- 0:00Speaker 1: Mm hmmm, what's up? Everybody?
- 0:16Speaker 2: Hello?
- 0:17Speaker 3: Hello?
- 0:19Speaker 4: Twice in one week.
- 0:22Speaker 1: I know, jeez, just very exciting, surprising.
- 0:29Speaker 4: It's surprising in a good way.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Everybody welcome, Huh.
- 0:35Speaker 4: I said, is it a good way or a bad way?
- 0:38Speaker 1: It's a good way. I'm a little embarrassed. I heard
- 0:40Speaker 1: that I needed to wear a bathrobe tonight, and then
- 0:44Speaker 1: I realized that we were talking about colts, that black robe.
- 0:49Speaker 1: But you know, a bathrobe says I'm taking it easy today.
- 0:53Speaker 1: In a cult, robe says I've renounced my family and
- 0:55Speaker 1: we get to sacrifice goats on Wednesday? So what?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Oh no?
- 1:02Speaker 4: And then it's not where it's but the fact that
- 1:06Speaker 4: you would ever sacrifice a goat?
- 1:11Speaker 1: Well, listen, cults and bathrooms have do have a lot
- 1:14Speaker 1: in common. Like they're really cozy at first, but then
- 1:18Speaker 1: like you're trapped questioning your life choices and somebody's trying
- 1:20Speaker 1: to convince you to drink something that's a little bit suspicious.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It's all the same. It works, Okay, it works.
- 1:27Speaker 4: Can we I just asked you sacrifice something besides the goat.
- 1:32Speaker 4: It's all I'm asking.
- 1:33Speaker 2: This is getting dark really quickly. You got.
- 1:39Speaker 4: What sacrifice?
- 1:40Speaker 1: Ex Husband it's dark as we associated what I said
- 1:44Speaker 1: jokingly with Jasper unfortunately, and I like to Asper too much.
- 1:48Speaker 1: In fact, he'd probably i'd let him help me that
- 1:51Speaker 1: just you know dark. I just made it darker.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Last night was the first time since Josper's grown up
- 2:00Speaker 4: that Double H let him lay in bed with us
- 2:03Speaker 4: while we watched TV, and he was cracking up because
- 2:06Speaker 4: once he lays next to him and he's like down
- 2:09Speaker 4: zoned loveisma in just I mean forty five minutes just chill.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Oh, that's o cute.
- 2:15Speaker 4: And so that in may he can do that with
- 2:19Speaker 4: you if he wants and he gives consent.
- 2:21Speaker 1: JT okay, well I will. I will be sure to
- 2:26Speaker 1: ask him and if he taps once, I'll know it's
- 2:29Speaker 1: yes and twice is no. No.
- 2:31Speaker 4: It's outwork for you know, I'm Terry True Crime. In
- 2:35Speaker 4: case anybody's new here and doesn't.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Know, welcome to the show. I'm JT. And we have
- 2:43Speaker 1: a third person, not new but new word to the show.
- 2:48Speaker 1: But it's for those of you who wondered what producer
- 2:51Speaker 1: Tara looked like. That's me.
- 2:55Speaker 2: That's me. I crawled my way out of the backstage
- 3:00Speaker 2: to come on here, like a crazy person, and you know,
- 3:03Speaker 2: last Thursday for the show, I was a well last
- 3:08Speaker 2: Thursday for the show, I was behind the scenes in
- 3:10Speaker 2: my robe. So it's just it's cute. It's cute, but no,
- 3:14Speaker 2: thank you guys for having me. I mean, it's it's
- 3:17Speaker 2: been a it's been a few months since I've been
- 3:19Speaker 2: on this side of the camera. I know, I've co
- 3:24Speaker 2: guest host that guest co host how does that go
- 3:29Speaker 2: for a couple of true crime in my episodes? But
- 3:31Speaker 2: I think this is our first time with all three
- 3:33Speaker 2: of us, so I'm really excited about that.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Yeah, it is. I think it's trying to think this
- 3:41Speaker 1: is going to be a mess, but an organized mess. Well,
- 3:47Speaker 1: like I didn't get recondoed because I guess I bring
- 3:50Speaker 1: you both joy I don't know.
- 3:52Speaker 2: They do call me the chaos coordinator, so that's pretty
- 3:56Speaker 2: much my title.
- 3:57Speaker 4: Okay, exactly.
- 3:59Speaker 1: You can have.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Yeah, the fact that you can wrangle me and JT
- 4:05Speaker 4: you deserve like a big old gold award. Oh well,
- 4:09Speaker 4: thank you, because we're a lot and we all know that.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Yes we do on that, but it's my pleasure. Yeah,
- 4:16Speaker 2: thank you guys again for having me. So you guys
- 4:19Speaker 2: are probably wondering, like what we're doing here on a
- 4:22Speaker 2: Sunday night instead of a regular Thursday show. Well, you
- 4:28Speaker 2: guys can all blame me. It's all me. It's all
- 4:30Speaker 2: my fault about Like, at the end of January, news
- 4:36Speaker 2: broke about this group called the Zizians, and I went
- 4:42Speaker 2: straight Toaryan JT and was like, how do you guys
- 4:46Speaker 2: feel about covering this batshit crazy story about a supposed
- 4:53Speaker 2: radical trans vegan, rationalist, anarchist death cult.
- 5:00Speaker 1: And I said, batshit, ma'am. That's our specialty. They're based
- 5:05Speaker 1: out of rationality, while my friends, we are founded on irrationality.
- 5:11Speaker 2: So they humored me at the time. Little did we
- 5:14Speaker 2: know that we only knew the tip of the Sizzy
- 5:17Speaker 2: and Iceberg. And after going through numerous rabbit holes, so
- 5:23Speaker 2: many rabbit holes, and reading some of their at many
- 5:29Speaker 2: times incoherent blog post, you know, we decided that this
- 5:34Speaker 2: story was bigger than a cliff Notes version, and.
- 5:40Speaker 1: So we might have tonight the Zizzy and Bible. According
- 5:44Speaker 1: to Laala.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I mean, I don't even know if it could tell
- 5:49Speaker 2: a shorter version of this to be pop. To be honest,
- 5:52Speaker 2: I explained it to my partner elbow Feet and it
- 5:54Speaker 2: took me two hours and I didn't even tell them everything.
- 5:57Speaker 2: So but we decided that we're going to split this
- 6:00Speaker 2: story up in a more manageable trunk chunks, and so
- 6:04Speaker 2: for the next several Sundays, you can join us here
- 6:07Speaker 2: at nine pm Eastern as we unspend this tangled web
- 6:13Speaker 2: that they have weaved. So buckle up, because things are
- 6:17Speaker 2: going to get weird. You guys, it's very weird.
- 6:22Speaker 4: And I just have to say, because we all know,
- 6:25Speaker 4: I am the reason that we decided to split this up,
- 6:28Speaker 4: because my ability to wrap my head around this crap.
- 6:35Speaker 4: There is just so much. Literally, I think we would
- 6:38Speaker 4: have to spend a whole weekend together with you. Lama
- 6:41Speaker 4: and us just have seventy two hours of deep diving.
- 6:45Speaker 1: So I'm glad Street Cadey.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I've spent an embarrassing number of hours researching this. I'm
- 6:55Speaker 2: surprised I even have any sanity left to be quite honest, but.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie. I think you might have spent
- 7:01Speaker 1: more time researching this than anybody else has.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Law great, Yeah, I hope to bring you guys something special.
- 7:11Speaker 2: You know, this is a group that hasn't really They
- 7:14Speaker 2: started to become more talked about in the media, but
- 7:18Speaker 2: I haven't really seen any deep dives into this group,
- 7:20Speaker 2: and I'm really excited that we're going to bring it
- 7:22Speaker 2: all to you guys manageably. I'm gonna dry my best.
- 7:27Speaker 2: But if you guys want to hear more, make sure
- 7:31Speaker 2: you like and subscribe and hit the notification bell so
- 7:34Speaker 2: you don't miss us.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, let's talk about what we're drinking, and then
- 7:39Speaker 1: let's talk about kind of the interest in the case.
- 7:42Speaker 1: What do you think? Hey?
- 7:45Speaker 4: Sometimes always great with starting with what I'm drinking. Go ahead,
- 7:50Speaker 4: miss what are you drinking?
- 7:52Speaker 2: Oh? Well, I bought a big bottle of wine for
- 7:57Speaker 2: it tonight, and because I was very anxious and nervous
- 8:02Speaker 2: about being on here because this is not my thing,
- 8:05Speaker 2: I may have drank it all. This is all I
- 8:08Speaker 2: have left of my big bottle of Carlos Rossi because
- 8:13Speaker 2: I'm classy, you guys, So that's what I got for
- 8:17Speaker 2: the rest of the show. Is about a third of
- 8:18Speaker 2: a wine glass. But uh, you'll have that next time.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I won't feel so nervous.
- 8:24Speaker 4: You won't.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Well.
- 8:26Speaker 4: I was that Costco yesterday with my girlfriend and I
- 8:30Speaker 4: decided to try this wine because it has a cute
- 8:34Speaker 4: little hummingbird on it, to be honest, and it's called
- 8:37Speaker 4: fly By So I was like, oh, that'll go with
- 8:40Speaker 4: a cult because hopefully they're fly By Night. And they
- 8:45Speaker 4: say that it's crisp and refreshing, which I figured we're
- 8:49Speaker 4: going to need for this craziness. And I also want
- 8:56Speaker 4: to jump into say, produce a Harry. I think pink
- 9:00Speaker 4: is your color, and I think you need to wear
- 9:02Speaker 4: it more often and you can then be part of
- 9:06Speaker 4: Terry's pink colt.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Oh well, I feel like this was so I let
- 9:11Speaker 2: Terry know, which comes with maybe some regrets in the future.
- 9:15Speaker 2: I'm not sure yet, but I let her know that
- 9:17Speaker 2: I didn't have any pink in my wardrobe and so
- 9:21Speaker 2: Terry took care of that. She sent me a couple
- 9:24Speaker 2: pink shirts, which I do agree I look good in.
- 9:27Speaker 2: By the way, ever they are matching. She bought me
- 9:31Speaker 2: the same shirt she's wearing now. It's very cute. But
- 9:35Speaker 2: anybody that gets anything from Terry, if you're lucky enough
- 9:38Speaker 2: in the mail, whether it's a package or an envelope,
- 9:41Speaker 2: it will be filled with glitter. So I am also
- 9:44Speaker 2: very glittery, as is my bed where I opened it up.
- 9:47Speaker 4: So, okay, you can never have too much glitter, okay,
- 9:52Speaker 4: and anyone that thinks you can, I don't know. You can't.
- 9:57Speaker 2: That's true.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Well, allow me to wrangle us back into this shallot,
- 10:03Speaker 1: which is weird. What's interesting about this case, I think,
- 10:07Speaker 1: and is the fact that it's just it's it's a
- 10:10Speaker 1: mess of things. It's a conglomerate of insanity. And that
- 10:14Speaker 1: might not be the right word to look at it,
- 10:15Speaker 1: but it doesn't matter. So what did I do? Well?
- 10:17Speaker 1: I went out and I got a red table wine.
- 10:19Speaker 1: This is a red table wine blend called Purple Rain.
- 10:23Speaker 1: It's by uh, it's by Lieuva Bella Winery, which actually
- 10:29Speaker 1: is like what looks to be thirty to forty minutes
- 10:32Speaker 1: away from where my parents live in Ohio. And that
- 10:38Speaker 1: was very random, but it pays. Okay, it's okay. I mean,
- 10:45Speaker 1: it's just kind of a This story is a mix
- 10:47Speaker 1: of all things. So I thought this would make sense,
- 10:50Speaker 1: and we're about to you know, split it out and
- 10:52Speaker 1: make it reasonable to understand better than I could ever
- 10:54Speaker 1: do with identifying what is in that.
- 10:58Speaker 2: So I don't know, I don't know if we can
- 10:59Speaker 2: make those promises. I know this whole story. I don't
- 11:03Speaker 2: know if we can make those kind of promises, but
- 11:05Speaker 2: we'll do our best. We'll do our best.
