- 0:13and yes I would. I got it backwards. Start it off,
- 0:15sir, start off this holiday smoke session. This. Uh. I don't
- 0:21know what the fuck you really call this, bitch, I don't know.
- 0:23We're just we're just gonna sell over Arawaana merrymaking. Oh, I like that
- 0:28a lot man. Holy Joint Jubilee, The Joint Jubilee. Holy fuck,
- 0:34the Joint Jubilee. I like that, dude. The Christmas chronic the Christmas
- 0:38Chronicles. I don't think that makes sense. So hello, Yes, this
- 0:46might be a little bit of an interesting intro. Uh not what you're used
- 0:50to if you're a regular listener to the show. Aaron, our beloved host,
- 0:57is sick with COVID, so that's fun. Sorry, Aaron, you
- 1:00couldn't make it. Hope you get he's doing it for real soon. But
- 1:04we still wanted to put something out for the holiday so that way, you
- 1:07know, yeah, our gentle listeners can at least have something to listen from
- 1:12us. So we decided to we haven't done a spokes session for our Patreon
- 1:17in a while, so we figured we do two in one. We'll do
- 1:21a spoke session for our Patreon, but also a little bit of a mini
- 1:25talkie episode for the public. If that's not what you into, there's plenty
- 1:30of other episodes. We are nearing our two hundredth episodes, so there's at
- 1:33least two hundred other episodes you could take a look at other than this one.
- 1:37If that says your bag. We don't want to hear you guys ramble
- 1:38on while you're high, and that's fine. Not everybody does. Where have
- 1:42you been? That's all we do. Yeah, that's all you really do.
- 1:47I mean, Aaron's a sober, smart one, but we're a little
- 1:49goofballs. But yeah, so this is going to be something that we normally
- 1:53don't do as a regular free Thursday drop but holidays again, you said Aaron,
- 1:59unfortunately COVID. Hope he's doing okay, but hopefully recovers quick gets back
- 2:05in here. He's doing fine, He's okay. Yeah, he's fine,
- 2:07he's fine. He's just not feeling well. Yeah, thank goodness. But
- 2:10we're just gonna hang out. We are sponsored all our smoke sessions are sponsored
- 2:16by a Riser. So we have an our Riiser ex Q two desktop vaporizer
- 2:22right here. This is that led thing going on right here. Yes,
- 2:25a Riser, not air Riser like we've been pronouncing it. Apparently we don't
- 2:30know what the fuck we're talking about. I mean, that's pretty unbranded,
- 2:34so it really is. But if you had an a Riser, because there's
- 2:38no I in it, there's no I mean, wait, no, there
- 2:42is a ship. If you would like to vape your herb instead of a
- 2:50combustion and stopping all that extra tarn shit getting into your lungs, check out
- 2:54our riser. They've got like this, the EXQ two, a desktop version
- 2:59of a vaporiser. They got a handheld one take on the goal on the
- 3:01go, which is really nice. But the most convenient thing is the parties
- 3:06and the party bag. Like this is the best thing. I think.
- 3:09I love this over the whip. I thought the whip was gonna be my
- 3:13favorite thing. This is actually the bag. You're like, all right,
- 3:15we fill up the bag. It just chills and we just fucking passed this
- 3:17back and forth for like a couple of minutes, and I feel good after
- 3:23after like Inhaling the vape Martin, I do the smoke. I don't know.
- 3:25So if you want to get one of these, go to our website
- 3:29bfy twpod dot com. It's right on that front page to scrolled down,
- 3:31it'll go right to there. Other than that, all right, let's stop
- 3:36with all the selling stuff. Let's talk about Christmas. Christmas. Yeah,
- 3:40it's definitely not about commercialism, not at all, has nothing to do with
- 3:45it. Yeah. So like by the time this comes out, it'll be
- 3:50a little late on Christmas. Yeah, I mean, our our episodes will
- 3:54drop on Thursday unless you are part of our Patreon, which if you go
- 4:00to patreon dot com slash b fy tw, we will be condensing down to
- 4:03one tier, which is everything we offer, all the extras, which case
- 4:09you will be getting this Monday. Yeah, on Christmas Christmas, So if
- 4:15you're happy New Year. But as I was saying, so, yeah,
- 4:18on the top of a Christmas since Aaron's not here, Yeah, and we
- 4:23were too lazy to make up a gay marselves. Yes, it's holidays.
