- 1:25Speaker 1: value online other than porn. Welcome to today's radio archive hour.
- 1:30Speaker 1: We're excited to have Stephen Bozell on. From the year
- 1:32Speaker 1: two thousand and four. Steve Bozell was having a ping
- 1:35Speaker 1: pong party or something with his buddies and all of
- 1:38Speaker 1: a sudden he made a joke or he made a
- 1:40Speaker 1: comment I think about Osama bin Laden that was thought
- 1:44Speaker 1: very amusing by his fellows in the day and making
- 1:46Speaker 1: fun of him. Steve Bozell is a character that's a
- 1:48Speaker 1: construction contractor and also sort of inhabits a world where
- 1:52Speaker 1: he's sensitive to everything. He's hyper sensitive. In fact, he
- 1:55Speaker 1: even breaks down and cries when people criticize him so
- 1:57Speaker 1: much so the character was kind of invented as a
- 2:00Speaker 1: result of the little bit of experience I had as
- 2:02Speaker 1: a construction worker and just kind of laughing myself at
- 2:06Speaker 1: guys like this down through the years.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Well, let's see what Steve gets himself into. Here.
- 2:10Speaker 1: He is Stephen Bosell and the Ping Pong party out
- 2:13Speaker 1: there in Corona. And keep in mind, all of the
- 2:15Speaker 1: callers are real people. They called in thinking Steve was
- 2:17Speaker 1: a real guy, even though Steve and I are basically
- 2:19Speaker 1: the same guy.
- 2:28Speaker 2: This is the Phil Henry Show.
- 2:29Speaker 1: We continue talking about the war on terror with one
- 2:33Speaker 1: individual citizen, Stephen Bozell. You've taken the President's words that
- 2:38Speaker 1: we need to be.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Alert to heart correct.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Oh, without question, without question, Phil, And that's what I
- 2:44Speaker 3: think we all should do. And when people try to
- 2:47Speaker 3: inhibit you from speaking your mind, and when people try
- 2:50Speaker 3: to inhibit you from speaking of things that you feel
- 2:54Speaker 3: are important, and I think that imposes that, you know,
- 2:57Speaker 3: impeeds the rights of all people. And unfortunately that's happened
- 3:03Speaker 3: to me. I think it's happened to a lot of people.
- 3:05Speaker 1: So other words, the freedom of speech of people who
- 3:09Speaker 1: are speaking in favor of the war on Terror is
- 3:11Speaker 1: being affected as well as those who are speaking against it.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Oh, with that question, you know, an example is of
- 3:17Speaker 3: what happened in my own life and the reason why
- 3:19Speaker 3: I have brought the lawsuit that I brought. This is
- 3:25Speaker 3: important because even your very best friends are going to
- 3:29Speaker 3: keep you from speaking your mind about the Iraq war
- 3:32Speaker 3: and what President Bush trying to do.
- 3:35Speaker 1: What was it that happened at at your home on
- 3:38Speaker 1: the night that you're talking about.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Well, I had some friends over, and these are neighbors
- 3:42Speaker 3: of mine. These gentlemen who are named probably the Sir
- 3:45Speaker 3: Jerry Christopher, also Roy Hutchins's and a few other gentlemen
- 3:50Speaker 3: are there. Mister Hutchins is my next door neighbor. And
- 3:55Speaker 3: I have a ping pomp table in my garage and
- 3:57Speaker 3: it's a place where we're very fortunate. A lot of
- 3:59Speaker 3: my neighbors, most of them men, after work in the
- 4:00Speaker 3: evening hours, come over and play. And on Friday night,
- 4:05Speaker 3: three of these gentlemen from our block and Jerry comes over.
- 4:08Speaker 3: He lives on Latiana, which is in our neighborhood here,
- 4:10Speaker 3: and we were playing ping pong and I said something
- 4:12Speaker 3: that I've been wondering about for quite some time. You
- 4:15Speaker 3: look at Osama bin Laden, and you look back on
- 4:18Speaker 3: the old James Bond movies and the villains that mister
- 4:21Speaker 3: Bond had to face, whether it was Doctor No Gentleman,
- 4:24Speaker 3: or the Goldfinger or the Thunderball villain and so on,
- 4:27Speaker 3: that it seems Osama ben Laden has patterned himself on
- 4:31Speaker 3: these gentlemen and that he wants to be, understand a
- 4:33Speaker 3: super villain or what have you.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And now you were talking to these gentlemen about this
- 4:38Speaker 1: in your garage, yes, Hre, I was.
