- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. When it comes to covering Prince Andrew and
- 0:08Speaker 1: his nonsense with Jeffrey Epstein, nobody's done it better than
- 0:12Speaker 1: Andrew Lowney and in his book that came out in
- 0:15Speaker 1: twenty twenty five entitled He Lays Waste to Prince Andrew
- 0:19Speaker 1: and Prince Andrew's narrative and really shines a light on
- 0:22Speaker 1: a lot of alleged corruption. And it's not just stuff
- 0:25Speaker 1: with Epstein. I mean, this guy had deals all over
- 0:28Speaker 1: the world with a whole lot of undesirable people, and
- 0:32Speaker 1: now that he's being investigated, I would think that they're
- 0:36Speaker 1: going to dig deep into all of that. And if
- 0:38Speaker 1: they do dig deep, like I think they're going to,
- 0:40Speaker 1: then they're going to find out that Andrew Lownie has
- 0:43Speaker 1: been telling the truth. Today's article is from Fox News
- 0:47Speaker 1: and the headline Former Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson dubbed Royal
- 0:51Speaker 1: Families Bonnie and Clyde as Epstein fallout grows. This article
- 0:56Speaker 1: was authored by Stephanie Alasco. Former Prince Andrew and Sarah
- 1:01Speaker 1: Ferguson were once coined the happiest divorced couple, but one
- 1:05Speaker 1: royal author said they're more like Bonnie and Clyde, found
- 1:08Speaker 1: by scandal, chaos and NonStop drama. Well, I don't know
- 1:12Speaker 1: about Bonnie and Clyde. More like dumb and dumber. I
- 1:15Speaker 1: think that would be a lot more fitting. But I
- 1:17Speaker 1: guess we'll go with Bonnie and Clyde. Andrew Lowney's extended
- 1:19Speaker 1: version of his twenty twenty five book, entitled Revisits Andrew
- 1:23Speaker 1: and Sarah's decades long relationship as scrutiny surrounding Andrew's ties
- 1:28Speaker 1: to Epstein continues generating headlines in Britain and abroad, and
- 1:32Speaker 1: we know it's just getting started over in the UK
- 1:34Speaker 1: and according to authorities, it's going to be a lengthy process.
- 1:38Speaker 1: But I think when all the said and done, they're
- 1:41Speaker 1: going to have all the evidence they need to pursue
- 1:43Speaker 1: charges against Prince Andrew. Will they do it? That's the
- 1:47Speaker 1: million dollar question. Fox News Digital reached out to the
- 1:51Speaker 1: former couple for comment about Lownie's book and his claims.
- 1:55Speaker 1: A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace previously told Fox News Digital
- 1:59Speaker 1: that it does not comment on books. It doesn't comment
- 2:02Speaker 1: on much to tell you the truth. The Palace had
- 2:05Speaker 1: nothing to say about Jeffrey Epstein for years, and that's
- 2:09Speaker 1: part of the big criticism about the Queen and about
- 2:12Speaker 1: how the monarchy handled Prince Andrew and the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
- 2:17Speaker 1: And that's led to the situation that we see now.
- 2:20Speaker 1: You can only kick the can down the road for
- 2:22Speaker 1: so long, because at some point all of us sit
- 2:25Speaker 1: down at the table for a banquet of consequences. The
- 2:29Speaker 1: reason that they stay together is a professional business relationship.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Lownie Toll Fox News Digital I described them as Bonnie
- 2:36Speaker 1: and Clyde. He was their calling card for money, and
- 2:39Speaker 1: I think maybe he had a sentimental loyalty to her. She,
- 2:42Speaker 1: of course, was one of the last people to remain
- 2:44Speaker 1: loyal to him and supportive of him, and I think
- 2:47Speaker 1: he felt grateful for that. Probably as vile as the
- 2:52Speaker 1: both of them are, they're human beings, and I'm sure
- 2:56Speaker 1: that Prince Andrew had a lot of comfort with Fergie,
- 2:59Speaker 1: specially considering she was willing to accept his disgustingness, his proclivities,
- 3:06Speaker 1: his willingness to be with people like Epstein. Not every