- 4:28Let's talk Christmas because I feel like Christmas, I don't know, this time
- 4:33of year, I feel like it still holds up as tradition. It's definitely
- 4:40something that I feel like still holds true in terms of what it's supposed to
- 4:45be. I think Bill Murray and Scrooge put it best that it's it's the
- 4:50time of year that we can be what we always wanted to be. So
- 4:56yes, yes, you're right, Yeah, hell yeah, you know how
- 5:00went it's Christmas to you, Stevie. I always felt like it's always been
- 5:04about being merry and making merry. Yeah, I'm like in agreement one hundred
- 5:10percent with you on that one. I've always been that person that likes to
- 5:15go a little overboard on Christmas for other people, like I will do what
- 5:19I can, I shop early and stuff. I just want to make sure
- 5:21everybody's happy. That's the biggest thing Christmas. Everybody should have a smile on
- 5:26their face, at least for a little bit, because everybody's going through some
- 5:29crapping on the holidays is worse. But it's not so much just like buying
- 5:32presents and stuff. It's more of just like seeing that smile. Man like
- 5:36that, especially in the morning, like that Christmas morning, everybody has that
- 5:42like, oh my god, it's Christmas. A little rush no matter how
- 5:45old you are you still get it? Like, I'll still remember my Christmas
- 5:47eves were my favorite thing just because like we would spend it with the family
- 5:51all the time. We'd be at the cousins hanging out and that was the
- 5:55best park. We're all just hanging out, so one time we all set.
- 5:58We see each other every year and it's just a bunch of good happiness,
- 6:02you know. Yeah, So that's that's Christmas to me. It's just
- 6:04like spreading the happiness, that positivity. Yeah. So like Christmas is like
- 6:09to many people, a very real thing, but it's it's it's stemmed from
- 6:15I would call lower lower fishing, No, not lower lower. Like there's
- 6:21stories behind Christmas, Like we know, we all know Santa Claus, right,
- 6:27true, yeah, yeah, yeah, but but do you know who
- 6:29pulls Santa Claus is Sleigh Stevie the reindeer, the reindeer correct, yeah yeah
- 6:35right yeah. So, like there's so much things about Christmas that we all
- 6:40just kind of all know right through stories that we learned through childhood. And
- 6:45uh, and there's some other ones like uh like where do Santa Claus live?
- 6:51Where does Santa Claus live? Stevie does he live in the South Pole,
- 6:55the West Pole or does he live in Jersey? Or no? Are
- 6:58that North Pole? Oh? No, full North Paul? Correct, Yeah,
- 7:02I'm liking this game. This is actually pretty cool, right right,
- 7:05right, But you know there's some other interesting things like when you really go
- 7:10into it, like, for instance, the twelve days of Christmas? Do
- 7:14you know how many gifts were given? This is something crazy because I've heard
- 7:19two different things, and the prior makes more sense. The first one is
- 7:25you're giving all the types of gifts once, so out of the twelve days,
- 7:31you only get it once. But then actually speaking with people, which
- 7:34I believe you brought this up before, and it's for every day you're receiving
- 7:41all these gifts and then everything aforementioned after that. Right, So it's like
- 7:45on the twelfth day at Christmas, your true love, it's the first day,
- 7:49it's a partridge para tree? Is you got a patrick the first day?
- 7:51Now it's the second day of Christmas, you're getting the two turtle doves
- 7:55and another partrids. Now you got two birds. Now you got four fucking
- 7:58birds up in your tree. Right, and then the third day it's supposed
- 8:01to be like three What the fuck is the three? Oh? I don't
- 8:05know, no, but it's three subs its thematically the number that you got
- 8:11there. So what do you say then? What would you say? Is
- 8:13the right correct? One hundred and forty four, one hundred and forty four.
- 8:18Some say one hundred and forty four. Other people say three six four.
- 8:22Maybe it's three six four. That makes more sense because it's cuting down.
- 8:24I'm multiplying twelve times twelve. That's why I screwed up. Nevermind three
- 8:28six four twelve times fourth? High math? Is that high math? I
- 8:33screwed up. I've never multiplying instead of working it down in adding them all.
- 8:37I've never heard this one before. Okay, do you know the other
- 8:39name for eggnog? There's another name for eggnog? Yeah? No, wait,
- 8:43hold on, hold on, let mean it is it huevos something?
- 8:48No, no, it's it's not it's nothing egg? No is it?
- 8:52No? Believe it or not? It has no egg in it? And
- 8:54then any other name for it? Really eggnog. I don't think it's a
- 9:03wastle, but what what what is it? Milk punch? Milk punch?
- 9:09Milk punch is the other name of eggnog? Punch? I mean I kind
- 9:13of get it because in the original eggnog, it's the quote unquote original there's
- 9:18alcohol in it, right, it's a warm you up? Ye? Well,
- 9:20yeah, I don't know. I honestly don't really know where eggnog stemmed
- 9:26from, Like where it kind of started as a traditional Christmas You're gonna say
- 9:31it was over by the Viking area of everything starts with the Vikings, I
- 9:35think so. And it was a rum that that's what you put an eggnog
- 9:41is rum. Like I am not a rum fan, but I love eggnog.
