- 6:00Speaker 1: It is a Thursday, February nineteen, and oh we have
- 6:05Speaker 1: some great news today and I got a great topic

- 6:17Speaker 6: Good morning, Good morning Bill.
- 6:21Speaker 1: As you stood up, we got the camera gave you
- 6:24Speaker 1: a side view of you that's quite the belly you have.
- 6:27Speaker 6: I must tell you, it's very impressive. Oh, thank you,
- 6:30Speaker 6: wal Couch.
- 6:31Speaker 9: I'm insulated.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Yes, you're gonna do fine in the cold, aren't you. Neil,
- 6:37Speaker 1: mister kidney man, how.
- 6:38Speaker 6: Are you doing? Jeez?
- 6:40Speaker 1: I don't know, Heart Valve, how are you? I'm okay.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I'll tell you though, one thing. It's easier for me
- 6:46Speaker 1: to make fun of you. I've actually gone to dinners
- 6:49Speaker 1: with Neil and have brought cans of kidney beans and
- 6:53Speaker 1: put him in front of his plate.
- 6:55Speaker 12: Actually true story that my donor Julie, God bless her
- 7:00Speaker 12: is a fan of Bill's. God only knows why, and
- 7:03Speaker 12: he when he met her, he brought her can of
- 7:06Speaker 12: kidney beans. So I guess trying to replace it.
- 7:11Speaker 6: I guess, I guess.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Anyway, she is a lovely lady, and it was Yeah,
- 7:15Speaker 1: it was just you were very lucky to have her
- 7:18Speaker 1: in your life, or yes, to have her in your life,
- 7:21Speaker 1: which you probably wouldn't have by now.
- 7:23Speaker 6: But for the kidney that's not true. He's actually inside
- 7:25Speaker 6: me right now.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh, usually I get it. No, I understand, yes,
- 7:33Speaker 1: because you are actually you know what you are and
- 7:36Speaker 1: think about it.
- 7:37Speaker 6: Yeah, ladies, my girls.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Yes, all right, Amy, good morning, Hi bill Uh and
- 7:44Speaker 1: Cono there you are.
- 7:46Speaker 6: Good morning, and Ann Ann. We're trying to get some
- 7:51Speaker 6: help for Anne because.
- 7:53Speaker 5: Don't talk about it until it happens. Don't know.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I'm not going to it has she needs food because
- 8:00Speaker 1: she doesn't make enough. Here another go fund me going, yes,
- 8:04Speaker 1: go fundme campaign to Andrew.
- 8:07Speaker 4: But here's the thing, Neil, thank you for sitting because
- 8:09Speaker 4: men splash.
- 8:11Speaker 6: Yeah, I got a nine year old boy? Who you telling?
- 8:15Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, yeah.
- 8:16Speaker 5: God wait how did this turned to potty talk?
- 8:19Speaker 6: I well, we left it and I brought it back. Ye,
- 8:22Speaker 6: Max is nine years old, now I know, right, Wow,
- 8:26Speaker 6: it's crazy. That is crazy.
- 8:28Speaker 12: We're smoking cigars and having port wine last night. Yeah,
- 8:32Speaker 12: on the veranda.
- 8:33Speaker 6: I actually I believe that.
- 8:34Speaker 1: With you, Neil. All right, guys, let me think what
- 8:38Speaker 1: else is going on other than the good mornings. Let
- 8:41Speaker 1: me see what we talked about, how fat will is?
- 8:44Speaker 12: Uh? Talked about how you're going to take twenty five
- 8:48Speaker 12: weeks of vacation this.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yeah yeah this year. Oh, I'm booking a cruise with
- 8:53Speaker 1: my daughter Pamela. We've never done a cruise together, just
- 8:56Speaker 1: the two of us, and it's a foodie cruise. She
- 8:58Speaker 1: is as you know, she is a foodie and we're
- 9:01Speaker 1: going to take a food cruise out of Miami the Caribbean.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Have you ever been to the Caribbean taking one of
- 9:09Speaker 1: those cruises of the Caribbean. They go to all these
- 9:12Speaker 1: islands and the islands are exactly the same.
