- 0:01Hello, good morning. Welcome. I'm Samuel
- 0:03Trap. This is International Flavor. You
- 0:06are listening to Dam Radio.
- 0:10Damn it. Here you are. Uh I'm coming to
- 0:13you live from the Lake Ozark Real Estate
- 0:15of the Arts Studio. You can feel free to
- 0:17call in and comment on any of the BS I
- 0:20sling your way. 573746820.
- 0:26You can always uh go back and listen to
- 0:28past episodes of any show on DAM radio
- 0:32by going to damradio.com/mpodcast.
- 0:36You can check out the schedule by going
- 0:38to damradio.com.
- 0:40Let's put a guess in there. What do you
- 0:42think it'll be schedule? [snorts]
- 0:46And uh that would be our schedule of
- 0:48people today. I believe all day long.
- 0:53It's Wednesday, which means this happens
- 0:56to be the greatest day in radio. And so,
- 1:01uh, you know, I think that I get a start
- 1:05off the greatest day in radio. We got, I
- 1:08don't remember, four, five, six shows
- 1:09going on today with people that are
- 1:11intelligent, that are engaging, that are
- 1:13awaiting your calls at 573-746820
- 1:17or not, depending if they wish to talk
- 1:20to you or not. I half the time don't
- 1:24answer. [laughter]
- 1:26Depends on what I'm talking about. If I
- 1:28want to finish my thought, I leave it
- 1:30sit and then by the time I get done, I
- 1:32forget to pick it up. But anyway,
- 1:33sometimes people sometimes I don't even
- 1:35see the little thing blinking that shows
- 1:37up and says, "Oh, you got a call." But a
- 1:39lot of times I just ignore it. Anyway,
- 1:42I've got a lot of news today. There's
- 1:43some some issues that occurred. I think
- 1:45I want to spend the first segment of
- 1:47today's show uh talking about a uh
- 1:51something that is going on in the state
- 1:53of Missouri that uh I don't know that
- 1:56people are paying enough attention to. I
- 1:59had uh I've had several meetings on this
- 2:02topic through uh Civic Outlaws uh which
- 2:06you can go see at civicoutlaws.com.
- 2:09I've written many articles about it
- 2:11which are also available at
- 2:13civicoutlaws.com
- 2:15uh if you need to see them if you're
- 2:17interested in any more. Samuel t at
- 2:21civicoutlaws.com
- 2:22now from my radio program here at samu t
- 2:25at internationalflavor.com
- 2:28for uh my my wonderful modern law
- 2:31ecosystem.
- 2:34You can get a hold of me at uh Samuel T
- 2:37at what? Modern law ecosystem.com.
- 2:42And I think I bought in fact I'm I'm 99%
- 2:44certain that I already bought it. The
- 2:46modern law eco. So it's just modernlaw
- 2:49eeco.com,
- 2:51but I [laughter] have to route that the
- 2:54right way. So don't send anything to
- 2:56that yet, but I'm trying to get shorten
- 2:58that uh that rather lengthy uh email for
- 3:01a little bit. So uh I think it's it's
- 3:04key though to start the communications.
- 3:06We are working on a project because we
- 3:09started also uh so five uh what do you
- 3:13call it? Uh civic outlaws is a 501c3
- 3:16organization and we do charitable work
- 3:19and uh what I do is I write articles.
- 3:22We've had a little bit of personnel
- 3:24shake up in it with a guy who wanted to
- 3:25join with us and then he he uh departed
- 3:28us. And so we're we're looking for
- 3:30another board member. We do need a board
- 3:33member. It doesn't cost you anything.
- 3:34You don't get paid anything, but you do
- 3:36get to be a board member. And uh uh
- 3:39we're looking for somebody uh connected
- 3:42with the community to help us grow uh
- 3:44Civic Outlaws. We need another one for
- 3:46an organization. And I think we have the
- 3:48we have several uh interested candidates
- 3:51um in that one that already know about
- 3:53it and and they're they have to be in a
- 3:54particular industry that we're looking
- 3:56for uh which is uh convenience store
- 4:00owners um
- 4:03what do you call it call bar owners,
- 4:07people with liquor licenses or people
- 4:09with a business license connected to in
- 4:13some ways these these issues that we
- 4:16talk about. Okay. So, the ATC uh alcohol
- 4:20tobacco control is in a serious
- 4:22overreach mode and they have been for a
- 4:24very long time and and well, at least
- 4:27since 2019 when they found these new
- 4:31statutes they get it they get it put
- 4:33together and they aren't providing the
- 4:34documents to me. So, I'm still working
- 4:37on the pathway to force them to do it.
- 4:40And we have a lawsuit going on in Cole
- 4:43County, Missouri right now. And that
- 4:46lawsuit is uh we're probably going to
- 4:49have our association join it. What we're
- 4:53trying to do is fight back. Okay. Uh
- 4:57these people and and and by these
- 4:59people, I mean two in particular, but it
- 5:02isn't just them. It is the entire state
- 5:06of Missouri and how it's run. And these
- 5:08issues do they do not how do I want to
- 5:12put this?
- 5:14[sighs]
- 5:16They don't honor the tradition of uh you
- 5:19know live and let live. You know, let
- 5:22people do what they're going to do. What
- 5:24I call liberty. Uh and and and why don't
- 5:28you pick up John Lock uh on liberty and
- 5:31read that? Now I haven't read it in a
- 5:33hundred years but I did read it in
- 5:35college and uh but my favorite if any of
- 5:38you ever listen to me on economics and
- 5:40on things like that uh is actually
- 5:42Makaveli the you know his prince uh
- 5:46book. It's really short. It's not that
- 5:47long. It's only I don't know take you an
- 5:50hour hour or two to read it. It's not
- 5:52that long. And one of the key thoughts
- 5:54in there uh with with the old Machaveli
- 5:58is his thought on liberty and and there
- 6:01there are several books you know like on
- 6:03liberty and what you think about it but
- 6:05but liberty
- 6:07even liberty is
- 6:10[sighs and gasps] subject to your own
- 6:12interpretation. Okay. And the way that
- 6:14it was put out in this book to me that I
- 6:16remember for my whole life. I'm an old
- 6:18man now and uh uh you know I don't have
- 6:21any trouble with that. I'm kind of
- 6:22having fun doing it. But and and I don't
- 6:25feel old, you know. I still feel the
- 6:26same old way that I always felt. I think
- 6:28I look pretty much the same. I don't
- 6:30know. [laughter]
- 6:30Maybe I don't. But but at the same time,
- 6:34I still think the same way about
- 6:36liberty. What I believe, and this is
- 6:38what this is the Samism here for you.
- 6:40What I believe about liberty in theory
- 6:43is this. I don't mess with your
- 6:47life. You don't screw with mine. I I
- 6:51mean wouldn't I mean how there are
- 6:54things I enjoy in life. You know my
- 6:55focus on travel. I've been to 57
- 6:58countries. I love Russia. Okay. I love
- 7:02going to Russia. I love talking about
- 7:04Russia. I would like to I've been to
- 7:06every state in the United States. I'd
- 7:09like to go over to Russia and go to
- 7:11every single oblist uh region. I'd like
- 7:13to go to all the oblisia and and get to
- 7:16all of their spaces. I've been to
- 7:18Georgia the country Georgia. uh uh down
- 7:21there that was beautiful. Kazakhstan,
- 7:22Usbekistsan, uh Kyrgystan, those are
- 7:25beautiful, beautiful countries and you
- 7:28can go in there and and travel and there
- 7:30the Silk Road goes right through the
- 7:32middle of uh Usbekiststan
- 7:35and you got fantastic cities over there
- 7:39where uh the world uh what do they call
- 7:41it? UNICEF. UNICEF. I've how many UNICEF
- 7:44sites are over there where they build
- 7:46these they rebuild these mosques uh from
- 7:50the the 3rd century BC for God's sake.
- 7:54Liberty it for me includes the ability
- 7:58to travel anywhere I want to travel.
- 8:02Okay. I want to see these things. I had
- 8:05ideas to see these things when I was a
- 8:07kid. I had these things when I saw them
- 8:09when I was reading uh um on liberty by
- 8:12John Lock and certainly the Machavelis
- 8:14to Prince and Liberty they say is the
- 8:16following you know your your ability to
- 8:20in various degrees I'm not quoting I
- 8:22don't have the book in front of me but
- 8:24but this is this is the thoughts on
- 8:27liberty
- 8:28if you want to be an idiot and wander
- 8:30down the street swinging your arms in
- 8:33every sort of direction God loves you
- 8:36for it. Okay. I I'd like watching a guy
- 8:39like that. It's like, what in the hell
- 8:40is that guy doing? You know, [laughter]
- 8:42but you can watch him walk down the
- 8:44street. And so, you know what? It's even
- 8:46more fun if you have two or three of
- 8:48those guys walking down the street.
- 8:50Liberty should only be limited for them
- 8:53to do their thing when they collide with
- 8:56the other guy walking down the street
- 8:58swinging his arms in his own fashion.
- 9:01Right? I should be able to do anything I
- 9:03want now within reason. Okay? There has
- 9:06to be societal reasons and that's the
- 9:08nature of these books when you read it.
- 9:10And people were thinking about this
- 9:12stuff 2,000 4,000 years ago. They were
- 9:17thinking about liberty and people
- 9:19telling you what to do. And you had to
- 9:20live in European communities around
- 9:23those, you know, around the the uh what
- 9:25do you call it? The um uh Renaissance
- 9:28time periods. You had to live under the
- 9:30uh authority of lords and uh dukes and
- 9:34kings and I'm the earl of blah blah
- 9:37blah. And you had to live subject to
- 9:39these guys. You know, they provided in
- 9:42exchange for uh their protection. The
- 9:45biggest mafia ring on the planet. The
- 9:48mafia will provide the family will
- 9:50provide you protection. But by the way,
- 9:53we get all the produce you're cooking
- 9:55and you live over there. And you know,
- 9:56if I wish to take the right of the uh
- 9:59the dukes, which occurred in some some
- 10:02of these countries, I get to sleep with
- 10:04your bride on the night you marry her,
- 10:05not you. Cuz we want nice smart people
- 10:08to show up and not those common riff
- 10:10raff like you. These are things where
- 10:12liberty has developed over the years,
- 10:14hasn't it? And so those people, liberty
- 10:17was a bit uh constricted, right? And uh
- 10:20so they ran to America. America, you
- 10:23know, over those time periods, you know,
- 10:25we don't want to be subject to these
- 10:26kind of morons. We don't want to be
- 10:28subject to a government or a duke or a
- 10:30prince or a narl or some kind of other
- 10:32emperor or dictator telling us what to
- 10:35do, right? So, liberty means I want to
- 10:39go, but there's got to be limits. We
- 10:41ought to have some societal norm to
- 10:43that. On top of that,
- 10:46US was supposed to provide that. Okay,
- 10:48US I mean, here we are in the US, but
- 10:50guess what? we have and and states are
- 10:52supposed to provide it and they provide
- 10:54a different level of society awareness
- 10:56and societal duties than does the
- 10:59country of the United States. The United
- 11:01States, it's a freaking mess. You know,
- 11:03we we're in debt to our to our nuts. We
- 11:06can't we can't uh we can't I mean, hell,
- 11:09each of us could give up our firstborn
- 11:10children and still not pay the debt,
- 11:12right? You know, to to the to the idiots
- 11:15that are running the show now. And that
- 11:19translates down to the the that's on the
- 11:22national level. You know, we we have
- 11:24great things in this country, but we got
- 11:26a bunch of morons in charge of it as
- 11:28well, which is one of the things that
- 11:30happens in any governmental system.
