- 0:08Speaker 1: S advice. Oh sure, it's hello, Welcome to the Nordymn
- 0:16Speaker 1: nice Sham, your host Rub Shooter, and it's Thursday. Normally
- 0:21Speaker 1: on Thursdays, our dear friend Mark Lupo Loopy joins us
- 0:25Speaker 1: he cannot today, but it's not his faults. I should
- 0:27Speaker 1: be really clear about that. I'm on TV all morning.
- 0:31Speaker 1: In fact, I think throughout the day talking about Kate Middleton,
- 0:35Speaker 1: who has been hospitalized, and so I'm gonna be all
- 0:37Speaker 1: over TV. They're really great there because they really do
- 0:40Speaker 1: plug our podcast. And one of the reasons this show
- 0:44Speaker 1: has expanded has grown is because I'm always out there
- 0:48Speaker 1: doing publicity, doing press, and so I never ever turned
- 0:51Speaker 1: down the opportunities. It's it's like in life, wouldn't you
- 0:55Speaker 1: say no, They find somebody else and then they stop asking.
- 0:58Speaker 1: So I'm is from the school of saying yes. Well.
- 1:02Speaker 1: What this means though for us this morning, is that
- 1:05Speaker 1: time wise, I couldn't quite fit it together with Mark.
- 1:08Speaker 1: So once again, not Mark's faulty. Is the most reliable. Really,
- 1:13Speaker 1: I think maybe the top co host. He's never really
- 1:16Speaker 1: missed a show. In fact, Mark even travels with his microphone.
- 1:20Speaker 1: That's how amazing Mark is he has a work ethic
- 1:23Speaker 1: like nobody else. Kevin Jonas the boyfriend of your listening Hello,
- 1:27Speaker 1: put a ring on it. He is a good man.
- 1:29Speaker 1: So Mark not with us today. But don't worry, aughties.
- 1:32Speaker 1: We have got a lot to talk about. So let's
- 1:34Speaker 1: jump right into the shower. What time is it, my friends,
- 1:38Speaker 1: It is tea time. As I mentioned, big, big story
- 1:43Speaker 1: at the top of the shower. Kate Middleton. This is stunning.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Kate Middleton has been admitted to hospital for a doominal surgery.
- 1:54Speaker 1: So Kate has been admitted to hospital in what the
- 1:57Speaker 1: Palace is claiming is a quotquote planned abdominal surgery. A
- 2:04Speaker 1: statement from Kensington Palace read. The Royal Family shared the
- 2:08Speaker 1: news on social media, revealing that the Princess of Wales
- 2:12Speaker 1: she's forty two years old, went to London clinic on Tuesday,
- 2:16Speaker 1: so we found out about this on Wednesday. She went
- 2:19Speaker 1: in on Tuesday. By the time they announced it, she
- 2:22Speaker 1: had already had her surgery that they are saying is successful,
- 2:25Speaker 1: thank goodness. But this is where things get a little
- 2:28Speaker 1: bit complicated. She's going to remain in hospital for ten
- 2:31Speaker 1: to fourteen days two weeks before returning home. To still recover. However,
- 2:39Speaker 1: she's unlikely now to perform any public duties until after Easter.
- 2:43Speaker 1: They put out a statement saying she hopes the public
- 2:46Speaker 1: will understand her desire to maintain as much normalcy for
- 2:50Speaker 1: her children as possible. They add to that that they
- 2:53Speaker 1: hope the public respects quote her wishes that her personal
- 2:58Speaker 1: medical information remains private. The Palace has noted they're only
- 3:03Speaker 1: going to update us on anything if it is significant
- 3:08Speaker 1: news or information that they have to share. And finally,
- 3:11Speaker 1: they want everyone to know that Kate wishes to apologize
- 3:14Speaker 1: to all of them concerned for the fact that she's
- 3:16Speaker 1: had to postpone a few upcoming engagements. Now, this is
- 3:19Speaker 1: where it gets difficult. If this surgery was planned, why
- 3:23Speaker 1: did they also schedule events for her to do in
- 3:26Speaker 1: the next few weeks. If they knew she was going
- 3:28Speaker 1: to have surgery, wouldn't they have just blocked off a
- 3:30Speaker 1: month on her calendar a couple of weeks on her calendar.
