:41
  Speaker 1: Diddy don't think, don't?
• 40:44
Speaker 1: He don't even see a way he can be found guilty.
• 40:46
Speaker 1: And then, on the other end, we looking at all this hardcore black and white evidence like man.
• 40:54
Speaker 1: Do you really think the feds about to do all of this?
• 40:58
Speaker 1: And then you just gonna go scot-free?
• 41:01
Speaker 1: Hey, we shall see.
• 41:03
Speaker 1: But one thing is for sure diddy is confident, and what I think that confidence might, might be his his downfall, to be honest.
• 41:17
Speaker 1: And another person who is worried it's been a theme on this podcast, we've been covering it, we've been one of the few people really covering it is, uh, jb, justin bieber.
• 41:32
Speaker 1: It's like the closer that we get to this trial, the more you know it's not like they're not even really talking in code.
• 41:43
Speaker 1: No more like this.
• 41:44
Speaker 1: This article talking about Justin Bieber is flat out.
• 41:49
Speaker 1: The title of it is Justin Bieber is reportedly afraid of what the P Diddy trial might expose about his ugly past.
• 41:57
Speaker 1: Okay, they start the closer we get to trial.
• 42:04
Speaker 1: They started to just talk, talk direct.
• 42:06
Speaker 1: I think in a minute justin bieber gonna just come out and say say something on his own, straightforward, because as we get closer to the trial, these justin bieber articles and justin bieber even himself is starting to get a little more direct with how he's feeling.
• 42:27
Speaker 1: Even back to that cryptic uh transporter uh video that I talked about.
• 42:34
  Speaker 1: Was that yesterday?
• 42:35
Speaker 1: I believe it was yesterday or the day before yesterday.
• 42:37
Speaker 1: But before we get into this justin b where they're talking about he is reportedly afraid of what P Diddy might expose in his trial.
• 42:49

• 44:40
Speaker 1: I feel so bad for the kid.
• 44:41
Speaker 1: This is from Fandom Wire.
• 44:42
Speaker 1: I feel so bad for the kid.
• 44:43
Speaker 1: This is from Fandom Wire.
• 44:45
Speaker 1: Justin Bieber is reportedly afraid of what Pete Diddy in this trial might expose about his ugly past.
• 44:54
Speaker 1: When I read that, the first question that came to me is what exactly is Justin Bieber scared about when it comes to the trial?
• 45:08
Speaker 1: Like, I wonder, what does he think?
• 45:09
Speaker 1: Did he gonna throw him under the bus?
• 45:10
Speaker 1: Do we think other people gonna throw on the bus?
• 45:12
Speaker 1: Or is he just worried that some nasty details gonna come out that he don't want the world to know about, which I couldn't blame him on that?
• 45:20
Speaker 1: That's the tough part about being in the public eye.
• 45:23
Speaker 1: So let's get into this article and see what they're saying about our guy JB.
• 45:28
Speaker 1: Justin Bieber seems to be having a pretty solid breakdown over the upcoming trial of Sean Diddy Combs, which is apparently threatening to.
• 45:38
Speaker 1: He's threatening to publish the singer's history with the disgraced music mogul.
• 45:43
Speaker 1: The artist has been having a pretty public breakdown and it seems that this is now affecting his relationship.
• 45:54
Speaker 1: We already talked about that.
• 45:55
Speaker 1: There are rumors that Diddy is in possession of some questionable material concerning a multitude of big, high-profile celebrities, justin Bieber being one of them.
• 46:10
Speaker 1: Y'all know Diddy is supposed to be all kind of freak off.
• 46:15
Speaker 1: Nasty tapes on his hard drives.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: Allegedly prosecution has their hands on him.
• 46:23
Speaker 1: The defense is saying it doesn't show anything illegal.
• 46:26
Speaker 1: We're going back and forth on it.
• 46:30
Speaker 1: We won't know until may 12th now.
• 46:36
Speaker 1: Now p diddy is currently in custody of the uh government.
• 46:43
Speaker 1: He is in locked up, and a source told Radar Online that the upcoming trial of Sean Combs is just taking a very big toll on Justin Bieber at this point, so much so that he is not receptive to any help from his wife, hailey Bieber.
• 47:04
Speaker 1: Diddy's case is expected to have widespread.
• 47:05
Speaker 1: Not receptive to any help from his wife, haley Bieber, diddy's case is expected to have widespread ramifications, and not only the music industry, but also Hollywood at large.
• 47:14
Speaker 1: There seems to be some level of discomfort at the very top when it comes to how Combs case is going to be approached, given that there is alleged evidence in P Diddy's hands that could end a lot of careers.
• 47:27
Speaker 1: Bieber seemed to be concerned about something of that sort, putting up a string of cryptic social media posts that have fans immensely concerned about the singer's mental health.
• 47:42
Speaker 1: As reported by USA Today, there seems to be a new civil suit that has come p diddy's way we talked about that from the, from the photographer guy, the little nasty one we talked about yesterday, the nasty lawsuit.
• 47:55
Speaker 1: And so, with all these different jane john doles coming, john Doe's coming out, it just highlights more of the victims that we either, as a public, are assuming are Diddy victims or, through stories we've heard or read.
• 48:15
Speaker 1: It all goes back to the victims, like Justin Bieber, who I would think is probably no I'm not going to say probably.
