- 0:01Speaker 1: Lift your hands to Jesus.
- 0:02Speaker 2: We have come with open hearts. Oh, let the ancient
- 0:10Speaker 2: words impart. We have come with open hearts.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Oh, let the.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Ancient words impart. I have come With an open heart.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Oh let the ancient words. Hallelujah. Father we want to
- 0:41Speaker 2: thank you for this opportunity. Mighty presence of God in
- 0:46Speaker 2: this place. It's been such a moment of encounter. God
- 0:52Speaker 2: is about to speak to us again. Speak to us
- 0:54Speaker 2: oh God our hearts are open to learn to receive
- 0:57Speaker 2: to grow. For it is in Jesus' mighty name we
- 1:01Speaker 2: have prayed. Please let's celebrate the amazing ministry of Minister Dunsinoyeco.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Give him a big hand clap of praise. You may
- 1:13Speaker 1: be seated. God bless you.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Just before I give my charge this morning to wrap
- 1:20Speaker 2: up our morning session, I want to truly honor and
- 1:25Speaker 2: appreciate the a few servants of God who take time
- 1:28Speaker 2: to do justice to the appreciation, have lots of people
- 1:32Speaker 2: who have come just silently sitting. This is a kind
- 1:35Speaker 2: of atmosphere where you need minimal distraction because all kinds
- 1:40Speaker 2: of spiritual transactions are happening. But just for the purpose
- 1:44Speaker 2: of honor, I want to appreciate and acknowledge is a
- 1:49Speaker 2: dear friend all the way from Taraba, the Anglican Bishop
- 1:55Speaker 2: of Taraba, Bishop Foreman Nedison. God bless you. Thank you
- 2:00Speaker 2: so much for coming. We honor you in the name
- 2:05Speaker 2: of Jesus Christ. And all the way from the United States,
- 2:10Speaker 2: he's followed us everywhere.
- 2:11Speaker 1: This has become home for him.
- 2:13Speaker 2: He's a mayor, Mayor Harold Moore. Thank you so much.
- 2:17Speaker 2: We love you. God bless you. He's been with us
- 2:20Speaker 2: literally everywhere, everywhere from UK, US, Canada, you know, was
- 2:26Speaker 2: with us in Kenya, now Abuja.
- 2:28Speaker 1: God bless you. And by the way, congratulations.
- 2:31Speaker 2: He won again his election for the next four years.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Big congrats. We're happy to have you around. No one
- 2:39Speaker 2: troubles us in the U.S. We've got company in the U.S.
- 2:42Speaker 2: in Jesus' name. And just to honor again our father,
- 2:48Speaker 2: Bishop Obionu Bogu. He's been just humbly sitting down and
- 2:54Speaker 2: soaking in this atmosphere That's 85 years old standing. Let's
- 2:59Speaker 2: give him a big God bless you. Big God bless you. Daddy,
- 3:02Speaker 2: we honor you. We honor you.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Thank you, sir. Thank you. Please, you may be seated.
- 3:08Speaker 2: I just feel stirred in my heart that we should
- 3:11Speaker 2: bless our mother in the Lord, Mommy Funke, Felix Adejimo,
- 3:15Speaker 2: one last time. I thought I was the only one
- 3:18Speaker 2: who was blessed by her session. And as I spoke
- 3:22Speaker 2: to the ministers left and right, I mean, everybody was
- 3:24Speaker 2: just commending on the churning of scriptures and how, how
- 3:30Speaker 2: intelligent her presentation was. We give God praise in Jesus name.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Now be speaking very briefly to wrap up our morning session. Um,
- 3:40Speaker 2: I don't have too many speakings during this convention. One,
- 3:47Speaker 2: I'm happy about that too. Um, But that doesn't mean
- 3:53Speaker 2: the devil is not in trouble. He's in trouble anyway.
- 3:56Speaker 2: We're going to pray for the sick. We'll cast out
- 3:58Speaker 2: devils and we'll release graces upon people in the name
- 4:02Speaker 2: of Jesus. But I'm just happy that I'm not doing
- 4:05Speaker 2: this alone.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
- 4:08Speaker 2: John chapter 20 and verse 21. We'll be looking very
- 4:13Speaker 2: briefly at the topic, the believer's ordination.
- 4:17Speaker 1: The believer's ordination. John 20, 21.
- 4:21Speaker 2: I just want to put a solid foundation to the
- 4:23Speaker 2: subject of the mandate. Then said Jesus unto them again,
- 4:29Speaker 2: Peace be unto you, as my Father hath sent me,
- 4:34Speaker 2: even so send I you. As my Father hath sent me,
- 4:43Speaker 2: even so send I you.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
- 4:47Speaker 2: Hallelujah. Now the concept of a mandate, I want to
- 4:51Speaker 2: speak from a legal and governmental side before we come
- 4:56Speaker 2: into scripture. The word mandate from its definition and that
- 5:01Speaker 2: comes from a legal or a governmental expression. A mandate
- 5:10Speaker 2: is an official order or a command. A mandate is
- 5:16Speaker 2: an official order. It's a command that comes with an
- 5:21Speaker 2: authorization or permission to fulfill a task. That's the first
- 5:25Speaker 2: definition I'll give you. A mandate is an official order.
- 5:30Speaker 2: It's an authorization or a command that comes with an
- 5:36Speaker 2: authorization to fulfill a task.
- 5:39Speaker 1: It's called a mandate.
- 5:41Speaker 2: An official order or command that comes with an authorization
- 5:46Speaker 2: to fulfill a task.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Second definition.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Mandate also refers to the power that is granted to
- 5:54Speaker 2: a person or an entity to exercise authority on various
- 6:02Speaker 2: matters affecting a jurisdiction. I read it again for you.
- 6:07Speaker 2: That a mandate generally... refers to the power that is
- 6:14Speaker 2: granted to a person, the power that is granted to
- 6:18Speaker 2: an entity to exercise authority on various matters affecting a jurisdiction.
- 6:29Speaker 2: So you see that the concept of a mandate is
- 6:32Speaker 2: really a governmental terminology or a legal terminology having to
- 6:37Speaker 2: do with the authorization to legislate, to enact, to execute.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Are we together? On behalf of a government. It comes
- 6:47Speaker 2: from the Latin word mandatum. Mandatum is spelled M-A-N-D-A-T-U-M.
- 6:54Speaker 1: One more time. M-A-N-D-A-T-U-M.
- 6:59Speaker 2: It means something that is ordered or something that is commanded.
- 7:03Speaker 2: So when we talk about a mandate, not even just
- 7:06Speaker 2: a mandate, a mandate generally, it speaks to an authorization,
- 7:12Speaker 2: the legitimacy to execute an instruction, the legitimacy to execute
- 7:19Speaker 2: a plan, the legitimacy to execute whatever it is that
- 7:25Speaker 2: is given within a predefined jurisdiction. So discussing the mandate
- 7:31Speaker 2: as a theme for this convention really is an x-ray.
- 7:36Speaker 2: And I want you to listen carefully. It's an x-ray
- 7:39Speaker 2: of the various commissions and the responsibilities that the believer
- 7:44Speaker 2: has as far as advancing the kingdom is concerned and
- 7:49Speaker 2: being a blessing to our world is concerned. So when
- 7:52Speaker 2: we talk about the mandate, it's an attempt to x-ray,
- 7:55Speaker 2: to understudy, to uncover the various commissions, the various responsibilities
- 8:04Speaker 2: That were given to God. Or given by God to
- 8:07Speaker 2: the believer. For the purpose of kingdom advance. And then
- 8:12Speaker 2: being a blessing to our world. It's important we have
- 8:15Speaker 2: that foundation. So that the concept of the mandates does
- 8:19Speaker 2: not become for you an unnecessarily abstract concept. It is
- 8:24Speaker 2: simply an x-ray into the various assignments. An x-ray into
- 8:30Speaker 2: the various expectations. An x-ray into the various commissionings.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Are we together?