- 11:10Speaker 4: Well, I'm gonna say this case fascinates me. I had
- 11:17Speaker 4: never heard of it until producer Tara brought it to
- 11:21Speaker 4: our attention, and I was fascinated because it is damn
- 11:25Speaker 4: buddy boiler crazy. And I was being honest when I
- 11:30Speaker 4: said it makes me want to understand it better. But guys,
- 11:35Speaker 4: it is so crazy and so much to it. I'm
- 11:39Speaker 4: thankful that Tara was able to put it in small chunks.
- 11:43Speaker 4: And I'm going to just be honest and say, dumb
- 11:45Speaker 4: it down for me, or I wouldn't be sitting here
- 11:48Speaker 4: because it is so much to take in. There are
- 11:53Speaker 4: so many. It's a lot.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, Oh, I have a red yarn board in
- 11:58Speaker 2: my bedroom. Of course I do. I'm just kidding. I
- 12:01Speaker 2: don't have the Murder Charlie. But if any case this
- 12:06Speaker 2: has a board like that, it's it's definitely definitely this one.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Oh, it's this one for sure? You know. I can't.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I can't be really sure why this interests me so much.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I suppose like cult cases are always fascinating, and anytime
- 12:26Speaker 1: a large group of people are sold on like a
- 12:28Speaker 1: group of ideas, policies, guidance, laws, whatever, that in reality
- 12:32Speaker 1: make little sense or makes sense, but not in the
- 12:35Speaker 1: context of any part of the real world that's completely
- 12:39Speaker 1: based on fictional reality. I'm interested. I mean, it's this
- 12:42Speaker 1: is a case of ideology colliding with control and unpredictable
- 12:47Speaker 1: nature of our belief systems. It started seemingly so as
- 12:52Speaker 1: a rationalist movement, one that might have even had some
- 12:56Speaker 1: noble intentions. Maybe it's spiraled into some thing dark, super
- 13:01Speaker 1: dark and dangerous and went from philosophy to fanaticism. So
- 13:06Speaker 1: it's like, you know, beyond that though, like the case
- 13:10Speaker 1: is about something more broad. It's about the age old
- 13:12Speaker 1: pattern of how people are searching for meaning and can
- 13:17Speaker 1: be led astray. It's about the power of belief, the
- 13:20Speaker 1: fine line between devotion and delusion, and the consequences to
- 13:24Speaker 1: come from unchecked authority. And so oh boy strap in, yeah.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Okay, really clarify that that's all they really. I mean,
- 13:38Speaker 2: I'm just happy to talk about this to other people,
- 13:42Speaker 2: So it's not just all in my own brain or
- 13:45Speaker 2: elbow feet things.
- 13:46Speaker 4: Yes, elbow feet is glad you're talking to someone besides
- 13:50Speaker 4: him about it, because you know, he's wanting to message
- 13:53Speaker 4: us and say please make her stop.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Please, is very supportive of yes, but I'm just happy
- 14:01Speaker 2: to talk to people about this. But yeah, so let's
- 14:06Speaker 2: let's get into it.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Yeah, and you know, we're going to touch on a
- 14:11Speaker 1: lot of different things throughout this and one of them
- 14:14Speaker 1: let me just let me read this to you, because
- 14:18Speaker 1: I will. So the series is going to involve many
- 14:21Speaker 1: non binary and transgender people and we're not going to
- 14:25Speaker 1: avoid these topics as they are important to the philosophy
- 14:28Speaker 1: of the cult. All subjects are going to be introduced
- 14:31Speaker 1: with their chosen name and legal name. For the sake
- 14:33Speaker 1: of legal research, We're going to do our best to
- 14:37Speaker 1: use appropriate pronouns. But please know that if there's any
- 14:41Speaker 1: mistakes that are made, it speaks to the vast number
- 14:44Speaker 1: of players in this case and the complicated nature of
- 14:48Speaker 1: their beliefs, and it is in no way intended to
- 14:52Speaker 1: disrespect their gender identity. We're super proud of the respectful
- 14:56Speaker 1: and inclusive chat community that we've found here and we've
- 14:59Speaker 1: developed peer Our regulars know the drill, But to anybody
- 15:02Speaker 1: who's popping in, please know that we don't tolerate hate speech.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Statistically speaking, trans people are four times more likely than
- 15:12Speaker 1: cisgendered people to be victims of crimes. We're not here
- 15:15Speaker 1: to fan that fire. We are here to discuss how
- 15:18Speaker 1: this group of bright young people ended up involved in
- 15:22Speaker 1: multiple deaths for sure.
- 15:27Speaker 2: And before we begin, I want to thank the lovely
- 15:30Speaker 2: cappin on our staff for making all the visuals tonight
- 15:34Speaker 2: to help keep this story straight. For those of you
- 15:38Speaker 2: that are just listening to the podcast version of this,
- 15:42Speaker 2: I can't suggest enough that you watch this on our
- 15:45Speaker 2: True Crime and Winetime YouTube channel to follow along. We're
- 15:50Speaker 2: going to be using this graphic you see here on
- 15:53Speaker 2: the screen a lot and updating it through the series.
- 15:59Speaker 2: And yes, we will be talking about all seventeen of
- 16:04Speaker 2: these people in depth. And by the end of this
- 16:07Speaker 2: Twisted Tail, eight people will be dead, seven will be incarcerated,
- 16:14Speaker 2: some for murder, and two people who as of right
- 16:19Speaker 2: now are either in hiding for fear of their life
- 16:23Speaker 2: or may also be dead. We just don't know right now.
- 16:28Speaker 2: And if keeping track of the people isn't hard enough,
- 16:32Speaker 2: the what happened and where is equally confusing, As this
- 16:37Speaker 2: group left a trail of blood from Coast to Coast.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Alert.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's some crazy stuff, you guys. So now,
- 16:51Speaker 2: deciding where to start this epic tale was very tricky,
- 16:58Speaker 2: very tricky. But for tonight's episode, let's start with the
- 17:03Speaker 2: Vermont Border Patrol incident that happened just this past January,
- 17:11Speaker 2: because that event is what really unearthed this death cult
- 17:18Speaker 2: and shined a huge spotlight on them, a group that
- 17:23Speaker 2: others had tried to warn the public about four years.
- 17:29Speaker 2: So this chapter that we're going to cover tonight of
- 17:33Speaker 2: the Zizzian story focuses on two of the newer Ish
- 17:38Speaker 2: members of the group, Milo Teresa Consuelo Youngblut and Ophelia
- 17:44Speaker 2: Felix Bacolt. So let's dive into their backgrounds and who
- 17:49Speaker 2: they they are.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Now, I just want to say we always preach that
- 17:55Speaker 4: if you see something, say something. It is so shocking
- 17:59Speaker 4: to know people both reported this, and people did the
- 18:03Speaker 4: right thing by telling law enforcement to take a look,
- 18:07Speaker 4: and they didn't. So I appreciate everyone that spoke up.
- 18:11Speaker 4: But Milo Teresa Consuelas Youngblutt is twenty one years old
- 18:16Speaker 4: and she is the youngest of the known Zizia members,
- 18:19Speaker 4: and she was originally from the wonderful Seattle, Washington area. Now, okay,
- 18:29Speaker 4: I'm like, going, I hear clicking in the background. I'm sorry,
- 18:32Speaker 4: I guys, sorry, that's okay. I was like, why do
- 18:35Speaker 4: I hear clicking? I thought it was me. So they
- 18:37Speaker 4: attended a very prestigious private school they're in the Seattle,
- 18:42Speaker 4: Washington area called Lakeside, which guys, Bill Gates also attended.
- 18:48Speaker 4: So also at the school was an older classmate, Maximilian Schneider,
- 18:54Speaker 4: who will be brought back up later. So you want
- 18:57Speaker 4: to put a pin in that and remember that name later.
- 19:01Speaker 4: So young Black had started college in twenty twenty two
- 19:05Speaker 4: at the University of Washington. Are you laughing at my
- 19:08Speaker 4: young Blount?
- 19:09Speaker 2: No, okay, it's.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Like young blout the University of Washington for computer software engineering.
- 19:20Speaker 1: You know, it is impressive that you go to the
- 19:23Speaker 1: same school as Bill Gates, But that's kind of like
- 19:25Speaker 1: saying that you played Little League in the same ballpark
- 19:28Speaker 1: as Babe Ruth. I mean, it's technically true, but unless
- 19:33Speaker 1: you also left with a billion dollar empire in an unsettling,
- 19:37Speaker 1: robotic laugh, I don't think it's the same experience.
- 19:42Speaker 2: I actually briefly looked into Lakeside because I was like, oh,
- 19:46Speaker 2: I'm gonna go down a freaking rabbit hole if I
- 19:48Speaker 2: investigate more. But it was it was very Bill Gates
- 19:53Speaker 2: and Paul Allen actually both went to this school, and
- 19:57Speaker 2: they had quite the list of alumni. Actually, but I
- 20:00Speaker 2: found to be really astonishing and I'm not sure that
- 20:04Speaker 2: it's like super important to the story, but you're gonna
- 20:08Speaker 2: you guys will see like hows this goes along and
- 20:10Speaker 2: we introduce more people that these are very highly educated people,
- 20:16Speaker 2: great schools, highly intelligent. I mean Lakeside is for fifth
- 20:21Speaker 2: or twelfth grade and it is forty five thousand dollars
- 20:25Speaker 2: a year tuition, which is crazy, Like that's a whole
- 20:32Speaker 2: person's salary, Like that is our We.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Know, we have a place like that in western Virginia
- 20:39Speaker 1: cole Woodbury and I used to run in high school.
- 20:42Speaker 1: We used to have there was like an independent meet
- 20:43Speaker 1: for schools that were like independent, but it used to
- 20:47Speaker 1: be set there and that was one of those places
- 20:49Speaker 1: where it was from like kindergarten to like the end
- 20:51Speaker 1: of high school, but it was in the middle of nowhere,
- 20:54Speaker 1: and some students because of their parents had aliases. Most
- 20:59Speaker 1: in the same thing that I've ever experienced in my life.
- 21:03Speaker 1: It's like being on a different planet.
- 21:07Speaker 2: That's the vibes I was getting. I was like, this
- 21:09Speaker 2: just feels like a completely different world.
- 21:11Speaker 1: But well, it's weird.
- 21:13Speaker 4: I'm going to just be honest and say, even if
- 21:17Speaker 4: my parents could have paid that, they would not have
- 21:20Speaker 4: let me in. They would have been like, yep, nope, nope,
- 21:24Speaker 4: not happened, but let's keep going. So on May eleventh,
- 21:30Speaker 4: twenty twenty four, yes, just last year, young Blood sent
- 21:34Speaker 4: an email to their parents saying goodbye, and four days later,
- 21:39Speaker 4: on the fifteenth, emailed their parents again, telling them that
- 21:43Speaker 4: they had taken their belongings, were moving to a new
- 21:46Speaker 4: location with the friend, and they were changing their phone
- 21:50Speaker 4: number and could no longer be contacted.
- 21:56Speaker 1: I'm I'm not a smart man, but that's not good.
- 22:02Speaker 2: It's not great. It's not great. It's not great.
- 22:04Speaker 4: No, I mean the parents were incredibly concerned, as we are,
- 22:11Speaker 4: for young Blood's safety and feared that they were in
- 22:13Speaker 4: a controlling relationship. I love that that's the first thought
- 22:17Speaker 4: that the parents go to, they are in a controlling relationship,
- 22:22Speaker 4: not knowing what was going to happen. But young Blood's
- 22:25Speaker 4: mother texted one of her neighbors and said, we have
- 22:29Speaker 4: learned that there is a man that might be involved
- 22:31Speaker 4: in the situation who's a couple of years older than
- 22:35Speaker 4: young Blood. She also asked the neighbor to call a
- 22:39Speaker 4: phone number she has had that was associated with that man,
- 22:43Speaker 4: because young Blood wouldn't recognize that neighbor's phone number if
- 22:48Speaker 4: she tried calling themselves. So the never the neighbor never
- 22:53Speaker 4: called that number because they did not feel comfortable doing so.