- 9:17Speaker 6: They sell the same thing, the people wear the same clothes.
- 9:23Speaker 1: They're all African Caribbean as opposed to African American. These
- 9:28Speaker 1: are primarily black islands or the population. And the only
- 9:32Speaker 1: way you tell the difference is they speak different languages.
- 9:35Speaker 1: One is Dutch, one speaks French, one speaks English.
- 9:39Speaker 6: And then you sort of know where you are. Otherwise
- 9:41Speaker 6: you have no idea.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Yeah, they all have the same white sand and the same.
- 9:47Speaker 6: That's true.
- 9:47Speaker 5: I mean drinks with umbrellas and them.
- 9:51Speaker 6: It's they are fungible. They are fungible islands.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So anyway, but the ship is I'm very dec about
- 10:00Speaker 1: doing a whole foodie thing with her. It's a foody ship,
- 10:02Speaker 1: foody trip. Okay, what else is going on now? Much,
- 10:07Speaker 1: Let's go right into the news. Okay, We've got plenty
- 10:10Speaker 1: to cover today as always, and it is time on
- 10:14Speaker 1: this Thursday morning, February, not Febrew February. Everybody says February,
- 10:19Speaker 1: but it's actually February nineteenth.
- 10:24Speaker 6: Late story, Well, it's.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Getting a little tougher for former Prince Andrew. He has
- 10:35Speaker 1: just been arrested over his friendship and his dealings with
- 10:41Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, now King Charles when the story broke a
- 10:45Speaker 1: while ago, actually ended up removing Prince Andrew's princeship.
- 10:52Speaker 6: He can't call himself prince.
- 10:54Speaker 1: And his name is now Andrew Mountbatton, Windsor Royalty.
- 11:01Speaker 6: In England, they don't have last names.
- 11:05Speaker 1: When Charles signs his name, it's just Charles, and then
- 11:10Speaker 1: it's Charles Rex Rex, standing for the name that his
- 11:16Speaker 1: parents gave him because he looks so much like the
- 11:18Speaker 1: Scottish terrier they had named Rex. That's not true. Rex
- 11:22Speaker 1: actually is king in common law or old time England.
- 11:29Speaker 1: So anyway, so he's been arrested for what is called
- 11:35Speaker 1: and it's really an interesting one, suspicion of misconduct and
- 11:39Speaker 1: public office.
- 11:41Speaker 6: So they're saying he gave information to Epstein.
- 11:44Speaker 1: While he was while he was a government official, and
- 11:47Speaker 1: gave information Epstein in terms of the actually financial dealings
- 11:53Speaker 1: between England and other countries and companies.
- 11:56Speaker 6: Yeah, he can't do that.
- 11:57Speaker 12: Well, let's do the math between the UK and the US.
- 12:01Speaker 12: UK has one arrest in the Epstein files so far.
- 12:04Speaker 6: How many do we have? We had.
- 12:10Speaker 1: Julaine Maxwell, No, we had Epstein, We've got caught up
- 12:12Speaker 1: in the Epstein files and we have Julaane Maxwell. The
- 12:17Speaker 1: United Kingdom is much much more concentrating on wrongdoing than
- 12:20Speaker 1: the US is. So anyway, we'll do more about this
- 12:25Speaker 1: because I'm going to talk about this at seven o'clock.
- 12:27Speaker 1: There are a lot of fun parts of this one.
- 12:30Speaker 1: And I wonder how Andrew's going to do in prison
- 12:32Speaker 1: and then where he lives and what. It's just it's
- 12:35Speaker 1: you want to be a relative of the king, trust me,
- 12:38Speaker 1: you want to have that happen to you all right now? Well,
- 12:43Speaker 1: in general.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Poised to strike.
