- 0:27Hey, everybody, good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30So today we're talking about what really makes somebody have
- 0:35the identity that allows them to keep going and keep going and
- 0:41keep going. You know, this is such a
- 0:43question that's so deep on so many levels, but I figured we
- 0:48should talk about it because I think it's an important thing to
- 0:50understand. I have gotten this question so
- 0:54many times is that don't you get sick of coaching all the people
- 0:57that you coach? Don't you get sick of doing the
- 1:00things that you do? And you know, we've often heard
- 1:04the phrase about you got to find your passion and then do it
- 1:07well, what if you don't know what your passion is?
- 1:10I didn't know I was going to go into coaching.
- 1:12I knew I had. I'd I like to teach, but I
- 1:15didn't know I was going to go into coaching.
- 1:16There was no intention of that. There was an intention to go
- 1:19into being a teacher at one point until my father said that
- 1:24was not a good profession to go into be money wise, which is
- 1:28probably not wrong about. However, I have, you know, a
- 1:32very strong understanding of the fact that there's a part of my
- 1:36being that keeps going and going and going because I have
- 1:40cultivated A belief system that says there is an absolute
- 1:46necessity in what I do to be creative and to be in that same
- 1:52wavelength with clients and to really enjoy it.
- 1:55And from those things, you start to create something that's
- 1:59passion in you. But it's not necessarily just
- 2:02there because of one thing. I can get that same thing from
- 2:05learning from the garden. I can get the same thing from
- 2:08learning from doing art and photography and everything else.
- 2:11It's more about cultivating an ideal that you constantly have a
- 2:17backing in faith. You constantly have a backing
- 2:20knowing that you are. If you're diving into something
- 2:24and you feel that fueled emotion about it, it's fueling you to go
- 2:28forward with it. So it's a very complex subject
- 2:32because it's multiple things happening at once.
- 2:34But essentially when you start to feel excited and curious and
- 2:38you know you lose track of time and things, they fill you up.
- 2:42They don't drain you. And when you stay in that
- 2:46emotion, when you look for that emotion, you know that's your
- 2:49key and that's the faith that brings you full circle with the
- 2:53whole thing. Like, oh, you know, I'm, I'm on
- 2:55the right track. This is what the universe and
- 2:57God have in mind for me because if I feel this way, I must be on
- 3:01the right track. Do you see how that kind of
- 3:03loops back around? So in the beginning you might
- 3:07try something. You're like, I don't have a
- 3:08passion for it. When I started coaching, I was
- 3:11interested in it, but it was hard and I didn't get a lot of
- 3:15it. And it was difficult to, you
- 3:18know, turn and burn the clients the way they were being given to
- 3:21me in the in the place that I was working with them.
- 3:24And I felt like it was just very digital and it wasn't emotional
- 3:32and nothing changed over time when I was there.
- 3:35But what happened was I learned how to cultivate the things that
- 3:40made me feel good, and that's what I want to talk to you.
- 3:43That's the point I want to make today.
- 3:45You have to cultivate the things that make you feel good.
- 3:48That way you know you're tapped in to what the universe is
- 3:51bringing to you. So this was a sideways way of
- 3:54the universe bringing to me a vehicle for teaching people, but
- 3:59not in the traditional sense, which would have never worked
- 4:02for me long term because I am too random and I like to walk
- 4:06and talk and I don't. I don't want to be stuck in one
- 4:11place all the time, so I think it's kind of interesting how
- 4:15without me trying to figure out the how and me just cultivating
- 4:19the emotions I was looking for, the universe provided it.
- 4:23So as I felt better, I gave more clarity and more direction.
- 4:27And then as I gave more clarity and more direction, everything
- 4:30became better and better and better.
- 4:32So that's what you're looking for?
- 4:34You're looking for the clues in your own emotion to help keep
- 4:37you on track, to help keep you in a better state.
- 4:40And then? That way you know exactly what's
- 4:42happening with yourself around you.
- 4:45All of it. It's a very dynamic subject
- 4:48because it moves all the time. Because sometimes our emotions
- 4:51are like, oh, we try something and then we realize we don't
- 4:53like it, which is totally fine. I was doing a painting today and
- 4:57I realized I didn't like the way it worked and I painted right
- 5:01over it. It wasn't that I didn't like
- 5:03painting, it was that I just didn't like the way that one was
- 5:06coming out. So I didn't feel good about it.
- 5:07I used it as an information and get mad.
- 5:10I just redid it. And I think that's the beautiful
- 5:13part about being in tune with yourself because you can course
- 5:16correct quickly. So work on that, building those
- 5:20emotions that move you in the sense that you understand you're
- 5:24moving in the right direction because that makes you feel
- 5:27fueled and on fire. All right, my friends, I hope
- 5:31you have a blessed day and I'll see you tomorrow.
- 5:33Bye.