- 8:39Speaker 2: That God has given the believer in Christ as far
- 8:43Speaker 2: as advancing his purposes upon the earth and being a
- 8:47Speaker 2: blessing to the world is concerned. When Jesus walked upon
- 8:51Speaker 2: the earth, he made certain statements that reflected the desires
- 8:58Speaker 2: of the father. He made certain statements that reflected the
- 9:02Speaker 2: agenda of the father. And he wanted the church to
- 9:07Speaker 2: be actively involved in these assignments, in these missions. And
- 9:14Speaker 2: as a foundation, my assignment here this morning is to
- 9:18Speaker 2: just list for us five mandates. That the believer has
- 9:24Speaker 2: in Christ. There are five mandates. Five commissionings. Five major assignments.
- 9:32Speaker 2: Dimensions of our assignment in Christ. And if you are
- 9:36Speaker 2: able to understand this. It will make your Christian work
- 9:40Speaker 2: very efficient. One of the things that God is doing,
- 9:44Speaker 2: particularly in this end time, is raising.
- 9:47Speaker 1: A people of maturity and responsibility.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Beyond the consciousness of receiving things from God, God is
- 9:56Speaker 2: planting his burden upon men and women alike.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Believers, and upon.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Faith-based organizations and entities to drive with passion like never before.
- 10:09Speaker 2: The things that God desires to do, particularly in this season.
- 10:15Speaker 1: And so I'll run with you very, very quickly.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Having established this foundation, there are about five major mandates
- 10:24Speaker 2: that are found in the Bible.
- 10:27Speaker 1: That are within....
- 10:30Speaker 2: God's expectation and definition for the believer to execute. Failure
- 10:35Speaker 2: to understand these mandates will leave you living an inefficient
- 10:40Speaker 2: Christian life. And I'll list for you the mandates and
- 10:44Speaker 2: then talk a bit on them, speak over your life,
- 10:47Speaker 2: and then we're done for the morning.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Are you ready?
- 10:49Speaker 2: If you're ready, shout a loud believing amen. Mandate number one.
- 10:55Speaker 2: The first mandate that we have is As an ordination,
- 11:00Speaker 2: a commissioning, an expectation from God to execute is the
- 11:07Speaker 2: mandate for souls.
- 11:09Speaker 1: The mandate for souls.
- 11:13Speaker 2: We have a responsibility, we have an assignment, we have
- 11:17Speaker 2: an ordination, we have a commissioning by God. For the
- 11:24Speaker 2: world evangelization and the global harvest as we call it.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Mark chapter 16 and verse 15.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Mark 16 15. Jesus is speaking.
- 11:33Speaker 2: 16 15 Mark. Go ye into all the world he says.
- 11:40Speaker 2: And preach the gospel. It was not a suggestion. It
- 11:44Speaker 2: was not an advice. It was a mandate. The first
- 11:49Speaker 2: mandate the believer has is. Is the mandate for souls.
- 11:53Speaker 2: The first mandate that the church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Regardless denomination. Regardless the peculiarity of your faith practice. We
- 12:04Speaker 2: corporately have the first mandate of world evangelization. The mandate
- 12:11Speaker 2: of souls. And he said unto them. Go ye into
- 12:16Speaker 2: all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Reading to 20 verse 16. He that believeth and is
- 12:25Speaker 2: baptized shall be saved. But he that does not believe,
- 12:30Speaker 2: if and when you preach, not before you preach, he
- 12:34Speaker 2: cannot be condemned if you have not preached. But if
- 12:37Speaker 2: you do preach and they reject the gospel, then they
- 12:41Speaker 2: are condemned already.
- 12:42Speaker 1: 17.
- 12:44Speaker 2: And while you are about that mandate, there is an assurance.
- 12:49Speaker 2: While you are about that mandate, there is a bond
- 12:52Speaker 2: between you and God that these signs shall follow them
- 12:57Speaker 2: that believe. I used to think the signs follow them
- 13:01Speaker 2: that believe in Jesus alone. No, the signs follow them
- 13:05Speaker 2: that believe in the mandate. not just in jesus if
- 13:08Speaker 2: you believe in jesus and you do not believe in
- 13:12Speaker 2: the mandate of souls the signs will not follow you
- 13:15Speaker 2: many times we feel just because we believe in jesus
- 13:19Speaker 2: the sign should follow us the signs are attestations to
- 13:24Speaker 2: help you execute a mandate you can believe in jesus
- 13:29Speaker 2: And disbelieve the mandate for soul winning. The signs will
- 13:33Speaker 2: not follow you. No wonder we have a lot of believers.
- 13:37Speaker 2: They genuinely believe in Jesus. But because they do not
- 13:41Speaker 2: truly believe in the mandate of world evangelization. They do
- 13:46Speaker 2: not truly believe in the mandate of soul winning. Although
- 13:50Speaker 2: they are saved. Although they are filled with the Holy Ghost.
- 13:54Speaker 2: They wonder why there is scarcity of the healing anointing.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Scarcity of the grace to deliver. Scarcity of the activation
- 14:03Speaker 2: of the true prophetic anointing. It is because the believers
- 14:08Speaker 2: believe in Jesus. But they do not believe in the
- 14:11Speaker 2: mandate that he has given.
- 14:14Speaker 1: These signs shall follow them.
- 14:17Speaker 2: That believe, not just in the giver of the mandate,
- 14:21Speaker 2: but the mandate itself. Believe in it enough to invest
- 14:25Speaker 2: your life, to invest your time, to invest your finances,
- 14:30Speaker 2: to invest your energy, to see it.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Come to fruition. Are we together?
- 14:38Speaker 3: Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe upon my life. Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe, Lord, breathe.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Breathe upon my life.
- 14:57Speaker 1: Listen. I receive. I manifest.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Your power and your wisdom. Till the nations see Jesus.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Lifted up. Exalted. I receive. I manifest. Your power.
- 15:26Speaker 1: And your wisdom. Till the nations.
- 15:32Speaker 2: See Jesus.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Lifted up.
- 15:35Speaker 2: Glorified. I raised that song because I wanted you to
- 15:43Speaker 2: hear an important line of the song. I receive and
- 15:47Speaker 2: I manifest your power and your wisdom. Not so I'll
- 15:52Speaker 2: be called a man of God, Apostle Joshua Selman. Not
- 15:56Speaker 2: so Koinonia will be called a great global ministry.
- 15:59Speaker 3: No.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Till the nations... That's why I receive power. Till the
- 16:05Speaker 2: nations see Jesus as I preach. Till the nations see
- 16:11Speaker 2: Jesus lifted, exalted, glorified.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Is someone learning this morning? The reason why.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Our generation, in as much as we celebrate the wonderful
- 16:23Speaker 2: things that God is doing.
- 16:24Speaker 1: The reason why....
- 16:27Speaker 2: We're not able to see the power of God and
- 16:30Speaker 2: the investments of the Spirit upon our generation like we
- 16:34Speaker 2: saw in Bible days and in modern history. It's because
- 16:39Speaker 2: most of the people who carried, for instance, what we
- 16:42Speaker 2: call the healing anointing, they were called healing evangelists, not
- 16:47Speaker 2: healing men of God. Healing evangelists. The healing followed the evangelists.
- 16:54Speaker 2: The evangelist went about preaching Jesus and then the healing
- 16:59Speaker 2: followed him. This time around is the evangelist who is
- 17:02Speaker 2: following healing. We have become evangelists looking for healing.
- 17:07Speaker 1: The reason is.
- 17:08Speaker 2: Because we believe in the one who sent us, but
- 17:13Speaker 2: we do not believe in the mandate. Many of the
- 17:16Speaker 2: people who manifested the anointing in unusual dimensions. In fact,
- 17:21Speaker 2: some of them did not even pray for the anointing.