- 12:48Speaker 3: US military is prepared to strike Iran as early as
- 12:53Speaker 3: this week, and according to sources familiar with the matter,
- 12:57Speaker 3: at least that's what CINMA sing How has been briefed
- 13:01Speaker 3: that the military could be ready for an attack by
- 13:03Speaker 3: the weekend. There's been a significant build up. A second
- 13:07Speaker 3: aircraft carrier strike group is headed to that area in
- 13:10Speaker 3: the Middle East. Trump was briefed yesterday by Special Envoy
- 13:14Speaker 3: Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner, who held those indirect talks
- 13:18Speaker 3: with around this week, and there are more talks that
- 13:21Speaker 3: are supposed to happen in a couple of weeks. No
- 13:24Speaker 3: decisions been made apparently.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think, well, if the President makes a
- 13:29Speaker 1: decision to attack, the attack will happen.
- 13:32Speaker 6: There's no question.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Look what happened with Maduro, Look what happened with the
- 13:35Speaker 1: first strike against Iran. They have to be quaking or
- 13:40Speaker 1: certainly accepting the possibility there will be an attack.
- 13:44Speaker 6: And now what are they going to do, because.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Then they're going to retaliate, And of course they're stupid
- 13:49Speaker 1: enough to retaliate against Israel. Although Israel has nothing to
- 13:53Speaker 1: do with what's going on right now with the nuclear
- 13:56Speaker 1: program that Iron has, well it does because it's going
- 13:59Speaker 1: to be bearing the first attack, and it's going to
- 14:02Speaker 1: be an attack by.
- 14:02Speaker 6: The United States and Israel.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Hey, congratulations, Ieron, How do you think that's going to
- 14:07Speaker 1: work out for you? I have that same question with Kamas,
- 14:10Speaker 1: how'd you think that worked out for you? When you
- 14:13Speaker 1: attacked Israel October seventh. Yeah, good choice.
- 14:16Speaker 12: How isn't that kind of like you pissing someone off
- 14:18Speaker 12: and then them punching kono?
- 14:20Speaker 1: Uh yeah, yeah, it is fair. No, it's wonderful. It
- 14:25Speaker 1: is what it is. It's a great concept. Here is
- 14:29Speaker 1: a horrible story, Neil.
- 14:31Speaker 12: Yeah, this one we talked about, and you know, you
- 14:34Speaker 12: had a little burst of yay because six people were
- 14:37Speaker 12: rescued there in that rugged terrain near Donner Pass.
- 14:42Speaker 6: But this news is not great.
- 14:45Speaker 12: So eight of those backcountry skiers who went missing after
- 14:49Speaker 12: that big avalanche high in California, Sierra Nevada, that's just
- 14:54Speaker 12: north of Lake Tahoe, they've been found dead. One remains
- 14:59Speaker 12: missing and is presumed dead. But the skiers were part
- 15:03Speaker 12: of a fifteen person group returning from a three day
- 15:06Speaker 12: backcountry trek. The avalanche obviously swept through that pretty intense terrain,
- 15:13Speaker 12: and you know, this is a very specific group doing
- 15:15Speaker 12: a very specific thing.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and amateur they weren't. This one's not just amateurs.
- 15:21Speaker 1: This is a well seasoned company that with real guides.
- 15:24Speaker 1: It was just one of those freak accidents where the
- 15:28Speaker 1: avalanche just came down with a small avalanche. But they
- 15:31Speaker 1: were in the process of returning. You know so, and
- 15:35Speaker 1: you want to hear something even crazier. What's that which
- 15:39Speaker 1: makes the story even more insane is the people who
- 15:44Speaker 1: survived had to leave their comrades, their buddies on the
- 15:50Speaker 1: hillside dead and would have to come back and have
- 15:54Speaker 1: rescuers pick up well not rescuers, but recoverers pick up
- 15:59Speaker 1: their bodies. One of the rescue team picked up his
- 16:04Speaker 1: wife who was dead on the mountain side. Oh, yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 1: that was on. ABC reported that last night. It was
- 16:12Speaker 1: she one of the guy.
- 16:13Speaker 6: Yes, she was one of the ones that died. Yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 6: that's a tough one. That is rough.
- 16:22Speaker 5: A good grilling.
