- 0:04Speaker 1: This is the Rogue Recap with Linda McLaughlin. She's unfiltered, unforgiving,

- 0:15Speaker 1: Rogue Recap.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Hey guys, welcome back to the Rogue Recap. It is
- 0:21Speaker 2: uh what is today? Today is Tuesday. It's pouring rain
- 0:24Speaker 2: here and definitely starting to feel like school is back
- 0:28Speaker 2: in session. I remember that when I was a kid
- 0:30Speaker 2: in the weather, he used to get colder, like at
- 0:32Speaker 2: the end of the summer, and I'd be super sacked.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I was like, it's over, We're going back. I mean,
- 0:36Speaker 2: I was a nerd. I like school, but still I
- 0:39Speaker 2: hate it going back. And now I got four kids,
- 0:42Speaker 2: two of them in college and two going back to
- 0:44Speaker 2: school next week and the week after, so we're in
- 0:47Speaker 2: full school mode here at my house. And I have
- 0:49Speaker 2: to say, you know, I was looking at all the
- 0:52Speaker 2: things that are happening in DC and a lot of
- 0:54Speaker 2: these people taking their kids back to school and going
- 0:57Speaker 2: to work and walking around and they don't have to
- 1:00Speaker 2: walk over homeless people and drug addicts and needles and
- 1:04Speaker 2: you know, feces and urine all over their streets, and
- 1:07Speaker 2: then you got these lunatics that are protesting and saying
- 1:13Speaker 2: that it's you know, it's Nazis, it's Hitler, it's it's
- 1:16Speaker 2: a takeover because of the fact that President Trump is
- 1:20Speaker 2: federalizing control of the city. Now here's what's interesting about this,
- 1:24Speaker 2: right some of you may have heard of this woman, Anagiratelli.
- 1:28Speaker 2: She is a Washington Examiner Department of Homeland Security reporter.
- 1:32Speaker 2: She was sexually assaulted in twenty twenty and talked about
- 1:37Speaker 2: how her assault was not even entered into the records
- 1:41Speaker 2: because they manipulate the statistical data of the crime in DC.
- 1:46Speaker 2: And the former police chief is now an administrative leave
- 1:49Speaker 2: as they look into this manipulation. The Department of Justice
- 1:52Speaker 2: is finally taking it upon themselves to figure out what
- 1:56Speaker 2: the hell is going on. But all of the local
- 1:59Speaker 2: people that live in the DC metro and if any
- 2:02Speaker 2: of you have ever been to our nation's capital, you know,
- 2:04Speaker 2: you walk through Union Station, it's just it's terrible. It's
- 2:08Speaker 2: tons of drug addicts, homeless people. It smells terrible. You
- 2:12Speaker 2: literally cannot go five feet without walking over someone or
- 2:16Speaker 2: bumping into someone, or having someone to you know, come
- 2:19Speaker 2: up and beg from you, and then you go outside
- 2:22Speaker 2: and it's no better. Their homeless encampments are everywhere. They're
- 2:24Speaker 2: all over, you know, the National Mall. It's it's really,
- 2:28Speaker 2: first of all, it's sad, right because a lot of
- 2:30Speaker 2: these people that are homeless have mental illness, so they're outside.
- 2:33Speaker 2: They have no place to go because of the fact
- 2:35Speaker 2: that they are struggling. They're struggling with mental illness. And
- 2:39Speaker 2: we've closed down a lot of those facilities because Democrat
- 2:42Speaker 2: administrations like to take all of our tax dollars and
- 2:46Speaker 2: allocate them to foreign invaders and illegal immigrants instead of
- 2:50Speaker 2: giving them to our veterans with post traumatic stress disorder
- 2:54Speaker 2: or to people who have struggled their whole life with
- 2:56Speaker 2: mental health, whether it's bipolari schizophrenia, and now they're out
- 2:59Speaker 2: on the sh streets because they actually can't find work
- 3:02Speaker 2: because they are not of sound mind. They should be
- 3:04Speaker 2: an assistant living, they should be in a mental institution.
- 3:07Speaker 2: They should be taking some sort of you know, medicine
- 3:11Speaker 2: so that they could regulate their various their various issues.
