- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, look at you, Mr. Big Time TV star, breaking
- 0:04Speaker 1: through prime time. Laura Ingram, Fox News Channel. I'm so
- 0:09Speaker 1: proud of you. You nailed it. I went home last
- 0:11Speaker 1: night after my walk, and I watched you, and you
- 0:14Speaker 1: were fantastic, as expected. You're very kind. Heaven forbid you
- 0:18Speaker 1: plug the podcast. I wouldn't want you to do that.
- 0:20Speaker 1: How do I shoehorn that in there? Are you kidding?
- 0:24Speaker 1: You tell them if they want your wisdom, if they're
- 0:27Speaker 1: going to take your Monday night away from your family,
- 0:31Speaker 1: you've got to get a little plug in. Even a chyron,
- 0:34Speaker 1: they'll put it up on the ground. Do you know
- 0:35Speaker 1: how many millions of people watched you last night? I mean,
- 0:41Speaker 1: don't mean to disrespect your BFF, Chris Cuomo, but... There
- 0:45Speaker 1: was a huge– millions of people hung on to your
- 0:49Speaker 1: every word. Do you know if you would have said–
- 0:51Speaker 1: even on the Chiron, Mark Davis, co-host of MNM Extra.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Boom.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Just like that, we would have had probably 5,000 more subscriptions.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Oh, my God. Well, now I feel terrible.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Now it's all about you. It's all about you. Forget me.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And look, the only reason you're getting all these big
- 1:06Speaker 1: primetime TV gigs is because of the podcast. I mean,
- 1:08Speaker 1: and the podcast is my idea. It has changed everything.
- 1:11Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 1:11Speaker 1: It's changed. It's a game changer. So you're welcome. You're welcome.
- 1:14Speaker 1: I'm happy to. I'm eternally grateful. You did a great job.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Were you in the van in the driveway?
- 1:20Speaker 3: I'm in a van out front of my house.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 1:25Speaker 1: That is so wild. I think that, because I didn't,
- 1:28Speaker 1: when I was a Fox News contributor, they didn't really
- 1:30Speaker 1: do that. You had to go somewhere, didn't you? You
- 1:31Speaker 1: had to go somewhere. Oh, there were no vans in
- 1:33Speaker 1: the driveway. But now, Hewitt never leaves his house. And
- 1:37Speaker 1: I think, and look, Hewitt is on Fox News these
- 1:39Speaker 1: days hourly. I mean, they're getting their money's worth out
- 1:41Speaker 1: of him. Yep. And he said he never leaves. They
- 1:44Speaker 1: bring the van over every time. It's the neatest concept.
- 1:47Speaker 1: And I don't think a lot of people ever know it.
- 1:48Speaker 2: But since he does the actual show from his house,
- 1:51Speaker 2: either his house in California or his house in Maine,
- 1:53Speaker 2: can he just walk into a room in his house
- 1:55Speaker 2: and fire up those cameras and do it from there?
- 1:57Speaker 1: I think he told me they always do what they
- 1:59Speaker 1: do largely with you, and that's bring the TV van.
- 2:02Speaker 1: But it's such a neat concept that you're sitting in
- 2:04Speaker 1: the driveway. You know where they perfected it was during COVID.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Because all the TV hosts were doing that because they
- 2:12Speaker 1: didn't want them into the studio and all that. So
- 2:14Speaker 1: they invested in this technology. So they got these rolling studios.
- 2:17Speaker 1: And it makes it look like you're in an actual
- 2:19Speaker 1: TV studio.
- 2:19Speaker 2: And it's the weirdest thing because a van rolls up
- 2:22Speaker 2: in front of the house. And I walk out. And,
- 2:26Speaker 2: of course, it's funny. Nobody is in the driver's seat
- 2:28Speaker 2: of the van. They're in the back. And the windows
- 2:30Speaker 2: are all blacked out. It's completely hermetically sealed because it
- 2:32Speaker 2: has to be. You can't let a beam of light
- 2:34Speaker 2: in there. It's a TV studio. So the door opens up.