- 11:31Y'all go through there. I read a book um
- 11:34the other not long ago that talked about
- 11:36the collapse, the the impending doom.
- 11:39And I'm not so big on the doomsday books
- 11:42and I'm not a big doomsdayer, but just
- 11:45because you don't believe it doesn't
- 11:46mean it's not coming. [laughter]
- 11:48You know, just because you're not crazy
- 11:51doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
- 11:53Okay? And uh uh you know, just because
- 11:55you're not paranoid doesn't mean people
- 11:58aren't hanging around the corner waiting
- 12:00to pluck you off because they are. And
- 12:03uh it's a it's a crazy old world. And
- 12:06some of this is going on right here in
- 12:09Missouri. Okay, we've got
- 12:13several actions. I've read them to you
- 12:15before on Friday mornings on my Civic
- 12:17Outlaws program this Friday, uh, 7 a.m.
- 12:20to 8:30, we'll be having Civic Outlaws,
- 12:23and we'll be going over hopefully an
- 12:25article that I'm trying to finish up
- 12:26this afternoon that I will have for you
- 12:29on gaming, on Katherine Hanoway and her
- 12:32her her activities. We got a followup on
- 12:36that which I started several weeks ago,
- 12:38but it's been a busy few weeks. Uh the
- 12:41tomorrow probably will not be a show on
- 12:43international flavor unless I get a
- 12:46chance to record it tonight. It'll be
- 12:48pre-recorded because tomorrow I'm a busy
- 12:50little beaver and I have got to go on a
- 12:54uh a day trip somewhere very early and
- 12:58uh rather not talk about it on the show,
- 13:00but there will be no show unless it's
- 13:03pre-recorded, but I'll announce that if
- 13:05I uh uh have a show tomorrow, I'll say
- 13:07this is pre-recorded, so you can't call
- 13:08in and you don't need to worry about
- 13:10calling in. So, uh, my attack over the
- 13:12next few days, and I've done a lot of
- 13:15research on this for for MOAG if you go
- 13:17down to Missouri Licensing Advocacy
- 13:20Group, moag.org.
- 13:24Uh, you can check out the activities.
- 13:26Uh, Civic Outlaws is an educational and,
- 13:31uh, charitable organization. We want
- 13:33your money. We want your input. We want
- 13:35you to come and join us in creating this
- 13:37type of information for people. That's
- 13:40what we wish. If you want to find out
- 13:41more about it or you have specific
- 13:43questions or you want to sit down and
- 13:45see whether your organization can uh
- 13:47connect with ours in a certain way, then
- 13:49you send an email to me at samu
- 13:52tcivicoutlaws.com.
- 13:55And uh I also have the like I told you
- 13:58just a a few minutes ago, modern
- 14:00lawecosystem.com. from Samuel T. Samuel
- 14:02T@ internationalflavor.com
- 14:04is also an email for the radio program
- 14:07you're listening to right now. So, Civic
- 14:10Outlaws and MOAG are partnering and
- 14:13going through and we provide research.
- 14:18We provide legal strategy to uh uh MOAG
- 14:24and MOAG is a 501c6
- 14:28civic outlaws 501c3 MAG 501c6. When what
- 14:32does that give us? What's the
- 14:33differentiation? It's still a charitable
- 14:35organization. We're pushing people to
- 14:37join us. people that hold licensing
- 14:39because licensing has turning into a
- 14:43serious serious conflict in the state of
- 14:46Missouri. A lot of you might know the
- 14:48story about me and going through it's
- 14:50pretty funny because I was meeting with
- 14:52a uh a potential client the other day
- 14:55talking to some uh somebody about one of
- 14:58the one of the projects that we're doing
- 15:00and um the book that I wrote to the
- 15:03United States Supreme Court. Okay, it
- 15:05cost you 10,000 bucks to write a book uh
- 15:08that has to be in certain little type.
- 15:09It's a little paperback book. This is
- 15:11one of the things of practicing
- 15:13law that a lot of lawyers don't even
- 15:15know because guess what? You don't go to
- 15:16the Supreme Court all that often of the
- 15:19United States. Most of it's because
- 15:21nobody wants to spend the spend the
- 15:22money, the time, or the effort to have
- 15:24the United States Supreme Court, which
- 15:26also doesn't do anything. They sit up
- 15:28there and they pick cases and they pick
- 15:29out uh less than 6% of the cases
- 15:34presented to them per year. So, you know
- 15:37that even when you file your suit, the
- 15:40only ones that are going to get listened
- 15:41to are the Donald Trump cases or the
- 15:44big-time political cases. They don't
- 15:46listen to anything else or obscure
- 15:48rulings that they need to come up with.
- 15:50But they the 90 94% they just ignore.
- 15:55[laughter]
- 15:56They just write, "Nope, one word. Nope.
- 16:00We ain't listening. We we're we're not
- 16:02interested." Basically, okay. And uh so
- 16:06your real your real if you get justice
- 16:09on this planet, which I did not, but if
- 16:12you get justice, the alleged justice is
- 16:14coming from three dudes on the appellet
- 16:17court of the level where you are. And us
- 16:19here in Missouri, we're on the eighth
- 16:21circuit. Okay? And I'm I'm I'm telling
- 16:23you this for a reason because I talked
- 16:26to you about Judge Ross in the Eastern
- 16:28District of Missouri and the ruling that
- 16:30he made on the machines called uh torch
- 16:34machines, which is nuts cuz they're not
- 16:36torch machines. Well, but the only
- 16:38ruling he applied is torch machines.
- 16:41Okay, he applied these torch uh and
- 16:45torch is a company. Torch is a company
- 16:47that makes huge money. And I believe
- 16:50this is me now. This is a theory. It
- 16:52just seems to me this is a this is a Sam
- 16:54believes this is probably happening. But
- 16:56you know Sam could be wrong. It's
- 16:58possible, right? Possible that Sam is
- 17:00wrong. Eh,
- 17:02of course it's possible. Doesn't mean I
- 17:04am. But doesn't mean I am. Just because
- 17:06you're wrong doesn't mean u uh um well,
- 17:10forget that part. I I'm not going to say
- 17:12anything rude right now. I'll try not
- 17:14to. But the fact is is that this ruling
- 17:18by this judge Ross
- 17:21which started with and this is very
- 17:23creative very creative use of this by
- 17:28the US attorney's office by Katherine
- 17:30Hanway by anybody that's interested in
- 17:33creating a name for themselves
- 17:37to become the next governor perhaps to
- 17:40uh uh to tell the people the way things
- 17:44ought to be to politicize it a
- 17:46particular way to push people in the
- 17:49direction where it wants to go. What did
- 17:50we start this conversation with?
- 17:52Liberty, right? Liberty. Liberty is your
- 17:55ability to do the things that you want
- 17:57to do. If you like to sit at home all
- 18:01day,
- 18:02all day long, 247, and play video games
- 18:07on your uh I don't know, your Wii
- 18:09station, your PlayStation, what whatever
- 18:11they're doing these days. uh computer
- 18:15games of some sort and that's what you
- 18:16like, well, God love you for it. Swing
- 18:19your arms while walking down the street
- 18:21and God love you for it. If you like to
- 18:23ride your bicycle like I do and you can
- 18:26just get on your bicycle and if I could
- 18:28ride if there was a place to ride at the
- 18:30lake, there really isn't. It's a death
- 18:32wish here. Death wish I have to go
- 18:34somewhere to find a path that you're not
- 18:36going to get murdered on your bicycle.
- 18:39And so that's a that's a story for a
- 18:42different day. That's liberty. It's you
- 18:45can go do what you want. And if you wish
- 18:46to walk down to your convenience store
- 18:51and inside there happen to be some
- 18:53gaming uh if you want to call it gaming.
- 18:57There happen to be things that you can
- 18:59put money into and play games just like
- 19:01a video game. Now, nobody would be
- 19:03bitching. Katherine Hannah wouldn't be
- 19:06complaining at all if there were 10
- 19:09Pac-Man games and they had arcade style
- 19:12games and Sam wandered down to the
- 19:15convenience store where there's alcohol
- 19:18being sold and played Pac-Man all day
- 19:23long. Nobody
- 19:26would say a thing. And by the way, I do
- 19:29believe there's a tax on that money that
- 19:32comes in. The state of Missouri makes
- 19:34some money off of Pac-Man. They make
- 19:35some money off of whatever. And also,
- 19:38nobody's ever gonna if you go to
- 19:41the casino. You get in your car, you
- 19:44drive to Kansas City or St. Louis. Uh,
- 19:47most people don't stop in Booneville
- 19:48these days and go to a casino and sit
- 19:54there all day long and put in $500 worth
- 19:58of freaking quarters into a machine that
- 20:03may or may not pay you some money. Okay?
- 20:08So, in between and and by the way, if
- 20:11there's a foosball table at the at the
- 20:14convenience store and you and your buddy
- 20:15go down and play foosball all day or a
- 20:18gaming center or an arcade or an Elks
- 20:22lodge or a charitable organization that
- 20:25has them in the basement or the back
- 20:27room, nobody is going to complain. Okay,
- 20:33but now is where the picking and
- 20:34choosing gets interesting, right?
- 20:36because Katherine Hanoway and uh Kristen
- 20:42Templeton and company at the alcohol
- 20:45tobacco control and at the attorney
- 20:47general's office are deciding for you
- 20:52between those two things. Okay, between
- 20:55those, you can't go to the casino cuz I
- 20:58don't know, your card uh you don't drive
- 21:01it more than 10 miles because it's on
- 21:04its last legs and by God, you're not
- 21:06ready to go buy a new one. So, you're
- 21:08not going to the casino and you don't
- 21:10like playing Pac-Man. So, you're not
- 21:12going to go down to play Pac-Man or
- 21:14Galaga or whatever the hell they're
- 21:16playing these days. And they got some
- 21:17pretty cool ones.
- 21:19uh you know these video games that you
- 21:21play and you'd rather not play a game on
- 21:24your computer or gamble on your computer
- 21:28uh with sports books, which you can do
- 21:31in the state of Missouri. You'd rather
- 21:33not sports book and you want the
- 21:37opportunity, you know, it's fun for you
- 21:39to sometimes play and make some money.