- 22:57Speaker 4: And I'm just going to say, you need to to
- 23:00Speaker 4: a new neighborhood. Just gonna tell you move to a
- 23:04Speaker 4: new neighborhood. If your neighbors will not call this number
- 23:07Speaker 4: to see if your child's with the Yeah, you need
- 23:10Speaker 4: to move to a new neighborhood, get new neighbors.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Or contact Terry. She will contact anything.
- 23:14Speaker 4: Contactry.
- 23:15Speaker 5: I more than happy literally anybody, Yeah.
- 23:20Speaker 4: I will, I will do it. So the parents did
- 23:24Speaker 4: what parents do. They went to the police to follow
- 23:26Speaker 4: missing person report and they told the police that young
- 23:30Speaker 4: Blood had been acting different differently, lying about their whereabouts
- 23:36Speaker 4: and concealing who they were with, and they had also
- 23:40Speaker 4: ended longtime friendships. Guys, that is a red flag, Just
- 23:46Speaker 4: so you know, that is a huge red flag. Now,
- 23:50Speaker 4: an officer informed the parents that the then twenty year
- 23:53Speaker 4: old is well within their rights to go where they
- 23:57Speaker 4: want and to handle their enter personal relationships and whatever
- 24:02Speaker 4: manner they choose. Yes, my ass officer, the department did
- 24:09Speaker 4: not initiate an investigation, but documented the incident. I'm sorry,
- 24:14Speaker 4: I have a huge problem with them saying, as we
- 24:18Speaker 4: all know, if you watch Midday Missing, just because you're
- 24:21Speaker 4: an adult doesn't mean they should not start looking.
- 24:27Speaker 1: It's it's classic detective work, reading off a Wikipedia definition
- 24:31Speaker 1: of adulthood and calling it a day. It's really groundbreaking
- 24:35Speaker 1: police work there, officer asked Jeeves.
- 24:39Speaker 2: I knew this part of the story was going to
- 24:42Speaker 2: really rev terry of working with Midday Missing, you know,
- 24:46Speaker 2: And this is a side note. You know, we cover
- 24:48Speaker 2: a lot of missing cases all the time, and it's
- 24:52Speaker 2: not very often that the call aspect is ever really considered,
- 24:56Speaker 2: you know. And I don't expect her their parents to
- 24:59Speaker 2: have I thought that that's what it would have happened.
- 25:03Speaker 2: I don't think anybody I just that just triggered with
- 25:06Speaker 2: and not triggered. But you know, like made sense to me,
- 25:09Speaker 2: like oh, like now that I think about it, that's
- 25:12Speaker 2: not something you've come across to it very.
- 25:14Speaker 4: Ch and the reason we haven't covered it on Midday Missing.
- 25:18Speaker 4: The individuals that we were going to possibly look into
- 25:21Speaker 4: that went to cults, they're back home or their family
- 25:25Speaker 4: knows they're in a cult, so they're no longer considered missing.
- 25:30Speaker 4: So we're not covering them on Midday Missing because the
- 25:33Speaker 4: family now knows that they are with an a cult.
- 25:37Speaker 4: But it wouldn't surprise me if some of the cases
- 25:41Speaker 4: that we have covered that we don't come back and
- 25:43Speaker 4: do an update and we find out they're in a cult,
- 25:48Speaker 4: because it happens more often than people realize. Yeah so,
- 25:55Speaker 4: But not much is known about where Young Blood was
- 25:59Speaker 4: in the months that followed, but a document was found
- 26:03Speaker 4: by investigators that was purported to be a lease for
- 26:06Speaker 4: a shared workspace in Shelbourne, Vermont from June twenty twenty four,
- 26:13Speaker 4: but the existence of an actual lease agreement has not
- 26:17Speaker 4: been verified because I doubt police were like here you
- 26:20Speaker 4: want to see.
- 26:22Speaker 2: But.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Just being honest, we do know that this past November
- 26:28Speaker 4: twenty twenty four, Young Bluck began renting a duplex Airbnb
- 26:33Speaker 4: previously lived in by Ophilia Backcolt in Chappelle Hill at
- 26:40Speaker 4: chet Chapel Hill. But I like to just say Chappelle
- 26:43Speaker 4: Hill the chapel here. I like to say Chappelle. It
- 26:47Speaker 4: just sounds fancieres okay, like Tarja'd be like that.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Cool.
- 26:54Speaker 4: Well, they would also think I said it very acutely. Now,
- 26:58Speaker 4: they paid nearly ten thousand dollars to extend their stay
- 27:02Speaker 4: at the end of March twenty twenty five. Now, the
- 27:06Speaker 4: property owner, who we're going to talk about later on,
- 27:09Speaker 4: said that young Blood had parked a new box truck
- 27:13Speaker 4: on his property where they spent much of their time
- 27:17Speaker 4: during the day, along with other interval individuals and black clothing,
- 27:23Speaker 4: which makes me have so many questions about why you're
- 27:26Speaker 4: written an Airbnb.
- 27:29Speaker 2: Ten thousand dollars, Like I.
- 27:32Speaker 4: Have so many questions. You could have rented a camp er,
- 27:37Speaker 4: camp spot at a CODA or mobile home park or
- 27:41Speaker 4: something for like twenty dollars a day in put your
- 27:45Speaker 4: box truck there.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Do the strippers come with it? I mean, is gratuity included?
- 27:51Speaker 1: What is the deal with the ten thousand dollars? That's
- 27:53Speaker 1: what I'm wondering now. So we talked about young Blood,
- 28:00Speaker 1: talk a little bit about Baal Kholch Holt Uh for
- 28:03Speaker 1: Ophelia Felix bow cult Backholt was twenty eight years old
- 28:10Speaker 1: and originally from Freiburg, Germany. And yay, he gave me.
- 28:15Speaker 1: We got the German person. Yeah, I love I love
- 28:19Speaker 1: German words. Anyways, well we're going to talk about them now.
- 28:25Speaker 1: It's the full name of Ophelia Felix Bowcolt is not
- 28:30Speaker 1: made up and she is from Germany, which tells you
- 28:34Speaker 1: all you need to know. So okay, so case clothes,
- 28:36Speaker 1: we can go home now, just kidding, as the children saying.
- 28:43Speaker 1: In high school she had been a national math champion,
- 28:47Speaker 1: and in twenty fourteen she won a gold medal at
- 28:50Speaker 1: the International Olympiad in Informatics, which is it's the most
- 28:54Speaker 1: prestigious high school coding contest in the world. And here
- 28:59Speaker 1: I thought those were just made up words put together
- 29:01Speaker 1: a La Elmo and the gang.
- 29:05Speaker 4: Impressive the fact that they have a national math championship.
- 29:11Speaker 4: I had no idea that there was a thing. And
- 29:14Speaker 4: once again I'm gonna let everybody know, Terry does not
- 29:17Speaker 4: do math.
- 29:18Speaker 2: We don't. We don't math here, you guys.
- 29:21Speaker 4: I mean I do not math on any any shape
- 29:25Speaker 4: or form. Now, I don't want to interrupt, but someone
- 29:27Speaker 4: wants to know if someone just cracked open a cold
- 29:29Speaker 4: one or was that a can of coke?
- 29:33Speaker 2: It's my femus can of coke. So ELB just brought
- 29:37Speaker 2: me U a margarita as well, So that's nice.
- 29:42Speaker 4: You know. I think he's a keeper.
- 29:44Speaker 2: I mean, we've been together for twelve years. I guess
- 29:46Speaker 2: I'll keep him.
- 29:48Speaker 1: I give him a solid B. So she earned herself
- 29:51Speaker 1: a scholarship to study Sorry, okay, she earned herself aolllarship
- 30:00Speaker 1: to study pure mathematics at the University of Waterloo in Canada.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Which I don't even know what that means.
- 30:05Speaker 1: While the pure I you know what, why say you
- 30:11Speaker 1: mean German? I don't know. While they're interned at Main
- 30:16Speaker 1: Street Capital in New York, which is an elite quantitative
- 30:20Speaker 1: trading firm, which just seems super redundant. Is is there
- 30:25Speaker 1: qualitative trading firm? Do they trade stories? If those cost money?
- 30:31Speaker 1: Would they simply make them quantitative traders? Again? These are
- 30:34Speaker 1: the questions they keep me up at night never and
- 30:37Speaker 1: I hate that I thought all that out. After graduating
- 30:41Speaker 1: with honors in twenty nineteen, she landed a job as
- 30:45Speaker 1: a quantitative trader leveraging complex mathematical models to identify investment
- 30:50Speaker 1: opportunities with a different New York firm, Tower Research Capital,
- 30:56Speaker 1: where she was reportedly making more than a half million dollars.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Okay, guys, that's amazing that I had no idea that
- 31:08Speaker 4: math could pay that well, and it makes my head hurt,
- 31:13Speaker 4: and I think maybe I shouldn't have gone into the
- 31:15Speaker 4: people business because I don't make it a half a
- 31:19Speaker 4: million dollars in the people business. I should have studied math.
- 31:25Speaker 2: Well, you know, I think she's so young too when
- 31:31Speaker 2: she gets these jobs like young and very, very sought
- 31:36Speaker 2: after and just amazing. Math is not my strong city either, so.
- 31:43Speaker 1: It's very odd.
- 31:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm married with one of those people.
- 31:49Speaker 2: He's my co Sam.
- 31:53Speaker 1: You put that that command in the chat, Thank you
- 31:55Speaker 1: for doing that. I put it in singular, but now
- 31:58Speaker 1: it is fixed. Just want to let you know, so
- 32:01Speaker 1: feel free to drop that in there one more time.
- 32:04Speaker 4: Okay, And now I'm like, we have commands. For now,
- 32:09Speaker 4: I get it.
- 32:12Speaker 1: We have power commands.
- 32:13Speaker 2: I mean, actually none of the commands seem to be working.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Just by the way. Oh good, awesome, So sorry, guys,
- 32:26Speaker 2: that's fine.
- 32:27Speaker 1: We'll figure it out.
- 32:28Speaker 2: We'll figure out anyway. We'll go on with the story.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Are delicious and wonderful. We'll figure it out.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Yes. So, even though she had this amazing career and
- 32:38Speaker 1: made a lot of money Backholt didn't live large. She
- 32:43Speaker 1: made sure to spend no more than ten percent of
- 32:45Speaker 1: her pre tax income and donated a significant amount to
- 32:49Speaker 1: charity she considered. She considered herself to be an effective altruist,
- 32:55Speaker 1: just a person who believed donating much of what she
- 32:57Speaker 1: earned to causes that will have the largest imp act
- 33:00Speaker 1: on the most number of people. I mean, I'm going
- 33:03Speaker 1: to ask the question once, but is there really such
- 33:05Speaker 1: a thing as genuine and honest to god altruism. I
- 33:08Speaker 1: don't need answers. I just wanted to, you know, bring
- 33:10Speaker 1: forth a sense of self doubt and dread. So she
- 33:14Speaker 1: was described.
- 33:15Speaker 4: You had a quick question, what is ten percent of
- 33:19Speaker 4: half a million?
- 33:22Speaker 1: Ten percent of pre text half a million fifty thousand, okay,
- 33:29Speaker 1: And if that's what she lives, dollars fifty thousand, and
- 33:32Speaker 1: she gave the rest of it.
- 33:33Speaker 4: So there are so many a mirror. I mean, because
- 33:36Speaker 4: at first I was like, oh my god, that is
- 33:38Speaker 4: really great. You must have been living very frugal, but no,
- 33:44Speaker 4: fifty thousand dollars is still good money.
- 33:48Speaker 1: So more than I make now, Yes I'm not.
- 33:51Speaker 4: I'm taking back my feelings.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but she's in New York. Is fifty thousand dollars
- 33:57Speaker 2: really good in New York? I mean that's that could
- 34:00Speaker 2: be considered really frugal living there. I would think, I
- 34:04Speaker 2: don't know. I just hear a nine years. I don't know.