- 3:15Speaker 2: It's just it's just sad, and it just goes back
- 3:19Speaker 2: to like the main issue, right, like if we don't
- 3:20Speaker 2: start taking care of our own, from our veterans, to
- 3:23Speaker 2: our homeless, to our women and children, to our elderly,
- 3:26Speaker 2: we are going to lose our country. And if you
- 3:28Speaker 2: look around and you see people defending Sharia law, Islamic
- 3:32Speaker 2: centers and illegal immigrants and they want to attack ICE officers,
- 3:37Speaker 2: we have people within Congress that are docksing ICE officers
- 3:41Speaker 2: and telling you where they're going to be and hide
- 3:43Speaker 2: from them. You know, this is it's just beyond the pale.
- 3:47Speaker 2: If you don't want to be here and you don't
- 3:49Speaker 2: want to live the way that we live, and you
- 3:51Speaker 2: don't want to adhere to our laws, that's fine. No
- 3:54Speaker 2: one's keeping you here. I promise you don't let the
- 3:57Speaker 2: door hit you on the way, you know, in the
- 3:58Speaker 2: ass on the way out. Oh now, please immediately. This
- 4:02Speaker 2: is a massive issue that we have in the United
- 4:04Speaker 2: States of America. And to that point, the President even
- 4:08Speaker 2: said today he's having various people go into the museums
- 4:12Speaker 2: and the Smithsonian, et cetera, and looking around to see
- 4:16Speaker 2: what they're teaching our kids when they go on these
- 4:18Speaker 2: school trips to these various you know, establishments that get
- 4:21Speaker 2: all this taxpayer funding and they're in there just bashing
- 4:25Speaker 2: the history of America. This is the greatest country in
- 4:28Speaker 2: the world, you know, and this whole idea of like
- 4:31Speaker 2: we're a melting pot, We're not really a melting pot.
- 4:33Speaker 2: We're like a bunch of melting pots kind of sitting
- 4:35Speaker 2: next to each other, and sometimes we're mingle and sometimes
- 4:37Speaker 2: we don't, and we're kind of doing our best. But
- 4:40Speaker 2: we are definitely the nation in the world that has
- 4:45Speaker 2: really given the most freedom to its people and done
- 4:47Speaker 2: its best to not sort of control the people beyond
- 4:52Speaker 2: what we consider to be a defensible manner. Right. We're
- 4:55Speaker 2: not trying to tell people how to live their lives
- 4:57Speaker 2: in their home. We want you to do the right thing.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Don't her puppies, don't hurt babies, you know, if you
- 5:02Speaker 2: want to celebrate your culture in your house. But we
- 5:04Speaker 2: don't need the call to prayer five times a day
- 5:07Speaker 2: like they're doing in different places in Michigan and Minnesota
- 5:09Speaker 2: and Texas right now. That's not what America is about.
- 5:12Speaker 2: We're a Judeo Christian nation. We want you to live
- 5:15Speaker 2: and prosper. We want you to build businesses, be an
- 5:18Speaker 2: entrepreneurial work for an entrepreneur, work for a great company,
- 5:21Speaker 2: become a tradesman, all the things. But this whole idea
- 5:25Speaker 2: of I'm going to come to America, I'm going to
- 5:28Speaker 2: live off the dole. And that's what America is all about.
- 5:31Speaker 2: You know, the money is just falling from the trees.
- 5:33Speaker 2: It's actually not falling from the trees. It's off of
- 5:36Speaker 2: the backs of people like myself, my husband and our
- 5:39Speaker 2: families who put in, you know, fifteen twenty hour days
- 5:42Speaker 2: doing various jobs trying to make the rent work. And
- 5:46Speaker 2: things are ridiculously expensive, whether it's health insurance or the
- 5:50Speaker 2: subways or a track or your highway costs. You know,
- 5:54Speaker 2: all these things are increasing. And why is it increasing
- 5:58Speaker 2: Because we're taking care of too many peace people who
- 6:00Speaker 2: are just depleting the system. They don't put anything in.
- 6:05Speaker 2: They take, they take, they take. And finally we have
- 6:08Speaker 2: a president who's like, hey, I have a new idea.
