- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: A good morning, six o'clock here in Nashville. We're just
- 0:05Speaker 2: getting things started. Appreciate you starting your day with us.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 3: Blake Shelton and Taylor Sheridan, who's the creator of Yellowstone,
- 0:12Speaker 3: are launching a new singing competition show.
- 0:15Speaker 1: So it's called The Road. It's set to air.
- 0:17Speaker 3: On CBS in fall twenty twenty five, so next year
- 0:20Speaker 3: this time.
- 0:21Speaker 1: The show is going to feature a headlining superstar. We
- 0:23Speaker 1: don't know who it is.
- 0:24Speaker 3: They have yet to be announced, but they're going to
- 0:26Speaker 3: be discovering new musical talent, with contestants joining the headliner
- 0:30Speaker 3: on tour and competing to win over local audiences. Sounds
- 0:33Speaker 3: actually pretty cool because I know, first thing I said
- 0:35Speaker 3: was another singing competition?
- 0:37Speaker 1: Do we really need one? But I like this idea.
- 0:39Speaker 3: They're looking to show the behind the scenes of life
- 0:42Speaker 3: as a touring artist, what they would actually be getting
- 0:45Speaker 3: themselves into. Obviously it all looks like glitz and glamour,
- 0:48Speaker 3: but when you're out there, there's a lot more to it.
- 0:50Speaker 1: So I love this idea. Like I said, it's coming
- 0:52Speaker 1: next fall twenty twenty five. It's called the road. This
- 0:56Speaker 1: is your reminder that you need to get your.

- 1:49Speaker 3: three things you need to know.

- 2:43Speaker 3: Good morning, Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Have you had a chance to look at the sunrise
- 2:49Speaker 3: this morning.
- 2:50Speaker 6: Yes, so I'm a student teacher right now, and I
- 2:53Speaker 6: drove to my place the this morning and the driver
- 2:57Speaker 6: is really really pretty.
- 2:59Speaker 2: It's beautiful.
- 2:59Speaker 3: It's stunning this morning. So that means it's going to
- 3:01Speaker 3: be an amazing day. I just have to say that
- 3:03Speaker 3: right away.
- 3:04Speaker 2: I like your optimism.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I really I looked at the sky and I was like,
- 3:07Speaker 1: this is so beautiful. Today's gonna be great.
- 3:09Speaker 5: It's a sign it is, right.
- 3:12Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 3:12Speaker 8: Good.
- 3:13Speaker 2: And hey, well we'll just tell you're the first caller
- 3:15Speaker 2: of the day. So next Tuesday is gonna be a
- 3:17Speaker 2: great day as well. You're gonna bet our family free
- 3:18Speaker 2: Thanksgiving awesome, Yeah, Leo. This honestly, when we give this away,
- 3:22Speaker 2: like I know it's big for you, it's big for
- 3:25Speaker 2: us too. We're sort of assembling a dream team here
- 3:27Speaker 2: of people are gonna break bread with next Tuesday night, a.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Dream team at the dream hotel.
- 3:33Speaker 5: I see what she.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Did that was not intentional at all. So tell us
- 3:38Speaker 2: a little about yourself, Leo. You're a student teacher.
- 3:40Speaker 6: Yes, a senior college at Austin p State University. Right now,
- 3:45Speaker 6: I'm doing to complacements. So I'm at a high school.
- 3:49Speaker 6: I specialize in music. I'll be a special teacher.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Good for you, Leo. Teaching is not it's not for
- 3:56Speaker 1: the week. No, So congratulations on all of that. It
- 4:00Speaker 1: sounds like you're really doing something that you enjoy. So
- 4:02Speaker 1: that's awesome.
- 4:03Speaker 6: Yeah, thank you.
- 4:05Speaker 2: We'll talk more about it next Tuesday night when we
- 4:07Speaker 2: see you, buddy, we'll be there.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Okay, okay, more.
- 4:10Speaker 3: Chances to join our dream team. Tomorrow morning at six fifteen.
- 4:15Speaker 7: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
- 4:20Speaker 7: River thatc has.
- 4:21Speaker 3: The best luck on the planet or just really great connections.
- 4:24Speaker 3: I can't tell which one, but he gets to do
- 4:26Speaker 3: the coolest things that no one.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Else ever gets to experience.
