Costco is finally opening its massive 160,000-square-foot warehouse in Guilderland on August 6th after five years of legal battles and community debate — bringing nearly 200 new jobs and over 14,000 pre-signups, the biggest presale in the Northeast. The store features everything from fresh food and a bakery to a pharmacy (open to non-members), tire shop, and 18-pump gas station.
