- 0:57Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:27Unknown: Oh, here we go. Here can.
- 1:39Unknown: You know a theme song? How
- 1:42about stealing the wheel?
- 1:44I can do a little review. Clams to the left of me, jokers to the right. Here I am. Here
- 1:50Unknown: we all are, Chris.
- 1:55Yeah, those old familiar lyrics were kind of walking on em today and of course, it's a Tuesday and it's the nineteenth. Chris Cave obviously is on with us already. Y'all heard a little his dialogue there in the background. Roger Sales here on the other end. Your your modern day abolitionist.
- 2:12That's right.
- 2:14Except you know, we all our big differences, we try and free all the races.
- 2:19Here at the Radio Ranch on the People's Patriot Network
- 2:23and
- 2:24gosh, it's there's a lot going on, man. I tell you, it's a heck of a time to be alive right here as we start out this morning, Chris and
- 2:33the price of gold
- 2:35is just a smidge below $13.04
- 2:38of 40.
- 2:40So,
- 2:41it's the highest it's been in a while and they're not fighting it today
- 2:45which is very interesting but usually as it goes up like that, they're knocking it down and that's not happening this morning
- 2:52and the price of of the let's see when I looked earlier, let me do a refresh here and get the latest.
- 2:59When I looked earlier,
- 3:01the Dow was down 21 and gold had spiked up. Now, gold is they just knocked gold down a little bit
- 3:08and let's see in the market.
- 3:10It's still just down 32 points or something. So,
- 3:14anyway, that's how we're going to start off the day. There's a lot of geopolitical
- 3:18things happening of great import.
- 3:21I was sure hoping, you know, you said you tried to call in yesterday and I didn't see your call
- 3:26but
- 3:27to come in
- 3:28to my board where I see people trying to access us and wanna be added.
- 3:34It's how we have to do today. You can't just access us, Chris. I have to add you. So
- 3:41I didn't see that yesterday.
- 3:43Usually, I would told him right before the show if if I didn't hear from Chris two days in a row, I'm generally concerned
- 3:49because they may have run you off into some other cubbyhole over there in Clark County.
- 3:56Unknown: It's certainly a plausible consideration.
- 3:58I appreciate the interest in my welfare because
- 4:01I don't think they have my true welfare at their hearts,
- 4:05black hearts.
- 4:06Unknown: No. No. No. There's a lot of black heart operations going on. There's few things I want to talk about today.
- 4:14One, Venezuela
- 4:16and and discuss some information. I didn't know till I read some of these articles. I damn well guarantee y'all didn't know it and don't and
- 4:24throw a whole new
- 4:27wrinkle on that little situation that seems to be accelerating.
- 4:32The other thing was
- 4:34Brent sent me last week a guy. You know who Colonel Wilkerson is?
- 4:40Chris, you probably seen him and just maybe not be able to identify him. He used to be Colin Powell's chief of staff guy.
- 4:48Unknown: Oh,
- 4:49on the Condoleezza Rice.
- 4:53Unknown: Well, no. Condoleezza Rice wasn't his
- 4:57colon pals. I'll add Shane here, chief of staff. This guy is a real good guy. Okay?
- 5:04And he's a professor and the head of a couple of
- 5:08military colleges and he speaks very frankly
- 5:11and he's not an Israeli
- 5:12apologist
- 5:14and so anyway, I've seen him before. I know who he is. I like the way he speaks and what he says and
- 5:20last week, right before the show,
- 5:24Brent sent me
- 5:25a video talk of his and so I was watching it.
- 5:29Pretty impressed as always and
- 5:31there on the right, it was at a confab in DC
- 5:35and a pretty big confab and as over on the right on YouTube where they got correlated videos listed,
- 5:44I just started looking through some of those and I've been enthralled with it for the last couple of days. It's a pretty big and they do this evidently annually and I think I've seen a couple of years of different
- 5:54different ones but
- 5:56it's a lot of people honestly getting up, Chris, and talking honestly, straightforwardly,
- 6:03and forthrightly
- 6:04about this Israel situation
- 6:07and what's happened and the history and all the nuclear stuff they've stolen and all the political stuff they do and all these other intrigues that they're constantly at the center of, right?
- 6:20Well, one of em I watched last night was a guy
- 6:24very,
- 6:26I mean, you know, I I don't have a a hatred for all Jews.
- 6:29I've had some of the closest friends in my life have been Jewish and their their ethnicity has some real their comedy and their stick comedy and all that stuff. Well, this guy that they have as a panelist on this obviously,
- 6:43let's expose Israel
- 6:46day long seminar
- 6:48in DC and
- 6:50this guy's I think his name was Gideon Levy
- 6:55and he is if the last name may be wrong, I believe it's right. I know his first name was Gideon and
- 7:03he did an hour long talk, Chris. He's one of the
- 7:06really well known
- 7:08journalists,
- 7:09editorialists
- 7:10at Haritz
- 7:11and he's extremely critical of Israel.
- 7:15He doesn't catch any flack over there if you try and criticize Israel over here. You get, you know, it's it's
- 7:23pitiful, man.
- 7:24Unknown: And well, he's real funny. One of the things he said is he said,
- 7:29the only country in the world where Trump is loved is Israel which is not totally correct and he said, the only country in the world where Netanyahu is loved is The United States.
- 7:42I just thought it was real funny.
- 7:44Unknown: He had a good sense of humor but
- 7:46I I was really encouraged to see so many people, several of em Jewish
- 7:51get up there and start pointing fingers and and calling Zionism out because that's what we're dealing with. We're not dealing with the Jewish people. We're dealing with the Zionist political movement, masquerading and encompassing
- 8:03the Jewish people and giving us that
- 8:07that equivocation.
- 8:09Instead of, you know, they mix em together here where you can't separate the two and then they play on one of them for their sympathies and their defense. So that was real interesting to me and I wanted to talk about it a little bit.
- 8:23Unknown: Well, I certainly
- 8:25agree with you. In fact, your observation
- 8:27that many of the so called self claimed to be Jews, may not actually be or more likely other tribes,
- 8:34but
- 8:36their proclivity and many of them have true hearts of truth like the fellow Gideon Levi or Levy that you were speaking about. And we have to admire those because they are some of the best artisans,
- 8:47artists,
- 8:49singers,
- 8:50dancers,
- 8:51Al Jolson for one.
- 8:53You know, you can go back in time, and these people are wonderful
- 8:57jewelry craftsman or jewelry
- 9:00craftsman.
- 9:01They do wonderful things on the planet.
- 9:04And, you know, we all and they're they're light and skin color like we are, so it's difficult to tear them apart a lot of time except for some of their particular
- 9:12physiognomic
- 9:13nomenclatures
- 9:14that we so love them for.
- 9:17But,
- 9:19really,
- 9:20Zionism is a cult. It's not a religion. It's a political cult. It's a it's a political cult. It has nothing to do with religion. It has to do with an agenda. Political agenda will bring the nation. That's right and it's also important to know that not all Zionists are Jews and not all Jews are Zionists.
- 9:36Unknown: So, anyway, that's the issue that we, of course, deal with all the time because the
- 9:41bad element of that is pretty much what's done
- 9:46what we try to undo
- 9:49here
- 9:50as the modern day abolitionist,
- 9:53Chris.
- 9:54Unknown: Don't you love that? I like that. Yeah, it's got a ring to it, doesn't it? He's got a ring to you. He's got this just just
- 10:03Unknown: it I started thinking about it when
- 10:08Daryl sent me that site here a couple of weeks ago. That quote from
- 10:12I think it was Harriet Beecher Stowe and you know, I've mentioned it a couple times on the program here in our conversations and
- 10:19that being that I've, she said, I freed a thousand slaves
- 10:24and I could have freed thousands
- 10:27more if they only knew
- 10:30they were slaves.
- 10:34Unknown: Very salient.
- 10:36Unknown: Very profound, isn't it? Hey, do you know that yesterday along with President's Day,
- 10:41it was being President's Day. It was also
- 10:44Joe's Joe Stack Day, Chris.
- 10:50Unknown: Guess that fact that had picked my observations.
- 10:53Unknown: You, did you miss Joe Stack Day yesterday?
- 10:56I
- 11:01saw this article yesterday. I pulled it up. I remember this. Many of you will.
- 11:08It's quite intriguing and it's perplexing to them and it's very much like a telltale to us. You know, I've mentioned what a telltale
- 11:16is in sailing in nautical terms before.
- 11:19Joe Stack on
- 11:21February
- 11:2218,
- 11:24he was 53 years old at the time. This was what was the year?
- 11:29I don't know if it gives the year right off.
- 11:33Was the guy that was a small businessman
- 11:36in, I think it was Austin or was it Fort Worth, Dallas?
- 11:40And he took his private plane, rode a suicide note,
- 11:45went up, and flew it into the IRS Building there in
- 11:50Chris, are you moving I don't know that. What's what's going on? You're moving around or what? I'm getting some ambient noise from there.
- 11:56Unknown: Well, I'm hearing the Oh,
- 12:01Unknown: Shane's joining.
- 12:02Alright. Yeah.
- 12:04Hold on. I gotta call Thomas back here. He's gonna join us. That was you, Shane.
- 12:10What's that? What did I do? I think there was some
- 12:14ambient noise in the background there. No. No. I'm moved. Okay, you're not you're. Chris is is echoing.
- 12:21Chris is echoing. Yeah, there's a little funkiness on his connection. We're going to get Thomas here in a second should join us and we'll see what his connection's like today.
- 12:32We were talking a little bit here about Joe Stack. I think that probably gets him right there. Thomas, is that you added in?
- 12:40That is me, brother. Okay, your connection sounds pretty good today. We were talking about this is in your neck of the woods, Thomas.
- 12:47Do you know yesterday along with Presidents Day was Joe Stack Day?
- 12:56Unknown: I didn't know that. Who is Joe Stack? Well, he was a Texan.
- 13:00I thought you got you Texans all knew each other.
- 13:04Oh, yeah.
- 13:07Well Yeah. People used to ask me that same question when I worked for Brown and Root back in the seventies and eighties. Hey, you know so and so?
- 13:15Unknown: And there's a million, there was a million people working for Brown and Root at the time. I can imagine. I didn't know most of them. I can imagine. Well, Joe Stack, maybe you can help us remember this on the exact location because I didn't read this article closely enough but he was the guy. He was 53 at the time and on February 18,
- 13:32oh he was in Austin.
- 13:34He
- 13:35wrote a note, went out and gotten his private plane, and flew it into the IRS Building.
- 13:42Unknown: Oh, okay. I remember that guy. Yep. I remember the story. I didn't remember the name. Well, that's it. That's his name, Joe Stack and and you need it is interesting
- 13:53Unknown: as this article points out in the fact that he's somewhat of an anomaly to them because he wasn't in any groups. He wasn't a high profile guy. He wasn't politically involved.
- 14:04He just
- 14:05absolutely
- 14:06got so fed up
- 14:08that he wrote this suicide note explaining this the damn oppressive federal government and all the going on and what they're doing to people and flew his plane into the IRS
- 14:20symbolically
- 14:22and physically.
- 14:26So, yesterday, yesterday. Going,
- 14:30alright, go ahead here. Go Chris,
- 14:32what was your comment?
- 14:34Unknown: I said he went out with a bang plane so to speak. He sure did. Thomas,
- 14:40Unknown: and this represents to them the fact that
- 14:44they're in a real dangerous position.
- 14:51Unknown: Well, yeah. The the more
- 14:53the more people get hyped up, the more they get hyped up, and it's going to come down to,
- 15:00I'm pretty sure, massive bloodshed like we saw in Waco,
- 15:05which was unnecessary in 2015
- 15:07Unknown: and again in the nineteen nineties. You're not too far from Waco, are you?
- 15:14Unknown: I'm
- 15:1550 miles
- 15:16Southeast
- 15:18of Waco.
- 15:22Unknown: Okay.
- 15:23Unknown: And about the same from Mount Carmel
- 15:25where David Koresh's compound was at where he
- 15:30was lied about over and over and over on the propaganda machine, otherwise known as the What?
- 15:37News stations.
- 15:38Unknown: Why don't we rephrase that and say where his church was at rather than his compound?
- 15:45Unknown: Well, that's what I meant.
- 15:50And and it was
- 15:52I
- 15:53had a friend go over there and talk to the locals in Mount Carmel where this happened,
- 15:59and they said they couldn't have found a better person in the community.
- 16:03Yeah. I think he spoke to several people.
- 16:07Unknown: You know, I I nitpick on that, Thomas, not to pick on you, but to
- 16:12emphasize on how important it is, all of the words that we use,
- 16:17and one of the sayings that I came up with years ago, I think you'll appreciate, because you're fairly new to this,
- 16:24not totally wet behind the ears, but fairly new, okay,
- 16:29is that sticks and stones can break my bones. Remember that?