- 4:29Speaker 3: And yesterday he got to do something that I've been
- 4:32Speaker 3: dying to do. It's Ricky Zach Amano in the morning
- 4:34Speaker 3: on one O seven five of the River. Go ahead, Zach,
- 4:37Speaker 3: tell everybody about your amazing day doing the thing that
- 4:39Speaker 3: nobody else can do.
- 4:40Speaker 9: I got to have the best day of my entire life.
- 4:43Speaker 9: I went to the Elephant Sanctuary in Hohenwalld and it
- 4:47Speaker 9: was literally life changing. Like we were probably clearly you
- 4:51Speaker 9: can't touch them because it's a sanctuary, so we were like.
- 4:53Speaker 5: Ten feet away from the meat.
- 4:55Speaker 9: I got massive, fifteen thousand pounds elephants and we got
- 4:59Speaker 9: to like I talked all of them, and they have
- 5:01Speaker 9: like fifteen on site right now, and they're getting more
- 5:03Speaker 9: by the end.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Of the year.
- 5:05Speaker 5: And it was just so cool to see how well
- 5:08Speaker 5: they take.
- 5:08Speaker 9: Care of these animals because these elephant the elephants in
- 5:12Speaker 9: the sanctuary are like basically retired circus and zoo animals
- 5:16Speaker 9: that they go to the sanctuary so they can live
- 5:19Speaker 9: out the rest of their life.
- 5:20Speaker 5: They call it the elephant retirement that.
- 5:22Speaker 1: They call it an elephant retirement Home. That's the cutest thing.
- 5:26Speaker 2: I didn't know this existed in Homeworld. I've actually been
- 5:28Speaker 2: to Hollendworld before. I had no clue there were elephants there.
- 5:31Speaker 4: In the public right.
- 5:33Speaker 2: How did you get invited? How did you get roped
- 5:35Speaker 2: into this?
- 5:35Speaker 5: You got to know people, Kevin, This.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Is what I'm saying. This drives me nuts. What do
- 5:40Speaker 1: you mean You've got to know people? How do you
- 5:42Speaker 1: know everybody everywhere to do the coolest things?
- 5:44Speaker 2: Well?
- 5:44Speaker 9: Number One, I am born and raised here, so I've
- 5:46Speaker 9: been around for a little bit. O.
- 5:49Speaker 5: Number two.
- 5:50Speaker 9: One of my friends actually works there and so they're
- 5:52Speaker 9: allowed one tour a year where they can bring their
- 5:55Speaker 9: family and friends to come see the elephants. So we
- 5:57Speaker 9: got invited on her one tour of the year and
- 6:00Speaker 9: go see the elephants.
- 6:01Speaker 3: He did send me videos and pictures because I did
- 6:04Speaker 3: say how jealous I was that he was going. So
- 6:06Speaker 3: I got some really cute videos of Sue baby elephant.
- 6:10Speaker 1: And when I say baby elephant, she weighs seven thousand pounds.
- 6:13Speaker 9: That's not even written like dramatic, literally seven thousand pounds.
- 6:16Speaker 1: So he did send me videos. Did get to at
- 6:18Speaker 1: least see some of it.
- 6:19Speaker 9: Yeah, So if you guys haven't heard of the Elephant Sanctuary,
- 6:22Speaker 9: you can go to their website.
- 6:23Speaker 5: It's literally elephants.
- 6:24Speaker 9: Dot com or just like look up Nashville or Tennessee
- 6:27Speaker 9: Elephant Sanctuary and they have live cam videos, oh cool
- 6:31Speaker 9: in the sanctuary where you can see the elephants walking around.
- 6:34Speaker 9: They have a Discovery center where you can go and
- 6:36Speaker 9: like learn about them all, but you can't it's not
- 6:39Speaker 9: open to the public to go see the actual eudence.
- 6:41Speaker 2: That's just that's VIP only. I'm impressedly got elephants dot com.
- 6:45Speaker 2: I know that's area, yet.
- 6:48Speaker 1: That really is a great wow. Yeah, even though I'm
- 6:51Speaker 1: really jealous, I'm also very excited for you because I
- 6:53Speaker 1: know that you were really excited to go.
- 6:55Speaker 5: I legitimately cried.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I'm just jealous and bitter.
- 7:00Speaker 5: Well, we can watch the live cam all morning long.
- 7:05Speaker 2: Three things you just past seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Gonna be a great day, friends. Ricky Sanchez has those
- 7:12Speaker 2: three things.
