- 2:18Unknown: Well,
- 2:21well, well, well, good Monday morning to you, whoever you are, wherever you may be, however you're listening
- 2:28later, something like that. Good morning, Monday.
- 2:32Roger Sales here, birthday boy on the, radio ranch, and I don't have to,
- 2:37even glance up twice to see the date stamped today. Tom D, it's 07/2026,
- 2:43and that is my
- 2:45old birthday here, and I'm gonna turn
- 2:48I'm turned. I have turned. I said tense correctly.
- 2:52I have turned 78
- 2:53as of this morning. Don't feel any different. Don't feel any older.
- 2:58But, anyway, that's the, the story, and,
- 3:02another one of those real special days in,
- 3:05in July
- 3:06for me.
- 3:08So we'll see. Well, hopefully, it'll turn out to be a good day. Heard from a couple of good friends already
- 3:14this morning. So,
- 3:16thank all of you, and,
- 3:19we'll see where this week takes us. It's still the doldrums of summer, although I do notice this morning that judge Knapp is back from his little
- 3:27two week sojourn to the old country.
- 3:30He was talking about going to Italy,
- 3:32so he's back this morning. So that's good. Things are finally
- 3:36falling back into a little bit more of a routine. Pretty soon, we'll have a damn morning show on InfoWars. You never you never know,
- 3:44Paul. You never know, buddy. Yeah.
- 3:46So, anyway, don't know of, I guess it was pretty much a sports weekend, for me anyway,
- 3:53World Cup and and cons
- 3:55and and the consolidation
- 3:56race and watching some Braves get back from
- 4:00from the all star break and all that stuff did delve over into a few videos.
- 4:06And,
- 4:07anyway, I hope you had a great weekend this weekend, Paul and others.
- 4:13So I don't know. I have I have much to say except everybody seems to be back maybe on this vacation thing. And I guess,
- 4:22Phoebe,
- 4:23I was just hearing, some of judge Nap's people this morning.
- 4:27Larry Johnson being one of them, highly highly respected
- 4:32ex
- 4:33ex CIA guy.
- 4:36I think he probably is an ex CIA guy.
- 4:40And, they were saying Netanyahu's
- 4:43he's trying to get it together to come over and beg Trump to go over and hit him hard again. They won't it won't bring him down immediately
- 4:50over there,
- 4:51Paul, you know, but but over time, it'll work its magic on the Iranians.
- 4:57Oh, and the who and under the green sun would believe b b
- 5:02Netanyahu on anything comes out of his mouth.
- 5:07I sure hope Trump and I heard,
- 5:09who was it?
- 5:11Alex.
- 5:12You know, Alex lets his big mouth open sometimes.
- 5:17Well, a lot of times, I guess.
- 5:19Regardless, they were having a discussion. Something was about Netanyahu,
- 5:23and and,
- 5:24he he blurted out. He said,
- 5:27Tucker says that Trump hates his guts.
- 5:34That's not real diplomatic.
- 5:37That's not real diplomatic,
- 5:38but, you know, Tucker and
- 5:40Trump had a very, very good relationship.
- 5:43Trump was calling him for all kinds of stuff here before this
- 5:48siren fiasco.
- 5:50And, so now that little slip
- 5:54from Jones tells you a lot, tells me a lot.
- 5:58I don't think Jones would have said that if Tucker wouldn't have told him that. He probably talked out of school,
- 6:03but it's nice information to have in the background.
- 6:08Netanyahu is in in bad trouble. He's in bad political trouble. I was hearing one of these,
- 6:14Alistair Cook or one of these
- 6:17former diplomats talking about this morning with, with the good judge.
- 6:21And he said, isn't it Yahoo
- 6:25in Caca over there? And he said, yes. He is. He's in all kinds of Caca.
- 6:30And,
- 6:31if if he gets
- 6:33he's got these charges hanging over him that's been there, that as long as they're under war, can say, no. We're at war. You're not gonna be able to hit me with all these guilty things I'm guilty of. Who knows what it is? I don't. Particularly, I know it's his wife's involved too.
- 6:48Missus Beebe.
- 6:51Boy, she's gotta be a piece of work.
- 6:55And so we'll see, but that he could postpone the election. They've got an election about the same time we've got one this fall a little bit before, I believe,
- 7:05and that he may, he may also,
- 7:09postpone
- 7:10that because they can postpone it if there's a war situation. So he's got that same option Trump's got now.
- 7:17Yikes.
- 7:18So, anyway, that's what's going on as best as I can tell over on that part of the world. I was distracted this weekend. I'll be the first
- 7:26to admit it.
- 7:28So, we're here on six days a week
- 7:32to try and find people that want to step back into reality, that wanna leave the,
- 7:38leave the illusions, the lies, and everything else behind.
- 7:42You've had about enough of it throughout your lifetime, however old that you may be,
- 7:47and, you're ready to, entertain some ideas that this may be a a whole big flipping fraud
- 7:54and that, you you would be interested in knowing
- 7:58how it operates,
- 8:00especially upon you, and then even more importantly,
- 8:05how you can very easily, non confrontationally,
- 8:08very inexpensively,
- 8:10don't have to go to court. You don't have to do any of that stuff. All you have to do is just make up your sweet little mind
- 8:16that you wanna be free because you have the power.
- 8:19We're trying to get you back over that line. That's the first line you gotta get over. I don't have any power. Look at these guys. They break it. No. They don't have any power. You gave it to them. They tricked you out of it.
- 8:29You do and and they have to recognize it.
- 8:32Or or or else they're open tyrants. They'll never be open tyrants until
- 8:36well, I can't say they never will be, but until they get a control of a country like they had in Bolshevik Russia,
- 8:44they're they're not gonna be their true selves.
- 8:47And
- 8:48I've said this a number of times, but if you're new,
- 8:52nice to have some new people around.
- 8:55If you're new, you can go over to a 10
- 8:59part series, I believe, called Europa, e u r o
- 9:02p a, Europa.
- 9:05And, you can sachet over to BitChute or to Grumble and find it there.
- 9:11Unknown: Grumble is better.
- 9:13Unknown: Grumble is better, Paul says. Paul, we ought to put that in our have we got that in our list of stuff on our site?
- 9:21Unknown: It's up in
- 9:23docs.exposethematrix.com
- 9:25in a folder
- 9:27named videos,
- 9:29and I believe there is a subfolder under that that is Europa
- 9:35and
- 9:35all 10 parts.
- 9:39All of the original 10 parts from BitShoot are in there.
- 9:44One of our people, I believe it was William,
- 9:50he went looking for it on Bitchute and the first
- 9:55video
- 9:56was not the same one that he had seen on Bitchute before. I think that
- 10:02the Europa series on Bitchute has been messed with, which I would completely
- 10:07understand
- 10:08because,
- 10:09you know, they just don't want that stuff out there.
- 10:12Unknown: You don't see too many other brutally frank videos of what happened in Bolshevik Russia like this.
- 10:20Right. And,
- 10:21at least I've I never have. You may have seen some somewhere I didn't look, but, I've not seen that myself personally. It's brutal. It's gruesome. It's sickening,
- 10:31and it shows you who these people really are no matter on their facade. They put up a pretty good facade. Remember,
- 10:39what does Cliff High call them? The name stealers, the imposters, and that's the role they play. They've been playing it since the Ukraine days when it was
- 10:49Khazaria. So,
- 10:51anyway, if you wanna really see your enemy, that's the place to look,
- 10:55and just be sure that the first first
- 10:58installment,
- 10:59you know, listen. If you could make it through all all 10 installments of that, you got a strong stomach.
- 11:07Okay?
- 11:08Because, man, I I I don't think I made it through seven. I think right around there is when I stopped.
- 11:15And it just gets to a point you just can't you just can't get any more heaped on you on who these people are and what they do.
- 11:23So, anyway, hate to start the week out that way, but if you really wanna know your enemy, that's what Sun Tzu says. If you don't know your enemy and you know yourself, you only got 50%
- 11:32chance of winning any battle according to Old Sun.
- 11:36And if you don't know yourself and you don't know your enemy, you got no chance of winning any battle, unfortunately.
- 11:42That's where they've had us for a long time.
- 11:45We've broken out of that a little bit. We can skirt out around the edge and go, no. No. This is fraud.
- 11:50And we, notify them
- 11:53in a very official way, the very first step.
- 11:56Any step you're gonna take against the federal government or state government is gonna start with the administrative state because that's the system that you've allowed them to heap upon us because you're their slave.
- 12:10And they needed somebody
- 12:11to oversee all the new slaves, and that's the administrative state. That's what we call the deep state. They're the ones that take
- 12:22well meaning pieces of legislation
- 12:24in most instances that comes out of congress,
- 12:28goes through the the one hoop, two hoop gets signed,
- 12:32routine there, house, senate, signed by the press. At that point, it's considered
- 12:37to be constitutional.
- 12:39And then on and being constitutional,
- 12:43then because we're in an extra constitutional
- 12:47condition.
- 12:48Thank you, Bob. We haven't heard from Bob Morgan here. I don't know if he's not off in Kansas on vacation. He's has a
- 12:57tendency to do that. Anyway, Bob would come in and say, no. It's not unconstitutional.
- 13:01He's right.
- 13:02It's passed a whole bunch of court muster folks in all these years.
- 13:07It's extra
- 13:09constitutional.
- 13:10The extra sets us apart because we're under bankruptcy,
- 13:13and that allows them to do all kinds of stuff that
- 13:17it's sad that the people on our our airwaves and our shows don't know this. How are they doing this? What are they doing? It's been going on since the sixties.
- 13:24No, pal.
- 13:26Sorry. It's been going on since the thirties.
- 13:30And the only reason it's gone on is because you
- 13:34are in a condition of voluntary servitude. They need that body, the administrative state,
- 13:40to watch over you, care for you. Remember that you're their enemy now.
- 13:44So they have some semblance
- 13:47to kinda keep you, you know, as a as a m and n an
- 13:52enemy combatant.
- 13:54So
- 13:56they got a responsibility there, but you can tell by some of the things they're doing. Why are they doing this to American citizens? Because you're the enemy. You were named the enemy in 1933
- 14:05when they made this switch, this transition
- 14:08from free people to slave people, and the evidence of that is the is the what we call money. It was money before, and it's currency now, and it's debt now, and
- 14:18you're back that the debt's piled on. So if you're new and you had no idea all that was coming to bear here on you this morning,
- 14:28please know as, as
- 14:31intimidating as that is.
- 14:33And it is. I've been there. I know it is.
- 14:36You can get out of it, and all they do is just sit there and shine you on.
- 14:40All they do is shine you on.
- 14:45So if you'd like to be in that position removing yourself from these
- 14:49GD monsters,
- 14:51we can help you right here. We'll be glad to help you. Won't charge you a penny.
- 14:56Maybe we should start charging, Paul. I'll charge you a thousand dollars,
- 15:01and they'll start lining up at Omaha. What do you think, Paul?
- 15:04Yeah. Probably not. Probably not. Yeah. I didn't could be doing that. Well, hell. Well, hell, it's the people that charge money that have all the people around them. They
- 15:14must think our stuff doesn't have any any wampum
- 15:18because I'm not charging you for it. Well, that's I guarantee you that's not the truth.
- 15:23I guarantee you. My motives here, and I'll be
- 15:27listen. I'm 78 years old today.
- 15:30I'll lay my motives out.
- 15:32I got an idea. I want it to affect change.
- 15:36I want
- 15:38the slaving,
- 15:39lying,
- 15:40thieving,
- 15:42murdering
- 15:43sons of Satan exposed.
- 15:46That's what I want, Paul. That's my goal. Yes. Do you have an idea, you say? I have an idea. We'll charge people a thousand dollars for their freedom,
- 15:56Unknown: but
- 15:56we'll stay payment of a thousand dollars
- 16:00for a period of six months
- 16:03and what they have to do
- 16:06to waive that thousand dollars altogether
- 16:10is download a copy of your book to read it
- 16:14and then take a 25 question
- 16:17exam on the contents of the book. And once they pass that exam,
- 16:2125 questions, really easy,
- 16:24multiple choice, why not?
- 16:27We waive the thousand dollar fee.
- 16:29Unknown: We okay. Which are we returning it to them? Let them part with they need to part with it so they'll have a sense of loss.
- 16:37See? Then we come back. They pass the test, and they get it right back, and they they're fulfilled. What do you think?
- 16:45Unknown: No. I'm not on board for holding holding other people's money. I'm not on board for that. I'll buy that. I don't I will I will stay I will stay payment for six months.
- 16:55Unknown: Okay.
- 16:57Fair enough. Well, there's your offer. We got all kinds of offers for the new people,
- 17:01and,
- 17:02and, we're
- 17:04we're dying to add some more folks to our family. So, anyway, if that's you,
- 17:09don't be intimidated.
- 17:11Please do not be intimidated. We do not bite.
- 17:14All you have to do I might gum you a little bit at seventy eight. Mhmm. But, all you have to do is is hit star six, open up that mic, say, hey, Roger. I wanna be free.
- 17:27I wanna be free from these devils, and they are devils. Don't
- 17:32you don't you think for one minute they're not devils? They're gonna they're gonna get their claws in you. They're gonna suck all your essence out throughout your whole damn life,
- 17:42and then they're it's unbelievable what these people do. K? So, anyway, we can get you out of it if you'd like. You found the right place. You can sit back and
- 17:51rest on your laurels if you want to. You can see if there anybody else is
- 17:55not scared to say something,
- 17:58and, we'll continue. I was there was a couple of things I saw in videos
- 18:03Saturday night.
- 18:05Paul, I just can't remember them. I I guess I am getting to be 78.