- 16:35Oh, yeah. Sticks and stones can break my bones but words can just enslave me.
- 16:43Unknown: Yes, sir. And that's what it is. That's exactly what it is. Words, people don't understand.
- 16:50Unknown: Yep.
- 16:51The word is a skin. And they'll fight you.
- 16:54As Carl Martin. They fight you over the course. Yeah, they will and they don't know what they're talking about almost exclusively
- 17:00is my experience.
- 17:03I wanted to talk about something today though which is because I've done a little reading over the weekend and gotten a little insight. I listened to a very very
- 17:11articulate,
- 17:12articulate,
- 17:14but I can't
- 17:15even say it. Articulate and
- 17:18objective interview of the
- 17:20Secretary of State of Venezuela by
- 17:24a one of these truthful first
- 17:27news or new news or true news kind of things.
- 17:31It's quite enlightening
- 17:32as to me about what is happening next door to me.
- 17:36Okay? And how these guys work.
- 17:40They have obviously had their eye on Venezuela
- 17:44for a long time. We'll get to the real reasons for that in a minute,
- 17:49but they've been brewing with this plan, I'm sure, and tried a couple of times to get Maduro out of there.
- 17:57And now what they've done is they took some kind of junior parliamentarian
- 18:02and they've declared him the president because they're saying the last elections in Venezuela
- 18:08were not democratic.
- 18:11Okay, so that's all we've gotten from
- 18:14pretty much the news if any of you have followed this to any extent,
- 18:18alright?
- 18:19Well, here's the backstory
- 18:21on it.
- 18:22The real prize
- 18:25is not the huge oil deposits
- 18:29in Orincino,
- 18:30I think it's called. I've got the story, I can get all the names right if I want to go over there, but it's close. So the main
- 18:37oil
- 18:38that is a very heavy
- 18:41oil,
- 18:42it's very dirty, if you want to use oil terms, you're in the oil business, you'll probably know a little bit about this, Thomas. It's got a lot, real high sulfur content,
- 18:51I guess, right?
- 18:54There's
- 18:55an area
- 18:57that is the real reason that all of this is going on
- 19:01that's
- 19:02the area that's shared by three countries, Guyana
- 19:07to the East,
- 19:09Venezuela
- 19:10to the West,
- 19:11and Brazil
- 19:13to the South.
- 19:15It's been a contested area for decades,
- 19:19and it's in that area
- 19:22that they may have found the largest
- 19:24deposit of sweet crude in the world.
- 19:29What the deal is,
- 19:30okay?
- 19:32Unknown: Now Guyana
- 19:35Unknown: has already started drilling and has found another big field offshore
- 19:40there on land,
- 19:42and they've got the Chinese
- 19:44as one of their
- 19:46corporate drilling partners involved
- 19:48in it, and the Venezuelans
- 19:53are heavily indebted to the Chinese already,
- 19:56and have been doing business with them.
- 19:58So that's the situation that's really shaping up over there that nobody's talking talking about is this land that's in dispute
- 20:06and has been under the UN's direction.
- 20:09It's been under dispute for twenty, thirty, forty years,
- 20:13okay?
- 20:15So that is interesting
- 20:17in itself,
- 20:18but how they're pulling this coup on Madura
- 20:21is even more interesting.
- 20:24Because of all these disputes,
- 20:27they went to a
- 20:30council out of Uruguay,
- 20:32and they came up with a common agreement
- 20:35that they were gonna all meet at the Dominican Republic with international mediators
- 20:40and try and get this election situation
- 20:43straightened out because of the demands
- 20:46of this Guiano guy and his underlings,
- 20:49obviously dick puppets
- 20:51of The US and the international
- 20:53oil people.
- 20:56They call a conference
- 20:58in the Dominican Republic,
- 21:00the ex president of Spain is there, they showed clips on the interview of all the people that were there, and they decided
- 21:08on a new date for the election and under whatever terms were being negotiated.
- 21:15They all collectively
- 21:17decide,
- 21:18in the Dominican Republic,
- 21:19on a new election date,
- 21:21and as they get ready to the election date and everything is set up,
- 21:26this guy that's The US puppet
- 21:29and his bunch
- 21:30back out
- 21:32even though they've signed it.
- 21:35So
- 21:36now Maduro, all the wheels, the agreement's been made, it was signed, they went on, they have the election,
- 21:43and now they're coming back and saying because all the parties weren't represented,
- 21:47it wasn't a democratic election, wherein they're the ones that sabotage the damn thing from the start.
- 21:55You see how these guys play?
- 21:59Unknown: Oh, no. I I they would never do that.
- 22:02Unknown: Okay. And that's exactly what's going on all that crap down there right now, and the reason for it is this disputed territory
- 22:10between Brazil, Guyana, and Venezuela
- 22:13with very possibly the world's largest
- 22:16pool of sweet crude underneath there. Now, isn't that interesting?
- 22:22Unknown: Very.
- 22:23Unknown: And so what everybody in this continent is
- 22:27aware of and they don't want is The US sending marines on the beaches of Venezuela
- 22:33and getting a foothold on the whole continent.
- 22:40So this is a pretty big deal, and as I read those articles this weekend and got that additional insight that I just went over with you guys and heard this thirty minute interview with this Venezuelan
- 22:52ambassador.
- 22:53He speaks English
- 22:54and
- 22:56he just laid the whole thing out, you know?
- 23:00So, once again, it goes back to this control they've got and how these guys operate.
- 23:06What I found interesting about that, because I'm a constant student of their methods,
- 23:12either that you find out historically
- 23:14or stuff just like this that's happening contemporarily,
- 23:17and see their methods and how they pull this off.
- 23:22They bring the other side in. Hey, let's have a treaty. Yeah, we'll agree to this. Yeah, we'll sign it and then at the last minute, when all the preparations and everything are made and it's right on the cusp of happening, they back out and then use their media to say and say fraud
- 23:38when they're the ones that backed out of the whole deal. So it's just interesting on how they operate, and it gives you a little additional insight into why never to deal with these bastards and why it says over there in Revelation 18,
- 23:51come out of her.
- 23:53Come out of her.
- 23:55Do not participate
- 23:56in her plagues.
- 24:01Unknown: Right.
- 24:03Unknown: So, Thomas, you guys been exploring
- 24:05the
- 24:06the concept here, you tell me.
- 24:10Unknown: Oh, yeah.
- 24:12A gentleman contacted me on Facebook
- 24:17oh about a week and a half or so ago. I guess it's been now.
- 24:22His name is Michael Badnaric.
- 24:23Oh, yes. And he moved to he moved to Texas, I wanna say in '89 or '98
- 24:30and
- 24:31just a
- 24:33just a ball of excitement. The the the man is amazing. He's all over the place doing constitution
- 24:41lessons, teaching people how due process works,
- 24:45and he contacted me because he saw that I was doing the state citizen versus US citizen thing all over Facebook. It's kinda hard not to see what I do daily. Good. But I'm not out there like most people being radical
- 25:00and wanting to I don't wanna fight this government because I don't believe we can win. They've got too much
- 25:05power.
- 25:06Unknown: Well, you don't have to fight them. You've already, if you file a paperwork with the Secretary of State, you already beat them.
- 25:13And I hate to interrupt but let me also say that we just had another one of my good listeners and a friend of mine. I'd love proud to say. A Tex fellow Texan joining us. Hey, Ben. It's pretty rare we hear from you, brother.
- 25:27Unknown: Well, Roger, I was, I heard you talking about Joe Stack and I wondered if you wanted some personal information on that event. Absolutely. If you've got some to proffer, we'd love to hear it.
- 25:38I was at the time I was working about,
- 25:41oh,
- 25:42a ten minute top drive from the actual location where it happened.
- 25:48Unknown: And the
- 25:51Unknown: what was going on was the EMS
- 25:53and the fire department were running a training drill across the the street from the actual
- 26:01IRS building
- 26:03as well as the feds were running a
- 26:06training drill
- 26:07within a few blocks and APD was running a training drill within two blocks of there. All at the same time. That's a pretty interesting scenario we hadn't heard about before.
- 26:21Well, it was common knowledge around the area. It just never, you know, how this doesn't go out on the news.
- 26:30Unknown: So, you're saying it was like a setup, false flag?
- 26:35Unknown: Oh, I guarantee it.
- 26:38Not to mention, they never could find his plane was actually he kept it at the little airstrip in Lakeway, West Of Austin,
- 26:47and they could find no evidence of him ever coming out there
- 26:51opening up to
- 26:53and doing it his self anyway.
- 26:55So is he Apparently, the hangar had been left open and
- 26:59Unknown: all kinds of stuff like that. You think him and DB Cooper made it off to some island in the Pacific somewhere?
- 27:07Unknown: I have no idea what happened to Joe Stack.
- 27:11Hell, his body may have been in the plane. Who knows? But
- 27:16I'm just telling you some things I know for a fact because I actually drove past it on the way back to the shop
- 27:22where I was working
- 27:24that afternoon.
- 27:25Unknown: I'll be darned. You know, I was gonna comment I was gonna comment on that a minute ago. How do we really know
- 27:32it was Joe?
- 27:34Unknown: Well, obviously,
- 27:35Unknown: we don't. How do we know how
- 27:38Unknown: do we know it wasn't staged? I mean, everything is staged today and and it's just,
- 27:43Unknown: god, it's crazy trying to explain these people. I I just look at Las Vegas. Look at the whole whitewash on that whole fiasco out there. Ben, you ought to tap into Tom's. Do
- 27:54what now?
- 27:56Unknown: Can I chime in on this one?
- 27:59Unknown: Yes, you can if you want. I know you're our Las Vegas
- 28:02resident expert. You're not a resident anymore but you're our domiciled
- 28:08Las Vegas Clark County expert.
- 28:11Unknown: Not only not only am I still stuck here in Las Vegas by my enemies, having to defend my good name and trying to vindicate my false charges,
- 28:18but Bob brings up something that I had suspected from the very first time I heard that I first had an inclination that it was a very suspect
- 28:26at the very least,
- 28:28event.
- 28:29And that would be a crisis event managed production he's talking about. That's the FBI specialty
- 28:34and probably other agencies of government.
- 28:37And so it doesn't surprise me at all. In fact, it kind of vindicates my questioning whether I was right that it was a false flag event, particularly,
- 28:46political terrorism event to try to sway the opinion of the public,
- 28:50the ignorant public, cheapo out here, and he has first party knowledge from being right there on the inside close to the actual event, knows the players and what was going on there. So I find that particularly embellishing and reinforcing my creminations,
- 29:05my discern
- 29:07crisis
- 29:07analysis of the particular event,
- 29:10and I can't think of one major event anywhere in America had not been state sponsored terrorism. I think that's So I think that off the right now.
- 29:19Unknown: Think that's a pretty accurate statement,
- 29:22Chris. It's it's all Hegelian dialectic and of course, that's the holy grail.
- 29:27They're just executing and then these individual instances.
- 29:32Ben, nice to hear from you, man. What's going on with you? You need to hook up with Thomas and his Texas bunch out there.
- 29:41Unknown: Well, I agree with that and would be happy to do that.
- 29:46Unknown: Now hold on, man. Sounds like we're in a dispatch room.
- 29:51Unknown: Precisely.
- 29:52Yeah.
- 29:55Unknown: Ben, you there? I'd like to hook up with Tom.
- 29:58Unknown: I'm here. Man, I'm telling you. I sound I feels I feel like we're in a dispatch room here. Okay, buddy. Well, it's good to hear from you. We hear from you often. You and I communicate occasionally.
- 30:10Unknown: Well, you
- 30:11you when
- 30:13you started talking about Joe Stack, I just
- 30:16wanted to throw that stuff in. That stuff that I actually had personal knowledge of. Yeah. Well, I appreciate that and the audience does too.
- 30:26Unknown: Anything else on your mind these days? Did your son ever file his affidavit?
- 30:32Unknown: No. He
- 30:34he renewed his
- 30:37CDL,
- 30:38and one of the first things it asked you at the very top, you have to
- 30:45check a box that guarantees your US
- 30:48resident.
- 30:49Unknown: Yeah, there you go. Well, get this. You know, I got, it's nice to get you guys educated out there because then, I get eyes and ears all over the place, you know?
- 30:58And
- 30:59here's an example of it. Gary, our good listener calls in occasionally
- 31:04from South Florida found this. He was looking through something about health care and
- 31:10it says coverage
- 31:11for US citizens and
- 31:14US nationals,
- 31:16and it says that US citizens and US nationals are eligible for coverage through the health insurance marketplace.
- 31:24US citizens, bold capital.
- 31:26A US citizen
- 31:28is someone who's born in The United States including
- 31:32US territories
- 31:33except
- 31:34American Samoa.