- 21:40Gambling, not gambling, whatever. I
- 21:43don't care it. To me, it doesn't make
- 21:45any difference. and to the planet it
- 21:47doesn't make a lick of difference. But
- 21:51right now to the people that wish to
- 21:54impede your liberty, Katherine Hanoway,
- 21:59uh Christian Templeton and company, they
- 22:01create rules literally to screw with
- 22:06people and destroy their lives
- 22:09financially, financial lives, many
- 22:12financial lives. You start at the
- 22:14beginning where people have been doing
- 22:16this and this is the fault of the state
- 22:19of Missouri of your legislature of your
- 22:23administrative tyrants like uh Hannah
- 22:26and uh Templeton. These tyrants wish to
- 22:30tell you what to do. Whether you're a
- 22:32business owner, whether you're an Elks
- 22:34lodge guy, whether you're I don't know
- 22:36what. whether you're you're they don't
- 22:37want to tell you what to do anymore
- 22:39because the legislature finally pulled
- 22:40their heads out of their asses and did
- 22:42something about gambling online just
- 22:44like they did about the marijuana. I
- 22:46don't like marijuana. This is here's a
- 22:49perfect example. I don't like it. Don't
- 22:51use it. Not interested. Don't really
- 22:53want to see my kids use it. Don't want
- 22:55to see any grandkids use it. I frankly
- 22:58am against marijuana. Me. Okay. But the
- 23:01law says people can smoke that crap if
- 23:05they want to. Okay. And more power to
- 23:07you. And there I listen to the
- 23:08arguments. I don't care. I had my own
- 23:10brother tell me a few days ago that this
- 23:13uh uh that he is trying. And by the way,
- 23:16his views are very similar to mine where
- 23:18he says, "I'm not uh you know, I don't
- 23:20like that thing. Nobody likes that
- 23:21thing. It's a gateway drug." Blah blah
- 23:23blah. All the crap we've heard for ages.
- 23:25I still am of the opinion that I'm not
- 23:28going to start using a drug like that
- 23:30because I wouldn't finish. I I know my
- 23:34personality. I know the way I am. I
- 23:36would keep up and I would do it the the
- 23:38best of anybody ever. I'd be very very
- 23:42good at it. So, I won't even start. And
- 23:45I don't drink that much anymore cuz I
- 23:47got too damn good at it. And it cost me
- 23:49things in my life that I wish it hadn't.
- 23:51So, I don't drink much anymore. Very
- 23:53rarely. I don't I you know, and if I do,
- 23:55it's one or two. It's not, you know, the
- 23:58the the life of the party chasing the
- 24:00white women. That wasn't me. Well, any
- 24:02women, but but it it uh it it doesn't it
- 24:05I don't do that anymore cuz I got too
- 24:08freaking good at it, right? But that was
- 24:09my liberty. Those are my choices. And
- 24:12you're supposed to go through life
- 24:14making your own choices. Not having
- 24:17Katherine Hanoway, not having uh Kristen
- 24:20Templeton, who by the way, I have an
- 24:21interesting story about her to go
- 24:23through because she is only the acting
- 24:26director. And how long do you got to be
- 24:27the acting director? You want to talk
- 24:29about a government that doesn't do
- 24:30anything? Talk about this. Talk and and
- 24:33this I should do an entire segment on
- 24:36because this is nonsense. This lady is
- 24:39creating policy for the state of
- 24:41Missouri and she's unelected. She hasn't
- 24:44even properly been appointed. All she's
- 24:46doing is filling a seat and nobody has
- 24:50done what they're supposed to do. DPS,
- 24:52what the hell is that guy's name?
- 24:53Department of Public Safety. James, Mark
- 24:55James, I believe, is his name. He hasn't
- 24:57done what he's supposed to do. Guess
- 24:58what he's supposed to do? He's supposed
- 25:00to recommend the supervisor of alcohol
- 25:02tobacco control to the governor. He
- 25:05recogn He says who that is. Here are the
- 25:07candidates. Here's a candidate. Here's
- 25:09the person we'd like to see in there
- 25:10because he's her boss. Okay. Mark James
- 25:14is the boss of uh the ATC chief, ATC
- 25:17supervisor.
- 25:19And that is Kristen Templeton. And she
- 25:21is unappointed, unelected. She is just
- 25:23holding a position. They have her listed
- 25:25down as a couple of positions. This what
- 25:27chief of enforcement or something. And
- 25:29then the second one is she's the acting
- 25:31supervisor. Well, she's been everything
- 25:33she signs is acting supervisor. Well,
- 25:35actually there's some confusion on that
- 25:36because sometimes she signs it acting,
- 25:38sometimes she signs it for real, right?
- 25:40Who knows? Sometime [laughter] they
- 25:42don't even have that down to a science
- 25:44yet. They're they're making it up as
- 25:46they go along. And certainly she is. So
- 25:48you put this in in in perspective.
- 25:51There's supposed to be a process that
- 25:54doesn't impede my liberty to go to a
- 25:58convenience store and play a game that
- 26:00might pay me some benefit. Might be
- 26:03gambling, might not be gambling. I don't
- 26:06even know how the damn machines work.
- 26:07All I know is that a judge named Judge
- 26:10Ross in Eastern District of Missouri
- 26:13ruled that certain torch machines were
- 26:17not legal in the state of Missouri. his
- 26:20ruling, his declaratory relief, which by
- 26:22the way, he claimed he wasn't going to
- 26:26do. He wasn't going to Why am I yelling?
- 26:28I don't know. He wasn't going to do
- 26:30that. He wasn't going to put He wasn't
- 26:32going to make a decision on declaratory
- 26:34relief on that issue. Why? Because the
- 26:37state of Missouri should do that, he
- 26:39said. But he also said, "Well, they're a
- 26:42bunch of lazy bastards and they haven't
- 26:44done it yet because Torch gave him the
- 26:46opportunity in 2019 in Cole County
- 26:49Circuit Court." I don't remember the
- 26:50judge. Might have been Judge Green.
- 26:52Don't remember. And uh and I like Dan
- 26:54Green. He's been up there a while and
- 26:55he's a good dude. And you know, we used
- 26:57to do some running around way back in
- 26:59the day and he was a lot of fun. And uh
- 27:01now you know and he's nothing crazy, you
- 27:03know, good good dude. and uh and he he
- 27:07his his ruling I think and I could be
- 27:09mistaken on that might have been
- 27:10somebody else but I'm pretty sure it was
- 27:12Mr. uh Judge Green and uh they they
- 27:16appealed that ruling to the uh Western
- 27:18District of Missouri and nobody did
- 27:20anything about it. Nobody appointed it.
- 27:22Why is that?
- 27:24Because torch at the time didn't have
- 27:28proper standing. Standing means you
- 27:30don't have anything really to lose right
- 27:31now. Right now, you don't have anything
- 27:33to lose and there's no real controversy.
- 27:36So, it's not even a real contraversy
- 27:38yet. You're asking us to give an opinion
- 27:42on a case that we can't know all the
- 27:45facts of because there's no case. All
- 27:49you're doing is saying, "Well, what if
- 27:52Sam was walking down the street swinging
- 27:54his arms and I was over the street
- 27:55swinging my arms and Sam's arms ran into
- 27:57my arms? What are we going to do?" Well,
- 28:00we don't know because it hasn't happened
- 28:01yet. That is what it means to not have
- 28:04standing. You don't know because it
- 28:06hasn't happened yet. You can't go
- 28:09walking down the street swing. Well, you
- 28:10can you can go walking down the street
- 28:11swinging your arms and I can go walking
- 28:12down the street swinging my arms. Both
- 28:14of those are legal things. But when we
- 28:16run into each other, you go, "Man, you
- 28:19got your your your peanut butter and my
- 28:22chocolate." And I go, "No, you got your
- 28:23chocolate on my peanut butter. This is
- 28:25crap." And then uh you know, I don't
- 28:27want your chocolate. I just want my
- 28:28peanut butter. And some third guy comes
- 28:30up and grabs your your mix and goes,
- 28:32"Man, this tastes great. Think I'll make
- 28:34me some uh Reese's Reese's uh take money
- 28:38from Malia. You go enjoy your peanut
- 28:40butter. You go enjoy your chocolate. I'm
- 28:42going to do this." And the court can
- 28:44then analyze something that happened
- 28:46because they have an actual controversy.
- 28:49They don't have a whatif. And the two
- 28:52chocolate the two two people that ran
- 28:53the chocolate and the peanut go, "Wait a
- 28:55minute. That was my idea. It was my
- 28:56peanut butter." The guy goes, "No, it
- 28:58was my idea. I put the chocolate on top
- 29:00of it and this guy stole it." So now you
- 29:03got three people with a real lawsuit and
- 29:05a judge that could possibly say
- 29:06something. That's what you got with
- 29:08Torch. Okay? That's what you got in 2019
- 29:10when they said, "Look, we need to know.
- 29:13We need to know, judge, and we want you
- 29:17to tell us whether these machines are
- 29:19legal or illegal." And guess what Judge
- 29:21Green said, which I believe it was him.
- 29:23Uh don't quote me on that because I
- 29:25could be wrong. I'd have to look it up,
- 29:27but he said that uh uh no, there's no
- 29:30real controversy. Have a nice day. Let's
- 29:32get a controversy first, then come back.
- 29:35That was 2019. They appealed that court
- 29:38told said the same thing. They upheld
- 29:40Mr. Judge Green's ruling and said,
- 29:42"Well, you know, that makes sense to us
- 29:44and you don't have a controversy. Have a
- 29:46nice day." Guess what we have right the
- 29:48hell now? A controversy. Okay. And what
- 29:51has happened is that we have a real
- 29:54controversy now. And the controversy in
- 29:56the district court in the Eastern
- 29:58District of Missouri is not that
- 30:01controversy. In fact, that judge, Judge
- 30:04Ross, said, "Listen,
- 30:07don't um
- 30:09I cannot rule on this." When he said
- 30:12when one of them said uh when the
- 30:14plaintiff u some TNT Amusements or
- 30:18something like that, I can't remember
- 30:19who it was. I think it's TNT Amusements
- 30:22said, "We're suing Torch because our
- 30:24Pac-Man games and our foosball tables
- 30:28are leaving the convenience stores and
- 30:30they're taking all our business." Well,
- 30:32of course you are. Nobody plays Pac-Man
- 30:34or foosball anymore. They're playing
- 30:36these cool electronic games that may or
- 30:38may not pay you out some money, right?
- 30:41That's what people are playing. That's
- 30:42where the money is. That's where the
- 30:44people are going, right? They want to
- 30:46play these games. What's wrong with it
- 30:49in an arcade? What the hell do you care?