- 3:10Speaker 1: woman's going to accept that, But with Fergie, the juice
- 3:15Speaker 1: was worth the squeeze, and as long as she was
- 3:17Speaker 1: able to maintain that lifestyle she had, she was able
- 3:20Speaker 1: to do what she wanted to do whenever she wanted
- 3:22Speaker 1: to do it, then so be it. Who cares if
- 3:25Speaker 1: people were hurt? Who cares if girls were abused? What
- 3:29Speaker 1: does that matter to Prince Andrew and Fergy? Obviously it
- 3:35Speaker 1: doesn't matter. He's sort of a playboy, but he also
- 3:39Speaker 1: likes the comfort of being a married man with the family,
- 3:42Speaker 1: Lownie said, and so he's got the best of both worlds,
- 3:45Speaker 1: at least the impression that they were a happy family
- 3:49Speaker 1: while still being totally independent and look great, whatever kind
- 3:53Speaker 1: of dynamic. A family wants to have a man and
- 3:56Speaker 1: a woman in their relationship. As long as nobody is
- 3:59Speaker 1: getting hurt, it's really nobody's business. And if Fergie and
- 4:04Speaker 1: Prince Andrew wanted to have an open relationship or whatever
- 4:07Speaker 1: the fuck they had going on, who cares. That's not
- 4:10Speaker 1: what the beef is. The beef is the fact that
- 4:12Speaker 1: they spend time with Epstein, They enabled Epstein, and Prince Andrew,
- 4:17Speaker 1: according to multiple reports, took part in the abuse. So
- 4:21Speaker 1: that's the problem, not that they have a weird relationship,
- 4:25Speaker 1: not that they might have an open relationship or that
- 4:28Speaker 1: they might, you know, be into whatever. Who cares. I
- 4:31Speaker 1: don't think that's what the vast majority of people are
- 4:33Speaker 1: worried about. I think most people are upset that a
- 4:37Speaker 1: he lied about his relationship with Epstein, B was involved
- 4:41Speaker 1: with Epstein so intimately, and c that he continues to
- 4:45Speaker 1: lie about it. I think those are Prince Andrew's biggest problems.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Despite years of controversy, Andrew and Sarah have frequently presented
- 4:53Speaker 1: themselves publicly as a close knit family focused on co
- 4:56Speaker 1: parenting their daughters, Princess Beatrice and Prince Eugenie. And look,
- 5:01Speaker 1: I haven't really been too critical of Andrew's daughters, but
- 5:04Speaker 1: Andrew Lowney, he has other opinions, and he thinks that
- 5:09Speaker 1: they're part of the grift. He thinks that they've benefited
- 5:12Speaker 1: from the whole entire grift that Andrew and Sarah Ferguson
- 5:16Speaker 1: have been running for all these years. And he makes
- 5:19Speaker 1: a compelling case. Sarah became Duchess New York when she
- 5:22Speaker 1: married what many described as Queen Elizabeth the Second's favorite
- 5:26Speaker 1: son in nineteen eighty six. However, happily ever after wasn't
- 5:31Speaker 1: to be. Over the years, marriage was dogged by tabloid
- 5:35Speaker 1: rumors of extramarital relationships. And look, I bet you they
- 5:39Speaker 1: had a agreement. But the problem was that the public
- 5:44Speaker 1: found out. And once the public found out, they couldn't
- 5:46Speaker 1: come out and say, oh, well, you know, we're swingers.
- 5:49Speaker 1: We liked you know, have different partners every now and again.
- 5:52Speaker 1: They can't come out and say that, right, But I'm
- 5:55Speaker 1: pretty sure that that's what they were. They had one
- 5:58Speaker 1: of those arrangement type of marriages. But when you're in
- 6:01Speaker 1: the public eye like Andrew, is not really something that
- 6:05Speaker 1: is going to go over well if it's exposed. Andrew
- 6:09Speaker 1: earned the nickname Air Miles Andy, Playboy Prince and Randy Andy,
- 6:13Speaker 1: and the Prince of Ponkasses, and the Joe Exotic of
- 6:16Speaker 1: the Windsor family for his lavish lifestyle and womanizing reputation. Meanwhile,
- 6:21Speaker 1: Sarah was romantically linked to Texas oil man Steve Wyatt,
- 6:25Speaker 1: which Vanity Pharaoh reported was an open secret in royal circles.