- 18:09It's just these little yeah. I find these little interesting little nuances.
- 18:14Yes, Rick. How are you doing, Rick?
- 18:17Unknown: You want a little bit of humor before you start the serious stuff? That's good. By hell, I already started the serious stuff.
- 18:24Unknown: Oh, okay. Well, never mind then. Oh, no. Mike, no. Well, since we're into the serious stuff, we can always use humor.
- 18:33Unknown: Yeah. Give it to us. Okay. Well, I ran across a video somebody
- 18:37sent me.
- 18:38You've heard of the driverless cars. Right?
- 18:41Unknown: Unfortunately,
- 18:42yes.
- 18:45Unknown: Well, apparently, somewhere in Atlanta Atlanta Metro,
- 18:49there was about eight or 10 of them. They all got stuck in a cul de sac and didn't know how to get out.
- 18:54There's a video of them.
- 18:59Crap and jam. The people couldn't get in their driveways. I mean, it's it's hilarious.
- 19:05Unknown: Oh, man. Please send it to me. Please send it to me. I'd like to see that. It is funny. And I love to see all these big plans with all this gigantam
- 19:13amount of funds screw up like that.
- 19:18You know, I've mentioned I haven't heard I don't know the specifics. I have heard people make the comment
- 19:24that the AI
- 19:26used in manufacturing
- 19:27of automobiles
- 19:29has a lot of problems. I don't know what those are.
- 19:33I think we're gonna find a lot of this was
- 19:38just like they always do. They go and blow it up, and they they load all the money in and all that and grow blow a big bubble, and then boom. It's gone, and a whole bunch of people lost a bunch of money. I think that's what we're gonna end up being here. Not today. I didn't have some applications.
- 19:53It won't be around. It'll be, excuse me, applicable in some areas.
- 20:00But I don't think it's the, end all, be all that they're thinking it is gonna be for them.
- 20:05Thank you, Rick. Good story in Atlanta.
- 20:10Who else got something this morning? Start off the week. Help me out. Don't make me beg all week. God, you're making me beg for people to talk to you on my birthday. That just doesn't seem right, does it, Paul?
- 20:22No. It doesn't seem right. Happy birthday. At all. So who all? Thank you, sir. Thank you very much.
- 20:30Yeah. I remember I was thinking back over birthdays.
- 20:34Yeah.
- 20:35Yikes. Happy birthday, Raj.
- 20:37Well, thank you. Thank you very much. Happy birthday,
- 20:41Roger
- 20:42Daltrey.
- 20:45Okay.
- 20:47It's his birthday too.
- 20:51Let me see. Let me see. Larry, are you with us today? Larry, are you there? I'm there.
- 20:59I I we didn't see Larry last week. Is he off on vacation or something? Do you know? Yes. I'm here.
- 21:05Here you are. Hey, buddy. You were you on vacation last week last week?
- 21:11Unknown: Yeah. For two weeks. Two weeks.
- 21:13Unknown: Okay. Yeah. Are you still in that vacation now or what?
- 21:18Unknown: Nope. I'm back to work.
- 21:21Unknown: Okay. You did you go to Pennsylvania?
- 21:26Unknown: No. Not this year. My mom passed away last year right after we had left.
- 21:31And so we wanted to take a break from going up there. Yeah. Can that. I can sure understand that. She was a a two time breast cancer survivor.
- 21:42Unknown: My gosh.
- 21:43Unknown: Well, I know how it is. 43.
- 21:46Unknown: Oh, wow. I know how it is on losing losing a parent. I've lost both of them. It's terrible.
- 21:52So,
- 21:54anyway, okay, I figured you were probably gone. You stayed in Jayville, or did you go take off somewhere?
- 22:01Unknown: No. We just, I was just working around the house. I had so much stuff,
- 22:06that I had to do for for many years. I never had a chance to do it. So Yeah. I started,
- 22:12you know, trying to get caught up on some projects around the house.
- 22:18Unknown: Hey, Larry. Question?
- 22:23Larry? Tom. Yeah. Tom at Republic Broadcasting was trying to get ahold of you. Did you actually
- 22:28hear from him?
- 22:31Unknown: Yeah. I texted him back.
- 22:33Unknown: Okay. Alright.
- 22:37Unknown: Yes, Larry. There's all kinds of people trying to get ahold of you. I figured you were on vacation.
- 22:43Yeah. Because when you don't hear from Larry during the whole week, I you know, it's pretty unusual. He's really good about,
- 22:49the things you do around here, Larry. So we missed you. Let you know that.
- 22:57Unknown: I appreciate that. I was listening except except for this past
- 23:03Friday and Saturday.
- 23:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 23:07So anything you wanna comment on?
- 23:09We had a real good show Saturday, I thought.
- 23:14Did you hear did you hear Williams brief?
- 23:19Unknown: Yeah. I read it. It was really good.
- 23:22Unknown: Man, he did a good job on that, didn't he?
- 23:26Unknown: Yes. He did.
- 23:28Lots of good citations.
- 23:30Unknown: I would love to see some of those appellate judges when they read that.
- 23:37How they I I don't see how they can buy any of his opponent's arguments at all. He just dispelled every one of them. Good for you. William did a great job. I don't know if he's with us today or not. He's probably working.
- 23:50Flying somebody somewhere.
- 23:53But, anyway, great job on that. Glad you heard it, Larry. Thanks. And we'll
- 23:57I'll touch up with you later. K?
- 24:00Houweh, anything else you got that you noticed while you were gone and listening?
- 24:04That's some pretty good shows.
- 24:07There's so much stuff going on, man. It's hard to remember
- 24:11everything you talked about.
- 24:16I've I heard some statistics about this Iran thing over the weekend. I wish I could remember them, but they're, like, stunning.
- 24:25Good for the Iranians.
- 24:27I hate to say that. You know? I I'll tell you one thing we didn't talk about too much
- 24:32briefly mention.
- 24:33Did anybody see Trump's speech on Thursday night and see on the any of the after effect on that, the commentary?
- 24:45Man, I'm telling y'all are really gonna make me earn my pay here today.
- 24:50Considering you don't pay me anything, that is the hellacious accomplishment.
- 24:55And nobody wants to talk. Nobody's
- 24:57got any questions. We got no comments. We've got no analysis on any of this complex,
- 25:04incredibly deep geopolitical
- 25:06stuff that's going on. Nobody on any of that on this very
- 25:10educated, esteemed, and astute audience. I find that very hard to believe.
- 25:18Should I just go yeah. There's somebody. Can I go back to bed? What?
- 25:23Christian? Yes, sir. Christian?
- 25:25Don't wanna see what happens. Me begging.
- 25:27He hears me begging and comes goes ahead and comes on. Hey, Christian.
- 25:32Unknown: Yes, sir. I don't don't wanna
- 25:35I don't wanna sidetrack y'all, but,
- 25:38I got two days. I got a Wednesday, I gotta be in court on that facing that debt debt collector, and I've got I have got no answer
- 25:46no answer,
- 25:47and Larry is there to
- 25:49pause there.
- 25:51No answer
- 25:52on agreement
- 25:54with my letters,
- 25:56and I told them stop calling. You know, I noted noticed some, Fair Debt Collection Act to
- 26:01not call my home anymore, and they didn't do it anymore.
- 26:05But,
- 26:06I'm going into court,
- 26:08for the for the continuance
- 26:11is over,
- 26:13the Wednesday
- 26:14at 9AM.
- 26:15So I was wondering if I should prepare an affidavit for the the the court.
- 26:20They haven't answered me on a counteroffer.
- 26:24They actually walk away from the table is the way I understand it. The first one that walks away loses.
- 26:31So I don't know. I just wanted to get some input on that.
- 26:35Unknown: Well, one thing I'd do is I'd call the clerk of the court over there and ask him if you're still on the docket.
- 26:42Unknown: Okay.
- 26:43Unknown: Do you think you might have taken care of that administratively,
- 26:46and,
- 26:47you'd like to know if you're still scheduled on the docket. It's hard for you to get to court.
- 26:52You don't have a car, etcetera.
- 26:54So that may be one place to start.
- 26:58They can't do anything to you. I mean, we've already gone over. They can't take anything from you because your situation with Social Security, I believe. Isn't that correct? Wasn't that the conclusion we came to?
- 27:08Unknown: Yeah. That was what Larry said. Yeah.
- 27:11Unknown: Okay.
- 27:13Unknown: And, you know what? Got the resending letters
- 27:17Unknown: and told them to, and they they have not Well, okay. They haven't respond well, silence deems consent. You learn that around here.
- 27:28Got an obligation. If they've got a response, they've got to respond to you. If they don't respond to you, it means they agree with you, doesn't it?
- 27:37Unknown: That's what that's what I always heard. I didn't know if there was a court, if there was something
- 27:42to back that little
- 27:44thing that I heard
- 27:46about that acquaintance.
- 27:47Unknown: Well, you know where that acquiescence. Where that came from? You know where that came from, Christian?
- 27:52Unknown: Oh, sir.
- 27:53Unknown: It's illegal canon.
- 27:57Doesn't it just make sense? Christian,
- 28:01you owe me $50,000.
- 28:05But you start, oh, I what? I'm objecting.
- 28:09But
- 28:10if you stand there mute,
- 28:12I guess you owe me 50,000,
- 28:13don't you? You're not gonna object, then you must agree.
- 28:20Unknown: Right. Right?
- 28:21Unknown: Oh, okay. Now do you know where this came from?
- 28:25You don't? No, sir. I wouldn't either if it wouldn't have been for Brent.
- 28:30You heard of a rascal over there in England called Henry the eighth? He had a whole bunch of wives because he couldn't get a male heir, not realizing it's his damn fault. He doesn't have any swimmers.
- 28:39Okay? But he keeps having these females, and he keeps getting rid of the wives because they won't deliver him a male heir. Do you remember all that?
- 28:47Unknown: Yeah. Mhmm.
- 28:49Unknown: Well, King Henry was in debt up to his
- 28:52snoop
- 28:54and was trying to court the the
- 28:56pope.
- 28:58He was trying to
- 29:00court the Islamists.
- 29:02He was borrowing money from anybody he could borrow money from.
- 29:05And so finally, he was cutting himself loose in the Catholic church, and he got POed because the bishops owed their loyalty to the pope and not him.
- 29:16So he brought him into a big room outside of London there, and he said, you've got dual loyalties. You owe the your loyalty to the pope and not for me. You're either gonna change it, or I'm gonna separate you from your head.
- 29:30None of them said anything.
- 29:33And he said silence deems consent.
- 29:35That's where it came from.
- 29:38Unknown: Alright.
- 29:40Unknown: K. I was
- 29:42Unknown: I was wondering what I had to stand on with that
- 29:45with that little meaning there, but it seemed like it carried a lot of weight with people, and I'm glad you explained that to me.
- 29:51Unknown: Yeah. That carries a lot of weight because it's just absolutely logical. I'm gonna tell you this, that, or the other. If you object and you don't do whatever I'm accusing you of, you're gonna come back at me and say, no. I don't, wouldn't you?
- 30:05You're not if if you're not guilty, you're not gonna stand there and not say anything, I wouldn't think.
- 30:12Now, of course, this is the other story. This is the story that
- 30:16Brent tells about,
- 30:18Herman Melville in the book Billy Budd.
- 30:22Billy Budd.
- 30:23Well, Billy Budd
- 30:25had a stutter, and when he got under pressure,
- 30:28he stuttered.
- 30:29And they accused him of doing stealing the captain something or this, that, and the other. And the captain liked old Billy Budd, but he got up there and he couldn't talk because he was under pressure, and he stuttered in hell. They killed him.
- 30:43Unknown: Wow.
- 30:45Unknown: K.
- 30:47So, anyway, silence deems consent. It's a old old legal plan, and that's exactly
- 30:53exactly where it comes from. Yeah. Was that Larry? Yes, sir?
- 30:57Unknown: Yeah. Christian, is this in small claims court? And didn't you say you were in Texas?
- 31:02Unknown: Yes. Yes.
- 31:04Precinct precinct one. Yeah.
- 31:08Unknown: Precinct one is small claims?
- 31:11Unknown: Yeah. I believe so.
- 31:13That and that's not Yeah. And that's not
- 31:16I
- 31:18Unknown: believe it is small claims. Small claims is very informal,
- 31:22and, all you gotta do is, just go in there with all of your evidence and all of your correspondence that you sent the debt collector.
- 31:29And, before you go into court, just make you up a little timeline and
- 31:33just tell the judge when the judge gives you an opportunity to speak, say, look at. I don't have to,
- 31:40you know, pay them anything because they by as a matter of law, they're not allowed to garnish my Social Security wages.
- 31:47But I was trying to work something out with them, and they just would not get back to me. They would not respond. And you could just show the the judge, you know, your evidence that you sent this out, certified mail, or you made this phone call, and they just they won't call you back. They won't talk to you, and you would just like the case dismissed.
- 32:05Unknown: Yep.
- 32:07They won't be there.
- 32:11Unknown: Okay.
- 32:12Okay.
- 32:14Alright.
- 32:15Unknown: I think it's gonna be a cakewalk. Thank you very much. Yep. Big cakewalk for you there, Christian.
- 32:21I
- 32:22wish my
- 32:24buddy Jeff,
- 32:25who called me this morning. Thank you, Jeffrey.
- 32:29Like a son to me.
- 32:32He beat Chase Manhattan on a when you brought this story out, Christian,
- 32:38that was what kept flashing through my mind, and I've talked to him subsequently.
- 32:44And,
- 32:46he said, you know, Roger, I didn't know till
- 32:48couple years ago why I won that.