- 16:24Speaker 3: Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was in LA yesterday and got
- 16:29Speaker 3: grilled about whether his company intentionally was trying to get
- 16:34Speaker 3: kids addicted to Instagram and Facebook. He testified before a
- 16:38Speaker 3: jury for the first time. He says he believed he
- 16:41Speaker 3: has navigated the safety of young users in a reasonable way.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Unfortunately, there are some emails, not smoking gun emails, but
- 16:54Speaker 1: there are some emails that tend to go the other
- 16:57Speaker 1: way in terms of the increasing useage, increase of time
- 17:02Speaker 1: being used.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Oh, there's one email that says we're basically pushers Oh yeah, pushers.
- 17:07Speaker 1: But that's one guy who wrote an email. I mean
- 17:10Speaker 1: you can't. I don't think you can put your finger
- 17:13Speaker 1: on one email among the thousands and thousands. But you know,
- 17:17Speaker 1: the jury is looking at it, and the jury can
- 17:19Speaker 1: be easily swayed.
- 17:21Speaker 6: All right.
- 17:22Speaker 12: We talked a little bit about this yesterday, starting with
- 17:26Speaker 12: Mayor Bass, but now you have dozens of Southern California
- 17:29Speaker 12: politicians coming together saying that Casey Wasserman needs to step
- 17:34Speaker 12: down from overseeing the twenty twenty eight Olympics. Now he
- 17:38Speaker 12: is the one that had, you know, showed up in
- 17:41Speaker 12: the Epstein files in this particular case. I think he
- 17:43Speaker 12: was sexting or something Withswell.
- 17:48Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 17:50Speaker 12: Yeah, So so you know, they're, like you said, they
- 17:54Speaker 12: have no they have no authority.
- 17:57Speaker 6: This is just kind of a yeah, but you're.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Right, But it could be so overwhelming, the political pushback
- 18:04Speaker 1: and the pressure can be so great that he may
- 18:07Speaker 1: have no choice.
- 18:08Speaker 6: But wonder why why does he want to stay on them?
- 18:10Speaker 1: I don't know, Because you've got a guy who created
- 18:14Speaker 1: one of the premiere PR firms or agencies in Los Angeles,
- 18:24Speaker 1: celebrity agencies, and he leaves that he's has to sell
- 18:27Speaker 1: the company, by the way, when this thing broke open,
- 18:30Speaker 1: so he wanted to really of myself go away for
- 18:34Speaker 1: a while. Well, but he say he didn't joy he's.
- 18:37Speaker 6: Running the twenty twenty eight Olympics. I don't know. I
- 18:40Speaker 6: can't get into his mind. You can't even get into yours.
- 18:44Speaker 6: That is absolutely correct.
- 18:47Speaker 3: The Trump teams take an issue with a tariff report.
- 18:51Speaker 3: The Trump administration disputing a new paper from the New
- 18:54Speaker 3: York Federal Reserve asserting that US consumers and businesses are
- 18:59Speaker 3: paying the bulk of the higher costs from tariffs. National
- 19:03Speaker 3: Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett says that the paper is
- 19:07Speaker 3: an embarrassment. He says, what they've done is put out
- 19:10Speaker 3: a conclusion which has created a lot of news that's
- 19:12Speaker 3: highly partisan, based on analysis that would not be accepted
- 19:16Speaker 3: in a first semester econ class.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Yeah, President is saying that the tariffs are being paid
- 19:22Speaker 1: for by the countries that are being tariffed, not US
- 19:27Speaker 1: individual businesses. In the meantime, he's absolutely right, because let
- 19:32Speaker 1: me point out something. As I explained, we Savo and
- 19:37Speaker 1: I we have the import business, the cook wear import business.
- 19:40Speaker 1: When we wrote a check to the government for one
- 19:45Speaker 1: hundred and sixty seven percent of the value of the
- 19:48Speaker 1: product that we brought in. You know what, the government said,
- 19:52Speaker 1: Oh no, we're not going to accept your check because
- 19:56Speaker 1: the government of China is paying for all of the tariffs.