- 17:24Speaker 2: They were all about the business of soul. And they
- 17:28Speaker 2: found themselves like Philip the evangelist. The Bible says in
- 17:33Speaker 2: Acts chapter 8 from verse 5.
- 17:35Speaker 1: That Philip went down to Samaria. I hope you know.
- 17:39Speaker 2: That Philip was one of the people who were brought
- 17:42Speaker 2: together to serve tables. But his passion for souls. He
- 17:50Speaker 2: went down to Samaria and preached Christ. He didn't go
- 17:56Speaker 2: there to do miracles. He didn't go there to do ministry.
- 17:59Speaker 2: He didn't go there to make a name. He went
- 18:02Speaker 2: there about the mandate of souls. And the Bible says,
- 18:06Speaker 2: verse 6, that when he got there, the people with
- 18:11Speaker 2: one accord gave heed to the things that Philip spake.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Because as he.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Spake, They heard and they saw the miracles, the attested miracles.
- 18:24Speaker 1: I can tell you this by the message of God.
- 18:27Speaker 2: One key I have found to the life of the
- 18:30Speaker 2: miraculous is to place the mandate of souls before you
- 18:35Speaker 2: and invest your life driving at that agenda. You will
- 18:40Speaker 2: secure many investments of grace beyond that which your prayer
- 18:44Speaker 2: point can purchase.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Lifted up.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Glorified till the nations see jesus till the nations see
- 19:01Speaker 2: jesus lifted up lifted up lifted up exalted lifted up.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Lifted up. Lifted up. Lifted up. Glorified.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Luke chapter 19 and verse 1. This mandate has nothing
- 19:31Speaker 2: to do with being a man of God. Once you
- 19:33Speaker 2: are a believer in Christ. Listen carefully. Once you are
- 19:39Speaker 2: a believer in Christ. Luke 19 10.
- 19:42Speaker 1: 19 10.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Once you are a believer in Christ. Verse 10 please.
- 19:48Speaker 2: You have the responsibility.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Of seeking to save the lost.
- 19:54Speaker 2: It says for the son of man is come to
- 19:57Speaker 2: seek and to save that which was lost that was
- 20:01Speaker 2: his assignment He came to seek and to save that
- 20:06Speaker 2: which was lost. And like we read earlier, he said,
- 20:08Speaker 2: as my father has sent me. He said, so sent
- 20:13Speaker 2: are you. Someone shouted loud after me. Say, Father. Come on,
- 20:18Speaker 2: this is not everybody. Say, Father. I receive grace. And
- 20:24Speaker 2: passion for souls. Passion for the lost. Passion for the
- 20:31Speaker 2: global harvest. Turn it into prayer in one minute. Father,
- 20:36Speaker 2: I receive grace and passion to see the lost come
- 20:40Speaker 2: to Jesus. I may not be an evangelist by calling.
- 20:46Speaker 2: But it is a mandate. And today here at the
- 20:50Speaker 2: General Assembly. I take on that responsibility. To see my
- 20:55Speaker 2: family members saved. To see my parents saved. To see
- 21:00Speaker 2: my siblings saved. To see my tribesmen saved. To see
- 21:05Speaker 2: my community saved. In Jesus name we pray.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Number two. The second mandate that we have.
- 21:21Speaker 2: As believers, it's an ordination, it's a commissioning, is the
- 21:26Speaker 2: mandate to be fruitful.
- 21:29Speaker 1: The mandate to bear fruit.
- 21:31Speaker 2: The mandate to produce extraordinary results. It's not a suggestion.
- 21:38Speaker 2: It's not a wish. It's a mandate. It's an instruction.
- 21:43Speaker 2: God has expectations as far as our fruitfulness is concerned.
- 21:48Speaker 2: He gave unto one five talents. He gave unto one
- 21:52Speaker 2: two talents. He gave unto one one talent. The Bible
- 21:55Speaker 2: says he went about his journey. He returned back expecting profit.
- 22:01Speaker 2: expecting fruitfulness and not finding profit from the man with
- 22:07Speaker 2: the last talent he did not spare. He called him
- 22:10Speaker 2: a wicked and unprofitable servant. Jesus caused a fig tree
- 22:16Speaker 2: because it will not yield figs even though it was
- 22:19Speaker 2: not the time of figs. Fruitfulness should not be A
- 22:27Speaker 2: choice for a believer.
- 22:29Speaker 1: It's a mandate.
- 22:30Speaker 2: The reason why you have to be fruitful. Is because
- 22:34Speaker 2: God is glorified. In your fruitfulness. God is glorified. When
- 22:40Speaker 2: you produce results. When you bear fruit. Give us John 15.
- 22:45Speaker 2: And verse 8. Herein is our father glorified. 15 8 John.
- 22:52Speaker 2: When ye bear much fruit. Herein is the Father glorified.
- 22:59Speaker 2: When you bear much fruit. So shall you be my disciples.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Your fruitfulness. Validates my mentorship. Your fruitfulness is saying. Validates
- 23:12Speaker 2: the integrity of my person.
- 23:14Speaker 1: And my word.
- 23:15Speaker 2: John 15 and verse 16. You have not chosen me.
- 23:20Speaker 2: But I have chosen you. The Bible says. And ordained you.
- 23:24Speaker 1: 15, 16.
- 23:24Speaker 2: That you should go forth. And bring forth fruit. And
- 23:30Speaker 2: that your fruit should abide. Longevity of impact. Longevity of results.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Believers are called to be fruitful. Believers are called to
- 23:43Speaker 2: produce results.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Can I tell you this? When you see results in
- 23:48Speaker 1: the kingdom.
- 23:50Speaker 2: As.
- 23:53Speaker 1: An issue of.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Personal aggrandizement. You will not have the passion to produce
- 23:59Speaker 2: that result. And even if you do it will not
- 24:02Speaker 2: glorify God. But when you see fruitfulness. As a tool
- 24:09Speaker 2: for bringing glory to the name of the Lord. You
- 24:11Speaker 2: will pursue fruitfulness with aggression. And you will fight anything
- 24:16Speaker 2: in your life that speaks of barrenness. You will fight
- 24:20Speaker 2: anything in your life that stops you from getting results.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Someone say, I will be fruitful. Say, I will be fruitful.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Fruitfulness brings glory to the name of the Lord. Fruitfulness
- 24:37Speaker 2: in every ramification. Exploits in life. Exploits in ministry. Exploits
- 24:44Speaker 2: in business. Many times believers celebrate a lot of things
- 24:52Speaker 2: that represent unfruitfulness. And we try to look for a
- 24:56Speaker 2: theology to explain the fact that when believers don't bear fruit, yeah,
- 25:02Speaker 2: some way God will be glorified. But I can tell
- 25:05Speaker 2: you this, you are a better Christian and God is
- 25:10Speaker 2: glorified in a greater sense than when you are anointed,
- 25:14Speaker 2: when you are prosperous, when you are moving forward, when
- 25:17Speaker 2: you are making progress, when you are breaking forth on
- 25:20Speaker 2: the left and the right. I don't know about you,
- 25:23Speaker 2: but you must join me in having a thorough rejection
- 25:27Speaker 2: for anything in your life that looks like barrenness.
- 25:30Speaker 1: You believe that with me, shout amen. Are we learning now? Fruitfulness.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Is beyond a.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Mere desire to be successful. Is beyond a mere desire
- 25:45Speaker 2: to advance. Is beyond a mere desire to progress. We
- 25:50Speaker 2: have reduced this mandate. To a carnal desire to go forward.
- 25:55Speaker 2: A carnal desire to advance. A carnal desire to be
- 25:59Speaker 2: rich or to be prosperous. The moment you import carnality.