- 4:40Speaker 3: And I was talking about how it's possible because Ben
- 4:42Speaker 3: Lawden did a lot of traveling in Europe and so
- 4:44Speaker 3: on during his youth, that he would have been exposed
- 4:47Speaker 3: to these films and so forth. And the reason why
- 4:52Speaker 3: I'm bringing the civil rights lawsuit is because of my
- 4:54Speaker 3: exercise my free speech, that I've been subjected to harassment.
- 5:01Speaker 1: At the hands of these gentlemen that when you're garage,
- 5:03Speaker 1: because you're there playing ping pong with these guys, just
- 5:05Speaker 1: a group of the neighborhood men.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Correct, mister Bozell, yes, her.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And that's when you made the comment you felt that
- 5:11Speaker 1: Osamavan Luten maybe patterning himself after certain James Bond villains or.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Any of these so called super villains what have you
- 5:19Speaker 3: from the comic books. And so mister Christopher, the gentleman
- 5:24Speaker 3: from who's from the next block started it and the comment.
- 5:29Speaker 3: I spoke with my attorney at about the comment that
- 5:32Speaker 3: came from the gentleman by the name of Roy Hutchins,
- 5:35Speaker 3: who's actually my next door neighbor, and he said, and
- 5:36Speaker 3: I'm looking at my notes, Oh is that right, Stephen?
- 5:40Speaker 3: Do you think maybe lex Luthor bomb Pearl Harbor to
- 5:43Speaker 3: end quote? And immediately a note. There was general laughter,
- 5:46Speaker 3: and there was derision at my expense.
- 5:48Speaker 2: And now you mentioned something about your son. So this
- 5:50Speaker 2: man came up with a sarcastic comment.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Well, it was an effort to get me to be quiet.
- 5:55Speaker 3: It was an effort to get me to stop talking
- 5:57Speaker 3: about possible ways to get Osama bin Laden.
- 6:02Speaker 2: That all right? You mentioned your son was present.
- 6:04Speaker 3: I spoke with my attorney about that as well. She
- 6:06Speaker 3: informed me that belittling a man in the presence of
- 6:10Speaker 3: one of or all of his children can be actionable.
- 6:12Speaker 3: In that I was basically called an idiot in front
- 6:14Speaker 3: of my son, who.
- 6:15Speaker 2: Also joined in, What do you mean Your son joined in, yes, sir,
- 6:18Speaker 2: what do you mean?
- 6:20Speaker 3: Well, he was under the influence of these adults and
- 6:23Speaker 3: he come off with a smart ass, you know, talk
- 6:25Speaker 3: and everything.
- 6:26Speaker 2: And excuse my language, but what did he say?
- 6:29Speaker 3: He said that, and I kept a notation this.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Are you reading from notes, sir?
- 6:34Speaker 3: Yes? There I am. Okay, my son said, hey, Dad,
- 6:38Speaker 3: beIN Lauden is about religion and not money like the
- 6:40Speaker 3: James Bond villains are. And then he was laughing.
- 6:44Speaker 1: He said that bin Laden is about money, not I've
- 6:47Speaker 1: been Lons about religion and not money.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Been Lottens about religion, not much. But he also laughed. Okay,
- 6:53Speaker 3: my own son laughed at me.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Are you talking about taking legal action against these men's correct?
- 6:58Speaker 2: Suing them?
- 6:59Speaker 3: Right? Well, let me playing something. I have a First
- 7:01Speaker 3: Amendment right to express my political views and right now
- 7:03Speaker 3: our country needs all the help it can get, and
- 7:06Speaker 3: those men laughing at me infringed on my human rights
- 7:09Speaker 3: to free speech. And I was talking about a.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Solution you mentioned in your garage that these guys that
- 7:15Speaker 1: O some of in ludden maybe trying to pattern himself
- 7:17Speaker 1: after comic book Supervillains or something, and they laughed at you.
- 7:22Speaker 3: That is correct, and I'm certainly let me let me
- 7:24Speaker 3: just I'm not against people laughing, okay, but when it
- 7:29Speaker 3: comes to a violation of my civil rights, which is
- 7:31Speaker 3: the same thing that happened to mister Rodney King or
- 7:33Speaker 3: some of these other individuals Lors Bresnians by attorney.
- 7:37Speaker 2: In our suit, Well, who are you suing?
- 7:39Speaker 3: I'm suing Steve excuse me, Roy Hutchins, Jerry Christopher, all
- 7:43Speaker 3: the men who were there, Sean Tolin, I'm mis Peter Freer,
- 7:46Speaker 3: Don Hortz, and Stephen Moseell Junior, who is an accessory
- 7:49Speaker 3: on account of my rights being violated.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And now Stephen Bozell Junior is your son, and you
- 7:53Speaker 1: are naming him in this lawsuit.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Correct, That is correct.
