Brill Faces DUI Death Charges | Washington DC News
A 29-year-old man, Nicholas Brill, faces deadly charges after a June crash that killed Nicole Sine—he admitted to drinking, was clocked at 71 mph in a 45 mph zone, and had an alcohol level over twice the legal limit. Found with open containers, he also wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and reportedly said his life was over after learning the victim didn’t survive. Despite recent rehab, he’s held without bond and returns to court August 21.