- 26:04Speaker 2: Into that mandate. You corrupt it. And that's the reason
- 26:08Speaker 2: why many. In wanting to love the Lord and go
- 26:12Speaker 2: deeper in their relationship. They ignorantly reject anything that culminates
- 26:18Speaker 2: to fruitfulness. Whether fruitfulness in finances. Whether fruitfulness biologically. Whether
- 26:24Speaker 2: fruitfulness organizationally. But I'm here to tell you. In your excelling.
- 26:30Speaker 2: As a corporate person. In your excelling as a business person.
- 26:34Speaker 2: In your excelling as a professional. In your excelling as
- 26:38Speaker 2: a man of God. A woman of God. In your
- 26:41Speaker 2: excelling as a student. In your excelling as a parent.
- 26:45Speaker 2: God is glorified. You are not fulfilling the mandate. When
- 26:49Speaker 2: you live a life of total failure. Settle it once
- 26:52Speaker 2: and for all. God can bring glory out of failure,
- 27:01Speaker 2: but failure was not designed to glorify God. God can
- 27:07Speaker 2: bring glory out of failure because he commands, he can
- 27:12Speaker 2: command light to come out of darkness. There are times
- 27:16Speaker 2: that light shines into darkness, but there are times he
- 27:20Speaker 2: can bring.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Light out of darkness.
- 27:22Speaker 2: God can get glory out of any situation, but be
- 27:27Speaker 2: assured based on the integrity of God's word that failure
- 27:31Speaker 2: is Was not designed to bring God's glory. Failure was
- 27:35Speaker 2: designed to mock the integrity of his person.
- 27:38Speaker 1: And his word.
- 27:39Speaker 2: You must obtain grace. And be angry in your spirit.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Those of us who are here. And the many who
- 27:46Speaker 2: are following online. That my life will be fruitful. I
- 27:50Speaker 2: will be fruitful financially. I will be fruitful spiritually. Are
- 27:55Speaker 2: we together now? I'd like you to lift your voice
- 27:57Speaker 2: in one minute. And pray. Get angry with failure It
- 28:01Speaker 2: doesn't matter what form or fashion Lord I obtain grace
- 28:05Speaker 2: Let this be a never ending journey Until my life
- 28:09Speaker 2: blossoms Like the cedar that is in Lebanon I decree
- 28:13Speaker 2: and declare By the power of the Holy Spirit I
- 28:15Speaker 2: am on a project To fulfilling that mandate of fruitfulness
- 28:20Speaker 2: I will not rest I will get the knowledge I
- 28:23Speaker 2: need I will get the mentorship I need I will
- 28:26Speaker 2: contend in prayer I will contend in acquiring knowledge Until
- 28:31Speaker 2: my life becomes fruitful Pray Hallelujah Isaiah chapter 61 and
- 28:46Speaker 2: verse 3. The Bible calls us the planting of the Lord.
- 28:51Speaker 2: How many of you know that when God plants, he
- 28:54Speaker 2: expects the tree to grow.
- 28:57Speaker 1: And if it grows, it must bear fruit.
- 29:00Speaker 2: The Bible says we are called the oaks or the
- 29:03Speaker 2: trees of righteousness. The planting of the Lord. And the
- 29:07Speaker 2: reason why he planted us was so that we will
- 29:10Speaker 2: blossom and bear fruit. And in our bearing fruit, that
- 29:14Speaker 2: he might be glorified. fruitfulness is a primary channel for
- 29:28Speaker 2: giving God glory the next time you say father be
- 29:31Speaker 2: glorified it should start with a prayer start with a
- 29:36Speaker 2: song but it must never end with just.
- 29:39Speaker 1: A prayer and a song.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Your life and your results are a valid way of
- 29:46Speaker 2: bringing glory to the name of the Lord. And I
- 29:48Speaker 2: speak over someone from today. In the name that is
- 29:51Speaker 2: above all names. You who looks like you would not
- 29:54Speaker 2: become anything. You who looks like you would not emerge
- 29:58Speaker 2: to do much. I pray for you. Let grace rest
- 30:01Speaker 2: on your head from today. Let grace rest on your
- 30:04Speaker 2: head from this morning. You will begin to produce extraordinary results.
- 30:09Speaker 2: Extraordinary results in every area of your life.
- 30:13Speaker 1: You believe that? Shout Amen. Hallelujah.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Now pay attention. Fruitfulness goes beyond a desire. Having established
- 30:26Speaker 2: the fact that it's a mandate. God expects the church
- 30:31Speaker 2: believers to be fruitful.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Hallelujah. I'm reminded of Ephesians 3.10.
- 30:40Speaker 2: It says to the intent that now unto principalities and
- 30:44Speaker 2: powers might be made known by the church the manifold
- 30:49Speaker 2: wisdom of God. And that when the church becomes so fruitful,
- 30:53Speaker 2: Galatians 1.24 becomes our testimony. And they glorified God in me.
- 31:01Speaker 2: They glorified God through the excellency of my results. But
- 31:05Speaker 2: I must tell you this. Fruitfulness is the result of knowledge.
- 31:11Speaker 2: There are three components that produce fruitfulness. I'm not going
- 31:17Speaker 2: to teach on it. But let me list it. Number one, wisdom.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Number two, faith. Number three, power. Forget about results in
- 31:28Speaker 2: the kingdom if you do not access these tripartite forces.
- 31:35Speaker 2: These are principally the forces that are responsible.
- 31:40Speaker 1: For producing results. One, wisdom. Two, faith. Three, power.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Every time there is bankruptcy of results, every time there
- 31:55Speaker 2: is bankruptcy of evidence in your Christian adventure, consult.
- 32:00Speaker 1: These three areas for answers.
- 32:03Speaker 2: It is either wisdom is lacking or faith is lacking
- 32:09Speaker 2: or power is lacking or any of the components or
- 32:13Speaker 2: all of them. So if you desire to produce results.
- 32:18Speaker 2: To be fruitful. The journey begins from acquiring wisdom. Then faith.
- 32:27Speaker 2: To engage that which you know. Then the empowerment of
- 32:31Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit. To validate your obedience.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Wisdom. Faith. And power. Equals to extraordinary.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Consistent undeniable results. Wisdom, faith and power. The third mandate
- 32:52Speaker 2: very quickly. Is the mandate to bring the church, the
- 33:00Speaker 2: body of Christ. To a point of maturity and stature.
- 33:07Speaker 2: The church has a mandate to the church. We have
- 33:12Speaker 2: a mandate among ourselves. The church has a mandate to
- 33:18Speaker 2: the church as given by God. The mandate of bringing
- 33:25Speaker 2: one another to a point of maturity and stature. And
- 33:31Speaker 2: the entities that have been given this responsibility principally are
- 33:37Speaker 2: the five-fold ministry. In addition to every other expression within
- 33:42Speaker 2: the body. Ephesians chapter 4, the third mandate. From 11,
- 33:48Speaker 2: reading down to 16, very quickly so we can pray.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Ephesians 4, I'll begin my reading from 11.
- 33:53Speaker 1: And he gave unto some.
- 33:58Speaker 2: Apostles and some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers.
- 34:08Speaker 2: For the maturing. The word perfecting. Yes the word maturing.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Of the saints. For the work of the ministry. For
- 34:17Speaker 2: the edifying of the body of Christ. Till we all come.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Into the unity of faith. And of the knowledge of
- 34:26Speaker 2: the son of God. And of a perfect man. Unto
- 34:30Speaker 2: the measure of the stature. As a corporate spiritual entity.
- 34:35Speaker 2: Of the fullness of Christ.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Next verse.
- 34:40Speaker 2: That we henceforth be no children. Toe and fro. And
- 34:46Speaker 2: carried about by every wind of doctrine. And the slight
- 34:50Speaker 2: of men. And cunning craftiness. Wearing they lie to deceive.
