- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listenings KF I am six forty the bill handles
- 0:04Speaker 1: show on demand on the iHeartRadio f.
- 0:09Speaker 2: As I'm jumping aboard.
- 0:10Speaker 3: We had a little bit of a glitch this morning,
- 0:13Speaker 3: and I didn't get a chance to say hello. Neil
- 0:15Speaker 3: is not here, Kono is not here, Elmer is for Cono.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Neil is not in for Neil. No one takes his place,
- 0:24Speaker 3: because of course Neil is not replaceable, LISSI. Also, they
- 0:28Speaker 3: don't have anybody to do it because they're not willing
- 0:30Speaker 3: to pay the money.
- 0:31Speaker 2: And Amy is here and well Cole Streiber, good morning.
- 0:35Speaker 3: And of course Ann is here. Good morning, Good morning everybody.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Oh just real quickly before we get back to the news.
- 0:42Speaker 3: I saw Odyssey the movie yesterday.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Really, yeah, and.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Eh, really it was. First of all, you couldn't get in.
- 0:52Speaker 2: You could not get in.
- 0:53Speaker 3: The only reason I was able to get in is
- 0:56Speaker 3: because I'm a single person where I want to be
- 0:59Speaker 3: a single But I went singly and it was so
- 1:03Speaker 3: I was able to get a seat.
- 1:05Speaker 2: And man, it was.
- 1:07Speaker 3: First of all, every seat was filled in terms of
- 1:09Speaker 3: the reservations, and they weren't. There are a bunch of
- 1:12Speaker 3: empty seats in the theater, even to the point where
- 1:16Speaker 3: I was sitting in the middle and I had to
- 1:18Speaker 3: go to the bathroom, so I excuse me, excuse me,
- 1:20Speaker 3: excuse me, pardon me, pardon me. As I, you know,
- 1:22Speaker 3: go through it, go to the aisle, and people look
- 1:26Speaker 3: at me and you what are you doing? You know,
- 1:28Speaker 3: get that look that you're that you're not accommodating that
- 1:32Speaker 3: somehow you're interfering with their enjoyment of the movie. So
- 1:35Speaker 3: I generally look at them and go, hey, I'm so sorry.
- 1:37Speaker 3: By the way, I have a bladder the size of
- 1:39Speaker 3: a walnut, so you'll be seeing me a lot doing this.
- 1:43Speaker 3: But the point I'm making is there were enough seats,
- 1:46Speaker 3: so when I went to the bathroom and came back,
- 1:47Speaker 3: I just grabbed an empty seat near the aisle, and
- 1:50Speaker 3: there were tons of empty seats there. So anyway, I
- 1:52Speaker 3: thought the movie was only okay, didn't think it was
- 1:55Speaker 3: really great. Matt Damon did a good job, because I
- 1:57Speaker 3: didn't even recognize Matt Damon, but that was it.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I was wondering about that because I personally have no
- 2:05Speaker 4: desire to see that movie. I don't know why.
- 2:08Speaker 3: It's not that good. I mean, they're making a huge
- 2:11Speaker 3: deal about it. I think the technology is more interesting
- 2:15Speaker 3: than the rest of it. I mean, the special effects
- 2:17Speaker 3: were pretty good, and it was kind of interesting the
- 2:20Speaker 3: way they did the cyclops and yeah.
- 2:24Speaker 4: Anyway, well, it's killing it at the box office because
- 2:27Speaker 4: one hundred and sixty million last year last week, and
- 2:31Speaker 4: then this week eighty seven million, and that's in its
- 2:34Speaker 4: second week.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Yeah, but that means it's dropping pretty quickly because it
- 2:37Speaker 3: opened up way north of two hundred million worldwide or
- 2:41Speaker 3: two hundred and sixty million and drop pretty Remember Titanic
- 2:44Speaker 3: when it came out, it was going bigger and bigger
- 2:48Speaker 3: and bigger audiences by the week.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Which how do you do that? Anyway?
- 2:54Speaker 3: Okay, let's go back to I handle on the news.
- 2:57Speaker 3: See what I did is I just earn up some
- 3:00Speaker 3: time so Amy can relax and sit back.
- 3:09Speaker 2: You're funny, so true too. Okay, guys, let's do it
- 3:13Speaker 2: more handle on the news with Amy and me and
- 3:17Speaker 2: me and me.