- 6:30Speaker 1: There was also Towgate in nineteen ninety two, when The
- 6:32Speaker 1: Daily Mirror published photos of a topless duchess with John Bryan,
- 6:36Speaker 1: another businessman from Texas while vacationing in the South of France.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Andrew and Sarah were officially divorced in nineteen ninety six.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Nothing like the Duchess of York getting her little piggy
- 6:48Speaker 1: sucked by somebody that's not her husband. Huh. So much
- 6:51Speaker 1: for keeping things on the hush hush. The relationship between
- 6:54Speaker 1: the former couple didn't end there. Despite Sarah's numerous commercial ventures,
- 6:59Speaker 1: she indirects been continued living together. And look, let's not
- 7:02Speaker 1: act like Andrew wasn't up to no good. Bro was
- 7:06Speaker 1: He just wasn't getting called out at the time. He
- 7:08Speaker 1: wasn't getting caught. But let's not act like Prince Andrew
- 7:11Speaker 1: wasn't out up to no good himself. He most certainly was.
- 7:16Speaker 1: They lived in a very big house, so they were
- 7:18Speaker 1: at opposite ends. Lowney said, there were more business partners
- 7:21Speaker 1: than a couple. I think a lot of the romance
- 7:24Speaker 1: had gone. They were having affairs even during the marriage,
- 7:27Speaker 1: both of them, so I don't think there was a
- 7:29Speaker 1: huge sense of shall we say, fidelity there, Lowney alleged,
- 7:33Speaker 1: And I think it was an agreement. I think they
- 7:36Speaker 1: agreed that they were going to have an open relationship
- 7:38Speaker 1: but part of that is not doing it in the public,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and I would think that getting your toes sucked on
- 7:43Speaker 1: a beach probably not the best idea if you're looking
- 7:47Speaker 1: to keep this private. She hung in there because she's
- 7:50Speaker 1: a member of the royal family and that was her
- 7:53Speaker 1: calling card for business, he claimed. So it was just
- 7:56Speaker 1: a myth that they projected. Lowney said that he was
- 7:58Speaker 1: not surprised by reports that Andrew allowed Sarah to entertain
- 8:02Speaker 1: alleged romantic partners in their shared home even after they
- 8:05Speaker 1: called it quits. And when you hear stuff like that,
- 8:08Speaker 1: it's hard not to believe the stories about them having
- 8:10Speaker 1: an open relationship because they were obviously seeing other people.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I don't even think that's in dispute. He was much
- 8:18Speaker 1: more generous when it came to her having her own relationships,
- 8:20Speaker 1: he claimed. Lownie, who has written extensively about the Royal family,
- 8:25Speaker 1: said that he believes Andrew relied heavily on Sarah's loyalty
- 8:28Speaker 1: during periods of public backlash. Oh, he most certainly did.
- 8:34Speaker 1: They were two peas in a pod, and they were
- 8:36Speaker 1: men for each other. He had other preoccupations, said Lownee. Meanwhile,
- 8:41Speaker 1: she often went off and stayed with boyfriends. Lowney claimed.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Over time, the eyebrow raising arrangement between the exes became
- 8:48Speaker 1: increasingly controversial. Sarah endured recurring financial scandals, including dead issues
- 8:54Speaker 1: and the twenty ten under a cover cash for access
- 8:57Speaker 1: sting in which he appeared to offer access to Andrew
- 9:00Speaker 1: in exchange for money. Andrew faced criticism over lavish, tax
- 9:05Speaker 1: payer funded travel, questionable business associates, and his reputation as
- 9:09Speaker 1: a royal playboy. All of that was well earned. And
- 9:14Speaker 1: there's no doubt that Fergie was trying to trade access
- 9:17Speaker 1: for dough. But because she's Fergie, nothing ever happened. And
- 9:22Speaker 1: that's one of the big problems, right These people were
- 9:25Speaker 1: allowed to get away with so much for so long
- 9:28Speaker 1: that they thought that the bill was never going to
- 9:29Speaker 1: come do. But that bill has come and do now,
- 9:34Speaker 1: and Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson aren't going to be
- 9:37Speaker 1: able to dine and dash this time. There's bouncers at
- 9:40Speaker 1: the door, and those bouncers are you. Rather than distancing
- 9:45Speaker 1: themselves from each other as scandals mounted, they remain publicly
- 9:48Speaker 1: loyal and closely connected, creating the perception that there were
- 9:52Speaker 1: still a united royal family. Well, I guess I mean
- 9:55Speaker 1: from the outside looking in. But people in the know,
- 9:57Speaker 1: they understood what was going on, understood that the relationship
- 10:02Speaker 1: was transactional. The reason that Fergie continued to live with
- 10:06Speaker 1: Andrew was because she moved back in after she ran
- 10:09Speaker 1: up a huge number of debts renting very expensive properties,
- 10:12Speaker 1: Lowney said, And I think they felt the solution was
- 10:15Speaker 1: that if she moved in with them, that would solve
- 10:17Speaker 1: the problem. He was away a lot, and she was
- 10:21Speaker 1: away a lot promoting weight watchers and wedgewood in the States.