- 20:01Speaker 1: And we went fantastic. But son of a bitch, you
- 20:04Speaker 1: know what they did. They collected the damn money. But
- 20:08Speaker 1: there are no tariffs. China has to pay the tariffs. Okay,
- 20:12Speaker 1: then why did you take my check? The point is
- 20:14Speaker 1: is that the administration, it's a croc what they're saying.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Of course the consumer. Of course businesses are paying the tariffs.
- 20:22Speaker 1: In some cases, businesses are sucking up the tariffs. But
- 20:27Speaker 1: for the most part it's overwhelming that we the consumer
- 20:31Speaker 1: and we the business people are paying the tariffs. Stop
- 20:35Speaker 1: the bs. I can't stand it. I can't stand writing
- 20:39Speaker 1: the check more than anything else. Okay, Ian Showdery.
- 20:45Speaker 6: Yeah, we do one more.
- 20:47Speaker 12: He's the CEO the California High Speed Rail Authority. That is,
- 20:51Speaker 12: he came on in twenty twenty four, so he's not
- 20:53Speaker 12: the wing nut that started all the problems.
- 20:55Speaker 6: But he is.
- 20:58Speaker 12: Now been at or taking leave after domestic violence allegations.
- 21:03Speaker 12: Rather so, no real detail on what happened at this point,
- 21:09Speaker 12: But he came he had helped on the high speed
- 21:11Speaker 12: rail system in Europe, was brought here in twenty twenty
- 21:14Speaker 12: four to work on this spoondoggle, and well.
- 21:19Speaker 4: What went wrong.
- 21:20Speaker 5: The high speed rail in Europe is fabulous.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Because they built it a very long time ago, and
- 21:26Speaker 1: europe trains in Europe, the infrastructure is a part and
- 21:30Speaker 1: parcel of the entire transportation system.
- 21:33Speaker 6: They just do a fabulous job.
- 21:35Speaker 3: You know that the trains in Paris, they go from
- 21:37Speaker 3: Paris to other cities, unlike ours, which is going to
- 21:41Speaker 3: go from Merced to Fresno or something.
- 21:43Speaker 6: Yes, that's intrigue.
- 21:44Speaker 1: And by the way, we're getting a little bit of
- 21:47Speaker 1: information about these allegations domestic violence because I think it
- 21:51Speaker 1: was his wife. They came up and said, hey, this
- 21:54Speaker 1: thing is going way over budget, and he popped her
- 21:57Speaker 1: in the jaw and that was that's horrible. He comes
- 22:02Speaker 1: home and she goes lose. Boo, okay, okay.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Hilton's ahead. Steve Hilton, the conservative commentator who is running
- 22:13Speaker 3: for governor of California, now leads the field, according to
- 22:17Speaker 3: a new poll from Emerson College Polling and Inside California
- 22:22Speaker 3: politics Likely voters. Seventeen percent say they support Hilton, followed
- 22:27Speaker 3: by Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell and Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco,
- 22:33Speaker 3: also a Republican. They're tied at fourteen percent support. Bianco
- 22:39Speaker 3: had led Hilton and Swalwell in early December, so it's
- 22:43Speaker 3: splip flopped a little bit. Former Representative Katie Porter ten percent,
- 22:47Speaker 3: support billionaire Tom Steyer nine percent. And actually Steve Hilton
- 22:53Speaker 3: isn't leading. What's leading is undecided. Twenty one percent of
- 22:56Speaker 3: respondents say they haven't decided yet.
- 22:58Speaker 1: And Hilton claimed the fame. And I think this is
- 23:00Speaker 1: why he's getting this kind of support. Is he is
- 23:03Speaker 1: currently a Fox News contributor. How do you think an
- 23:06Speaker 1: MSNBC contributor would affair not well, he may get all
- 23:15Speaker 1: eight votes from all eight viewers of MSNBC.
- 23:22Speaker 6: Hey, how come I get the dead whale story in?
- 23:27Speaker 1: Because you're the one that looks more like a dead
- 23:29Speaker 1: whale than anybody here on the show.
- 23:31Speaker 6: Neil, not fair.