- 2:38Speaker 2: And there's this woman named Natalia who runs an outfit
- 2:41Speaker 2: called Drive By Live or something like that. And another
- 2:43Speaker 2: gentleman named Tyson Rolfs, it was him last night. And
- 2:46Speaker 2: he's got the big, he's got the King Daddy van.
- 2:50Speaker 2: So you step into the back of a van and
- 2:52Speaker 2: there's a chair and a camera and a bank of
- 2:55Speaker 2: lights and a thing that looks like, you know, a
- 2:56Speaker 2: space shuttle control board. And it's dark except for the
- 3:00Speaker 2: TV lights that are on me. I've got a camera
- 3:02Speaker 2: to look into, a monitor to look into. It is
- 3:03Speaker 2: a weird kind of disembodied thing because I'm not looking
- 3:07Speaker 2: at anybody in three-dimensional space.
- 3:09Speaker 3: But that's how they do it and that's how the
- 3:11Speaker 3: sausage is made.
- 3:13Speaker 1: All those years when I was in Dallas, I would
- 3:15Speaker 1: run downtown and I would be in that studio, not
- 3:17Speaker 1: I think the same floor where Will Kane is now,
- 3:19Speaker 1: but I would be in that building right around the
- 3:21Speaker 1: corner from the Texas School Book Depository. I always drove
- 3:24Speaker 1: by over there and always and Jonathan Graham, this wonderful
- 3:28Speaker 1: guy that was the. The Fox News guy on site there.
- 3:31Speaker 1: So great memories. But anyhow, congratulations. Terrific job. Did you
- 3:35Speaker 1: spend a lot of time yesterday on the Indigenous People
- 3:39Speaker 1: Days crap?
- 3:41Speaker 2: A little because we were loaded up on James Tallarico
- 3:43Speaker 2: and Kelly Clarkson. So when you got those things taken
- 3:46Speaker 2: up a lot of oxygen, tell me where you took
- 3:48Speaker 2: it and I'll add layers.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Well, I missed it a little bit. But then when
- 3:51Speaker 1: I got home last night, I was starting to scroll
- 3:53Speaker 1: through and see it. Majority leader John Thune.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I know South Dakota, what you going to do?
- 4:00Speaker 1: He posts, today is Native Americans Day in South Dakota,
- 4:05Speaker 1: an opportunity to celebrate the heritage and contributions of the Lakota, Dakota,
- 4:09Speaker 1: and Nakota people. And, of course, the ratio– but the– no,
- 4:13Speaker 1: it's not great.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Well, no, the concept of it is lovely, but the
- 4:18Speaker 2: shoehorning it onto Columbus Day is a big middle finger
- 4:21Speaker 2: to Columbus as in him opening up this hemisphere to
- 4:24Speaker 2: Western exploration.
- 4:25Speaker 1: That's right. Not bad. Peggy Flanagan, who might lose to
- 4:29Speaker 1: Michelle Tafoya in Minnesota.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Don't tease me. Don't tease me.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Well, she might. She gets up, and this Senate nominee
- 4:37Speaker 1: for Peggy Flanagan, she's a– She described Christopher Columbus as
- 4:43Speaker 1: the man that got lost and hurt people. She does
- 4:47Speaker 1: this speech where she said, my child now, my daughter
- 4:50Speaker 1: knows Christopher Columbus as the man that got lost and
- 4:54Speaker 1: hurt people. He abused the Native Americans. He was a monster.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I mean, Mark, I'm not kidding you. I'm not trying
- 5:01Speaker 1: to be over to the top here. These people are lunatics.
- 5:04Speaker 1: These are nuts. They're just nuts. It's insanity. And they
- 5:08Speaker 1: are up for very important positions in our country. Look,
- 5:12Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed, his family detailing all the ties he's had
- 5:16Speaker 1: to the family, to the Muslim Brotherhood. Yeah. He's not–
- 5:19Speaker 1: I mean he's sort of denying it but not really
- 5:21Speaker 1: denying it.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Did you watch him on with Kristen Welker on Meet
- 5:24Speaker 2: the Press? I got to– boy, here's a sentence I
- 5:26Speaker 2: don't issue often. I got to hand it to Kristen Welker.
