I say this is easy, but that's only partially true. It is that simple in concept. The hard part, however, is being honest and willing to be wrong and keep digging. Most of the time, it's a layer or two down where you aren't looking or you are avoiding. Once you get past that, it gets really easy to move past. You just need to answer the right question.