- 32:53And he said,
- 32:56as if it's the best I can remember, k, best I can remember, Jeff.
- 33:00So I'm 78 now.
- 33:05He said there was not agreement.
- 33:08In other words, they went to a court. He got it dismissed, but he didn't find out until later that there was not agreement.
- 33:14And before they can take you to court,
- 33:17they have to enter with you on some kind of an agreement ahead of time. I'm not sure what all that entails.
- 33:24But, anyway and it was a little bit more, I think, cash than than yours was.
- 33:29But, one of these days, he's gonna come on there and tell us about it because he said he would. So he's a hardworking man. He's out, you know, doing something.
- 33:38Listen on the side, probably.
- 33:40And one of these days, he'll tell us about it, but I do remember he said that that he found out recently
- 33:46that before they went to trial, there was no agreement,
- 33:50and they can't go to trial without an agreement. That's the best I can do.
- 33:55So, anyway, there's certainly ways to get out of there. You know, we're in over a trillion dollars now in interest fees per month. Right?
- 34:03You know that, Christian? Right.
- 34:05Unknown: Yes.
- 34:07Unknown: In other words, hey. Let me repeat that audience.
- 34:10In the vigorous department,
- 34:12you know, the 22%
- 34:14plus APR,
- 34:16there are over a trillion dollars in that column now on all the debts that are piled up
- 34:22on people's credit cards. People are actually having to go and buy groceries on credit cards, folks, from what I hear.
- 34:29I do they have this thing in The States now that they've had down here for a while?
- 34:34Let me get something in my stomach here. Hold on.
- 34:40In other words, I can remember in Argentina,
- 34:43I go to the grocery store and beat people checking out, and the people in front of you put a credit card down for
- 34:50Cokes and freaking potato chips. Jeez.
- 34:54Boy, they're getting you every direction there, aren't they?
- 34:58So they put that down there, and the cashier would say, would you like to pay for this in three or six payments or 12 payments or whatever? Are they doing that up there? I think Amazon's doing it on some stuff. Are they doing that at regular stores up there these days in The US?
- 35:15Nobody wants to talk to me? Know about it. Okay. I don't know about it. Yeah. Thank you. Damn. I'm glad you're there, Christian. Somebody talk to me. Yeah.
- 35:25I think these people take my breath. I'm I'm riding. Oh god. You're relay
- 35:31you're relating. I thought they figured my breath smelled or something. Hell, I don't know.
- 35:40Oh, regardless.
- 35:42Yikes. Yikes. Yikes. So it's a crazy world. We're right in the middle of this crazy summer. We got a a back half of the year here.
- 35:52I don't know what to tell you it looks like between now and yonder.
- 35:57I mean, we we got a bunch of stuff coming up between now and then. We're in a we're in a hell of a condition right now.
- 36:07Why? Why Trump did you ever
- 36:10let
- 36:11that psychopath,
- 36:14sociopath
- 36:15bastard
- 36:16talk you into this?
- 36:19Why?
- 36:22No. He he hell, even Biden was smarter than that, Trump.
- 36:29Obama
- 36:30was smarter than that.
- 36:33Jeez almighty.
- 36:36The the whole thing, they're they're they're already getting where they can see the end of the tunnel on diesel production and jet fuel.
- 36:44They almost see the light at the end of the tunnel on that now.
- 36:49If they started repumping and redoing
- 36:52everything over there today, it'd take two to six months to get the production back up because they've shut all this down, destroyed it. Some of these things, it'll take if they ever rebuild, it'll take six to ten years.
- 37:08All because of this sorry ass
- 37:11whacko
- 37:13bunch
- 37:14being led
- 37:15by a sycophant,
- 37:17b b Netanyahu.
- 37:21Arrogant,
- 37:22hutzpah,
- 37:23egotistical,
- 37:24you name it. You put the label on it. It fits on that bastard.
- 37:31And the bad thing is if you get rid of that, then yay yay yo yo yoo hoo, the others behind him are even worse.
- 37:39Schmoldrick,
- 37:40have you seen this guy Schmoldrick,
- 37:42Paul?
- 37:43One of his ministers, his minister of treasury or something. Smoltrick?
- 37:48Oh my god. These people are worse than Netanyahu.
- 37:53So, you know, I I get chided
- 37:57because
- 37:59I say you gotta take these some bitches out of the gene pool. They gotta convert to Christ. You gotta get them out of the gene pool. You cannot
- 38:05if you will continue to let these some bitches roam the face of the earth, you're gonna continue to get what we've got 1,100 times
- 38:14from a 110 different countries.
- 38:16That is they use usury.
- 38:18They accumulate funds. They take over the government. They man it with their people, and you're the damn slaves again. It's happened
- 38:27a lot of times in history.
- 38:30This is nothing new. They maybe they're right. Maybe we are the stupid ass Goyum because, boy, for some reason, we can't learn.
- 38:40We do not seem to be able to learn, folks. Just look around.
- 38:44And now rather than learn, you'll stand out there and let them make dumbasses out of you.
- 38:52Unknown: You know, Roger? Yes.
- 38:57It it
- 38:58in reading
- 39:00the word, you know, I've seen that God gave
- 39:05gave Pharaoh
- 39:07even time to repent with all the
- 39:11the frogs,
- 39:13the flies,
- 39:15the red, you know, the Red Nile,
- 39:18everything to repent, and he didn't do it. So he hardened his heart.
- 39:23He came again he he continued
- 39:27to come against the the people.
- 39:30So,
- 39:31also,
- 39:33he gave Jezebel
- 39:35time to repent.
- 39:37But in the end, she got ate up with the dogs
- 39:40because he hardened her heart. And that's what happens with these people that wanna keep doing
- 39:48what in Netanyahu.
- 39:50And these people, you'd think they're mentally retarded like JF Kennedy
- 39:54junior said,
- 39:56their hearts are hardened. They they want their they want their way or no way. They
- 40:01hate us. They hate the priest. And
- 40:05and god made you,
- 40:07kinda like Moses, come out come out from among them.
- 40:12Let my people go. That's what that's what your call is. Let my people go. I
- 40:17Unknown: refuse
- 40:18to be in Jew
- 40:21satanic
- 40:22slavery.
- 40:23I refuse to be.
- 40:26K?
- 40:27Son, that's kind of the mindset. I wasn't going to Vietnam. I wasn't gonna go to all that crap when I was sixty years ago. I've known about their game. It wasn't right. There's all kinds of crap always. It didn't make sense. I didn't know jack crap,
- 40:42but I knew that wasn't right.
- 40:44I might not have known much, but I knew their crap wasn't right. Okay?
- 40:49And so a lifetime of looking.
- 40:51I mean, I remember Christian. I'd turn I I was a, you know, news addict,
- 40:56and I'd turn on the network news and yell at the television,
- 40:59wanna throw my shoe through it, and all the rest of that stuff. My father and I'd have
- 41:05heated arguments at the dinner table over Vietnam, him being a retired
- 41:09air force officer,
- 41:11all that kind of stuff. I never knew what was wrong, but I knew something was wrong.
- 41:16And by golly,
- 41:19John Benson and Glenn Amborn and the tax movement showed up in my life.
- 41:25Changed my life, folks. Same way this information,
- 41:27maybe. I don't know. I can't speak for you, of course.
- 41:31That this information may be changing your lives.
- 41:34It's a subtle change. The biggest change and the most noticeable,
- 41:38of course,
- 41:39is, removing yourself from the back end here where the poison is and the taxing authorities because their game is to get, uber wealthy,
- 41:50control the world, take it into what they call they they have a name for it. It's called the messianic
- 41:55age.
- 41:56That's when they own everything on Earth that they've acquired through, you know, fraudulent usury.
- 42:01In this system, we're talking about when they own everything on Earth and each one of them own 200 to you.
- 42:08I don't wanna be their damn Jew slave. I refuse.
- 42:12K?
- 42:13And so that's the messianic age for these folks. That's what they're striving
- 42:18for,
- 42:20and we
- 42:22just ain't gonna let it happen.
- 42:25Oh, something listen. If you want to this goes back to some of these core principles.
- 42:31I'm so grateful for the information in this platform and you folks that don't wanna talk to me. And I'm so grateful because then I have to sit here and pontificate on it. If I'm doing that, I gotta be thinking about it. And when and I go this and this and that leads to, woah.
- 42:49Hold it.
- 42:50I've got the power.
- 42:52I don't know that I ever realized that before.
- 42:57A while back, you know, go and hold it. This is core principle.
- 43:01I've they don't have the power. I gave it to him through this trick.
- 43:06I've got the power.
- 43:07I'm gonna take it back.
- 43:10I'm gonna cherish it. I'm gonna nurture it. I'm gonna polish it.
- 43:14I'm gonna see if I can get it to grow and enhance.
- 43:19And let me understand it more. Let me have control of it more. Let me see how to affect its
- 43:26inner good more.
- 43:30Well, then I come to stumble on a scene. Well, I'll be damned.
- 43:34I'm the one with the power.
- 43:37I never thought that before. I know Jesus said the truth is
- 43:41powerful and all that stuff. They used to tell me that when I was young. I didn't have examples on how to apply that so I could really understand it. Well, I do now.
- 43:51It's alright. We've got the power.
- 43:54That if you really think about it with these people, what they've done, how they've done it, this is why they had to go through
- 44:02all the contortions
- 44:05starting this civil war,
- 44:07setting up this legislation,
- 44:09going through everything else for so long, waiting patiently
- 44:13until they could spring the mousetrap on 03/09/1933.
- 44:18Bam. Got it. Got them now.
- 44:21Oh, I got their little asses now. They'll never be, a, able to get out of it because, b, they'll never understand it. Wrong. Wrong.
- 44:34We understand it.
- 44:35Therefore, we understand you.
- 44:38Therefore, like our maker, big g god says twice,
- 44:42Jacob have I loved and Esau have I hated. And according to Brent Winthers,
- 44:48our excellent
- 44:49translator,
- 44:50that pretty well translates exactly what it says. And it said once in Genesis,
- 44:56and it said once in Roman nine.
- 44:59Jacob have I loved, and Esau have I hated.
- 45:03I told you the other day I was watching this genealogical
- 45:06thing on YouTube YouTube.
- 45:08And I'm watching, and this guy's going, we couldn't have done this ten, twenty years ago. But with all this sophisticated
- 45:14stuff we got now, we can tell you that the women that contribute to the Jewish genealogy
- 45:21were Gentiles
- 45:22out of Europe,
- 45:23out of Italy, one of them.
- 45:26But they can take the male lineage, the Y lineage. They can trace that back, and the guy sitting there talking shows a map of it, shows a concentration of the groups. He said, these are Canaanites.
- 45:41These are Canaanites.
- 45:44It's what the genealogy shows. You wonder why they don't like genealogy
- 45:48over there in Israel too much?
- 45:53You're wondering about that? Well, there's your answer right there.
- 46:00Yikes. The lord of mercy. They're getting spooked out every day, Christian. They're getting exposed every day on some facet of their agenda.
- 46:08Somewhere,
- 46:09they're losing ground.
- 46:11Thank god.
- 46:12I heard this. Listen. I heard this guy this morning on back back with the doctor
- 46:17judge Knapp.
- 46:19And judge Knapp's first question, you think Israel's, you know, base I wish I could remember it exactly. You think they're, like, going down? He goes, you betcha.
- 46:29Unknown: Hey, Roger.
- 46:30Unknown: Yes.
- 46:31Yes. Who's that?
- 46:34Unknown: The Jews of the sea lions of Esau.
- 46:37You are exactly 100%
- 46:38correct.
- 46:40Unknown: Yeah.
- 46:42That's so is the DNA. I
- 46:45Unknown: also wanna tell you that
- 46:47your birthday,
- 46:48you you're one year close to the end, and you're the beginning.
- 46:54Unknown: Yeah. That's for sure. That's are you there's some things that have happened on July 20,
- 46:59historically,
- 47:00that are interesting.
- 47:01The, one of the assassination
- 47:03attempts,
- 47:04yes, and the truth?
- 47:06Unknown: The the truth about
- 47:08Lindsey Graham is how he died. He died from choking on his boyfriend's 10 h Johnson.
- 47:15Unknown: Could be. I'm not gonna I ain't going over there.
- 47:19I'm gonna go back to the import important things that happened on this day. One of them was when they tried to assassinate Hitler with the bomb.
- 47:29Another
- 47:30one was the day Vince Foster was killed
- 47:33July 20.
- 47:35Another one in 1969,
- 47:37I was in Alaska
- 47:38during the summer fighting forest fires and stuff,
- 47:42and, that was, the year man supposedly landed on the moon, 07/20/1969.
- 47:48So there's been a number of different things. There's others. Those are just the three I can think of
- 47:52right off the top of my head.
- 47:55I don't know how many years the good lord has got left for me here.
- 47:59Just if really and I heard y'all ask, Lisa.
- 48:02Y'all ask occasionally. I'm in great shape for my age
- 48:06with the exception of my eyesight, which I wish was better, but it's adequate.
- 48:12Barely.
- 48:13And
- 48:15but everything else, I'm in good shape. You know? I'm slim, trim,
- 48:19you know, live eat healthy for the most part, live in a healthy environment up here at 8,000 feet high in the Indies, and,
- 48:28I like it and feeling pretty good. My mother, course made it till
- 48:33two weeks short of 96.
- 48:36So, and I got her physiology.
- 48:39So I figure I'm
- 48:40got a few more in front of me, and I sure hope so because I love pestering these bastards.