- 30:51Well, who's against it? We'll get to
- 30:52that in a minute. Okay. And I think I
- 30:55want to play a a tune today to to break,
- 30:57but I'm not going to break just yet cuz
- 30:59I got to finish this point, right? And
- 31:01the point is that the the the
- 31:05interpretation of this particular Judge
- 31:09Ross ruling came after the fact. He
- 31:13didn't need to say this, but he did. And
- 31:18he changed his mind from what he was
- 31:20saying just a few short moments ago. Oh,
- 31:23that reality doesn't exist. That was a
- 31:25few minutes ago. And my reasoning is
- 31:28completely wrong. And so, my own
- 31:30reasoning, I'm going to contradict my
- 31:33damn self. And I'm going to say that
- 31:35those torch machines are illegal in the
- 31:38state of Missouri. Although it only
- 31:41applies to these particular torch
- 31:44machines. These machines, these with
- 31:47this nomenclature, with this software
- 31:50package, with with this setting, these
- 31:54are illegal and I've declared them to be
- 31:58so not to lose an opportunity to uh
- 32:02obscure
- 32:04uh [clears throat] I don't know,
- 32:06obfiscate. Is that is that the word I
- 32:09wanted? I don't know. But to create
- 32:11confusion,
- 32:13not willing to miss that opportunity to
- 32:15create confusion and expand her own
- 32:19power and propaganda and reputation.
- 32:23Guess what happened?
- 32:25Katherine Hanoway, US attorney, I forget
- 32:27his name. I'll have to get it for you.
- 32:29They they chose they chose to interpret
- 32:34it as And by the way, they've gone on a
- 32:36huge propaganda tour. It'd be nice if
- 32:39somebody pushed back on this propaganda
- 32:42tour and told you the truth cuz they're
- 32:45not giving it to you. The truth is that
- 32:49judge's ruling applied only to
- 32:51particular torch machines. So, they made
- 32:55a deal. Katherine Hanoway made a deal
- 32:59with Torch. Torch did the right thing.
- 33:01Torch, what they did after this judge's
- 33:03ruling is they asked a judge and said,
- 33:04"Hey, wait, Judge, that remember what we
- 33:07did back in 2019 in Missouri?" He goes,
- 33:10"Yeah, but Missouri didn't do anything
- 33:11with it. They now we have a
- 33:13controversy." Well, yeah, but we have a
- 33:14controversy about only these particular
- 33:16machines, and we would like as torch to
- 33:19appeal your ruling in an interlocatory
- 33:23fashion. Interlocatory means while the
- 33:25case is still pending, you know, the
- 33:27rest of the case still go on, but we
- 33:29want to appeal this particular decision
- 33:32inside the lawsuit. We want to appeal
- 33:35that. And you have to have the judge's
- 33:37permission to do that. And so they filed
- 33:39a motion. They said, "Look, first you
- 33:41said that, nope, I'm never going to rule
- 33:43on declaratory relief." Then you changed
- 33:46your own mind, argued against yourself,
- 33:49and put it out there. We want to appeal
- 33:51that. We think there's a likelihood. I
- 33:53think so too that the appellet court in
- 33:55the eighth district is going to overturn
- 33:57what you just said because you argued it
- 33:59yourself. This is nuts. And by the way,
- 34:01one of those points that you pointed out
- 34:03was that the state of Missouri needs to
- 34:05do something about this. And what's
- 34:07happening now is Katherine Hanoway is
- 34:09seizing the opportunity to say that she
- 34:12is doing something because she's an
- 34:15individual and because the legislature
- 34:18obviously did not. They're a bunch of
- 34:20hacks that can't get anything done
- 34:22anyway, right? They haven't gotten
- 34:24anything done on this issue which has
- 34:27been in front of them repeatedly for
- 34:30years. Okay? And the law doesn't say all
- 34:34machines are illegal. That's just what
- 34:37some administrator is interpreting it to
- 34:40be. And what do you remember me telling
- 34:42you over the last several months about
- 34:45um the fall of the Chevron doctrine?
- 34:50Remember the Chevron doctrine? Chevron
- 34:52versus EPA back in 1983 and the Chevron
- 34:56vers EPA. They said, uh uh listen,
- 34:58there's particular rules that are going
- 35:00to be like this and we interpret the
- 35:01rules this way. And the court, the lazy
- 35:04court in whatever district that was
- 35:06said, well, you know what? uh those
- 35:09administrators, they know what they're
- 35:11doing and they're lifelong
- 35:12administrators and Caesars of power and
- 35:15uh they love their power and they know
- 35:18things about the EPA.
- 35:21Why don't we let them decide what the
- 35:24legislature meant? That was called the
- 35:28Chevron doctrine and that became
- 35:30nationally recognized as the way for an
- 35:33agency
- 35:35to take authority not granted to them by
- 35:40the legislature all the way back to your
- 35:4310th grade civics class. Remember what
- 35:45you got are three p forms of government,
- 35:47right? Or three branches, I mean three
- 35:49forms of power. Administrative,
- 35:53right? which is executive branch,
- 35:56legislative which is your Congress, your
- 35:58uh uh House of Representatives and your
- 36:02uh u Senate and your judicial that's the
- 36:07courts. Now, as of 2024, and that's why
- 36:12all this confusion exists, that's why
- 36:14this is so important. As of 2024,
- 36:18the Supreme Court of the United States
- 36:19overturned that BS ruling from
- 36:231983 and destroyed the case of Chevron
- 36:27deference, deferring two
- 36:31administrative who like to
- 36:33seize power. Okay, those administrative
- 36:35no longer get to seize power
- 36:38willy-nilly like is trying to be done
- 36:41with
- 36:43Katherine Hanoway and uh Kristen
- 36:46Templeton. That's what they're doing.
- 36:48They are seizing power. That's what they
- 36:50do. It's what they live for. They are
- 36:54administrators. And the executive
- 36:56branch, the governor here, isn't doing
- 36:58anything about it. Haven't heard a word
- 36:59from the governor about any of this.
- 37:01What in the world? He hasn't said
- 37:03anything. That's your policy, dude.
- 37:05That's the dude that you elected. You
- 37:08And you I mean, that's where the power
- 37:10that's where the policy is supposed to
- 37:13be created. It ain't supposed to be
- 37:15created by some not even certified or or
- 37:20advised and consented to by the Senate,
- 37:23which is supposed to be done by DPS.
- 37:25James, when you think about all the
- 37:27people who've done nothing except seize
- 37:30power, it makes you sick. You go, look
- 37:33at these people. This is not how you're
- 37:36supposed to run a government, friends
- 37:39and neighbors. That's not what we signed
- 37:41up for in 10th grade. And we said, "All
- 37:43right, we'll let these run it
- 37:45for a while and we'll let them do it the
- 37:47correct way." And they I shouldn't speak
- 37:49like that, by the way. I'm going to
- 37:50apologize. I'm getting on a roll here
- 37:52and I need to tone it down. But you
- 37:54still shouldn't let these people seize
- 37:57power in the way that they are doing.
- 37:59What I'm going to do is probably
- 38:01shouldn't, but I'm going to do it
- 38:02anyway. I'm going to drink some coffee
- 38:06is what I'm going to do. I'm going to
- 38:07have a little bit of a sip and I'm going
- 38:10to play for you a uh fantastic song. Oh
- 38:14no, that one's too long. I can't play
- 38:15that. Um, what in the wide world of
- 38:19sports is going on here?
- 38:22Uh, oh, I know why. Something happened
- 38:24and I'm not logged in as the proper
- 38:26dude.
- 38:28Uh, so wait a second. We're going to fix
- 38:30that because I have a song for you. I
- 38:32already picked it out. It's just I got
- 38:33to select it and we're going to play. I
- 38:36like where I've been going the last few
- 38:37days with my breakin songs except the go
- 38:40west thing from yesterday uh with the
- 38:43Pet Shop Boys. And although I do like
- 38:45the Pet Shop Boys, we're not going to
- 38:46hear any more of that for today. Uh,
- 38:49where' she go?
- 38:52my
- 38:54uh Arabic sort of uh tones is what I
- 38:58think is where the break is going to be.
- 39:02I'm still searching. Sorry. I I usually
- 39:05am much better at having this uh set up
- 39:08the way I like it. And something
- 39:12happened here to screw it all up. So,
- 39:17we're gonna Oh, I I was watching some
- 39:19interesting manhole cover stuff where a
- 39:21guy was recording videos in the middle
- 39:23of the night of people climbing down the
- 39:24streets in the manholes. It's kind of
- 39:26weird. There's a whole story about it.
- 39:28Anyway, get out on YouTube and waste
- 39:29some time out there, but I'm going to
- 39:31play for you in the meantime a beautiful
- 39:33piece of music.
- 39:37Good stuff, Maynard. I enjoy that. Um,
- 39:40that is uh uh d e p y n deepen uh still
- 39:46typing is uh the song. It's an original
- 39:49mix. I kind of like it and I hope you
- 39:52did, too. Anyway, I've shared it. I've
- 39:54calmed down. I've had a little bit of
- 39:56coffee. One more sip, please.
- 39:58M
- 40:01good coffee. That's what that is. Uh so,
- 40:03we're going to get out of that. I tell
- 40:07you [clears throat] what, I think on I I
- 40:09well I know on Friday I'm going to get
- 40:11into more detail on this issue that that
- 40:14I've been talking about so far. Uh but I
- 40:17have a lot of other things to talk about
- 40:18that are more international in nature
- 40:21that I wish to share with you. And I
- 40:24wanted to talk about this uh castle that
- 40:28uh was seized
- 40:30to share a story with it. Um you know
- 40:33what though? I I hate to say it, but I
- 40:36wasn't quite finished with my rant um on
- 40:39on several of the topics because I think
- 40:42it's important that people pay attention
- 40:45to that kind of activity and some of the
- 40:49some of the structure that we have. So,
- 40:52I we'll get to the to the Lebanese for
- 40:55fortress that was seized by Israel uh
- 40:59probably in the next segment because I'm
- 41:01I'm I'm about to do it again. And I hope
- 41:04I don't get on the rant and start
- 41:06yelling in the microphone again because
- 41:08uh frankly that doesn't get a lot done.
- 41:11But I I believe I can explain it and I
- 41:13can answer questions on all of this. And
- 41:16I have answered questions to quite a few
- 41:20businesses on behalf of MAG and and MAG
- 41:24is um Missouri Licensing Advocacy Group,
- 41:28our 501c6.
- 41:30and we
- 41:34have
- 41:36a we have a pathway.
- 41:38What MOAG does is these questions.
- 41:41Imagine that you're a
- 41:44uh convenience store owner and and we'll
- 41:48look at a convenience store owner first.
- 41:50You're a convenience store owner and
- 41:53then
- 41:55uh you have had gaming machines
- 42:00of the type the dispute in the Eastern
- 42:03District has to do with TNT Amusements
- 42:05who who says listen
- 42:08they're taking all of our Pac-Man
- 42:10they're taking all of our Galaga
- 42:12nobody's coming to play the the one with
- 42:15the ball or the spinning no one's using
- 42:17the claw anymore to go and pick up gifts
- 42:19for their kids and they put that money
- 42:21in it's okay to give your money away for
- 42:23something like that that's fine nobody
- 42:26has a problem with that but you can't
- 42:28take a machine and put it in there and
- 42:30put money in that and somebody's making
- 42:32money off it. Somebody's making money
- 42:34off everything or that machine wouldn't
- 42:36be there. Why do you think a TNT
- 42:38Amusements sued Torch?