- 5:28Speaker 2: She asked him thing after thing after thing after thing
- 5:31Speaker 2: from his curious background, from his curious past comments, including
- 5:34Speaker 2: torching Obama in 2012, calling him a failed president on
- 5:38Speaker 2: a couple of issues. So she actually did kind of
- 5:40Speaker 2: challenge him. When a lib program– Actually gives a little
- 5:44Speaker 2: bit of heat to one of their own. Is that
- 5:47Speaker 2: them committing actual acts of journalism, which I guess it is.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Is it designed to give them a chance to weave
- 5:53Speaker 2: a narrative to get themselves out of a tight spot?
- 5:56Speaker 1: Well, this is this is what we got. We're three
- 5:59Speaker 1: weeks from today. Today is the three week mark. So
- 6:03Speaker 1: grateful for back to the Senate race in Texas for
- 6:07Speaker 1: a moment. your clarity over Tallarico. And of course, Laura
- 6:11Speaker 1: was saying, and she reposted your appearance by saying, The
- 6:14Speaker 1: 13-day question remains, where was Jimmy? Where was Jimmy? And
- 6:19Speaker 1: the weirdness of this bizarre phone call with the Ohio
- 6:24Speaker 1: mental facility, and I know that you sloughed that off,
- 6:28Speaker 1: but did you see that last night this Nick Sorter,
- 6:31Speaker 1: he's doubling down. He's saying, look, I'm being threatened for
- 6:34Speaker 1: what I exposed all because I revealed a tape With
- 6:39Speaker 1: an Ohio mental hospital that said that Tallarico was discharged
- 6:43Speaker 1: from that location. He's not denying it. So I just
- 6:47Speaker 1: wish this thing, it's just hanging out there. What's the
- 6:50Speaker 1: answer to it? Is it a fake tape? Was it
- 6:53Speaker 1: an actress? Was it AI? Or did they have a
- 6:57Speaker 1: woman at a mental facility in Mason, Ohio, claiming that
- 7:01Speaker 1: Tallarico on the phone was discharged from there? Yes or no?
- 7:05Speaker 1: And it's like nobody's got an answer to that, apparently.
- 7:08Speaker 3: Which is frustrating. There seems to be.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Answerable question so since in the absence of an answer
- 7:14Speaker 2: we also have the absence of something else and that's
- 7:17Speaker 2: any remote molecule of corroboration truth yeah until that i
- 7:22Speaker 2: gotta put a pin in it and go okay there
- 7:24Speaker 2: that is and and we'll revisit it if there is
- 7:27Speaker 2: any additional reason to believe that thing happened and nick
- 7:31Speaker 2: sorter is an interesting cat i i've he's one of
- 7:34Speaker 2: those nick sorter benny johnson i mean i don't know
- 7:37Speaker 2: not to group everybody you know uh in a linear
- 7:39Speaker 2: fashion but But he's one of those feeds, has like
- 7:41Speaker 2: a million and a half people, and every once in
- 7:43Speaker 2: a while it's really good stuff, angles that, by his
- 7:45Speaker 2: own admission, the mainstream media won't cover, which is lovely.
- 7:48Speaker 3: That's attractive.
- 7:49Speaker 2: And I found him to be pretty reliable, not really
- 7:52Speaker 2: a trafficker in weird baseless conspiracy stuff. So I said
- 7:56Speaker 2: day before yesterday when this thing was all on fire–
- 7:59Speaker 2: I said, you know, this is curious because coming from Nick,
- 8:01Speaker 2: who tends to have a pretty basically good track record,
- 8:05Speaker 2: and I just got lit up.
- 8:07Speaker 3: He doesn't have a reliable track record.
- 8:09Speaker 2: People hate him, which I think he might wear as
- 8:13Speaker 2: a badge of honor because a lot of the people
- 8:14Speaker 2: who are coming after him were kind of– softies, moderates, squishes.
- 8:20Speaker 3: We are known by our critics.
