A Richland County judge just threw a wrench into South Carolina’s GOP primary race by putting Republican candidate Danny Ford back on the ballot — just in time for early voting to begin. The judge ruled the party’s vague rule about requiring candidates to have voted in at least two of the last three statewide primaries was inconsistently applied and legally flawed.
