Sunday Sermon: A Weary World Rejoices: Seeing, Hearing, And Imagining

Idlewild Presbyterian Church · Dec 4, 2023 · 17m

Each of us has our desolate places, yet God still holds our hope for what is yet to come. In Jeremiah 33:10-11, 14-16 the prophet Jeremiah looked upon the desolation of his world and invited the people of God to imagine, even amongst the difficulties of their present day, the possibilities of God to bring laughter and joy into the world. Sermon delivered by the Reverend David J. Powers on Dec 3, 2023.