- 48:46I love
- 48:47Piper. I love taking a damn cattle prod and prodding these son of a bitches from the backside,
- 48:53and they can't do a damn thing about it. You wanna talk about feeling powerful?
- 48:57You folks, you're new here. You don't understand that yet. It doesn't happen overnight. It takes a while. You get to the point where, hell, I'll hit them with an electric cattle prod all damn day long. You ever hear any retribution?
- 49:10No.
- 49:11You never hear any reaction?
- 49:13No.
- 49:14Never hear them use my name?
- 49:16Nope.
- 49:18You ever hear them talk about things like the radio ranch? No. And nor will you.
- 49:24They cannot even fathom sending over people
- 49:28as much as they'd love to try and come back and demonize me. I got them red handed.
- 49:35You know, what's the old Gandhi list? First, they ignore you, then they demonize you, then they fight you, and then you win.
- 49:43Well, we alerted them right at the start. First step, damn, this is who we are. They can't do anything because they're guilty as damn sin, a slave, and and everything else. So, therefore, they never demonize you because they don't wanna send anybody over here. Hell, they're not they got enough problems with some of these affidavits that are coming in with passport applications now. They're concerned about it enough where they have somebody from the inside
- 50:08actually call Jerry up in New York a couple of years back and start asking him questions saying his wife, no. We can't. She's born in Syracuse. We can't do that. The only issue is citizen of The United States. And so Jerry humors him, and they have a little more conversation. And the guy goes, wow. You know your stuff.
- 50:29His words, wow.
- 50:30You know yourself.
- 50:33Boys, that made me puff up like a proud daddy. And,
- 50:39and so,
- 50:40Jerry goes,
- 50:41well, I'll tell you what. Just send me the package back. Guys, did you want me to send you the package back with a check and everything? Jerry goes, yeah. They go off, sashay down to Florida for a week with their neighbors,
- 50:53come back, boom, right there in the mailbox.
- 50:55Passport card? Passport.
- 50:57Oh, you couldn't send one of those.
- 51:00Just national.
- 51:01So
- 51:02what what does that incident tell you? That was easily three years ago. What does that incident tell you?
- 51:11Somebody from the inside was calling to check on how much he knew. That's why that comment, boy, you know your stuff,
- 51:19had such an impact on me because I understand what they're doing. He says, what's my next step in my administrative appeal?
- 51:28You you don't have another step. I'm the top appeal guy.
- 51:32Bullshit.
- 51:35Sorry.
- 51:36I know the bureaucracy enough
- 51:38to know they're not gonna have the head of appeals
- 51:41calling you and feeding you this line of crap he's trying to feed you to see how much you know.
- 51:48There's concern up there, folks. They know they've got caught.
- 51:53All we gotta do is spread the word.
- 51:58Unknown: That's what god
- 52:00that's what Jesus told us to do, spread the word and make sure that faithful over what
- 52:05what god has given you.
- 52:07Unknown: Dying, you people. Please use your mouths.
- 52:11Don't be scared of this. You've taken the power back. And if you haven't taken it back yet, the opportunity to do so is right damn in front of you.
- 52:22If you're not taking advantage of that,
- 52:25I'd say, I'd wanna go sit down with myself
- 52:30in a quiet place
- 52:32and think that through a little bit.
- 52:39What in the hell
- 52:41is holding somebody back from achieving severance
- 52:45and separation from these creeps?
- 52:48Roger.
- 52:50Yes.
- 52:51Larry.
- 52:53Unknown: Yeah.
- 52:54Just some more suggestions for Christian tomorrow.
- 52:58Looks like
- 53:01he's protected from wage garnishment.
- 53:04And under the under federal statutes,
- 53:07they the debt collector cannot
- 53:09touch his Social Security. We talked about this in the past.
- 53:14It says in the Texas constitution under article
- 53:1816 section 28,
- 53:20quote, no current wages
- 53:22for personal service
- 53:24shall ever be subject to garnishment except for the enforcement
- 53:28of court ordered,
- 53:29number one, child support payments, or number two,
- 53:33spousal
- 53:34maintenance.
- 53:35That's interesting how they
- 53:37put those two words together, spousal maintenance,
- 53:41close quote.
- 53:44Another thing is under federal law, 42 United States Code section four zero seven
- 53:51With civil rights. Social Security Act.
- 53:54Yeah. None of the monies paid or payable or rights vested under this subchapter
- 53:59shall be subject to execution,
- 54:01levy, attachment, garnishment, or other legal process
- 54:04or to the operation of any bankruptcy
- 54:07or insolvency
- 54:09law. And another thing I learned was
- 54:12Unknown: What was that code, Larry? What was that code?
- 54:15Unknown: Child 42 something.
- 54:18Unknown: 42 United States code section
- 54:20four zero seven,
- 54:22and then that's under section two zero seven of the Social Security Act also.
- 54:28Another
- 54:28thing I learned is when you're in small claims court in Texas,
- 54:33the judge you can't ask the judge
- 54:36to dismiss the case,
- 54:37but you can ask
- 54:39the collector
- 54:41to dismiss
- 54:42the case.
- 54:43And here's what you can do. Make sure you you show up early
- 54:48because you don't wanna get a default judgment.
- 54:51Give yourself plenty of time to,
- 54:53get to the courtroom
- 54:55and be waiting on the clerk to call you in the bailiff rather to call you in
- 55:00and,
- 55:01you know, have have all the correspondence
- 55:04and a little timeline.
- 55:05If you made any phone calls,
- 55:07whatever you sent to them,
- 55:09just have that all in order in chronological
- 55:12order ready to go.
- 55:14And, once you once you get in there and the judge gives you an opportunity to speak,
- 55:19you could say to him, your honor, my sole source of income is Social Security. I have no other assets, wages, or income
- 55:26under Texas law.
- 55:28I am entirely judgment proof.
- 55:30Even if a judgment is entered, the plaintiff cannot legally collect any funds from me.
- 55:36And then
- 55:37you when if the, you know,
- 55:39debt collector attorney
- 55:42may reply to that.
- 55:44And then,
- 55:45you know, when the judge comes back around to you, you could say, I have repeatedly tried to act in good faith
- 55:51to resolve this matter through phone calls and written correspondence,
- 55:55but the plaintiff's counsel completely ignored my attempts to communicate or to, yeah, to communicate.
- 56:03And, you
- 56:05know, you could also try this strategy
- 56:07because a third party debt collector
- 56:11probably
- 56:12does not have the original
- 56:14credit card,
- 56:15the signed original credit card company contract. They don't.
- 56:21You could,
- 56:22ask the attorney to show you the original signed contract.
- 56:26And
- 56:27don't forget this. This is very important.
- 56:30Ask them to show you an unbroken chain of assignment
- 56:33proving they legally own this specific debt.
- 56:37And it's at that point that if they cannot produce that evidence on the spot, you can say, your honor, I'm asking you to dismiss the case for lack of evidence.
- 56:47So those are a couple of, suggestions for you tomorrow.
- 56:50Unknown: Yep. Be sure and call ahead of time. They may have already pulled it from the docket,
- 56:55Christian.
- 56:57Unknown: Okay.
- 56:58Unknown: I can't imagine I'm doing it without notifying you, but they may have done it. Or and I guarantee you, they're what what's this all over? $2?
- 57:08Unknown: Yeah. It's 2,800.
- 57:10Unknown: They're not gonna show up. I'll be shocked if they show up. Anyway, I think you'll breeze right through it. No problem. You're protected on every side. Hey, Roger. And
- 57:19to Yes. I think that's Lisa. Is that Lisa?
- 57:24Nancy. Nancy.
- 57:26Nancy.
- 57:27I saw your picture the other day.
- 57:31Unknown: You did?
- 57:33Unknown: I did. You were partying.
- 57:35You're
- 57:35partying with family and friends.
- 57:38Oh, okay.
- 57:40Okay.
- 57:41Unknown: It's probably some event at Suzanne and Dean's.
- 57:44Unknown: Yes.
- 57:46Unknown: Yeah. So happy birthday,
- 57:48Unknown: first of all. Thank you. Yep.
- 57:50Unknown: And I just wanted to follow-up and piggyback on this
- 57:54add a little note that of what Larry has
- 57:57shared for you, Christian, is what he what Larry's outlining is the if
- 58:04they cannot
- 58:05produce
- 58:07the signed original signed contract,
- 58:10it's broken chain of title, and it's therefore hearsay
- 58:14and therefore inadmissible.
- 58:16Any documentation
- 58:18that they have is inadmissible
- 58:20when you don't have the original
- 58:22chain of title. So it's hearsay
- 58:24and inadmissible,
- 58:25so therefore they have no proof of claim.
- 58:28So those words may
- 58:30may be helpful also just to to
- 58:33back up what Larry was sharing.
- 58:36Unknown: Nancy, does a in due course come in here? Larry, does a holder in due course, which can
- 58:42be applied in other areas of law makes sense here?
- 58:46Because they're not the holder in due course because they didn't have that assignment.
- 58:51Unknown: Okay. Yep. They gotta show that whole unbroken chain,
- 58:54and then they are considered
- 58:56holder in due course.
- 58:58Unknown: Well, Christian, don't get your panties all in a wad. It'll turn out alright. You we shouldn't have any problems. Okay?
- 59:05Unknown: Okay.
- 59:08Unknown: Okay.
- 59:10Unknown: Yeah. Thank you very much. Uh-huh. Well, you're very welcome.
- 59:13So we're about to take our little top of the hour
- 59:18sojourn for a couple minutes, and
- 59:21you're gonna hear some whistling here or music or something. And then Paul's gonna come talk to us and then for a minute, and then we're gonna have some really nice classical music so you can
- 59:31cleanse your mental palate.
- 59:34Cleanse your mental palate of everything we've talked about in the first hour, and you have that classical music. It's like a little bit a little bit of a lime sherbet there,
- 59:44you know, between the the main meal and the dessert.
- 59:49We'll see you in a minute.
- 59:52Thank you.
- 1:00:02Unknown: Thank you for joining us for the Radio Ranch with Roger Sails on
- 1:00:07eurofolkradio.com,
- 1:00:09radio.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 1:00:12We're also on Rumble on rumble.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 1:00:16Our website is thematrixdocs.com.
- 1:00:20It is thematrixdocs.com

- 1:00:29links to free conference calls so you can join the conversation
- 1:00:33live.
- 1:00:34There's exhibits there,
- 1:00:35a veritable plethora of information,
- 1:00:39pack a lunch, stay the day. We'll be back to the program in just a minute. Thank you.
- 1:01:50And we're back.
- 1:01:52Unknown: How about that? You feel cleansed,
- 1:01:54don't you?
- 1:01:56Okay. We're talking with Nancy's on the line, our friend Nancy, and,
- 1:02:00Christian's there. Larry's there. Are you here?
- 1:02:04I hadn't heard from you.
- 1:02:06Anyway, we're, back into the swing here on Roger's big 70
- 1:02:11birthday.
- 1:02:12Tell you what, I damn sure don't feel 78 until I start needing to go walking around, Paul. I'm starting to feel, you know, tired for the first time in my life,
- 1:02:22low energy and stuff. I'm hoping maybe that's another reason I can find a answer to or just being old. I don't know. Maybe just being old. So I know I have since the incident about a year ago,
- 1:02:35and the thing was is before that, I was going out to eat, you know, just to get out of the apartment, go out to eat, all that. So you get an exercise
- 1:02:44doing all that stuff just even if it's minimal.
- 1:02:47But when the separation occurred with this disagreement I had with these earthly critters here,
- 1:02:53I've just been staying at home. I wouldn't I'm eating at home because I'm not going out to eat, and I'm trying to eat healthier and all that. So I end up just staying here and not exercising
- 1:03:03enough.
- 1:03:04That's if there's one thing I'm sure that's lacking for me, it's that right there.
- 1:03:09So, anyway, I'm sure I'll get around to it. I'm aware of it.
- 1:03:13Unknown: I was running around all day yesterday, and it basically kicked my butt because
- 1:03:18we've got wildfires
- 1:03:20Unknown: burning. Oh, yes. You do. Boundary
- 1:03:23Unknown: Boundary Waters area.
- 1:03:24I mean, there were days when Andy's air quality index was 500 out of 500. It was it was
- 1:03:32as bad
- 1:03:34as they could possibly measure.
- 1:03:37Wow. My son, this is in Northern Minnesota,
- 1:03:41he went golfing when
- 1:03:44the he only had
- 1:03:46between a 100 and a 150
- 1:03:48yard
- 1:03:49visibility on the golf course. Right. Made finding his golf balls very interesting.
- 1:03:55Unknown: God, makes you really need a mask.
- 1:03:59Unknown: Well, yeah, something like that.
- 1:04:01But, yeah, it's it's my, AQI wasn't too bad yesterday.
- 1:04:06Uh-huh. But I was outside in it and
- 1:04:10pretty much
- 1:04:11Well you know, made a mess.
- 1:04:13Unknown: It it must be bad enough. Trump is making comments about it publicly.
- 1:04:19Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. It's yeah. It's serious.
- 1:04:23Unknown: Yikes. I'm sorry to hear that you're having to deal with that, but, yeah, I heard the Canadian
- 1:04:28thing was
- 1:04:29but showed an aerial picture of the whole damn country. It's just about on fire from what it looks like or
- 1:04:35affected by the smoke at least.
- 1:04:37Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:04:38Unknown: So I'd really Canadian friends up north, they're, you know, they're nice folks. And, oh, wow. We got a few of them down here.
- 1:04:46But, boy, they're way ahead of us. You know what was interesting? What was it? The other thing we're talking about the other day on,
- 1:04:54oh, one of the things on birthright citizenship
- 1:04:57in this decision recently.