- 3:33Speaker 1: They didn't seem to do that, So the fact that
- 3:34Speaker 1: they're canceling events leads me to believe that maybe this
- 3:38Speaker 1: was more sudden spur of the moment than actually planned.
- 3:42Speaker 1: While I hit the phones. I called everybody I know
- 3:44Speaker 1: in London to get their gossip and they said it's
- 3:46Speaker 1: very very serious. They said, you're not in hospital for
- 3:49Speaker 1: two weeks unless something really really serious is going on now. Emittedly,
- 3:53Speaker 1: because of who she is, she's probably going to get
- 3:55Speaker 1: more attention than you or me. They're going to be
- 3:57Speaker 1: very very careful around her. But she's a more he
- 4:00Speaker 1: shows three kids. She doesn't want to be in hospital.
- 4:02Speaker 1: She wants to be home. The fact they're not letting
- 4:04Speaker 1: her go home is really significant. Also too, it should
- 4:08Speaker 1: be pointed out that a lot of William's public engagements
- 4:11Speaker 1: they've been canceled to now he wants to spend time
- 4:14Speaker 1: with his family once again. If this was scheduled, why
- 4:18Speaker 1: was William's schedule not cleared? That leads questions, doesn't it.
- 4:23Speaker 1: It makes me puzzled. Now One insider is telling me
- 4:27Speaker 1: out of London that they believe this was a last
- 4:29Speaker 1: minute problem that Kat indeed was rushed in and if
- 4:34Speaker 1: the press hadn't found out about this, they might not
- 4:38Speaker 1: have put out a statement now. Interestingly here and it
- 4:41Speaker 1: just goes to show you how clever the Palace is.
- 4:44Speaker 1: They also announced yesterday after announcing Kate's hospitalization that King
- 4:49Speaker 1: Charles would only go hospital treatment for in a large prostate.
- 4:53Speaker 1: So they said, it's a corective procedure and nothing to
- 4:56Speaker 1: worry about here. He has an enlarged prostate, which is
- 4:59Speaker 1: very normal for men. His age is seventy five years old.
- 5:03Speaker 1: They said the following in a statement, quote, the King
- 5:06Speaker 1: has sought treatment for in a large prostate. His Majesty's
- 5:09Speaker 1: condition is benign and he will attend hospital next week
- 5:14Speaker 1: for a corrective procedure. They're also pointing out that he
- 5:17Speaker 1: wants people to know about this so that men people
- 5:21Speaker 1: can get tested themselves. So he's using this almost as
- 5:24Speaker 1: a PSA of public service announcements. On one hand, we
- 5:27Speaker 1: have Kate ask him for privacy. On the other hand,
- 5:30Speaker 1: we have the King really really telling everybody that he
- 5:33Speaker 1: is happy to talk about this and he wants to
- 5:35Speaker 1: put out all the details. Kate, very few details, Charles
- 5:39Speaker 1: a lot of details here. What is going on? Is
- 5:42Speaker 1: this something we should be worried about? Is something going on? Okay?
- 5:46Speaker 1: Go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty nis Rob
- 5:49Speaker 1: or our Facebook page Naughty Gossip, and be sure to
- 5:53Speaker 1: check back tomorrow to hear your results. Okay, moving along.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Amy Rowback says there's been a price to pay for
- 6:01Speaker 1: choosing to love TJ Holmes. So she's saying she's living
- 6:05Speaker 1: her truth, but it has come at a very high price.
