- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice for sure. It's time nice and love and low
- 0:14Speaker 1: and lower low. Welcome to the naughty but nice. I'm
- 0:17Speaker 1: your host, Shooter, and it's Wednesday, which means to dear
- 0:20Speaker 1: friend Donny, mecha is going to be with us, Donnie,
- 0:22Speaker 1: are you there? Hellower level low level?
- 0:25Speaker 2: Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday. It's a last couple of weeks.
- 0:30Speaker 2: It's been.
- 0:31Speaker 1: I know, I know, I know. With mystery terrible, it's
- 0:33Speaker 1: all my fault. I was very honest with the noughties.
- 0:36Speaker 1: This book, schedule book, it's a book to you, this book, notion.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I think it's harder to sell a book than to write,
- 0:46Speaker 1: literally writing it. There was a lot of work selling it, Donnie.
- 0:51Speaker 1: I'm even sick of my own voice. I'm sick at
- 0:53Speaker 1: how is that possible? I hear you ask. Well, sometimes
- 0:56Speaker 1: even a little bit too much of Rob Shooter can
- 0:58Speaker 1: be a bit too much. But don't really, I'm gonna
- 1:01Speaker 1: hold it to your vile. I'm gonna hold it back
- 1:03Speaker 1: today because Donny's gonna do a lot of the talking
- 1:05Speaker 1: because he got the script literally thirty seconds ago. So
- 1:08Speaker 1: let's see how this goes. When I say script, we
- 1:11Speaker 1: have a read Dad, But I expect him to know
- 1:13Speaker 1: his three stories. I have questions, Donnie said, don't that
- 1:15Speaker 1: you can phone it in because I am gonna have
- 1:17Speaker 1: some questions for these stories. Let's jump into the shed.
- 1:20Speaker 1: What time is in, my friends? It is time? Good look? Okay,
- 1:25Speaker 1: straight to the top story of the day. Blake Lively
- 1:28Speaker 1: got nothing, not a dollar from Justin bell Donie, except
- 1:32Speaker 1: she did get a very expensive lesson. Let me explain.
- 1:35Speaker 1: So Blake may have settled her legal war with Justin Belldoni,
- 1:39Speaker 1: but she walked away with no payout, not a dollar.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Remember she watched like three hundred million dollars. She went
- 1:45Speaker 1: from there to zero. So source is confirmed that neither
- 1:49Speaker 1: Blake nor Justin received any money in their last minute settlement,
- 1:53Speaker 1: ending one of Hollywood's most ugly courtroom battles in a
- 1:56Speaker 1: really long time, with no financial winner. Instead, pays are
- 2:00Speaker 1: reporting it's the lawyers that made all their money. Get this.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I can't believe it, but paychicks are saying, and they
- 2:06Speaker 1: are really good over there, that that between the two
- 2:09Speaker 1: of them, not one or the other, the two of them.
- 2:12Speaker 1: I've spent about a staggering sixty million dollars to try
- 2:16Speaker 1: and destroy each other. That's what they're spent sixty million,
- 2:18Speaker 1: that's thirty million dollars each. That's a lot of money.
- 2:22Speaker 1: No money coming in, thirty million dollars going out. So
- 2:25Speaker 1: after all the headlines, the accusations, the reputational damage there
- 2:28Speaker 1: has been, Blake got closure, but no cash. Justin got
- 2:32Speaker 1: the same. What began as a scorched earth legal and
- 2:35Speaker 1: pr war ended with no clear winner, but it suddenly
- 2:40Speaker 1: was exhausted. Maybe the clear winner here, the true winner
- 2:43Speaker 1: here is the attorneys. What do you think?
- 2:46Speaker 2: I mean, it's just so sad because then you look
- 2:49Speaker 2: back on it and they each have to ask themselves
- 2:52Speaker 2: was this worth?
- 2:53Speaker 1: It?
- 2:54Speaker 2: Was this worth? When were they each trying to achieve? Here?
