Latest / Just Enough Joy / 4.21 Write a Haiku About JOY
Transcript
- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is April the 21st and today's calendar challenge is write a haiku about joy. Yeah, you know a haiku, a five, seven, five. If you don't know a haiku is a traditional Japanese poem that has three lines, the first and third lines being five syllables and the second line being a seven. Writing a haiku today is a way to center yourself in the moment and just remind yourself that beauty can be simple. Joy can be easy. And you can process your emotions gently, celebrate your creativity without pressure, and just be aware of all the ways that you can create joy, reflect joy, and become joy. Joy is you. So today, take out a quick second to write a little haiku, okay? That was an accidental bar. Just enough is more than enough, Saron says.