• 48:22
Speaker 1: Bieber, who I would think is probably no, I ain't gonna say probably.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: He is the most famous suspected Diddy victim, and there are hundreds and hundreds, and if you listen to the 1-800 number that Busby had, there are thousands of potential victims out there, and so, as we get closer it ain't just me, we all seeing it's like Justin Bieber feeling the heat.
• 48:54
Speaker 1: These celebrities are feeling the heat Ellen getting the hell out of the country, oprah getting subpoenaed, justin Bieber is spiraling and it seems like the closer we get to the trial, these articles are starting to get more and more direct about what's going on.
• 49:14
Speaker 1: Who knows what articles or what information is going to come out in the coming weeks, but it's getting crazy y'all.
• 49:24
Speaker 1: It's getting too crazy.
• 49:32
Speaker 1: So when you look at, let's say, justin Bieber or Cassie or any of the alleged victims, can you imagine when this trial starts, when they start naming names and they start naming names of people who are around to witness some of this trifling shit?
• 50:08
Speaker 1: That's the part I think people aren't ready for.
• 50:10
Speaker 1: It's not even just the known like victims or the alleged victims.
• 50:15
Speaker 1: But watch what I tell you we're gonna be.
• 50:19
Speaker 1: A lot of people gonna be surprised, shocked, outraged when they start hearing what celebrities or what people were around and just let this mess continue and let this mess carry on.
• 50:33
  Speaker 1: That's the.
• 50:34
Speaker 1: That's some of the information that's going to come out during this trial that people aren't even talking about but are going to hit hard.
• 50:41
Speaker 1: Is J-Lo gonna be brought into the mix?
• 50:47
Speaker 1: Is she gonna have to testify?
• 50:48
Speaker 1: Is Cassie gonna have to testify?
• 50:53
Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure she will.
• 50:58
Speaker 1: And one thing we know you can say all kind of stuff you want to say before the trial start, but when certain witnesses and certain victims get on that stand, you have no clue what might come out of their mouth.
• 51:22
Speaker 1: Yeah, we reading the lawsuit, we reading this, we reading this, we reading that.
• 51:33
Speaker 1: But can you imagine when Cassie get on that stand and start telling her story?
• 51:37
Speaker 1: I'm sure she going to be visibly upset and all and the other other two victims are women as well.
• 51:51
Speaker 1: And when you got three women who have went through this over years telling their stories, shedding tears, describing some of this nasty, trifling stuff that went on Diddy Cook, you can't tell me.
• 52:15
Speaker 1: Those jurors are not going to see right now.
• 52:17
Speaker 1: We haven't heard it from Cassie, not from her mouth, not not her telling it, not her on the stand, not none of these witnesses, not none of these people that work for Diddy who are trying to stay out of the fucking mess, and they all ready to turn and throw Diddy under the bus first chance they get to save their own ass.
• 52:41
Speaker 1: Wait till they get on the stand and start talking what they've seen, what's been done to them.
• 52:47
Speaker 1: Whether he know it or not, diddy got an uphill battle, y'all, like none other.
• 52:57
Speaker 1: The evidence is overwhelming.
• 52:59
Speaker 1: And the victims it's going to be hard for any jury to listen to three women describing being held over a balcony, being punched, kicked, forced to take drugs, forced to have sex, forced to have sex, forced to have sex with strangers, with all the stuff that is being alleged.
• 53:29
Speaker 1: Anybody who thinks a juror, or a jury in total, is going to be able to listen to all of these statements.
• 53:44
Speaker 1: Go through all of this evidence and everybody just say not guilty.
• 53:49
Speaker 1: I just have a hard time believing that, but we shall see.
• 54:01
Speaker 1: So again, for all the ditty defense is on Tubi right now, brought to you by TMZ.
• 54:14
Speaker 1: I'm not recommending it, but if you don't got shit to do, it's better than doing nothing.
• 54:21
Speaker 1: You don't got shit to do.
• 54:23
Speaker 1: Go ahead and watch it, see what you see, see what you think about what some of these uh regular people, this mock jury see what they came up with and see if you agree with them.
• 54:37
Speaker 1: I disagree with a lot of stuff they're saying, but I agree.
• 54:40
Speaker 1: I agree with some of the stuff they were saying as well.
• 54:43
Speaker 1: So it's's going to be interesting.
• 54:44
Speaker 1: And, like I said, the biggest difference between the mock jury, though the mock jury and the real jury is they're going to see all the real evidence in the real case.
• 54:53
Speaker 1: The mock jury they only seeing what we saw, and we've probably only seen 20 percent of the evidence, and I'm being that's on a high note that we haven't seen hardly any of the evidence, and I'm being that's on a high note.
• 55:05
Speaker 1: We haven't seen hardly any other real evidence, and we will see it when the trial coming in.
• 55:10
Speaker 1: At that point we'll see how it's going to carry out.
• 55:13
Speaker 1: But other than that, enjoy your weekend.
• 55:18
  Speaker 1: Stay safe.
• 55:21
Speaker 1: Keep your head on the swivel if you walk in your dog, pick the poop up.
• 55:28
Speaker 1: Don't let nobody come get y'all.
• 55:30
Speaker 1: Y'all know they be lurking and if you driving, keep your seatbelt on.
• 55:34
  Speaker 1: Stay safe.
• 55:35
Speaker 1: Much love, as always, I love y'all.
• 55:46
Speaker 1: Be safe, enjoy y'all weekend.
• 55:48
Speaker 1: See y'all Monday and I'm out.
