John 9:11 He answered, "The man who is called Jesus made clay, and anointed my eyes, and said to me, 'Go to Siloam and wash'; so I went away and washed, and I received sight." His eyes were opened to see the Light was Jesus. Now his story is, “Notice Jesus! He did this. He told me to do this. So I obeyed, and now I have received sight.” Notice he didn’t say “I see” as if he had the ability of himself to see. He knew it was given to him to have sight.
