Colossians 3:1-11 - Heavenly not Earthly
In Chapter 2, we learned that as believers, we have the circumcision of Christ. Also, being buried with Christ, we are raised with Him in new life. Here in chapter 3, we learn that we are no longer walking in our earthly life and the sins of our flesh, but we are seeking and setting our minds on the things that are above. As believers, our lives should be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. So we take off the old life and put on the new.