- 34:06Speaker 2: I live in Ohio, So that's a lot for Ohio.
- 34:10Speaker 2: That's all I'm saying.
- 34:11Speaker 1: It's it's it's it's yeah. I mean, she obviously could
- 34:15Speaker 1: do maths. She was described as being highly calculating. That's
- 34:18Speaker 1: not how what that means, but it was a great
- 34:19Speaker 1: transition in other aspects of her life as well. A
- 34:25Speaker 1: former roommate of hers said the Baukltz day revolved around
- 34:28Speaker 1: quote super micromanaged decisions to make sure her state of
- 34:32Speaker 1: mind was in the right place to perform as well
- 34:35Speaker 1: as possible at work. So basically, she approached life like
- 34:39Speaker 1: it was a math problem, deducing the precise number of
- 34:42Speaker 1: hours of sleep she needed and what to avoid. So
- 34:45Speaker 1: toa coffee to be her best.
- 34:49Speaker 4: Okay, I just have to say maybe it's my ady D.
- 34:53Speaker 4: But I have problems just managing my calendar, much less
- 34:57Speaker 4: making sure that my state of mind is optimal, because
- 35:01Speaker 4: I would know. Is that really a thing? Is there
- 35:03Speaker 4: a way to make your mind optimal?
- 35:07Speaker 2: Not mine?
- 35:09Speaker 4: Mine? No? So I'm just wondering. Am I the anomaly
- 35:14Speaker 4: anomally or is she the anomaly?
- 35:17Speaker 2: Oh? I certainly think she is the anomaly? Okay, there,
- 35:20Speaker 2: I don't think that's a normal thing. I wish so
- 35:24Speaker 2: like maybe she had some good secrets about that hereius.
- 35:28Speaker 1: Yeah. So She also had an apartment in Jersey City,
- 35:33Speaker 1: New Jersey, which was a gathering place for her network
- 35:37Speaker 1: of friends, most of whom were highly educated transgender women
- 35:41Speaker 1: like her. Her roommate Astra said, quote, she was the
- 35:44Speaker 1: glue of our friend group. She was living a very
- 35:47Speaker 1: good life. Now, there are a few other interesting anecdotes
- 35:53Speaker 1: in her timeline that we are going to save to
- 35:55Speaker 1: discuss later when they become a little more relevant. So
- 35:59Speaker 1: in twenty twenty a too, Boucolt attended a rationalist event
- 36:03Speaker 1: in New York where she befriended an AI researcher Jessica Taylor.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Taylor described her as bright but a bit weird and
- 36:12Speaker 1: socially awkward, which wasn't an unusual set of characteristics at
- 36:16Speaker 1: rationalist events. In fact, in that massive people, it would
- 36:21Speaker 1: be more like where's Waldo? To put a socially unawkward
- 36:24Speaker 1: person in the middle of those folks.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Thinks, I.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Mean weird and socially awkwards my middle name. I tried
- 36:38Speaker 1: to have a change, but it didn't take uh So.
- 36:42Speaker 1: Taylor said Balcult was a fan of the Zizz theory
- 36:45Speaker 1: or ziz theory, and over the course of that year
- 36:48Speaker 1: their discussions became centered around Zizz aka jack Lesoda, an
- 36:54Speaker 1: online blogger. Taylor said it was clear that Bowcult was
- 36:58Speaker 1: enthralled with So and zizion tenets such as the importance
- 37:02Speaker 1: of altruism and ethical veganism. You know, just a regular
- 37:07Speaker 1: old lettuce loving karma balancing club.
- 37:13Speaker 4: I know what a vacan is, but what is ethical veganism?
- 37:20Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's based on the belief that animals have
- 37:25Speaker 1: rights and should be treated with respect and compassion. So
- 37:28Speaker 1: really it kind of it seems like a more snobby
- 37:32Speaker 1: version of veganism. They also see animals as people who
- 37:37Speaker 1: should have rights, so everyone else they're flesh eating monsters.
- 37:42Speaker 1: They would have been the group to lobby for the
- 37:43Speaker 1: full rights of the elephants when it was petitioned in Colorado.
- 37:47Speaker 1: And that's true, and it was turned down. The elephants
- 37:51Speaker 1: were denied, and they said, don't worry, we never forget.
- 37:55Speaker 2: So.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Taylor also said that Balkult seemed to not be bothered
- 38:00Speaker 1: by some of the more extreme positions is took, like
- 38:05Speaker 1: the importance of retribution under some circumstances. Taylor had tried
- 38:10Speaker 1: to warn her to not get involved with Zizz or
- 38:13Speaker 1: anyone associated with her because the group was well was
- 38:17Speaker 1: known for and I quote having a high death rate,
- 38:22Speaker 1: which should have been kind of a clue maybe perhaps Well.
- 38:28Speaker 4: I'm going to say, I think it's too late now.
- 38:32Speaker 2: Yeah, she really should have heard it, I mean at
- 38:36Speaker 2: this point yikes, yeah, yeah, hindsight.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Yes. By early twenty twenty three, Jessica Taylor had lost
- 38:49Speaker 1: contact with Balcholt, and her roommate said that things started
- 38:53Speaker 1: to take a dark turn. Balcolt began to retreat from
- 38:57Speaker 1: her friends and talk on the phone for long periods
- 39:00Speaker 1: of time to people she wouldn't identify. She started taking
- 39:03Speaker 1: frequent flights to places she wouldn't talk about. By November
- 39:06Speaker 1: of that year, Baucolt hopped on a flight out of
- 39:09Speaker 1: Newark Liberty International Airport and cut off all contact with
- 39:14Speaker 1: her friends, leaving them with no idea where she had gone.
- 39:19Speaker 2: Exactly cappened begans, But okay, with murder, it's very confusing.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Just not animals, right, so you can kill animals.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Okay, we'll see what happens. So yeah, we'll see.
- 39:35Speaker 1: So we do know that starting in July of twenty
- 39:39Speaker 1: twenty three, she started renting an airbnb in Chapel Hill,
- 39:43Speaker 1: North Carolina or Chapelle Hill, and resided there up until
- 39:48Speaker 1: the past January. This is the same property owner that
- 39:53Speaker 1: rented to Youngblood, and he reported seeing strange sightings there
- 39:58Speaker 1: as well, such as box being parked and running electric
- 40:01Speaker 1: from the house, people all dressed in black, and he
- 40:05Speaker 1: believed that there was another man who appeared to be
- 40:08Speaker 1: living with Balcolt. It is strongly believed that this person
- 40:13Speaker 1: or one of the other people he spotted was Zizz
- 40:16Speaker 1: aka Jack Lisoda.
- 40:19Speaker 4: Okay, back to this box truck thing again, Why are
- 40:25Speaker 4: you running electricity to box trucks? Because I'm gonna say
- 40:29Speaker 4: that should be a red flag if you're an airbnb owner,
- 40:33Speaker 4: because I would have put on my little nosey Nancy
- 40:37Speaker 4: hat and went over there. What if they were cooking
- 40:40Speaker 4: meth or something like? It was a meth lab. I mean,
- 40:44Speaker 4: everybody seemed breaking bad. They used an old bus. Why
- 40:47Speaker 4: would you run an Airbnb and have box trucks there
- 40:52Speaker 4: running electricity to it.
- 40:54Speaker 1: You can't cook meth in the Airbnb. I'm pretty sure
- 40:57Speaker 1: that's in the terms and contract, like thou shalt not
- 41:02Speaker 1: cook meth.
- 41:04Speaker 2: Well, we're going to find out. We're gonna find out
- 41:07Speaker 2: with this group that box trucks are going to come
- 41:10Speaker 2: up a lot. And I can't wait till we get
- 41:13Speaker 2: to that part of the story to talk about their
- 41:18Speaker 2: box truck adventures.
- 41:19Speaker 4: It will make will.
- 41:20Speaker 2: It'll make more sense? Well, it makes a little more sense.
- 41:24Speaker 2: I'm not gonna say it makes all of the sense,
- 41:27Speaker 2: because it doesn't make all of the sense to me.
- 41:30Speaker 2: But we will find that box trucks are going to
- 41:33Speaker 2: be coming up a lot.
- 41:35Speaker 4: I just had a thought. Instead of a meth lab,
- 41:38Speaker 4: is it a dexter room where they have the walls
- 41:41Speaker 4: lined with plastic?
- 41:44Speaker 2: I mean, oh, what if they are the ice truck killer?
- 41:50Speaker 2: I mean, everyone knows me knows I don't like giving spoilers.
- 41:55Speaker 2: I know, so we won't, but I will say, why.
- 41:59Speaker 4: Is it B and B owner? Would you not go
- 42:03Speaker 4: and check it out when it's on your property?
- 42:06Speaker 1: I mean, I have we got to remember this as
- 42:08Speaker 1: North Carolina and the thought of having any kind of
- 42:11Speaker 1: truck is not entirely weird. Even if it's half buried.
- 42:16Speaker 4: Box truck, that's a little weird in a residential area
- 42:20Speaker 4: making a credit.
- 42:23Speaker 2: I'm still like wanting to know who all was at
- 42:28Speaker 2: this chapel Hill B and B is, Like, how many
- 42:31Speaker 2: people were there, either living in the houses or in
- 42:37Speaker 2: these box trucks? Like, Unfortunately I don't have any of
- 42:40Speaker 2: those answers for you guys tonight.
- 42:45Speaker 1: You never know who has a kana.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Just want to give Alba props for listening to me.
- 42:55Speaker 2: There's a man who will listen to you rant for.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Two hours that yeah, you need to keep him because
- 43:05Speaker 4: I could tell you if I would have tried to
- 43:07Speaker 4: discuss this with double H, it would have just went blank.
- 43:10Speaker 4: He would have just like, oh, sat there and.
- 43:13Speaker 1: Did this looked like me?
- 43:15Speaker 4: He would have looked like Jacy.
- 43:17Speaker 1: Yeah, So so listen. The property owner also said that
- 43:21Speaker 1: the last time they had contact with Balholt was in
- 43:23Speaker 1: December when she was trying to negotiate a more traditional
- 43:26Speaker 1: lease instead of using Airbnb. But nothing's known if a
- 43:30Speaker 1: deal was worked out between them or not, which is
- 43:33Speaker 1: kind of interesting considering what we're going to be discussing next. So,
- 43:37Speaker 1: so we have young Blood and Balcoult living in separate
- 43:41Speaker 1: places owned by the same person in Chapelle Hill, North Carolina.
- 43:47Speaker 1: They know it's going to become a thing. I'm gonna
- 43:49Speaker 1: make it a thing. They know each other, They have
- 43:52Speaker 1: box trucks outside of where they're staying, both basically cut
- 43:56Speaker 1: off everyone in their lives. Both seem to be highly educated,
- 44:00Speaker 1: and both seem like they are making plans to stay
- 44:02Speaker 1: in North Carolina for a little while. This brings us
- 44:06Speaker 1: just January of this year.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Uh yeah, so this brings us to January this year.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Before I get into what happens in well, first of all,
- 44:19Speaker 2: we're going to Vermont. That's where we're going everybody. But
- 44:21Speaker 2: before I go into what happens, I was like, Vermont
- 44:25Speaker 2: seems to be coming up a lot in this story,
- 44:28Speaker 2: Like not just with what we're talking about tonight, but
- 44:32Speaker 2: in past years, there's lots of mentions to Vermont, and
- 44:36Speaker 2: I was like, what is the deal with Vermont? You know,
- 44:40Speaker 2: like in these people? And I won't go down the
- 44:43Speaker 2: Vermont rabbit hole with you guys, because I spent a
- 44:46Speaker 2: lot of time there. But what I did learn was
- 44:49Speaker 2: that while California is known for having a lot of cults,
- 44:52Speaker 2: Vermont is known to have a lot of cults called activity. Yeah,
- 44:58Speaker 2: I know, that's what that was My reaction, Like, what
- 45:01Speaker 2: for one of the first cults actually started in Vermont?