- 7:58Speaker 3: And I can tell you it's it is a very
- 8:02Speaker 3: painful thing. But my civil rights were being violated by
- 8:07Speaker 3: those men on that night.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That I'm talking about, Right, Stephen Bozella's with me. A
- 8:12Speaker 1: man who is has filed a lawsuit against six or
- 8:16Speaker 1: seven neighbors.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I don't know how many men are named in your suit.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Sir, Well, it's about I've got one, two, three, four, five, six, individuals.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Six men, including your own son, are being sued for
- 8:26Speaker 1: violating your civil rights. When you brought up the possibility
- 8:30Speaker 1: that Bin Laden was under the influence of James Bond movies,
- 8:34Speaker 1: perhaps they laughed at you.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Well they laughed, but in a derisive way. And as
- 8:40Speaker 3: I mentioned the comment a Bozil, maybe Lex Luther bomb
- 8:43Speaker 3: Pearl Harbor this kind of a deal. One of the
- 8:45Speaker 3: other gentlemen mentioned some about the you know, maybe the
- 8:48Speaker 3: Riddler killed Kennedy, And that was said by mister.
- 8:54Speaker 1: That was said, brother, by mister Christopher, maybe the Riddler
- 8:58Speaker 1: killed Kennedy, meaning the Riddler from the Batman comics series.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Yes, sir, uh so, what what do you mean.
- 9:04Speaker 2: By the same thing happened to Rodney King?
- 9:06Speaker 3: Well, it was lack a gang mentality. That what happened
- 9:08Speaker 3: to Rodney King was that he was set upon by
- 9:12Speaker 3: police officers who were violating the constitution of of of
- 9:16Speaker 3: of of the United States of America by beating on him.
- 9:20Speaker 3: And the same thing happened to me. I was set
- 9:22Speaker 3: on like like on account of a gang mentality. That
- 9:25Speaker 3: once this mister Christopher said he said what he said,
- 9:27Speaker 3: it became a free almost a free feating frenzy. Roy
- 9:30Speaker 3: Hutchins said about everything.
- 9:35Speaker 2: You know, all right, so mister, so they all started
- 9:38Speaker 2: laughing at you.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Mister Hutchins said the thing about Lex Luthor bombing Pearl Harbor,
- 9:41Speaker 1: mister Christopher, the Riddler killed Kennedy and the and it
- 9:44Speaker 1: became a big, uh, you know, a big laugh fest,
- 9:48Speaker 1: right that.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Is Greg, that is great and and is that it?
- 9:54Speaker 3: Uh? Pete Prayer and also Don, I can give you
- 9:57Speaker 3: the incidents from the lawsuit.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Yeah please, all right, right, Pete Freer and Don.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Horik started doing the James Bond theme music. They started going,
- 10:04Speaker 3: you know.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Humming it and what do you mean by that? Humming it?
- 10:07Speaker 1: Well, they were going down, you know, and all the
- 10:11Speaker 1: James Bond theme, yes, sir, so there so in the
- 10:14Speaker 1: middle of all of these guys to saying the Riddler
- 10:17Speaker 1: bomb Pearl Harbor or whatever, No, the Riddler.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Did, they say the Riddler killed Kennedy and Lex Luthor
- 10:21Speaker 3: bomb Pearl Harbor. And then they started going on the
- 10:25Speaker 3: James Bond team and this is this is what it said.
- 10:27Speaker 3: And it was at that time I did become emotionally
- 10:29Speaker 3: distraught and I did run out of the room, and
- 10:32Speaker 3: which also mentioned the lawsuit, and I went into our
- 10:34Speaker 3: master bedroom and I laid down there and I just,
- 10:35Speaker 3: I guess, I just cried. And my wife was in
- 10:39Speaker 3: a room reading and she didn't show any interest at
- 10:41Speaker 3: all either. So it affects the entire family.
- 10:45Speaker 1: I can I ask you, when you say Ben Lauden
- 10:47Speaker 1: is trying to pattern himself after the arch villains of
- 10:50Speaker 1: the James Bond movies and comic books, why did you
- 10:53Speaker 1: expect those men to do anything but laugh?
- 10:56Speaker 2: You know?