- 7:12Speaker 3: Of big congrats is in order for MGK and Megan Fox.
- 7:16Speaker 3: They announced their pregnancy on social media last night. So
- 7:19Speaker 3: Meghan had posted a maternity.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Photo of her covered in black water and a photo
- 7:23Speaker 1: of a positive pregnancy test with a caption that read
- 7:26Speaker 1: quote nothing has ever really lost welcome back.
- 7:29Speaker 3: Meghan and MGK were very open to open about their
- 7:32Speaker 3: loss of their previous child after Meghan experienced a miscarriage.
- 7:35Speaker 3: So this is amazing news for both of them. So
- 7:37Speaker 3: a major, big, big congrats to them. This is Meghan's
- 7:41Speaker 3: fourth child, I believe and MGK.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Second, do you want to talk to MGK about this?
- 7:46Speaker 1: Kevin go Home Heyo.
- 7:48Speaker 3: National mate Freddy o'condall is looking into what it might
- 7:52Speaker 3: cost to eliminate the grocery tax, So this is huge.
- 7:55Speaker 3: This is something that gets thrown around there constantly though,
- 7:58Speaker 3: so this is just the beginning. Tennessee is one of
- 8:00Speaker 3: the thirteen states with a grocery tax at four percent.
- 8:04Speaker 3: It's one of the highest in the nation. This has
- 8:06Speaker 3: been an issue obviously for Tennesseeans. I don't have to
- 8:09Speaker 3: tell you groceries are already very expensive, let alone the
- 8:13Speaker 3: tax on them. So a lot of other people have
- 8:15Speaker 3: tried to eliminate this already with different ideas of how
- 8:18Speaker 3: they can compensate for that, with no success so far.
- 8:21Speaker 1: So this is only the start of the fight. We'll
- 8:23Speaker 1: see what happens. I will keep you updated on all
- 8:25Speaker 1: of that.
- 8:26Speaker 3: And these are Zillow's top home trends for twenty twenty five.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Electric features are top of the list, including whole home
- 8:32Speaker 3: batteries and electric vehicle chargers. So whole home batteries are
- 8:37Speaker 3: there to store excess energy from solar panels and then
- 8:41Speaker 3: they can serve as a generator in a power outage
- 8:43Speaker 3: or when the sun isn't shining.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Because I didn't know what that meant, I had to
- 8:46Speaker 1: look it up myself.
- 8:46Speaker 3: So those are really big for twenty twenty five. Also,
- 8:49Speaker 3: spa inspired wet rooms that combine a shower and bathtub
- 8:53Speaker 3: in a waterproof space is also a really big one.
- 8:56Speaker 1: And cozy vibes is what we're going for.
- 8:59Speaker 3: That old fashioned granny style interiors are going to be
- 9:02Speaker 3: big in twenty twenty five.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Sachez. And those are the three things you need to know.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. And just to circle back, Ricky does
- 9:08Speaker 2: not like my MGK impressions. I hate it.
- 9:10Speaker 4: It's not good.
- 9:11Speaker 1: It's absolutely horrifying. Scares me every time you do.
- 9:14Speaker 2: It, your baby, it's me You're dead MGK.
- 9:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna turn your mic off. I would literally leap
- 9:19Speaker 1: in front of you and turn your mic offf.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Zach's fact they're already gets smarter right up to Sabrina.
- 9:23Speaker 7: Carpenter On the River, Ricky is Zach and Manno in
- 9:27Speaker 7: the morning on the River, Zach spact's on one O
- 9:31Speaker 7: seven five the river.
- 9:32Speaker 5: How many times a minute do you think you guys blink.
- 9:35Speaker 2: Ooh, let me think about that even a minute.
- 9:41Speaker 9: The answer is twenty. On average, people blink twenty times
- 9:44Speaker 9: a minute, But that adds up to be ten million
- 9:46Speaker 9: times a year that you're blinking.
- 9:48Speaker 5: I think blink.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Wow, when you start to think about blinking, your eyes
- 9:52Speaker 2: start to walk and you just gets out of control.
- 9:55Speaker 5: It blinks like ten times while you were talking.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Dan, hasn't been a minute yet.
- 9:59Speaker 10: No, that's your fact of the day, Ricky, Zach and
- 10:02Speaker 10: Manow in the morning.