- 45:06Speaker 4: Because it's so cold there and everybody's so remote, you
- 45:12Speaker 4: could do whatever.
- 45:13Speaker 2: You want, That's what I ended.
- 45:15Speaker 1: I mean, think about it. It's super cold, somebody likes
- 45:18Speaker 1: a fire, you're standing around it, and then what what
- 45:21Speaker 1: is there left to do? Then do a dance in
- 45:23Speaker 1: a chant? I mean that's all you got left? So
- 45:26Speaker 1: boom cult.
- 45:27Speaker 2: Yeah, there were many I read about that. I definitely
- 45:30Speaker 2: think we should cover some time in the future. But
- 45:32Speaker 2: I I just I never really thought about it. But
- 45:35Speaker 2: there's a lot of communal I mean, not everyone up
- 45:37Speaker 2: there is you know, in some death cult like these people.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Everybody in Vermont. We're not everybody in Vermont is in
- 45:48Speaker 4: golt Okay.
- 45:49Speaker 2: Now, it just happens to be a hub of them
- 45:52Speaker 2: for a long time. So anyway, all right, so we're
- 45:55Speaker 2: unsure when exactly young Blood and Boyle arrived in Vermont,
- 46:02Speaker 2: but what we do know is that they were there
- 46:07Speaker 2: on January thirteenth of this year, and they were not
- 46:11Speaker 2: very far from the Vermont Canada border, like five ten
- 46:18Speaker 2: fifteen miles that's how close they were to the border.
- 46:23Speaker 2: So while they are there, young Blood on the thirteenth
- 46:26Speaker 2: had contacted this Northeast Kingdom realtor seeking to view a
- 46:32Speaker 2: house in we Look, Vermont, and they said the realtor
- 46:38Speaker 2: said that they only spoke with young Blood, who referred
- 46:42Speaker 2: to herself as Connie and her companion as Sam. We're
- 46:47Speaker 2: not going to refer to them miss Sam. But listen,
- 46:50Speaker 2: these people have so many freaking names, all right, so many.
- 46:53Speaker 2: I mean, the list of alias is for everyone, like
- 46:56Speaker 2: they go buy lots of different things, and I was
- 46:58Speaker 2: just like, really, we're adding more here, Connie with their
- 47:01Speaker 2: legal names anyway, So so well, the reason I bring
- 47:06Speaker 2: that up is because they're being suspicious right away with
- 47:09Speaker 2: this real litter, Like, why are they being weird and
- 47:12Speaker 2: using names that, yeah, that aren't that I have yet?
- 47:17Speaker 2: To find ever being associated with these people, so you
- 47:20Speaker 2: know that's interesting. But anyway, so they were wanting to
- 47:23Speaker 2: look at an eleven acre property that was extremely remote
- 47:28Speaker 2: and difficult to access in the winter time. And it's
- 47:31Speaker 2: freaking January in Vermont, so you know, probably not a
- 47:37Speaker 2: good time. The two bedroom fixer upper is off the grid,
- 47:42Speaker 2: which is something that young Blood was expressing interest in,
- 47:46Speaker 2: and it had a generator and a woodstove.
- 47:51Speaker 4: Okay am, I just going to say if I am
- 47:53Speaker 4: it's okay am. I the only one that says that
- 47:55Speaker 4: sounds like hell no, it sounds aful I like rustic,
- 48:00Speaker 4: but I need access.
- 48:01Speaker 1: It is easy.
- 48:02Speaker 4: If I want to order a pizza, I need them
- 48:04Speaker 4: to be able to make it up the driveway. And
- 48:06Speaker 4: I need the house to have heat and not be
- 48:09Speaker 4: a fixer upper, because when I'm thinking of a fixer upper,
- 48:13Speaker 4: I'm guessing the house is not insulated well and they're
- 48:17Speaker 4: holes where all of the cold airs coming in and
- 48:20Speaker 4: nobody can get up there.
- 48:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it's not It's not just you. It sounds pretty
- 48:26Speaker 1: much terror bad, not terra bad, but terrible bad.
- 48:32Speaker 2: Uh.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Sure, I can think of many reasons why, but the
- 48:38Speaker 1: movie The Strangers does come to mind.
- 48:40Speaker 2: So yeah, I would never, I would. I can barely
- 48:48Speaker 2: survive central Ohio weather. It's like I'm moving to Harmonia
- 48:52Speaker 2: right anyway, So the real litter U said that they
- 48:57Speaker 2: had tried to discourage young but from attempting to buy
- 49:00Speaker 2: house at least in the middle of winter. Okay, quote,
- 49:03Speaker 2: I said, right, you don't want this quote. I said,
- 49:09Speaker 2: maybe it would be a better idea for us to
- 49:11Speaker 2: go look at it in the springtime, and she said,
- 49:15Speaker 2: we don't want to wait till spring. She was very adamant,
- 49:19Speaker 2: and apparently young Blut said they plan to pay cash
- 49:23Speaker 2: for the house, which the property is listed for just
- 49:26Speaker 2: under two hundred thousand dollars on Zillow.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Now paid five dollars a year.
- 49:34Speaker 2: No, no, no, this is young blood. The other what
- 49:36Speaker 2: the twenty one ye were in the twenty one year
- 49:39Speaker 2: old is like I got two hundred grand to throw
- 49:42Speaker 2: down on a fixer up or in Vermont after paying
- 49:47Speaker 2: ten thousand dollars for an Airbnb. Yeah, I'm like in
- 49:51Speaker 2: North Carolina.
- 49:52Speaker 4: It doesn't make sense to me.
- 49:54Speaker 2: And them saying that they're very adamant, yeah, to have like,
- 50:00Speaker 2: what's the urgency here?
- 50:02Speaker 4: Even I don't have those eleven acres. Nobody in your business.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Dead winter, you know, right. Anyway, so the realtor they
- 50:13Speaker 2: made plans for viewing the next morning, but after an
- 50:17Speaker 2: effort to plow the road that day was of course unsuccessful.
- 50:22Speaker 2: The realtor called young butl and left messages letting them
- 50:26Speaker 2: know the viewing was off and rescheduled it for January twentieth.
- 50:31Speaker 2: Big Day. However, the realtor learned that young Blood and
- 50:36Speaker 2: at least one other person had showed up. Anyway, and
- 50:40Speaker 2: we're drawing attention to neighbors or hunters, maybe both. I've
- 50:47Speaker 2: seen both mentioned in news articles, but I'm actually wondering
- 50:53Speaker 2: if perhaps they might have been law enforcements. So you see,
- 51:00Speaker 2: while young Blood and Baccol were property hunting, they were
- 51:04Speaker 2: also staying at the Linonville Hotel, and investigators had been
- 51:08Speaker 2: carrying out surveillance on them after they set off alarm
- 51:12Speaker 2: bells when they checked into a hotel dressed in all
- 51:15Speaker 2: black tactical clothing and carrying a firearm.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Which is quite literally the start to almost every single
- 51:24Speaker 1: active shooter script I've ever narrated.
- 51:27Speaker 2: Yeah, well, ever, yeah, now you know, Vermont is an
- 51:33Speaker 2: open kerry state. So it's not that out of the
- 51:37Speaker 2: ordinary to see someone there with a visible weapon because
- 51:40Speaker 2: it is a very rural state and people are kind
- 51:43Speaker 2: of like whatever. But these two must have been given
- 51:46Speaker 2: off some extra vibes for these people to be like yikes,
- 51:53Speaker 2: you know, because they I mean, this is there's a
- 51:56Speaker 2: lot of weird people around apparently, so well they must
- 52:01Speaker 2: have really set off alarm bells. But anyway, authority Is
- 52:03Speaker 2: also stated that at one point they did make contact
- 52:07Speaker 2: with young Blood and bat Colt in what way we
- 52:10Speaker 2: don't know, but they said that not much came out
- 52:14Speaker 2: of the interactions, so a for for effort. So anyway,
- 52:21Speaker 2: that night, January fourteenth, the duo ended up checking into
- 52:26Speaker 2: the Newport City and in suites around eleven PM. So
- 52:31Speaker 2: after they're done how something and whatever, they go check
- 52:35Speaker 2: into a different place and young but young Blood initially
- 52:39Speaker 2: reserved one room for one night, but by the next day,
- 52:43Speaker 2: close to checkout, young Blood returned to the office to
- 52:46Speaker 2: extend their stay and they stayed in room fifty of
- 52:50Speaker 2: the end for six nights. So it's just like kind
- 52:56Speaker 2: of weird how their plans are kind of coming and going. Yeah,
- 53:01Speaker 2: it's just very weird that they wouldn't have had solid
- 53:05Speaker 2: places to stay when they came up here to like
- 53:09Speaker 2: what is happening? So staff members said they interacted exclusively
- 53:14Speaker 2: with young Blood, who often separated with Backhole in the
- 53:18Speaker 2: parking lot, entering the front office alone while Bockholt went
- 53:24Speaker 2: to their room. Which why is young Blood the one
- 53:27Speaker 2: doing all the interacting here and not.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Back Hole?
- 53:32Speaker 2: Like? Okay? So the people that work there, They described
- 53:37Speaker 2: young Blood as quiet and said she answered questions when asked,
- 53:41Speaker 2: but did not speak much Otherwise. Young Blood was often
- 53:44Speaker 2: seen wearing black ski pants, a large black coat, and
- 53:48Speaker 2: a mask. The two rarely seemed to leave the hotel
- 53:51Speaker 2: and would walk in the direction of nearby restaurants and
- 53:54Speaker 2: convenience stores in the immediate vicinity, and one night, young
- 53:58Speaker 2: Blood left the end alone and was skipping down the street.
- 54:02Speaker 2: I don't know why that was reported, but I just
- 54:04Speaker 2: wanted to include that because I thought that was really funny.
- 54:07Speaker 4: That's something I would be necessarily. I mean, I get
- 54:14Speaker 4: that people may think it's weird wearing all black in
- 54:17Speaker 4: the winter, m hmm, But I just want to ask you, guys,
- 54:21Speaker 4: is it more weird that I mostly wear pink?
- 54:25Speaker 2: Well, you're in Texas, you don't gonna have like winters.
- 54:28Speaker 4: Even when I went to Finland, I still wore pinks.
- 54:31Speaker 4: Oh they were all like what But I mean, guys,
- 54:33Speaker 4: I am literally looking for pink tactical pants. So if
- 54:37Speaker 4: any one knows where I can get them, please send
- 54:41Speaker 4: me an email with where I can purchase them.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Isn't it pink tactical and oxymoron?
- 54:49Speaker 4: I have my pink pinks.
- 54:51Speaker 1: I mean, if you're trying to hide, why would you
- 54:55Speaker 1: be Unless you're living around like unicorns, You're not going
- 54:58Speaker 1: to hide very well in pink tactic.
- 55:01Speaker 4: Tactical doesn't necessarily mean you're hiding it. First responders were
- 55:05Speaker 4: tactical plants.
- 55:08Speaker 1: Well, that just seems like they're overdoing it. I'm kidding.
- 55:16Speaker 2: So on January nineteenth, a day before the two were
- 55:20Speaker 2: supposed to look at that property again, the realtor received
- 55:26Speaker 2: what they said was a weird email from young Blood
- 55:29Speaker 2: complaining that while she was at the property with those
- 55:33Speaker 2: neighbors or hunters or whatever they were, she had an
- 55:36Speaker 2: uncomfortable exchange with two men who allegedly commented on her
- 55:41Speaker 2: clothing and what she was doing there. So I'm thinking
- 55:47Speaker 2: it sounds more and more like it was law enforcement.
- 55:49Speaker 2: To be honest with you, that's the conclusion.
- 55:57Speaker 1: Can you imagine one of the policemen just are law
- 56:00Speaker 1: enforcement walking up to him and being like, so what
- 56:03Speaker 1: so I just left that wearing what you wear in.