- 9:43And I totally forgot the eggnog this year. Damn it. Man,
- 9:46I want some milk punch. Damn it. But it's probably because it's milky
- 9:50and it pecked the punch because of the rum. So milk punch eggnog.
- 9:54Everybody gets your milk punch this season. So here's the other thing. And
- 10:01I've heard this two ways too, Okay, what is the traditional Christmas dinner?
- 10:05Actually I've heard the three ways. Now I think about it. What
- 10:09is the traditional Christmas dinner? I believe, Well, it might be regional
- 10:15based, right, I was gonna say that the same exact thing because in
- 10:16our area, and like or we're at Western area. The traditional Christmas is
- 10:24a Christmas Ham and then you get all the fixings outside of that, the
- 10:28potatoes, all the other stuff. Now I heard prior to that it was
- 10:33a bird, it was turkey. Actually, yes, I've heard. I've
- 10:37heard turkey, and I've heard Christmas goose. Yes, goose is the other.
- 10:41So i would say a burger the close second, and I'm gonna say
- 10:46they're tied because they are aviation or aviary. I don't know if it changed
- 10:50or if it's regional base because what was available at the time. I don't
- 10:54know if poultry is more expensive than pig cases or vice versa. I would
- 11:03assume that, I imagine and pork would be more expensive just because of the
- 11:07process of how long it takes. Think about it. In a typical restaurant
- 11:11setting, what's more expensive? Poultry dishes or beef pig or poultries are usually
- 11:18the least expensive because we are able to mass produce them so easily and because
- 11:22they do respond respond, Because they respond, they got a fast respond Like
- 11:31how amazing would that be if we could make respond on my fucking like cattle
- 11:35and shit like that would be odd? Like Nope, but just responds it's
- 11:39called Christmas cloning. Christmas cloning the gift no one asked for. Yeah,
- 11:48so I think the traditional holiday meals go in our area ham so pork and
- 11:54then bird and then Chinese food. I think those are the ones in our
- 12:00area, at least that's the way it seems to me. I feel like
- 12:03fish is the most expensive, you know, I don't lasign is actually wait,
- 12:09what does have to do with fish? Nothing? But it just reminded
- 12:13me that lasagna is another very prominent dish for the holidays because of all the
- 12:18Italian immigrants that came over at the same time. And like, our area
- 12:22is very uptown is very Italian, and the lower town's very Irish type of
- 12:28thing, you know. Not that we segregate the city did. Yeah,
- 12:31we mixed with everybody. Here's a little here's a little pop culture for you.
- 12:37How many ghosts are in the Charles Dickens a Christmas Carol total? Oh
- 12:43geez. So you got Marley who awards loved the other three ghosts and there's
- 12:48four right there, and I believe there's a fifth one that also speaks to
- 12:52him. Is there a fifth one? It's either I thought there was but
- 12:56maybe it's just a four. Yeah, the people are consisted of four.
- 13:01I wonder where you might get this fifth one from. I'm thinking you're thinking
- 13:05of the Muppets. Maybe that's why, Harley. I can imagine we've watched
- 13:16that recently, because you know Christmas. Yeah, that's awesome. Now speaking
- 13:20of a Muppet Christmas, Carol, who is your favorite out of the entire
- 13:28cast of that? Now it can be the actual humans, that's fine,
- 13:33or Muppet it doesn't matter. Like who is your number one on a Muppet
- 13:37Christmas? Joe? Who's You're like? I love watching this for this character
- 13:41mainly, this is the one that brings it to me. Oh man.
- 13:45It's hard to say because obviously choosing any one of the Muppets would kind of
- 13:50be a cop out, right though I get in a way. But at
- 13:54the same time, it's a movie about so let me make sure I'm grabbing
- 13:56his name correctly. Yeah, I say it because I feel really, oh
- 14:01yeah, I know this guy. So Like. The thing about Muppets is,
- 14:05from what I've heard other actors say, is that when working with Muppets,
- 14:11you either have to be a Muppet yourself, okay, or be as
- 14:16straight face as you can. Yes, and Michael Caine, yes, yes,
- 14:20captain as straight as he possibly possibly could in that movie. And for
- 14:26those who don't know who he is, he's the one who actually plays Scrooge.
- 14:31Scrooge and he's a phenomen I mean, not just that, Like dude
- 14:35is a phenomenal actor all around and pretty much everything he's been in, Like,
- 14:39dude is like one of those classic actors, you know, like it's
- 14:43nobody acts like that anymore, nobody has that anymore. It's it's crazy.