- 1:04:59And, they made the statement that the only two countries in the world birthright
- 1:05:04citizen applies is Us and Canada
- 1:05:07instituted it about a year or two ago. Now
- 1:05:10that's interesting, isn't it? Now I thought,
- 1:05:14and I would have thought,
- 1:05:16they just may not know this. I'm pretty sure Uruguay is on the same program.
- 1:05:21But, anyway, so that's
- 1:05:24the only countries. Not many of us if the if it's those three, there's not many of us in the world that are on that. And, of course, now we know why. Nobody else understands.
- 1:05:34Yeah. Very few anyway.
- 1:05:37Unknown: Yes, sir.
- 1:05:38I had a rather lengthy lengthy
- 1:05:41discussion with AI on on the whole Oh, did you?
- 1:05:45Upheaval on of the the court system and
- 1:05:50natural law versus statutory
- 1:05:52law and administrative
- 1:05:54policy and all that.
- 1:05:57And
- 1:05:58basically
- 1:06:02AI was following the accepted narrative
- 1:06:05at how
- 1:06:07the courts have
- 1:06:08ruled numerous times that the national, state national,
- 1:06:13the sovereign citizen, the whole argument doesn't hold any any basis in fact.
- 1:06:20And I asked I asked AI,
- 1:06:24okay. So
- 1:06:26if you're saying that
- 1:06:28purely because I exist in a space,
- 1:06:32I am beholden to
- 1:06:35the government of that space
- 1:06:38and there's no way to opt out of it individually.
- 1:06:42Where
- 1:06:43on the earth
- 1:06:45could somebody live and actually live free without being under the oppressive thumb of the administrative state?
- 1:06:53And it said, that's a very good question.
- 1:06:56There
- 1:06:58is virtually nowhere
- 1:06:59on the earth where a person could actually do that, and the only way for a person to exit out of a system would be with a group coordinated
- 1:07:10effort,
- 1:07:11similar
- 1:07:12to the Declaration of Independence and the overthrow
- 1:07:16of
- 1:07:18England's
- 1:07:19control
- 1:07:21over the colonies.
- 1:07:24And I'm going,
- 1:07:25so
- 1:07:26you my personal
- 1:07:29declaration
- 1:07:31and under the UN declaration of human rights,
- 1:07:36my personal declaration doesn't mean a hill of beans,
- 1:07:40and
- 1:07:41AI came back and said, no, it doesn't because it says elsewhere
- 1:07:46in the UN
- 1:07:49declaration
- 1:07:49that
- 1:07:53if you
- 1:07:55reside in, if you live in a space,
- 1:07:59if you live in a territory,
- 1:08:01you are obligated to abide by the laws of that territory.
- 1:08:06And then it went, then it turned into a circular argument going right back. Okay, well what gives them the right and authority? Well that was through the consent of the governed. Okay. Well, how do I rescind consent?
- 1:08:19And AI basically said, you can't do it. A group has to
- 1:08:24Unknown: do it. And and Well, that's wrong. A whole bunch of bullshit. Well, that's just wrong. Here, you know, this is the advantage that we've got is having
- 1:08:33John Benson as our
- 1:08:35our daddy,
- 1:08:37our law daddy.
- 1:08:39And how do you take a situation like you're discussing right here with this genius group
- 1:08:47of machines?
- 1:08:49Unknown: You just said it, bro. We are more.
- 1:08:53Unknown: And and and and have a discussion on them when they don't know
- 1:09:00that a person is you were from where you get your rights and to whom you owe your duties. Now you see this is the situation I had with this. I've told a story before, but there may be a couple of you on here that heard it.
- 1:09:14I was down in Argentina who unfortunately
- 1:09:17lost the World Cup yesterday.
- 1:09:18Well, I'll tell you, I was shocked, man.
- 1:09:22Spain had 19 shots on goal and Argentina
- 1:09:25had none.
- 1:09:27Woah.
- 1:09:28Not like them. Anyway, they have obviously got blistered on the defense yesterday.
- 1:09:34But I was over there in Argentina.
- 1:09:36The book was out. This was probably in 2012,
- 1:09:42maybe.
- 1:09:43Spring
- 1:09:44two thousand twelve. And Doug Casey, big international financier.
- 1:09:48Some of you know who Doug is. I guess he's still with us. Written
- 1:09:53books, big boy, you know, stock market guy, avant garde,
- 1:09:58investor, world traveler, lived in 25 different countries and
- 1:10:02ended up settling in Argentina.
- 1:10:06Owned some property down there. Pretty nice property.
- 1:10:10You know why he likes Argentina?
- 1:10:13Paul?
- 1:10:15Said man lived in 25 countries, and these people and the bureaucracy can't find his butt with both hands.
- 1:10:24Uh-huh. It's exactly what he said.
- 1:10:28So, anyway, he has a big outfit up there in Northern Argentina
- 1:10:33in a little town called Cafayete
- 1:10:35or Cafashete depending on the pronunciation.
- 1:10:39South Of Salta is about,
- 1:10:41I don't know, 5,000 hectares or something, Paul. It's a pretty big splot.
- 1:10:46He went into partnership with a former
- 1:10:49governor of the
- 1:10:51of the parish there,
- 1:10:54assault the parish and
- 1:10:57reputedly,
- 1:10:59his a lot of his wealth came from cocaine from Bolivia.
- 1:11:03It's just hearsay.
- 1:11:05Anyway, he went into
- 1:11:07little agreement with mister Casey. They had about 5,000 hectares up in the mountains.
- 1:11:13They're about 5,000 feet, ribs, beautiful, pristine valley.
- 1:11:18And they built this big housing development there, a world class gym, world class golf course.
- 1:11:23And then every two years, I guess he's still doing it, twice a year, not every two years, twice a year, spring and fall,
- 1:11:31they will have an open house where all these jetset people
- 1:11:34from all over the world can come up there and see if Doug can sell him some property
- 1:11:39that's overpriced
- 1:11:41and that then his construction company can build them a house again overpriced.
- 1:11:48So, anyway, they have this wonderful
- 1:11:51thing to attend.
- 1:11:53So you wanna go rub elbows with some of these folks and stuff?
- 1:11:57Highly advise you check into that.
- 1:12:00And
- 1:12:03just folks from all over the world, you know, and polo players and this, that, and the other.
- 1:12:08They have all they they feed you real nice, and they have meals out, and one of the meals was out in one of the vineyards underneath the big tree there in the center, and they had 10 awnings, and you'd have different people cater it. And then it'd be at somebody's big house in town on the next one, and it was it was quite a week. K?
- 1:12:28And I really enjoyed it. But going up there
- 1:12:32on the plane, they give you these questionnaires.
- 1:12:37Now some of you done flying lately. You you've probably seen this, especially internationally, I think. They give you the you know, are you bringing any fruit? Are you this? Are you that? And one of the questions on there, Paul, is are what country are you a resident of?
- 1:12:52Resident Argentina? No. What country? Well,
- 1:12:56hell, I started thinking.
- 1:13:00I'll be darned. Ain't that interesting? I've got an affidavit on file in The United States. I'm not a resident there. I'm living in Argentina.
- 1:13:08I haven't gone into their residency program and
- 1:13:12and tried to get that done. We're just every ninety days, I believe it was every 90.
- 1:13:17Every hundred and eighty days, you just go
- 1:13:20get an extension on your passport. It cost you a couple 100 pesos
- 1:13:24for the for the first few years.
- 1:13:27So I wasn't a resident there,
- 1:13:30and I and you go, well, where am I? Every I remember John said everybody's a resident or a nonresident.
- 1:13:37Makes perfect sense to me.
- 1:13:40So let's go back to here's here's go back and dig in the old toolbox.
- 1:13:46Get the handy tool.
- 1:13:48Screwdriver,
- 1:13:49hammer, saw,
- 1:13:51whatever
- 1:13:51we need, and what's the handy tool here is what kind of legal person are you? Well, a legal a legal person is an entity
- 1:13:59to whom the law ascribes rights and duties. I'm certainly that.
- 1:14:03I've taken the move in my country because they're using this word resonance to trick everybody into slavery.
- 1:14:09I've taken the move to, or distance myself from that.
- 1:14:15And so if I apply this thing since I'm over under god given rights, Christian, I think you've heard this before, but I'm a reinforce it for you.
- 1:14:24Your residency
- 1:14:25is heaven, buddy.
- 1:14:29How about that? Amen. Because I get my rights from a big g god now
- 1:14:34and I owe him my capital d duties. That means I'm that person.
- 1:14:39And if that's where I get my rights and duties, that's gonna be my residence.
- 1:14:44Well, hell, I'm in heaven already.
- 1:14:47How about that, Christian?
- 1:14:49That's good. Let's have one let's have one of these lawyers or one of these judges refute that little bit of reasoning right there.
- 1:15:00Heard
- 1:15:02I heard William.
- 1:15:03I could hear him reading that Saturday and
- 1:15:07hear myself talking,
- 1:15:09particularly
- 1:15:10at one place when he was discussing
- 1:15:12with them Brown versus Board of Education
- 1:15:17because it revolves around this right here. You know, Jim Crow wasn't black and white.
- 1:15:23Jim Crow was this right here.
- 1:15:27This is the underlying deciding information
- 1:15:30that determines what kind of a person you are, then this is pretty fundamental.
- 1:15:35Am I this fourteenth amendment former Negro slave, or am I this white state citizen? Well,
- 1:15:42I know which one I am.
- 1:15:44Know which one I was back then. I know what one I am now. But average people don't because they've molded from the decision that clarified that
- 1:15:54in 1894
- 1:15:56or six
- 1:15:58plus c v Ferguson.
- 1:16:01Those things are different. They're separate, but they're equal. Because
- 1:16:07they both have a drinking fountain. They're equal. They both have a railroad
- 1:16:12car. They're equal. They both have a dining room,
- 1:16:16in the restaurant. They're equal.
- 1:16:20They don't state it like that, but that's what it is. That's the political side of this from where do you get your rights and whom you owe your duties.
- 1:16:29So, we'll just take that because that's a very, that's a big obstacle
- 1:16:33that we gotta get around to get this little deal done.
- 1:16:38We don't want them to know there's a choice.
- 1:16:41We even this this attorney that's writing back
- 1:16:47to William on this case, he doesn't seem to know there were Jim Crow laws or what the hell they were, and he's in Augusta, Georgia.
- 1:16:56Home of James Brown, by the way.
- 1:17:00I feel good.
- 1:17:02That's right. That's right. The masters and James Brown are about the two things that Augusta's ever produced.
- 1:17:12No. Anyway, that's where we are. And, in that Brown versus Board of Education case, as William said in his brief,
- 1:17:21what
- 1:17:22kind
- 1:17:23of twisted
- 1:17:25legal reasoning
- 1:17:27does somebody have to use
- 1:17:29that the black and the white here
- 1:17:32as political entities with rights and duties are equal?
- 1:17:37Oh, excuse me. That came from the highest court in our land.
- 1:17:43That's the big obstacle. If you're new,
- 1:17:46that's the big obstacle they had to pull that off
- 1:17:51Because
- 1:17:52the cinch
- 1:17:54the cinch,
- 1:17:55the one you stepped into is, are you a citizen of The United States? Are you a resident assigned here? You answered yes every time they were ever asked. You because you're probably scared to answer no. And
- 1:18:07so you've agreed with them, but notice here, what how would you have reacted?
- 1:18:15Would you have reacted if they just said, are you a citizen of The United States or a national?
- 1:18:25Would you have paused? Would you have even paused?
- 1:18:28You
- 1:18:31see, you just couldn't say yes because then it's included in the other. They had to bury it.
- 1:18:38Had to get it, or they're ask you a leading question.
- 1:18:42It's in it it it is contractually
- 1:18:44important because it's your agreement agreement.
- 1:18:48They had to ask you, and they only wanted to ask you one. Are you this slave here?
- 1:18:53How's your slave,
- 1:18:55Massa?
- 1:18:56Massa Jews? How's your I'm like the the the guy you heard over there. Couple of them, they ran them up on stage. Well, I'm a Goyum, and I love to work for the chosen people. Do you hear people say that? I did.
- 1:19:10I saw them.
- 1:19:12Over this news thing they had a couple weeks ago, and they they pull a pony their asses up in front of the camera and go, I'm a Goyum, and I love to work for Jews. They're the chosen people.
- 1:19:26Well, okay, buddy. If that's the way you
- 1:19:29wanna live your life, if that's the boat you wanna lash yourself to,
- 1:19:34you just go ahead.
- 1:19:36Oh, they got plenty of money. They got plenty of influence.
- 1:19:39God hates them. He told us twice. You can see why.
- 1:19:44He created them for god's sakes. You can see why he hates them, can't you? They
- 1:19:51even know they're doing wrong
- 1:19:53because they hide it and couch it from the start of what scheme they're doing. They know it's wrong.
- 1:20:02See, they don't think like we do.
- 1:20:09So, anyway If like
- 1:20:11If nobody can talk to me, I'm gonna climb on this soapbox, and by gosh, I can talk if you hadn't noticed.
- 1:20:19Unknown: Chris. It's like Brent Brent it's like Brent Winter said about
- 1:20:25last
- 1:20:26last Friday
- 1:20:27about
- 1:20:29reading that that that
- 1:20:33long thing about about what what
- 1:20:36most most judges
- 1:20:38are Jews. Yes. Yes. How they book how they believe their control over us?
- 1:20:45Unknown: I wanted Paul to pull that out and have it as a drop in. So when y'all don't wanna talk to me and stuff, I'm pleading and begging, please come communicate with me, and you refuse to. I'm gonna have Paul drop that in as a drop in.