- 34:56Speaker 2: But speaking the truth in love. This is how you
- 34:59Speaker 2: grow the church. You speak the truth. And then you
- 35:03Speaker 2: speak it in love. Every time you speak a lie,
- 35:07Speaker 2: it does not build the church. Every time you speak
- 35:10Speaker 2: the truth in hatred, it will not build the church.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Listen carefully. If you're a man of God here, this
- 35:16Speaker 2: is not a pastor's conference. But learn this. That sentence
- 35:19Speaker 2: right there gives you the jurisdiction. It defines for you
- 35:24Speaker 2: how to communicate the word such that the church becomes edified.
- 35:29Speaker 1: You must speak, that's the first key.
- 35:32Speaker 2: But that if you speak, ensure that what you are
- 35:35Speaker 2: saying is the truth. And if it is the truth,
- 35:39Speaker 2: then it must be in love. So if you are
- 35:41Speaker 2: silent as a man of God, without speaking, without the
- 35:45Speaker 2: teaching ministry, believers cannot grow to maturity. Miracles can draw people,
- 35:52Speaker 2: but it is the teaching ministry, structured ministry, intelligently presented
- 35:58Speaker 2: that builds and molds believers so speaking and then it
- 36:03Speaker 2: must be the truth sanctify them by your truth your
- 36:07Speaker 2: word is truth and then it must be with love
- 36:10Speaker 2: now listen please The first word they're speaking talks of
- 36:15Speaker 2: the primary channel, your mouth, your voice. Number two, it
- 36:20Speaker 2: talks of the quality of the information.
- 36:23Speaker 1: The truth. Number three, talks of the attitude.
- 36:27Speaker 2: The required attitude that makes truth work is love.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Truth is powered by love.
- 36:33Speaker 2: That means when you teach the truth in hatred, even
- 36:37Speaker 2: though what you are saying is right, it will not
- 36:39Speaker 2: produce the effect. Love is the battery that powers the truth.
- 36:44Speaker 2: The truth is like a clock. Even if it is
- 36:47Speaker 2: brand new, without a battery it cannot work. And there
- 36:51Speaker 2: are many people in the body of Christ carrying truth.
- 36:54Speaker 2: But the reason why the truth is not building is
- 36:57Speaker 2: because it is not in love. The truth in love
- 37:07Speaker 2: is someone learning. The way we build believers is It's
- 37:12Speaker 2: not an abstract concept. Believers are primarily built through the
- 37:19Speaker 2: teaching ministry.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Speaking.
- 37:22Speaker 2: And then the quality of the information that is communicated, truth.
- 37:26Speaker 2: And then the character disposition that supports that.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Execution, love.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Anywhere you find speaking, anywhere you find truth, anywhere you
- 37:37Speaker 2: find love, you.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Must find maturity. Let me say that again.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Everywhere you find speaking, a man of God that does
- 37:45Speaker 2: not keep quiet is passionate about communicating the counsel of God.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Whether as an apostle, a prophet, an evangelist. They are
- 37:54Speaker 2: all gifts that require your speaking. If you find speaking.
- 37:59Speaker 2: If you find truth. And if you find love. That
- 38:03Speaker 2: means when you find the body of Christ with all
- 38:07Speaker 2: kinds of stuntedness, we need to.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Investigate these three words.
- 38:12Speaker 2: Either somebody who should speak is not speaking, has gotten
- 38:16Speaker 2: carried away by the paraphernalia of ministry, that he's forgotten
- 38:21Speaker 2: that the reason for all the blessings is to empower
- 38:24Speaker 2: you to speak.
- 38:26Speaker 1: I'm holding a mic.
- 38:28Speaker 2: The reason why you are able to hear me from
- 38:30Speaker 2: whatever distance. Is because the mic is amplifying my voice.
- 38:34Speaker 2: The mic is not doing the speaking. I am doing
- 38:38Speaker 2: the speaking. As powerful as this mic is. Watch this.
- 38:54Speaker 1: By my being silent.
- 38:56Speaker 2: I make you suspect that the mic is not that powerful.
- 39:01Speaker 2: That mic is the Holy Ghost. He amplifies you to
- 39:05Speaker 2: the nations. But when you are quiet, it will look
- 39:08Speaker 2: like he's incapacitated. When you are quiet, it will look
- 39:12Speaker 2: like he cannot heal. When you are quiet, it will
- 39:15Speaker 2: look like he cannot lift. When you are quiet, it
- 39:18Speaker 2: will look like he cannot bless. But when I speak,
- 39:22Speaker 2: my speaking reveals the potential, the power.
- 39:26Speaker 1: Of this sound system.
- 39:28Speaker 2: You don't know how powerful God is until you speak.
- 39:31Speaker 2: You don't know how powerful God has the kind of
- 39:34Speaker 2: anointing is placed on your life until you dare decide
- 39:39Speaker 2: to teach, to speak, to communicate the gospel.
- 39:45Speaker 1: And then watch this. What am I doing? I am speaking,
- 39:57Speaker 1: but what I am saying is nonsense. Are we together?
- 40:04Speaker 1: You are hearing my voice, but you.
- 40:06Speaker 2: Are not being edified by it because what I am
- 40:09Speaker 2: saying is not building you. So there are times our
- 40:13Speaker 2: voices can be loud. And while we are praying, Holy Ghost,
- 40:16Speaker 2: more anointing. He said, leave the issue of anointing.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Find truth.
- 40:20Speaker 2: Then I can amplify you. I cannot anoint you to
- 40:23Speaker 2: keep promoting a lie. So let's leave the issue of
- 40:26Speaker 2: anointing first. So that we deal with the construct. Your
- 40:31Speaker 2: doctrinal construct. Your overall understanding of Jesus. The faith life.
- 40:36Speaker 2: The assignment. Then the anointing can come. The anointing came
- 40:41Speaker 2: in Acts chapter 1. But the teaching ministry began three
- 40:44Speaker 2: years before the anointing. Look at the ratio of the
- 40:49Speaker 2: teaching ministry to impartation. Three years to one day. God
- 40:55Speaker 2: wants people anointed. But I can tell you this for free.
- 40:58Speaker 2: He's not in a hurry to anoint people. He anoints knowledge.
- 41:02Speaker 2: He anoints growth. He anoints maturity. The value of the anointing.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Is that it rests upon a vessel. Who has worked
- 41:12Speaker 2: with God. To acquire truth. And then you see, there
- 41:17Speaker 2: is a side effect to truth. Because truth can puff up.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Truth can bring you into a point of arrogance. And
- 41:25Speaker 2: you find out that upon the abundance of revelation, it
- 41:28Speaker 2: will corrupt your character disposition. Because when you have truth...
- 41:33Speaker 2: is likened to your eye opening. The Bible calls it
- 41:36Speaker 2: the eye of your understanding. You will no longer be
- 41:39Speaker 2: patient with people. You will forget that God took you
- 41:42Speaker 2: out of the same mess wherein he has instructed you
- 41:45Speaker 2: to bring others out of it. It is the reason
- 41:47Speaker 2: why truth must be served in love. It is dangerous
- 41:51Speaker 2: to have truth and not have love. It's like having
- 41:54Speaker 2: an accelerator without a brake. You will eventually kill people.
- 41:59Speaker 2: An accelerator moves you forward but the brake helps you
- 42:02Speaker 2: to manage your speed.
- 42:04Speaker 1: So that it becomes fruitful.
- 42:06Speaker 2: An accelerator without a brake will lead any professional driver
- 42:11Speaker 2: to disaster. Is someone learning? We have a mandate from
- 42:20Speaker 2: the church to the church. The mandate of working in
- 42:24Speaker 2: partnership with the Holy Ghost in helping the believer The
- 42:30Speaker 2: corporate body attain unto maturity. Attain unto stature. And that
- 42:36Speaker 2: the way that happens, don't forget, is to speak.