- 3:19Speaker 4: The casualty count is up. The Pentagon has updated its
- 3:24Speaker 4: war casualty database and added more than one hundred and
- 3:29Speaker 4: forty additionally wounded and then also apparently putting back the
- 3:34Speaker 4: four soldiers killed in Iranian air strikes last weekend, they
- 3:38Speaker 4: were left off of that list for some reason. The
- 3:41Speaker 4: new Pentagon data, combined with updated totals for Operation Epic Furies,
- 3:46Speaker 4: show eighteen troops have been killed another six hundred and
- 3:50Speaker 4: twenty four have been wounded since the US launched the
- 3:53Speaker 4: war against around February twenty eighth.
- 3:57Speaker 3: This doesn't seem like a big story, because that's just
- 4:00Speaker 3: another story about the war in Iran that is either
- 4:04Speaker 3: straight out led about or exploited one way or the other,
- 4:08Speaker 3: or diminished or increased in its importance to the benefit
- 4:14Speaker 3: of the administration. So and of course that the President
- 4:18Speaker 3: on an hourly basis changes his mind about what the
- 4:22Speaker 3: United States is going to do and refutes any negative conversation,
- 4:28Speaker 3: for example, the argument that we the United States, have
- 4:31Speaker 3: now gone through a lot of our war material, a
- 4:34Speaker 3: lot of our resources. Nope, that's not true. That's not true.
- 4:37Speaker 3: We have plenty. Yeah, there's been no diminishment of the
- 4:41Speaker 3: number of missiles and artillery we have.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Nope, Nope, we're fine, we're fine.
- 4:46Speaker 4: Well, well we may be fine, but we definitely have
- 4:48Speaker 4: diminished numbers because we've been using a lot of the interceptors.
- 4:51Speaker 3: But the answer is we still have plenty where the
- 4:54Speaker 3: stories are out there. There is a real shortage. Nope, nope,
- 4:59Speaker 3: not at all, not all. Who do you believe that's
- 5:02Speaker 3: the problem. Okay, a Jewish story.
- 5:07Speaker 4: Now hate.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Okay, I'm sorry, No, that's okay. Sing away, No, I
- 5:15Speaker 2: just did.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Hate has risen from the ashes. Authorities are investigating a
- 5:19Speaker 4: hate crime after a mural in Pasadena got vandalized with
- 5:25Speaker 4: an anti Semitic message and swastikas. So there is the
- 5:29Speaker 4: Pasadena Jewish Temple and Center burned down during the Eton fires.
- 5:34Speaker 4: One wall was left standing, everything else was gone. So
- 5:38Speaker 4: they created this beautiful mural with a large, bright orange
- 5:42Speaker 4: poppy that the center says was a symbol of hope, resilience,
- 5:46Speaker 4: and solidarity. And then somebody came along and put swastikas
- 5:52Speaker 4: and antisemitic messages on it Friday.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Yeah, now you're aware of how important the poppy is
- 6:00Speaker 3: to a Jewish tradition and anti Jewish texts.
- 6:04Speaker 4: I did not know.
- 6:05Speaker 2: It's not.
- 6:06Speaker 3: Oh, there's no connection whatsoever. Just to let you know.
- 6:11Speaker 3: It's the poppy. Okay, it's the poppy, unless unless you're
- 6:16Speaker 3: talking about Jewish opium dealers, then there is a connection.
- 6:20Speaker 3: Between poppies and never mind, let's go ahead and do
- 6:23Speaker 3: another one before we take a break.
- 6:25Speaker 4: Senator Cassidy slams the CDC. Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana
- 6:31Speaker 4: has slammed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention over
- 6:34Speaker 4: a website related to autism and vaccines. He said that
- 6:39Speaker 4: he has called out the Health Authority, the CDC for
- 6:42Speaker 4: saying online that it is not an evidence based claim
- 6:47Speaker 4: that vaccines don't cause autism. He says, just saying this
- 6:55Speaker 4: is what gives parents hesitancy regarding having their children vaccinate.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Yeah, and the problem, of course, Robert Kennedy, who is
- 7:04Speaker 3: now the Health Secretary and nation's Health Secretary, went through
- 7:08Speaker 3: the confirmation process and avowed vaccine skeptic straight out. And Cassidy,
- 7:15Speaker 3: who was a doctor guest or enterologist, was questioning him
- 7:18Speaker 3: in the Senate hearings confirmation hearings and said do you
- 7:23Speaker 3: believe that vaccines cause autism? And Kennedy came back and said, no,
- 7:29Speaker 3: I don't. And then he turned around and immediately took
- 7:33Speaker 3: the position after confirmation, Yep, they do. There is a connection.