- 42:41Cuz Torch has a better product and
- 42:44something that people are playing. The
- 42:47gaming gaming is evolving. Nobody's
- 42:50interested in Gallagher, Pac-Man, or
- 42:52Foosball anymore. And they're losing
- 42:55share. And they were talking about it.
- 42:57And now they're suing and saying, "Well,
- 42:59it's predatory of these guys to go in."
- 43:01And so they hang their hat on the
- 43:04possibility
- 43:06that they can say, "Uh-uh, those
- 43:08machines are gambling." And not every
- 43:11machine when you walk into a convenience
- 43:13store is a gambling machine. Not
- 43:17everyone is. Some of these country
- 43:20companies out there aren't providing
- 43:21gambling machines at all. That that's
- 43:25not gambling. that or it's a perfectly
- 43:28allowable sort of thing. But what
- 43:30Katherine Hanoway and company have done
- 43:33what they have done and people aren't
- 43:35paying attention and they ought to be
- 43:37but they haven't done this that and I
- 43:39you know what I'd like to get one of the
- 43:40lawyers in. I've met with several
- 43:42different lawyers for de several
- 43:43different companies on this matter uh
- 43:46for for for Mo Lag and for all this
- 43:48stuff and it'd be fun to get one of them
- 43:51on there um and see what their thoughts
- 43:53are and what their discussions have been
- 43:54with Katherine Hanoway. But all of this
- 43:57is being done for publicity and power
- 44:00and potentially being governor next.
- 44:02That's what it's being done for. They
- 44:04don't give a crap about these machines.
- 44:06They've already made a deal with Torch
- 44:08anyway and probably with a couple of
- 44:10other ones. Okay. And I want to know
- 44:12what those deals are. I'm I'm sending
- 44:14them uh sunshine requests probably even
- 44:16today saying, "Tell me what the deal is.
- 44:19How come you go and arrest all these
- 44:21people and charge them with all this
- 44:22stuff and then dismiss all the charges,
- 44:24give them back their machines and their
- 44:26money? Why?
- 44:29Why are you doing that?" Well, it's
- 44:30obvious. You're only doing it because
- 44:32you need the political capital right the
- 44:35hell now. That's why. And so you create
- 44:38that and people go, "Look, they're doing
- 44:40something." Oh, yeah. They're doing
- 44:42something. All right. They're making
- 44:44deals, back deals with people that have
- 44:47freaking money. That's what they're
- 44:48doing. If you have the money, you can
- 44:50make a deal. By the way, the hardest
- 44:52part of any any criminal suit cuz let's
- 44:55say it's against the law to have a
- 44:57machine of a particular type in your
- 44:59convenience store. You're Mr.
- 45:01Convenience Store owner. The state of
- 45:02Missouri hasn't done a freaking thing to
- 45:05figure out what this is except have
- 45:07Katherine Hanowway stand up and make it
- 45:10up as she goes along and say all those
- 45:13gray area machines are illegal. So if
- 45:17it's not Pac-Man and it's not the claw
- 45:19and it's not a uh
- 45:22a uh
- 45:24uh what do you call it? a uh machine
- 45:28that gives you a prize. The claw gives
- 45:32you a prize if you win, doesn't that?
- 45:35Isn't that gambling? Isn't a claw
- 45:38machine a gamble every time you stand in
- 45:41front of it? Cuz you're either going to
- 45:44get the pretty little uh
- 45:47uh
- 45:49stuffed animal in the form of a gremlin
- 45:53or you're not. You're gambling and your
- 45:57dollar and nobody would say a word if
- 45:59you stood all day long and pumped dollar
- 46:02bills into the claw on the hopes of
- 46:05getting a machine. What is it when you
- 46:08go to a county fair and they have all
- 46:11these stuffed animals up there and they
- 46:13give you these guns that shoot little
- 46:15pieces of light out that sometimes bring
- 46:18you a prize and sometimes don't. Oh,
- 46:21those are all up straight up and
- 46:22legitimate, right? You can always knock
- 46:25over all three of those ball uh bottles
- 46:28with a uh with a weighted uh softball,
- 46:31right? You can always do that.
- 46:34[laughter]
- 46:37That's not gambling. That's just family
- 46:40fun. The family is having fun. And boy,
- 46:44if those kids want that, those kids are
- 46:46yelling at you to put more dollar in.
- 46:48That's freaking g nope. I can't gamble.
- 46:50Katherine Hanoway says, "Well, those
- 46:52machines are in the gray area and you
- 46:54can't gamble." Why does Katherine
- 46:57Hanoway give a rip? I don't give a rip.
- 47:00You want to go pump money into one of
- 47:02those machines in the claw? Uh, which by
- 47:05the way, those are completely legal as
- 47:07far as I'm aware. You can go that that's
- 47:08the only way you're get you got to get
- 47:10rid of the claw machine. Why in the hell
- 47:12would you do that? Kids love that
- 47:14machine because there's a possibility
- 47:17they might get what? A prize. They're
- 47:20gonna get a prize. But that's gambling.
- 47:23That's gambling. We better put those in
- 47:25casinos or the casinos are losing money
- 47:27according to the casino lobby. Anyway,
- 47:30the which is by the way all these are
- 47:32great big backroom discussion deals with
- 47:37highly powerful people financially
- 47:40influential, rich, whatever you want to
- 47:43call about it. These are people who have
- 47:46lots to gain or lose just like always
- 47:52these people have that. And so this is
- 47:55what's going on are these deals. And I
- 47:57believe Kathern Hanoway has made some
- 47:59deals. And I believe Kathern Hanoway has
- 48:01made some deals with with uh certain
- 48:04companies. I want to see them. Why would
- 48:06one company be any different than any
- 48:08other? And why would you make one deal
- 48:09and not apply it to the whole state?
- 48:12That's what MAG exists for,
- 48:16I believe. So we're going to start with
- 48:19our sunshine request and getting
- 48:20information directly from her. This is
- 48:22what we're gonna do. Okay. That's what
- 48:25we're gonna do. Okay. And and I want to
- 48:28get these I' I I' I'd bring her on. I'd
- 48:30bring her on the show. She can chat. By
- 48:32the way, I keep seeing these signs for
- 48:34judges and I know them both. I'd like to
- 48:36invite either one of them to come on and
- 48:38chat with me uh for the Miller County
- 48:40judgeship. And uh uh they know who they
- 48:42are, but uh it'd be nice to have them
- 48:44come and talk to me. And I like talking
- 48:46about that crap anyway. And uh it would
- 48:48be nice to get their opinions on this.
- 48:50What would happen if somebody filed a
- 48:52declaratory relief judgement now, Judge
- 48:55Green? Why don't I know Dan, I could
- 48:58give Dan a call and see if he'll talk to
- 48:59me? He won't because it's potentially
- 49:01would be in front of him and he
- 49:02shouldn't. And I wouldn't question I
- 49:04wouldn't force that upon him anyway
- 49:05because I wouldn't. I'd just file the
- 49:07case. Maybe it'll end up in front of
- 49:09Judge Green. I don't know. Moolag is
- 49:11getting active and we're we have plenty
- 49:13of members and we're going to go after
- 49:15something like this on behalf of all of
- 49:17our members. try to get something
- 49:19statewide because why? The state of
- 49:22Missouri does nothing and they haven't
- 49:25done anything except seize power if
- 49:28you're an administrator. But the
- 49:30administrator isn't supposed to
- 49:33interpret the law. The law is created by
- 49:38the legislature,
- 49:40enacted by the administrator,
- 49:43and the court determines what they
- 49:47meant. if they are unclear, not the
- 49:50administrator because the Chevron
- 49:52doctrine is dead. And in Missouri, it's
- 49:55even stronger because last year the
- 49:58legislature did something right in
- 50:02cottifying this nonifferential
- 50:05stance in Missouri. And you know what? I
- 50:09I I I've done this before, but I'm going
- 50:11to bring it up to you for you again and
- 50:14tell you what it is. Um, and it is our
- 50:19statute
- 50:21in the revised statutes of the state of
- 50:24Missouri
- 50:265364.
- 50:31Okay. And this is the version in 2025.
- 50:38Okay. And it is not very long. So I'll
- 50:41share it with you.
- 50:43The legislature
- 50:45is telling the courts and administrators
- 50:49post Chevron doctrine being overturned
- 50:53in the Loperbrite
- 50:55uh versus I can't remember Loper just
- 50:59look up Loper Brightite L O P E R B R I
- 51:02G HT Loper Bright decision 2024 defeat
- 51:07of the Chevron doctrine in the United
- 51:09States Supreme Court saying deference
- 51:12two administrators unelected is dead.
- 51:16Interpretation will be done by the
- 51:19court. State of Missouri gets together.
- 51:22Legislators say, "Well, you know what?
- 51:25We have a judicial review statute." And
- 51:27that judicial review statute is RSMO
- 51:30revised statute, state of Missouri
- 51:33536.140.
- 51:37The scope of judicial review, judgment,
- 51:40and appeals is the title of this. Okay?
- 51:43And it reads as follows. Paragraph one.
- 51:46The court shall hear the case without a
- 51:48jury and except as otherwise provided in
- 51:51subsection 4 of this section shall hear
- 51:54it upon the petition and record filed as
- 51:57a foret. This tells you how judges will
- 52:00review administrative decisions. Okay?
- 52:04actions taken by the executive branch.
- 52:08That's an administrative decision. This
- 52:10is where Why are we listening to
- 52:12Katherine Hanway, who just wants to be
- 52:14the next governor? Why aren't we
- 52:16listening to Governor Kho rant about uh
- 52:20gray area machines and him say
- 52:23something? Why isn't he saying a word?
- 52:25He hasn't said anything. That's the guy
- 52:27we elected to run the executive branch.
- 52:30this person uh Katherine Hanoway is only
- 52:32the person who wants to be the person
- 52:35running the executive branch the next
- 52:37time when Kho doesn't run for office or
- 52:40if he does or whatever. But I think
- 52:43she's overreaching. That's what I think.
- 52:45And I'm just ordinary citizen Sam. I
- 52:47don't even have I have a law degree and
- 52:49I've used it before, but I'm not a
- 52:50licensed attorney. I'm I'm one of the
- 52:52morons like the rest of us. We're just
- 52:54stupid people. you know, we're not smart
- 52:56enough to figure out that when a judge
- 52:58in the Eastern District says, "Uh, oh,
- 53:00by the way, these particular machines
- 53:03are illegal." We wouldn't stretch that
- 53:06to include any machine ever created
- 53:09anywhere, including the claw or not
- 53:12including the claw depends on who you're
- 53:14asking because the court hasn't
- 53:17determined this. And the legislature is
- 53:19a bunch of inactive people that didn't
- 53:22fix this issue last session. the session
- 53:25before that, the session before that, or
- 53:27the session before that. Why didn't they
- 53:29at least clean up the language that was
- 53:30out there before that left it unclear?