- 10:03Speaker 7: On one O seven five The River, What went wrong
- 10:06Speaker 7: at your wedding?
- 10:07Speaker 1: It's one O seven five the River. There's this man.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Who's going viral for forgetting his daughter as they were
- 10:13Speaker 3: supposed to walk down the aisle at their weddings.
- 10:16Speaker 9: So like the father of the bride's supposed to walk
- 10:18Speaker 9: them down, he just walked by himself, just.
- 10:19Speaker 3: By himself, went about halfway down the aisle and realize,
- 10:22Speaker 3: oh no, I'm forgetting something, and turned around to come
- 10:25Speaker 3: back for it.
- 10:26Speaker 2: So like the music change that bridal March starts playing,
- 10:28Speaker 2: everybody's watching and then he just comes.
- 10:31Speaker 1: She was standing right there, just waiting.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Ricky over here is planning a wedding. She's been a
- 10:36Speaker 2: games for a year now, so I'm sure she's sort
- 10:38Speaker 2: of sweating some of these things that could go wrong.
- 10:40Speaker 2: We want to hear what went wrong? You can be
- 10:42Speaker 2: little at your wedding six one five seven three seven nine,
- 10:45Speaker 2: one oh seven. Any sort of wedding mishap.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I'm nervous.
- 10:48Speaker 2: I know you are.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I'm really nervous. I'm just gonna have so many more
- 10:52Speaker 1: things I'm gonna be stressing about now.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Seven three seven nine seven let us know.
- 10:57Speaker 7: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky, Zach
- 11:00Speaker 7: and Men in the Morning, Andrey and Murphysboro.
- 11:02Speaker 1: What went wrong at your wedding?
- 11:04Speaker 8: Okay, so it wasn't my wedding, but a wedding that
- 11:07Speaker 8: we had for my brother in law.
- 11:09Speaker 11: The officiant forgot to do the ring ceremony.
- 11:12Speaker 2: Oh so the whole ceremony came and went, and then
- 11:15Speaker 2: somebody was like, hey, what about the rings?
- 11:18Speaker 3: Yeah, that is arguably the biggest part of Can you
- 11:23Speaker 3: just entirely forgot?
- 11:24Speaker 4: Yes?
- 11:25Speaker 2: It played off really well though, because once they had
- 11:26Speaker 2: got down the aisle they did a different table.
- 11:29Speaker 12: But yeah, and is this like.
- 11:31Speaker 2: A professional or is the type of thing where they
- 11:33Speaker 2: they asked a friend to perform the ceremony?
- 11:35Speaker 11: Oh no, no, definitely a professional. I just happened to
- 11:38Speaker 11: you know, Wow.
- 11:39Speaker 1: I am mind blown. I guess you can't really be
- 11:41Speaker 1: that upset. You're kind of like, all right, well, I
- 11:43Speaker 1: guess now I'll give you this ring.
- 11:46Speaker 8: Yeah, it was played off very well.
- 11:48Speaker 12: No one really noticed that.
- 11:49Speaker 8: It was just kind of funny that.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Oh my goodness.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Well I'll add that to my list, Audrey, things that
- 11:53Speaker 3: I'll be nervous about happening.
- 11:54Speaker 1: At my wedding. All right, y'all have a good morning to.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Thank you, Mike, and did you have a wedding mishaf.
- 12:02Speaker 12: Okay, so we're getting married. We're outside and uh, one
- 12:05Speaker 12: of my groomsmen noticed that this sort of odd, really
- 12:08Speaker 12: trains looking bug landing near us. They landed like on
- 12:11Speaker 12: a plant right by us during the ceremony. He paused
- 12:14Speaker 12: and went to get it. He cupped it in his hands.
- 12:16Speaker 12: It turned out it was a deadly murder hornet. What Jesus, Yeah,
- 12:22Speaker 12: it was like one of the most deadly wasped for
- 12:24Speaker 12: hornets on earth. And he was he made like a
- 12:26Speaker 12: big like to do about it. He was showing everyone
- 12:28Speaker 12: like holding it, and he didn't get found a reader.
- 12:31Speaker 2: It could have killed him, but it didn't, did it.
- 12:33Speaker 12: It didn't kill him? Thank God, the christ is averted.
- 12:36Speaker 12: But we almost had a death.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Oh my god, that would definitely be a mishap at
- 12:40Speaker 1: the wedding I would. Yeah, yeah, I'm glad that it's
- 12:44Speaker 1: just a story now that to tell.