- 8:23Speaker 1: These influencers live for that. That's what's so weird about
- 8:26Speaker 1: that space. Look, and I'm not saying this to.
- 8:29Speaker 3: No such thing as bad press.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Even if you attack me, at least you're mentioning me.
- 8:34Speaker 1: You're reposting me. You're attacking me. They live for the clicks.
- 8:38Speaker 1: They live for all that. And that's a little... It
- 8:41Speaker 1: can be dangerous because when that's your end game, maybe
- 8:45Speaker 1: the truth doesn't matter, and that's problematic, and that could
- 8:49Speaker 1: be a real big problem. Here's some truth. Axios just
- 8:52Speaker 1: released a big poll. Forty-some percent of Americans are all
- 8:56Speaker 1: in favor of Medicare for all. Medicare, government-run health. And look,
- 9:01Speaker 1: three weeks away, and people are talking about affordability, one
- 9:04Speaker 1: of the affordability issues. I found out I've got this
- 9:08Speaker 1: drug for this heart thing. I got the cardiovascular stuff
- 9:11Speaker 1: I got going on. It's called Repatha. Repatha is a very,
- 9:15Speaker 1: very successful drug. It gives me a lot of hope
- 9:18Speaker 1: because not only will it lower my LDL, which they
- 9:21Speaker 1: want me to do, it might even cause a little
- 9:23Speaker 1: plaque regression in the arteries. In fact, that's pretty cool, right?
- 9:28Speaker 1: Is it pricey? $ 500 a month. And it's two shots
- 9:32Speaker 1: a month. You just give yourself a little one of
- 9:34Speaker 1: those pens that you put into your belly. And it's
- 9:37Speaker 1: real simple to do. $ 500 a month. Then I got
- 9:41Speaker 1: lucky with my insurance because they changed it a little
- 9:43Speaker 1: bit because I moved. And apparently as of October 1st,
- 9:46Speaker 1: I was able to get a supplement on my Medicare
- 9:48Speaker 1: and my Blue Cross and all that crap. Now it's
- 9:51Speaker 1: only like $ 150 a month. But I kept thinking about
- 9:56Speaker 1: people on a fixed income. How about a senior? How
- 9:59Speaker 1: about somebody? living paycheck to paycheck? They don't maybe have
- 10:02Speaker 1: great health insurance and they've got cardiovascular disease like I
- 10:06Speaker 1: do now. They've got a blockage and they want to live.
- 10:09Speaker 1: And you think they can come up with $ 500 a month?
- 10:13Speaker 1: For a twice-a-month medication? So they hear that, and they
- 10:18Speaker 1: deal with that, and then they say, oh, would you
- 10:21Speaker 1: like free health care from the government? Which is, of course,
- 10:24Speaker 1: there is no such thing. It's not free, but they
- 10:28Speaker 1: hear it, and they love it. And apparently, a big
- 10:31Speaker 1: percentage of independents, and even 21% of Republicans, favor Medicare
- 10:37Speaker 1: for all. Meaning government-run health care.
- 10:39Speaker 2: And also, there's a way of phrasing this that some
- 10:42Speaker 2: people have stumbled onto for the last few days that
- 10:44Speaker 2: I really like. It's called, do you want to lose
- 10:46Speaker 2: your private health insurance? I mean, Medicare for all, anything
- 10:50Speaker 2: for all. But if you phrase it as do you
- 10:58Speaker 2: want to do you want it to be illegal for
- 11:01Speaker 2: you to have private health insurance, then maybe it might
- 11:05Speaker 2: pull a little different.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Maybe it would. Maybe the polling is what matters. But
- 11:09Speaker 1: I think we are stuck with the sense of entitlement.
- 11:12Speaker 1: And I'm getting this everywhere I go, everywhere I turn.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Went to a show the other night. Family behind me
- 11:17Speaker 1: just talking all through a Broadway show. They don't care.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Two little brats. The kids are talking. The mom and
- 11:24Speaker 1: dad are talking. They've got their paper bags.
- 11:26Speaker 3: You say anything.