- 31:36For who or who was born outside The US
- 31:41and who either A) was naturalized as a US citizen B)
- 31:46derived citizenship
- 31:48through the naturalization
- 31:50of his or her parents
- 31:53derived citizenship
- 31:54through the adoption by US citizen parents
- 31:58provided certain
- 32:00conditions are met,
- 32:02acquired citizenship
- 32:04at birth, that's what they call birthright citizen, because he or she was born in The US
- 32:10to US parents
- 32:13or lastly,
- 32:15became a US citizen
- 32:17by
- 32:18operation
- 32:19of law.
- 32:21Don't know what that means. I mean, I know what it means, but I don't know how they're applying that to US citizens,
- 32:28and they don't say of America. They just say US citizens. Now,
- 32:33in bold,
- 32:35it says US
- 32:36nationals.
- 32:38And boy, do they cover their tracks here.
- 32:42US national,
- 32:43a US national is someone who's a US citizen
- 32:48or owes permanent allegiance
- 32:51to The US.
- 32:54Next sentence,
- 32:55with extremely
- 32:58limited
- 32:59exceptions,
- 33:02All non citizen US nationals
- 33:06are people born in American
- 33:08Samoa
- 33:10or
- 33:11people born abroad
- 33:13with one or more American
- 33:15Samoan parents
- 33:17under certain
- 33:19conditions,
- 33:21starting out the
- 33:24sentence there
- 33:25with extremely
- 33:27limited
- 33:28exception.
- 33:30Welcome,
- 33:31limited exceptions,
- 33:33Unknown: to the radio range.
- 33:37Unknown: Curiously,
- 33:38Roger,
- 33:39I was reading title a USC
- 33:4211 o one, section
- 33:45eleven
- 33:45fifty three,
- 33:4754, and 55
- 33:49early this morning,
- 33:50and it especially is carved out in
- 33:54several of the subsections down to, I think it was
- 33:57a 27
- 33:59capital b and thereabouts,
- 34:01and k in particular,
- 34:03which were special
- 34:05carve outs
- 34:06and exceptions for nonresident aliens
- 34:08and those
- 34:10deemed to be permanent resident aliens
- 34:12by the secretary of state or the attorney general.
- 34:15And there's some really interesting language in that particular section of the so called immigration naturalization
- 34:22act code that I think others would be likewise
- 34:26intrigued
- 34:27Unknown: and titillated by reading. Well, some people get into that stuff and like it. I try and simplify it because it all comes down to this question, are you free or are you bond?
- 34:38Okay, there's only two statuses. You're either free or you're enslaved in some degree to some percentage.
- 34:44So, there there are no other choices than those.
- 34:48The way I see it and
- 34:51so they get in there and mumble this thing around and confuse it and throw it. You know, the old saying is the two things you don't want to see made are laws and sausages.
- 35:00You ever heard that, Chris?
- 35:03Unknown: I've
- 35:03heard nothing. Sausage is a message processed.
- 35:06Unknown: Yep and
- 35:07and and what comes out of it is sometimes inedible
- 35:11just like a lot of those statutes and codes are the way they intentionally set you up to be deceived.
- 35:17As it used to say,
- 35:18in the passport application,
- 35:21sometimes this is difficult to do because our citizenship
- 35:25laws are very complex.
- 35:29Yeah. Well, some of that stuff Mike could consume but you probably shouldn't consume because it is absolutely BS. Well, that's why I try and keep people away from all that stuff and it's not that I don't appreciate people that can read through it and nitpick it. John was exceptionally good at it but
- 35:47but it just isn't necessary because you can simplify it and get much more bang for your buck, I think.
- 35:54Unknown: And that's. I'm to say that stuff is way above my pay grade.
- 35:58Unknown: I don't get into it. Well, you know, and I've mentioned this before,
- 36:02this was for those of you who've been around computers for a while,
- 36:06they used to have a program out there in the early days. This was probably
- 36:10close to thirty years ago or maybe more called Gramatech.
- 36:15You ever heard of that, guys?
- 36:19I've heard it on this show. Yeah, you've heard me talk about it before and tell this story, Chris.
- 36:25Gramatech
- 36:26was written from what I understood at the time under a government grant
- 36:30and what its function was is before all the real software market developed and all these people started bundling all this stuff into software
- 36:38and word processor stuff and it was an independent program
- 36:43and the what you do is you'd write whatever you're going to write and you'd run it through Gramatech and it would correct all the grammar and all the spelling and punctuation errors and all that stuff.
- 36:55Pretty cool little program, useful, especially in it, excuse me, in its day, in the earlier days of the
- 37:02internet development and computer development for the masses,
- 37:06but it had, Thomas,
- 37:08it had a really
- 37:10interesting
- 37:10attribute.
- 37:12Is you could take something that was already written and run it through Gramatech
- 37:17and it would tell you what grade
- 37:20level
- 37:21it was written at.
- 37:26So somebody took what are the three sections that IRS bangs you on? Six zero zero zero, six zero one one, and six zero one two. Aren't those the three?
- 37:36The catch all three they throw at everybody?
- 37:39Chris, you're the one that's good in this statute crap. Isn't it six zero o that's the IRC
- 37:45Unknown: and the the internal revenue code, and those are the qualifying
- 37:49Unknown: sections that operate on income tax and who's liable for it. Well, when you're fighting the IRS, those are the three they always bring out at you. Okay? Well, somebody took those three and ran them through Gramatech
- 38:02to see what grade level they were written at. What grade level you think those are written at, Thomas?
- 38:1030 something. Thirty and thirty one for six zero one one and six zero one two. So if you've got a 31 grade education, maybe you could read it, Yeah.
- 38:22Unknown: Yeah, that's what the fourteenth amendment is written in thirty
- 38:27second or something
- 38:29degree.
- 38:30I mean, thirty second degree Mason. No, thirty second level education. It wouldn't surprise me
- 38:36Unknown: but
- 38:37and the fourteenth amendment is incredibly interesting. I've focused a good part of my life on that first clause
- 38:44and boy, is that thing loaded? There's how many? Six or seven legal landmines in the first clause?
- 38:52Unknown: It's
- 38:53crazy.
- 38:54It is. I understand it better
- 38:56every day.
- 38:58But people that look at it for thirteen seconds go, there's nothing wrong with that, Thomas. Yeah, I know. I'm like,
- 39:04Unknown: I'm going have a Yeah,
- 39:06Unknown: you you may, Chris. Let me just say, it was so pre planned
- 39:10and this whole thing has been in the oven. So many
- 39:14centuries,
- 39:15alright?
- 39:16And man, they've pulled it off masterfully.
- 39:19What were you going to add, Chris?
- 39:21Unknown: Well, you had commented about your sticks and stones and words that enslave me. I call those words. In fact, they use some to slander you, liable, to incriminate you, and I call those word bomb
- 39:34or word Molotov cocktails
- 39:36because they splatter all over you and color you with an air of criminality
- 39:40or maybe
- 39:41a hate or whatever other types of dangerous labels they wanna stick on you even though there may not be any basis for them. See, they set up a presumption in essence, don't they, using them the way they do?
- 39:57Unknown: Well, reading,
- 39:58Charles Wallace Collins book, Fourteenth Amendment of the States, they used vague and general terms to disguise what they're doing.
- 40:06Well, let's go over that. You
- 40:09Unknown: know, the the essence of it and how they brought, do you guys because I I think I'm just coming to the understanding of this stuff here recently, totally.
- 40:18Do you know how they brought the feudal system in under that first clause? Thomas, do you understand that yet?
- 40:27Unknown: Totally. I've I've understood it for years.
- 40:30Unknown: Okay. From the standpoint of, I hear Chuck's going to call in so I gotta call him back
- 40:36but the standpoint
- 40:37Unknown: of. The first first first book I read on it, I understood it. I said, oh my god. It's a feudal communist system of total control.
- 40:47Unknown: Yes. But I mean, legally,
- 40:49how they did it is what that I'm just getting the grasp of and
- 40:54that is under
- 40:55the of change in the way your heredityment is passed.
- 40:59Okay? Right. And that is all persons
- 41:03born or naturalized. That first part of the first part of the clause. That.
- 41:08It's hidden right under that, right there. Hey, Chuck. How you doing in Oklahoma today? You're pretty close to Texas right next door, kinda neighborly.
- 41:19Unknown: That's exactly what I was gonna say about that born phrase. People miss that. They say, I didn't consent to anything, Thomas. Well,
- 41:28there's
- 41:29a legal fiction here
- 41:31in the constitution since the civil war, and you must rebut it or you did consent.
- 41:37Unknown: Well, hold on. See. And it it wasn't there for them since the Civil War. It wasn't there for them for about 40 a whole bunch of decades.
- 41:46For a long time, you had those general laws in operation.
- 41:49That's how you bring it to people's attention right there is they used to be separate and now they're not what happened.
- 41:57Unknown: There are early cases like 1875
- 42:00that that talk about this voluntary citizenship.
- 42:05And they're they're discussing it then. I don't know if you've seen these but I've I've seen all this stuff from early like 1875.
- 42:13Unknown: Yeah. On up. Well, you had Van Derkenburg and Brown and Elk V Wilkins. A lot of there were a lot more state
- 42:23court decisions on this back in those days than there were federal especially
- 42:28high court decisions on it but it's very obvious when you go back through those,
- 42:33the the what
- 42:35the difference
- 42:36were was
- 42:37and how everybody recognized it.
- 42:44Unknown: Chuck. Everybody?
- 42:46Unknown: Yeah. I mean, everybody in the culture realized it was the Jim Crow era. That
- 42:51Chuck, what's going on, man? Oh,
- 42:56Unknown: I'm driving.
- 42:57I'm having to
- 42:59we got inclement weather today, so possible for
- 43:04around.
- 43:05Unknown: Okay. Well, you're a little choppy on that, but I guess you're pretty clear.
- 43:11Unknown: Okay. Well, I'm not on the
- 43:14speakerphone. So I mean, on the Bluetooth
- 43:17Unknown: phone. So Okay. I'm just talking straight into the phone. Alright. Did you have any question or comment? I'll
- 43:25Unknown: well, not particularly on what y'all are talking about now,
- 43:29but you you know, yesterday,
- 43:31when I was listening well, I called in, but listen to what John said that I went and looked up those two videos
- 43:38that he talked about with Sarah Westall.
- 43:40Unknown: Yes.
- 43:41Unknown: And, those
- 43:44are very
- 43:46interesting.
- 43:47I
- 43:48but
- 43:50he said he made the comment that he didn't think that that
- 43:53her passport
- 43:56was
- 43:57he he thought it was from the government, and you didn't. I don't
- 44:01I took it as it was from whatever government that David Williams made up has going or whatever. Yes. Did you take it that way? I didn't see anything but a short clip on it, but she held it up to the camera.
- 44:16Unknown: If you remember?
- 44:17Yeah. And and I I couldn't see it real good but the pages and the background pages weren't the same
- 44:24and
- 44:25I took it that it was produced by another source,
- 44:30which I think you're confirming,
- 44:32because what she said explicitly
- 44:34was,
- 44:34yeah, the passport worked when they left the country.
- 44:38She'd
- 44:39never used it out to go outside the country,
- 44:43but people had. Right. When they used it outside to leave the country, they were advised to contact the Secretary of State to let them get back in. That tells me it wasn't a government issued document.
- 45:00Unknown: Right. Does it yeah. Well, did she say
- 45:04secretary of state I know she said you're supposed to the embassy. They're supposed to Well, that's contact the embassy or something. Well, that's who the secretary of state is. Those are his extensions in all the countries.
- 45:16Yeah.
- 45:18Oh, I didn't I didn't quite understand everything. I I I assume
- 45:23that she's a part of the David Williams movement, whatever that is. I I had never heard of him before, but
- 45:29Unknown: I it sounds interesting. I don't know. You know why all that really encouraged me, Chuck?
- 45:39Unknown: What?
- 45:40Unknown: I see, you know why all that really encouraged
- 45:43me is because I think Sarah Westall might be the next program
- 45:48platform that we get on. If she's interested and actively. Yeah. Asking questions in this area,
- 45:54hopefully, she'll find out about us and our program here pretty soon and maybe we'll get into that. Yeah. And that would be fabulous because she's connected to the Janda and all those guys, you know?
- 46:08Unknown: Well, that's that's where I put her. I didn't know if she was really
- 46:12what dealing she has with Janda but I know she's in that area. So, but for her to actually have somebody on like that that in the past would have been considered
- 46:24woohaw, you know, stuff
- 46:26that
- 46:28Well, the other thing was That would be classified as patriot mythology.
- 46:32Unknown: Right. And I guess what? Within the last month, doctor Janda had
- 46:37Anivan Wrights on.