- 10:57Speaker 3: Well, let me answer that question though, because I've been
- 10:59Speaker 3: asked that we're living in a time where we need
- 11:01Speaker 3: all the input we can on Ben Laden, and we
- 11:04Speaker 3: need some solidarity on the issue. And when someone offers
- 11:07Speaker 3: some ideas on Ben Lauden and how to catch him,
- 11:09Speaker 3: it's very, I think, unpatriotic to laugh at that person.
- 11:13Speaker 3: So if they want to laugh at me, fine, But
- 11:15Speaker 3: I have it within my rights to not only file
- 11:17Speaker 3: a civil action, but to turn those names over to
- 11:21Speaker 3: the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.
- 11:25Speaker 1: All right, but I mean these are long standing.
- 11:28Speaker 3: No, I wouldn't do it, but I do have it
- 11:30Speaker 3: within my rights.
- 11:32Speaker 1: But to turn their names over to the FBI and
- 11:34Speaker 1: Department of Homeland Security would cause enormous hardship for those people.
- 11:38Speaker 3: No, I'm saying I wouldn't. I wouldn't do it, but
- 11:40Speaker 3: I do have the right to do it so that
- 11:43Speaker 3: these guys want to laugh at me, Fine, but I
- 11:46Speaker 3: can technically, I can turn their names over the Department
- 11:48Speaker 3: of Homeland Security.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Well, I would offer this to you, mister Bozel. I
- 11:54Speaker 1: understand that you care about your country and that you
- 11:56Speaker 1: wanted to talk about the possible influences on Ben Lauden
- 11:59Speaker 1: and the hopes that it might when you mentioned that
- 12:02Speaker 1: he might have been under the influence of James Bond movies.
- 12:05Speaker 1: In other words, he wants to be a super villain.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Maybe you should have expected the laughter. Well not at
- 12:12Speaker 1: a time like this, So you didn't expect them to
- 12:14Speaker 1: laugh at you.
- 12:15Speaker 3: No, not really. But my attorney said to me, Delores
- 12:18Speaker 3: Blazing Game. She's yet every right to expect that those
- 12:21Speaker 3: men would take you seriously. And as the result of
- 12:25Speaker 3: them laughing at you, now they're in trouble because I'm
- 12:31Speaker 3: going to sue them, And if I wanted to, I
- 12:34Speaker 3: could give their names over to Tom Ridge and the
- 12:36Speaker 3: Department of Homeland Security.
- 12:38Speaker 1: In this day and age where people are still debating
- 12:41Speaker 1: the war on terror. This man was talking with his
- 12:44Speaker 1: friends about what could possibly be influencing Osama bin Laden.
- 12:48Speaker 1: He feels it's possible that been Lauden's travels as a
- 12:51Speaker 1: young man through Europe exposed him to James Bond movies,
- 12:54Speaker 1: and maybe he wanted to become a super villain in
- 12:58Speaker 1: much the same way that we see these characters in
- 13:00Speaker 1: the Superman comics and the Batman comics, the Riddler and
- 13:03Speaker 1: Lex Luthor. His friends laughed at him, causing him emotional distress,
- 13:07Speaker 1: and he says infringing on his civil rights of free speech.
- 13:10Speaker 1: He's suing them and is also threatened to take their
- 13:13Speaker 1: names to the Department of Homeland Security. Are we turning
- 13:15Speaker 1: into a country of paddle tales? Are we turning into
- 13:18Speaker 1: a country of the Fahrenheit four fifty one, which you know,
- 13:22Speaker 1: turning in our neighbors. By the way, Fahrenheit four fifty
- 13:25Speaker 1: one is an actual book by Ray Bradbury about the
- 13:29Speaker 1: burning of books. It was not influenced by Fahrenheit nine
- 13:33Speaker 1: to eleven. That's the other way around anyway. It's the
- 13:37Speaker 1: world famous Phil Henry show, Phil Henry Shall roasting marshmallows,
- 13:40Speaker 1: on The Everlasting Bonfire.
- 13:47Speaker 2: And now more on the Phil Henry Show. My guest
- 13:51Speaker 2: is Stephen Bozell at christer Boselle. What do you do
- 13:54Speaker 2: for a living?
- 13:55Speaker 3: I used to have my own construction contract and business.
- 13:58Speaker 2: In Corona, California.
- 14:00Speaker 1: All right, you are suing some neighbors of yours for
- 14:02Speaker 1: laughing at you, or as you say, derisively, laughing at
- 14:07Speaker 1: you when you mentioned that you thought Osama bin Laden
- 14:09Speaker 1: might have been influenced by the James Vond supervillains and
- 14:12Speaker 1: therefore that may be what's motivating him. They laughed at you,
- 14:15Speaker 1: made comments about Lex Luthor and so on. I want
- 14:20Speaker 1: to ask you a question before we take a phone call.