- 53:33People have been doing this for years.
- 53:35And now Katherine Hanoway gets to come
- 53:37in and go, "Well, sorry. You're done."
- 53:40Done. I've made the interpretation and
- 53:42I'm God, not you. And this
- 53:44interpretation, I say, is illegal.
- 53:46That's what I say. Um, you know what?
- 53:48Somebody's going to interrupt my rant.
- 53:50Let us see if that is possible. We shall
- 53:53see. What shall be seen?
- 53:58Are you trying to interrupt my rant?
- 54:02>> Hey. Yeah.
- 54:03>> Why would you do that? I was having fun
- 54:05with that rant.
- 54:07>> Yeah. I'd like to say your show's
- 54:09awesome.
- 54:11>> Well, I appreciate that. Thank you. What
- 54:13else you got?
- 54:13>> I can't though. I can't.
- 54:16>> I love it. Okay. And so, so, well, I
- 54:20appreciate your input, but I'm going to
- 54:22go back to my rant then. Okay. And by
- 54:24the way, as Wait, but but wait a minute.
- 54:27As always, if you want to call an
- 54:29insult, that's okay. If you want to call
- 54:32and and chat about something, tell me
- 54:34what the topic is. But if you don't like
- 54:37it, don't listen.
- 54:40>> Hey, I I I want to uh
- 54:43>> No, no response to that. No response to
- 54:45that.
- 54:46>> Yeah, I'm talking.
- 54:48>> All right, let's go.
- 54:49>> Let's hear it. Hey, uh yesterday you uh
- 54:54your I think it was your sister was
- 54:56talking about uh uh Muslims being a
- 55:00majority.
- 55:02Yeah, I I disagree with that. My wife is
- 55:04Muslim. I I and and and I'm not I I'm
- 55:07not so positive that people should uh
- 55:11just just dislike because of Muslim.
- 55:14However, her point was, and we're we're
- 55:17straying from my original rant, of
- 55:20course, and and and and that part I'm
- 55:22not particularly fond of because we
- 55:25should get into that in the next segment
- 55:26because I do want to finish with my
- 55:28rant. But let me clarify because I
- 55:30intended to do that yesterday. I have no
- 55:32problem with Muslims or Muslim people in
- 55:36general, but I also understand the
- 55:40concern. The concern is that you take a
- 55:44Judeo-Christian
- 55:46environment and turn it into a Muslim
- 55:50possibly Sharia environment because why?
- 55:54Because they think differently. They
- 55:56have a different history. They have a
- 55:58different thought process and belief
- 56:01structure. And we in America for 200
- 56:04years have are Judeo-Christian and have
- 56:07been. And so watching Europe turn into
- 56:10the the Muslim majority, especially
- 56:13England, is for some people concerning.
- 56:15And it's something that we some people
- 56:17think about here in America and go, you
- 56:19know what? We don't want that to happen
- 56:21here. We're Judeo-Christian. We'd like
- 56:23to stay that way. And I get it.
- 56:29>> Judeo-Christian is a a a modern word
- 56:32invented by Israel.
- 56:33>> Well, fine. But that's what we are. What
- 56:37would you call it? I I only use that for
- 56:39a reference point. What do you What What
- 56:41would you call it? Caucasian white. Uh
- 56:45come from Come We're not Slavic. We are
- 56:48We are not white Slavic. The Slavic
- 56:51people are
- 56:51>> label somebody.
- 56:53>> Say what?
- 56:54>> Why you got to label somebody?
- 56:56>> I don't mean to label. I'm just trying
- 56:58to Well, okay. What? What? What? I don't
- 57:01wish to label Muslims, but the fact is
- 57:05because not all Muslims are the same
- 57:06either. The fact is in general as
- 57:10societies, their societies, having lived
- 57:13in one in Qatar, it is much different
- 57:18than the society here. It's It just is.
- 57:21>> You know what?
- 57:22>> And I'm not saying it's wrong. I enjoyed
- 57:24living there and I don't mean to judge
- 57:25them.
- 57:26>> If you don't if you don't like it, you
- 57:27can leave.
- 57:28>> Exactly.
- 57:31Right.
- 57:31>> And I did leave Qatar and I loved Qatar,
- 57:34but I but the structure
- 57:36>> talking about New York City or or
- 57:38wherever you're afraid the Muslims are
- 57:40going to take over.
- 57:41>> What? I'm not afraid they're going to
- 57:42take over. What did I just say? I just
- 57:45said it's a legitimate concern for
- 57:47people that grew up a certain way to
- 57:49want to make sure that their children
- 57:51are growing up the same way they grew
- 57:53up.
- 57:55>> Well, don't don't move to socialist New
- 57:58York City, then. Well, I I I don't live
- 58:00in New York City. After watching people
- 58:02take a dump right on the sidewalk in
- 58:04front of the police and uh the cops do
- 58:07nothing about it, I I was not
- 58:10entertained by that and so I wouldn't
- 58:12live there anyway.
- 58:18>> Okay. Well, I appreciate your input and
- 58:20I will pass that along to my lovely
- 58:22sister uh and uh let her know. Hell, she
- 58:25probably listening. We shall see. Maybe
- 58:28she'll call in and argue with you. But
- 58:30but I don't want to do that. I got to
- 58:32get back to my rant. Okay.
- 58:34>> Why? What? What? Why?
- 58:36>> Why do I have to get back to my rant?
- 58:38>> Am I messing show up?
- 58:40>> No, it's my But it's my show. You want a
- 58:44show? Get a show.
- 58:47>> Yeah, they won't let me.
- 58:48>> Well, they won't get a piece of yours.
- 58:51>> I I'll help you do it.
- 58:53>> What What about the castle? What uh
- 58:55what's it going to take for Israel to be
- 58:57secure?
- 58:58>> Israel Israel is never going to believe
- 59:01it's secure.
- 59:03They're always they're a waring they are
- 59:07a waring nation and and all they want is
- 59:10at least their heads of their heads of
- 59:12state. All they want is continued war.
- 59:16Are you trying to change me over to that
- 59:18quicker than I have been instead of my
- 59:20rants about uh seizing power right here
- 59:23in the state of Missouri?
- 59:25>> Yeah, we don't.
- 59:26>> What's it going to take to make
- 59:27Katherine Hannah and Kristen Templeton
- 59:29secure? Why do we say that? What What's
- 59:31your thought on that process? Do you do
- 59:33you game? Do you go down to the
- 59:35convenience store and play uh play any
- 59:37of those games? I don't. I'm just
- 59:38wondering.
- 59:39>> No, I don't.
- 59:41>> Do you go to the casino ever?
- 59:44>> I don't gamble. Well, I like the casino.
- 59:46I like to go to the casino. And my
- 59:48preferred game is crap. Well, craps is
- 59:51probably number two. I I I like to play
- 59:54blackjack. I like to to uh play um Texas
- 59:58Holde in the in the room there. Every
- 1:00:00once in a while, I'll go join one of
- 1:00:02those gambling events. I mean, should I
- 1:00:05be should I be thrown into the darkest
- 1:00:07pits of hell because I go to the casino?
- 1:00:11>> No. You should be able to go to the
- 1:00:13casino. should be able to go to the
- 1:00:14casino. Should I be able to go to the uh
- 1:00:17convenience store, put money in a
- 1:00:18machine, and have a claw come down and
- 1:00:21pick up a or not pick up a stuffed
- 1:00:24animal?
- 1:00:25>> Yeah, we going to talk about this
- 1:00:26whether whether I want to or not.
- 1:00:28>> Well, just for a minute. It's my show.
- 1:00:30That's what I was talking about. I want
- 1:00:31your opinion. Tell me.
- 1:00:35>> Nobody cares.
- 1:00:36>> Nobody cares. That is right. Let them do
- 1:00:39what they wish to do. Nobody cares.
- 1:00:42Proper answer. Good man. Now, you want
- 1:00:44to talk about that castle? Let us switch
- 1:00:46to the castle and the Lebanon-based
- 1:00:48militant group showing footage yesterday
- 1:00:51of the attacks on Israeli troops now
- 1:00:53operating near Bowfort Castle, which was
- 1:00:56seized by Israel because they don't feel
- 1:00:58secure. You got to take more and more
- 1:01:00and more. You got to keep bombing. And
- 1:01:02by the way, there's another article I
- 1:01:03wanted to share with you that uh says um
- 1:01:07where's my article on the old Netanyahu
- 1:01:09monster? Where'd he go? Uh, let's see.
- 1:01:13Oh, a missing nuclear lab dude was found
- 1:01:15dead. That's depressing. US guy. Um,
- 1:01:19where did Son of a Nutcracker, where did
- 1:01:22he go? I'm just a mess today, Jim. How
- 1:01:25do you feel about that? Uh, Netanyahu is
- 1:01:28betting that Trump cannot stop him. The
- 1:01:32Lebanon escalation. Netanyahu is betting
- 1:01:35that Trump won't or cannot stop him.
- 1:01:39Now, of course, why wouldn't you take
- 1:01:40that bet? And he's already seized this
- 1:01:44fortress uh uh which is 900 years old.
- 1:01:47So, Hezbollah has released video footage
- 1:01:50now showing kamicazi drones attacking
- 1:01:53Israeli soldiers in the immediate uh
- 1:01:56vicinity of this Bo fort castle.
- 1:01:58900-year-old medieval fortress seized by
- 1:02:01the Israeli military over the weekend
- 1:02:03with West Jerusalem calling it a major
- 1:02:06achievement and vowing to push deeper
- 1:02:09into the country. They're doing it
- 1:02:10whether we want them to or not. The
- 1:02:12castle is a key vantage point in the
- 1:02:14area. It housed an Israeli military base
- 1:02:17for two decades during the occupation of
- 1:02:19Lebanon, which ended in 2000. [snorts]
- 1:02:22So, the group released a footage of its
- 1:02:24FPV drones in the area Monday, day after
- 1:02:26Israel captured the castle. There's no
- 1:02:29Hezbollah presence at the fortress and
- 1:02:31no military equipment or weaponry was
- 1:02:33found by Israel, but now they're
- 1:02:35installing it as their preferred drone
- 1:02:37spot. Okay, that's the news piece I
- 1:02:40wanted to sh to share with you. What are
- 1:02:43your thoughts?
- 1:02:45I I think Hamas and Hezbollah should
- 1:02:47change their name if those are those are
- 1:02:50actually just the governments of those
- 1:02:52of those places,
- 1:02:53>> right? That's what al-Qaeda did. They
- 1:02:55just changed their name and now they you
- 1:02:57know what are they running?
- 1:02:59>> Afghanistan,
- 1:03:00>> Syria [laughter]
- 1:03:02Syria
- 1:03:03>> and and and many others. They just it
- 1:03:05doesn't matter. It's always the same old
- 1:03:07people. They just changed their name.