- 46:40So. Oh, he did. Yeah. That's right. That's right. One of the listeners called in. Remember, they said, Brent's book was brought up and talked about at the end of the show. So, I I see things, you know, I see the light at the end of the tunnel, man.
- 46:56Unknown: Yeah. That's I
- 46:58forgot about that.
- 47:01Unknown: That's awesome. I've got one. Don't forget about driving. They're honking at you there,
- 47:05Chuck.
- 47:07Unknown: We
- 47:08come into the Amazon facility and you gotta when you go to load, you gotta honk.
- 47:13Let everybody know you're here so you don't hit somebody, I guess. Okay.
- 47:18Unknown: Maybe you hit Wow. There. Maybe you'll hit Jeff Bezos' private part out there in the parking lot.
- 47:27Unknown: Say Roger. Yeah.
- 47:30You know that David Wynn Williams that Thomas is talking about, that's quantum grammar parsays syntax.
- 47:37He's got a bunch of videos on the Internet on YouTube that
- 47:41basically says all contracts are fraud and fact them on their face because they're written in in language
- 47:47Unknown: and Don't let's not crazyology. Let's not get into all that. It just absolutely throws such a wrench in the wrench. It'll give you a headache. Yes. I I concur.
- 47:58I mean, we try and simplify
- 48:00things here. All those approaches do is come make complexity.
- 48:07Unknown: Roger,
- 48:08thing.
- 48:10Do you want to talk? Thing I've tried to get over to people is that government was changed with Reconstruction.
- 48:16And I was going through some of my notes here, and
- 48:20during,
- 48:211864,
- 48:23one of the radical Republicans
- 48:25in Congress,
- 48:27Thalia Stevens,
- 48:29says the talk of restoring the union like it was and the constitution as it is is one of the absurdities which I have heard repeated until I have become sick of it. There are many things which make such an event impossible.
- 48:42This union never shall,
- 48:45with my consent,
- 48:46be restored under the constitution as it is.
- 48:50The union as it was and the constitution as it is, god forbid it. We must conquer the Southern states and hold them as conquered provinces.
- 49:00The radical Republican member of congress, 05/02/1864,
- 49:04page 2,048
- 49:06congressional globe,
- 49:07Unknown: Thaddeus Stevens puts it into context, I believe. Yeah. I've heard that quote. And then more.
- 49:13Unknown: And then they went, you know, further
- 49:16with this fourteenth amendment and put everybody in the feudal system as you call. I call it a communist. Not a you know, they didn't put everybody Well,
- 49:29it says all in that first word of that amendment.
- 49:34Unknown: Well, yeah, but the all that they're using in the first word means that the the recognized
- 49:40differences on the new citizenship.
- 49:43It didn't mean everybody.
- 49:44The
- 49:45white people knew it didn't apply to them.
- 49:50That's why the Jim Crow laws happened.
- 49:56It was very recognized that it was only for the black slaves
- 50:01pre civil war. And those court cases you referenced earlier, Van Valkenburg, Brown, Elton v. Wilkins, all those absolutely confirm that.
- 50:14But
- 50:16the insight,
- 50:17Thomas,
- 50:18is into the deviousness
- 50:20of the enemy
- 50:21on how they could intentionally
- 50:23set up a second one
- 50:26to
- 50:26intentionally
- 50:27switch everybody to it years down the line.
- 50:32That's the lesson to walk away with to me.
- 50:36Unknown: Have you read
- 50:37some of James G. Blaine's
- 50:40Unknown: that I can't hear you. Twenty years in conqueror.
- 50:44I'm sorry? No. I'm not getting any audio.
- 50:49Unknown: Can you, have you heard of James G Blaine?
- 50:54Unknown: I can't even understand you enough. I can hear that you're talking, but I do not understand, and I have no idea what has changed here.
- 51:02There. It's me. Say it again.
- 51:06Unknown: Have have you heard of the book that James G. Blaine wrote twenty years in congress?
- 51:12Unknown: No.
- 51:14Unknown: Well, he explains,
- 51:16and he's in there right around Reconstruction
- 51:19that
- 51:20this fourteenth amendment is just not is not just for black people. It's for the white man as well.
- 51:27Unknown: Well, he saw it and recognized it then because in that day, it wasn't applied to everyone.
- 51:39Unknown: It was Right. They they slowly
- 51:41Unknown: took it apart. I mean, they slowly took America apart so people wouldn't be alarmed. Yeah. You're right. They they did it just piece by piece by piece and, like, you I I didn't realize Brown
- 51:53versus Board of Education was just another piece of the pie the other day that lowered us down
- 51:58to the Well,
- 52:00Unknown: what Brown
- 52:01v Board was was slamming the trap the door shut
- 52:06because fifteen years earlier in 1940,
- 52:10they had hid the old original state citizen
- 52:14over under American
- 52:15Samoa,
- 52:18and they let it sit there for fifteen years with the other status obliterated,
- 52:23got everybody conditioned into it, and then slammed
- 52:27the door shut on everyone
- 52:30in the secondary citizenship
- 52:32with Brown v Board, and what's evidenced by that is that two months later is when they put the 1954
- 52:39Internal Revenue Code into place, and that's the one everybody loves so much today.
- 52:46Unknown: Well, Roger, I've got a lot of listeners
- 52:49listening in on Facebook today, and they wanna know what is so special about state citizenship
- 52:55versus US citizenship.
- 52:56Can you
- 52:58can you explain that in a simple
- 53:00Unknown: sentence? Yes.
- 53:02A state citizenship
- 53:04versus federal citizenship, the difference is they're asking is the question that I put forward a minute ago. Are you free or are you bond?
- 53:13Because one of them. Well, a lot of laws, alright? One of em has the laws that the country was originally founded under that they have now access to. If if you file an affidavit where you get laws, what does it say in the founding documents? We get our laws from our creator,
- 53:31right?
- 53:33So, you you get your your laws from god in the original status
- 53:38and in law, if you get your rights from a source,
- 53:41that source is to where you owe your duties.
- 53:45Under the other citizenship,
- 53:47under the fourteenth amendment,
- 53:49they got their rights, their civil rights from the federal government and the fourteenth amendment,
- 53:54and therefore it's to the federal government that they owe their duties.
- 54:00So, it it
- 54:02depends on the person. You're may maybe some of your Facebook listeners
- 54:07want to stay in that system,
- 54:09okay? And if if they do, god bless em. Good luck, alright? But here to four,
- 54:15you didn't know you had a choice
- 54:18to switch back because they've hidden it from you intentionally.
- 54:25Unknown: Well, what a lot of people that are are federal citizens or US citizens don't operate, I mean, understand is
- 54:32that this
- 54:33new fourteenth amendment system is operating on them
- 54:38and they don't know what to do about it. They think it's just everything.
- 54:42And when I try to explain it to my local friends here in the community,
- 54:46they're they're like, get your tinfoil hat out, buddy. This is everywhere. No. It doesn't operate like that on me. It operates like that on you. And when the cop shows up to come take your kids, you might start getting it, but you're not listening now. Well, the only ways any of those laws attach to you
- 55:05Unknown: is if you're that status.
- 55:07Now if you're if you murdered your kid,
- 55:10the police could come out and get somebody, but otherwise, all those other laws that they're exercising are all written for residents,
- 55:19and
- 55:20they're only written for residents.
- 55:24The way you're a resident is
- 55:26if you're in the state, now you're a state citizen, but only if you
- 55:31reside.
- 55:34Now what does that technically,
- 55:36legally
- 55:38mean and how are they using that in operation,
- 55:41Thomas?
- 55:42When you say you're a of
- 55:45Texas,
- 55:45what are you really agreeing to? You're agreeing that you're under the control of the laws in Washington DC
- 55:52under the federal system of the fourteenth amendment.
- 55:56Unknown: Yeah, right and it says reside right there in the first sentence. Last word. Wow.
- 56:02Unknown: Yep. So, that's the way. See, the implementation
- 56:06of that, they're utilizing from the origin of the word from diplomatic
- 56:12law. Ambassadorial
- 56:15law. When countries sign treaties
- 56:18and exchange ambassadors,
- 56:21The ambassador to the other country is in residence.
- 56:26That's a technical term. And
- 56:29what that really means is the laws of his origin
- 56:33country apply to him and not the laws of the country that he's in.
- 56:39See how they're using. Right.
- 56:41Okay.
- 56:42Unknown: Right.
- 56:43There's a there's a court case out there. I think it's Downs B. Bidwell. It explains the two different governments. Good case. 1912.
- 56:50Unknown: Yeah, that's Harwell. And
- 56:52Unknown: that's excellent. Yeah. I've showed shared
- 56:55this all over Facebook.
- 56:57You know, I've got there's thousands of people out there
- 57:00and it's still, it's not stinking, sinking in. It's not gonna. Thomas.
- 57:06Unknown: It ain't going to sink in to the majority of people.
- 57:10Don't. Right. Don't work yourself up into a lather trying to convince people because some people just ain't ever going to know and I've come to the conclusion after doing this for almost thirty years that they ain't supposed to know.
- 57:25Why that is? I do not know but I can't help it. All I can do is help the people that have the insight and the curiosity and are truth seekers and want answers.
- 57:38Unknown: You know what I've noticed, Rogers, when I try to explain it and I try to explain it in a simple way
- 57:44that people get offended.
- 57:47And I'm like, really? Get offended. I'm trying to teach you what's going on here, and you're offended. They they're You know? They're offended because they're embarrassed deep down.
- 57:56Unknown: And they you know, this goes back to that Mark Quain saying, it's easier to fool a man than tell him he's been fooled.
- 58:04Unknown: Exactly.
- 58:05I I know that quote well and I've quoted it over and over.
- 58:10And yeah, that's that's that's what it is. I I think it's genetic. I don't know.
- 58:16Unknown: It's. I haven't ever been one. This is going back to that deep Pavlovian
- 58:21conditioning
- 58:21that we and this psychological
- 58:24prison that they've been writing about for one hundred years.
- 58:28They've been writing about it. Bert, go back and read Bertrand Russell's stuff. They will come to love their slavery.
- 58:35These people you're talking, do they love their slavery?
- 58:40Unknown: They don't know they're enslaved. They think it's crazy talk.
- 58:44Unknown: They then they're not looking for a way out, are they?
- 58:50Unknown: I don't know what they're looking for, Roger. I've, you know, I see people out there saying the
- 58:57strangest things that I'm a confederate.
- 59:00I backed the CSA
- 59:02and then
- 59:03they're paying federal income tax to the new
- 59:08fourteenth amendment government that overthrew
- 59:11the Confederate States of America. And I'm like, don't you wanna know what's going on here? Do you do you think Jefferson Davis and Robert E. Lee and those guys paid an income tax? Do you think Thomas Jefferson paid an income tax?
- 59:25Well, that's just crazy talk.
- 59:30Unknown: Of course, they didn't. They understood the law. You know, in the declaration of independence is like Jefferson said, until sufferings become insufferable,
- 59:39something to that effect
- 59:41and see those people just aren't at the insufferable
- 59:44stage yet. We are and we have been. We're the leaders. Right. Because we didn't wait for it to get totally insufferable.
- 59:51It got to a point where we couldn't stand it even in its incubacy,
- 59:56okay?
- 59:57Unknown: What? Right.
- 59:59Unknown: So, we went out but but this
- 1:00:02Unknown: is. What really woke me up was a court case in 2010
- 1:00:06where I was totally railroaded,
- 1:00:08and I was like, wow.
- 1:00:11Unknown: This whole thing is crooked. That that got me to digging. What's going on here? Have you, stumbled into Al Atisk, another one of your fellow Texans and all his work out there, Thomas?
- 1:00:22Unknown: I
- 1:00:23have seen some of his
- 1:00:26Unknown: writings, yes. Okay, well Al and I did shows together for a long time and he and I, it was he that gave me the
- 1:00:34concept of the presumption of law. We got into a discussion on that one day and boy, did that bear fruit, okay?
- 1:00:42So, but Al's a good guy.
- 1:00:45I just wondered if you'd run across this stuff out there. I hadn't heard much about him lately. I don't think he's doing radio and I'm not sure what he's doing but I ought to check with the boy and see we didn't exactly part on. We we parted on a disagreement that was stupid, really
- 1:01:00but we did pretty good together on the air. We had a lot of chemistry.
- 1:01:06Unknown: Well, I don't think we're gonna have any problems. You you have a different understanding
- 1:01:10about this fourteenth amendment than I do and I think a million people could come up with a million different understandings.
- 1:01:16Unknown: Yeah. But if we're not talking, if we're not talking about what this thing did, what are we doing? Well, have you have you ever heard me go over that whole first clause and go over those landmine words, Thomas?
- 1:01:28Ought to do a show on that. We probably could do it today.