- 14:24Speaker 2: First of all, and let me just make one point.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Bill. Sure these people, if they continue to laugh at
- 14:32Speaker 3: me and my suggestions about how we can catch bin Laden,
- 14:36Speaker 3: I'm entitled to be put into witness tract protection.
- 14:43Speaker 2: You mean witness protection that they use the FBI uses, Yes, because.
- 14:46Speaker 3: I'm making political comments and they're laughing at me, and
- 14:51Speaker 3: that is trying to inhibit my free speech. And so
- 14:54Speaker 3: if they keep doing and keep doing, and it goes
- 14:56Speaker 3: on and on and on and on and on and on,
- 14:59Speaker 3: then at some point, I can apply for the witness
- 15:01Speaker 3: Protection program through the local UH, you know, through through
- 15:05Speaker 3: through the uh like the post office or something. It's
- 15:07Speaker 3: through the local LEFTBI I think, all.
- 15:10Speaker 1: Right, well that may be, But at what point does
- 15:12Speaker 1: my telling a joke stop being a joke and become
- 15:16Speaker 1: a violation of your civil rights?
- 15:18Speaker 3: Well, it's a good question. You're you're allowed to tell
- 15:20Speaker 3: a joke about someone, but once that person's making political
- 15:24Speaker 3: comments and you make a joke about that, it becomes
- 15:28Speaker 3: a violation of the civil rights of the person when
- 15:31Speaker 3: they start to feel you know, it's kind of it's
- 15:35Speaker 3: very it's on the edge legally, but when they begin
- 15:37Speaker 3: to feel unsettled, you know, bad about it, and like
- 15:40Speaker 3: you're making fun of them, then you're infringe and under
- 15:44Speaker 3: I can make a joke about say, if you wear
- 15:46Speaker 3: a bad shirt, or you're you know, you're uglier, or
- 15:49Speaker 3: what have you, that's not a violation of the of
- 15:52Speaker 3: the rights. But if I'm talking about politics and you
- 15:56Speaker 3: make fun of me and I feel infringe upon and
- 16:00Speaker 3: and and I feel like I've been I've been terrorized
- 16:04Speaker 3: or what have you, then.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Do you're allowed to here is Jane, go ahead, Jane.
- 16:12Speaker 4: I think this man has got a real problem. The
- 16:15Speaker 4: problem with our countries are so happy. This gentleman is
- 16:18Speaker 4: in a garage with a bunch of his friends. He
- 16:20Speaker 4: said something right off the wall. They laughed at him,
- 16:23Speaker 4: and he wants to sue them. I think both him
- 16:25Speaker 4: and his lawyer need a good psychiatrist.
- 16:27Speaker 3: Well, are you an attorney? Are you an attorney?
- 16:30Speaker 2: Man?
- 16:31Speaker 4: No, I'm not well.
- 16:32Speaker 3: And my attorney tells me that I'm within my rights
- 16:35Speaker 3: because I was making a political comment about about about
- 16:40Speaker 3: Ben Laden. Okay, then they started to laugh. I mean,
- 16:45Speaker 3: if I were just saying, if I was just saying,
- 16:48Speaker 3: oh hey, you know, like mister Christopher is a friend
- 16:51Speaker 3: of mine. Who who who walks?
- 16:53Speaker 4: I hear to you, sir, mister Christopher is no longer
- 16:55Speaker 4: a friend with you if you're suing him because he
- 16:57Speaker 4: made a comment in your garage. Your wife, Your wife
- 17:01Speaker 4: is the smart one. She didn't even talk to you
- 17:03Speaker 4: because she knows it's nuts. What you're doing is nothing I.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Believe in my country. First, okay, I did not make more.
- 17:08Speaker 3: Mister Christopher was born with what they traditionally called and
- 17:11Speaker 3: I don't mean any offense a hairlift or a cleft
- 17:14Speaker 3: ballet and no one. I've never made no joke about it. Okay, well,
- 17:18Speaker 3: good for you, all right.
- 17:19Speaker 4: I don't think he's sue you as you do.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Has he had surgery for it? I'm just curious.
- 17:23Speaker 3: Yeah he has, but there's a noticeable scar, like what's
- 17:26Speaker 3: the actor Stacy Keychas?
- 17:28Speaker 2: Okay, I could make fun of his hairlift?
- 17:32Speaker 3: What's that again, ma'am. I'm sorry, you've.