- 14:50But Michael Kaine, yeah, dude, like that was one great, great
- 14:56choice man, Like seriously, that's a good yeah. Oh yeah. And
- 15:00like you said, to be able to act straight against an entire cast of
- 15:05muppets, Like dude, if I was in his little like fucking banker shop
- 15:09or whatever he was, it wasn't a banker he was, like uh he
- 15:13was he? I don't well he owned who was Scrooge he was? He
- 15:18was either a banker or he was just a landlord. Maybe that's what it
- 15:22was. He just owned the properties and ship. I couldn't mean back then
- 15:24you didn't have to have a bank. I think I think yeah, I
- 15:26think either they were a bank or they were well they might have been a
- 15:28bank, right, okay, but I think they were born on the same
- 15:31even nowadays there, right, Okay, it's to say you don't know.
- 15:35Okay, say you're being cast for a Christmas Carol. Right, yeah,
- 15:39nobody tells you muppets. You're just like you're playing up and use your Scrooge.
- 15:45You were taking this role one hundred percent serious. I want you to
- 15:48get into the Scrooge mentality and like fucking hit this right, and you're sitting
- 15:52at your desk ready for that very first take the fucking lights you're on.
- 15:56The camera's rolling, they're like action and you start talking and all of a
- 16:00sudden you see five fucking puppet or muppet rats and then fucking Kermit the Frog.
- 16:06They're like singing at you, and shit, like what the fuck do
- 16:10you think? Like if nobody told you ahead of time, Like what would
- 16:12you think? I mean, like, I'd be excited because you know,
- 16:18like could you imagine be like, oh, I'm expecting the super serious role,
- 16:22so I better be super serious because blah blah blah. Then like you're
- 16:26just revealed it. Oh I'm we're dealing with muppets. Then you're like,
- 16:27oh sweet, I got a choice. Now, I can either do this
- 16:30role seriously and it'll be it'll be a laugh riot because they'll be keeping it
- 16:34in the entire time, or I'll be as goofy as them and we'll just
- 16:38make a fucking Muppet movie. You know. Again. It's it's kind of
- 16:42like I'm not an actor in but I imagine that if you're put into a
- 16:48position that you're like you, you could you probably imagined yourself as a child
- 16:53in right, That's all you could ever hope for. No, that's fair,
- 16:59that's fair. Also, if I didn't have to choose a human in
- 17:03uh that it would definitely be not Gonzo but Sam Eagle, just because his
- 17:08line, uh the American way and it has to be corrected like the British
- 17:15way. It's likely forgot his line like oh ship and they just kept it
- 17:21in because he's so used to like yeah, America, America area. We're
- 17:26all looking at him like huh wrong, I mean cool awesome. Also,
- 17:32you could ever tell if they could see Gonzo and Rizzo or not, because
- 17:34sometimes they would interact with people and sometimes they wouldn't yes, and you couldn't
- 17:38tell who could see who it was that. I loved it. It was
- 17:41the whole narrator, fourth wall everything in that. Speaking of Gonzo and Rizzo,
- 17:47Rizzo is probably my favorite in in that Pacific movie. Yes, Gonzo,
- 17:56don't get me wrong. I like Gonzo. Gonzo was always a funny
- 17:59little goofball to me. Whatever the fuck he was you was just fucking funny.
- 18:03But Rizzo had the whole fucking movie. Man, Rizzos is fucking funny.
- 18:07Like the lamp, not the ret, like the ram that's the red,
- 18:11like the whole thing. Like everything he was in was fucking funny.
- 18:15Like and I don't know again, that comes back to the whole Christmas holiday
- 18:19smile on and making people laughing, giggle type of thing. Man, right,
- 18:23it was great to me. Going back to what I would do,
- 18:27I unfortunately, would just crack up and start laughing in the minute I saw
- 18:30them, like the lights came on and I saw that maraup, like,
- 18:33oh fuck, I can't keep the straight face. As which as I would
- 18:37love to do this performance, it wouldn't happen. I would just crack up
- 18:40and laugh and like, get somebody else. I just want to stay here
- 18:41and watch the rest of this thing. I think you could do it.
- 18:45I think you crack up at first, and then when you do it,
- 18:47you'd be able to deliver seriously. But then between each delivery you'd have to
- 18:51be like, oh, I give you a second, and I just like
- 18:52fucking oh maybe, yeah, okay, I would try at the very least.