- 6:09Speaker 1: The former GMA three co anchor joined TikTok this week
- 6:12Speaker 1: Hello Hello, alaw we see you Amy, and kicked off
- 6:15Speaker 1: her first video by introducing herself not only to viewers
- 6:19Speaker 1: who have no idea who she is, but also people
- 6:22Speaker 1: who think they know her from her former days on TV.
- 6:25Speaker 1: It's very interesting. She says that her former days. Amy's
- 6:28Speaker 1: not looking to go back to television. They tried for
- 6:32Speaker 1: about a year when they were not working after the
- 6:35Speaker 1: affair exploded. They did have some meetings, but nobody really
- 6:40Speaker 1: wanted them. So I think I Am has made peace with
- 6:42Speaker 1: the fact that she won't be back on TV. That's
- 6:44Speaker 1: one of the costs that she is talking about. So
- 6:48Speaker 1: she said that she wants to get her own narrative back.
- 6:51Speaker 1: It's been told by people like me and newspapers, websites,
- 6:54Speaker 1: and she wants to show her followers who quote who
- 6:57Speaker 1: is the real me? Who is the real mayor? Following
- 6:59Speaker 1: her scandalous affair that led to her firing at ABC,
- 7:05Speaker 1: as well as the loss of what Amy is calling
- 7:08Speaker 1: her worldly possessions. So she lost the job, she lost
- 7:13Speaker 1: everything she owned, she said during her divorce, and she
- 7:16Speaker 1: lost a little bit of her reputation and now she
- 7:18Speaker 1: wants to get them back and she's gonna use TikTok
- 7:21Speaker 1: to do that. I think this is a good idea, Amy.
- 7:24Speaker 1: The question is, though, and this is where it gets
- 7:26Speaker 1: really difficult. If you want people to know the real you,
- 7:29Speaker 1: then you have to be the real you. You're somebody
- 7:32Speaker 1: that's been on television a long time playing a role
- 7:34Speaker 1: of the newsperson, and you do it really, really well.
- 7:38Speaker 1: It's different being a reality star. It's different being somebody
- 7:41Speaker 1: like the Countess or Bethany. And I'm not sure I
- 7:43Speaker 1: know Amy a little bit. If you're listening Gala Loo loo,
- 7:46Speaker 1: I'm not sure that's in your DNA, And it's not
- 7:48Speaker 1: a criticism, it's not in mine. I'm happy to let
- 7:51Speaker 1: you into my life, but not to the extent that
- 7:54Speaker 1: would make me a reality star. In fact, you know
- 7:57Speaker 1: part of me noughties and I'm thrilled you do, and
- 7:59Speaker 1: I know of you, but I just wouldn't be willing
- 8:02Speaker 1: to do a reality show. I'm not that open and Amy.
- 8:05Speaker 1: If you want people to know the real you, the
- 8:07Speaker 1: real you, then you have to really let them in.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And I think Amy is quite guarded here. She's very
- 8:13Speaker 1: very careful about what she reveals. I think that's a
- 8:15Speaker 1: good thing. I'm not criticizing that. I'm like that too,
- 8:18Speaker 1: But in order to let people really in, releast your audience,
- 8:22Speaker 1: not your friends, not your family, but people that listen
- 8:25Speaker 1: to you, listen to your show, how much you're willing
- 8:28Speaker 1: to tell them. And the other problem to Amy has
- 8:30Speaker 1: is you have to tell people the whole truth. Part
- 8:33Speaker 1: of my success is how authentic I am. I don't
- 8:37Speaker 1: sugar kind of stuff, particularly when it comes to stuff
- 8:40Speaker 1: that I'm not that proud of. We've talked about stuff
- 8:42Speaker 1: that have made me really embarrassed over the years that
- 8:46Speaker 1: I've almost been ashamed of Amy. I'm not sure if
- 8:49Speaker 1: she will do that. Let's remember that since she started
- 8:52Speaker 1: her podcast, she's insisting that her and Tej did not
- 8:55Speaker 1: have an affair. No, they'd already broken up with their
- 8:58Speaker 1: significant others before they together. She's spent an whole episode
- 9:02Speaker 1: talking about that. None everybody bought it, And so you
- 9:05Speaker 1: have to be totally authentic. Amy. I hope it happens.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I hope this works out for you. I'm not sure
- 9:13Speaker 1: if you have it in you. Once again, not a criticism, Okay,
- 9:16Speaker 1: A nice story. Tom Brady's being spotted out with Irena
- 9:19Speaker 1: Shang getting cozy and a French restaurant here in New York.