- 11:27Speaker 1: I look back at them a few times.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Glower at them a little bit.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Glower, but it didn't do any good. Last night, I
- 11:33Speaker 1: went for a walk. And there was a– I walk
- 11:36Speaker 1: often on the St. Pete Pier, which is this beautiful
- 11:39Speaker 1: pier right on the Tampa Bay.
- 11:41Speaker 3: The Gulf of America coast. Correct.
- 11:43Speaker 1: And there was a security guard, a lady. I'm going
- 11:46Speaker 1: to say she's 40. And she was confronting a group
- 11:49Speaker 1: of teenagers, about 10 kids, boys and girls. I'm going
- 11:52Speaker 1: to guess they were all 13, 14 years old. You know,
- 11:56Speaker 1: cute kids, you know, that girls were all dressed up
- 11:59Speaker 1: to the nines. They were like, and the boys were
- 12:01Speaker 1: all on, and they were on electric bikes and you
- 12:02Speaker 1: can't ride electric bikes out on the pier. So this
- 12:05Speaker 1: poor lady is standing there with a cell phone, about
- 12:07Speaker 1: a 40 year old woman. And she's trying to respectfully
- 12:10Speaker 1: get them. F U U B F off C. Who
- 12:15Speaker 1: do you think? Look. And the girls were saying, look
- 12:17Speaker 1: at her with her whorish lipstick. And the poor woman
- 12:20Speaker 1: is standing there. I got so mad. And I thought, Well,
- 12:24Speaker 1: I could take some 13-year-olds. I could probably handle them.
- 12:26Speaker 1: You just squeeze off a couple of rounds. Well, I
- 12:30Speaker 1: started to go up to them and was just going
- 12:31Speaker 1: to start chewing them out. Right when I walked up,
- 12:34Speaker 1: they drove away. But I thought, these kids, these little
- 12:38Speaker 1: white Floridian kids on their little electric bikes.
- 12:42Speaker 3: They learn that at home.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Can you imagine what their parents would think of them?
- 12:46Speaker 1: And maybe they wouldn't.
- 12:47Speaker 2: OK, their parents might not be thrilled, but that doesn't
- 12:51Speaker 2: happen by accident.
- 12:52Speaker 3: That's right.
- 12:53Speaker 1: That's what I was thinking.
- 12:54Speaker 3: I mean, I don't think the parents would go, yeah,
- 12:56Speaker 3: way to go, youngsters.
- 12:57Speaker 2: But but by their neglect, by their failure to infuse
- 13:00Speaker 2: these kids with a sense of respect for authority, respect
- 13:03Speaker 2: for their elders, that page apparently did not exist in
- 13:05Speaker 2: their manual. the kids are a result to at least
- 13:09Speaker 2: some degree. I know there's nature and nurture of the
- 13:11Speaker 2: parenting or lack of that they receive at home.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Bingo. The fact that these kids felt so entitled that
- 13:17Speaker 1: they could get away with that. I thought the nice words,
- 13:20Speaker 1: nice news is good news is as I did a
- 13:22Speaker 1: lap around and I came back by that point, she
- 13:25Speaker 1: had a police officer with her and they were looking,
- 13:27Speaker 1: she took, she taped it. And so maybe they'll have
- 13:29Speaker 1: the eyes on those little brats.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Can't handle punks.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Get that wiffle ball off my yard.
- 13:36Speaker 2: All right, I love you.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I will plug Eminem Extra every chance I get. Thank you.
- 13:42Speaker 1: I've learned my lesson.
- 13:44Speaker 3: I will actually say.
- 13:45Speaker 2: As a condition for me going anywhere, I need to wear,
- 13:48Speaker 2: in fact, a large Eminem Extra t-shirt and cap that
- 13:51Speaker 2: I will have custom made.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Like a logo. Let's get you like a logo, like
- 13:54Speaker 1: a button. Let's get buttons made. We can start wearing buttons.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Eminem Extra like lapel pins.
- 13:59Speaker 3: We need merch.
- 14:00Speaker 1: That can blink. Maybe they blink, too, on camera. That
- 14:02Speaker 1: would look good. I'm ready. I'll see you.