- 1:03:09and the US provides a different level of
- 1:03:11funding as long as they lick the rear
- 1:03:13end of the people in power. What are
- 1:03:15your thoughts on that?
- 1:03:17>> Well, Palestine and and uh Lebanon have
- 1:03:20to have a government. So, uh what
- 1:03:22whatever whatever they're going to be,
- 1:03:24they just they just need to officialize
- 1:03:26it and uh if Israel doesn't like it,
- 1:03:29then you know,
- 1:03:30>> well, why don't they call it a
- 1:03:32Republican or Democrat instead?
- 1:03:36>> Would that help?
- 1:03:39Hezbollah is now going to be called the
- 1:03:41Democrats.
- 1:03:44>> Well, well, that's that's the same thing
- 1:03:46that they're demon rats.
- 1:03:49>> Well, that's true.
- 1:03:50>> Demonic [clears throat] rats.
- 1:03:51>> Well, that's you have to you have to
- 1:03:54call them something, right? And and no
- 1:03:56matter what you say, no matter what they
- 1:03:58call themselves that, they're going to
- 1:03:59say, "Well, they're supported by Iran
- 1:04:01and so therefore we got to blow them
- 1:04:02up."
- 1:04:04>> Exactly. That's so uh Yeah. Uh if they
- 1:04:08were the if they were the legitimate
- 1:04:09government, they wouldn't be they
- 1:04:10couldn't be uh
- 1:04:12>> they are a legitimate government
- 1:04:15>> from time to time. They're a legitimate
- 1:04:18party of the government and they hold
- 1:04:20certain percentage of seats in the
- 1:04:23government, but they don't like that
- 1:04:26part because they have much more strict
- 1:04:28law. And so Israel, Israel is pushing
- 1:04:30right now because as that next article I
- 1:04:33told you, Trump isn't going to do
- 1:04:35anything about it. We're not going to do
- 1:04:37anything about it. In fact, we're
- 1:04:38probably supporting it in the back rooms
- 1:04:41and nobody's gonna do anything. And uh
- 1:04:43whether whether Netanyahu is guilty of
- 1:04:46crimes or not, which I believe he is
- 1:04:48under the ICC and all the warrants he's
- 1:04:51got out on him there under the UN
- 1:04:53Security Council and all the uh
- 1:04:55condemnation of him there. Uh but
- 1:04:57nobody's ever going to do anything about
- 1:04:59it. We don't.
- 1:05:01I don't know what uh
- 1:05:04how do you feel about the president um
- 1:05:07just uh just lying to people's faces? If
- 1:05:10if you if you listen to what Iran puts
- 1:05:13out, they say totally different. They
- 1:05:16they say we're not we're we're not going
- 1:05:18to uh have negotiations unless it's
- 1:05:23reasonable. And then Trump will say,
- 1:05:24"Well, we're right there. We're we're
- 1:05:27>> Yeah, we already have an agreement." I I
- 1:05:29I agree with you on that and I say that
- 1:05:31on this show quite frequently that it is
- 1:05:35so far a field from the stuff that
- 1:05:38Israel, the stuff that Iran, the stuff
- 1:05:41that anybody
- 1:05:43says that is actually involved versus
- 1:05:47what a American politician says.
- 1:05:50Remember the government here is all
- 1:05:53about propaganda. Every bit of it. And
- 1:05:55don't think that just because it's Trump
- 1:05:57out there that it's not still propaganda
- 1:05:59because it is.
- 1:06:02At least when it comes to this, you have
- 1:06:04to pick and choose what you're going to
- 1:06:05believe whenever he opens his mouth.
- 1:06:09>> How can you support somebody that just
- 1:06:10uh blatantly lies?
- 1:06:12>> You always like to push back and say, "I
- 1:06:14have to support and and you always you
- 1:06:17always push back and go, how do you
- 1:06:19support?" Okay. Now, frankly, I haven't
- 1:06:22supported internationally Trump ever.
- 1:06:26Beginning in 2014 when I lived in Qatar
- 1:06:29when he well 2015 when he was running
- 1:06:32for office for 2016, I had my podcast
- 1:06:35going way back then from Qatar. And you
- 1:06:38can still find the recordings of what I
- 1:06:40said about Trump and the 17 other
- 1:06:42running for office or for
- 1:06:45president in the presidential uh
- 1:06:47election process. And I said Trump then
- 1:06:51was a mess internationally, but he was
- 1:06:54the best of that bunch of idiots. Why?
- 1:06:57Because he's a new voice and you might
- 1:07:01get something different maybe. And then
- 1:07:05nationally, I generally supported the
- 1:07:08actions of Trump because those were more
- 1:07:11in line with mine. But we talked about
- 1:07:12this yesterday. There's only two
- 1:07:14choices. Who you going to pick? You
- 1:07:16gonna pick Trump or Hillary Clinton? Oh,
- 1:07:19Jesus. I wouldn't pick that woman to to
- 1:07:22do my laundry. That woman's nuts in my
- 1:07:25opinion. Now, she can swing her arms how
- 1:07:28she likes.
- 1:07:29>> Say what?
- 1:07:30>> Hey, how do you feel about him firing
- 1:07:31the military leaders and putting Pete
- 1:07:33Hess?
- 1:07:34>> Yeah, don't get me started on that. You
- 1:07:36know what I call him? I'm sure you do. I
- 1:07:38call Peach put me in coach.
- 1:07:40>> Peter head breath.
- 1:07:41>> No, I call him
- 1:07:42>> Peter head breath.
- 1:07:43>> I call him put me in coach. I'm the
- 1:07:45junior varsity quarterback.
- 1:07:47>> I call him little Peter Hebr.
- 1:07:48>> Well, that's possibly true. I am no fan
- 1:07:51of the Hegsth monster. And he has filed
- 1:07:54or fired some nine 10 generals now
- 1:07:58because he was wronged somehow during
- 1:08:01his military service and all of them
- 1:08:03were to blame. And by God, he's going to
- 1:08:05show them who's in charge up there.
- 1:08:07>> You know, little cashew is like five
- 1:08:09inches taller than JR, right?
- 1:08:11Who is
- 1:08:14>> little cash? You cash the Patel.
- 1:08:17>> What do I care about that? What do I
- 1:08:19care about? How tall somebody is? Are
- 1:08:21you just calling to You're just calling
- 1:08:22cuz I will answer you. Is that right?
- 1:08:26>> Yeah.
- 1:08:27>> Okay. [laughter]
- 1:08:28Well, I'm going to let you go and go
- 1:08:29back to my show, but I appreciate you
- 1:08:31calling in. I You know, generally you
- 1:08:34have been I don't know what not as
- 1:08:37offensive as normal. Uh although you
- 1:08:39started off Although you started off by
- 1:08:41saying, you know, uh your show sucks or
- 1:08:44something like that. If you don't like
- 1:08:45it, don't listen.
- 1:08:46>> I'd like to say it was a good show.
- 1:08:48>> Well, I'm glad I'm glad you think so.
- 1:08:50And I appreciate your listenership,
- 1:08:52>> but I can't.
- 1:08:54>> That's even better. See, I can handle
- 1:08:56that stuff. That's all right. You have a
- 1:08:58nice day. I appreciate you being part of
- 1:09:00the show today.
- 1:09:02>> Okay, J.R. sucks.
- 1:09:04>> Well, that that's between you and JR. I
- 1:09:06like JR.
- 1:09:07>> I know. have a nice day.
- 1:09:11And there he goes. So, sometimes you
- 1:09:14have to put up with uh people that
- 1:09:16disagree with you, but that's part of
- 1:09:18America and swinging your arms around
- 1:09:20and around and around. And generally, it
- 1:09:22doesn't really bother me. Okay? I don't
- 1:09:24like particular pointed insults that go,
- 1:09:26"Ah, you're fat, you're ugly, you know,
- 1:09:28your your show sucks." Well, if it
- 1:09:30sucks, don't freaking listen. Okay? And
- 1:09:33but any he's
- 1:09:36I don't mind those type of exchanges,
- 1:09:38but halftime, well more than halfime, I
- 1:09:40avoid the guy, you know, because uh
- 1:09:43that's that's just my nature because I
- 1:09:46don't like that stuff. Let's talk about
- 1:09:48this article since he already switched
- 1:09:50me. Um and I'm not ready to go to the
- 1:09:53next uh song in my break. And now I've
- 1:09:56lost my train of thought whilst ranting
- 1:09:58about the seizure of power between um
- 1:10:02uh uh the governor's office and the
- 1:10:04attorney general's office, which is
- 1:10:06currently being done by uh uh uh
- 1:10:10Katherine Hanoway. I think we ought to
- 1:10:12watch out for that woman. That's that's
- 1:10:14what I think. I I'm not I'm not in the
- 1:10:17position of trust for that lady. anybody
- 1:10:20who will uh and and and and my problem
- 1:10:23with people in general, let's let's go
- 1:10:24with a general philosophy I have in
- 1:10:27life. You can have certain opinions and
- 1:10:30I got no problem with it. I don't give
- 1:10:32a, you know, your opinion doesn't even
- 1:10:33have to match mine and that doesn't mean
- 1:10:35I dislike you or or hate you. Jim and I,
- 1:10:39that guy was just on the phone. We've
- 1:10:40had conversations for a couple of years
- 1:10:42now. I've never met the guy. Don't know
- 1:10:44him. Don't know what he does. Don't
- 1:10:46really care. But I don't want to speak
- 1:10:48to somebody who's going to be offensive
- 1:10:50and and and I'd prefer to just uh you
- 1:10:53know have a [clears throat] decent uh
- 1:10:57back and forth. That's fine. And and I
- 1:10:59don't even care if you agree with me.
- 1:11:01But once you turn into the rude, you've
- 1:11:03lost. It's like uh in the army couple a
- 1:11:06couple of wellplaced uh uh officers that
- 1:11:09often say to the rest of us who threw
- 1:11:11around swear words all the time. It's
- 1:11:13like, you know, you could say that
- 1:11:15without throwing in all of the uh, you
- 1:11:19know, offensive words. You could say
- 1:11:21that without throwing in fing this and
- 1:11:24fing that and uh, uh, dad blamed this
- 1:11:27and uh, far nice holes and bastages and
- 1:11:31all of these things that Johnny
- 1:11:33dangerously passed out to us. Uh, we
- 1:11:35could say instead, and actually, he's
- 1:11:38right. But sometimes
- 1:11:40only a good swear word will uh suffice
- 1:11:46and you need to be able to throw that
- 1:11:49out from time to time. If somebody's an
- 1:11:51they're an and you know
- 1:11:54immediately what they're talking about.
- 1:11:56Okay? I've been called an
- 1:11:58Sometimes deservedly and sometimes not.
- 1:12:01And I have that tendency. But people
- 1:12:04don't know what it is. If you go, "Well,
- 1:12:07Sam, you got to explain it for 10
- 1:12:09minutes. Sam, Sam," just go, "Ah, he's
- 1:12:12an asshole." Ah, well, now they get it.