- 2:59Speaker 2: What was trained happen? Because I think ultimately we all
- 3:03Speaker 2: forget that Blake, you know, did have some very serious
- 3:06Speaker 2: accusations against Justin, and other people have kind of backed
- 3:10Speaker 2: her up on those accusations. But I mean, ultimately, I
- 3:15Speaker 2: would say Blake lost more than anything because Justin could
- 3:19Speaker 2: go on and produce a film and we wouldn't even know.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Maybe Blake she stars in a film.
- 3:25Speaker 1: We know, we know, we know she's the one that
- 3:29Speaker 1: brought legal action claiming there was a smear campaign that
- 3:32Speaker 1: she thought all the bad press she was getting was
- 3:34Speaker 1: a smear campaign. News break, news flash, Blake was getting
- 3:40Speaker 1: bad press because she was saying awful things and she
- 3:43Speaker 1: was being really mean to reporters. And so it makes
- 3:47Speaker 1: me sort of sort of sit up and think about this.
- 3:50Speaker 1: That what's started off as Blake trying to clear her
- 3:53Speaker 1: reputation and to prove to everybody that she wasn't a bully.
- 3:57Speaker 1: In the process, what did Blake do She actually show
- 4:00Speaker 1: what a bully she could be. So Blake is the
- 4:02Speaker 1: loser here because she had more to lose. Justin wasn't
- 4:05Speaker 1: up and come up. I didn't even know his name
- 4:07Speaker 1: until all this exploded. I went to see the movie
- 4:08Speaker 1: and I thought he was cute. I was like, Oh,
- 4:10Speaker 1: was that handsome guy of the big nose. I like him, skinny.
- 4:13Speaker 1: He looks a little bit like me when I was
- 4:15Speaker 1: a bit younger. There, I say, which is probably why
- 4:18Speaker 1: I liked him and probably why you don't do him
- 4:19Speaker 1: eacham how rude. But Blake had a lot to lose
- 4:22Speaker 1: here because she lost her best friend Taylor Swift. I mean,
- 4:25Speaker 1: she was high profiled, she lost her endorsement deals, She's
- 4:27Speaker 1: probably lost her career and a marriage gone a little
- 4:30Speaker 1: bit rocky too. My reporting is that Ryan Reynolds, the husband,
- 4:33Speaker 1: her husband, he pushed her to settle this. He said,
- 4:36Speaker 1: you're not gonna win. When she was told she is not.
- 4:39Speaker 1: You were not gonna win, Blake. Then that's when she
- 4:42Speaker 1: realized this should end because if he did go to
- 4:44Speaker 1: court in a couple of weeks, it's not going to
- 4:46Speaker 1: But if it did, more and more stuff is gonna
- 4:48Speaker 1: come out, and it is going to be devastating. The lawyers,
- 4:52Speaker 1: they're always the ones that win. Think about it. It's
- 4:55Speaker 1: so easy, isn't it to say, I'm gonna sue you.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I'm gonna get you who's pain for all that. We
- 5:00Speaker 1: don't know yet who paid the legal fees. It could
- 5:03Speaker 1: be that one of them Blake might have had to
- 5:06Speaker 1: pay both legal fees here. That happens, doesn't it. But
- 5:10Speaker 1: there's no cash settlement. So all this about Blake asking
- 5:13Speaker 1: I think the three hundred million dollars in damage is
- 5:16Speaker 1: crazy money. Didn't get a penny, neither did Justin, which
- 5:20Speaker 1: brings us to our whole question of the day. Blake
- 5:23Speaker 1: got nothing, not a single penny from Justin Baldoni. Was
- 5:27Speaker 1: this worth it? Was it worth it? Hey? Go vote
- 5:30Speaker 1: on our Twitter page. I had not a nice rob
- 5:32Speaker 1: our facebook page is naughty gossip and sure to check
- 5:37Speaker 1: back to my rota. Here your results. Hey Donny, my
- 5:41Speaker 1: old friend who's been absent for at least two weeks
- 5:44Speaker 1: on the show, I think, what are you working on?