- 6:12Speaker 2: If you're on government benefits, if you're on welfare, food stamps,
- 6:16Speaker 2: assistance of any kind, and you are of you know,
- 6:19Speaker 2: sound body and mind, how about you earn a little
- 6:22Speaker 2: bit of what you're taking. How about that? You know,
- 6:24Speaker 2: there's nothing I love to see more than no ebt
- 6:28Speaker 2: on all of the fancy coffees, the expensive soft drinks,
- 6:32Speaker 2: the snacks that are no good for you, and then
- 6:35Speaker 2: things that are covered that are good for you, you know,
- 6:38Speaker 2: sort of like the staples of life, eggs, bread, milk,
- 6:42Speaker 2: cereal for your kids, et cetera. These are the things
- 6:45Speaker 2: that should be covered by food stamps. And it's so
- 6:48Speaker 2: great to finally see somebody saying, yeah, that's actually not
- 6:51Speaker 2: covered and we're not going to do that for you.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I can't even tell you how happy it makes me.
- 6:55Speaker 2: And all these people they're losing their minds. I mean
- 6:57Speaker 2: they're absolutely out of their minds and they're like, what
- 7:00Speaker 2: do you mean I have to work for the money
- 7:03Speaker 2: that the government's giving me. I don't know, that's what
- 7:06Speaker 2: the rest of us do. Where do you think the
- 7:08Speaker 2: money that you're getting comes from? I mean, really that
- 7:12Speaker 2: this is the thing that drives me. Banana is the
- 7:14Speaker 2: most I want you to take a listen to this woman.
- 7:16Speaker 2: She's on government assistance. She gets the maximum allowable amount.
- 7:20Speaker 2: She has three children, and she is baffled by the
- 7:23Speaker 2: fact that she has to allocate some of her time
- 7:27Speaker 2: to actually giving a little back for all that she gets.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Just take a listen.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Can someone please help me make sense of this. I've
- 7:37Speaker 3: been receiving food stamps for the last seven years consistently.
- 7:44Speaker 3: I just receive a letter in the mail telling me
- 7:47Speaker 3: that I now have to do community service hours at
- 7:52Speaker 3: least at least fifteen hours a week. I have to
- 7:56Speaker 3: take out of my time things that I do every
- 7:59Speaker 3: day to do community service so that I can still
- 8:02Speaker 3: continue to receive the benefits that I receive. Mind you,
- 8:06Speaker 3: I am receiving the maximum benefit. I get two thousand
- 8:09Speaker 3: dollars in food stamps a month, but that is only
- 8:12Speaker 3: because I have three kids. Now, how do they expect
- 8:19Speaker 3: me to be able to do community service hours if
- 8:23Speaker 3: I can't even get a regular job. So I'm at
- 8:28Speaker 3: risk of losing my food Stap benefits because I'm not
- 8:31Speaker 3: putting an effort.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Are you serious? Yes, we're serious. Here's a novel idea.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Why don't you try working like the rest of us.
- 8:41Speaker 2: This whole idea of I can't find a job. How
- 8:43Speaker 2: can you not find a job? I mean, honestly, you
- 8:47Speaker 2: cannot go within even a few feet without finding a
- 8:52Speaker 2: help wanted sign. Everybody's hiring. Everyone is hiring, and if
- 8:57Speaker 2: you are unable to find a job. Well, then you
- 9:01Speaker 2: are the problem. Maybe you need to look at yourself.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Maybe you need to do something that you weren't intending
- 9:07Speaker 2: on doing so that you could pay your bills. And
- 9:09Speaker 2: I can't tell you how many times I've had this
- 9:11Speaker 2: conversation with people who were on benefits and I'm like,
- 9:14Speaker 2: so get a part time job at least, and I
- 9:15Speaker 2: get the same thing. Well, I can't take too much
- 9:18Speaker 2: because then I won't be able to get my benefits.
- 9:23Speaker 2: What this is, This is the concept we don't want
- 9:27Speaker 2: to make too much money because we don't want them
- 9:30Speaker 2: to take away our money. It's not your money, that's
- 9:34Speaker 2: taxpayer dollars. You know, there's a movie called The Cinderella
- 9:37Speaker 2: Man with Russell Crowe. It's really old. It's one of
- 9:40Speaker 2: my favorites. I absolutely love it. And he does this,
- 9:43Speaker 2: you know, it shows you know, that was right around
- 9:45Speaker 2: the nineteen twenty nine stock market crash. And he's a boxer.
- 9:50Speaker 2: He lost all his money in the stock market and
- 9:53Speaker 2: he's in really bad shape. So, long story short, he
- 9:57Speaker 2: goes to government assistance. He's standing on the line and
- 10:00Speaker 2: he's got to get government assistants because he can't get work.
