Heights of Victory with Dr. Tedd Mitchell
Dr. Tedd Mitchell’s career has taken him from a small-town childhood in East Texas to two decades at the Cooper Clinic, and then to the top of the Texas Tech University System. Host Jeff Horn, CEO of Masked Rider Capital, sits down with Tedd to talk about the lessons his parents taught him, the mentors who shaped him, and what it takes to lead through recessions, a pandemic, and hard-won battles in Austin. Tedd shares his belief that culture comes first, that a title belongs to the position and not the person, and that a little “stick-to-itiveness” can carry you further than talent alone.