- 1:01:32Okay, let's go over the clause. All persons born or naturalized in The United States,
- 1:01:37comma,
- 1:01:38and subject to the jurisdiction
- 1:01:41thereof,
- 1:01:42comma,
- 1:01:43are citizens of The United States and the state wherein they reside.
- 1:01:48That's the first clause,
- 1:01:50Unknown: right?
- 1:01:51Mhmm.
- 1:01:52Unknown: Let's go back and look at the landmines.
- 1:01:55All
- 1:01:56persons, there's the first one,
- 1:01:59born or naturalized in The United States, there's the second one,
- 1:02:05comma,
- 1:02:07and
- 1:02:08subject
- 1:02:09to the jurisdiction
- 1:02:16jurisdiction thereof,
- 1:02:17comma, are citizens of The United States, that's another one, and the state wherein they reside, that's the last one. How many is that? Eight?
- 1:02:26Five, six, seven. Oh.
- 1:02:28Seven there's
- 1:02:30seven legal landmines
- 1:02:33in that first clause and those were them.
- 1:02:37Right. Okay? So, let's go back and let's let's do this exercise between you and I and everybody else can benefit,
- 1:02:44okay? So, all persons.
- 1:02:47Well, what what's a person?
- 1:02:51Unknown: Corporation.
- 1:02:52Unknown: Nope. That's well, it can be but that's not all.
- 1:02:55A corporate, a person is an entity to whom the law ascribes rights and duties.
- 1:03:00This is what I was telling a minute ago about the founding documents. You got your rights from god. You owe your duties to god. You get your rights from the federal government, civil rights, you owe your duties to the civil federal government.
- 1:03:11So, that word person is super critical and it's every patriot in The United States I've ever asked in thirty years gave me the exact same answer you did
- 1:03:21and every one of them were wrong.
- 1:03:25Now, that's the progress of our community in the true way this stuff stuff works, okay?
- 1:03:31You know, the only person that's ever given me the right answer, Thomas? And
- 1:03:36I mean Who is that? Who did it didn't even wait a nanosecond.
- 1:03:41My attorney in Argentina.
- 1:03:46Unknown: Okay, which tells Can you say that one more time for the listeners what a person is? A person is an entity.
- 1:03:52Unknown: It can be a corporation,
- 1:03:54it can be a trust, it can be a partnership,
- 1:03:57limited or general, it can be a human being, it can be an LLC,
- 1:04:01any of those are entities, right?
- 1:04:05Right. Okay, and it's an entity
- 1:04:08to whom the law ascribes
- 1:04:10rights
- 1:04:11and duties.
- 1:04:14You owe your duties where you get your rights.
- 1:04:19If the fourteenth amendment didn't give you any civil rights, Thomas, do you owe the federal government
- 1:04:26any duties?
- 1:04:28No. No.
- 1:04:29You see why it's important to understand this?
- 1:04:37Unknown: Yeah, I understand it a little bit differently though, but Well, is Gaius.
- 1:04:41Unknown: This
- 1:04:42is Gaius'
- 1:04:43teachings and writings.
- 1:04:45He's the guy that's credited with the foundation and formation of law in Rome.
- 1:04:53K? So, I mean, it's pretty unimpeachable
- 1:04:56source.
- 1:04:57Unknown: Alright? And they had three
- 1:04:59three different citizenships
- 1:05:01Unknown: in Rome, didn't they? They had to, they had, Rome had the first two hundred years was the same government our our
- 1:05:09country was under for two hundred years with god given rights. That's why this is so important. There's only been two countries
- 1:05:16in the entire history of the planet that have ever had these.
- 1:05:21And they were taken from us like like Edom sold like
- 1:05:26sold his birthright for a bowl of porridge or tricked out of him. They've tricked us out of our hererement here.
- 1:05:34Mhmm. Doing things like us not understanding
- 1:05:37the real legal
- 1:05:39concept behind the word person.
- 1:05:42An entity to whom the law ascribes rights and duties.
- 1:05:46If
- 1:05:47you don't get any ascribed rights,
- 1:05:50you owe no correlative
- 1:05:52duty.
- 1:05:53If the fourteenth amendment doesn't give you any civil rights, you don't owe any obligations under income tax. Can I put it more succinctly?
- 1:06:07I don't think so. Because I'm not that person. You see, our community in the whole time I've been in it for thirty years says, I'm not a person, don't they?
- 1:06:20Right. But that's not the answer.
- 1:06:22It's not that I'm not a person, your honor. I'm not that
- 1:06:28person.
- 1:06:32Okay. Right. Gotta be careful with your word. Right there is the first one.
- 1:06:37All persons born are naturalized.
- 1:06:39So, there and that's how they brought in the feudal system by giving you herediment from birth
- 1:06:45by where you're born and not who your parents were.
- 1:06:50So
- 1:06:51all persons born are naturalized in The United States. Well, which United States? Somebody drug up Black's Law Dictionary the other day on here, the fourth edition or fifth edition, where they used to have that court case, that Supreme Court case says, well, this term has many meanings,
- 1:07:08and he lists off three or four different meanings on how The United States okay, so which United States?
- 1:07:13Second legal landmine.
- 1:07:15Comma,
- 1:07:16and.
- 1:07:17If Bill Clinton can say, it depends on what the meaning of his is, I can damn self say, it depends on what the meaning of and is.
- 1:07:26Because
- 1:07:27it does not say our subject to the jurisdiction
- 1:07:30thereof. It says and subject.
- 1:07:33So, if there's some that are hand subject,
- 1:07:36there's some that are and not subject
- 1:07:39to.
- 1:07:41And
- 1:07:42subject. You mean like a king has subjects?
- 1:07:45Yeah, the king has subjects, doesn't he? Subject to what? The jurisdiction.
- 1:07:51Jurisdiction,
- 1:07:51another legal landmine.
- 1:07:55Comma,
- 1:07:56not our subject to the jurisdiction,
- 1:07:59and subject to the jurisdiction. This is Al Addusk's deal right there. That's something else Al gave me.
- 1:08:06Comma, are citizens of The United States, again, which one,
- 1:08:11and the state wherein they reside. By the way, what do you mean by that word resident?
- 1:08:16Is that where I live, or is that which system of law I'm under?
- 1:08:20So there's your legal landmines right there that virtually,
- 1:08:24Thomas,
- 1:08:25nobody
- 1:08:26understands
- 1:08:27until they confront this information that we try and put out here on a daily regular basis.
- 1:08:36Unknown: Say, did you want to bring in that's
- 1:08:39right. It's you have to study this thing. Did you want to bring in Michael?
- 1:08:44Unknown: We can. I'd rather. If we're going to, why don't we try and schedule him for Thursday?
- 1:08:50Or if I guess if he wants to come in but I'm already had the more than halfway through the show right now. We can bring him in if you want to.
- 1:08:57Unknown: Well, I
- 1:08:59Unknown: told him he you were going to bring him in on Tuesday. Alright. Well, alright. And I'll do it then. I'm sorry. I didn't. And I told everybody on Facebook. Well, you want to give me a phone number to call?
- 1:09:10Yes. Hold on. Alright. One second. Yeah, I hate to put his phone number out over there but I guess we're going to have to.
- 1:09:16Unknown: 512.
- 1:09:17Unknown: Alright. Hold on a minute.
- 1:09:20Unknown: Or I can send it to you in an Email. Well. That's quick.
- 1:09:23Unknown: Yeah, why don't you do that for his privacy? I don't want to hack him off right from the start.
- 1:09:30Unknown: Okay. I did send it to you the other day in the Email in that first in the subject line. Okay. I must have missed it. I'm sorry.
- 1:09:38Unknown: Let me get into this because I have a special account for the show and I don't check it probably as much as I should, Thomas.
- 1:09:45But audience just bear with us. I'm sorry. It will I didn't know that we had set a specific day. I said Tuesday or Thursday but it's okay. Let's see here. Uh-oh. Except that I got this
- 1:09:56Unknown: site can't be reached. Yeah. Sent it to Radio Ranch. Yeah. I sent it to Radio Ranch on
- 1:10:03Unknown: the tenth. Yeah. Okay. Well, let me see why this wants to tell me my Email can't be reached.
- 1:10:10Here and there. That's better.
- 1:10:13Bear with us audience. Yep. A little I just sent it again. Okay. You just I just sent it again to RadioPrunch.
- 1:10:19Okay. I got a little about Michael here, but I don't think that's the one I'm looking for. Bear with us here, guys. I
- 1:10:27Unknown: It's in the subject. It's in it's in the subject line of the email.
- 1:10:33Unknown: Says his name and his phone number in the subject. Okay. Well, I don't know that I've gotten that one yet. Let's see. But I,
- 1:10:39Unknown: Roger, I just sent you a new email. So refresh your email and it'll be the first one you see on there. Alright. Well, it depends on when it got here. Okay? Because it's not here. A little about Michael
- 1:10:51Unknown: is the latest one I've got.
- 1:10:55Let's see here. I think there it is. I see it now. Okay.
- 1:10:59Alright. Hold on a second. Audience plus
- 1:11:02one
- 1:11:03five one two is his area code. I won't tell you any more than that.
- 1:11:1046.
- 1:11:12Uh-uh. Uh-huh.
- 1:11:15Ringy dingy.
- 1:11:169995.
- 1:11:18I
- 1:11:19think that'll get it. Let's see if I can get him here.
- 1:11:23Okay. Call. Call. Alright.
- 1:11:30Let's see. I I I'm trying to remember if he and I didn't speak one time briefly.
- 1:11:36We can get him back on any other time too.
- 1:11:39Unknown: He's run for US president.
- 1:11:42He goes all over the country with the Libertarian Party teaching
- 1:11:47people the constitution
- 1:11:48and All that stuff. Michael, I don't know what he's doing the last last few years but Well, I think he's right here to maybe tell us He found me Facebook. So, I must be doing something right. Alright. Michael, is that you joined us?
- 1:12:03Unknown: Yeah, I'm here. I don't know who this is. My name is Roger Sales. We have a program called the Radio Ranch and a network called the People's Patriot Network and I think a friend of yours named Thomas Maddox is on with us here that
- 1:12:16Unknown: mentioned you last week. Okay.
- 1:12:18Unknown: And I I just casually mention we should get you on the show. I was thinking if you and I I I believe I've heard you on interviews in the past years ago and I was I was wondering if it was you and I had ever spoken one time.
- 1:12:32Roger Sales, do you remember I've got, I wrote a book about seven years ago called From Sovereign to Surf, Government by the Treachery and Deception of Words.
- 1:12:42Unknown: I've, no, I've read the book.
- 1:12:45We may have a connection through Clyde Cleveland.
- 1:12:48Clyde used to live in
- 1:12:51Iowa.
- 1:12:52Unknown: Doesn't ring a bell with me. Clive's name doesn't. But anyway,
- 1:12:56just you know how the years pass and everything. Some things get a little cloudy. Anyway, welcome to the program. Thomas,
- 1:13:03I've heard your name in the past. I remember when you're a little more in the political arena,
- 1:13:08active wise. What's been going on with you? You're in Texas now?
- 1:13:13Unknown: I'm back in Texas. I I moved to Texas originally in '97.
- 1:13:19After two weeks, my heart has been planted here.
- 1:13:23Hopefully, I will die in Texas with my boots on.
- 1:13:29I briefly
- 1:13:31I used to be a brilliant computer programmer, and then I ran for president of United States, ran for congress,
- 1:13:38did a radio program on the Internet,
- 1:13:40was a cattle rancher, and then spent five years
- 1:13:44in Northwest Indiana as caregiver for my mom and dad.
- 1:13:48Unknown: I think that's twenty hour a day job. I think that's when we talked was when you were taking care of your parents.
- 1:13:56Unknown: K. Well, I've been back in Texas almost three years now
- 1:14:00and looking
- 1:14:02for a job.
- 1:14:04I've
- 1:14:06for the most part, I've given up on politics mostly because I've given up on the American people.
- 1:14:13I think Americans are
- 1:14:15ignorant and apathetic.
- 1:14:20So Well, you'll get no care of myself now. You'll get no disagreement here?
- 1:14:28Unknown: What we try and do is reach out to the ones that can still frost a mirror, Michael, and the ones that have an active truth seeking gene and
- 1:14:37you know, and try and tell em that they got a choice and they don't really have to be as involved in that whole
- 1:14:45slave system over there if they don't want to and
- 1:14:49Right. But it's up to their, it's up to them and I agree with you. There are very few who can frost the mirror. Okay?
- 1:14:57Unknown: I've written a book
- 1:15:00called Secret to Sovereignty,
- 1:15:02which basically
- 1:15:04keeps a
- 1:15:05history.
- 1:15:08Unknown: Ma'am,
- 1:15:11The government. Okay, you're breaking up a little bit there. I'm afraid we missed a little bit of it. Let me ask you, what
- 1:15:18city did you land in down there?