- 10:04Speaker 2: And the woman who gives him the money was like, oh,
- 10:07Speaker 2: I can't believe you're here and chastises him, which really
- 10:09Speaker 2: is that what he needed at that moment. But anyways,
- 10:12Speaker 2: fast forward in the movie. You know, he's back in
- 10:14Speaker 2: the black things are doing good and he takes the
- 10:16Speaker 2: money back and the government assistance worker, who like made
- 10:20Speaker 2: fun of him, was like, what are you doing here?
- 10:22Speaker 2: And he's like, I believe I live in the greatest
- 10:24Speaker 2: country in the world. Who will help a man when
- 10:26Speaker 2: he's down, And I'm here to repay the favor. That's
- 10:29Speaker 2: the concept. The concept is not cradle to grave, be
- 10:32Speaker 2: on the dole. The concept is, uh, oh I've hit
- 10:36Speaker 2: a rough patch. I need a little help, you know.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I personally feel blessed that as hard as my upbringing was,
- 10:43Speaker 2: and as hard as my mom worked and did everything
- 10:45Speaker 2: she did, God bless her for us, we never took
- 10:48Speaker 2: government assistance. At our lowest of low my mom was like,
- 10:51Speaker 2: I can do it. I can work. She was working
- 10:54Speaker 2: two three jobs, working around the clock, never sleeping. I
- 10:57Speaker 2: started babysitting when I was ten. I started and I
- 11:00Speaker 2: got my part time working papers I think when I
- 11:02Speaker 2: was thirteen or fourteen, sorry, working in the stores, go
- 11:05Speaker 2: to school all day, work all night, do your homework.
- 11:08Speaker 2: You know, that's a work ethic that you have to
- 11:10Speaker 2: be brought up with. You have to teach your kids.
- 11:13Speaker 2: You know, life is hard, but if you work hard,
- 11:15Speaker 2: you'll be rewarded and you'll be able to live a
- 11:18Speaker 2: life where when you take those breaks and you take
- 11:19Speaker 2: those moments, you're happy. And that seems to be lost
- 11:23Speaker 2: on you know, a lot of these generations, especially the
- 11:26Speaker 2: boomer generation. You know, these protesters that are down there
- 11:30Speaker 2: screaming at President Vice President Vance and Secretary of Defense
- 11:36Speaker 2: Pete Hegseth and Stephen Miller. You know, they're going to
- 11:39Speaker 2: you know, they're in the Capitol and they're you know,
- 11:41Speaker 2: they're welcoming the National Guard and they're thanking them for
- 11:44Speaker 2: their assistance and they're thanking them for their time. And
- 11:49Speaker 2: there's these hecklers screaming, I mean literally screaming at them
- 11:54Speaker 2: because they're mad that they're there. Meanwhile, the hecklers are
- 11:58Speaker 2: all old white people. The DC Metro is almost I
- 12:03Speaker 2: think it's like eighty five or ninety percent black. Who
- 12:06Speaker 2: are you to talk about the DC Metro community and
- 12:10Speaker 2: the crime and the trauma that they face every day,
- 12:13Speaker 2: just trying to go about their day. Where do you live?
- 12:17Speaker 2: And that's the problem. You talk to them where you're from.
- 12:18Speaker 2: This one's from Markansas, This one's from Colorado, This one's
- 12:22Speaker 2: from California, This one's from New York. None of these
- 12:25Speaker 2: people are local. They don't know what it's like to
- 12:27Speaker 2: live in these communities. It's absolutely incredible. I will say,
- 12:32Speaker 2: you know, Stephen Miller, he roasted them and it was
- 12:34Speaker 2: very well done.
- 12:35Speaker 4: First of all, thank you're the Vice president for bringing
- 12:38Speaker 4: us here today. Thank you Secretary for your leadership, and
- 12:41Speaker 4: most importantly, think you hear the men and women of
- 12:43Speaker 4: the National Guard. Here's the most important point. There are
- 12:47Speaker 4: residents who lived in Washington, d C. Their entire lives.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Their parents lived here, their grandparents lived here, and they
- 12:55Speaker 4: have lived for generations in intolerable conditions of I'm in decay.
- 13:01Speaker 4: There are parts of the city I moved to the
- 13:03Speaker 4: city twenty years ago. There are places where I've seen
- 13:06Speaker 4: graffiti that has been untouched for two decades. There are
- 13:10Speaker 4: homeless encampments that have made it impossible for families to
- 13:14Speaker 4: use public parks and public recreation for as long as
- 13:17Speaker 4: I've lived here. There are hundreds of residents of this
- 13:20Speaker 4: city who are shot in street violence every single year,
- 13:26Speaker 4: making it among the most violent cities on planet Earth.