- 5:46Speaker 1: It's nice for you to show.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Blake, which actually I think I've shocked everybody. To be
- 5:53Speaker 2: honest is I was shocked. Amazing everybody you know, huge,
- 5:58Speaker 2: Vin huge due to do your and everybody. Oh, there's
- 6:01Speaker 2: Kim Kardashy, there's Christian, there's Kendle, there's Beyonce, there's Blue Ivy,
- 6:07Speaker 2: and then there's Blake Live. She shows up and first
- 6:11Speaker 2: of all, it looks stunning, stunningly beautiful. Shook's ethereal and
- 6:17Speaker 2: she's not with Ryan Reynolds.
- 6:19Speaker 1: She's solo.
- 6:20Speaker 2: But she shows up and it's rather shocking because it's
- 6:25Speaker 2: literally it's ours after the settlement, it's just ours. So
- 6:30Speaker 2: part of me I thought, good for her, good for her.
- 6:34Speaker 2: She showed up because you know, she has to move on,
- 6:38Speaker 2: like at some point she has to get her career back.
- 6:41Speaker 2: She has to you know, she has to be Blake
- 6:44Speaker 2: Lively again. But the other part of me was.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Like, oh is this a bad look?
- 6:50Speaker 2: Is it a bad look? I'm very torn on it.
- 6:52Speaker 1: To be honest, I don't know. She was there with
- 6:55Speaker 1: a cousin, William. And this is why things go wrong.
- 6:59Speaker 1: She's not being on video snapping at somebody helping her
- 7:04Speaker 1: up the staircase, like being kind of a mean girl,
- 7:06Speaker 1: being kind of a little bit of a bully. Hours
- 7:09Speaker 1: after settling a dispute of that bully and all the
- 7:12Speaker 1: sexual allegations were thrown out by a judge. This case
- 7:15Speaker 1: was now about smear campaign and bullying. So hours after
- 7:18Speaker 1: that settled, she turns up at the met and now
- 7:20Speaker 1: there's video of her. I just watched it, snapping and
- 7:24Speaker 1: an assistant. It's somebody trying to help her up the staircase.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Not a thank you, Blake. You don't change to you.
- 7:30Speaker 1: You are who you are. I think this trial has
- 7:32Speaker 1: really revealed the truth about Blake here and it's not pretty.
- 7:36Speaker 1: It's just not pretty. We knew it, Donnie, as journalists
- 7:38Speaker 1: as report as we knew it whenever there's a celebrity
- 7:41Speaker 1: on a red carpet. And I asked my staff who
- 7:43Speaker 1: wants to go and do the red carpet at the
- 7:45Speaker 1: Devil Wets Prior? Who wants to do Wicked? Everybody raises
- 7:48Speaker 1: their hands, they're so excited about it. Whenever I ask
- 7:50Speaker 1: my team, who wants to go to a blake Lively,
- 7:53Speaker 1: nobody wants to do it because she's so mean to them.
- 7:55Speaker 1: She's just so mean to reporters. So to turn up
- 7:58Speaker 1: at this event be clear. She didn't just make the decision.
- 8:02Speaker 1: That dress was custom made, it was flowing in. It
- 8:05Speaker 1: took six weeks to get that together, four weeks at
- 8:08Speaker 1: the least. I've been to the meta. I know what
- 8:10Speaker 1: it's like to put together those costumes, and so it
- 8:14Speaker 1: wasn't a last minute decision. It might have been a
- 8:15Speaker 1: last minute's decision to actually attend, but it was always
- 8:18Speaker 1: an option because the dress was there, it was iron,
- 8:20Speaker 1: Her hair and makeup team were ordered. It's hard to
- 8:23Speaker 1: book hair and makeup team that night because everybody's working.