- 23:33Speaker 12: I'm alive, thirty foot dead whale washed ashore Newport Beach.
- 23:38Speaker 12: This is a massive humpback whale ten tons. I'm not
- 23:43Speaker 12: there yet, no bigger than that, I think, well, push
- 23:48Speaker 12: me back.
- 23:49Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't know.
- 23:50Speaker 12: The experts here are hoping that this storm that if
- 23:56Speaker 12: I remember correctly, Amy is coming our way, that Mike
- 24:00Speaker 12: maybe pull the carcass back to see. But if it
- 24:02Speaker 12: doesn't happen, they got to find a way to remove that.
- 24:05Speaker 12: How they get you up on the surgery table handle?
- 24:08Speaker 6: Oh that's very funny.
- 24:09Speaker 1: And how about you when you go swimming at the beach,
- 24:11Speaker 1: people poke at you with a stick.
- 24:16Speaker 6: My wife did that once once. What's this, Amy k King?
- 24:22Speaker 6: What's so funny? I've never seen her laugh at hard.
- 24:28Speaker 6: I go to Disneyland and yawn and boat center. Yeh,
- 24:36Speaker 6: I'm fat.
- 24:37Speaker 3: Yeah, candle, you're mean?
- 24:43Speaker 6: Oh yeah, thank you? Who's late? You for the compliment?
- 24:46Speaker 3: Yes, Some senators continue to put the heat on the
- 24:50Speaker 3: on the ice. Democratic senators are saying that detainees at
- 24:57Speaker 3: ICE centers are going without medicine forious health conditions, enduring
- 25:02Speaker 3: miscarriages while shackled, and are dying in record numbers. The
- 25:06Speaker 3: twenty two Democratic lawmakers allege that a dramatic surgeon deaths
- 25:10Speaker 3: in federal immigration custody is a clear byproduct of the
- 25:14Speaker 3: Trump administration's mass deportation agenda.
- 25:18Speaker 6: Do you think they care?
- 25:19Speaker 1: Do you think Department of Homeland Security gives a rats
- 25:23Speaker 1: other than maybe the pr of this, because of course
- 25:26Speaker 1: they're denying everything. Do you know they never walked back
- 25:31Speaker 1: that Alex Preddi and Renee Good were domestic terrorists. They
- 25:37Speaker 1: never walk that back. They're not saying it anymore. But
- 25:43Speaker 1: it's a view that well, you know, and by the way,
- 25:46Speaker 1: most Americans agree, it's kind of crazy. It really is,
- 25:52Speaker 1: or was it? I just read that maybe we have it.
- 25:54Speaker 1: I just I just read that the there was a
- 26:02Speaker 1: when I'm looking for a survey that was just done.
- 26:04Speaker 1: And the people who think highly of Homeland Security is
- 26:09Speaker 1: on par with people that think the Earth is flat
- 26:13Speaker 1: and aliens live.
- 26:14Speaker 6: Among us among us. Well, hey, I just read that
- 26:17Speaker 6: Obama said there's aliens.
- 26:20Speaker 1: No Obama, Yeah, but he I believe there's aliens. Statistically,
- 26:24Speaker 1: he is right with the hundreds of billions on top
- 26:27Speaker 1: of billions out there.
- 26:29Speaker 6: Stars.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Statistics are for life to exist at all. It doesn't matter. Okay,
- 26:35Speaker 1: So there are point zero zero zero zero zero one, Okay,
- 26:38Speaker 1: let's say that.
- 26:39Speaker 6: We'll give it sixteen.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Okay, but look at the number of star and star
- 26:45Speaker 1: systems there are out there. It's billions squared and cubed,
- 26:51Speaker 1: so statistically, yeah, I mean there were probably you have
- 26:55Speaker 1: that zone of life around planets, and there's tons of
- 26:59Speaker 1: planets that are the same distance from the Sun where
- 27:02Speaker 1: life could start.
- 27:04Speaker 12: And there's still some wing nut doing the morning show
- 27:06Speaker 12: out X value nine one one planet zero talking about
- 27:12Speaker 12: his crew being fat.