- 7:37Speaker 3: And Kennedy put autism skeptic or vaccinations vaccination skeptics throughout
- 7:43Speaker 3: the entire panoply of high ranking officials at Health and
- 7:48Speaker 3: Human Services firing those that are firing many of those
- 7:54Speaker 3: that actually paid attention to the science.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It is completely disgusting.
- 7:58Speaker 3: I wonder if Cassidy is kicking him off in the
- 8:00Speaker 3: ass right now for having voted like Susan Collins, voting
- 8:05Speaker 3: for Cavanaugh after Cavanaugh said, oh, no, I believe in precedent,
- 8:11Speaker 3: and Collins was, actually she was pro abortion and she believed.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Him and said I believed him. Yeah.
- 8:19Speaker 3: It's senators just because they're Republicans or Democrats. Why do
- 8:25Speaker 3: you lockstep with everything? And that's my question. Democrats lockstep,
- 8:29Speaker 3: Republicans lockstep. We don't lockstep here at all. We are
- 8:35Speaker 3: always always in danger of being canceled, suspended, fired, being
- 8:42Speaker 3: put on leave.
- 8:44Speaker 2: But that's our show. Why don't we take a break. Huh?
- 8:46Speaker 2: What do you think you're listening to?
- 8:48Speaker 4: Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM six forty.
- 8:53Speaker 2: All right, back we go more Handle on the news
- 8:56Speaker 2: with Amy and me.
- 8:58Speaker 4: Don't fry him. If you got a Health officials investigating
- 9:01Speaker 4: a multi state outbreak of salmonella and to rite itus
- 9:07Speaker 4: infections Midwest Poultry Services, based in Indiana, is voluntarily recalled
- 9:13Speaker 4: nearly one point six million cartons of eggs. It's about
- 9:16Speaker 4: nineteen million eggs because of the potential salmonella contamination. Seventeen
- 9:21Speaker 4: states have reported illnesses. Ninety eight people have been six
- 9:25Speaker 4: twenty or six twenty eight twenty six people rather than hospitalized.
- 9:30Speaker 4: The recalled eggs are sold under several brands, including Kroger's
- 9:35Speaker 4: Simple Truth brand and Kroger brand names.
- 9:39Speaker 3: I have some Kroger eggs in my refrigerator. Better look
- 9:42Speaker 3: at them right, well, like you can see salmonella.
- 9:47Speaker 4: No, look at and then the cell by dates are Yeah,
- 9:51Speaker 4: I know, but.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I'm as saying if you fry up eggs, it probably
- 9:55Speaker 3: kills salmonell, I would think, as opposed to the soft
- 9:59Speaker 3: boiled kind.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Of where's the fork reporter when we need him?
- 10:02Speaker 2: Uh?
- 10:03Speaker 3: Yeah, he's probably out because he ate eggs and it
- 10:06Speaker 3: hit him big time.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Moving on, an uneven match, so video appears to show
- 10:18Speaker 5: a guy kicking a sea lion at a beach and
- 10:23Speaker 5: at the Joya Cove in San Diego.
- 10:25Speaker 4: Federal wildlife authorities are now investigating the person. Is he
- 10:33Speaker 4: says throwing kicks? Is he throwing rocks at.
- 10:35Speaker 2: This No, I think it says he was also throwing rocks.
- 10:40Speaker 2: But did you see the video. No, the video shows.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Him doing karate kicks and going after this poor sea
- 10:47Speaker 3: lion who is I mean, just kicks, kicks, kicks, and
- 10:52Speaker 3: the sea lion is up on this little ledge, little
- 10:55Speaker 3: pony wall and he then was able to get away
- 10:59Speaker 3: or she was able to get away, and it.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Was just straight out cruel.
- 11:02Speaker 3: I was clearly I would get strunk because in the
- 11:05Speaker 3: background you can hear people laughing, and it was just
- 11:08Speaker 3: a bunch of people, a bunch of kids having fun
- 11:11Speaker 3: by hurting animals. Isn't that sweet? And so hopefully they
- 11:15Speaker 3: get them because the video is there and they're now
- 11:19Speaker 3: looking for them. Yeah, pretty horrific watching this happen. But
- 11:25Speaker 3: it looks like the sea lion was not hurt in
- 11:28Speaker 3: any way.