- 1:12:15Now they understand. [laughter]
- 1:12:17J.R.'s an Now people
- 1:12:20understand. I hate J.R. Well, okay,
- 1:12:22great. Good for you. Why? And and it
- 1:12:24doesn't matter. You know, J.R. don't
- 1:12:26care. I don't care if you like J.R. or
- 1:12:28don't like J.R. doesn't bother me at
- 1:12:30all. I like JR. There you have it.
- 1:12:32J.R.'s good to me. I'm good to him. and
- 1:12:35we, you know, have and I've known that
- 1:12:37dude for a very long time. Um, so and I
- 1:12:40appreciate his uh
- 1:12:44his uh varieties.
- 1:12:47He's a different and interesting cat.
- 1:12:50That's he's an interesting person and
- 1:12:53he's uh uh whether you agree with him or
- 1:12:55disagree, he knows what he believes and
- 1:12:57he stands up for it. And I like people
- 1:12:59like that. So, I stand up for what I
- 1:13:02believe and I like people like that. But
- 1:13:05if you're out trying to seize power and
- 1:13:08you're creating a narrative, you're
- 1:13:10creating a narrative. And my problem
- 1:13:13with this with this narrative creation
- 1:13:16is I'm not positive even you believe it.
- 1:13:20And that's why when you're in the
- 1:13:22government service, you have to be
- 1:13:23checked. If you're Kristen Templeton and
- 1:13:26you get to target particular places,
- 1:13:30I don't like that. If you, well, I'm
- 1:13:33gonna screw that guy. I'll take that guy
- 1:13:35out. Like happened to me in the practice
- 1:13:37of law with Sam Phillips at the office
- 1:13:40of chief disciplinary counsel. He said
- 1:13:42it to my face. I'm going to make sure
- 1:13:44you don't practice law state of Missouri
- 1:13:46again. I laughed at him. I was like,
- 1:13:48what are you going to do? It's like, I I
- 1:13:50follow the rules. I'm in the rules. He
- 1:13:52came up with an outside the rules
- 1:13:53process to kick my ass. I went all the
- 1:13:56way to the US Supreme Court fighting it
- 1:13:58and they ignored me, which I kind of
- 1:14:00knew they would, but that doesn't mean
- 1:14:01I'm not right. You want to read it? You
- 1:14:04know, I had to pay 10,000 bucks twice to
- 1:14:07print the damn book for those
- 1:14:10because you have to print a certain kind
- 1:14:12of book or we can't. Everything else in
- 1:14:14federal court can be filed
- 1:14:15electronically. Not the Supreme Court.
- 1:14:18You don't file it electronically because
- 1:14:20you have to pay the toll to get there.
- 1:14:23You have to pay the toll to print a book
- 1:14:27in paperback copies. 96 of them cost you
- 1:14:31$10,000 to do it. And then when you send
- 1:14:34it up, they'll either accept it or they
- 1:14:36won't. Mine they tried to convince me
- 1:14:38not to do it by sending it back and
- 1:14:40saying on page one page that document is
- 1:14:44in a place where it shouldn't be. you
- 1:14:46need to either remove it or move it to a
- 1:14:48different section of your book. And I
- 1:14:50had to pay the $10,000
- 1:14:52again.
- 1:14:55H isn't that curious? So, you have to
- 1:14:58pay the $10,000 again and then you file
- 1:15:00it. And once once that happened, I knew
- 1:15:02I was I was not getting anywhere. I knew
- 1:15:05that the decision had already been made,
- 1:15:08that the $10,000 was the uh the price of
- 1:15:12getting your your book in there. But the
- 1:15:14decision was already made that whatever
- 1:15:16clerk because my my my my story was
- 1:15:20never read by any Supreme Court justice
- 1:15:23is what I believe. Maybe I'm wrong, but
- 1:15:26I'll bet you anything. Nobody read it
- 1:15:29because no lawyer, no judge that read
- 1:15:32that book would say that what happened
- 1:15:34to me is what should have happened to
- 1:15:36me. That's that's BS. And the process of
- 1:15:39the Missouri bar and people like Sam
- 1:15:41Phillips, those exist in the people that
- 1:15:43are stealing power. I don't like people.
- 1:15:46Eh, not stealing. They have the power.
- 1:15:49But the people that don't know, they use
- 1:15:51it to destroy the lives and liberty of
- 1:15:54other people. And I believe that's
- 1:15:56what's going on in this gaming industry,
- 1:15:59or if you want to call it gaming, in
- 1:16:01this gray area. And I don't even like to
- 1:16:04call them gray area. Which side of the
- 1:16:06line are you on? Are you closer to the
- 1:16:08claw? Are you closer to the uh uh
- 1:16:12machine that spits out tickets that you
- 1:16:14get to go and play ski ball and you get
- 1:16:17tickets and when you have so many
- 1:16:18tickets because you spent or your mom
- 1:16:20spent, you know, eight, you know, $100
- 1:16:23letting you get tickets. Is that not
- 1:16:25gambling? It's the same freaking thing.
- 1:16:28Who gives a crap? Let the kids roll the
- 1:16:30balls. Let the adults play with these
- 1:16:32stupid games. What do you care,
- 1:16:35Katherine Hanoway? Who gives a as
- 1:16:38Jim would say. Well, may he didn't say
- 1:16:40that. He said, "Who cares?" I say, "Who
- 1:16:43gives a shit?" Because truthfully, who
- 1:16:45does? Nobody does. Nobody cares.
- 1:16:51Nobody gives a rip about it. and uh and
- 1:16:55but we're making a political issue out
- 1:16:57of it. The governor is not saying
- 1:16:58anything, but the wouldbe hopeful next
- 1:17:01governor is saying something about it as
- 1:17:04is Kristen Templeton by creating her own
- 1:17:07new policies to import yet another which
- 1:17:10she already has done. Import yet another
- 1:17:13criminal statute into her licensing uh
- 1:17:17regime.
- 1:17:19I think it's time for a regime change.
- 1:17:21Governor, when are you going to appoint
- 1:17:23When will you appoint a a a director or
- 1:17:28a supervisor of alcohol tobacco control?
- 1:17:31When when are you going to do that's
- 1:17:33your job? And how do you get that done?
- 1:17:36You go to the DPS director, Mark James,
- 1:17:39and you say, "Recommend somebody to me,
- 1:17:44please." Because that's what the law
- 1:17:45requires. Recommend somebody to me. Give
- 1:17:48me a list. one person, two person, three
- 1:17:50people, whatever. Tell me who should be
- 1:17:53running the ATC and then I will pick one
- 1:17:56of those three and send it to the Senate
- 1:17:59for what? It's called advice and
- 1:18:02consent. That has never happened with
- 1:18:05this acting supervisor. She just out
- 1:18:08there acting supervisor for at least
- 1:18:12six, seven years. She been out there
- 1:18:14since 2019 spouting out crap, creating
- 1:18:18policy, seizing power, targeting
- 1:18:21individuals, and she's unelected. She's
- 1:18:24not even appointed.
- 1:18:26And that's what we're doing. So, I'm on
- 1:18:28a rant today. And uh you know what? I
- 1:18:32But I wanted to play that second song.
- 1:18:34Well, son of a nutcracker.
- 1:18:35[clears throat] We only have like uh uh
- 1:18:38six, seven minutes left. So maybe I'll
- 1:18:40find that song and play it for you
- 1:18:42because it's pretty cool. And this has
- 1:18:44some Duual Lia in it as well. And man, I
- 1:18:47do like Duual Lia. Uh there's some good
- 1:18:51music for you. But we're going to go
- 1:18:53back to the to the the deepen d e p yn
- 1:19:00because I just like it. And this song is
- 1:19:02going to finish out the show. I
- 1:19:04appreciate you listening to uh the show
- 1:19:07this morning and my ver variety of rants
- 1:19:10in different directions. Uh tomorrow
- 1:19:13I'll either not have a show or it'll be
- 1:19:16pre-recorded and nobody can call in. I'm
- 1:19:18hopeful to do that, but I'm not positive
- 1:19:20I'm going to have the time this evening
- 1:19:22to get that done. And so, uh the show is
- 1:19:26going to uh um
- 1:19:29unfortunately tomorrow will not. And on
- 1:19:31Friday, I'll come back with um
- 1:19:35Civic Outlaws show and we're definitely
- 1:19:37going to talk some more about this. I'll
- 1:19:39have my article finished by then and
- 1:19:41that's been on my brain today, although
- 1:19:43I still got a number of tabs pulled up
- 1:19:45about the old Netanyahu
- 1:19:48and this Lebanon escalation. Uh there's
- 1:19:50a nice article on it called uh uh
- 1:19:54Netanyahu is betting that Trump can't
- 1:19:57stop him. And that is an interesting
- 1:20:00story that I read through. It's by a guy
- 1:20:02named uh Farad Ibrahimov who's a
- 1:20:06lecturer of the faculty of economics uh
- 1:20:08an expert lecturer at the department of
- 1:20:10political science, faculty of social
- 1:20:13sciences and mass communication and a
- 1:20:15financial university under the
- 1:20:17government of the Russian Federation
- 1:20:19meaning he's a professor at a Russian
- 1:20:21university.
- 1:20:22>> [snorts]
- 1:20:22>> and uh he has written an that article.
- 1:20:27It's lengthy and I won't get it. Um
- 1:20:32um
- 1:20:34oh jeez, there's a another interesting I
- 1:20:38never saw this one. A check court is
- 1:20:41sending a fugitive uh trans guy. Boy, he
- 1:20:46looks entertaining in his leopard skin.
- 1:20:48Uh neonazi is headed back to Germany.
- 1:20:51The story of Maria Svena Liebik who is
- 1:20:54convicted of multiple offenses in her
- 1:20:57own home country prompts a debate a
- 1:21:00debate about professed gender and prison
- 1:21:02choice going to prison because you
- 1:21:05pretend that you're a woman. That's an
- 1:21:07interesting story too. Since you
- 1:21:09identify as a woman, you could you and
- 1:21:11your penis can go into a woman's prison
- 1:21:14because you identify as a woman. Maybe
- 1:21:17even though you identify as a woman, you
- 1:21:19can make a lot of money being the only
- 1:21:21penis in a woman's prison. Probably
- 1:21:24that's a potential. Wonder how I feel
- 1:21:26about that. I think my initial reaction
- 1:21:28is negative. But today we're going to uh
- 1:21:32play the song that No, that's too long.
- 1:21:35Son of a Nutcracker. I had it a second
- 1:21:38ago.
- 1:21:40Oh,
- 1:21:42where'd she go?
- 1:21:46Ah, here it is. Okay, we're gonna we're
- 1:21:49gonna play this here song called Wait
- 1:21:51for You in the same I do like this voice
- 1:21:54and it's a bit of a uh this one's like
- 1:21:57seven, eight minutes. So, we're going to
- 1:21:58play that. I appreciate you being here.
- 1:22:00Uh have a very nice day.