- 56:09Speaker 2: I mean, but a weird interaction. It freaked her out
- 56:13Speaker 2: enough that she was like, nope. So the next day,
- 56:18Speaker 2: January twenty, twenty twenty five, would be the day where
- 56:23Speaker 2: everything changed. In the morning, the real letter learned that
- 56:28Speaker 2: the cellar of the house had accepted another offer and
- 56:31Speaker 2: informed young Blood that the property was no longer available
- 56:35Speaker 2: and canceled the viewing. And so then young Blood and
- 56:38Speaker 2: Bachholt check out of the Newport City and at like
- 56:43Speaker 2: regular checkout time, you know, eleven ish or whatever.
- 56:48Speaker 1: Plot twist, the offer was from the snowplowd guy, and
- 56:54Speaker 1: that's why I didn't get it all done right.
- 56:58Speaker 2: Conspiracy.
- 56:58Speaker 4: I have to tell you people are judging the fact
- 57:01Speaker 4: that I wear pink during the winter. Because I tried
- 57:04Speaker 4: to respond to someone's comment that said, oh, Captain said,
- 57:08Speaker 4: no weather is dulling, Terry Sparkle, I put yep, I
- 57:12Speaker 4: need pink every day. Three sixty five YouTube rejected your comment.
- 57:17Speaker 4: This usually means they think it spam. Try changing it
- 57:22Speaker 4: a bit. What even YouTube has a problem with my
- 57:27Speaker 4: pink clothes.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I think I think you tube's having some
- 57:32Speaker 2: problems tonight. To be quite honest, I think YouTube is
- 57:37Speaker 2: being weird. So at around three pm that day, the
- 57:41Speaker 2: US Border Patrol Agent, well three Border Patrol Agent unit vehicles,
- 57:48Speaker 2: stopped a blue Toyota Prias hatchback with North Carolina license
- 57:52Speaker 2: plates for an immigration infection on Interstate ninety one in Coventry, Romont.
- 58:01Speaker 2: Authorities at the times that Bacole appeared to have an
- 58:04Speaker 2: expired visa because remember she's from Germany, which I'll go
- 58:09Speaker 2: ahead and say now that after the incident it turned
- 58:12Speaker 2: out that her visa was perfectly valid. So that's it.
- 58:16Speaker 1: Looks like it looks like I'm walking in pink.
- 58:22Speaker 2: Well that's a choice.
- 58:24Speaker 4: Yeah, that's not a good choice.
- 58:28Speaker 2: Oh goodness.
- 58:29Speaker 1: So I want to apologize to Terry because earlier I
- 58:35Speaker 1: told Terry the definition of ethical veganism and a blue
- 58:40Speaker 1: Toyota Prius that is ethical veganism.
- 58:44Speaker 2: They love their prises, they do, they all right.
- 58:50Speaker 1: So also with the scene was Border Patrol Agent David
- 58:55Speaker 1: Chris Mayland. I'm saying that correctly, right, I hope I
- 58:58Speaker 1: am agent. Mayland was originally from Minnesota, had spent nine
- 59:05Speaker 1: years in the Air Force and fifteen years in federal service.
- 59:10Speaker 1: While working in Washington, d C. He provided security for
- 59:13Speaker 1: the State Department and Pentagon during the nine to eleven attacks,
- 59:16Speaker 1: which I can't even imagine being in that role. He
- 59:20Speaker 1: was also a canine officer. I'm I'm unsure, but that
- 59:26Speaker 1: looks like that maybe has dog Cora there in that
- 59:30Speaker 1: picture with him. And he was a member of the
- 59:33Speaker 1: mobile rescue team. He had faithfully served on both the
- 59:36Speaker 1: Texas and Canadian borders, earning the respect and admiration of
- 59:40Speaker 1: colleagues and the communities that he served. He was also
- 59:44Speaker 1: in the process of proposing to his girlfriend Roseanne.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, so you how adorable is Cora?
- 59:53Speaker 4: Oh? Cute? And he is a good guy. If he
- 59:56Speaker 4: had a canine as a partner, you know he's a
- 59:58Speaker 4: good guy because dogs pick out good people.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: Now, she's very cute, very cute.
- 1:00:07Speaker 4: Now, young Blood and back Hoold were pulled over, and
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: even though the vehicle was registered to Backholt, young Blood
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: was the one driving, while while young Blood sat in
- 1:00:19Speaker 4: the passenger seat. After about fifteen to twenty minutes, according
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: to court documents, young Blood pulled a gun and opened
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: fire on the agent's back. Cold then also tried to
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: pull out a gun. Agents returned fire, killing Ophilia back
- 1:00:37Speaker 4: Hold and wounding young Blood. Now Border Patrol agent Milan
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: was also killed during the gunfire, becoming the first Border
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: Patrol agent to die in the line of duty since
- 1:00:51Speaker 4: twenty fourteen. Guys, it has not been released yet who
- 1:00:55Speaker 4: actually shot Agent Malott.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I was surprised to learn that this was the
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: first Border Patrol deaths since twenty fourteen. That really surprised me.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: I was like, oh, wow, that's I wasn't expecting that,
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: you know, one would think, wow, I think.
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: But I don't want to start any conspiracy theories, but
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: I can say that I've heard of Border Patrol agents
- 1:01:26Speaker 4: in Texas dying on the border in the line of duty.
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: So maybe they're talking about the Verbon order. Well yeah, so,
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: I mean, but I don't know if they're true or factual.
- 1:01:37Speaker 4: It's just the talk of the land. But so that's okay. Now.
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: Investigators who searched the car reported fighting a cash of
- 1:01:47Speaker 4: tactical gear, including a ballistic helmet, night vision face respirators,
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: two way radios, and dozens of hollow point bullets. They
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: also located Bloods journal, which, according to prosecutors, contained cipher
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: text and writings about her psychedelic experiences and what in.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: The name of some crazy spy ship is going on?
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: Right? Oh?
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: As the questions.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: Who, like did they bring luggage with them from North Carolina?
- 1:02:26Speaker 2: Like why would you be bringing all of this with
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: you on a road trip? I I just find we
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: don't know why. I'll just go and tell you guys, now,
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: we don't know why they had all this stuff yet?
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: Why and how can they buy a ballistic helmet if
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: they're not in law enforcement or military? How did they
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: get night vision devices like goggles and stuff?
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: You've been on the dark web, you know, Yeah, these
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: are st folks. Also, they were just in North Carolina.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: They could have gotten it at the corner store.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: So okay, even in Texas, we can't buy that on
- 1:03:07Speaker 4: the corner store. I mean we get the hollow point bullets.
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: Chapellelle now young Blood was treated at a local hospital
- 1:03:17Speaker 4: and is currently incarcerated at the Chiddenden Regional Correctional Facility
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: in Vermont. She has pleaded not guilty to two federal
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: weapons counts. Yeah, girl, you stick with that. It's unsure
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: why they haven't been charged, why they haven't charged them
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: with the deaths of Bockholt and Malan yet. I'm thinking
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: they're gathering all their evidence, making sure they're crossing their
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: te's not in their eyes, because I think they will.
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: But either way, young Block is facing a mandatory minimum
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: sentence of ten years, with the maximum prison sentence to live.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: So I wonder, like I wonder if it has something
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: to do with the fact that they don't know who
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: actually did the shooting or who shot him. And I
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: know you said that it hadn't come out yet, but
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: I wonder if that's because they don't know.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: Well, I don't really think that it's relevant because and
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: here's why it is, because young Blood was in the
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: commission of a felony by pulling a gun out. It
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: doesn't matter who killed him. It doesn't matter because it
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: was her their action of pulling the gun that everything unfolded.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: So that's why I'm so perplexed that they haven't charged
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: young Blood with maland or a vocal at this point.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: I mean, but I have a lot to say about
- 1:04:41Speaker 2: this entire thing. But I feel like it's too soon.
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: It would just be speculation in my part until more
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: evidence comes out in all of this, you know, a
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: pin in it, but I'll put a pen in it,
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: but a pink pen. It's very confusing. As somebody who
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: follows a lot of true it is very confusing.
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: Oh Now, Meanwhile, back in North Carolina, the owner of
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: young Blood's Airbnb said he had sent messages to all
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: of his renters during recent cold snap that we all had.
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: I mean remember when it's snowed in Texas and in
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: Louisiana and most of the South was under freezing temperatures. Well,
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: he asked all of his renters to do what you do.
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: You drip your faucets to avoid frozen pipes. Okay, guys,
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: that's a real thing. Now. He never heard back from
- 1:05:36Speaker 4: back Colt or young Blood, but someone renting the other
- 1:05:40Speaker 4: half of young Blood's duplex said her hot water wasn't working.
- 1:05:45Speaker 4: So the owner said, I'm going to go into young
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: Blood's unit. I'm going to check the plumbing. And he
- 1:05:52Speaker 4: had this to say, and I quote. The thing that
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: struck me the most was that there was a stretcher
- 1:06:00Speaker 4: in the living room, Like, what in the world is
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: going on with these people? The hair on the back
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: of my neck is still up, and I just can't
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: believe it's being connected to my Airbnb.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: A stretcher, I.
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: Yeah, like a stretcher. Like, seriously, who are these people
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: and where do they get their stretcher? Well, the FBI
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: released a statement that young Blood is believed to have
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: associated with other individuals sub suspected a violent acts in
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: multiple states, to include Pennsylvania and California. They also brought
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: in a special agent who investigates computer crimes, fraud, and
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: criminals trying to infiltrate networks. I mean, we got to
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: remember they were smart people. I mean, if I can
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: figure out how to get on the dark Web, you know,
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: they are much smarter than me because they could math,
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: they could math.
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: Yeah. I think what's interesting because again, this all just
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: happened in January, so we're going to be getting new
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: information coming out about this for in the future. You know.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: But when the.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: FBI tells you that a special agent who investigates computer
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: crimes and fraud and criminals trying to infiltrate networks, I
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: don't know of any of these people at this point
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: in time of having a job, like I have found
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: nothing about any of them having a job. And so
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: with everyone that's involved in this being some sort of
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: quite frankly computer tech genius, I suspect and I could
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: be completely wrong, and I don't want to accuse people
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: of all of the crimes, but I would not be
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: a surprised if we see some further charges on some
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: people for perhaps some computer crimes.
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: I mean, I'm going to say, I'm glad that Penelope
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: is on the good side of the law. And if
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: you don't know who Penelope is, you should probably just
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: disconnect us and not watch us anymore. If you don't
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: know who Penelope is, I mean she is now no,
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: you could stay well, I'm sorry, I.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: Okay, she's wonderful And okay, so let's talk a little
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: bit about this person we told you to put a
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: pin in, not literally but figuratively. Earlier. Investigators then released
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: some info about these associates we just spoke about. Remember
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: earlier when we talked about young Blood attending a high
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: school with a guy named and I quote Maximilian Bentley
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Nier real name. Yeah, Well, here we are. Here's the time.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: Did you do you remember? No need did I? So
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: in November of twenty twenty four, he and young Blood
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: filed a marriage application in Washington. Now whether or not
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: whether or not they actually got married, we don't know,
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: because at around the same time, young Blood started renting
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: that airbnb in North Carolina, and as far as we know,
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: Snyder had remained in Washington. Also, was he the same
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: guy her parents were worried about them being in a
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: controlling relationship with man?
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I would think that well. As I learned also
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: is that in Washington, you know, if you file for
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: an application, you've got to turn your license in there.
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: And there's been no marriage license for them in filed anyway,
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: So like maybe they had another ceremony. I don't know
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: legally though, I've yet to find anywhere that they're they're married.
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: But that raises a very interesting like why did you
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: file to get married and then you move across the
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: country literally at the same same time that's happening.
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: They could have gotten married by a JP that day
- 1:10:31Speaker 4: and mailed in their marriage license and that mailed in
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: copy never got there. Because I will say in one
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: of my many many marriages we had that happen once.
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: Oh, okay, yeah, it's it's uh, it's very interesting because
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: I don't see the jibe.
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: Somebody would have came forward and said, oh, you have
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: married that couple and something must have happened to the
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: marriage license.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. But JT, why don't you tell
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: us about more about mister Snyder here this catch sure.