- 11:29Speaker 4: That's where all that fat comes in handy, right.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll explain that, would you.
- 11:35Speaker 4: That is not the reason I said that.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Oh oh okay, thanks Bill, You're welcome.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Free screening. So we were talking about The Odyssey that's
- 11:46Speaker 4: just kicking butt at the box office. Well, somebody got
- 11:50Speaker 4: a high quality bootleg copy of it and posted a
- 11:55Speaker 4: link to it on x and of course that's set
- 11:58Speaker 4: the Twitter sphere on fire. What do they call it
- 12:02Speaker 4: now that it's not a Twitter sphere, it's an ex
- 12:03Speaker 4: aphear yea. More than two million people watched it before
- 12:09Speaker 4: they took it down about two hours later.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Now I have a question, and I'm not a techno
- 12:14Speaker 3: maven here clearly, but uh if can those two million
- 12:19Speaker 3: who watched it, can they then download that onto their
- 12:24Speaker 3: server so they now have a copy of them They
- 12:29Speaker 3: have a copy which is still high quality because it's digital.
- 12:33Speaker 4: Elmer's nodding. I do not have that information.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Two million people have watched it, and it was taken down,
- 12:42Speaker 3: but two million people watched it.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Yeah, it's up. It's up forever. And now, oh so
- 12:49Speaker 2: anybody can see the odyssey?
- 12:51Speaker 4: Well, technically it's been taken down.
- 12:54Speaker 3: But the point it's out there all right, Anything that's
- 13:00Speaker 3: online is up forever. That's true. All of the embarrassing
- 13:04Speaker 3: moments of mine and yours? Do you I have tons
- 13:07Speaker 3: of embarrassing moments?
- 13:08Speaker 2: Amy? Do you have any embarrassing moments?
- 13:10Speaker 4: No?
- 13:12Speaker 2: Yeah, you're smiling.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Will any embarrassing moments like you? At all? You can
- 13:18Speaker 3: eat buffet and you're throwing people out.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Of your way.
- 13:20Speaker 2: You can't see my face. That's all I'm gonna say.
- 13:23Speaker 4: Okay, I'm just glad I grew up before the Internet.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Yeah that's true. Do I have anything? I have some
- 13:29Speaker 2: pretty stupid stuff I did for the show.
- 13:33Speaker 4: And then that one, uh like a tricycle yeah.
- 13:36Speaker 2: Like but really stupid stuff.
- 13:38Speaker 3: But also I had to remember when I was suspended
- 13:41Speaker 3: a bunch of years ago and I got into it
- 13:42Speaker 3: with a DJ up on the fifth floor one of
- 13:45Speaker 3: the f M stations, Jamie White, where she and I
- 13:48Speaker 3: got into a screaming fight.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I was suspended for it for what I said on
- 13:51Speaker 2: the air. That's available, it will be there forever.
- 13:53Speaker 4: And that was before like that was before social media.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Yeah probably out. I happen to be proud of it myself,
- 14:02Speaker 3: so I don't care.
- 14:03Speaker 4: I heard about it when I lived in Portland.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it was one of my better moments. You know,
- 14:07Speaker 2: I'm fine.
- 14:08Speaker 3: I'm screaming at this DJ, this woman, I mean just
- 14:13Speaker 3: laying into her because I when I went into her studio,
- 14:18Speaker 3: I was so angry with her that I forgot I
- 14:21Speaker 3: didn't notice the red light was on over the door.
- 14:25Speaker 3: So that's out there. That's the only time I've ever
- 14:29Speaker 3: been suspended, by the way. Okay, let's tell you what.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Why don't we go ahead and take our last break
- 14:35Speaker 3: of the news hour and then we'll come back and
- 14:38Speaker 3: finish it up.
- 14:39Speaker 4: You're listening to Bill Handle on demand from KFI AM
- 14:43Speaker 4: six forty.
- 14:46Speaker 3: Not a schwitz, Oh no, Actually it is a schwitz
- 14:49Speaker 3: because it's muggy.