- 13:30Speaker 4: And for too long, ninety nine percent of this city
- 13:34Speaker 4: has been terrorized by one percent.
- 13:37Speaker 5: Of the city.
- 13:38Speaker 4: And the voices that you hear out there, those crazy communists,
- 13:42Speaker 4: they have no roots, they have no connections to the city.
- 13:45Speaker 4: They have no families they are raising this city. They
- 13:47Speaker 4: have no one that they are sending to school in
- 13:49Speaker 4: this city, they have no jobs in the city, they
- 13:51Speaker 4: have no connections to this community at all. But they're
- 13:54Speaker 4: the ones who've been advocating for the one percent, the criminals,
- 13:58Speaker 4: the killers, the rapists, the dealers. And I'm glad they're
- 14:01Speaker 4: here today because me, Pete and the Vice President are
- 14:04Speaker 4: all gonna leave here and inspired by them, we're gonna
- 14:06Speaker 4: add thousands more resources to this city to get the
- 14:10Speaker 4: criminals and the gang members out of here. We're gonna
- 14:12Speaker 4: disamandle those networks, and we're gonna prove that a city
- 14:16Speaker 4: can serve for the law abiding citizens who live there.
- 14:20Speaker 4: We are not gonna let the communists destroy a great
- 14:23Speaker 4: American city, let alone the nation's capital. And let's just
- 14:27Speaker 4: also adds another thing, all these demonstrators that you've seen
- 14:30Speaker 4: out here in recent days, all of these elderly white hippies,
- 14:34Speaker 4: they're not part of the city and never happen. And
- 14:37Speaker 4: by the way, most of the citizens who live in Washington,
- 14:39Speaker 4: d C. Are black. This is not a city that
- 14:43Speaker 4: has had any safety for its black citizens for generations.
- 14:49Speaker 4: And President Trump is the one who is fixing that
- 14:52Speaker 4: with the support in the Metropolitan Police Department to support
- 14:54Speaker 4: the National Guard and our federal law enforcement officers.
- 14:58Speaker 2: So we're gonna.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Ignore these stupid white hips that all need to go
- 15:01Speaker 4: home and take a nap because they're all over ninety
- 15:04Speaker 4: years old, and we're going to get back to the
- 15:06Speaker 4: business of protecting the American people and the citizens of
- 15:08Speaker 4: Washington disiasm.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Thank you, Steven, A few questions. I absolutely love this.
- 15:15Speaker 2: I love that someone finally called them on their bullshit
- 15:18Speaker 2: because it's so true. You know, there are protests all
- 15:22Speaker 2: around where I live because I live in kind of
- 15:23Speaker 2: a purple area, and the most recent protest, my husband
- 15:27Speaker 2: and I noted that that every single person in this
- 15:32Speaker 2: damn protest had to be sixty five plus. I'm like,
- 15:35Speaker 2: did they just go to every fifty five and over
- 15:37Speaker 2: living community and say, hey, you want to make a
- 15:39Speaker 2: hundred bucks for the day, hold this sign and yell
- 15:42Speaker 2: stupid things. They were like, all right, I wasn't doing
- 15:44Speaker 2: anything anyway. I mean, it is the most bizarre thing
- 15:47Speaker 2: in the world. And they're really toxic. They're nasty, they're mean.
- 15:53Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't actually know if they're all
- 15:55Speaker 2: like triggered, if they if they're giving them some sort
- 15:58Speaker 2: of medicine before they go out and they protest, that's like,
- 16:01Speaker 2: you know, here's your extra mean pill. I mean, they're
- 16:04Speaker 2: just so nasty. They get in the way and they're screaming.