- 17:34Speaker 4: Got a real problem. It's not your civil rights, sir.
- 17:37Speaker 4: I really think you've got a real inferiority complex, and
- 17:40Speaker 4: I think you better grow up, and I think you
- 17:42Speaker 4: better talk to somebody before you you uh do something else.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Stupid.
- 17:47Speaker 3: The point I'm trying to make to you, and.
- 17:48Speaker 4: You know you point you don't suit people for making
- 17:51Speaker 4: comments when you're playing ping pongs.
- 17:53Speaker 3: I have never commented on this man's hairlit scar or
- 17:57Speaker 3: anything like that.
- 17:58Speaker 4: That has nothing to do with it. You're not even
- 18:00Speaker 4: making any sensor.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Let me jump in if I can. You you've had
- 18:05Speaker 1: the good taste not to comment on this man's physical scar,
- 18:09Speaker 1: but to say you are not allowed to make fun
- 18:11Speaker 1: of me because I'm making a political comment.
- 18:14Speaker 3: See, that's what most people don't understand. The lady is right.
- 18:18Speaker 3: If the man had just been talking, you know about Hey,
- 18:20Speaker 3: you know, I think that the Kings are going to
- 18:22Speaker 3: win the hockey play that, you know, the super Bowl
- 18:25Speaker 3: of Hockey or whatever they call it. But when I
- 18:28Speaker 3: began bringing up national security issues.
- 18:31Speaker 4: The national security issues is that if you're not making
- 18:34Speaker 4: any sensor, I'm sorry the comic book character. It's not funny.
- 18:40Speaker 4: You're not only insulting our country, you're insulting the men
- 18:43Speaker 4: fighting it because they're not fighting Mickey Mouse, ma'am.
- 18:45Speaker 3: I did not say making its thunderbolt. Mister doctor, know,
- 18:49Speaker 3: if you've seen these films and so thankful it.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Has no relevance. You're making no sense. Your friends laughed
- 18:56Speaker 4: at you because they really thought you were kidding. Nobody
- 18:59Speaker 4: that has any any intellectual.
- 19:05Speaker 1: It seems to be quite a stretch to say that
- 19:07Speaker 1: Osama bin Laden was influenced by Why is.
- 19:10Speaker 3: That, mister Henry Well. I mean that man traveled extensively
- 19:13Speaker 3: in Europe. He's from an affluent family. He was exposed
- 19:16Speaker 3: to American cinema and British cinema at a very early age.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Why wouldn't he At some point I have to have
- 19:22Speaker 3: just gone off the deep end and wanted to become
- 19:24Speaker 3: you know, mister no.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Or or doctor no, doctor no.
- 19:32Speaker 3: I want to show you I am speaking of political
- 19:34Speaker 3: matters and for you to laugh at.
- 19:35Speaker 4: Me if I talked to kindergarten children, that makes more
- 19:42Speaker 4: sense in you do so in the mountains, and I
- 19:45Speaker 4: have more sense you.
- 19:46Speaker 3: I happen to be better informed than the average American
- 19:48Speaker 3: if a person is loud that if you laugh at
- 19:50Speaker 3: a person for making a political statement, it is like
- 19:54Speaker 3: urinating on the American flag. It's like desecrating.
- 19:57Speaker 2: No, it's not well.
- 19:58Speaker 3: First of all, you really do. Ma'am had the right idea.
- 20:04Speaker 4: She didn't even comment on you. If you don't want
- 20:06Speaker 4: to go in your Benjamin crying? How old are you,
- 20:09Speaker 4: big Barton? Are you old enough to know what you're
- 20:11Speaker 4: talking about?
- 20:12Speaker 3: Waiam, I'm thirty eight years of age, and I can
- 20:14Speaker 3: tell you the person what.
- 20:16Speaker 4: You're not going to have any friends much longer if
- 20:19Speaker 4: you go around doing them because they don't agree with you.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Man, the person an agent psychiatrist is mister no, not me.
- 20:24Speaker 2: And are you doctor? You mean doctor no?
- 20:26Speaker 3: The gentleman?
- 20:27Speaker 4: Are you having this gentleman on your show? He's waiting
- 20:29Speaker 4: valuable air.
- 20:30Speaker 1: He's wasting our courts time with these lawsuits. I appreciate
- 20:33Speaker 1: your thank you.
- 20:35Speaker 5: Man.