- 14:50Speaker 4: Is that what yeh delineates between a regular hot and
- 14:55Speaker 4: a schwitz.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Yes, a schwitz is muggy, hot, steamy. When you go
- 15:00Speaker 3: and you take a schitz, you are going to a
- 15:04Speaker 3: steam room. It's also a verb you can schitz, which
- 15:08Speaker 3: means that you are going to or you are sweating profusely.
- 15:13Speaker 3: You're schitzing. And so when we talk about the weather,
- 15:17Speaker 3: it's hot, but not a schwitz, or it's hot and
- 15:22Speaker 3: the schwitz, which is the way it normally is on
- 15:25Speaker 3: the East coast. So we're getting a lot of that.
- 15:27Speaker 3: So it's gonna be As a matter of fact, how
- 15:28Speaker 3: hot are we going to be?
- 15:29Speaker 2: Amy? How hot are we going to be today?
- 15:31Speaker 4: We're still expecting highs in the low one hundreds for
- 15:34Speaker 4: the inland valleys. That's pretty hot. Desert probably nineties for
- 15:38Speaker 4: the metro areas. Okay, yeah, and it's going to stay
- 15:42Speaker 4: hot even though it's going to cool down, and then
- 15:44Speaker 4: it's getting hotter this weekend.
- 15:45Speaker 2: That's fabulous.
- 15:46Speaker 3: I'm gonna do a story about hot hot in France
- 15:49Speaker 3: and Spain where those wildfires, my god, they're going crazy,
- 15:52Speaker 3: and I'll talk more about that. That's coming up at
- 15:54Speaker 3: eight fifty. Our last segment that's worth noting. Okay, let's
- 15:58Speaker 3: go ahead and finish up handle on the news on
- 16:02Speaker 3: this Monday morning, Amy and me.
- 16:05Speaker 4: Speaking of the hot We've got a power grid gridlock.
- 16:09Speaker 4: Back to back heat waves across the US are straining
- 16:12Speaker 4: electrical grids. Why because we've got households and businesses turning
- 16:19Speaker 4: up the AC and you have a twenty four to
- 16:22Speaker 4: seven demand from data centers.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Yep, it's good.
- 16:27Speaker 3: And at the same time, alternative energy projects are being halted,
- 16:32Speaker 3: are being just stopped cold money no longer going to
- 16:35Speaker 3: those and in a few instances, just as one in
- 16:38Speaker 3: New Jersey it was just about to finish up, that
- 16:41Speaker 3: money was yanked. So alternative energy is off the table
- 16:46Speaker 3: for the next two years or more under the administration
- 16:50Speaker 3: does not like alternative energy. So you combine all of that,
- 16:53Speaker 3: and we're in a little bit of We're in a
- 16:55Speaker 3: little bit of trouble, and you're going to see the
- 16:57Speaker 3: rest of the world expanding rapidly with alternate energy.
- 17:02Speaker 4: Because everything has to have a cute name, let us
- 17:06Speaker 4: gate is spreading. Americans have dubbed the cyclospora outbreak let
- 17:11Speaker 4: us gate on social media. Days after Health Secretary Robert F.
- 17:16Speaker 4: Kennedy Junior tried to calm growing concerns about the parasitic illness,
- 17:20Speaker 4: saying the source of the outbreak has been identified and
- 17:23Speaker 4: companies involved have implemented a recall. The CDC announced that
- 17:28Speaker 4: hundreds more have been infected with cyclospora. The nationwide total
- 17:32Speaker 4: is now at nineteen hundred and forty seven.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Now is that a new verb? Let us gate?
- 17:38Speaker 4: It is? That's what they're calling it on social media.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Well, there's let us gate, and then there's let us gate.
- 17:43Speaker 3: Did you get that? Let me do that again? Okay,
- 17:46Speaker 3: It is a play on words that I wanted to
- 17:48Speaker 3: throw not particularly good. Not particularly good, I might add,
- 17:55Speaker 3: but you know, I try and sometimes succeeds.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Not that one.
- 18:00Speaker 3: That's all you know? Ever since water date, everything is gate?
- 18:04Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, everything endtime. There is any issue of
- 18:08Speaker 3: something going wrong, it is gate.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Every Some of them are very clever, others like let
- 18:15Speaker 4: us gate not so much.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Not so much.
- 18:17Speaker 4: Yeah, millions may soon be getting dressed in the dark.