- 8:25Speaker 1: There's a lot of celebrities in town. So she booked
- 8:28Speaker 1: it all. She settled, then she went, and I sort
- 8:31Speaker 1: of get why she wants to go head held high.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I've got nothing to prove I did nothing wrong, but
- 8:35Speaker 1: then don't snap at assistance on the snap of Beyonce,
- 8:39Speaker 1: snap at Madonna, snap at a worthy worthy opponent, don't
- 8:44Speaker 1: snap at the staff. Just such a bad, bad look. Okay,
- 8:49Speaker 1: moving along. Prince William was physically sick before Harry and
- 8:52Speaker 1: Meghan's Oprah interview. If he was sick before, I can't
- 8:55Speaker 1: imagine what happened afterwards. So William was reportedly so terrified
- 8:59Speaker 1: that Prince Harry and Mega markel what they would reveal
- 9:02Speaker 1: to Oprah. He became physically sick. There's a new biography
- 9:06Speaker 1: out about William and it said, quote, he was literally
- 9:08Speaker 1: sick with worry in the days before the explosive twenty
- 9:11Speaker 1: twenty one interview. Gosh, it was a few years ago,
- 9:14Speaker 1: it feels like yesterday. And Kate allegedly heard him wretching
- 9:18Speaker 1: in the bathroom, which means throwing up. The future King
- 9:21Speaker 1: was said to be unable to eat, or sleep or
- 9:23Speaker 1: even think straight as the panic grew over what they
- 9:27Speaker 1: might say. Let's be honest, this interview detonated within the
- 9:31Speaker 1: world of the Royals, accusations of racism, family betrayal, emotional cruelty.
- 9:36Speaker 1: It said, shock waves through the monarchy. According to the
- 9:40Speaker 1: new book William Field exactly what happened a royal crisis
- 9:45Speaker 1: broadcast to the entire world. We forget how big this
- 9:50Speaker 1: interview was. Millions and millions of people watched it. It
- 9:53Speaker 1: was when we still loved Harry and Meghan, they still
- 9:55Speaker 1: were on top. They really really had supporters, people tuned
- 9:58Speaker 1: into really listen to them. It was Kate, it was William,
- 10:02Speaker 1: it was Charles who were portrayed as the bad people
- 10:05Speaker 1: here who did not protect somebody so runnerable. It's amazing
- 10:09Speaker 1: in what four or five years, how that has changed.
- 10:11Speaker 1: But at the time, this was very very very very
- 10:14Speaker 1: very damaging. Would you vomit, Dommy if I was going
- 10:17Speaker 1: to do an interview about you?
- 10:20Speaker 2: Well, here's the thing. I think that kind of feeling
- 10:22Speaker 2: is real, you know when you have just so much
- 10:25Speaker 2: anxiety and so much things going on about you. Because
- 10:29Speaker 2: here's the thing that he had no idea really what
- 10:32Speaker 2: they were going to say, because they could have could
- 10:34Speaker 2: have come out and said anything, because there's the trade.
- 10:37Speaker 2: There's so many secrets that we don't know yet still and.
- 10:41Speaker 1: So he's probably like, oh God, what are they going
- 10:43Speaker 1: to say? We're part of what?
- 10:45Speaker 2: Am I going to have to defend because especially the
- 10:48Speaker 2: royal family, they want to have they want to have
- 10:50Speaker 2: the pr piece written before.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Get control.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Yeah, they want to control that.
- 10:55Speaker 1: You can't control this because you just what he's going
- 10:58Speaker 1: to say. I find in life the fear of the
- 11:01Speaker 1: unknown is the worst. If I know what you're going
- 11:03Speaker 1: to say and it's not very nice, I'm just well,
- 11:06Speaker 1: it's not wrong. But if I don't know what you're
- 11:08Speaker 1: going to say, I'm like, oh, goodness, gracious, Actually it
- 11:12Speaker 1: is a thing, isn't it. Have you ever made yourself
- 11:14Speaker 1: sick with worry? I have. Oh, I've made myself sick. Yeah,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I've been. Really, it happens once a month more less.
- 11:21Speaker 2: If I get worried, I just get it physically, like
- 11:24Speaker 2: it takes from.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I didn't used to believe that when when doctor said, oh,
- 11:28Speaker 1: if you're happy, you're going to live longer, or it's
- 11:30Speaker 1: better for your health, I didn't used to believe that.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I totally believe it now. If I listen to some music,
- 11:35Speaker 1: if I go for a walk, if I lower my
- 11:37Speaker 1: blood pressure, if I have a drink with a friend,
- 11:40Speaker 1: I feel healthier. I feel the most irritated and the
- 11:44Speaker 1: most vulnerable, the most paranoid when I'm all by myself
- 11:47Speaker 1: and I don't do any exercise and I don't do Yeah,
- 11:50Speaker 1: I really do believe in this trying to be happy.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Music's my little hack. When I'm feeling really anxious, I
- 11:56Speaker 1: pop in my headphones and I listen to some Barry
- 11:58Speaker 1: Man Alone, Bruce Haussman and Suddainly My day is a
- 12:01Speaker 1: little better. Okay, moving along, Johnny, what is going on
- 12:06Speaker 1: with bad Bunny?