- 18:59I would definitely think you could. I think you could deliver at least
- 19:02a little bit of dialogue if you're like, okay, is this like for
- 19:04real? Because if so, I didn't gonna need a moment right, Oh
- 19:08my god? But yeah, Muppet Christmas Carol, great movie. Do you
- 19:15have any Christmas tradition movies that you personally like like that, like you look
- 19:22forward to this movie every year we watch holiday season, well besides Muppet Christmas
- 19:26Carol, which is my personal favorite, but right there was the one,
- 19:30yeah, basically, but the other thing that's kind of become almost like I
- 19:34don't know, I don't know if we've watched it yet, but h Nightmare
- 19:38before Christmas because it's it's one of those movies it's a Halloween and Christmas movie.
- 19:45Do you watch it both holidays so you get the you get the benefit
- 19:47if you like that movie too, you get to watch it twice. So
- 19:51I literally watched that movie twice a year on Halloween and on Christmas because I
- 19:56remember Nightmare before Christmas obviously, right, And I I do enjoy it.
- 20:00Like I'm not as big a fan as everybody else's, but I do enjoy
- 20:04that movie a lot. And those are like, really the only two times
- 20:07a year that I watch it, Like I don't really watch it otherwise,
- 20:11like those are the two times and I enjoy that. Well. I know
- 20:14you like to watch die Hard. A lot of people like to watch die
- 20:17Hard on Christmas as a tradition. I am, and I've never really watched
- 20:21die Hard all the way through. The last time we watched die Hard,
- 20:25I didn't even see it all the way through. Still was like when we
- 20:27were in Vegas, Oh my god. Yeah, and it just happened to
- 20:30be on the television and I just happened to see the last part and you
- 20:33start tearing up for no reason. I'm like, and Aaron was there,
- 20:37so we were both like looking at you, like, I'm good, I
- 20:41cried. You had to die Hard. I would give a fuck. It's
- 20:45such a good movie. You know what we're doing later? Watch it?
- 20:47Fucking die Hard. Also die Hard, die Hard? What do you guys
- 20:52think? Do you all think that Diehard is a Christmas movie or not?
- 20:56I mean it does take place during Christmas. It happens during a Christmas party.
- 21:00The entire movies during the Christmas party, there is Christmas theme things and
- 21:04music throughout the entire thing, including the limo and shut out Christmas decorations.
- 21:10Like, do you guys think it's a Christmas movie? I know you said
- 21:12you're better. Yeah. Instead of justifying, see if you could just say
- 21:17what your favorite Christmas movie is, you could like, I'm not even saying
- 21:19that Diehard is my favorite Christmas movie, but it probably saying but it probably
- 21:25is. I think we're done with this bag, right, Yeah, Okay,
- 21:26so we're gonna we're gonna take We're gonna stop poking off the eu Riser
- 21:30bag. We're just gonna let the rest of the herb just fill in the
- 21:33rum if there's anything left, and then we're gonna I think we're good.
- 21:38I don't think anything's coming out. I think we're good on this. I
- 21:42think what we should do, going to break is exactly what Aggie said,
- 21:48Oh before we do that the other movie thing. No, sorry, Christmas
- 21:52story. We're never because the story is the other one that I really like
- 21:55that and Diehard logged into the wrong episode. If you get out of here,
- 21:59you're never gonna get out. I know what you said. It is
- 22:00probably gonna be like a shorter episode than normal. Guess what, it's a
- 22:04super extra long episode. It's gonna be like three dollars because I can't shut
- 22:07up on a pie. No, okay, we're gonna come back to this
- 22:11when we come back from break after this. Bye. Hey. This is

- 23:22in Front and it's available on all of your favorite podcast apps. New host,
- 23:42who is hi? Welcome back. We made it. We made it
- 23:48through break took a bit, but we got that. Yeah. But when
- 23:55the important thing is, we're going to continue on. We're not going to
- 23:56slow down except for hitting this the cover. Do you want to hit in
- 24:02the car right now? I'm gonna hit us on team I got That's probably
- 24:04the smarter thing. But I'm down with Oh this is water Melanie. Al
- 24:10Right, then let's do this ship. Yes what, Yes, we have
- 24:18some comments and stuff so comments. Yes, we got Patreon comments, patriotizing
- 24:25comments, comments. So as the benefit to be part of our Patreon,
- 24:34they get the video episode, you get a bunch of other bonuses, plus
- 24:37tons of extra episodes we do on the side, but we get most of
- 24:41our comments stuff through Patreon. Once we put our videos and stuff up.