- 18:23Speaker 4: So the House has passed the Sunshine Protection Act, which
- 18:27Speaker 4: would make permanent daylight saving time. Should the Senate pass
- 18:32Speaker 4: it and President Trump sign it, winters could start feeling different.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Of course, we would have later sunrises and later sunsets
- 18:40Speaker 4: between early November and early March. It's the later sunrises
- 18:45Speaker 4: that aren't sitting well with some people, including some Senators
- 18:48Speaker 4: who are not supporting this.
- 18:50Speaker 3: Yes, students, there are students are going to go to
- 18:53Speaker 3: school in the dark because the sunrise is much later. Also,
- 18:58Speaker 3: what's interesting is it becomes a federal law, the Sunshine
- 19:03Speaker 3: Protection Act, but at the same at the same time,
- 19:06Speaker 3: the Act allows states to bail out of it and
- 19:10Speaker 3: keep standard time and daylight savings time the way it
- 19:15Speaker 3: is now, which is fine.
- 19:16Speaker 4: Like Arizona doesn't do it either stays at standard or
- 19:20Speaker 4: stays at daylight I'm not sure which it is, but
- 19:22Speaker 4: Arizona and Hawaii don't participate.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Yes, the rest is what does this actually do if
- 19:27Speaker 3: the states are allowed to do that now. So you
- 19:30Speaker 3: have the federal government passing the Sunshine Protection Act, which
- 19:33Speaker 3: makes everybody in the country Pacific that recognizes daylight savings
- 19:41Speaker 3: time unless the state wants out.
- 19:43Speaker 2: Isn't it quite the case right now?
- 19:45Speaker 3: If the state wants to eliminate it now or wants
- 19:48Speaker 3: to keep standard or daylight savings time, they can. So
- 19:51Speaker 3: what's the difference here? The states can still do whatever
- 19:54Speaker 3: the states want to do.
- 19:55Speaker 4: I don't we should ask Arizona if they like what
- 19:58Speaker 4: they're doing. Yes, for some if you think about, you know,
- 20:03Speaker 4: the geography of the United States. For US, the latest
- 20:08Speaker 4: sunrise of the year would be at seven fifty nine AM,
- 20:12Speaker 4: so you're gonna it's not dark dark, but that's when
- 20:15Speaker 4: the sun actually would come up. But up in places
- 20:18Speaker 4: like Nashville is about the same as US Grand Rapids, Michigan,
- 20:22Speaker 4: and Louisville, Kentucky. The sign would rise after eight am.
- 20:26Speaker 4: In Grand Rapids, though it would rise after nine AM.
- 20:32Speaker 2: I think we have time for one.
- 20:33Speaker 4: More, okay, two?
- 20:35Speaker 2: Two?
- 20:35Speaker 4: Two drugs and one. Consumers will soon have a new
- 20:38Speaker 4: over the counter pain relief option that combines thailanol with
- 20:42Speaker 4: neproxin and anti inflammatory neproxyen's a leave I think. Let
- 20:48Speaker 4: me ask this, why don't you just take one neproxym
- 20:50Speaker 4: and one tailanol precisely?
- 20:52Speaker 2: Why don't take that?
- 20:53Speaker 3: For example, I have been prescribed eight hundred milligrams of ibuprofen.
- 21:00Speaker 3: I did when I had my various surgeries for pain,
- 21:04Speaker 3: and then my question always was why can't I just
- 21:06Speaker 3: take four two hundred milligram tablets of ibuprofen that I
- 21:11Speaker 3: buy over the counter.
- 21:12Speaker 2: And I've ever gotten a good answer.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Now, maybe it's because there's more filler in there, but
- 21:17Speaker 3: it it just doesn't make any sense at all.
- 21:19Speaker 2: Sure, why not? Thank you very much?
- 21:21Speaker 3: Like you've got nothing else to do with the FDA.
- 21:24Speaker 3: So we now have the two. All right, guys, we
- 21:27Speaker 3: are done.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Coming up?
- 21:30Speaker 3: Where does the war go from here? A bunch of
- 21:34Speaker 3: questions happening? And what's the latest? Well, the latest as
- 21:37Speaker 3: of seven o'clock, which means by eight o'clock it'll probably
- 21:40Speaker 3: change again, but I'll cover that when we come back.
- 21:44Speaker 3: This is KFI AM sixty.
- 21:48Speaker 2: You've been listening to the Bill Handle Show.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Catch My show Monday through Friday six am to nine am,
- 21:53Speaker 1: and anytime on demand on the iHeartRadio app,