- 12:07Speaker 2: I love him, I love him love First, he was
- 12:10Speaker 2: an old man. I did recognize the unrecognized him. I'm
- 12:14Speaker 2: sure when he walked in. People were like, I'm.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Not gonna lie.
- 12:18Speaker 2: When I was so, I was looking at Getty, which
- 12:20Speaker 2: is Getty Images, and I was rolling through and I just.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Kept seeing this old man pappu right, who is that?
- 12:27Speaker 1: And then finally I clicked all the picture is it buddy?
- 12:31Speaker 1: And I was like, that's Bundy. I was like, I
- 12:34Speaker 1: love it. He is. It's so kookie.
- 12:37Speaker 2: But so he had a little a little running with
- 12:43Speaker 2: Kim and uh yeah, because you think about it, it's
- 12:47Speaker 2: his ex kindle, generous family Kindle was there, right, So
- 12:53Speaker 2: it's interesting to see. I wonder that moment.
- 12:55Speaker 1: But a little awkward running with KIMMYE. Hell yeah, it
- 13:02Speaker 1: was very The video is delicious. I've watched it ten times.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I do love though. At an event where everyone is
- 13:07Speaker 1: trying to look young, Madonna shirt bad Bunny tries to
- 13:11Speaker 1: look old. It's just so witty, it's so funny. The
- 13:13Speaker 1: fashion business is so ageis it's so vile. They hate
- 13:17Speaker 1: people over thirty. It's just a hard When I worked
- 13:20Speaker 1: Leomi Campbell, like they used to call her grandma because
- 13:23Speaker 1: she was forty. Like, they just was so vitent. She
- 13:25Speaker 1: looked better than any of the old body let me add.
- 13:28Speaker 1: And so they love youth. They celebrate youth. AD campaigns
- 13:32Speaker 1: are all about youth, youth, youth, youth. Bad Bunnie decides
- 13:35Speaker 1: to flip the table, flip the switch, and turn up
- 13:39Speaker 1: as an elderly gentleman who still looked. May I say
- 13:42Speaker 1: fine and okay quickly before we go to break. This
- 13:45Speaker 1: is a weird story. So James Gandalfina, you know him
- 13:47Speaker 1: as Tony Soprano, skipped Jamie Lin Siglers, that was his
- 13:50Speaker 1: the water Meadow on the show, skipped her wedding and
- 13:52Speaker 1: he never said anything about it. So in a new book,
- 13:55Speaker 1: she said that he was meant to turn up it away,
- 13:56Speaker 1: didn't just didn't show up, no indication, no warning. And
- 14:00Speaker 1: then a couple of weeks later when she was on
- 14:01Speaker 1: the set, she thought he might explain it or say something. No,
- 14:04Speaker 1: didn't say a word. So rude, So rude, so rude.
- 14:09Speaker 1: It's such a random story. I do think, though, there
- 14:11Speaker 1: is a mistake of thinking sometimes work friends and real friends.
- 14:15Speaker 1: At my wedding, all I had was my real friends.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I didn't invite work friends. When I was on the
- 14:19Speaker 1: Gossip Table, one of the co hosts got married and
- 14:22Speaker 1: invited us all and we didn't really know her. We'd
- 14:24Speaker 1: only met us six weeks ago to do the show,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and it felt so strange, and a lot of us said, oh,
- 14:29Speaker 1: we're not going to go because we don't really know you.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And she complained to VH one and we got an
- 14:34Speaker 1: email saying you have to turn up at her wedding,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and we went and it was awful. It was an awful,
- 14:39Speaker 1: awful night. So I I'm quite fine. The mistake here
- 14:43Speaker 1: is inviting him. He doesn't want to go. He's a
- 14:46Speaker 1: work friend. He's very moody. May he rest in peace.