- 42:40Speaker 1: The truth in love.
- 42:44Speaker 2: If you love alone and you don't speak the truth,
- 42:48Speaker 2: the church will not grow. If you speak the truth
- 42:52Speaker 2: alone and you do not love, the church will not grow.
- 42:56Speaker 2: If you love and you know the truth but you
- 42:58Speaker 2: don't share it, the church will not grow.
- 43:02Speaker 1: It must be truth spoken in love.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Truth. Doctrinal truth. Truth of the mysteries of the kingdom.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Truth of the victorious life of the believer. Truth about
- 43:15Speaker 2: what Jesus Christ has done. Truth about the responsibility of
- 43:19Speaker 2: the believer. The whole counsel of God. Communicated in love
- 43:24Speaker 2: that produces maturity. I pray for you. I pray for myself.
- 43:29Speaker 2: And I pray for the body of Christ. May God
- 43:32Speaker 2: empower us in this season. In the name of Jesus
- 43:35Speaker 2: to teach the truth in love. To share the various
- 43:39Speaker 2: dimensions that God has communicated to us. There are diversity
- 43:45Speaker 2: of graces and different perspectives of light within the body.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Overall is for our profiting.
- 43:53Speaker 1: Once there is love and.
- 43:55Speaker 2: We are willing to share one with another, then the
- 43:59Speaker 2: body of Christ will grow. The dimension you don't see here,
- 44:03Speaker 2: you will find here. The dimension you don't find here,
- 44:06Speaker 2: you will find here. The most important thing is that
- 44:09Speaker 2: the communicators teach truth.
- 44:12Speaker 1: And in love.
- 44:13Speaker 2: You believe that shout aloud amen. Mandate number four. Is
- 44:22Speaker 2: someone learning already? So mandate number one is a mandate
- 44:27Speaker 2: for souls. world evangelization, global missions. Mandate number two is
- 44:34Speaker 2: a mandate to bear fruit, the mandate of fruitfulness as
- 44:39Speaker 2: a primary channel for glorifying Jesus. Mandate number three is
- 44:44Speaker 2: a mandate to bring the church to a point of
- 44:48Speaker 2: maturity and stature by teaching the truth and the truth
- 44:53Speaker 2: in love. Mandate number four is the mandate to transform society.
- 44:58Speaker 1: Societies and nations.
- 45:01Speaker 2: The mandate to transform societies and nations to be the
- 45:07Speaker 2: light and salt.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Matthew 5, 13 to 16.
- 45:13Speaker 2: Ye are the salt of the earth. But if the
- 45:17Speaker 2: salt has lost its several, where will it be salted again?
- 45:21Speaker 2: It is thanks for good for nothing, but to be
- 45:24Speaker 2: cast out and to be trodden under foot of men.
- 45:28Speaker 1: 14.
- 45:40Speaker 2: You are
- 45:43Speaker 2: a city that is set on a hill. It says,
- 45:49Speaker 2: neither do men light a light, a candle, and put
- 45:54Speaker 2: it under a bushel, but on a candlestick, and it
- 45:58Speaker 2: gives light to all who are in the house. Here
- 46:00Speaker 2: is the mandate. Let your light. The word let there
- 46:05Speaker 2: is permit. It's an instruction. Let your light so shine
- 46:12Speaker 2: that they may see your good works. So this is
- 46:16Speaker 2: how society is transformed. Not by speaking. Look up please.
- 46:21Speaker 2: The church is transformed by speaking. But society is not
- 46:27Speaker 2: transformed by speaking. Society is transformed by good works. Don't
- 46:32Speaker 2: forget this. Every mandate has its execution system. In training
- 46:37Speaker 2: the church. If all you do for the body of
- 46:40Speaker 2: Christ is charity. You will find people helped. But they
- 46:44Speaker 2: will not become matured. But when it has to do
- 46:48Speaker 2: with society. Ladies and gentlemen. It is the business of
- 46:52Speaker 2: good works. Not Christian fanatism. Good works. Let me list
- 46:59Speaker 2: for you what good works are. Science and technology.
- 47:03Speaker 1: Medicine. Corporate governance. Good works. Good works. This right here is.
- 47:10Speaker 2: Where the apostolic dimension of the church is revealed.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Good works. There is a lot of speaking in our
- 47:19Speaker 1: world but there's no good works. Do you know Science, arts, technology, medicine, all.
- 47:30Speaker 2: Of these science-based faculties, they were never supposed to be.
- 47:37Speaker 1: anti-Christ or anti-faith. No. Science, arts, they are the.
- 47:44Speaker 2: Expression systems for the God life that is within you.
- 47:48Speaker 2: Everything you receive in prayer is Everything you receive in
- 47:52Speaker 2: learning in the church, are we together? Science gives it
- 47:57Speaker 2: a material frame for expression. I tell you this, as
- 48:04Speaker 2: much as we celebrate those we call scientists, inventors, the
- 48:09Speaker 2: ones who make our phones, our cars, our airplanes, the
- 48:13Speaker 2: best of God is.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Not for an unbeliever to be the one to do that.
- 48:18Speaker 2: But if the believers do not know they have a
- 48:20Speaker 2: mandate onto good works to transform society through the intelligence.
- 48:26Speaker 2: You see, let me tell you this. The reason why
- 48:31Speaker 2: there is an emerging generation that seems to be rejecting
- 48:35Speaker 2: the Christian faith is because they cannot see the faith
- 48:39Speaker 2: contextualized in a way that relates to real human problems.
- 48:46Speaker 2: We jack around and pray and that's wonderful. We fast,
- 48:50Speaker 2: we give, but they cannot see the word of God
- 48:53Speaker 2: that we propose. Translate into intelligence that builds systems. Let
- 49:01Speaker 2: your prayer in tongues translate into building a company that
- 49:06Speaker 2: employs 5,000 people.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Now, that is good works. Are we together?
- 49:12Speaker 2: Let your praying in tongues, your fasting translate into inventions,
- 49:17Speaker 2: translate into... a solution. A medical solution for cancer. And
- 49:25Speaker 2: when you are called by the medical council. How did
- 49:28Speaker 2: you get this? You will speak like Daniel. But there
- 49:32Speaker 2: is a God that reveals secrets. When Daniel stood before God. Nebuchadnezzar.
- 49:38Speaker 2: He didn't dance around singing praise and worship. When Joseph
- 49:42Speaker 2: stood before Pharaoh. He didn't dance around singing praise and worship.
- 49:46Speaker 1: No. Good works.
- 49:48Speaker 2: A product of intelligence. It started from the secret place.
- 49:53Speaker 2: But they used the instrument of science. The instrument of literature.
- 49:57Speaker 2: The man you call David. A man after God's heart.
- 50:01Speaker 2: David's greatest accomplishment. It's not even just the spirituality.
- 50:06Speaker 1: It's the intelligence. Look how many Psalms he wrote.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Believers need to translate spiritual intelligence into a context that
- 50:18Speaker 2: can transform society. Don't tell me you are a Christian doctor.
- 50:23Speaker 2: Show me you are a Christian doctor. Don't tell me
- 50:26Speaker 2: you are a Christian architect. Show me by your designs
- 50:30Speaker 2: the superiority of your ideas that you have an advantage
- 50:34Speaker 2: of the Holy Ghost.
- 50:35Speaker 1: Don't tell me you are a Christian professor.
- 50:38Speaker 2: Show me how you transform your students with knowledge plus
- 50:42Speaker 2: anointing A generation that cannot contextualize spirituality as an instrument
- 50:49Speaker 2: and give it the frame of science and art and
- 50:52Speaker 2: literature and governance and intelligence is the generation that will
- 50:58Speaker 2: not be able to communicate the purposes of God effectively.