- 12:48Speaker 3: Friend who likes to touch insects that might kill him.
- 12:51Speaker 12: Yeah, yeah, no, it's great. And then and then we
- 12:53Speaker 12: got divorced a couple of months later, so that was
- 12:54Speaker 12: actually to work.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Ok thanks for calling.
- 13:00Speaker 12: Okay, Bud.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Mike didn't seem too.
- 13:01Speaker 9: Upset about the divorce, so so he seems like he's
- 13:04Speaker 9: thriving afterward.
- 13:05Speaker 10: Now your new companion to that morning copy, Ricky, Zach
- 13:10Speaker 10: and Meadow in the morning, the River, the River.
- 13:15Speaker 2: We're talking about wedding mishaps, not only because Ricky has
- 13:18Speaker 2: a wedding coming up at some point, at some point.
- 13:20Speaker 2: We don't know what at some point, but there's a
- 13:23Speaker 2: story going viral. A father of the bride forgot about
- 13:26Speaker 2: his daughter.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Halfway down the aisle.
- 13:27Speaker 3: He realized, oh no, I'm forgetting something, and he had
- 13:30Speaker 3: to go back for his daughter to walk her down.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Do we want to hear yours, Jackie on your way
- 13:34Speaker 2: to Brentwood? What was your wedding misshap?
- 13:36Speaker 11: Back into thousand one, I had a wedding mishap at
- 13:39Speaker 11: the bottle plat wedding chap alone Raleigh Parkway, but he weighed.
- 13:43Speaker 11: My best friend, a Mason of Honor, at the last minute,
- 13:47Speaker 11: was sitting in the They just started a Blottle Marts
- 13:49Speaker 11: and I said, I've got to go potty again.
- 13:51Speaker 13: I was like, oh my god, are you kidding? I said, no,
- 13:54Speaker 13: I'm not, so darted into the rest room. She came
- 13:58Speaker 13: in with me to help hold my long training use
- 14:01Speaker 13: the party. And then as I got up, I'm like,
- 14:04Speaker 13: oh my gosh, I lost my nail. One of my
- 14:07Speaker 13: nails fall off in the poet.
- 14:12Speaker 4: Do.
- 14:14Speaker 13: I've got to get it. I don't have any more
- 14:16Speaker 13: nails with me.
- 14:18Speaker 11: Luckily it was just number one.
- 14:21Speaker 13: Reached out my house and then she had to get

- 18:55Speaker 3: Everybody loved it. It was a huge Halloween costume this year.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Because of it, it was like number one in shows
- 19:00Speaker 3: for a while, so it totally makes sense. It is
- 19:03Speaker 3: the season of pop up bars in Nashville, and even
- 19:06Speaker 3: though Christmas is not my favorite holiday, I do love
- 19:09Speaker 3: a good theme and pop up bars make me very happy.
- 19:12Speaker 3: Maria's Mariah Carey's Black Irish Holiday Bar pop up is
- 19:16Speaker 3: coming to Nashville, so it's a seasonal pop up bar

- 19:22Speaker 3: it starts, so this week and it's gonna run through
- 19:24Speaker 3: December twenty ninth. So inside the bar, you can step
- 19:26Speaker 3: into a customized window display. You can sit on a
- 19:29Speaker 3: wreath just like her album cover from Magical Christmas Special.
- 19:33Speaker 3: You can write letters to Mariah at a decorated station,
- 19:37Speaker 3: and a bunch more. They're gonna have a full lineup
- 19:39Speaker 3: of drinks with all black Irish cream liqueur, and you
- 19:43Speaker 3: can grab tickets for it. It's a ninety minute slot
- 19:45Speaker 3: all at Virgin Hotels. Timeslots run from four pm to

- 19:50Speaker 2: I'm all for all of that, except the writing letters tomorrow.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Is she the new Santa? Do we write letters to
- 19:55Speaker 2: Maria's christ Christmas?
- 19:56Speaker 4: Okay?
- 19:57Speaker 1: So she has a direct line to Santa.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Come on, Kevin, and there is a cruise making waves
- 20:04Speaker 3: right now, get it, Kevin.
- 20:05Speaker 1: That's just for you're offering you.
- 20:08Speaker 3: This company's offering your cruise as an escape from politics.