- 10:25Speaker 1: He was on naval bases her ships, so it made
- 10:27Speaker 1: sense for them to live together. I mean, God bless,
- 10:31Speaker 1: but I don't think i'd want to live with my
- 10:33Speaker 1: ex wife. There's a reason she's your ex wife, right,
- 10:37Speaker 1: So the whole arrangement was always weird to me. But again,
- 10:40Speaker 1: I try not to judge people's personal life. Do whatever
- 10:42Speaker 1: you want. I don't care. It doesn't affect me. I
- 10:45Speaker 1: have two rules. Don't bother me, and I don't want
- 10:49Speaker 1: to pay for it. Sarah previously described Andrew publicly as
- 10:52Speaker 1: one of her closest confidants and has insisted their post
- 10:55Speaker 1: divorce relationship remain rooted in friendship and family. It's all transactional. Sorry,
- 11:01Speaker 1: I don't believe that for a second. Now. I know
- 11:03Speaker 1: they have daughters and stuff like that, but they're grown up.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Fergie stayed with them because it was beneficial to her
- 11:08Speaker 1: to stay with them. That's why she was there. That's it.
- 11:11Speaker 1: And Andrew, for his part, well, he knew that Fergie
- 11:14Speaker 1: was down, knew that he can count on her, and
- 11:17Speaker 1: he also knew that she was as big of a
- 11:18Speaker 1: grifter as he was. Perfect relationship. While Prince Philip and
- 11:24Speaker 1: Queen Elizabeth the Second were reportedly opposed to the former
- 11:27Speaker 1: couple continuing to live together, Lowney claimed that Sarah persuaded
- 11:30Speaker 1: Andrew that maintaining the arrangement would benefit their two daughters
- 11:34Speaker 1: by ensuring both parents remain closely involved in their lives.
- 11:38Speaker 1: I think the Queen was keen that Sarah Andrew were
- 11:41Speaker 1: happy for the sake of her grandchildren. Lowney said she
- 11:44Speaker 1: was the one who encouraged them to divorce, saying it
- 11:47Speaker 1: look terrible that they were having these affairs in public.
- 11:50Speaker 1: She kind of forced it on them. I think she
- 11:52Speaker 1: was fond of Sarah, but she had no illusions about
- 11:55Speaker 1: what she was like. Prince Philip certainly had no illusions. Yeah, yeah,
- 12:00Speaker 1: not really. The biggest fan of good old Fergie Sarah Ferguson,
- 12:04Speaker 1: and that was well Documentedlowney noted that while the late
- 12:09Speaker 1: Queen may not have approved of some of the women
- 12:11Speaker 1: Andrew was linked to, he did not believe that it
- 12:14Speaker 1: necessarily meant she wanted him to reunite with Sarah, but
- 12:18Speaker 1: their connection to Jeffrey Epstein, an American financier, pedophile, and
- 12:22Speaker 1: convicted sex offender, ultimately eclipsed every scandal that came before it. Well, yeah,
- 12:29Speaker 1: considering Andrew and his part and his alleged role, I
- 12:32Speaker 1: would say so. On February nineteenth, his sixty sixth birthday,
- 12:37Speaker 1: Andrew was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office
- 12:41Speaker 1: during an inquiry linked to his Epstein ties. After being
- 12:45Speaker 1: held for eleven hours, Thames Valley Police confirmed the Fox
- 12:48Speaker 1: News Digital that he had been released. Andrew has repeatedly
- 12:52Speaker 1: denied wrongdoing related to Ebstein and has not been criminally
- 12:56Speaker 1: charged in connection to the case. Well, not yet, but
- 12:59Speaker 1: I I think it's certainly on the horizon. I don't
- 13:02Speaker 1: know what the charges will be, but I think he's
- 13:04Speaker 1: going to get charged with something. Six companies link to
- 13:08Speaker 1: Sarah were shut down amid renewed attention surrounding her past
- 13:11Speaker 1: ties to Ebstein. It's understood that no creditors were owed money,
- 13:16Speaker 1: at least this time around. Huh remember the loan she
- 13:19Speaker 1: had to get from Epstein to pay the salary of
- 13:21Speaker 1: her people. An email from Sarah about desperately needing money
- 13:26Speaker 1: surfaced after the Department of Justice released more than three
- 13:29Speaker 1: million records related to Epstein, including his personal emails. Inclusion
- 13:34Speaker 1: in the files does not necessarily imply wrongdoing, well, no,
- 13:38Speaker 1: but the emails they sure do. Like Andrew, Sarah claimed
- 13:43Speaker 1: that she cut off all contact with Epstein. Fox News
- 13:46Speaker 1: Digital previously reached out to a representative for comment about
- 13:50Speaker 1: the DOJ's release. Epstein died in custody in twenty nineteen.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, who said she was trafficked by Epstein, accused
- 13:58Speaker 1: Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was seventeen. The
- 14:02Speaker 1: American woman filed a civil lawsuit alleging that she was
- 14:06Speaker 1: forced to have sex with the disgraced duke three times.