- 27:14Speaker 6: Probably true.
- 27:15Speaker 12: So you know, people got different names for a breaking wind,
- 27:19Speaker 12: cutting the cheese, whatever you want to call it. But
- 27:23Speaker 12: scientists are looking into how much gas one expels during
- 27:28Speaker 12: the day is too much and no one knows. Scientists
- 27:31Speaker 12: really don't know. So this they created smart underwear. It's
- 27:36Speaker 12: actually this little coin size thing that goes into your
- 27:39Speaker 12: underwear and at tracks how how much you expel gas
- 27:43Speaker 12: during the day.
- 27:44Speaker 6: And it's kind of crazy.
- 27:47Speaker 12: They they had two participants, same diet, one past gas
- 27:52Speaker 12: one hundred and seventy five times and the other five times.
- 27:57Speaker 6: Yeah, pretty weird.
- 27:59Speaker 1: You know. I try this and the display kept on
- 28:03Speaker 1: flashing air air air because it was so overwhelmed.
- 28:08Speaker 6: One time Handle and I were driving on that airplane. No,
- 28:16Speaker 6: not that time.
- 28:17Speaker 12: That time I learned how people cuss in different countries.
- 28:22Speaker 12: As Handle came on the tarmac, came out of the toilet.
- 28:28Speaker 12: But I was talking about the time you turned your
- 28:31Speaker 12: air conditioned seats on in your car, and it was
- 28:36Speaker 12: like years of gas came pushing us out.
- 28:41Speaker 6: That's true.
- 28:42Speaker 1: I've been sitting on those seats for two years and
- 28:45Speaker 1: I had no idea that the air conditioned seats are
- 28:48Speaker 1: not air conditioned. All it is is is uh, it's
- 28:52Speaker 1: air that blows up through the seats.
- 28:55Speaker 6: And that was two years worth.
- 28:58Speaker 12: It was like the end the scene in Raiders of
- 29:02Speaker 12: the Lost Arc when they open the Arc of the
- 29:05Speaker 12: Covenant and all the ghosts come out and kill people.
- 29:08Speaker 1: It was just horrific. Thank you for that Soky movie.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Here you go, major points. Okay, there you go, there
- 29:18Speaker 1: you go.
- 29:19Speaker 3: Uh, why aren't Reese's peanut butter cups the best any longer?
- 29:25Speaker 3: Because they're not using milk, chocolate and peanut butter anymore.
- 29:28Speaker 3: The grandson of the inventor of the Reese's Peanut butter cup,
- 29:32Speaker 3: has lashed out at Hershey's, accusing the candy company of
- 29:35Speaker 3: hurting the Riese's brand by shifting to cheaper ingredients. Brad
- 29:38Speaker 3: Reese says the company has replaced milk, chocolate with compound coatings,
- 29:43Speaker 3: and peanut butter with peanut krim.
- 29:47Speaker 6: HB.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Reese invented the Reese's Peanut butter cup in nineteen twenty eight.
- 29:51Speaker 3: I don't know what that is, but it He's right.
- 29:54Speaker 3: The Reese's peanut butter cups are not as good as
- 29:55Speaker 3: they used to do because.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Chocolate cocoa is so expensive now now that the cost
- 30:02Speaker 1: of real chocolate, virtually any confection is just astronomical. So
- 30:07Speaker 1: look at the ingredients. Cocoa flavored sawdust. It's the same
- 30:18Speaker 1: peanut butter. You know, you go get good chocolate. They
- 30:21Speaker 1: got these chocolate.
- 30:24Speaker 6: Like rounds.
- 30:25Speaker 12: They're not coins, but they're real chocolate. You get that
- 30:28Speaker 12: and you dip it into real peanut butter, and you
- 30:30Speaker 12: eat out of the jar like a normal human.
- 30:32Speaker 6: And you can still get real chocolate.
- 30:34Speaker 1: What is it lindor or whatever it makes those chocolate
- 30:36Speaker 1: bars that are seventy percent cocoa or cacao, and those
- 30:41Speaker 1: are hideously expensive when.