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: So four days after the Vermont shootout on January twenty fourth,
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, Maximilian Snyder Maximilian Bentley Snyder made the
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: news as well, except he was being arrested in connection
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: with the brutal killing of eighty two year old Curtis
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: Lynde in Valiejo, California, which happened just three days before
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: the Vermont shootout on January seventeenth.
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, So that's not great, ye snartering
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: on opposite coast, opposite coast.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Wow, river Life and Death Act. So now we're going
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: to make note of that again, or rather stick a
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: pin in it, because the story of what happened to
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Curtis Lynde and why is a very big story to tell,
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: and we're going to be covering it in depth in
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: a later episode of the series. We will say though,
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: that the prosecution alleges Curtis Lynde was murdered to prevent
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: him from testifying as he was due to testify in
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: a murder and attempted murder trial against some former tenants
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: in which he had barely survived. And wait until you
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: find out who they are. Give you a hint. Read
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: the title. That is you know what? That is quite
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: the That is quite the the mugshot there, we weren't
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: going for glamour.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: Wait till you say Bentley and our Snyder in court. Bentley,
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: It just gets stuck in my head. That name.
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: It does that name? Bentley?
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Yeah, Yeah, we will be covering the story of Curtis.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: It is a doozy you guys. I'll probably get a
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: little emotional. I've researched this case so much that the
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: story really gets me, gets me going there. But to
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: have clearly survived an attack at eighty years old and
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: so then turn around and be murdered two years later
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: to prevent you from testifying against that is just And
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: it's so much worse than you guys can imagine. You guys,
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: it's so bad.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: So I believe it.
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: I believe everything about this case. I can believe. It
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: defies all sense of things that you think you can understand.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, all right.
- 1:13:49Speaker 4: Now, guys. They also connected Young Blood with Snyder they
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: alleged murder in California. They also connected Young Blood and
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: Back Cult to a person by the name of Jamie
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: Michelle Zakko Jaage. I will forget that, but now Jamie
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: owned some property in that area of Vermont, and the
- 1:14:18Speaker 4: guns that Young Blood and Back Colt use in the
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: shoot out were both bought by So we're just gonna
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: call her Jamie.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: That's there for you.
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: How do we say it?
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: Though? I think taj mahal saj.
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: Co saj mahal COO. Okay, now. Police bulletins went out
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: stating that jah taj Mco was a person of interest
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: in the double homicide of their parents, Richard and Ritazazko
- 1:14:54Speaker 4: on December thirty four.
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Yes, all right, start that paragraph again because I'm pretty
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: sure some like, if anybody's like me, I need another
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: slap in the face with what you just said, because
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: what say it more time?
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: Police bulletins went out stating that Sahajako was a person
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: of interest in the double homicide of their parents, Richard
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: and Rita Sashako on December thirty first, which is New
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: Year's Eve twenty twenty two. Yeah, yeah, I was trying
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: to glide over that because I will never understand how
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: person kills their parents. I will allegedly now, it was
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: said on that bulletin that any officers who encountered Jamie
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: Sayjako should be considered armed and dangerous. I mean, no shit,
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: she suspected of killing two people. Yes, that's considered armed
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: and dangerous. But Captain Obvious sometimes needs to speak up.
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: But we will be spending an entire episode covering Jamie,
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: Michelle Zajko jah Taj Mahaka whatever, and the murders of
- 1:16:19Speaker 4: Richard and Rita, so put a pin in that story
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: as well. And guys, I will try really hard to
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: work on the pronunciation of that last name. I mean,
- 1:16:29Speaker 4: if y'all knew how long it took me to learn
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: how to say Loyola, you would understand.
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: Right, it's not for lack of effort.
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: Rather than two. And then you'll be able to slur it.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: You'll be able to slur it. Right.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: So Young Blood has two murders attached to them. Now
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: they know Snyder, who allegedly killed a man, and they
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: are connected to Zachko, who may or may not have
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: killed their own parents. That's five bodies so far, guys,
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: And I don't math, but we did say this is
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: going to be complicated and we might have to start
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: connecting some red streams.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: For me, it's uh, it's official. My head has exploded.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: When you need duct tape and rubber bands to put
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: it back together, possibly a little bit of like gorilla glue.
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: Six I was thinking gorilla tape, gorilla glue.
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: Yeah, becoming it's becoming increasingly clear why this needs to
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: be a multi part series because wow, you guys, Wow, it.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: Also needs to be talked about way freaking more.
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:17:50Speaker 4: I think it's too complicated. Not everybody has a producer
- 1:17:55Speaker 4: Tara to break it down. I mean, because when you
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: go through medical issues and you talk to a doctor
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: and you're like, kid, you dumb it down for me
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: so I can understand in layman terms. Tara has made
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: this in layman terms and has broken it up into
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: bite sized bits, and we're gonna give you a whole
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: week to wrap your head around it. Yeah, the next section.
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: And I assure you that whatever you think is going
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: to happen with any of these stories, it is not
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: going to be anything that you expect going so you
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: definitely want to make sure to come back each week
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: to really deep dive these people. But anyway, so, the
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: investigators also said that young Blut and the gun buyer
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: Zajko were in frequent contact with someone someone who was
- 1:18:50Speaker 2: detained as part of the Pennsylvania murder investigation of the
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: Sage Goes and is a person of interest in the
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: Vallejo killing of Curtis Lynn. Now earlier, earlier, I know,
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: I'm kind of moving you guys all over the place
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: and being like, try to remember this, but you'll see.
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: So earlier we mentioned Zizz, the blogger that Ophelia Baco
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: was following. Remember that weird name. Well, while investigators at
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: the time did not drop any names as to who
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: they were looking for, it was very obvious the person
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: they were talking about was Zizz aka Jack Soda as
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: Les Soda. Of course, she does has bench wards in
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: both Pennsylvania and California. And I'm not going to get
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: into who Zizz is at this moment in everything that
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: she's done, because we are going to talk about Sizz
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: ad nauseum. You guys, for the rest of the series.
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: I'll let you live in a bit of wonder and
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: naivete for the next week, but we will be hitting
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: her hard so she knows.
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: That there isn't a frequent flyers punch card for bench warrants, right, Like,
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: it's not like she get charged with four get the
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: fifth one out free, like you don't. It's this is
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: not how this wears.
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: Sayzz isn't thinking that far ahead, says is a hot
- 1:20:28Speaker 4: friggin mess.
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: But that's just my opinion. So now, Zizz, when you
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: break all this, all this down, when you break it
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: all down, Zizz is really at the center of the
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: whole thing. And Leasoda has been deemed the leader of
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: what the media has dubbed a death cult. And we
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: all know that the media can get a little sensationally,
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: but people have been calling them them a cult and
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: trying to bring them to the public's attention as early
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: as January twenty twenty. When an equations, yes, isn't that crazy?
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: So when an acquaintance cain the name Zizians on a
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: website Zizions dot infos, so somebody else made up the
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: name Zizians because of how crazy they were being and
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: made a website zizions dot info where they did that
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: as like to alarm people to stay away from them
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: and spoiler alerts. This was not happy about its creation,
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: but we will spill that tea in a later episode.
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: And you know that website creator was wasn't the only
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: one calling them out. So there was also a medium
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: article from twenty twenty three by someone else completely based
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: on my research, after the the murders of Lynd and
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: the Zage Coast, well, the attack on lind I'm sorry
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: I misspoke, the attack on Land and the Zage coas
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: again warning people to stay the fuck away from these people,
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: Like that's just crazy, crazy the warnings. Yeah, you know.
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: So now while everyone is calling them a cult, uh,
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: many of these members had quite the digital footprint that
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: I have gotten to read all of and they had blugs,
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: they had tumblers, social media things like that where they
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: deny that this is a cult, that ziz is in
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: no way their leader, and that they have their own
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: agency and are making their own choices. And I believe
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: that they believe that. But as the story unfolds, there
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: are a lot of signs and red lags that this
- 1:23:01Speaker 2: group is very cultish. A f you guys so much.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: I mean sure, I mean they can deny it's a cult,
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: but that's kind of like saying all of Garden's authentic Italian.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: I mean, you can keep telling yourself that while you're
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: deep in the breadsticks and blind loyalty.
- 1:23:19Speaker 4: I just say, thou should not protest so much, because
- 1:23:22Speaker 4: thou that protests so much. That's the one thing I
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: have to say. They said that they have their own agency.
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: Is it like a modeling agency? Is it a recruiting agency?
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: An act.
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: So much? I love you so much.
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: I mean I just I got.
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: Questions, have confusing answers.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: Very confused. You know. I encourage you guys to go
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: find information yourself. Good luck.
- 1:24:00Speaker 4: Okay, it is.
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: Something else, you guys. It's wow.
- 1:24:06Speaker 4: I taxed out for two days. I kept out. I said,
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: I can't, I can't, I can't live in this world.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: You don't know this, but producer Tara has been sleeping
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: on a bed of nails, living in a fever dream
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: for about two months.
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: That's true that it does feel that way. So, you know,
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: I think it's interesting because I mean, we've only learned
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: about a few people in this episode. Remember earlier I
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: said there are seventeen people, and we've really only talked
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: about young Blood and Backle, and you know, again, both
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: of them had great lives and futures ahead of them.
- 1:24:45Speaker 2: They were so highly intelligent and surrounded by people that
- 1:24:49Speaker 2: care about them, and they just abandoned it all to
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: join whatever the hell this is. Like I it just
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: really blows blows my mind how that all all happens.
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: And we still have several more people to talk about,
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: and we'll see how many of them did the same.
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: Thing, you know.
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: And so earlier I talked about this really helpful graphic
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: that we'll be showing with all the players involved, that
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: we'll be updating. And so for this episode, we have
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: put Snyder and young bl behind bars because they are
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: currently incarcerated or I'm sorry Snyder and young Blood. Oh
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: that is what I said. And Bacle and Agent Moland
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: are now in black and white, as are Richard and
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Rita Sajko at the top, who will discuss more. But
- 1:25:45Speaker 2: as you can see now, this is why we had
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: this helpful graph.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: I mean, don't listen, So don't worry, because we're gonna
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: be selling a shirt with these folks. Lined up like
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: the Unusual Suspects or the usual Suspects. We're in a
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: square like the Brady Bunch, So you know, good good,
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: good stuff coming. You know, maybe we'll just throw that
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: on a shirt that seems a little dark, though probably not,
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: but yeah, you know, I mean, we'll get their heads
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: hanging out of the Partridge family bus. Who knows, now.
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: You know. So at this story, we're at a point
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: where they're on the They're put out bolos for Zajko
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: and for Lysoda, looking for them everywhere. I do want
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: to say that Lesoda is Zajko, along with another member,
- 1:26:33Speaker 2: Daniel Blank. We're all arrested on February sixteenth and are
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: currently sitting in a Maryland jail on no bond. We
- 1:26:43Speaker 2: of course will talk about how that all came to
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: be later, but I don't want anyone to think that
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: they need to be on the lookout for these people.
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: We don't technically know how big this group is. Clearly
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: they were all over the place, but all of the
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: people that we know that are involved are either dead
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: or incarcerated, with the exception of two and one person
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: is rumored to have been dead since twenty twenty two,
- 1:27:15Speaker 2: which I do not believe to be true, considering one
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: of the recent interviews with her father and the other.
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: It could be dead for all we know, as this
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: is basically put out a hit on her, So hopefully
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: she's not dead and just in hiding. Regardless, investigators have
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: not implied in any way that there is currently any
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: danger to the public and have not said that they
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: are are looking for anyone else. And I hope that
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: it gives everyone peace of mind because it was crazy.
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: But did the police ever put out a statement that
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: the public should be worried because there is this cizzying
- 1:27:53Speaker 4: cult out there. If they didn't do it, then why
- 1:27:57Speaker 4: should we be comforted now that they're saying there's no
- 1:28:01Speaker 4: danger to the public. They never told us there was
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: danger in the first place.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: That is a very very valid point, and I do
- 1:28:07Speaker 2: understand that, and I agree with you. There they again
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: when this story, this story broke with the Vermont shooting,
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: and then a couple of days later we learn about
- 1:28:17Speaker 2: Maximilian Snyder, and then a couple of days after that
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: we learn about Zajko and so on and so on.