- 24:48So from the last episode episode, the mini episode number one, we had
- 24:53two comments on that one Kristin Farley, thank you so much and Mary Chris
- 25:00from the gift or to us, we really appreciate that, she said,
- 25:03such a fun episode. Game two had me laughing so hard and heck yeah,
- 25:08Game two was insane. The improv game was hard as hell, but
- 25:11it was definitely entertaining. I had a ball with it. Would you think
- 25:15about it? Oh? I always enjoy it because it does force you to
- 25:18kind of think on your feet on top of it quite literally in some cases.
- 25:22Yeah, and those guys having defiant monkey improv in there with us and
- 25:26then along with Kylo was just awesome. Like, those guys are all fun
- 25:30to hang with. We got another comment on the same episode from David McGain,
- 25:37I love the improv everyone was great. More please, so those are
- 25:41probably gonna happen. Yeah, Like it always is a ball to come up
- 25:45to do it every once in a while, so we should do it more
- 25:48often. Right, It's a good time. Oh man, Yeah, I
- 25:52thoroughly enjoy those. Let's do what else we got going on? I believe
- 25:57that we have a voice smell as well. Is that correct? I believe
- 26:02so cool cool, this works. Let's give it a list, assuming works.
- 26:07Hello, you masters have masteredal mirth. It's Colin a just to wish
- 26:12you all every Christmas and an absolutely fantastic New Year. Yeah. Next year,
- 26:18this show grows and gets better and better, and al get your ass
- 26:22and gear on that second book. I need to know what happens next.
- 26:27Anyway, I love you all, Bye Christmas, Happy New Year. Yes,
- 26:37holy crab, like that was love. Yes, as we said,
- 26:42he is recovering from COVID, so that is why he's not here, and
- 26:45that is why this is a shipwreck covered episode. Yep. So it's his
- 26:48fault. Yep. If you didn't get sick, this would have been fine.
- 26:51But you can play Baron for way to start a new year, aarons
- 26:55A good way to start it. Actually, by the time this comes out,
- 26:57it won't be the new year, so it's a way to end the
- 27:00old year. Aaron, you know what to make it this far? For
- 27:03him to finally get sick once, it's not that bad. Actually, yeah,
- 27:07it's a pretty good, pretty good track record. Good job, Aaron,
- 27:11Yeah you got this recover bitch. No, but Colin, thank you
- 27:15so much. Merry Christmas to you and Donna, like it'd be cool if
- 27:21we grew a little bit more, oh just a little bit. But love
- 27:23you guys so much. Can't wait to do some more stuff with you.
- 27:27Seriously much love dude, absolutely absolutely hell Yeah. So we got through our
- 27:33comments. Yep, we got through our voice samaw yep? Are we done?
- 27:38Not quite? Not quite? See? During the break, I caught
- 27:42an idea, what's the idea that as a uh game show podcast, we
- 27:49should probably have at least a game? That's probably a good idea. Yeah,
- 27:53at least one was the game? Well? Yes and no? Okay,
- 28:00I have a proposal for a tinfoil whoa a tinfoil hat? Yes,
- 28:03that's in just you and me. Okay, let's come up with something on
- 28:08the spot. Okay. I literally haven't come up before anything either, so
- 28:11we're on equal footing. Awesome, But I propose a tinfoil hat combining Henry
- 28:18Cavill's game workshop deal. Okay, Operation Christmas Drop and Santa clause. So
- 28:30for those not in the no Operation Christmas Drop in Guam, The Spirit of
- 28:37Giving takes the skies on December third, from Anderson Air force based SQUAM as
- 28:42the US Air Force and partner nations prepare Operation Christmas Drop of twenty twenty three.
- 28:48This annual humanitarian mission will once again bring essential supplies to remote communities in
- 28:53the Pacific. So every year they bring humanitarian supplies. Oh that's coolcific Okay,
- 29:00So that's a that's a military thing that does Operation Christmas, okay.
- 29:04And Santa Claus is Santa Claus. And then Henry Cavill, yes, and
- 29:08his Games Workshop deal. So the Games Workshop deal was what exactly just him
- 29:17Games Workshop and I believe Amazon are going to be making a television series based
- 29:22on Warhammer forty k And because Henry cavill gets to run run the thing.
- 29:29The dude's a huge nerd, right, and so he's it seems like he's
- 29:33pulling out all the stops for this fun He's he's he's going full what if
- 29:37a nerd could actually make his own TV series based on the IP he likes?