- 1:21:02So I want him to read it with a good voice.
- 1:21:06You didn't hear it.
- 1:21:07So did you one of the Jew judges, he was a pellet level judge.
- 1:21:11Don't remember what his Jew name was, but he was talking to a group of law students in which one of Brent's friends was in the class.
- 1:21:19And he gave this lecture, and and Brent's friend transcribed or recorded it, and Brent transcribed it. This isn't in any book anywhere.
- 1:21:27It's not in any other
- 1:21:29form of accessibility,
- 1:21:31but here it is right here from a Jew. That's an appellate level judge talking about how Jewish judges view law and why they do and think the way they do.
- 1:21:41Pretty profound. They well, we wanna help people.
- 1:21:45We wanna have all this social stuff. We wanna help people.
- 1:21:50Yeah, well, you're not. So you see, this is their, altruistic,
- 1:21:54way. We wanna do this over here so we can accomplish this over here. It's what they're saying. But they won't admit we wanna accomplish over here and enslave you. We just wanna help you. Well,
- 1:22:06alright. I'll buy partially,
- 1:22:08and I will admit that
- 1:22:11this Social Security stuff,
- 1:22:13which I was not going to take years ago, my deceased friend, David Strait, talked me into it, not the Charlottetown, the real guy. And
- 1:22:23at that point in my life, I was I I was 62,
- 1:22:28and I was having to sell gold to live, and I hate selling gold.
- 1:22:33K? And so
- 1:22:34I said
- 1:22:36David used to tell me, said Roger's not their money, it's your money.
- 1:22:41And finally, it got through to me, and I got in that situation. I said, well, I'm gonna get this.
- 1:22:48And so,
- 1:22:50it's been a godsend.
- 1:22:52I really think. See, up there, I it wouldn't be much up where you guys are. But down here, I can live very well on it. You know? So,
- 1:23:01anyway, thank you and but they don't say this so they control you. I don't know how they're controlling me through Social Security. Maybe
- 1:23:08sucking off,
- 1:23:09all that money. I think I told you the other day. I told that story in years. Neil
- 1:23:14Borch's story, not mine. Neil
- 1:23:17Borch, former syndicated radio,
- 1:23:20talk show host out of Atlanta. Pretty pretty
- 1:23:23wide ranging
- 1:23:25reputation,
- 1:23:27little cynical and pompous at times.
- 1:23:32And he told the story about the little town in Texas somewhere down there on the coast around Corpus Christi or Beaumont or
- 1:23:40that area when the Social Security bill came up. I
- 1:23:45have heard, by the way, that they couldn't get that through congress and
- 1:23:50that they finally got the Social Security,
- 1:23:52okay through treaty.
- 1:23:54Now I don't know. I've never researched it, but that's what I remember hearing years ago.
- 1:24:02Excuse me.
- 1:24:06So back when the original legislation floated through, I think it was in the late forties.
- 1:24:14Little earlier than that maybe. Anyway, when it came floating through, there was an exception in there said if you
- 1:24:21if you wanted to start your own parallel program along these same type policy guidelines, you could do it. And so there's one country, one city in the whole country that opted out, and it's this little town down on the Texas Coast or close to it.
- 1:24:37And now this was lord, this is fifteen or more twenty years ago when Borch was talking about this.
- 1:24:45He said the lowest ranking guy, the guy that picked up the trash and that did the sewage
- 1:24:50in that town made 120,000
- 1:24:53a year.
- 1:24:55So there's another motivation.
- 1:24:56I mean, excuse me. Yeah. 120,000 a year. So, there's your motivation for them to get that little bit, then they go
- 1:25:05fool and shenanigan with it on Wall Street or god,
- 1:25:09what other what financial
- 1:25:11shenanigans
- 1:25:12these people can cook up.
- 1:25:15And they use all that in there and enrich themselves and and then, of course, then they they continue to inflate the currency and it dissolves down to where
- 1:25:29my little one, PNC amount wouldn't.
- 1:25:32Yeah, I bet you couldn't rent an apartment in The US on what I get and live on.
- 1:25:37So
- 1:25:39anyway, glad to be down here. Some of you people that are in that situation, you'd get something you might wanna think about. I I know people that are still working
- 1:25:49that that
- 1:25:50my my friend in Atlanta is still working. It's
- 1:25:54$2,200
- 1:25:55a month
- 1:25:57on Social Security. That doesn't seem like too much up there. Let me tell you what. You live you live very well down here
- 1:26:05on that,
- 1:26:06they wouldn't have to work. They
- 1:26:08could stop working, come down, live live like, well, no. Just not yet anyway. We'll see.
- 1:26:15We'll see.
- 1:26:19So anybody got any comments? I mean, I'm just sitting here meandering things I can think about to eat up this time because none of you wanna be friendly with me on my birthday.
- 1:26:29Unknown: Happy
- 1:26:30birthday, There
- 1:26:32Unknown: you go. Thank you. You.
- 1:26:35Anything
- 1:26:36happening? Dave, you got any news reports of have we bombed Turin yet today or anything?
- 1:26:45I feel like we'll get back more into a swing if nothing else is because part of my routine
- 1:26:51here lately is checking on judge Napolitano.
- 1:26:55Now I found a bunch of other sources in subsequencing,
- 1:26:58but he bet took off. Of course, Napolitano
- 1:27:02is
- 1:27:03Italiano,
- 1:27:05which he's proud to talk about, and so he took a trip over to Italy
- 1:27:09for two weeks. I haven't heard him expand on it much. He was talking a little bit this morning about it, but he's already up and back on schedule before we went on the air today. Posting
- 1:27:20interviews and and have a whole day slate loaded up there. So, judge, thank you very much. So now I can get back to him in the mornings
- 1:27:29and, or during the day because I check-in there often. I like that cadre
- 1:27:34people he's got on there. I particularly like, Larry Johnson,
- 1:27:38and I particularly like Pepe Escobar
- 1:27:41who I was not familiar with, but
- 1:27:44how could you not like somebody named Pepe Escobar?
- 1:27:49Come on. Let's be real. Roger. Yes,
- 1:27:53Larry.
- 1:27:56Unknown: Yeah. I just wanna drop a footnote. You were talking about the Social Security program program? Yes, sir.
- 1:28:03Yeah. Did you know that the the
- 1:28:06the
- 1:28:07Security program went by a different name name in 1935.
- 1:28:11And do you know what that name was?
- 1:28:13Unknown: Don't know what the name was. I know Roosevelt had trouble. This is another one of those pieces of legislation.
- 1:28:19He had problems getting through in that time frame,
- 1:28:22and that's why I said I think they had to go to a treaty method to get this passed. But I've never really studied it in-depth, Larry. Tell us what you know.
- 1:28:33Unknown: Well, in 1935,
- 1:28:35the bill was drafted and introduced in congress, and it was known as the Economic Security
- 1:28:41Act. And you know how in the patriot movement for decades,
- 1:28:46there there's everyone out there, all these all these teachers that are trying to say, oh, you you know, all our debts are paid, and there's
- 1:28:54there's a trust fund set up for each each for each person in The United States. And I think they get that word trust fund from what
- 1:29:04occurred
- 1:29:05later on.
- 1:29:06And that was in 1939,
- 1:29:09there was an amendment to
- 1:29:11to that name, the Social Security Act.
- 1:29:15So what happened was they created
- 1:29:18a new name.
- 1:29:20If you look in the United States code at
- 1:29:2342,
- 1:29:25United States code section four zero one,
- 1:29:29will see that that was changed to be called the Federal
- 1:29:34Old Age and Survivors
- 1:29:36Insurance
- 1:29:37Trust Fund and
- 1:29:39the Federal Disability
- 1:29:41Insurance Trust Fund. So I think that's where they're getting this idea that, you know, there's a trust.
- 1:29:47Has.
- 1:29:48And, really, when you get down to it, all congress did was change the name.
- 1:29:53All of the money that's paid out in Social Security all comes out of the general fund. There's no savings.
- 1:30:01Unknown: There So there was initially,
- 1:30:04I believe. And
- 1:30:05the person that changed that
- 1:30:08was Lyndon Johnson during Vietnam.
- 1:30:11And
- 1:30:12to get more money for Vietnam, he opened that and included the Social Security account with the general fund,
- 1:30:19and it's been there ever since to my knowledge.
- 1:30:24Unknown: So Larry,
- 1:30:26Roger.
- 1:30:28Unknown: Yes.
- 1:30:30Unknown: Have you ever heard of Christian
- 1:30:32Hauser that
- 1:30:34has fought in the courts?
- 1:30:51Unknown: Alright. What happened?
- 1:30:54Hunter, go.
- 1:30:58Raj, you there?
- 1:31:06There
- 1:31:08you go.
- 1:31:14It just bounced me out of Zoom workplace.
- 1:31:19Unknown: Hello?
- 1:31:20Unknown: Hello? Okay. Hello?
- 1:31:26Hello. Okay.
- 1:31:28I don't know what happened. I believe that I had an Internet hiccup. Oh,
- 1:31:34Unknown: did I come on me one go home?
- 1:31:38So are we on hiccups now?
- 1:31:41Unknown: Well, no. We're
- 1:31:43we're not on hiccup yet. We've got to rejoin the conference room
- 1:31:48Oh my goodness. Because we got bounced out of there.
- 1:31:52Unknown: Did we? Who's doing such a thing like that?
- 1:32:00Unknown: And
- 1:32:02our incoming
- 1:32:04recording. 56
- 1:32:10Unknown: participants in the
- 1:32:12Unknown: 56 people. I couldn't get you to talk to me.
- 1:32:16Oh
- 1:32:18my lord mercy. There I guess it's Monday Monday. Anyway, Paul and I had to take a little sojourn.
- 1:32:24Unknown: Well,
- 1:32:26yeah, my my Internet connection took a hiatus
- 1:32:29there. It's been doing that.
- 1:32:32Unknown: Has it? God, let's get you to Oklahoma.
- 1:32:35Unknown: Still trying to reconnect.
- 1:32:37Unknown: The Oklahoma still is?
- 1:32:39Unknown: Still don't have a Studio bunch
- 1:32:42c is still connected.
- 1:32:44I'm having trouble
- 1:32:47connecting
- 1:32:47to my VPN.
- 1:32:50Unknown: Hey, Roger. Hey, Roger. Yes, sir. By gosh, I can hear somebody right there. I think that's Christian. Yes, sir.
- 1:32:57Unknown: Yes.
- 1:32:58And Paul Boehner knows knows how slow I am
- 1:33:02on taking these notes.
- 1:33:05Two things that Larry told me about those federal
- 1:33:09codes,
- 1:33:10I I I sent y'all
- 1:33:14Don't don't Can y'all can you repeat that?
- 1:33:18Unknown: Don't just just go in there and tell them you're indigent. You're on Social Security.
- 1:33:23That's all the income they have, and they can't they can't take it. They won't be there to char I'd be shocked if there's anybody there for $2,800.
- 1:33:33K?
- 1:33:34And, otherwise, just stay on mute. You're on good solid ground. You
- 1:33:39start
- 1:33:40just
- 1:33:41tell them what you already know. You start going in there and throwing title 42 and all this other stuff in there. I just don't think it's gonna do you much good because I don't think you're gonna need it. K? Okay.
- 1:33:55The the rules are pretty set, Christian. They can't touch you.
- 1:34:02Unknown: Okay.
- 1:34:03Alright. And if
- 1:34:07should I ask for them to disc
- 1:34:10or let them come up with that?
- 1:34:13Unknown: Let them let them be their idea. They know what their rules are. Just you're
- 1:34:18you're protected, man.
- 1:34:21Man, thank you. Thank you. Thank you very thank you, Larry. Thank you. Yeah. But I know I know I know I know what it is when you get under this kind of a spotlight in a situation, though, and it makes you nervous and not something you're used to doing. And these are the great and great quote authorities,
- 1:34:39but you're you're really protected from folks like this,
- 1:34:42Christian.
- 1:34:45My Social Security is my only income.
- 1:34:48I I I don't have anybody else,
- 1:34:51and and
- 1:34:52it to my knowledge and understanding is is protected.
- 1:34:57Roger. Okay. Yes,
- 1:35:00Larry.
- 1:35:02Unknown: Yeah. Christopher I mean, Christian was asking about Christopher Houser. Have you heard of him?
- 1:35:08Have not.
- 1:35:10Well,
- 1:35:11he erroneously teaches that you could buy this is one of the things he does amongst many. He's got a YouTube channel, and I've I've probably watched about a dozen dozen Roger, breaking news.
- 1:35:27Unknown: Santana's
- 1:35:27birthday today, '79.
- 1:35:30Unknown: Hey. So you're older than I am. Good old Carlos. Thank you. Breaking news.
- 1:35:35Okay. We're share a we'll share a Fajita.
- 1:35:39Go back, Larry, please.
- 1:35:42Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. So
- 1:35:44he he has a a YouTube channel, and he teaches all of this patriot mythology stuff. And
- 1:35:52one of the things he teaches is that you could go on to a dealer car lot and buy a car by simply
- 1:36:00getting this form ten ninety nine a filled
- 1:36:03out,
- 1:36:04that stands for acquisition or abandonment of secured property.
- 1:36:10He's into a lot of this fraudulent
- 1:36:13redemption theories
- 1:36:14material,
- 1:36:16and the
- 1:36:18the scheme falsely
- 1:36:19claims that individuals can tap into this secret multimillion dollar US treasury account linked to their birth certificate to pay off debts or make purchases.
- 1:36:31He also uses a form ten ninety nine OID,
- 1:36:36and really that's used by tax filers to report taxable interest from bonds
- 1:36:41or notes that were bought at a lower price than their face value.