- 20:35Speaker 1: It's doctor No, we're talking with this gentleman. He believes
- 20:38Speaker 1: that Osamavan Latin might have been influenced by James Bond villains.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Hill Henry Sell, the Bill Henley Shell is back on
- 20:49Speaker 2: the show tonight.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Is mister Stephen Bozell, who's filed a lawsuit against five
- 20:53Speaker 1: individuals from his neighborhood who were playing ping pong one night.
- 20:59Speaker 1: It was a very friendly evening for these gentlemen and
- 21:01Speaker 1: talking about the world events, as many men do when
- 21:04Speaker 1: they get together and have a few beers. At one point,
- 21:06Speaker 1: mister Bozella, faya getting this wrong. Please correct me, mister Bozel.
- 21:10Speaker 1: But at one point mister Bozel said that he felt
- 21:12Speaker 1: that Osama bin Laden might have been influenced by the
- 21:14Speaker 1: villains from James Bond movies and was perhaps that might
- 21:18Speaker 1: be a place to start looking for clues as to
- 21:21Speaker 1: his whereabouts he was, according to his lawsuit. Laughed at derisively.
- 21:26Speaker 1: One of the men said, yeah, and maybe Lex Luthor
- 21:29Speaker 1: bomb Pearl Harbor. Another man said, maybe the Riddler killed Kennedy.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Before we get to another call. You mentioned an incident
- 21:36Speaker 2: from nineteen ninety two, is.
- 21:38Speaker 3: Or oh that's in the court document's just.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Sart tell me about that, is, sir.
- 21:44Speaker 3: In nineteen ninety two, I was talking to a grew
- 21:46Speaker 3: chief of mine, tell him by the name of Cliff Pedigroup,
- 21:50Speaker 3: And I said to him at that time, because I
- 21:53Speaker 3: had seen Bill Clinton on the televisions and he'd been
- 21:55Speaker 3: playing saxophone in all of this nonsense, and I said,
- 21:59Speaker 3: I wouldn't vote for Clinton. He looks to me and
- 22:01Speaker 3: I said the words, and I don't have them in
- 22:04Speaker 3: a recording, and I don't have them wrote down, but
- 22:07Speaker 3: I know, I know, I know I said him. And
- 22:09Speaker 3: Pedigrew claims I didn't say them, but I know I did.
- 22:12Speaker 3: I know I did. I said to him, Bill Clinton
- 22:16Speaker 3: looks like the kind of guy that would have sex
- 22:17Speaker 3: with a waffle house waitress if he thought she had
- 22:20Speaker 3: a gold tooth. Now, I was. It sounds funny, but
- 22:24Speaker 3: I was serious. And he laughed at me, and he
- 22:27Speaker 3: said Bush needs to be defeated. I'm voting for Bill Clinton.
- 22:29Speaker 3: And he laughed at me.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Maybe he was laughing with you, it is kind of funny.
- 22:33Speaker 3: No, he was laughing at me. Like I was an idiot.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Then we found out, yes, he sure did. He had
- 22:38Speaker 3: sex with Jennifer Flowers and Monica Lewinsky as well. And
- 22:42Speaker 3: if I'd known then what I know now, that I
- 22:43Speaker 3: could have taken it. And I was saying something that
- 22:45Speaker 3: all of a sudden everybody thought was terrible, and they
- 22:48Speaker 3: impeached him for it.
- 22:50Speaker 2: It is a funny comment, well it is, you know.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I mean to say that he looks like I have
- 22:55Speaker 1: sex with a waffle house waitress if she had a
- 22:57Speaker 1: gold tooth.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Is a funny comment.
- 22:58Speaker 3: And he laugh at me, not with me. And there's
- 23:02Speaker 3: a difference. When they laugh at you, they're laughing because
- 23:05Speaker 3: they think you're funny. When they laugh with you, they hate,
- 23:08Speaker 3: they don't like you, or no, it's the other way around.
- 23:10Speaker 3: When they laugh at you.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Yeah, when they laugh at you, they're they're being derisive
- 23:13Speaker 1: when they and when they laugh with you. Yeah, So
- 23:17Speaker 1: here is Richard, Richard, go ahead, you're on the Phil
- 23:18Speaker 1: Henry Show.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Stephen.
- 23:20Speaker 5: All I got to say is you need to grow
- 23:22Speaker 5: up and get a life. You are a loud father,
- 23:26Speaker 5: you know your son or you know, laughing at you, sir,
- 23:30Speaker 5: I am laughing at so derivously. You know, you know,
- 23:37Speaker 5: you know, you're you're an idiot. You're an idiot. You're
- 23:39Speaker 5: wasting everybody's time. You're wasting the courts time because somebody
- 23:42Speaker 5: laughed at you and you didn't like it, and you
- 23:44Speaker 5: want to go uh be uh you know, get the
- 23:48Speaker 5: FBI to put you in a protective witness pro You're
- 23:51Speaker 5: you're an idiot. Well you know, I'm an idiot.