- 9:22Speaker 1: So the sparks were flying between these two, the model
- 9:27Speaker 1: and the seven times super Bold champion was spotted and
- 9:30Speaker 1: joining dinner at Brasserie Froquette in Lower Manhattan. It's fancy, fancy,
- 9:36Speaker 1: fancy there, let me tell you, very very expensive. Now
- 9:38Speaker 1: what I find some interesting. They were sit at the
- 9:40Speaker 1: table together for about two hours and they were chowing
- 9:42Speaker 1: down on thirty dollars burgers. Thirty dollars. Now, if you remember,
- 9:46Speaker 1: he has a very strict, restricted diet. He's very careful
- 9:49Speaker 1: what he eats. He doesn't eat certain foods, he doesn't
- 9:52Speaker 1: eat at certain times. And to be the athlete that
- 9:54Speaker 1: he is, I get it. Your body is a temple.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Your body is your moneymaker, and so he has a
- 10:00Speaker 1: really rigid diet. His diet's changed a little bit so
- 10:03Speaker 1: since he stopped playing football, he and I can enjoy
- 10:06Speaker 1: a burger, he can have some French fries, he can
- 10:08Speaker 1: go to French restaurants, he can eat a little later.
- 10:11Speaker 1: I love this new Tom, I absolutely love it. And Tom,
- 10:15Speaker 1: if you put on a couple of pounds, which you will,
- 10:17Speaker 1: you absolutely will good for you. Don't be worried about it.
- 10:21Speaker 1: If you lose that six pack of yours, don't be
- 10:23Speaker 1: worried about it. Enjoy a burger. I think that all
- 10:26Speaker 1: the time. Whatever I think I would love to have
- 10:29Speaker 1: a six pack, I have to remind myself I'm not
- 10:32Speaker 1: willing to do the work to get one. We know
- 10:35Speaker 1: how to get one. You have to stump a eat
- 10:37Speaker 1: in as much and you have to do exercise. I'm
- 10:39Speaker 1: not willing to do either, and so I'm perfectly fine
- 10:42Speaker 1: with the fact that I will never ever have a
- 10:44Speaker 1: six pack. Do that in life, when you think you
- 10:47Speaker 1: want something, when you get jealous of friends or someone
- 10:49Speaker 1: you see on Instagram on social media, say to yourself,
- 10:53Speaker 1: I could have for that in my life, but am
- 10:55Speaker 1: I willing to pay the price. I'm not. I used
- 10:58Speaker 1: to be jealous of Andy Cohe and his success. Andy
- 11:01Speaker 1: has sacrificed an enormous amount to be Andy Cohen, including
- 11:05Speaker 1: personal relationships. He's never really had one. I don't want that.
- 11:09Speaker 1: I like having a husband. I like having a love
- 11:11Speaker 1: of my life, and that comes with responsibility and costs
- 11:14Speaker 1: that I'm happy, happy, happy to pay. But I'm not
- 11:18Speaker 1: sure here. I'm not sure that Tommy is. Hopefully he is.
- 11:23Speaker 1: I hope this really works out. My sources tell me
- 11:25Speaker 1: Irena really likes him, but she finds him a little
- 11:28Speaker 1: bit annoying because he's such a control freak. He's careful
- 11:30Speaker 1: what he eats, he careful what time he goes to bed.