- 1:15:21Unknown: Austin,
- 1:15:22Texas.
- 1:15:23Unknown: Lived there a lot. Close to the Beehive. Right.
- 1:15:28So you kind
- 1:15:30of crossed up, got ahold of Thomas, saw him on Facebook and reached out, and he's got a bunch there in Texas that we're trying to educate on this stuff right now and
- 1:15:39he's the one that suggested we have a conversation today.
- 1:15:44Unknown: Sounds good.
- 1:15:46Unknown: I don't know how familiar are you you with our work but it seems
- 1:15:51it seems to me that it's the key to the matrix.
- 1:15:54And I've had it out there about seven years now or more, and there's never been one to They go recognize it. They're changing their forms, particularly the passport
- 1:16:05application at the Secretary of State because of what we're teaching and what we've caught them doing.
- 1:16:11And so it appears to be extremely
- 1:16:15accurate
- 1:16:16and they seem to respect it.
- 1:16:19This is the way I look at it,
- 1:16:22Michael,
- 1:16:22is I don't have any idea how many people have read that book or taken action on it, okay?
- 1:16:29I have a sense it's probably quite a few, alright?
- 1:16:33But I do know this because not everybody calls me or contacts me. They used to in the early part, some would,
- 1:16:40wanted hand holding and stuff,
- 1:16:43reassurances
- 1:16:44but generally, people just go out there and do it. Now, it's diffused a bit over seven years,
- 1:16:50but I gotta figure this,
- 1:16:52if there was any blowback because of it,
- 1:16:56I'd be one of the. You heard about it by now? I would be one of the first to know,
- 1:17:01And I've never heard one blowback story. The the most
- 1:17:06strenuous defense that they appear
- 1:17:09to have been able to put up is what I call a bluff letter that here a while back, for a while,
- 1:17:18a small number of people that would apply and put an affidavit in would get back what I call this bluff letter, and it was pretty sophomoric
- 1:17:27language if
- 1:17:28you got a handle on legal stuff at all, but they were just trying to it appears by what you've sent us that you are a citizen of The United States under the fourteenth Amendment, yada yada yada yada, at the end of the paragraph always
- 1:17:42except by operation of law which is the out.
- 1:17:47And and I've never had
- 1:17:49one that we rebutted
- 1:17:51that they didn't send them the passport. So, over all these years, there's never been, and I can't think of even one instance of any blowback from them on this, and they seem to recognize it as was recently exhibited by a fellow Texan of yours out there, Victoria,
- 1:18:09one of my students. Do you know Victoria? Have you crossed paths with her out there yet? No, I I mean, it's Virginia, isn't it, Thomas?
- 1:18:16It's Virginia.
- 1:18:18No, I I I haven't. Well, let me tell you. Yes, Virginia Redd. Okay, Virginia. So, Thomas knows this gal and I've had her on the show before.
- 1:18:28I had had a lot of whites do it.
- 1:18:32About five or six years ago, we realized it was applicable to blacks
- 1:18:36under Brown versus Board of Education,
- 1:18:39and we have blacks that have sent in affidavits
- 1:18:42and actually hand delivered them to the State Department and received passports,
- 1:18:47but I had never had the naturalized person, the trifecta.
- 1:18:51I'd had a few that had contacted me that said they were interested in doing it, but no one had ever followed through. Well this gal, Virginia, gets a hold of me. She's in Texas. Her husband is a naturalized American,
- 1:19:05a Mexican descent,
- 1:19:07naturalized
- 1:19:08when he was young, grown up in Southern California, served in the military,
- 1:19:12all that kind of stuff, and he wanted to do this. But he was working and so she did all the studying and everything for him
- 1:19:20and they got his passport back and evidently, I didn't know at the time. She had done the same thing for herself
- 1:19:28and that was maybe a year and a half ago, Thomas, something like that and so,
- 1:19:35they had not used it until recently and at Christmas,
- 1:19:39they drove out to California
- 1:19:42for Christmas and flew
- 1:19:44back.
- 1:19:45And in the LAX Airport, the guy that took their passport cards, because they had ordered the additional passport card,
- 1:19:52had put them originally in the line with the rest of the sheep le and he left, came over, grabbed him, and said, I put you in the long, wrong line. Come over here and go through this other line with no hassles.
- 1:20:04So,
- 1:20:06about the same time, a listener
- 1:20:08called in who said that he is a IT specialist
- 1:20:12that had worked for about 15 different agencies,
- 1:20:15and he didn't have security clearance,
- 1:20:17but friends of his did,
- 1:20:19and he had filed paperwork
- 1:20:22with the Secretary of State, and they came back and said that it was listed on his profile
- 1:20:28that he had a form of diplomatic immunity
- 1:20:31right under courier
- 1:20:33diplomatic status.
- 1:20:34So those two things happened just about the same time here recently, so
- 1:20:39we're on the right track here.
- 1:20:43Unknown: I I think so.
- 1:20:45Now
- 1:20:47I've always been very confident
- 1:20:50in
- 1:20:51the fact that something is possible. I know that, you know,
- 1:20:57just because
- 1:20:58somebody calls me a pedophile,
- 1:21:01that doesn't make it true. That's right. It's a presumption.
- 1:21:04Unknown: It's a they're working presumption. They're working under the presumption of law,
- 1:21:09and they've brought in this fourteenth
- 1:21:11amendment system,
- 1:21:13which has got the feudal system hidden behind it because of how they sign
- 1:21:18citizens hip on your birth, and they've got the whole country in it. And the presumption runs unless you can rebut the presumption
- 1:21:27with exactly the right guy in exactly the right way.
- 1:21:32They have really hidden it well. Okay?
- 1:21:36Unknown: Yeah. Well, as as far as I'm concerned,
- 1:21:39I'm happy to talk to you as long but I I carry your 45.
- 1:21:43So, ultimately, you're gonna lose.
- 1:21:47We can lose you can lose peacefully or you can lose fatally. But either way, I am not gonna be your slave. No way. All you have to do is tell them that and and, ideally,
- 1:21:57Unknown: in affidavit form because that's an admissible in court document and once you've got it in your administrative folder with the Secretary of State, you're out of there, pal and even in, we've got is Chris? Chris probably hung up. I'm one of my good listeners from Las Vegas, Chris Cave, who's always fighting these guys in a serious situation out there in Las Vegas and he just applied for one but if you apply for a passport with this affidavit
- 1:22:25and you go back inside,
- 1:22:28when it's in process,
- 1:22:29you can actually go behind the curtain at the State Department and show where your passport is in process,
- 1:22:36okay?
- 1:22:37And in that terminology,
- 1:22:42they've got two places in there. It says, Your passport
- 1:22:45and citizenship
- 1:22:47evidence
- 1:22:48will be sent back to you under separate cover,
- 1:22:52and again the next paragraph they say something, but they use the exact language
- 1:22:57citizenship
- 1:22:58evidence.
- 1:22:59The State Department does not use that kind of language unless they know exactly what the hell they're talking about.
- 1:23:07Unknown: Okay.
- 1:23:08Unknown: Okay. Well,
- 1:23:09Unknown: I
- 1:23:12been teaching a class on the constitution for twenty years.
- 1:23:16In the class, I say, we, the people, ordain and establish the constitution.
- 1:23:21Congress works for us. They go, yeah.
- 1:23:24I said, and then in '8
- 1:23:27yeah. 1868,
- 1:23:28they created the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:23:30They invented United States citizens so we work for them and
- 1:23:35everybody says, well, how do you go from US citizen back to we the people and I go, how the if I know and last October, I had some friends
- 1:23:43show me, you know, the paperwork and I've done it. I've got my
- 1:23:49I've got a passport card
- 1:23:52with four stars on it.
- 1:23:54And for the last year, I've been submitting FOIAs to the state department
- 1:23:59asking what the stars indicate.
- 1:24:02I mean, it's their passport. I just want a confirmation that that's what Ask them to you know, identifies
- 1:24:08Unknown: Well, ask them to identify
- 1:24:10give the manual that identifies
- 1:24:12all the coding.
- 1:24:14Don't ask them what it means. Ask them for the manual that identifies all of it because I maintain that on that passport card,
- 1:24:22once you've got your affidavit
- 1:24:24in, it identifies you because they've gotta separate you. Here's what they've done, Michael. They've taken the old state citizen and these God given rights,
- 1:24:34and they've hidden
- 1:24:36them under American Samoa,
- 1:24:38okay?
- 1:24:39Oh, That's
- 1:24:41what a non citizen national is,
- 1:24:45is those people can't be birthright citizens.
- 1:24:49They
- 1:24:50want to be because it exempts them from getting the goodies and they had a court, a court case that was denied certiorari
- 1:24:58at the Supreme Court within the last couple of years on this issue, okay? Because if they give em birthright citizenship,
- 1:25:05it blows up the whole scheme because they don't have any place to hide the old state citizen anymore,
- 1:25:11okay?
- 1:25:12But that's why you've got a differentiation.
- 1:25:15If you've got an American Samoan
- 1:25:17that has a US passport,
- 1:25:19he's a US national,
- 1:25:21but you know what stamped in his passport?
- 1:25:26Person is this person is not a citizen of The United States.
- 1:25:32Okay? Yeah.
- 1:25:34American Samoans can serve in the military, but they can't get into officers' ranks. They've got all kinds of restrictions
- 1:25:42on them, but that's where they hid it, and they hid it in a piece of legislation in 1940
- 1:25:48called the Nationality Act, and they hid it right in the first definitions,
- 1:25:53and then later on,
- 1:25:54they moved it over to Title VIII, and that's why they say US National is somebody born in American Samoa or some other little island that's out there, or the outlying territories,
- 1:26:06or the outlying territories.
- 1:26:08So you know what the outlying territories are, Michael?
- 1:26:12Unknown: The 50
- 1:26:14Yep. 50 sovereign states. Texas,
- 1:26:17Unknown: Nebraska,
- 1:26:18Idaho.
- 1:26:18You got it. Those are the outlying territories.
- 1:26:22So in American Samoa today, if you have an abortion, you will get convicted
- 1:26:28and charged with murder to this day.
- 1:26:36Unknown: So
- 1:26:40short of, you know, continuing to discuss this, is there a radio program you want me to be on? Anything? Well, we're on it now. Do we have
- 1:26:48oh, we're
- 1:26:49Unknown: we're broadcasting. Yeah. We're on, man. Hold on. I'm gonna I'm gonna bring in another one of my listeners here, Bob. Bob too. Roger?
- 1:26:57Yep.
- 1:27:00Unknown: I wanted to welcome Michael to the Radio Ranch Show. Yeah. Welcome, Michael. Thank you. Thank you very much.
- 1:27:06Unknown: Welcome, Michael. Yeah, we're kinda we're kinda informal around here, Michael, in case you hadn't guessed.
- 1:27:13We got Shane on with us, one of our good listeners. He's been through this process.
- 1:27:17Shane, I should tell his story. Yeah. Hey, Bob Bob too is with us. Welcome, Bob. Let me just tell Michael Shane's story real quick. When I first started doing this, I was over on what I call ex wife number three
- 1:27:30and I was on ex wife number three and I put out that if anybody can't afford my book, I'll send them a free copy if they send me a sob story,
- 1:27:39okay?
- 1:27:40And so, we got the price of the book down to $5 on the Eversion,
- 1:27:45okay? So, Shane writes me a sob story, tested me, I'm pretty sure because I don't think he's quite that destitute. He lives right down the block from Apple for god's sakes. So, anyway, he tests me, sends me an Email. I send him the book and he goes, well, Roger, I'm
- 1:28:01kind of an unusual situation here. I'm half black, half white, and I'm adopted.
- 1:28:06What do I do?
- 1:28:09I said, hell, Shane. I don't know.
- 1:28:12So,
- 1:28:14he fashioned up an affidavit and sent it in and by the end, you got a passport, didn't you, Shane?
- 1:28:21Unknown: No. Actually, they Oh, and I don't back, they gave me the bluff letters, and I put it back in all correct, and yes. Then I got a passport. There you go.
- 1:28:32Unknown: So we've had people like Shane, we've had blacks, we've had whites, and we've had one naturalized person do this. Now, Michael, it's important for me to add here, you do not
- 1:28:44have to put this into them with a passport application.
- 1:28:49If you don't can't afford it or for whatever reason don't think it's applicable,
- 1:28:54you can just send them the the flat affidavit
- 1:28:57and put it in your administrative file and it achieves
- 1:29:00the same effect. Bob too, this a guy here, one of my listeners that the only one to my knowledge that the state department has actually reached out and called
- 1:29:10one day about this. Hey, Bob. How you doing?
- 1:29:14Unknown: Hello, Roger. Hey, man. What's going on? Yeah. I I was feeling excluded.
- 1:29:22Yeah.