- 20:12Speaker 3: The four trip, four year trip around the world. So
- 20:16Speaker 3: Villavi Odyssey is going on a four year journey. They're
- 20:19Speaker 3: going to visit one hundred and forty countries across all
- 20:21Speaker 3: seven continents. So they have a bunch of different packages
- 20:24Speaker 3: from one to four years. They have costs that start
- 20:28Speaker 3: at eighty thousand dollars for a year long trip and
- 20:31Speaker 3: two hundred and fifty six thousand for a single occupancy
- 20:35Speaker 3: four year experience. The amenities include all inclusive dining, a
- 20:39Speaker 3: fitness center, a spa, and a bunch of entertainment options.
- 20:43Speaker 3: And this is going to set sail in September of
- 20:47Speaker 3: next year.
- 20:47Speaker 1: So if it's something that you're interested in and you
- 20:49Speaker 1: happen to have eighty thousand dollars to.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Spend or two hundred and fifty six thousand laying around.
- 20:55Speaker 1: But obviously they're making waves because of the way that
- 20:57Speaker 1: they are marketing it. It's a new way to mine.
- 21:00Speaker 1: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 21:02Speaker 1: need to know.
- 21:03Speaker 7: Happy to be your new best friends.
- 21:06Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on one.
- 21:08Speaker 7: Oh seven five the River.
- 21:09Speaker 3: It's Ricky Hot. Take time on one O seven five
- 21:12Speaker 3: the River. This one is very much holiday themed, but Thanksgiving, Okay,
- 21:17Speaker 3: So Thanksgiving.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I believe that as the host, if you're hosting Thanksgiving,
- 21:22Speaker 1: you should have a say.
- 21:23Speaker 3: In what your guests bring. Really, I think that you
- 21:27Speaker 3: should have a say so if your guests are going
- 21:29Speaker 3: to bring things. You should be able to tell them
- 21:31Speaker 3: you bring this, you bring that, you bring this, or
- 21:34Speaker 3: for them to run it by you as the host.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Okay, I can see that Robinson people like Zach the
- 21:39Speaker 2: wrong ways making a face over here.
- 21:40Speaker 1: Looks like it's split down the middle here. But let's
- 21:42Speaker 1: do what you think. Call us right now six one five, seven,
- 21:45Speaker 1: three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Do you agree or disagree with Ricky's hot take? Let
- 21:49Speaker 2: us know where you stand.
- 21:50Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning on one.
- 21:52Speaker 3: Oh seven five Victoria, Nashville, tell us, do you agree
- 21:55Speaker 3: with me or.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Disagree with me? I think that the host of.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Thanksgiving should have a say in what her or his
- 22:02Speaker 3: guests bring.
- 22:03Speaker 13: Over a little brief because you don't want anyone to bring.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Like kids or anything.
- 22:07Speaker 5: Yeah, I can.
- 22:08Speaker 13: See like doing a list and have people choose what
- 22:11Speaker 13: to bring.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Ah, so once somebody chooses it, it's crossed off. I
- 22:14Speaker 2: get it.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yeah, of Victoria, you're an organized host.
- 22:18Speaker 13: Because I don't want to bringing like fifty million drinks
- 22:21Speaker 13: and we have no food.
- 22:23Speaker 2: I will say fifty million drinks is probably what I'll
- 22:25Speaker 2: be how I'll be spending my Thanksgiving Okay, do you
- 22:30Speaker 2: think a guest at a Thanksgiving dinner needs to bring
- 22:33Speaker 2: something like? Is definitely obligated to bring something I feel like?
- 22:37Speaker 13: Yes, so, because the whole pine is partly want to
- 22:39Speaker 13: be together, right, but at the same time cost you
- 22:42Speaker 13: a lot more. I will like you to bring something
- 22:45Speaker 13: that least it could be gray, it.
- 22:48Speaker 3: Could be some crackers and cheese for appetizers, something right.
- 22:52Speaker 2: As long as they run it by you first, exactly.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Thank you, Victoria. I'm so happy that somebody agrees than
- 22:58Speaker 3: she agrees.
- 22:59Speaker 2: But Zach does not agree.
- 23:00Speaker 5: Absolutely not.
- 23:01Speaker 1: First off, Kevin, you do agree.
- 23:03Speaker 2: I agree with you completely.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Okay, you think this totally makes sense?