- 51:04Speaker 2: There's about 8.2 or 3.
- 51:06Speaker 1: Billion people upon the earth right now.
- 51:09Speaker 2: Last I checked, And there's only about 2.6 billion Christians.
- 51:17Speaker 2: We're not talking genuine Christians. We're talking those who filled
- 51:21Speaker 2: forms and wrote Christian as a religion. And out of
- 51:26Speaker 2: that 2.6 billion, we've hardly been able to scale that mark.
- 51:31Speaker 2: We have not even gone 30% or 40% as far
- 51:36Speaker 2: as world evangelization is concerned. Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, now
- 51:46Speaker 2: Chachipity and all other modern apps, most of them are
- 51:51Speaker 2: less than 20 years and more than half the world
- 51:55Speaker 2: is using them. Regardless your religion, regardless what you understand,
- 52:01Speaker 2: they have become an intricate part of human living. And
- 52:05Speaker 2: yet you have not seen Zuckerberg for most of you.
- 52:08Speaker 2: Yet you have not seen Elon Musk. Yet you have
- 52:11Speaker 2: not seen all those men. But they have imported intelligence.
- 52:16Speaker 2: It doesn't matter what spirit they came into partnership with.
- 52:19Speaker 2: The thing is they have demonstrated that they have birthed
- 52:24Speaker 2: a solution. Right now as I'm speaking, there are tens
- 52:28Speaker 2: of thousands of people across the globe hearing, connecting right now.
- 52:34Speaker 2: Who would have imagined that from one standpoint could be
- 52:38Speaker 2: your room, your church, a stadium like this. You can
- 52:41Speaker 2: literally be discipling nations. Somebody, unfortunately that someone is not
- 52:47Speaker 2: a believer. designed an application a platform that gives visibility
- 52:53Speaker 2: those guys are more in partnership with the program of
- 52:57Speaker 2: god than many christians is the reason why you pray
- 53:00Speaker 2: they should die they will not die they are too
- 53:02Speaker 2: useful to god's program if they die you cannot take
- 53:05Speaker 2: it from where they stop Because you have refused to
- 53:08Speaker 2: prime your creativity. Onto good works. I pray for you.
- 53:12Speaker 2: You will grow past the realm of fanatism. Into a
- 53:15Speaker 2: realm of intelligence. That will contextualize the God life. And
- 53:20Speaker 2: cause it to be a blessing to society. You believe
- 53:23Speaker 2: that shout amen.
- 53:27Speaker 1: I receive. Listen. I manifest. Your power. And your wisdom.
- 53:37Speaker 1: I receive, I manifest. Hear what you receive.
- 53:42Speaker 2: Your power and your wisdom. Africa likes power. We have
- 53:50Speaker 2: rejected wisdom. Thank God for power. We love power. Give
- 53:58Speaker 2: me power. Power to wave my hands and have people fall.
- 54:02Speaker 2: It would be such a blessing if the people fell
- 54:05Speaker 2: and they woke up and they were wiser. And they
- 54:08Speaker 2: demonstrated it. But it looks like the more they fall,
- 54:11Speaker 2: the more foolish they become. The more they fall, the
- 54:14Speaker 2: more incapacitated. Little wonder. The world is beginning to have
- 54:19Speaker 2: a credence. to examine the value of the Christian faith
- 54:23Speaker 2: in nation building and societal transformation. I've had the honor
- 54:28Speaker 2: of doing a few presentations defending the faith and showing
- 54:33Speaker 2: its relevance in today's world.
- 54:36Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you this.
- 54:39Speaker 2: We have a mission to the church, but the greater
- 54:42Speaker 2: part of the mission is to society. we must be
- 54:45Speaker 2: able to convince the governments of nations with empirical data
- 54:50Speaker 2: the value of the church in terms of education infrastructure
- 54:55Speaker 2: moral transformation are we together don't say i am a
- 54:59Speaker 2: christian person working in prisons commission or correctional center Use
- 55:05Speaker 2: your prayer language. Use your Bible study to come up
- 55:09Speaker 2: with a rehabilitation program that sustains such an intelligence that
- 55:14Speaker 2: can transform an inmate in six months to be rehabilitated.
- 55:19Speaker 2: Sell that program. Let it be applied. And by the
- 55:23Speaker 2: time you have five criminals... Truly rehabilitated.
- 55:28Speaker 1: In one year.
- 55:29Speaker 2: Your program without bias. Becomes the mainstay. In correcting men.
- 55:35Speaker 2: Let's stop just praying and rolling and shouting. When you
- 55:38Speaker 2: pray in tongues. When you fast. When you study the word,
- 55:43Speaker 2: don't stop there. Receive wisdom from the secret place. Receive ideas,
- 55:48Speaker 2: witty inventions. Then go to the marketplace. Go to your job.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Go to your lab. Go to your business. Go to
- 55:57Speaker 2: the faculty. Are we together? Go to the business. import solutions,
- 56:02Speaker 2: import wisdom, import ideas.
- 56:05Speaker 1: That can transform your family.
- 56:07Speaker 2: They may doubt your God, but they cannot doubt the
- 56:11Speaker 2: result that comes through you. It is called the wisdom
- 56:14Speaker 2: of the just.
- 56:18Speaker 1: Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe, Lord, breathe. Breathe upon my life.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Will you breathe, Lord? Breathe, breathe, Lord.
- 56:32Speaker 2: Breathe, breathe upon my life.
- 56:40Speaker 1: Let me tell you this. You have heard me say this.
- 56:44Speaker 2: Every national problem was a regional problem that could not
- 56:50Speaker 2: be solved. Every regional problem plaguing society was a community
- 56:57Speaker 2: problem that could not be solved. Every community problem was
- 57:02Speaker 2: first a family problem that could not be solved. So
- 57:06Speaker 2: what you call national problems start as family problems without
- 57:12Speaker 2: intelligence to solve them. Then it becomes a community problem
- 57:16Speaker 2: without intelligence to solve them. Then it becomes a regional
- 57:20Speaker 2: problem without intelligence to solve it. Then it becomes a
- 57:23Speaker 2: national problem and a transcontinental problem. Every armed robber, every
- 57:29Speaker 2: kidnapper came from a family. He started as a stubborn child.
- 57:34Speaker 2: The parents could not access intelligence to change him. Then
- 57:38Speaker 2: he became a capon around the community. Then around the region.
- 57:42Speaker 2: Then he partnered with other devilish fraternities. Until now, he
- 57:46Speaker 2: became a fire and a force that is difficult to tame.
- 57:50Speaker 2: To change society. Change regions. To change regions, change communities.
- 57:57Speaker 2: To change communities, transform families. Start from there. Every father,
- 58:03Speaker 2: every mother, every garden, every parent must pray to receive
- 58:08Speaker 2: intelligence to be able to transform your child. then your
- 58:12Speaker 2: child will transform his classmates. Then when your child becomes
- 58:16Speaker 2: a lecturer, he will transform everyone until the society becomes transformed.
- 58:21Speaker 2: I truly believe gathered here today and following online are
- 58:27Speaker 2: many people who will emerge As a mighty army. An
- 58:31Speaker 2: army that will not only be vibrant spiritually. But will
- 58:35Speaker 2: sustain the intelligence to contextualize the Christian faith. In a
- 58:40Speaker 2: way that produces notable, visible, undeniable, life applicable solutions.
- 58:48Speaker 1: If I just describe you, shout Amen.
- 58:56Speaker 2: Just breathe your name upon me breathe just breathe your
- 59:02Speaker 2: name upon me breathe let that be your prayer prayer
- 59:13Speaker 2: just breathe your name upon me breathe that's our prayer
- 59:17Speaker 2: today just breathe your name upon me.
- 59:24Speaker 1: Just breathe your name upon me Let me wrap up.
