[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, the market we saw at TJ Watts looked like it's not going to be TJ Watts, but I would expect somewhere in the Carloftist neighborhood, maybe with a little sugar sprinkled on it, maybe five percent more, ten percent more, and maybe even a little bit more in the guarantees because Brock was got rich owners and the chiefs do not.