- 14:49Speaker 1: He might have been on a bender. We know now
- 14:50Speaker 1: that he disappeared for days at a time, and so
- 14:53Speaker 1: he was a no show. Dannie. When you if you
- 14:57Speaker 1: get married, Denis, I shall be there as the flower girl.
- 15:03Speaker 1: If that is a very Oh, how's it going? Have
- 15:07Speaker 1: you met anything? What? You've got to get out that room, darling.
- 15:11Speaker 1: You've got to get out it is beautiful room. It's
- 15:15Speaker 1: a lovely well. You've got used to it. Now. You
- 15:16Speaker 1: like your own company, like you you do. You live
- 15:20Speaker 1: in the lap of luxury. I wouldn't want to leave either.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Now you've got that big, new, fancy job that I
- 15:25Speaker 1: helped get. Thank you very much. Okay, take a quick
- 15:29Speaker 1: day and we will be right back. Welcome back to
- 15:33Speaker 1: the naughty but Nice show. I'm rob shoot her with her.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Do your single friend Donnie meet him? Hey, Donnie, let's
- 15:39Speaker 1: get to the last show. We talked Aboutlaurence Sanchez, not
- 15:43Speaker 1: Anna Winter Random met Garla. So I had sources inside
- 15:46Speaker 1: the met inside the room, and they said Anna was
- 15:49Speaker 1: not the start Lauren Sanchez for us. Now, don't think
- 15:51Speaker 1: for one minute that all the celebrities like Lauren. They don't.
- 15:53Speaker 1: They make fun of her, probably behind her back. She
- 15:55Speaker 1: has the money, she's got access to billions. If you
- 15:58Speaker 1: want to show on Amazon, you better be nice to
- 16:01Speaker 1: Lauren Sanchez. Didn't they buy the James Bond franchise like
- 16:04Speaker 1: It's wild? Jeff Bezos is in charge of James Bond.
- 16:07Speaker 1: If you want to be James Bond, you better be
- 16:09Speaker 1: nice to his Bond girl, Laurence Sanchez. So is Lauren
- 16:13Speaker 1: Sanchez the new Anna Winter? Five percent said yes, ninety
- 16:16Speaker 1: five percent said no. I get why you are saying that.
- 16:19Speaker 1: I might argue she's even more powerful because she got
- 16:22Speaker 1: more money. And even celebrities rich, famous celebrities, they need
- 16:25Speaker 1: people to pay for their movies, their albums, their fashion,
- 16:29Speaker 1: even their ball. Okay, go vote on today's Paul. Go
- 16:32Speaker 1: to a Twitter page, X page Naughty Nice Rob or
- 16:35Speaker 1: a Facebook page Nordy Gossip and be sure to check
- 16:39Speaker 1: back to my rat your results. And now, oh, it's
- 16:42Speaker 1: time for nicest of the day.
- 16:47Speaker 2: We know a lot of after parties after they makeal
- 16:50Speaker 2: Probably that little bar that I used to work at.
- 16:53Speaker 1: But I did not get a part in that little
- 16:55Speaker 1: divy bar. I loved it there, but I don't think it.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Was the only already that matter was Beyonce jay Z's
- 17:03Speaker 2: Oh at Clevering Club.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Oh it's only it sounds like I'm on twenty fourth Street.
- 17:09Speaker 1: I think it's on fifteenth Street. I could walk with
- 17:11Speaker 1: the members only Oh I couldn't get in.
- 17:14Speaker 2: Leo was there.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Leo Jagger was there?
- 17:18Speaker 2: Jacker, I mean with Jagger? How do you?
- 17:20Speaker 1: Baby? Never?
- 17:23Speaker 2: I love it.
- 17:23Speaker 1: He's never gonna stop. He gonna Tianna Taylor.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Of course, Beyonce's whiskey was flowing.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Who knows who?
- 17:32Speaker 2: It's good or I haven't had it?
- 17:33Speaker 1: Probably terr. It's got to be good. But you didn't
- 17:35Speaker 1: invite to the party, did she? They were there to
- 17:37Speaker 1: four a m put away. This was the party and
- 17:41Speaker 1: nicest I guess, even though we didn't get of the day.