- 1:29:23If I said the phrase, it's good to be king. Would that strike a bell?
- 1:29:30Unknown: Well, in a way, I don't know what kind of bell.
- 1:29:35Unknown: What? The the guest.
- 1:29:37Oh.
- 1:29:39Michael.
- 1:29:40Unknown: Michael, you there? You're being paged.
- 1:29:45Is he is Michael still with us?
- 1:29:49Well, it says he is.
- 1:29:52I don't know. Okay. Well. Well, I don't know. He doesn't wanna answer, Alright.
- 1:29:56Let's do a roll.
- 1:29:58Let me do a roll call. Mute. Let me do a roll call here. I know Shane's with us. Bob, you're with us. Thomas, are you still with us? I'm with you.
- 1:30:07Yes, sir. I'm still here. Michael, are you still with us?
- 1:30:14Unknown: Well, we lost the main attack.
- 1:30:17Unknown: It's a mute.
- 1:30:19Unknown: Well, should I call him and get him back in here or what, Thomas?
- 1:30:24Unknown: Sure. Get him back. Alright, I can add him. Michael, you
- 1:30:28might be muted, Michael or
- 1:30:31Unknown: hang up. If not, and Roger will call you right back. I'm calling him back right now. We'll see if he answers.
- 1:30:38Unknown: My here he is. Hey, I'm back. There he is.
- 1:30:43Unknown: Oops. Michael, you're back, right?
- 1:30:46I am. Yeah. Okay. Good. Because my listener had a question for you. Now, Bob. Now pose it.
- 1:30:54Unknown: Well, I didn't catch the name, but I think I know who I'm talking to. If I said the phrase, it's good to be king, would that strike a chord?
- 1:31:01Unknown: Yeah. It certainly does.
- 1:31:04Unknown: Okay. Then I know I'm speaking to Michael Bednaric. Alright. Well, I didn't catch the name, but in listening to the story, I have seen several of your videos over the years, and I appreciate your contribution.
- 1:31:15And I
- 1:31:16would have to agree with Roger and you that
- 1:31:20impugning
- 1:31:21the the integrity
- 1:31:23and and wisdom
- 1:31:25of the American populace,
- 1:31:28it's not forbidden here because we all know that sheep
- 1:31:32when the when Christ told people sheep, it wasn't necessarily a compliment.
- 1:31:41But, anyway,
- 1:31:43well, I just wanted to call in and confirm that it was who I thought it was and say that I appreciated your efforts over the years.
- 1:31:50And I can also appreciate your your frustration,
- 1:31:54although I hadn't invested as much. But, yeah, I was I may be the only lucky fellow, but then again, maybe some have and didn't actually
- 1:32:02ever mention it. I actually got a phone call from the state department
- 1:32:05after the bluff letter just reconfirming that, you know, we can't we
- 1:32:10can't issue these to anybody but US citizens. And
- 1:32:14and finally,
- 1:32:15I said, ma'am,
- 1:32:17just confirm this for me. Is my
- 1:32:21affidavit
- 1:32:23in my file?
- 1:32:24And she said, yeah. But I said, good. That's all I need to know. I don't care what you call me. Just send me the password. And that's where it ends, didn't they? Send me the password. And that's where the rubber meets the road, Michael. I'm gonna tell you why. Because of an 1835
- 1:32:37Unknown: court case.
- 1:32:39Thomas knows this case, he was familiar with it.
- 1:32:42So this is before the Civil War,
- 1:32:451835,
- 1:32:47and I can't pronounce the style of the case because it's some weird names,
- 1:32:52but the case says that the passport
- 1:32:55is an ex parte document
- 1:32:58and is simply issued by the Secretary of State to persons traveling internationally
- 1:33:03so that they're known between nations as they travel,
- 1:33:07but
- 1:33:08if it's a question of citizenship,
- 1:33:12it's much more important on what documentation
- 1:33:16the Secretary of State has in his possession
- 1:33:19if
- 1:33:20admissible
- 1:33:22in admissible form for the court of law,
- 1:33:26which should be admitted as the higher and better evidence.
- 1:33:29So that's why we suggest affidavits
- 1:33:32because they can't rebut them and they're automatically admissible in any court and they bypass the laws of evidence if they're in your administrative folder,
- 1:33:41so that right there is where the rubber meets the road.
- 1:33:46Unknown: You I'd
- 1:33:49like to compare affidavits.
- 1:33:51I've I've
- 1:33:53written my own and I had one written for me that got me the passport,
- 1:33:58but I'd like to know what affidavit
- 1:34:01Unknown: that you guys are using. I use one that we wrote. My my teachers were Glenn Glenn Ambort and John Benson. John Benson was the legal mind.
- 1:34:10I'm sure he wrote this and it's a five page affidavit.
- 1:34:15It's in the back of my book. I I can send you a copy. I've got a copy scan somewhere around here
- 1:34:21but you know, we don't have to do all that,
- 1:34:23okay? I I maintain that you could write out on a piece of paper probably in crayon,
- 1:34:29honestly.
- 1:34:30Right. I'm not related to black slaves after the Civil War and send that to them and it'd effectively do the same thing.
- 1:34:40Yeah. Okay?
- 1:34:41Now, the reason I suggest one page
- 1:34:45is because some people like to file them locally,
- 1:34:48either in the property records there
- 1:34:51where you live or with the sheriff or or other officials there in your area
- 1:34:58and because you're effectively now, once it's in possession and un rebutted of the Secretary of State,
- 1:35:04that's the highest guy in the country. He's got the ultimate authority over matters of citizenship,
- 1:35:09period, in the federal government, period,
- 1:35:12okay?
- 1:35:13Once you've got it settled with him, then you go give it to your local guys, and some people, when we were instructed in this years ago, we were even taught to go file them at the property records office.
- 1:35:25That's the only place we filed them, and you know why? It's because you're considered property
- 1:35:31and you're taking yourself out of that condition
- 1:35:35there locally on property records office
- 1:35:38which fulfills due process because they're public records.
- 1:35:45Unknown: Right.
- 1:35:45So, anybody I have your book in front of me. I have a
- 1:35:50Unknown: PDF copy of it. I know that I've read it Right. In the back past. Right. Well, go back to the back. I think I found At the back is the affidavit there. It's got some wonderful sights that John put in there. You know, slaughterhouse cases, Wong Kim Ark, Elk V Wilkins, I think is in there and all those do is substantiate the position of course but all you're really doing as we've come to understand it is all you gotta do is rebut the presumption.
- 1:36:17Once you've done that with the particular person to do it with,
- 1:36:21you're
- 1:36:22out, baby.
- 1:36:25Unknown: Right.
- 1:36:26Well, I arrived in California or excuse me, arrived in Texas '97.
- 1:36:31'98, I decided to file my own affidavit,
- 1:36:34And I went to the county courthouse, which was two blocks from my office building.
- 1:36:40And the woman said, well, affidavit of sovereignty, I've never seen one of those. She goes, let me go,
- 1:36:46you know, see what I'm supposed to do with it. Well, she was gone for about twenty minutes and I thought
- 1:36:52that's long enough for them to get the police up here and arrest me.
- 1:36:55And she came back all smiles because, oh, now I know where we're gonna put it and they put it under real property. Yep.
- 1:37:04Yep. It's like, no kidding. Well, was kind of my one of my first clues. Yep.
- 1:37:11Unknown: Well, here's the question that gives you the answer to that. Where does the IRS file their liens?
- 1:37:19Unknown: I have no idea where they file. In the property records
- 1:37:23Unknown: office because you're their property.
- 1:37:27Unknown: Yeah. Okay, so here's the lien. They put it let's get technical here. What they file in the property records office, they call a notice of lien.
- 1:37:37The lien is in the bowels of the treasury department because it's a statute staple
- 1:37:42contract,
- 1:37:43which is a ten forty form that you might not have filled out, okay? But they go ahead and fill out one for you and insert it into the process.
- 1:37:52So,
- 1:37:53that that's the way that happens. So, the
- 1:37:57they filed the notice a lien in the property records office where you live,
- 1:38:02and on that piece of paper, Michael, there's three pieces of information:
- 1:38:06your name in all capital letters,
- 1:38:08the address where they've got you assigned,
- 1:38:11and the amount you owe at the bottom.
- 1:38:14Those are the only three pieces of information on the paper. Alright?
- 1:38:18Right. So what if you rent your home or apartment
- 1:38:23and don't own it, what property is the lien on now?
- 1:38:28You. Exactly.
- 1:38:31Unknown: Right.
- 1:38:35Unknown: So
- 1:38:36well, I
- 1:38:39yeah.
- 1:38:40I, for the most part, ignore the government.
- 1:38:44They have no authority over me whatsoever.
- 1:38:49And I've written
- 1:38:51my second book was called Secret to Sovereignty,
- 1:38:54which explains all the things I've done,
- 1:38:57you know, to basically ignore the government because it's irrelevant.
- 1:39:01Unknown: Well
- 1:39:03Can I pick some nits with you here, for example's sake? Sure.
- 1:39:07Okay. And you say ignore the government.
- 1:39:10Well, as you were talking about being a constitution
- 1:39:15professor earlier.
- 1:39:16Right. And this is came from John, my teacher, okay? And this is how we use those words incorrectly
- 1:39:23as I was chiding Thomas for earlier before he joined us,
- 1:39:28and why?
- 1:39:29And that term right there, the government. Well, you don't ignore the government, you ignore the agents of government,
- 1:39:36because we, the people, have a contract
- 1:39:39which was signed long ago
- 1:39:41that is our agreement,
- 1:39:43and we elect representatives
- 1:39:45to represent us
- 1:39:47up there, and they hire agents to execute the laws they pass.
- 1:39:52So they're not the government, they're the agents
- 1:39:55of government and what that means is that they've got restricted
- 1:39:59areas of responsibility
- 1:40:01and authority that they can operate in and if for some reason, they stray outside of those very rigid lines,
- 1:40:09now they're personally liable.
- 1:40:12Unknown: Right.
- 1:40:14So I've had police
- 1:40:17officers
- 1:40:18that were
- 1:40:20it's almost like on television. You know, they're acting good cop, bad cop.
- 1:40:25And in just a matter of minutes, I've had them practically in tears asking
- 1:40:31them
- 1:40:32asking me to leave them alone.
- 1:40:37But,
- 1:40:38yeah, it's
- 1:40:40a whole system.
- 1:40:42They they
- 1:40:43presume
- 1:40:44Unknown: way too much authority. Well, they presume everything, and you see, here's what they've really been able to utilize doing this. It serves two purposes for them, and it's why they particularly chose the feudal system system to mimic and bring in under this disguise.
- 1:41:01The first thing it does
- 1:41:03is because of this system, we got proof of this by the way now, and I can go over that from one of your fellow Texans, one of my good students.
- 1:41:12When you're born,
- 1:41:14now being considered property,
- 1:41:18you are represented as property by a document called a birth certificate,
- 1:41:23which we think is a warehouse receipt technically,
- 1:41:27and
- 1:41:28you're then securitized and collateralized,
- 1:41:31and that's some kind of the basis of financial
- 1:41:33system.
- 1:41:35Here's how I think it ties in, but that's part of it. The other thing that happens
- 1:41:40is it allows them to write all these man made laws in the administrative state and enforce them on you, because they're all written for residents,
- 1:41:49with the exception of one
- 1:41:51rare
- 1:41:52little
- 1:41:54loophole in Title 26
- 1:41:56where there's two sections of the Internal Revenue Code, 871B
- 1:42:02and 877B,
- 1:42:04that are written for US nationals.
- 1:42:07Those
- 1:42:08constitutional taxes.
- 1:42:09Every other regulation in all 50 titles of the Code of Federal Regulations
- 1:42:13is all written for residents.
- 1:42:18I see. So you've got their ability to collateralize
- 1:42:21you as the basis of the financial system that controls the world over on one hand, and on the other hand they've got the ability
- 1:42:30to write laws
- 1:42:32and have them administered
- 1:42:34by these unelected people called bureaucrats.
- 1:42:38So those are the two powers that that gives them. When you file this paperwork
- 1:42:43and they can't rebut it at the Secretary of State,
- 1:42:46I believe it dissolves both of those conditions.
- 1:42:50Somewhere in the bowels of the Treasury Department,
- 1:42:53you're not considered
- 1:42:55property anymore,
- 1:42:56and no man made laws can attach to you.
- 1:43:00You move back over under the common law in essence,
- 1:43:04Actually, in fact, okay?
- 1:43:07And so, that's why this is so important and this is pretty simple and and for to get across to the masses because the masses in the future are looking for answers.
- 1:43:17I mean, even the small percentage that we're dealing with, and so I have really worked very consciously and diligently
- 1:43:24to try and get this stuff simplified
- 1:43:26as easy as possible for quick absorption and uptake.