- 23:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I think if you're gonna bring something, you need
- 23:07Speaker 2: to run it by the host, or else you could
- 23:09Speaker 2: just have fifty five plates of mashed potatoes.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Okay, So you and Victoria very much wind in that
- 23:14Speaker 1: thought process. So am I And now Zach, why do
- 23:16Speaker 1: you disagree with me? I do I think the host should.
- 23:18Speaker 9: Not have a say what if you're cooking something that
- 23:20Speaker 9: I don't like, and so I want to bring my
- 23:22Speaker 9: favorite side dish, and then so say I'm bringing like
- 23:25Speaker 9: chest pie and you've never had it before?
- 23:26Speaker 5: And you tell me no, because you don't know what.
- 23:28Speaker 2: A chess pie it's going to tell you?
- 23:30Speaker 9: Then why do I have to run it by the
- 23:31Speaker 9: host to start with, so that.
- 23:33Speaker 1: You know what's going to be on the table, so
- 23:35Speaker 1: that the host doesn't also make chest pie.
- 23:37Speaker 5: No, I just feel like I should be able to
- 23:39Speaker 5: bring whatever I want to bring.
- 23:40Speaker 2: If this person's hoasting you for Thanksgiving, common courtesy, man,
- 23:44Speaker 2: just reach out. What how hard is it to send
- 23:46Speaker 2: one text? Is I haven't to bring some chest pie?
- 23:47Speaker 9: Well, because then if they're like no, somebody already has that,
- 23:51Speaker 9: then what if I can't make anything else?
- 23:53Speaker 3: If you can't make anything else, like I just said,
- 23:54Speaker 3: you buy crackers and cheese, you bring something.
- 23:57Speaker 5: I just feel like it is so controlling.
- 24:00Speaker 1: He gets control.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Yeah, oh, I'm in charge of you. You're coming to
- 24:03Speaker 2: my charge.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Of you, but in charge of the dinner. Yes, that's
- 24:06Speaker 1: what the host needs.
- 24:08Speaker 5: So controlling, And I don't like to stay.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Home with your chest pie. You are no longer invited.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Man in the.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Morning seven five the River with Noah con It's time
- 24:19Speaker 2: for the daily and double tap. Every day. About this time,
- 24:21Speaker 2: we play some audio from a video that one of
- 24:23Speaker 2: us phone. Zach's actually the one that phund this, but
- 24:25Speaker 2: we all loved it.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Yeah, we don't know where Zach went soon. Sorry, going
- 24:29Speaker 1: to tease it for you now and then let you
- 24:31Speaker 1: listen to it. But yeah, it's a really great one.
- 24:33Speaker 1: It's great for emo kids, anybody who ever grew up
- 24:36Speaker 1: loving emo music, or just very understanding as a teacher
- 24:39Speaker 1: or shirt in this.
- 24:40Speaker 2: Moment, it's a professor. He's local, right, He's from somewhere
- 24:44Speaker 2: in tennessee'sk Okay. When his students fall asleep, he will
- 24:49Speaker 2: get in their face and scream some emo lyrics to
- 24:52Speaker 2: wake them up.
- 24:52Speaker 1: This video has over fifty seven million views on it,
- 24:55Speaker 1: just to give you an idea of how crazy this is.
- 24:57Speaker 2: And then right after he finishes the lyric and they
- 24:59Speaker 2: wake up, he just goes right back into the lesson.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Just doesn't skip a bead. Here we go trust and.
- 25:03Speaker 1: I will be the night that I will fop.
- 25:08Speaker 9: Again, really turn my mine.
- 25:12Speaker 12: Structure and syntax are, of course, very important when making
- 25:17Speaker 12: a compelling argument.
- 25:20Speaker 10: Do you have that time?
- 25:22Speaker 2: It's a lesson to the wine.
- 25:27Speaker 11: And everything that once, So when you're writing an essay,
- 25:31Speaker 11: don't forget his introduction as a robust predictor of.
- 25:36Speaker 12: Reading comprehension at all levels, including primary education.
- 25:41Speaker 4: A waste your time, Armie, you're already.
- 25:48Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, perfectly. Yeah, it was very time to
- 25:51Speaker 2: long with him. He nailed it.
- 25:52Speaker 3: He was climbing over seats to get to certain students.
- 25:55Speaker 1: He does not waste any time.
- 25:57Speaker 2: And I love it, I will say, though, when he
- 25:59Speaker 2: was actually given the lesson, I kind of get while