- 17:44Speaker 1: And now I noticed that I love a rule. I
- 17:46Speaker 1: love a rule. So I don't want to shame a
- 17:48Speaker 1: fourteen year old here, I'm gonna shame her parents. Blue Ivy,
- 17:50Speaker 1: who is fourteen, was taken to the met and there's
- 17:53Speaker 1: a rule. You're not allowed to go to the met
- 17:54Speaker 1: ball unless you're eighteen. That's the rule. That's always been
- 17:57Speaker 1: the rule. So why are we breaking the rule? Now
- 17:59Speaker 1: that we've broken it for one celebrity daughter, Now everybody
- 18:03Speaker 1: can do it. I don't know. I mean, she looked
- 18:04Speaker 1: gorgeous in plantsiaga with her mom it looks absolutely fabulous.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Didn't want to take off her sunglasses. Jay Z and
- 18:10Speaker 1: her had a little bit of tiff on the carpet.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Our friend Nicki Gostin, who was there, said that the
- 18:14Speaker 1: photographers were like, take off your said glasses, Blue Ivy,
- 18:16Speaker 1: and she was like no, and Jay was like, take
- 18:18Speaker 1: the glasses off, and she eventually did. So. I love
- 18:21Speaker 1: all the dynamics of a family, but the rule's a rule,
- 18:23Speaker 1: like if you're not allowed to go to the met
- 18:26Speaker 1: until you're eighteen. We can't just break a rule because
- 18:28Speaker 1: it's Beyonce that is not there. I'm not calling out
- 18:31Speaker 1: Blue Ivy here, I'm calling out Anna Intervogue parents. That's
- 18:35Speaker 1: the rule. No rule anymore. Okay, let's end with a
- 18:38Speaker 1: moment of Robbie. Rob name the habit and you change
- 18:42Speaker 1: the game. This is going to sound weird, but go
- 18:44Speaker 1: with me. A healthy habit becomes more powerful the moment
- 18:48Speaker 1: you give it a name. Every day I go for
- 18:50Speaker 1: a walk, you know that, I call my walk operation walk.
- 18:53Speaker 1: That's what I call it. It sounds ridiculous, but that's
- 18:56Speaker 1: the point. The moment you name a habit a good habit,
- 18:59Speaker 1: it's stopped. It stopped feeling random. It starts feeling random,
- 19:03Speaker 1: and it starts feeling real. It becomes a project, a commitment,
- 19:07Speaker 1: something with purpose. A named habit feels less like something
- 19:11Speaker 1: you should do and more like something you're building. Think
- 19:15Speaker 1: about this. What about project sleep reset or Donny? That
- 19:19Speaker 1: might be good for you. What about mission drink water?
- 19:22Speaker 1: What about Operation Happy? Call it whatever you want, Just
- 19:25Speaker 1: call it something, because when a habit has a name,
- 19:29Speaker 1: it has weight, and when it has weight, it's far
- 19:32Speaker 1: more likely to be honored. Think about something you want
- 19:37Speaker 1: in your life. It might be walking, it might be
- 19:38Speaker 1: drinking more water. It might be sleeping more. It might
- 19:40Speaker 1: be working out more. It might be listening to more
- 19:42Speaker 1: naughty but nice. That's a great habit too. Give it
- 19:45Speaker 1: a name. Give it a name. It's gonna feel weird,
- 19:47Speaker 1: it's gonna feel silly, but it will make you want
- 19:49Speaker 1: to do it. Hey, that is it for today. Thank
- 19:52Speaker 1: you so much for listening. They're atty bit Nice with
- 19:53Speaker 1: Rob and Darney show a production of iHeartRadio When Alvis
- 19:56Speaker 1: durand don't forget to follow Me. On substack. Rob shooted
- 19:59Speaker 1: not substack got calm, and my novel today mentioned this.
- 20:01Speaker 1: I'm an author of best selling order. It's called It
- 20:03Speaker 1: started with a whisper, and it's right now. Pick it
- 20:06Speaker 1: up if you can, and remember altogether. Now, if you're
- 20:09Speaker 1: going to be naughty, you've got to be let me.
- 20:13Speaker 1: You've not marvelous. Welcome back, Donny nice with raw