- 29:42So hopefully this goes well for him. Cool? Cool, And he
- 29:45was trying to go for an R rating, correct, yes, yes,
- 29:48yeah cool? So that of course you have to with that kind of If
- 29:51anyone's not familiar with Warhammer, forty k. It is definitely a R rated
- 29:56scenarios, is you know thing? Right? So, Okay, I think
- 30:00I might have something, Yeah, I think I might. Okay, So
- 30:03it's Henry Cavill's deal with Operation Christmas Drop, which helps bring supplies Manditarian Aid
- 30:10and Santa Claus. Okay, So here's what I believe is happening, all
- 30:17right, Henry Cavill's new deal, which is gonna bring about thousands and thousands
- 30:22of new toys to the market. Right. Because of this, He's gonna
- 30:26have his own line of special Warhammer ones that are just under his shows version
- 30:33of it, just like they do of everything else. They're gonna fucking merchandise
- 30:36the hell out of this thing, right, make as many of these toys
- 30:37as possible. Now, this is great for us nerds because he's actually gonna
- 30:44probably do it right like he did a great job with The Witcher, and
- 30:48I believe that he's gonna do a good job with this. But there's the
- 30:52downside, because of these companies are only caring about money and that merchandising with
- 30:56those toys, He's gonna ruin a lot of stuff, including some Christmas issues,
- 31:03the main being Santa Claus's rival is now gonna put all these new toys
- 31:08out right, which is fucked up because there's an entire island of misfit toys
- 31:14out there that he wants to help bring to children. But he can't do
- 31:18this because the freaking deal that he's gonna have with Amazon and whatnot to get
- 31:25these toys and stuff for this new brand is gonna crush those dreams. No
- 31:27one's gonna want these little misfit toys. So Santa had an idea, I'm
- 31:33gonna partner with Operation Christmas Drought this year, so I'm gonna go over to
- 31:40the Island of Misfit Toys. I'm gonna grab all those little bastards, throw
- 31:44them all into my sack, and we're gonna do our own drop. Yes,
- 31:52and they're gonna work with them, and they're going to like freaking like
- 31:56stealth drop all these misfit toys around on the world before Henry Cavill's new toy
- 32:02line comes out as an emergency Christmas drop to save their lives. And that's
- 32:09what's gonna happen, sir. Wow, Yeah, wow, yeah, dang
- 32:15cool. Well did I lose you or no? We could no, no,
- 32:19I think I think I feel that. I think I feel that.
- 32:21Well. See, he's the most positive feedback I've ever gotten in a tinfoil
- 32:24half before. The only positive feedback report I get is the ones we give
- 32:29ourselves, So it works in this true, it's not really true. Aaron
- 32:35does give us praise all the time. Yeah, sure, it's always afterward
- 32:43doing we're outside plausible deniability. I need to start miking myself after we'd believe
- 32:47you, guys, I swear he does. You just say good things about
- 32:51us like a sting operation. Right, we got to prove Aaron has a
- 32:59heart anyways, So I of course came up with a tinfoil as well,
- 33:04because this is it wouldn't make sense to just have you do it not and
- 33:07no one else. So in this case, I say that Henry cavill and
- 33:15Games Workshop worked out a deal where they have to have a Christmas special that
- 33:22is sponsored by Aspiration Christmas job where Gillman and the Ultramarines have to airdrop onto
- 33:31a Pacific planet to save Santa Claus. I'm talking they guy go in.
- 33:39He's being held by like the chaos gods, so like the Selneshi chaos gods
- 33:45and stuff yeah, like really yeah, like gotta go in there. And
- 33:52moment people heard a heretic save Christmas, Oh my god, yes, do
- 34:00ode that? God? How about Christmas? And that was short, sweet
- 34:05and like perfect, like I loved all of that. Oh my god.
- 34:08But that's that's the deal though. He has to do one Christmas special and
- 34:12that's it. That's fair. I think that's a good deal. Then he
- 34:14could do whatever else he wants with the IP, but he has to do
- 34:16one Christmas fusal and I think that's fair. It doesn't have to be like
- 34:19an hour and a half long. You'd be like a half hour special,
- 34:22you know, like, fuck, let's bump this bitch out, just an
- 34:25ultermarine with like a play for just lighting up a tree. Yeah, it
- 34:30just happens to be next to a bunch of heretics. Oh fucking yes,
- 34:42Oh my god. That was amazing, dude, I like yours a lot.
- 34:45Now. That was really fucking good. Yeah. The fucking tinfoil had
- 34:50champion ladies and gentlemen about that. Yes, but I'd watch that fu Yeah,
- 34:57I want that ship too. Damn All right, well, how should
- 35:01we sign this off? Then you want to do a little Christmas thing let's
- 35:06do a little Christmas thing. Okay, we can do a little Christmas thing.
- 35:08Yeah. Twas the night before Christmas went all through the house. Not
- 35:14a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The stockings were hung by
- 35:19the chimney with care, it hopes that Santa soon would be there. Hell
- 35:23yeah, with the ultramarines. The children were nestled us snug in their beds,
- 35:29all visions of sugar plums and fire and lots of fire in their heads.