- 1:36:46And the problem is, you know, you might get away with so some people might get away with using these schemes,
- 1:36:53but,
- 1:36:54you know, many of them don't. And these things carry severe federal tax fraud charges,
- 1:37:00not to mention vehicle repossession and grand theft arrests.
- 1:37:04Unknown: Alright. So you gotta be really careful about some of these guys. I beg people. I beg you not to go over in here, but if you insist
- 1:37:11on going over there in that gray area and poking that damn bear, you go do it.
- 1:37:17Julie's messing with this stuff right now. K? Oh, yeah. There's people. No. There's not. I've never seen anybody get a penny back going after come some trust.
- 1:37:30K?
- 1:37:33But if you wanna do it,
- 1:37:36you suffer the consequences
- 1:37:38of whatever they may be. I don't think you'll get anything
- 1:37:43either way. But I I please,
- 1:37:46folks, why do you think we go back to all this meticulous stuff?
- 1:37:50An entity to whom this law ascribed rights and duties. This person here, that applies here. I mean, why do you think we go over all that? So that you can dispel that bullshit.
- 1:38:00But some of you insist on it. Grass is always greener. Go ahead, Larry or Christian or whoever wants to say something. I
- 1:38:07Unknown: wanna I wanna thank god for for people like you. I mean, we I mean, I spent a lot of time in in the
- 1:38:14in the, patriot movement,
- 1:38:16and,
- 1:38:17and I, I lost everything lost
- 1:38:21every every time I went to court. Of course, they'll they'll throw something at you. And if you don't answer, you're you lost already. You know? So
- 1:38:29so standing up in that court
- 1:38:32and, and and doing that,
- 1:38:35y'all you you, Paul,
- 1:38:38this this channel is so
- 1:38:41advantageous
- 1:38:42and a blessing that y'all have
- 1:38:46y'all have
- 1:38:48given y'all's time
- 1:38:50and y'all and Larry
- 1:38:52and and Paul and Julie and and Nancy,
- 1:38:56all of y'all are blessed people because y'all have y'all have given yourself to understanding.
- 1:39:03And these patriots, I've been with them, and they have they have crumbled
- 1:39:08Unknown: in court. They have been Because they crumbled. Got no they got no foundation that's accurate. Here's
- 1:39:15let me tell you that John used to tell this story, Christian. Maybe some of you hadn't heard it and told it a while. Let's say we're the Patriot basketball team. Okay?
- 1:39:24And we're really good. We practice a lot, man. We can hit three pointers, do all kinds of fancy stuff,
- 1:39:30and the feds come and challenge us to a winner take all.
- 1:39:36We go, okay. We're really good.
- 1:39:38We know about you guys.
- 1:39:40Yeah. So comes to be game day. We've been practiced up and all that. We're out there in our little Nike shorts and our little Nike
- 1:39:48tennis shoes, dribbling, hitting three point plays, and doing layups.
- 1:39:54And all of a sudden, the the feds come on the field,
- 1:39:57but they don't have Nike tennis shoes. They got these shoes on with this piece of metal underneath them, and they're not in shorts. They're in all these padded equipment things, and they're carrying this damn stick with a curve on it. And they're skating around at unbelievable
- 1:40:13amounts of speed and grace.
- 1:40:17Christian, who do you think is gonna win that game?
- 1:40:22Unknown: The fans.
- 1:40:25Unknown: Well, see, that's what's going on. We've been playing we've been playing constitutional
- 1:40:29law, and they've been playing merchant law.
- 1:40:33And they're gonna whip our ass
- 1:40:35every time.
- 1:40:37So you gotta be aware of what the game and the rules are
- 1:40:42before you go into an agreement.
- 1:40:46Who said Roger there?
- 1:40:49Unknown: Hi, Roger. It's Shane.
- 1:40:51Unknown: Hello, Shane. How are you doing on my birthday?
- 1:40:55Happy birthday. Just here to say happy birthday, and thank you. Thank you, Shane. Isn't that nice of you? Thank you.
- 1:41:02Appreciate it, Shane.
- 1:41:07What pretty dangerous time to be in California. I heard the other day the pressure under the San Andreas
- 1:41:14Fault is more than it's been in a thousand years.
- 1:41:19We we got some stuff coming, folks. Be ready because there's stuff are coming.
- 1:41:26Financial
- 1:41:27stuff are coming.
- 1:41:29Geographical
- 1:41:30stuff like this, volcanoes,
- 1:41:33god knows what all.
- 1:41:36We're headed into hurricane season down there if you're on the Gulf Coast or in Florida.
- 1:41:41We'll
- 1:41:43see interesting times.
- 1:41:45My fellows, I'm so glad that I have found you and that you have found me, and I'm able to impart.
- 1:41:52And, of course, it's an individual thing, subjective,
- 1:41:55of course, but I'm able to impart
- 1:41:58some kind of sanity for you into your life a little bit. Roger?
- 1:42:03Yes, Larry.
- 1:42:06Unknown: Yeah. So this Christopher Houser guy, he's a piece of work.
- 1:42:09What he did was in May 2018,
- 1:42:13a Tennessee jury convicted him and four code defendants
- 1:42:18affiliated with the anti government sovereign citizen movement on more than 200 counts of forgery
- 1:42:25and filing liens without a reasonable basis.
- 1:42:29So he went to prison, and he was released,
- 1:42:34I believe not too long ago.
- 1:42:37But the fraudulent filings
- 1:42:39were valued at over $250,000.
- 1:42:43And what he was doing is he was engaging in what the court called paper terrorism
- 1:42:47by filing bogus multimillion
- 1:42:50dollar financing statements
- 1:42:52and property liens against the personal assets of the investigators,
- 1:42:56prosecutors,
- 1:42:57and judges involved in their legal cases.
- 1:43:00So right now, he is
- 1:43:03real he's he was released from prison.
- 1:43:05And get this, He is
- 1:43:08of course, I've listened to a lot of his videos, like I said before,
- 1:43:11and
- 1:43:13and he's he's got, at this point, a 110,000
- 1:43:18subscribers
- 1:43:20on on YouTube.
- 1:43:22That's that's a pretty incredible,
- 1:43:25you know, feat to be able to do that.
- 1:43:27Unknown: God, you almost took my breath away. Folks, be pray for them. Well, you know what? I Pray for them. I could have them.
- 1:43:34Unknown: Could have been been one one of Nobody could be. Y'all y'all saved y'all saved my butt because I was I was kept throwing this, to some of the the guys in in in my mood and I when I came through. And and they were saying, yeah. You could probably do that. And
- 1:43:52and y'all have
- 1:43:54y'all have saved my butt.
- 1:43:57I probably would have been in prison.
- 1:43:59Unknown: Gosh. I I
- 1:44:00I know there's a lot of people. It's really a pet peeve of mine is trying to overturn
- 1:44:05some of these patriot things and the movements growing so big in different these directions, and people hear something, and they, falsely attach and connect dots, and they go off telling other people, and then and then it's gospel. But I know it's true because so and so told me.
- 1:44:25Nope. It's folks, I I
- 1:44:28beg you. Just listen. I know this complex. God, you gotta get your mind working again, but answers are here.
- 1:44:35Answers are here. We got a fifteen year track record.
- 1:44:39Unblemished
- 1:44:41to my knowledge. And and
- 1:44:43Unknown: during y'all's break during y'all's break, Roger, I called,
- 1:44:47I called and I am still on the docket
- 1:44:50Unknown: for Wednesday. Oh, okay. Alright. Well, go in there.
- 1:44:54I'm a little popper. You can't get me. I got protections from the big bad federal government.
- 1:45:01Unknown: Even though I own land?
- 1:45:11Unknown: Even I I even though you own land.
- 1:45:14Unknown: Do you do you own land aside from the land that your homestead,
- 1:45:21your house sits on?
- 1:45:23Unknown: Yes.
- 1:45:26Unknown: Well,
- 1:45:28they might be One other property. As long as it's not your homestead. It's not income generating
- 1:45:34Unknown: generating.
- 1:45:36Unknown: But it's an asset. No.
- 1:45:43An asset they could put a lien against.
- 1:45:47Unknown: Do
- 1:45:49you does anybody live in it like your children? Yeah.
- 1:45:54Unknown: And and they're disabled?
- 1:45:57Yes. That I wouldn't worry about it. Yeah. Yeah. I wouldn't worry about it. That just that disqualifies you right there. You're not getting paid any rent. I mean, I yeah. I wouldn't even worry about it. Don't even mention it. Unless and and guess what? A lien. All the lien is means if you sell it, they get paid.
- 1:46:16Unknown: So if you ever sell it later.
- 1:46:19Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. If you ever sell it, then they get their 2,800,
- 1:46:23you know, pounds of flesh.
- 1:46:25Unknown: I just want to show you what the weight of something felt is relatively
- 1:46:31simple, Christian, in all honesty.
- 1:46:33The weight of something like this is relatively simple,
- 1:46:37puts on you and is a burden.
- 1:46:42Unknown: Yes.
- 1:46:43Unknown: And unless they're super
- 1:46:45desperate for $2,800
- 1:46:48Unknown: No. No. No. It's true. I believe Roger I don't think they're gonna show it'll cost them $2,800
- 1:46:53Unknown: to send a freaking attorney to the case.
- 1:46:57Unknown: Maybe more. It wasn't their office in well well, Utah?
- 1:47:02Was their office in Nevada? Or
- 1:47:04Unknown: Yeah. Sandy, Utah. The same one that I think, Julie Julie or one of those, ladies who are fighting too. The same thing, l b l v n
- 1:47:15l l c Okay. L c LLC.
- 1:47:17Yeah. Okay.
- 1:47:20Unknown: Just your question, is your land
- 1:47:23Good god almighty. What what's that question?
- 1:47:26Unknown: Is your land homestead?
- 1:47:29Yeah. My land is homestead, but my other one is worry about. If the land that you're owning
- 1:47:35is your homestead land, then you don't have anything to worry about. Take it.
- 1:47:42Unknown: Okay.
- 1:47:44Unknown: But isn't it interesting to follow your thought pattern here and see how somebody's thought pattern goes when you're in this situation?
- 1:47:55Unknown: Yes.
- 1:47:56Yes.
- 1:47:58I tell you, y'all are y'all are great. Y'all are y'all are a a a
- 1:48:02a mighty force from God because y'all have adhered to
- 1:48:07understanding
- 1:48:09and wisdom wisdom, and
- 1:48:12you can save a whole lot of people if them damn people would just get on your program. Well And Well save them a lot of trouble.
- 1:48:20Unknown: Well, Harriet Tubman,
- 1:48:22you know, is
- 1:48:23I I I saved a thousand slaves,
- 1:48:27and I could've saved thousands more if they only knew they were slaves.
- 1:48:34How I propose that right there, folks. You 50 something people in the audience. How I propose that?
- 1:48:45You know, you've been fooling a man.
- 1:48:48It's easier to fool a man than telling him he's been fooled. How I propose that?
- 1:48:56Unknown: Go ahead. Amen, brother. So, Christian, the land that you own, you are living on it? Do you have a home or a mobile home or something on it?
- 1:49:05Unknown: I have I have a a regular house on it
- 1:49:08Unknown: and I'm open home on the other side. Your primary residence, it's your homestead,
- 1:49:13and that's actually protected under the Texas constitution.
- 1:49:16So you have nothing to worry about.
- 1:49:18Unknown: Okay.
- 1:49:20Unknown: I'll be shocked if they have an attorney.
- 1:49:23If they have an attorney there, I'll be really surprised, Christian. I guess we'll find out Thursday. Go ahead.
- 1:49:31Unknown: I yeah. Wednesday.
- 1:49:34Yeah.
- 1:49:35Golly. I had
- 1:49:38something I was gonna say, but,
- 1:49:40yeah, that that's what I was worried about because my son
- 1:49:44my son is living there with his son. His son is
- 1:49:50is,
- 1:49:52you know, they stole his son. He took he he worked at Popeyes, and he he bought him a car. Okay? And he and he,
- 1:49:59he's like he was at that time, he was 18.
- 1:50:03Okay? And he loved his job.
- 1:50:06He was just a cook,
- 1:50:07but he but he bought him a car.
- 1:50:09And somebody pulled up to his apartments. Three guys pulled up to his apartments,
- 1:50:14threatened to take his car keys from he said, give me your keys, and he wouldn't do it.
- 1:50:19They beat him down.
- 1:50:21They took his car. They done donuts in front of him,
- 1:50:25and he was there lying on he beat him so bad. He was just laying there and couldn't do nothing.
- 1:50:30It actually threw him in a nervous breakdown,
- 1:50:33and they found his car wrecked down the road.
- 1:50:36Unknown: And Who were the who were the were the three guys? What did they do that for?
- 1:50:43Unknown: They just just, at at random how they do. They sneak up on you, and they they follow you home and and and wanna take your keys. You know? They do that all the time in the
- 1:50:56parking lots a lot of times. You know?
- 1:50:59Unknown: Oh, okay. So he's I've been gone. I'm sorry, Christian. I've been gone a long time, and they didn't do used to do that shit when I was there. Sorry. Go ahead. What part of Texas are you are you in, Christian? I'm
- 1:51:13Unknown: in the West West part out out of, out of around Sealy,
- 1:51:19Unknown: Belleville. West Texas?
- 1:51:21Unknown: Yes, sir. Texas.
- 1:51:22Unknown: West Texas. So Lubbock area in that region? No. No. Not that far. No.
- 1:51:29Unknown: Like going towards San Antonio.