- 1:43:33Unknown: Well, that's that's my specialty. I'm looking for a job as a
- 1:43:37technical trainer right now. Well, you may we may Because I I take complex ideas and,
- 1:43:43Unknown: you know, turn them into, oh, so that's what they meant. Well, you know, I don't I don't I don't know about our pay grades around here. They're pretty low.
- 1:43:54But we got a lot of dedicated
- 1:43:56Unknown: workers.
- 1:43:57You know, what the old guy told me one time, he says, if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
- 1:44:07Unknown: Maybe we're a bunch of maybe we're a bunch of monkeys around here, but we are accomplishing things.
- 1:44:13And when you get the State Department,
- 1:44:17Department of State of the United States,
- 1:44:19of America too, by the way,
- 1:44:22and you get them to change their most important public information gathering form because of what you're teaching,
- 1:44:29I think that you've
- 1:44:31hit the bell.
- 1:44:33Unknown: Yeah. Well,
- 1:44:36I'm I'm all in favor of it. So, I'd
- 1:44:41wanna just get some confirmation
- 1:44:44from the federal government
- 1:44:46that would help convince
- 1:44:48the people who are not quite convinced yet. Well,
- 1:44:51Unknown: this is an individual decision. I never tell people to do this and I never have and I never will, Michael, and this is the reason. Because of the operation you go through here and moving back over under god's laws and the common law, it's not my decision.
- 1:45:07It's not my place to tell you to make that decision one way or the other. I don't know your life. I don't know your circumstances.
- 1:45:15I don't know all the burdens that you're under but I do know that up to this point, most people did not know they had a choice
- 1:45:23and my
- 1:45:25mandate is to try and let people know they've got a choice.
- 1:45:29Whatever decisions they make subsequently to that is up to them. If they need help, I'll be happy to help them, but it's not my duty to tell them to do it.
- 1:45:40Unknown: Right.
- 1:45:43And in my book, I
- 1:45:46suggest very much the same thing. It's like, you gotta want it. You know? This is an attitude. And if you don't
- 1:45:53you don't go for it yourself, then you're you're never gonna What? You're never gonna achieve it. Let me tell you how I say it around here, Michael. Freedom ain't free.
- 1:46:06What was it? Freedom
- 1:46:08Unknown: ain't free.
- 1:46:10Unknown: Oh, oh, yeah.
- 1:46:12I I have a comment.
- 1:46:14Okay, Shane. Yeah.
- 1:46:17Okay.
- 1:46:18I believe when you go through the process of doing the password
- 1:46:24application,
- 1:46:27you're not messing you are not
- 1:46:30expatriating.
- 1:46:31But what you what you are doing is you are
- 1:46:34repatriating.
- 1:46:35Unknown: That's in a very important a very important point, Shane, and I'm glad you brought it up
- 1:46:41because the uninitiated
- 1:46:43out
- 1:46:44there as you're talking to them about this stuff,
- 1:46:47they don't know the difference in those two terms.
- 1:46:51If you want to expatriate
- 1:46:53and there's thousands of people that are doing it now,
- 1:46:56it'll cost you between 4 and $5,000
- 1:46:59and take about six months.
- 1:47:01But you can repatriate
- 1:47:03real easy by just sending them an affidavit.
- 1:47:08Unknown: And, also, I would like to say is
- 1:47:10you cannot make something you cannot make it something straight
- 1:47:15which was made crooked.
- 1:47:18Unknown: That's correct, Shane. So
- 1:47:21Unknown: what's made crooked cannot cannot be made straight.
- 1:47:27Unknown: Unless, you know I know we got a bunch of people The concept. That that are real crooked in their thinking and their ideals and goals that are running the world,
- 1:47:37but I see them losing by the day.
- 1:47:40And
- 1:47:41for those of us, and I know there's some listeners that have probably been in this a long time too,
- 1:47:47I've been in this stuff almost thirty years, okay?
- 1:47:50And I would have never,
- 1:47:52within the last few years, ever dreamed we had much hope,
- 1:47:56and I see hope all over the place every day now.
- 1:48:00So the worm is turning in our favor,
- 1:48:03and there is going to be a time
- 1:48:05people want to hear this information we've got that we talk about every day.
- 1:48:14Any comments?
- 1:48:17Unknown: No,
- 1:48:18not for me.
- 1:48:20I'm hoping that you're, you know, correct. And I'd
- 1:48:25I would love to see a wave of people,
- 1:48:28you know, submitting paperwork and basically
- 1:48:31changing the way we do business in The United States. But
- 1:48:36I will take for granted that you see that because I don't
- 1:48:40Unknown: don't have any of that evidence. Well, I have seen it in my own activities, and I've seen it with my students and the people that I've interacted with, Michael. Let me tell you the story about this is recent.
- 1:48:53Another one of your techs he's in Austin, as a matter of fact. You two might actually cross paths,
- 1:48:58and his name is Brian Howard,
- 1:49:01and he was a four year full scholarship football player there at UT, okay? And the guy's pretty fearless,
- 1:49:07alright?
- 1:49:08And he heard me about, I don't know, five, six years ago on Joyce Riley,
- 1:49:12bought the book, read it, thought about it, tracked me down on one of these other radio networks I was on, and he and I have been working together.
- 1:49:20The first thing he did was he had moved, he was in Idaho, left Texas, went to Idaho,
- 1:49:26and I
- 1:49:27had read something in Oklahoma driver's
- 1:49:29manual that made me think that you could get a state issued
- 1:49:34driver's license as a US national.
- 1:49:39I got on there and started talking about it, and Brian called me up. He says, I'm in Idaho. I need a new driver's license. I'll do that and so, he did and
- 1:49:49they refused him and because we took the administrative process,
- 1:49:53we took it, he took it all the way up to the director of transportation
- 1:49:57of the state of Idaho, okay? And the guy wouldn't sign anything.
- 1:50:01He sent us and they tried to trick us at every turn,
- 1:50:04and we finally got him backed into a corner, and he came out and said, We can't issue driver's licenses,
- 1:50:10state issued to anybody that's not a resident. Boom.
- 1:50:15Now Brian could have taken that on to court there and pressed it, and he didn't. He decided to walk away, which is okay, I understand.
- 1:50:22A couple years later he's moved back to Texas. He's got two daughters,
- 1:50:26they were both born in the same hospital.
- 1:50:29They're in Austin,
- 1:50:31and so he's got this birth certificate in his craw,
- 1:50:36and he starts poking around down there with the administrative people to try and find out the process
- 1:50:42that revolves around the birth certificate,
- 1:50:45okay?
- 1:50:46So he goes to the administrative part and asks this lady, and she's real nice, and he's very nice too,
- 1:50:52and he's saying, I'm just building a file for my daughters later on in life, they'll have all their important paperwork. So he feeds him a line, and the lady finally comes back
- 1:51:02and says, I need to direct you down to the basement.
- 1:51:07And so on about the second or third trip, he gets down to the basement where all this happens.
- 1:51:13So he gets in front of the lady that she sent him to, and he asked, tells her what he's doing, and the lady says, Wait a minute.
- 1:51:21And she goes off for about ten minutes, he said, Okay?
- 1:51:26And she comes back,
- 1:51:27and the very first words out of her mouth are,
- 1:51:31You're not going to use anything I tell you against us, are you?
- 1:51:38Okay,
- 1:51:39so she lays out the process to him.
- 1:51:44When a child is born,
- 1:51:46there's a piece of paper generated internally
- 1:51:49called a verification
- 1:51:51fact
- 1:51:52sheet,
- 1:51:53and it's got all the baby's
- 1:51:56vitals weight, color hair, all that probably footprint,
- 1:52:00all that stuff on it, and at the bottom there's a place where it can be signed by the mother and the father.
- 1:52:08It's never signed by the mother and the father.
- 1:52:12The verification
- 1:52:13fact sheet is taken over to a computer terminal,
- 1:52:17a government
- 1:52:19computer
- 1:52:20terminal,
- 1:52:21which is in every hospital
- 1:52:23in The United States,
- 1:52:26and the information on the verification
- 1:52:29fact sheet is input into the government computer
- 1:52:33where it is then transferred
- 1:52:35to the Bureau of Vital Statistics
- 1:52:38where the information
- 1:52:40generates the birth certificate,
- 1:52:42which is then put into
- 1:52:45a twenty four hour a day,
- 1:52:47seven day a week guarded
- 1:52:50safe.
- 1:52:53That's the process.
- 1:53:01Nothing suspicious there. You are born as a piece of property exactly under the feudal era with a thousand years of legal precedent
- 1:53:11being represented by the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:53:14All persons born are naturalized.
- 1:53:18That presumption
- 1:53:19attaches to everyone
- 1:53:21born in The United States.
- 1:53:25Unknown: Hey, Roger. Can I jump in here? Sure. Is that Ben?
- 1:53:30This is Thomas. Oh, hey, Thomas. Sound like Ben. I was speaking to Michael other day on the phone. It was a really awesome conversation.
- 1:53:40And you just mentioned something about filing this affidavit with your county clerk. Now,
- 1:53:46or
- 1:53:47Unknown: county, yeah, county clerk. In the property. Michael. The proper in the property records office.
- 1:53:54On the property roles
- 1:53:56where they file real property.
- 1:53:59Unknown: Okay. Michael had mentioned something the other day about filing a affidavit of sovereignty with his county. Well, you can do that. Is that where you is that where you file that, Michael, with the property And and
- 1:54:13Unknown: I also told you that they ended up putting it under real
- 1:54:18Unknown: property. Right. Real because that's what you're considered. Real. See, that's why you file it there. The reason you file it there is because that's where the IRS files their real property liens.
- 1:54:29Unknown: Yeah. Can you can you share that affidavits with me?
- 1:54:34Michael, I sent you Rogers
- 1:54:36the other day
- 1:54:39through
- 1:54:40Facebook
- 1:54:41on that private messenger. You said something about wanting to see that was that was Rogers.
- 1:54:48Unknown: Okay. But
- 1:54:50Unknown: I've got I have some really detailed paperwork but II don't even like it anymore. So, I'm going to do this but hey, does anybody have anything on this property tax? How we eliminate this fraudulent
- 1:55:04fourteenth amendment government
- 1:55:06and its US citizens from collecting on
- 1:55:10our property.
- 1:55:11Got be something we could go over on
- 1:55:14Thursday.
- 1:55:15Unknown: We're coming down to the end of the show here now. There's a there's a gal from Texas out there that's one of my listeners, Thomas,
- 1:55:23that's 70
- 1:55:24years old and she raises wolves
- 1:55:26and she lives off the grid
- 1:55:29and I think I don't know how I but she gave me the idea because
- 1:55:34it happened to her. You sell your property for a dollar another consideration.
- 1:55:40Okay?
- 1:55:41And then whoever's the new buyer doesn't put it on the property rolls.
- 1:55:45When they come back to you because you've got registered on the property roles, you go, I don't own that property anymore.
- 1:55:54Noodle on that. Noodle noodle on that. I heard about that.
- 1:56:02Unknown: Go ahead. No, that's okay. We're about to end the show. Whistler's going to come in here in a second but Michael, listen, I heard a guy. I heard of a guy doing this a few years back and then I heard of a guy doing this over in Hardin County, Texas.
- 1:56:17He sold his property
- 1:56:19and
- 1:56:20the payment was in silver or gold. I think it was silver. Yeah. 144
- 1:56:25pieces of silver or something like that.
- 1:56:28Unknown: Well, you don't even have to stipulate all that. All you have to put is $1 Mhmm. Another valuable or $10 another valuable consideration.
- 1:56:37Unknown: Yep. Do you have anything on this, Michael?
- 1:56:41Unknown: No. I don't.
- 1:56:43Unknown: Well, that's just a little gimmick. She went over on the air one day and I thought, that's pretty clever, man. That might just work, you know?
- 1:56:50Okay. Well, Paul's gonna be with us tomorrow. Michael,
- 1:56:53I invite you. Thomas, tell him how you can listen to the network, and I invite you to become a a regular listener and participant if you choose.
- 1:57:01And we'll be back tomorrow with my English friend, Paul, that allowed all this to happen the way it is and
- 1:57:08discuss no telling what and we can get back into this on Thursday if you guys want to. So, have a good Tuesday. I'm off to have lunch with the expats and Michael, thanks for joining us along with everybody else and I'll see y'all tomorrow. Have a great Tuesday, okay?
- 1:57:24Unknown: Thank you so much. Thank you, Roger.
- 1:57:26Unknown: Great show, guys. Thanks. Thanks, man. Thanks for being here, Michael. Yep. Ciao ciao from
- 1:58:24Unknown: Blasting the Voice of Freedom Worldwide, you're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 1:58:30Unknown: Bye bye, boys. Have fun storming the castle.