- 35:35And Mama and her kerchief, and I in my cap had just settled
- 35:38our wait brains. I don't remember that. And the lyrics for long winters.
- 35:44That are these lyrics changing as we're making shit up? I don't know.
- 35:49I'm getting kind of scared. Went out on the law, and there
- 35:52arose such a clatter. The God ever himself, rose from the throne of
- 35:59call to see what with a matter away in the window. I flew like
- 36:05a flash to open the shutters and threw up the sash the moon on the
- 36:09breast of the new fallen snow. He said, breast boies, we off,
- 36:22Oh this one, that's your line. No, I just did the
- 36:24snow. Yeah you didn't lie. I did Oh, what the fuck line
- 36:32is? It gave the lusher of mid day to objects below. Yeah,
- 36:37dude, it's like holiday words. I don't think this is the right book
- 36:42either. Let's finish it is fun When what to my wondering eyes, should
- 36:46have hear but a minuture sleigh and ate tidy rain, deerphend I don't know,
- 36:54with a little old driver so lively and quick. Sorry I wasn't paying
- 37:00attention. I knew in a moment it must be Dick. I mean,
- 37:04sat Nick more rapid than the eagles on his course. As they came the
- 37:12is he and he whistled, and Chowder shouted and called them by name now
- 37:16Dasher, now Dancer and prancer and vixen. I'm sorry, I think it's
- 37:22something funny, but i'd comment Maunder and wait, dunder and blick them whoever,
- 37:31this is an idiot. To the top of the perch, to the
- 37:37top of the wall. What the fuck now? Dash away, dash away,
- 37:45dash away? Oh, I think I need glasses. Oh my god,
- 37:54as dryly as before the wild hurricane fly I don't remember that mean when
- 38:00they meet with an obstacle, mounts to the sky, so up to the
- 38:05housetop the courses. They flew the sleigh full of troy Oh toys and Saint
- 38:10Dick too, And then Twinkie or twinkling iron on the roof the prancy good
- 38:17pig of each little hoof as I drew in my head and they turned around
- 38:22down the chimneys, Saint Dick came with a bound. He was dressed in
- 38:25fur from his head to his foot, and his clothes were all tarnished with
- 38:30ash because he's a fucking idiot and came down a chimney. There's a fucking
- 38:34door. What if it was lit right like a night? Dude? People
- 38:37used to have fucking fires. Also, don't they have like iron grades most
- 38:40of the time to keep like bats from flying in? Like you're gonna be
- 38:45whatever, dude, he was, Oh wait, we did that. A
- 38:52bundle of toys was flung on his back. And he looked like a peddler
- 38:54with just snacks oo snacks. His eyes how they twinkled, His dimples were
- 39:01merry, his cheeks were like roses, his nose like he drank too much
- 39:06dairy. His droll little droll, his droll little mouth was drawn up like
- 39:16a bow, and the beard of his chin was as white as the yellow
- 39:21snow. Grosser. Ah, this is why the stump of his pie be
- 39:28hell tight in his dude of smoking the god ye smoking, and circled his
- 39:31head like a wreath. He had a broad face and a little round mad
- 39:37as shock when he laughed like a bowl full of man jelly, manche I'm
- 39:46trying to think of who's collecting a bowlful of man jelly. I don't know.
- 39:52It's awesome for your Christmas. He was chubby and plump, like right,
- 40:00jolly old elf. See he said elf, not human, that's true.
- 40:05Yeah, yeah, And I laughed what I saw him in spite of
- 40:07myself. I'd be terrified, right, like what the fun that it was
- 40:12an elf? And I laughed when I saw him in spite of myself.
- 40:15So he's laughing at you like I said that. Oh yeah, I thought
- 40:21you meant it. I didn't know that was the line until I read it
- 40:35away. Yeah, awake of his eye and a twist of his heads and
- 40:38gave me to know I had nothing that dry I read this. Yeah,
- 40:43he smoked not a word but went straight to his work. Yeah, some
- 40:46dude just like look at you like yeah, like no starting oh yeah,
- 40:50and he looks in your eyes and filled all the stockings and then turned with
- 40:52a jerk. You know exactly what he was doing. Turned with a jerk,
- 40:59yeah, laying his fingers on the side of his nose, He's gonna
- 41:02snort something that looks like snow, and giving a nod up the chimney.
- 41:07He rose, yeah, because of the coke he drug to his to his
- 41:13team, gave a whistle away. They flew like the dowd of a thistle
- 41:16whatever that is, right, But I heard him exclaimer. He drove out
- 41:22of sight her air er. Happy Christmas to all all, and to allod night.
