  am making wagers. Time to put my money where my

  mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for

  July 3rd, 2025 and well came up close, but as they say, close is

  only good and well they say horseshoes, hand grenades and

  nuclear weapons. I think you can throw biologics

  in there as well 'cause as long as you get it close.

  But anyways, still 1 short had 9 1/2.

  They got to 9. There was a historic night for

  the Dodgers. All in all, Mr. Kershaw got his

  three thousandth K and then Mr. Freddie Freeman hit for the

  cycle with the walk off, which I'm not sure how many times

  that's happened, but that was pretty cool.

  So it would have been cooler if he'd hit like a home run and

  then we would have gotten our our cover to our bet to cover.

  There we go, not our cover to bet.

  Anyways, So tonight, shifting away from the baseball, we got

  the we got Nathan's coming up tomorrow, right?

  It's not Nate's, but Nathan's. We got the the hot dogs

  tomorrow. But tonight, focusing on the

  basketball, we got the WNBA, we got the Fever hosting the Aces.

  And I'm looking at these two teams, they're kind of the same.

  They're eight and eight. I think they're both 8:00 and

  8:00 if I remember correctly. Could be wrong about that, but I

  don't think I am. But I could be and I'm a little

  surprised. And so maybe I'm the sucker

  here. They usually that's the way this

  goes, is that the fever, they're at home and they're 4 1/2 point

  underdogs. So I like the fever here.

  Look at that little thing there at the bottom.

  It says Pythagorean. It's not just for triangles

  anymore. It's also for winds.

  And their Pythagorean win total is higher than the aces

  Pythagorean win total, which tells me, or at least it's

  supposed to tell me that that means that they're better.

  I don't know. I'm not one of the nerds.

  I just look at the number. And so I would think that they

  should be favored, especially since they're home.

  But since they're not, I don't know what's going on here.

  I'm going to hope to come out ahead.

  the Las Vegas Aces in tonight's WNBA basketball action.