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: You know, we will find out the event of what,
- 1:28:28Speaker 2: because of course they don't get arrested like normal people.
- 1:28:31Speaker 2: All right, there is a story there, but we'll save
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: that for a later point in time. But I just
- 1:28:38Speaker 2: want everyone to know.
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: So let's let's review, shall we. Uh. A group that
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: preaches pure logic somehow devolves into emotional manipulation, paranormal or
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: paranormal paranoia and yeah, probably murdered. A club that yeah right,
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: a claim. A club that claims to reject dogma somehow
- 1:29:06Speaker 1: ends up enforcing a belief system so rigid that leaving
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: could get you excommunicated or probably the more likely worse.
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: And of course, like all great calls, they insist they're
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: not a cult because nothing screams total normal organization like
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: needing to legally clarify that you're not brainwashing people synantology.
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I got I got something in my breath there,
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: so listen. At the end of the day, this cult
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: is what happens when a bunch of people get so
- 1:29:35Speaker 1: obsessed with being smarter than everyone else that they forget
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: to be people. I mean, take it. I say this
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: all in these episodes all the time. Tale is Oldest
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: Time basically take a noble sounding philosophy at a dash
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: of narcissism, mix and charismatic leader and boom, you've got
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: yourself a full fledged mess. Well, that are a Netflix
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: documentary waiting to happen. It's one of the.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: Two Netflix call me. I got all.
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: It's like talk Cult the Clock, right, Skara is your person.
- 1:30:18Speaker 4: It's TikTok Cult the Clock, guys. I mean, I will
- 1:30:25Speaker 4: never understand cults, guys. I have said this when we
- 1:30:29Speaker 4: did our cult thing. I will never understand because most
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: cults are around religious beliefs. And I think that's why
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: I kind of, you know, more so, didn't understand this one.
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: I don't. I don't get their whole philosophy because normally
- 1:30:48Speaker 4: in a cult I can find one thing I could
- 1:30:51Speaker 4: relate to and understand how somebody could get sucked in.
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: I can't find anything within this group except for math.
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: Maybe it's the math, and maybe they all do math
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: or something, But I can't find anything I could relate
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: to them with. And then I want to know, why
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: can't there be a cult that rescues dogs, cats and
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: drinks wine with each other?
- 1:31:22Speaker 2: With that no.
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: Sounds?
- 1:31:30Speaker 5: When she said no to that, I said, but if
- 1:31:40Speaker 5: we're going to rescue dogs and cats and then goats Okay,
- 1:31:44Speaker 5: let me rephrase.
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: Can we have dogs, cats, goats that we rescue and
- 1:31:50Speaker 4: drink wine and then in our off time we have weird,
- 1:31:54Speaker 4: kinky sex.
- 1:31:56Speaker 2: Oh well, then I'm available next weekend. Okay, that's fine.
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: If we need to.
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: You didn't see it and you couldn't hear it, but
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: she did like a shift select all delete on her calendar.
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: I have open in more ways than one, anyway, you
- 1:32:19Speaker 2: know one of the Well, first of all, I just
- 1:32:22Speaker 2: want to say that that does kind of conclude our
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: story of where we are right now with the the
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: young Blood situation. She are they go to court again
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: May eighth, So as that story develops in legally, in
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: court and with the FBI, if we have any updates
- 1:32:42Speaker 2: about that, we will update either at the end of
- 1:32:46Speaker 2: the series or we'll try our best to keep you
- 1:32:48Speaker 2: guys updated as it goes along. But that is a
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: very new case that we'll be looking into. But one
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: of the reasons I wanted to shed light on this
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: case is because people tend to think that only certain
- 1:33:01Speaker 2: types of people join cults or high controlled groups, and
- 1:33:06Speaker 2: that really isn't true. It doesn't matter your intelligence level
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: or your background with their being an estimated ten thousand
- 1:33:19Speaker 2: active cults just in the US.
- 1:33:22Speaker 4: I don't know, to ten thousands.
- 1:33:25Speaker 2: Ten thousands just in the United States.
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: I think it was no, no, no, no, no.
- 1:33:33Speaker 2: There's a cult for everybody, and I think this group
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: really really is that example that there is a cult
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: for everybody. We'll see how they were really sucked in
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: because of how their beliefs and their vulnerability and things
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: like that. But I digress. And don't even get me
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: started about online cults. You know, I can't wait for
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: I can't wait for research to be done about those
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: in the next ten or twenty years of cult set
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: a format, because there are lots.
- 1:34:01Speaker 4: I love not here time in Wine time. We're making
- 1:34:03Speaker 4: sure you understand we do not condone joining any cults.
- 1:34:08Speaker 4: We want to make sure we say.
- 1:34:09Speaker 2: That that's true. And you know, as a Sirigo series
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: goes on, we plan to highlight many cult like red
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: flags and behavior so that people can be aware of
- 1:34:21Speaker 2: what to look out for with either themselves or with others.
- 1:34:25Speaker 2: Because in my opinion, I don't believe that Young Blood
- 1:34:29Speaker 2: and Bacle set out for this to be their future.
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: I really don't think anyone does. I don't think anyone does.
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: And I really don't think either one of them really
- 1:34:40Speaker 2: expected this to happen, or many of the others involved
- 1:34:43Speaker 2: with this story, but that is what happens. So that's
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: my lesson to take away from that.
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: Yes, but like to give you all kind of a
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: taste of what's to come. Over the next several weeks,
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: we have episodes about them trying to form a community
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: on a bunch of boats in San Francisco Bay that
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: goes to shit. And we're going to dive into the
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: rationalist movement and the organizations that actually brought all these
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: people together as well.
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: Yeah, and I don't want to outright call Murray and CFA.
- 1:35:14Speaker 2: Are these two organizations we're gonna to talk about. I
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: went outright cold and cult, But it is a zero
- 1:35:21Speaker 2: surprise to me that one ended up forming from being
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: associated with them.
- 1:35:27Speaker 4: They have cult like tendencies, maybe.
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: M h in my opinion.
- 1:35:32Speaker 4: In my opinion, well we've learned your opinion is pretty
- 1:35:36Speaker 4: damn Just gonna go there.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: Yeah, We're also we're also gonna talk about the protest
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: that and friends put on against sounds like a kid show.
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: It is not put on against those organizations, right that
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: sounds like it comes on after Pappy Land. Anyways, we're
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: gonna they're gonna put on those organizations which uh which
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: I mean spoiler alert, and also the protest as a
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: shit show. Aside so so much shit. We have many
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: legal problems to discuss, as well as some of the
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: members faking their own deaths because of course they did,
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: and we have episodes dedicated to the murders of Curtis
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: Lynde and Richard and Rita Zazko. There are so many
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: twists and turns in this story and this is very
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: very much the case where the truth is stranger than fiction.
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: And as for next week's episode, we're going to go
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: back to the beginning of this story and talk mostly
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: about Zizz and her move to San Francisco to quote
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: save the world, and how that quickly began falling apart.
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: I'm kind of starting to notice a pattern here, and
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: we're actually going to read inserts from her blog posts,
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: which will give us quite the insight into the mind
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: of Zizz.
- 1:37:04Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, I mean, I just want to tell people,
- 1:37:08Speaker 4: if you want to blog, there's just some shit you
- 1:37:12Speaker 4: shouldn't blog.
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: I just want to say, I'm just I'm just gonna
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: warn you guys now for the next episode and why
- 1:37:21Speaker 2: I should listen in. I will be filled with lots
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: of snark for that episode. I have read all of
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: her work, and I am fine with going on the
- 1:37:33Speaker 2: record that I find says to be absolutely insufferable. I
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: can't believe people listen to her in any way, shape
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: or forms, to be quite honest, but I'm not judging.
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: It should make for a very entertaining episode. To prepare yourselves.
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: For all the time. We're gonna get snarky together then,
- 1:38:00Speaker 1: and I.
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: Say, we know, I am always ready for snarky.
- 1:38:05Speaker 2: I don't know if you guys are ready for that.
- 1:38:07Speaker 1: You know, if I'm gonna read again like old times.
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: Oh, we're all going to read. I decide that we're
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: all going to to read if everybody wants to do.
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: There's lots to cover. So much from one blog post.
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: I split the episode in half, so from what.
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: Is right, and I'm going to correct you. You can journal,
- 1:38:32Speaker 4: but once you journal, burn that ship.
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: There's this thing.
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: Right also, if by chance anyone watching happens to know
- 1:38:48Speaker 2: any of these people or was part of the group
- 1:38:52Speaker 2: themselves at some period of time, I we welcome you
- 1:38:57Speaker 2: to reach out to me at You can contact me
- 1:39:00Speaker 2: at Tara at tcwtmedia dot com and we would love
- 1:39:05Speaker 2: to have you on the show or talk and hear
- 1:39:07Speaker 2: your story and what af you can give. I'm sure
- 1:39:10Speaker 2: that there are I know that there are other people
- 1:39:13Speaker 2: out there that ran in circles with them. But if
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: you haven't had any information about any of the criminal acts,
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: as much as I would love to hear about the
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: I'm gonna need you to talk to the FBI about
- 1:39:26Speaker 2: that one. Okay, don't don't send me those things. Yeah, okay, great.
- 1:39:30Speaker 4: But if I going to just say, please do not
- 1:39:33Speaker 4: type in my email address, make sure you type in
- 1:39:37Speaker 4: Terra's email address.
- 1:39:38Speaker 2: Okay, that's true.
- 1:39:41Speaker 4: I mean I have the cartel looking into me. I
- 1:39:43Speaker 4: don't need the Zizzians in my world.
- 1:39:47Speaker 2: You'll take.
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: Yeah, And if you like, I'm just the thorn between
- 1:39:56Speaker 1: two roses, two.
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: Pan crows's say, two pink roses.
- 1:40:01Speaker 4: Just wait till we're all bother in Marion, Ohio come July.
- 1:40:08Speaker 4: But you'll have to wait for more details on that people.
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: Oh nice, that's exciting.
- 1:40:13Speaker 4: Why not, Devin. It'll also be a certain person's birthday weekend.
- 1:40:23Speaker 4: I'm telling you. But if you like what did you
- 1:40:27Speaker 4: just say?
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: Notice I said I'm a scorpio. It's not mine.
- 1:40:34Speaker 4: Okay, true, But if you like what you've heard tonight,
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: please hit that like button and share this video to
- 1:40:41Speaker 4: appease the YouTube gods. Plus, there is nobody else talking
- 1:40:47Speaker 4: about this as in depth as we are, guys, and
- 1:40:51Speaker 4: the reason why is it is hard to understand. Like
- 1:40:55Speaker 4: I said, if it wasn't for Tarras staying up hours
- 1:41:00Speaker 4: on end for the last couple of months and putting
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: it into simple terms, I would have been checked out
- 1:41:07Speaker 4: on this. So please share this because if you are
- 1:41:11Speaker 4: interested in a cult, If anyone is interested in a cult,
- 1:41:15Speaker 4: they need to learn about this cult. Okay. Also, if
- 1:41:19Speaker 4: you hit that notification bell, you will get notified when

- 1:41:45Speaker 4: in chief that I report to as the director for
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: Community Emergency Response. So there is no sharing negative things
- 1:41:55Speaker 4: about Terry.
- 1:41:56Speaker 1: Okay, just no, I'll just make sure I embarrass you.
- 1:41:59Speaker 4: It's yeah, no, that's not allowed. So please, you know.
- 1:42:05Speaker 1: Join us an somebody who fiddles around.

- 1:42:30Speaker 2: not a single sentence. I promise you none of it

- 1:43:07Speaker 4: please stay safe, speak up and enjoy your wine time.
- 1:43:11Speaker 4: And I just want to say to law enforcement, if

- 1:43:21Speaker 4: years before, so listen.