- 23:53Speaker 3: I don't care. Argument is all name calling. My argument's
- 23:57Speaker 3: based on law. Your argument is based on I can't
- 24:01Speaker 3: do as a result of someone infringing on my free speech.
- 24:05Speaker 5: You know what, I'll tell you what fell. If you
- 24:07Speaker 5: came after me, I'd go after you and your lord
- 24:10Speaker 5: your house.
- 24:11Speaker 3: And she's what are you gonna assume me for what
- 24:13Speaker 3: I do to you?
- 24:14Speaker 5: You know, I say if I was one of those
- 24:16Speaker 5: guys in your garage, Oh.
- 24:17Speaker 3: They don't, they can't, they can't. They can't touch me
- 24:19Speaker 3: because they were on my property when they did it too.
- 24:22Speaker 5: Yeah, well, you know what, you're a loser. You're a loser.
- 24:26Speaker 5: You're you're wasting everybody's time. But stuff, I'm here to
- 24:29Speaker 5: go up and get a lift. Why don't you draw
- 24:31Speaker 5: up and get a life. I care about my coat too.
- 24:34Speaker 5: You're a poor example. You're sending a very poor example
- 24:38Speaker 5: to your son.
- 24:39Speaker 3: No, I'm teaching him how to step.
- 24:41Speaker 5: You're studying a very poor example. I wasna get your
- 24:44Speaker 5: father an idiot husband. And this is not this is
- 24:48Speaker 5: your way, and this is not the way to to
- 24:51Speaker 5: give your son an example of a man. And and
- 24:54Speaker 5: what then do you know you don't worry beg enough
- 24:56Speaker 5: if you don't want to out there?
- 24:57Speaker 3: When when Ben Luden comes for your wife and you
- 25:00Speaker 3: can just sit there and keep one, you know I'm
- 25:02Speaker 3: gonna be doing something about it. Okay, you know like
- 25:05Speaker 3: you you're the kind of guy that will sit there
- 25:08Speaker 3: somebody don't.
- 25:09Speaker 5: Like what they said. You don't need to do somebody
- 25:11Speaker 5: because you don't like what they said. You want to
- 25:14Speaker 5: throw right, immature, very immature attitude.
- 25:17Speaker 3: You need to grow up now. I wouldn't be get alive.
- 25:20Speaker 3: I wouldn't be talking smack to a man who's you know.
- 25:22Speaker 3: I sound like I'm probably younger than you.
- 25:24Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm fly not Yeah.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Well you want to throw down with me, that's fine.
- 25:30Speaker 5: You're an idiot, you know you.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Know that.
- 25:37Speaker 5: Just laughing at you on the air, we're laughing.
- 25:40Speaker 3: At me off the air. I'm the one that's on
- 25:41Speaker 3: the here they're laughing at me off the air.
- 25:44Speaker 5: On the air, I'm laughing at you on the air.
- 25:47Speaker 3: But they're laughing at me off there, not on the air.
- 25:50Speaker 3: What are you talking about? They're laughing at me on
- 25:51Speaker 3: the air. They're not on the air that he's listening.
- 25:54Speaker 5: To you and laughing. They're saying, what an idiot?
- 25:57Speaker 3: But that show?
- 25:59Speaker 5: And you're why don't you know?
- 26:03Speaker 2: Okay, gentlemen, No, he's an idiot. No, I just listen.
- 26:06Speaker 2: It's name calling. Okay.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Look, I was in my workshop working on a magazine rack.
- 26:10Speaker 3: I was making out a boss with my wife, April
- 26:12Speaker 3: with a Freddy Krueger mask. Come on up behind me
- 26:14Speaker 3: and she goes, I'm the ol kainda like that, making
- 26:18Speaker 3: fun of me all the while.
- 26:19Speaker 5: What are you going to sue your wife too?
- 26:22Speaker 3: When I care about?
- 26:23Speaker 5: Are you going to sue your wife too? You're sewing
- 26:24Speaker 5: your son? Why don't you sue your wife?
- 26:27Speaker 2: Would you sue your wife for that? Sir?
- 26:29Speaker 5: Why don't you know your wife? You're seeing your son?

- 27:26Speaker 5: we got well, we certainly.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Don't need people getting their feelings here. And it's one
- 27:30Speaker 1: thing to get your feelings here. You want to you