- 1:51:34Unknown: Oh, are you in, like, by the hill country?
- 1:51:38Unknown: I'm I'm this side of the hill country. I'm I'm
- 1:51:42East? You know, there's Sealy there's Sealy, and then there's Columbus,
- 1:51:47Texas, and then there's
- 1:51:49Unknown: Seguin, Texas, and that's one exactly where Seguin is.
- 1:51:54Yep. Yes. I know Seguin, and we lived in New Braunfels
- 1:51:58and Austin and and The Woodlands
- 1:52:01back in the '80.
- 1:52:03Wow. We built there's a shopping center there's a shopping center South Of 10. I forget what it it's a Court Court Street
- 1:52:12in
- 1:52:13Downtown Seguin called 5 Courts Mall.
- 1:52:16Yes. Yes. You ever heard of that? You ever seen that?
- 1:52:20Yes. I've been there. I've been there. I built that. My brothers and I and my mom and stepdad built that in
- 1:52:28in the eighties.
- 1:52:31That was the manager there, and we lost the we lost our
- 1:52:36we lost everything in the,
- 1:52:39you know, in the oil crisis and the the
- 1:52:43the SNL
- 1:52:45debacle,
- 1:52:47you know, we had our loans through
- 1:52:49Lamar Savings
- 1:52:51and Stanley Adams and Company.
- 1:52:54They were a bunch of freaking crooks, and they took us right down.
- 1:52:58Could not get refinanced to after we built that place, and, they were supposed to give us permanent financing. And
- 1:53:06we ended up losing three properties,
- 1:53:08one in Seguin, New Braunfels, and Marble Falls.
- 1:53:12Unknown: God. God bless you. How you pull out how we pull out of this stuff. You know? It's just devastating.
- 1:53:19Unknown: Well, you know, Dave, have you heard me tell the story? I mean, after that savings and loan fiasco,
- 1:53:25one of the guys I was a jock with,
- 1:53:27his his
- 1:53:29my mother and his family had grown up just down the street from each other, so they knew each other. And AD and I ended up working at the radio station together,
- 1:53:39and he ended up with a pastor owning that radio station.
- 1:53:43Five ninety on the dial position, 10,000 watts,
- 1:53:49in a prime location on a resort
- 1:53:52beach, you know, one of the famous
- 1:53:55resort beaches in the in the country and all that.
- 1:53:59And I don't know what you told them. Yeah.
- 1:54:02Well, just the other people that haven't. I didn't have the he didn't have the same luck, David.
- 1:54:07He
- 1:54:08the the the the savings loan guy as it went into the RTI,
- 1:54:12the resolution trust
- 1:54:14entity or whatever the feds formed.
- 1:54:16They got contacted by the they're now the owner of the paper, and they he actually comes, a representative comes to Panama City to go talk to him. There's some that your payment is and this, that, and the other. Okay. Great. And so they're paying the payment and and, he said, I'll send you a book, you know, and it never came.
- 1:54:36And so they paid a payment or two, and they got an extra one. They they wrote the things that if if you don't send us a coupon book, I'm not gonna pay anymore payments.
- 1:54:45And they never sent them a coupon book, and they got a free freaking radio station.
- 1:54:51Unknown: Incredible.
- 1:54:53Unknown: Incredible. I mean, I judge my and he told me this personally. I know it happened. Okay?
- 1:55:00So, anyway, so what has happened subsequently
- 1:55:03just probably no people that may even live down that area might be listening. Jeff would know. They took the old AMWDLP,
- 1:55:12which were the call letters, and they traded it to Gulf Coast Community College, which is right there on West Bay and gotten to be a pretty big, outfit, I guess,
- 1:55:24and they traded them for their FM.
- 1:55:27So now the guys got an FM, and and they trade for some reason they wanted that AM. I'm not sure. But right there by the bay,
- 1:55:37I I don't know what they did with the transmitter. Anyway, so that little history of my beginnings
- 1:55:42was that little outfit right there.
- 1:55:45WDLP.
- 1:55:47Roger. We have the great we have the greatest greatest times, times, Larry. Larry. We We come come in in. The the the engineer
- 1:55:53who who loved to drink beer, always had a Budweiser
- 1:55:56in his hand. He go, we're going to the beach and doing a remote today. And we just call out to the beach and do a remote from the beach. So, yep, cool days. Yes, Larry. Old America. Yes, Larry.
- 1:56:10Unknown: Yeah. Real quick. Christian,
- 1:56:13remember this. Don't volunteer
- 1:56:15information.
- 1:56:16Unknown: Okay? Yeah. Don't do that.
- 1:56:19Unknown: That that'll be your biggest asset.
- 1:56:22Watch what you say. Don't be volunteering private information.
- 1:56:26And the second thing is there's nothing to stop an attorney from
- 1:56:30attempting to put a lien on your homestead property, but here's the remedy.
- 1:56:35They they can't
- 1:56:37foreclose
- 1:56:38on your homestead or force a sale because the constitution doesn't allow that,
- 1:56:43but the lien can act as a what they call a cloud on the title.
- 1:56:47And so this means if you ever decide to sell or
- 1:56:53rent out the property or whatever,
- 1:56:55you can file, and I think you could do this even before that point in time, you could file a homestead affidavit
- 1:57:02of release
- 1:57:03because your homestead is
- 1:57:05is not it is it's your property and it's supposed to be free from having liens placed on it.
- 1:57:12Unknown: Okay. Okay. What about the sentence?
- 1:57:16Unknown: Roger.
- 1:57:20Unknown: Murica?
- 1:57:22Unknown: I just wanted to say to Christian, you know, he's a private individual now. He's he's in the private.
- 1:57:28He does not need to explain himself to anybody.
- 1:57:32He does not need to share any
- 1:57:34more private information.
- 1:57:36I was just sending a message to Nancy.
- 1:57:39I agree with her about the affidavit.
- 1:57:42They have to prove
- 1:57:44I use the affidavit as, you know, as a proof of whatever
- 1:57:49they're claiming they have authority over.
- 1:57:52So that's a good that's
- 1:57:54a good advice and suggestion,
- 1:57:56and happy birthday, Roger.
- 1:57:59Unknown: Thank you, Mirka.
- 1:58:02Christian, I'm pretty sure it's gonna go real well for you on Wednesday, another day to agonize
- 1:58:06over, of course. But I'm pretty sure you're you're on safe ground. Okay?
- 1:58:12Okay.
- 1:58:13Alright. So here we're gonna wrap up the birthday show here on the July
- 1:58:1820.
- 1:58:19Special day for me every year, obviously.
- 1:58:21Sorry. I don't have my mom calling me. This is the only day all year she'd ever called me. It was just
- 1:58:28so, anyway,
- 1:58:30thank you for being with us today whether you participated
- 1:58:33or not.
- 1:58:35Unknown: Just to glad God bless you for still and have have your mom.
- 1:58:41God bless you having your mom still alive.
- 1:58:43Unknown: I I don't. I won't get that call this year.
- 1:58:48Oh, that's the point I was making.
- 1:58:51So anyway but I will be back tomorrow.
- 1:58:53Thank thank you. It was a female voice from afar.
- 1:58:57Thank you very much. And
- 1:59:00was Annie. Hey, Annie. Thank
- 1:59:03you, sweetheart. Yes,
- 1:59:05ma'am.
- 1:59:07Anyway, we'll be back tomorrow unpredictable,
- 1:59:10and unless
- 1:59:11Trump decides to start dropping nuclear
- 1:59:14bombs or something, we'll see what goes on, how the week picks back up, and we'll discuss it.
- 1:59:21Maybe have some conversation with you.
- 1:59:24Have a great day. Thanks. No.
- 1:59:28Just hold it.
- 1:59:37Alright. There we are.
- 1:59:39Yes, sir. Christian, was that you?
- 1:59:42Unknown: No. No. I didn't I didn't wanna interrupt y'all.
- 1:59:45Unknown: Okay. Somebody said Garcia, Carl's dad in Mexico.
- 1:59:49Unknown: Hey, g. How you doing, boy?
- 1:59:52Unknown: Good. I'm good. Hot. Little hot, but I'm good. I just wanted to read just one thing I found about five or six years ago.
- 2:00:01And it's a
- 2:00:02DTCC
- 2:00:06and it's like a back then, it was a
- 2:00:09they changed the name of it. About
- 2:00:11five or six years ago, it was the DTCC,
- 2:00:15and it's
- 2:00:16total value of securities processed
- 2:00:19in United States dollars.
- 2:00:22Yeah. And in in
- 2:00:24twenty in
- 2:00:252018,
- 2:00:27they processed securities and certificates
- 2:00:301.85
- 2:00:33quadrillion
- 2:00:33dollars.
- 2:00:34That was in 2018.
- 2:00:36In 2019,
- 2:00:38they processed
- 2:00:392.15
- 2:00:42quadrillion dollars.
- 2:00:44In 2020,
- 2:00:46and that was about the time where I found this,
- 2:00:49they processed
- 2:00:512.33
- 2:00:52quadrillion
- 2:00:53dollars.
- 2:00:56So in those three years, '18, '19, and '20,
- 2:01:00they processed almost 7
- 2:01:02quadrillion dollars under the securities and certificates
- 2:01:07in US dollars under the DTCC,
- 2:01:10and it was a direct
- 2:01:12direct treasuries
- 2:01:14certificates.
- 2:01:17I wrote it down one time ago, and I can't remember what the DTCC
- 2:01:21was.
- 2:01:22But there was trading in securities and certificates
- 2:01:26every year.
- 2:01:28So in eighteen, nineteen, and twenty,
- 2:01:32they traded
- 2:01:33almost
- 2:01:347 quadrillion dollars.
- 2:01:36We still like '21, '22, '23, '24, '25, and '26,
- 2:01:43two quarters of twenty six. I'm just saying.
- 2:01:47So if all these securities and and
- 2:01:50certificates They own all of traded under this.
- 2:01:54They own all of them.
- 2:01:56Unknown: They own all of them unless you've gotten the certificate.
- 2:02:00There's
- 2:02:01some way I keep hearing Schecter and those guys talk about it or people talk about it. You can
- 2:02:06get the certificate, then you hold it and own it, but most people don't ever do that.
- 2:02:12So I don't know why anybody had owned any paper right now. I guess there's some of it that's gonna do very well. Okay?
- 2:02:19Thank you. I don't choose to participate.
- 2:02:21Thank you, Jerry. The numbers are staggering.
- 2:02:24We have no way of fathoming
- 2:02:27the numbers.
- 2:02:28Who else wanted to say something there?
- 2:02:34Nobody?
- 2:02:39Okay.
- 2:02:41Yes, sir. Rick. I think that Rick?
- 2:02:44Unknown: That was Christian. I just since nobody said anything, I just hate to butt in. You know? I I
- 2:02:50just wanna thank God again for you for you truth truth seekers,
- 2:02:55Larry and Paul, Beaner, and Yeah. And and everybody.
- 2:03:00I mean, Julie, Nancy
- 2:03:02Unknown: No worries. Murr. More of us. Murr. All all of y'all. Yeah.
- 2:03:07Unknown: Yeah. Well, there was all the bunches before here, you standing around and something their lives changed or situations changed. Maybe they're just listening back there like Jerry is and maybe Jimmy and my friend Jeff and some of those folks, hopefully, people like Thor on.
- 2:03:23Some of these folks that have been here more regular in the past, we miss them. We miss not hearing from them, but it also tells me because we have not heard from them
- 2:03:34that they there nothing's going on in their lives is negative.
- 2:03:39If there's something going on because of this, we'd hear from them. K?
- 2:03:43So that just tells you right here, we're on this slick and narrow here.
- 2:03:49Unknown: And William too got nobody can I mean, there's not too many people? You you and Larry and Beaner, y'all could y'all could stand up in court and do what William's doing. Y'all understand it. Mhmm. But but he had put his Christian. Wife on the line and he yes, sir. Our
- 2:04:06Unknown: objective
- 2:04:07is for you to not
- 2:04:09go to court.
- 2:04:10We don't want people going to court. Okay?
- 2:04:14So that's our objective.
- 2:04:16We're not gonna go teach you about dealing how to do court because that's because we wanna keep you out of there. And most of our folks, you don't hear them being drug into court. Williams doing it voluntarily.
- 2:04:26You're getting drugged in because of this, whatever the situation is.
- 2:04:31And,
- 2:04:32but those instances are very rare. Traffic
- 2:04:35is the one where that crap pops up all the time. And we hadn't heard any even traffic horror stories.
- 2:04:43So anybody else got something for Raj on his 70
- 2:04:48birthday?
- 2:04:51Unknown: Well,
- 2:04:52I'm gonna say that
- 2:04:54go ahead.

- 2:06:06Unknown: With long life, you would be satisfied,
- 2:06:08and and God will show you his
- 2:06:10his deliverance
- 2:06:12and and everything that you have adhered to and his understanding and wisdom of this I
- 2:06:19Unknown: slavery. Like to see more of the end results of this wonderful,
- 2:06:23powerful knowledge before I check out.
- 2:06:26Hopefully, that'll happen, Christian.
- 2:06:28I I love pestering them. I love pardon them with that stick because they can't do a damn thing about it.
- 2:06:35Unknown: Only with your eyes, you will see the reward of the wicked.
- 2:06:39Only with your eyes, you will see the reward of the wicked. It's
- 2:06:44Unknown: I I do wanna see them rewarded.
- 2:06:47The tears.
- 2:06:49Okay. Well, I'm gonna tear out of here unless anybody's got something pressing.
- 2:06:54Any pressings going on?
- 2:06:58Man, I'll tell you the audience is quiet.