- 59:44Speaker 2: Mandate number one, the mandate for souls, world evangelization. Mandate
- 59:52Speaker 2: number two, the mandate to bear fruit, to be fruitful
- 59:57Speaker 2: as a channel for revealing the glory of God And
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: for giving him glory.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: Mandate number three. The mandate to bring the church.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: To a point of maturity and stature. Generally through the
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: instrument of the fivefold ministry. But more specifically. To speak
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: the truth in love. Mandate number four. The mandate to
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: transform society. To transform nations... To be light and salt...
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Using the instrument... Of the seven mountains... The channels... Media... Arts.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Business... Entertainment... Finances....
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: Government... Family... Education... You name it... On to good works.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: To come up.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: With intelligence... To come up... With solutions... That justify our passion...
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: Our love for God. Our press in the secret place.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: Mandate number five. Is the mandate to walk in love.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: The fifth mandate. Is the mandate to walk in love.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: John 13. 34 to 35.
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: Please give it to us quickly. John 13. 34 to 35.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: A new commandment.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: Not a new suggestion. Not a new advice. Not a
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: new wish. It's a commandment. A new commandment. I give
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: on to you. Not just that you should love me.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: You should love one another. Not as you want.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Many times....
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: Now, just a word of humor. I hope I don't
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: get into trouble. Our mother is here. Women sometimes bully
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: men and say the Bible says, Husbands, love your wife
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: as Christ loves the church. Men, let me give you
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: a bailout scripture. The Bible says, love one another as
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: I have loved you. So when women say, men, You
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: must love me as Christ loved the church. Tell I agree.
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: But let's go to John 13. A new commandment I
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: give you. That you should love one another as I
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: have loved you. One another as I have loved you.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Hallelujah.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: You get my point. But the Bible says here. If
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: you get into trouble, don't make reference to me.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Go to God. Hallelujah.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: If you get into trouble, if your wife refuses to agree...
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: Just say I'm sorry and kill it there. If you
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: call my name unfortunately I will not be there. Hallelujah.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: A new commandment. I give unto you. That you should
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: love one another. But there is a benchmark.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: A standard.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Love one another. As I have loved you. That ye
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: also love one another.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: Verse 35. By this.
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: Shall all men know by this shall non-christian men know
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: by this shall professionals know by this shall heads of
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: government know that you are my disciples not when you
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: pray in tongues not when you roll on the floor
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: Not when you jump up and down. When you have love.
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: Not for me. They can't see me. But they can
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: use your love one for another. And judge that the
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: God who must have implanted this love is a good God.
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: That means they judge my character by the way you
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: treat yourselves.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: The Bible calls it the law of love. Look up please.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: In discipleship, this is one of the anchor pillars for
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: Bible discipleship.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: The law of love.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: When you get born again, when you are taught to
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: walk by faith, the next thing to be taught is
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: the law of love. Your discipleship is not complete if
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: you learn warfare, if you learn how to walk by faith,
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: if you learn the power of productivity.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: Are we together? How to pray? How to fast? And
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: you ignore the law of love. By this.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: By loving one another. The way I loved you. How
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: did Jesus love us? While we were yet sinners.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Undeserving.
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: Unqualified. He loved us. He reached down to us. Love
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: does not only reach up. Love reaches down. It is
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: very natural to reach up... Because it is to your advantage...
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: But when you reach down... It is called sacrifice... Many
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: people like reaching up... That's why they love God.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: But reaching down will cost you.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: You will bend in an uncomfortable position.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: The law of love.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: This is where... I thank my parents... For giving me
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: the name that they gave me.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: The name Selman means the way to love. Very good name.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: Very good name. I'm grateful to God. The name reminds
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: me all the time. That anointing minus love. Will not
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: leave you much. Revelation minus love.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: Will not leave you much. Skill minus love will not
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: leave you much. I tell you something I've learned in leadership.
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: People will soon forget what you told them, but they
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: will never forget how they felt in your presence. People
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: do not care how much you know, especially this generation,
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: until they know how much you care. Where knowledge fails,
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: love can still go further. Where skill fails, love can
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: still go further. I know people today who do not
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: know so much, but my goodness, their gap in knowledge
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: has been well covered with love. I know people who
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: know so much, but because they negated the law of love,
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: it's been to their detriment.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, this is the mandate.
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: We have a mandate so that you don't just jump
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: and say I'm attending or I attended the mandate. All
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: the discussions that have come from yesterday and will culminate
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: to the end of this convention is centered around this.
- 1:07:04Speaker 2: The mandate for souls. The mandate to be fruitful and
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: that the purpose of your fruitfulness must be to glorify Jesus.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: The mandate number three To transform believers and bring them
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: to a point of maturity. The mandate to transform society
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: and nations to be light and salt. To contextualize your
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: secret place and that which comes from it. And provide solutions.
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: Solutions that make the world a better place. And the
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: mandate to walk in love. Colossians 3.14 says, Will be
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: upstanding shortly. Colossians 3 and verse 14.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: Above all these things. Put on charity. Love.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: And the Bible calls it the bond of perfection. The
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: bond of perfectness. Our final scripture. For this now afternoon.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: Is Ephesians 5.1 and 2.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: The law of love.
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: Be ye therefore followers of God. As their children. And
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: then verse 2. Which is our final verse. And walk
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: in love. Not just talk the language of love. Live
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: the lifestyle of love. You notice almost every time. The
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: Bible talks about love. It does not lead you to
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: define your standards. It connects it. To the standard of Christ.
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: Walk in love. As Christ said. Also had loved us.
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: And gave himself for us as an offering. And a sacrifice.
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: It's my prayer. That because you came for the mandate.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: it's my prayer that because you had a chance to
- 1:09:04Speaker 2: follow to listen even if it's by way of rebroadcast
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: that this will strengthen your understanding That there is.
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: A corporate commissioning.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: God has an expectation upon us and over our lives
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: as believers. It is called the mandate. And that it's
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: not just a one sentence generic statement. But that it
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: has many tributaries. Many expressions. Number one, souls. Number two, fruitfulness.
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: Number three, the maturity of the saints. Number four, the
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: transformation of society. Number five, the character of Christ revealed
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: as we love one another. Please rise up on your
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: feet and begin to bless the Lord for all that
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: you have heard.
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: Go ahead and bless him. Give him thanks. Give him praise. Worship.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: Honor him.
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: Blessed are your ears for the things you have heard today.
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: From the first session. And now this session. This is
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: the believers ordination. This is the believers commission. This is
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: the believers mandate. Go ahead and pray. Receive grace. Your
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: hands lifted above your head. As a sign of surrender. Father,
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: I receive grace. Now that I know these things, I'm
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: determined to put them to work. Fresh grace to be
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: all about souls like our Father and the Lord taught
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: us yesterday. Fresh grace to contend for the knowledge, the
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: body of truth that will help me to birth result.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: Fresh grace. Someone is praying. Fresh grace. Fresh grace. To
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: contribute actively. In the growth and the maturity of the body.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: Beyond denominational barriers. Beyond sentiments and prejudices.
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: To watch the back of one another. And help one
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: another stand.
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: To break the walls of divide that have plagued the
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: church for many years and decades.
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: Go ahead and pray.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: The grace to transport intelligence from the secret place in
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: the place of prayer, in the place of fasting, in
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: the place of fellowship, in the place of study to
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: contextualize knowledge. And through the help of the Spirit, birth solutions,
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: scientific solutions, governmental solutions, agro-allied solutions, medical solutions, security solutions,
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: moral solutions. Finally, obtain grace to walk in love. Go
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: ahead and obtain grace. The grace to practice forgiveness. The
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: grace to practice forbearance. The grace to practice tolerance. To all,
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: no man, nothing but love. Receive grace in the name
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: of Jesus. For it is in Jesus' mighty name we pray.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: It's in Jesus' victorious name we pray.