- 11:32Speaker 1: He doesn't really drink and all that has been instilled
- 11:36Speaker 1: in his life, that discipline for decades, and that's what
- 11:39Speaker 1: has made him one of the most successful athletes of
- 11:42Speaker 1: all time. Now he's trying to loosen up a bit,
- 11:44Speaker 1: and that I think is a very very good thing. Okay,
- 11:47Speaker 1: moving along this story is wild. Sir Sam as Gary,
- 11:50Speaker 1: that's Britney Spears's ex husband, dropped Britney's name out to
- 11:55Speaker 1: get a photograph with her favorite actor, Brad Pitt. Sir
- 11:59Speaker 1: Sam is reporting still using his ties to his ex
- 12:02Speaker 1: wife to get close to some of Hollywood's biggest stars.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Sam ran into Brad Pitt at a small gallery exhibit
- 12:09Speaker 1: in Beverly Hills, and an eyewitness told The Sun that
- 12:13Speaker 1: the personal trainer dropped Britney's name to get a photograph. Ah,
- 12:18Speaker 1: so Britney Spears is ex Sam. He went up to
- 12:21Speaker 1: Brad Pitt and told Brad my ex wife Britney Spears
- 12:24Speaker 1: really really loves you, and can I get this photograph?
- 12:27Speaker 1: And he took a picture that he posted. I'm being
- 12:30Speaker 1: told I hit the phones. My sources are saying these
- 12:33Speaker 1: two could potentially get back together. Britney. I'm not sure
- 12:37Speaker 1: you want him, but they're saying that Sam has realized
- 12:40Speaker 1: that life without Britney Spears isn't quite as fabulous. The
- 12:44Speaker 1: grass isn't always that that green on the other side
- 12:47Speaker 1: of the fence. So I think Sam forgot that one
- 12:50Speaker 1: of the reasons he was living in the lap and luxury.
- 12:52Speaker 1: In fact, the only reason he was living like a
- 12:55Speaker 1: multimillionaire was because of his wife. She has that home,
- 12:59Speaker 1: she was paying the bills. He doesn't live like that anymore.
- 13:01Speaker 1: And the other thing with Brittany is it's not just
- 13:03Speaker 1: a wealth, it's a power. When you're around really successful,
- 13:06Speaker 1: really really really famous people, other celebrities, are there really
- 13:10Speaker 1: powerful people want to be part of your life. Well,
- 13:14Speaker 1: what I am being told is that now Britney's not
- 13:17Speaker 1: his wife, Brittany's not part of his life. All the
- 13:19Speaker 1: other famous people that used to hang around Madonna, Selena Gomes,
- 13:23Speaker 1: Elton John, they don't want to be friends with Sam
- 13:26Speaker 1: absolutely not. So I think I think Brittany be really
- 13:31Speaker 1: careful because if he wants to come back, make sure
- 13:34Speaker 1: it's for the right reasons and not to hang out
- 13:36Speaker 1: with your celebrity friends. Okay, quickly, before we get a break.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Jason Pristley is spilling groomors about Brad Pitt, saying he
- 13:44Speaker 1: didn't shower for a very very long time. So Jason
- 13:47Speaker 1: and Brad used to be roommates. That's right. They live
- 13:50Speaker 1: together in a sort of dumpy apartment. There's a two
- 13:52Speaker 1: bedroom apartment with three guys in there as another guy.