- 16:06Speaker 2: They're screaming at anybody that they can. They're mad at everybody,
- 16:11Speaker 2: and there's no rhyme or reason to it whatsoever. I'm like,
- 16:14Speaker 2: what are you doing here? Are you saying that you
- 16:17Speaker 2: want more crime? Are you saying that you feel that
- 16:21Speaker 2: this is wrong? They're not going in around and you know,
- 16:24Speaker 2: the National Guard's not patrolling the street saying hey, what
- 16:27Speaker 2: are you texting right now? You know this isn't like
- 16:29Speaker 2: Big Brother nineteen eighty four McCarthyism. This is oh hey, uh,
- 16:35Speaker 2: you five guys attacking a grandma trying to cross the
- 16:38Speaker 2: street and take her purse from her, and she can't
- 16:41Speaker 2: defend herself because you guys are all fourteen years old
- 16:43Speaker 2: and your juvenile delinquents, because you probably have a bad
- 16:46Speaker 2: home life, which is a whole other show in and
- 16:48Speaker 2: of itself. That's the real issue. That's that's who they're
- 16:53Speaker 2: going after. They're going after illegal immigrants, they're going after
- 16:57Speaker 2: career criminals, and they're going after peopleople that are attacking
- 17:00Speaker 2: those who cannot protect themselves. And the Metro Police Department
- 17:05Speaker 2: of DC under Muriel Bowser has done a pretty terrible job.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And now they got their police chief. I mean, you
- 17:12Speaker 2: look at their police chief, you look at their you know,
- 17:15Speaker 2: head of police, you look at their you know, internal
- 17:19Speaker 2: organizers of the police department that are supposed to be
- 17:22Speaker 2: you know the thing, I forget what it's called when
- 17:24Speaker 2: they investigate one another. But it's like all of these
- 17:27Speaker 2: people that are supposed to be corralling and supporting each
- 17:30Speaker 2: other and the city are like one big DEI project.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I'm like, where'd you guys come from? What did you
- 17:36Speaker 2: do before you did this? Because you are really messing
- 17:39Speaker 2: this up. And it's like, instead of swallowing your pride,
- 17:42Speaker 2: and saying, you know, there's babies getting shot. I was
- 17:45Speaker 2: talking about this today with a friend and we were
- 17:47Speaker 2: looking at this little one year old that was shot.
- 17:50Speaker 2: She's still in the hospital in a coma. She's a baby,
- 17:54Speaker 2: a one year old little baby. Yes, she's black, she's
- 17:58Speaker 2: a black little baby. Where are all the people there?
- 18:01Speaker 2: Where's BLM? Now you don't care about her, she doesn't matter.
- 18:05Speaker 2: You're not going to march in the street for that
- 18:06Speaker 2: little soul and pray that she pulls through. Oh no,
- 18:10Speaker 2: that doesn't work for the mantra. Right, we need a
- 18:11Speaker 2: bunch of double white people standing around talking trash about
- 18:15Speaker 2: a city they don't live in, an issue they don't
- 18:17Speaker 2: care about, and just getting their pay to play for
- 18:19Speaker 2: that moment. I mean, what a crock of shit. It's infuriating.
- 18:22Speaker 2: So I thought I would get a few pieces of
- 18:25Speaker 2: audio of people that actually live in DC. Every one
- 18:29Speaker 2: of these people is black. Every one of these people
- 18:31Speaker 2: is talking about how they live in the metro and
- 18:34Speaker 2: they will express to you how they're feeling about what
- 18:37Speaker 2: is happening. I think it's a good thing because, you
- 18:40Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, it's better for the community and
- 18:42Speaker 2: safer for the kids.
- 18:43Speaker 4: Stop the violence.
- 18:44Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, us and not slugs.
- 18:45Speaker 6: I enjoy having extra security.
- 18:48Speaker 5: I think it's a good thing.
- 18:49Speaker 2: I mean, you want to feel safe when you're out
- 18:52Speaker 2: and about, especially females.
- 18:54Speaker 5: It's a good thing because it actually reinforces the fact
- 18:56Speaker 5: that America is secure, safe, stable.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Elliot Rea says he supports the federal involvement.
- 19:02Speaker 5: As a moderate. As a centrist, I think something needs
- 19:04Speaker 5: to be done. I have three kids, I'm about to
- 19:06Speaker 5: start teaching next week. I wanted to be saved.
- 19:09Speaker 6: Do you not understand that this is what the residents want.
- 19:12Speaker 6: I'm not talking about the bougie upper Echelon's bougie blacks.
- 19:18Speaker 6: I'm talking about the everyday grandmas that have to deal
- 19:21Speaker 6: with these homeless people peeing and pooping on their steps
- 19:25Speaker 6: and then they have to clean it up. They don't
- 19:27Speaker 6: feel safe when they walk into their neighborhood. The gangs
- 19:32Speaker 6: and the drug the dope boys are just standing around
- 19:35Speaker 6: the corner, you know, like, do you not understand this
- 19:39Speaker 6: is what they want? I remember working with the community
- 19:43Speaker 6: leader and somebody had just gotten shot. This is like
- 19:46Speaker 6: five years ago, and I remember her praying and she
- 19:49Speaker 6: said Crystal, We're gonna have to invoke the National Guard,
- 19:54Speaker 6: And that was so foreign to me.