- 30:43Speaker 6: You buy real chocolate. I'm worth it. Yeah, I love
- 30:48Speaker 6: real chocolate. We're like CDC critic to lead the agency
- 30:56Speaker 6: for now. You got to love that. What's the name,
- 31:00Speaker 6: but Charia. Yeah, I think that's right.
- 31:04Speaker 5: Let's just say his name over and over again.
- 31:06Speaker 12: But Charia top Trump Administration health official, very outspoken critic
- 31:12Speaker 12: of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, especially when
- 31:17Speaker 12: it came to the coronavirus pandemic. And now he's going
- 31:21Speaker 12: to be leading the CDC on an acting basis. So
- 31:26Speaker 12: this is one of those moves by the White House's
- 31:30Speaker 12: Secretary Robert F.
- 31:31Speaker 6: Kennedy to shake things up there and give me this
- 31:35Speaker 6: way it's going.
- 31:36Speaker 1: You know, the the analogy here is this show and
- 31:39Speaker 1: I come back from every break and go, Hi, this
- 31:42Speaker 1: is KFI and we're broadcasting crap.
- 31:47Speaker 6: Wait a minute, I do do that, don't I? Yeah?
- 31:50Speaker 3: Okay, uh, let's talk peace. Trump's Board of Peace is
- 31:59Speaker 3: getting underway. In fact, the president's speaking right now the
- 32:03Speaker 3: very first Board of Peace meeting. Officials from dozens of
- 32:06Speaker 3: countries are expected to hear a status report on Trump's
- 32:11Speaker 3: peace plan for the Gaza Strip and what he has
- 32:14Speaker 3: described as the Board's unlimited potential to become the most
- 32:17Speaker 3: consequential international body in history.
- 32:20Speaker 1: Are you surprised that the Board of Peace doesn't have
- 32:23Speaker 1: his name? It's not the Trump Board of peace. I
- 32:26Speaker 1: think that's a matter of time. But the building as
- 32:30Speaker 1: it comes out comes out of there is a building
- 32:32Speaker 1: that is named the Trump whatever.
- 32:35Speaker 5: The name of the building is the Donald J. Trump
- 32:37Speaker 5: US Institute of Peace.
- 32:39Speaker 6: There you go, there you go. Thank you. He started
- 32:43Speaker 6: the speech with, aren't we all board of peace? You
- 32:46Speaker 6: know I am?
- 32:48Speaker 1: And most of those countries have observer status. Incidentally, the
- 32:52Speaker 1: vast majority and the other countries are cowtowing to Donald
- 32:57Speaker 1: Trump because of the power he has, and they're going
- 33:01Speaker 1: to come up with what five billion dollars to help Gaza,
- 33:04Speaker 1: which is just a fraction of what Gaza needs, but
- 33:06Speaker 1: you know, that's still five billion dollars more than nothing.
- 33:10Speaker 12: So another president has had their hands in so many
- 33:15Speaker 12: different fronts.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Not George Washington probably, but he didn't have anything to
- 33:20Speaker 1: do with naming of those cities, those towns.
- 33:24Speaker 12: I mean, I mean the amount I know, you bulk
- 33:28Speaker 12: at all of his promises and payoffs in his first year,
- 33:33Speaker 12: because all politicians pay off their promises in the first year.
- 33:37Speaker 12: But with with Trumpet, it just seems like his hand
- 33:41Speaker 12: literally in a lot of international.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I know, he's become he's become an internationalist
- 33:49Speaker 1: where he is putting his hand in virtually the entire
- 33:53Speaker 1: world and the relationships countries have with countries and belligerencies
- 33:58Speaker 1: and wars, and for a president says America First, there's
- 34:02Speaker 1: some people that are really pissed off because clearly it
- 34:05Speaker 1: has become America last. For the president. Yeah, and there's
- 34:10Speaker 1: some issues going on. We'll see what happens in the midterms.
- 34:13Speaker 1: It's going to be very, very interesting. We're done, guys.