- 13:55Speaker 1: They all rotated bedrooms. One was in the living room,
- 13:58Speaker 1: and so they lived there together in Lost Angelers while
- 14:00Speaker 1: they were up and coming actors, and they used to
- 14:03Speaker 1: play a game of who could go the longest without
- 14:05Speaker 1: a shower? Ooh oh, Jason saying, is Brad one all
- 14:10Speaker 1: the time? He could go the longest without ever ever bathing. Eh,
- 14:16Speaker 1: he does say. Now I'm thinking about it. It's actually
- 14:18Speaker 1: kind of gross. It is gross. How did you go
- 14:22Speaker 1: without a shower? Some people really debate this. I have
- 14:24Speaker 1: a shower every single day, so after I work out,
- 14:27Speaker 1: after I go for a walk, I have a shower.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Then some people mark Lupo loop. If you're still listening,
- 14:32Speaker 1: gall helloo loo LUPI has two or three showers every day,
- 14:35Speaker 1: per day, per day, very very clean. Not for me.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Once a day is good enough. But some people don't
- 14:41Speaker 1: shower every day. Some people shower every other day or
- 14:44Speaker 1: maybe once a week. When do you shower? How often
- 14:47Speaker 1: do you shower? Hey, let me know. Naughty is My

- 15:04Speaker 1: to me. Okay, we're going to take a quick break
- 15:06Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:09Speaker 1: naughty but nic sham. Your host rom Shooter Lupy is
- 15:12Speaker 1: after day and it's my fault once again because I'm
- 15:14Speaker 1: doing so much TV impressed today around Kate Middleton being hospitalized.
- 15:19Speaker 1: I couldn't get the schedule together. We hook up on zoom,
- 15:22Speaker 1: we take the show, I edit it, but it all
- 15:24Speaker 1: takes a process, and I wasn't willing to ask Mark
- 15:26Speaker 1: to get up at the we we e wee hours
- 15:29Speaker 1: of the morning when it was still dark character to
- 15:30Speaker 1: do this. So Mark's not with us today, but he
- 15:32Speaker 1: will be back next week. Okay, let's get to the polls.
- 15:35Speaker 1: The dum thank you very much for joining in naughties.
- 15:39Speaker 1: So last show, we talked about Shannon Dougherty, who has
- 15:42Speaker 1: admitted there are a lot of people, a lot of
- 15:45Speaker 1: people that she doesn't want at her funeral. We're talking
- 15:48Speaker 1: about you and listen to Milano. That's who we're talking
- 15:51Speaker 1: about here. Is this a good idea? Is this good planning?
- 15:55Speaker 1: Or is this a terrible idea? Let's have a look. Oh,
- 15:57Speaker 1: seventy seven percent said it is good planning. It's your funeral.
- 16:01Speaker 1: You decide what you want people to sing, who you
- 16:05Speaker 1: want there, how you want to do it. Are you
- 16:07Speaker 1: going to be cremated? Are you going to be buried?
- 16:10Speaker 1: I think this is a good idea too. You know,
- 16:13Speaker 1: if you if you're not my friend, in life. Don't
- 16:15Speaker 1: turn up at the funeral with tears crocodile tears pretending
- 16:18Speaker 1: to be my friend. Then I am with you, Shannon.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote. Go to our Twitter page at
- 16:27Speaker 1: Naughty Nice Rob or a Facebook page which is Naughty

- 16:42Speaker 1: to hear your results. And now it's time for the
- 16:46Speaker 1: nicest of the dang Kieran Colkin is paying all his
- 16:52Speaker 1: mum's medical bills and looking after her as she is
- 16:55Speaker 1: in a real health crisis. So sources tell me exclusively
- 16:59Speaker 1: that after heaping on the love for his mommy in
- 17:01Speaker 1: a really emotional Emmy's speech when he won, but he
- 17:05Speaker 1: did Snubby's father, he didn't mention his dad, sauces tell
- 17:07Speaker 1: me he's really stepped up and he's looking after her
- 17:11Speaker 1: his mom. Her name is Patricia, She's sixty nine years old.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Her husband has claimed that she is in very bad
- 17:18Speaker 1: health at the moment, and now I'm being told that
- 17:21Speaker 1: Kieran is the one there for her. No word yet
- 17:24Speaker 1: and where his brother is? But Kieran is there and
- 17:28Speaker 1: nicest of the day, and now it's time for a
- 17:31Speaker 1: nottice the day. Naughty naughty Sean Diddy Combs will always
- 17:35Speaker 1: be on Clive Davis's pre Grammy invite list. So let's
- 17:40Speaker 1: me mogul from yester year. He has a party every
- 17:43Speaker 1: year before the Grammys. I've been to a few of them.