- 14:09Speaker 1: The case was settled out of court in twenty twenty two.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Andrew has consistently denied Robert's allegations and said he had
- 14:17Speaker 1: no recollection of meeting her. The settlement agreement stated it
- 14:21Speaker 1: was not an admission of liability. No, no, not at all.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Let me just pay you seventeen million dollars because I'm innocent.
- 14:28Speaker 1: The forty one year old died in twenty twenty five.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Her a memoir that was published in October reiterated her claims.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Andrew announced in October that he was giving up his
- 14:38Speaker 1: royal titles, and the Palace confirmed later that month that
- 14:41Speaker 1: King Charles the Third had initiated a formal process to
- 14:45Speaker 1: remove the style, titles and honors of Prince Andrew. The
- 14:50Speaker 1: decision followed Andrew's initial step back from public life in
- 14:53Speaker 1: twenty nineteen, after his BBC interview in which he discussed
- 14:57Speaker 1: his relationship with Epstein. Onb third, Andrew vacated Royal Lodge
- 15:02Speaker 1: three months after the King ordered him to surrender his lease.
- 15:07Speaker 1: And he had to throw a tantrum about that too.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Everything about this dude screams entitled everything. A spokesperson for
- 15:14Speaker 1: Sarah previously told The Guardian the Duchess spoke of her
- 15:17Speaker 1: regret about her association with Epstein many years ago, and
- 15:21Speaker 1: as they have always been her first thoughts or with
- 15:23Speaker 1: his victims. Oh isn't that nice? A whole lot of talk,
- 15:28Speaker 1: no action. Has Fergie reached out to any of Epstein's survivors. Oh,
- 15:33Speaker 1: she hasn't got it. It's a waiting game at the moment,
- 15:37Speaker 1: Lowney said, I think Andrew may well end up in
- 15:40Speaker 1: the Middle East. That would solve a lot of problems
- 15:42Speaker 1: for the Royal family, keep the story under wraps and
- 15:46Speaker 1: get them away from public view. And we've talked about
- 15:49Speaker 1: that before. Very possible if Andrew goes on the run
- 15:52Speaker 1: or decides to leave, the Middle East is a very
- 15:55Speaker 1: likely place. Lowney speculated about what Sarah's future relationship with
- 15:59Speaker 1: the Royal Family could look like financially. Before the Epstein fallout,
- 16:04Speaker 1: friends and insiders believed the former couple considered remarrying. Oh boy,
- 16:09Speaker 1: imagine that. Talk about a gigantic shit show. What they
- 16:13Speaker 1: should do is reach out to like one of the
- 16:15Speaker 1: stations and have a reality TV show that seems fitting
- 16:20Speaker 1: for them. Sarah Ferguson is clearly not going to make
- 16:24Speaker 1: money and the way she did before, so it's going
- 16:26Speaker 1: to be a question of how she supports herself. She'll
- 16:29Speaker 1: eventually be paid off by the royal family with some
- 16:32Speaker 1: sort of pension to keep her quiet. Will she find
- 16:34Speaker 1: another rich benefactor or husband? She's no longer the figure
- 16:38Speaker 1: she once was. I mean that's true. Good luck finding
- 16:42Speaker 1: a new dude like Who the hell would want to
- 16:45Speaker 1: deal with that? Maybe somebody in a country where there's
- 16:49Speaker 1: not as much publicity, but the UK America, I highly
- 16:53Speaker 1: doubt it. All Right, folks, that's going to do it
- 16:56Speaker 1: for this one. All the information that goes with this
- 16:59Speaker 1: episode can be ound in the description box.