- 19:56Speaker 2: Now I understand the shit. These people are helpless.
- 19:58Speaker 6: And I'm not talking about the boo she black people
- 20:00Speaker 6: that live in their gated communities with their new bills.
- 20:03Speaker 6: I'm talking about the everyday grandmothers, and I'm so glad
- 20:06Speaker 6: that President Trump cares about them.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Isn't that funny to hear from people that actually live there,
- 20:12Speaker 2: that are telling you, you know, I'm a moderate, I'm
- 20:15Speaker 2: a centrist. You know, I'm just out and about trying
- 20:18Speaker 2: to live my life. And they're being very, very honest
- 20:22Speaker 2: about the fact that they're happy about what President Trump
- 20:26Speaker 2: is doing. They're grateful that somebody finally took notice and said,
- 20:31Speaker 2: instead of just saying we can do something and not
- 20:35Speaker 2: actually being able to do something, how about we do
- 20:38Speaker 2: something because we can. That's what the National Guard is for.
- 20:42Speaker 2: The National Guard is to protect and guard our national treasures.
- 20:48Speaker 2: What's more important than our people. That's what they're there for.
- 20:53Speaker 2: We need them. We need them now more than ever,
- 20:55Speaker 2: I'll tell you that much. And I think it's absolutely
- 20:57Speaker 2: incredible that we were able to get to a spot
- 21:01Speaker 2: where we could honestly and truthfully bring people in to
- 21:05Speaker 2: protect those people who actually live in Washington, d C.
- 21:09Speaker 2: And God bless Stephen Miller for calling it out like
- 21:11Speaker 2: it is, because it is a load of shit to
- 21:14Speaker 2: say that this is some sort of federal takeover and
- 21:17Speaker 2: it's the oppression of the people. It's actually the exact opposite.
- 21:22Speaker 2: And we need to find answers for all those homeless encampments,
- 21:25Speaker 2: all those people that lived in those encampments. We need
- 21:28Speaker 2: to find answers. We need to find facilities and resources
- 21:31Speaker 2: to get those folks back back on their feet. We
- 21:36Speaker 2: want to help them be productive members of society. We
- 21:39Speaker 2: want to help them stop taking and leeching off of
- 21:41Speaker 2: the government or turning to the absolute worst resort, which
- 21:46Speaker 2: is living in the cold on the streets. It's cold
- 21:48Speaker 2: in DC in the winter. That's what these people should
- 21:52Speaker 2: be out there protesting about. Maybe stop holding your sign,
- 21:55Speaker 2: get your hands dirty, go volunteer at a homeless shelter.
- 21:58Speaker 2: To go volunteer and help these people out doing the cleanup.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Get into the weeds. If you really want to know
- 22:04Speaker 2: what's going on, go there and find out. You're screaming
- 22:07Speaker 2: and crying about a bunch of nonsense, because the people
- 22:10Speaker 2: that live there are grateful, So why don't you go
- 22:12Speaker 2: back home, like this woman just said, to your bougie
- 22:15Speaker 2: gated community and shut up. Do us all a favorite. Please?
- 22:20Speaker 2: This has been the Roague Recap. I am Linda McLaughlin.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Thank you as always for being here. Please follow us
- 22:24Speaker 2: at Linda Mick at the Rogue Recap. Actually it's at
- 22:27Speaker 2: Roague Recap. I keep saying that, but it's at Rogue Recap.
- 22:30Speaker 2: We will be back tomorrow with more news. I think
- 22:33Speaker 2: tomorrow I'm going to do an expose on our communist
- 22:37Speaker 2: Congress people. We have so many of them, and most
- 22:40Speaker 2: of them are from other countries. I don't even think
- 22:42Speaker 2: they should be allowed to be in Congress. And I
- 22:44Speaker 2: definitely don't think anybody should be in Congress that trashes
- 22:47Speaker 2: America and says they love their home country more than
- 22:49Speaker 2: they love America. So we'll do a whole show on
- 22:52Speaker 2: that tomorrow. Stay safe, everybody, have a good night. We'll
- 22:55Speaker 2: see then