- 17:46Speaker 1: They're not as great as you think. There used to
- 17:47Speaker 1: be the really fabulous. There used to be the place
- 17:50Speaker 1: to go. Now not quite so much. In Clive, I
- 17:53Speaker 1: think he's ninety years old now and so it's not
- 17:56Speaker 1: quite as great as they used to be. But sauces
- 17:58Speaker 1: are telling page six. Puffy has been invited to attend
- 18:03Speaker 1: and he will always be on the list, despite the
- 18:07Speaker 1: fact that several ladies have come forward to accuse him
- 18:12Speaker 1: of assault. At least three different women have said that
- 18:17Speaker 1: did he sexually assaulted them? And now he's still being
- 18:22Speaker 1: invited to the party. Oh not a good look, not
- 18:26Speaker 1: a good thing to do. I know Clive Davis, he
- 18:29Speaker 1: loves publicity, but this is something that is just wrong.
- 18:33Speaker 1: And Naughtyius of the day, Naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty, Hey
- 18:37Speaker 1: let's end with a moment of rubb you rub rub rub,
- 18:40Speaker 1: get a rob for fifteen to twenty minutes. We love
- 18:43Speaker 1: giving you all the celebrity gossip, all the news, but
- 18:45Speaker 1: for a moment, we're a little bit more deep with
- 18:47Speaker 1: a moment of rob. Happiness is an inside job. Let
- 18:52Speaker 1: me explain. If you are requiring an external force, an
- 18:56Speaker 1: external factor to make you happy, it never will because
- 19:01Speaker 1: happiness comes from within you. So if you're looking for
- 19:05Speaker 1: a job, a boyfriend, a relationship, maybe more money, maybe
- 19:09Speaker 1: you want to lose some weight. If you think you
- 19:10Speaker 1: lose ten pounds, you'll suddenly become happy. I'm going to
- 19:13Speaker 1: tell you right now, you don't. You don't. I know
- 19:16Speaker 1: some of the most successful people in the world. I
- 19:18Speaker 1: do because of what I do for a living, and
- 19:20Speaker 1: I'm lucky enough to be friends with a few of them.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Happiness didn't come because of their success. In fact, the
- 19:26Speaker 1: more successful they became, the more miserable they became, too.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And that's because happiness comes from within. Just look around you.
- 19:34Speaker 1: I promise you. You might not think this, but there are
- 19:36Speaker 1: plenty of reasons to be happy, but you're blocking them.
- 19:40Speaker 1: You're the person that is blocking them. You're like a
- 19:44Speaker 1: bouncer at a really chic nightclub, not letting happiness in.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Let it in, Let happiness in. Think of yourself like
- 19:53Speaker 1: a door. Are you a door with a lock on it?
- 19:55Speaker 1: Or is your door open for people to come in.
- 19:59Speaker 1: That's how you have to be with happiness. When I
- 20:01Speaker 1: walk around in a grumpy mood with my guard up,
- 20:05Speaker 1: holding my sword, I don't let happiness in. When I
- 20:08Speaker 1: walk around with an open heart and open mind. The
- 20:11Speaker 1: amount of wonderful blessings that come into my life in
- 20:13Speaker 1: cleaning you naughties, I can't tell you how wonderful, how
- 20:17Speaker 1: wonderful it is. So let happiness in, because happiness is
- 20:22Speaker 1: an inside job. Hey, that's it for today. Thank you
- 20:25Speaker 1: so much for listening to The Naughty but Nice with
