Speaker 1: Welcome to day seven of the Rainbow Zen Cleanse journey.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: I can't believe that I haven't eaten for seven days and today I feel like I've been on an absolute high.
• 2:19
Speaker 1: I don't know if you've taken magic mushrooms before.
• 2:24
Speaker 1: I have a handful of times over my life, and when I was taking my dog for a walk this morning, it kind of felt like I was on them, like the fog had cleared from my vision and everything was just like that much brighter and clearer and I just really was present with nature and everything around me.
• 2:46
Speaker 1: So I feel like you know it's cleared out some baggage that was, I don't know, blocking how I was seeing the world.
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: I guess I didn't do a recording on day six.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: It was quite an intensive day.
• 3:01
Speaker 1: I was feeling fine, everything was great.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: It was a bit different to the other days where I actually had to take a different sachet every hour on the hour, because I did have a little spew on the very first day.
• 3:16
Speaker 1: I wanted to be cautious of not getting to that point, but it's very different.
• 3:20
Speaker 1: These ones, these were a mix between an easing powder which was kind of like a milky powder.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: It was probably the one that tasted the worst that I've tasted, but it was just like an acidic milk, slightly Like.
• 3:36
Speaker 1: It was actually totally fine.
• 3:37
Speaker 1: It just wasn't yummy like everything else.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: And then every other hour it was like an apple tastes, like apple juice.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: So I think what this starts doing is softening and opening up the gallbladder to release gallstones and softening the liver so you can release all the toxins and heavy metals in there.
• 3:58
Speaker 1: I was really quite nervous about last night.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: So after doing those every hour while also drinking, um, the enzyme drink with water throughout the day plus drinking water, um, actually it was interesting.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: There was a lot of movement.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: It almost felt like I was drinking stuff and then it was just coming out, almost like urinating out my bottom, um, so nothing was coming with it, but what it was doing was just clearing the way so that when I did the liver cleanse, um, all the toxins could move through freely and be released.
• 4:40
Speaker 1: So at 9 30, which felt so I usually go to bed around 8.30, was the bit I'd been most anxious about Not really anxious, but just like oh, how's this going to go down?
• 4:54
Speaker 1: Where you mixed a bottle of it was like olive oil with a bottle of this juice, citrusy juice type thing.
• 5:00
Speaker 1: There was a suggestion to add some lemon juice to it, so I actually did that.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: Actually, I had it separate.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: So what you're meant to do is you mix them together and then it ends up being about 250 mils, and then you've got to drink it literally in one go, so that you make sure that you're standing beside your bed, you scull it down and then all the lights have to be off.
• 5:26
Speaker 1: There's no noise, nothing, and you lie down on your right side, so then that oil and citrus goes into the liver and draws out all the toxins.
• 5:38
Speaker 1: So it actually tasted yummy and it was quite nice to have something with a different texture and a bit feeling to have as well.
• 5:46
Speaker 1: There was also another hack to have one.
• 5:49
Speaker 1: Some of the quantum particles, which is the the white powder which I mentioned the other day, is kind of like popping candy for adults, except it doesn't pop, it's just yummy white powder.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: So I had that to take the oily texture out of my mouth and it was actually fine.
• 6:08
Speaker 1: It was really quite yummy.
• 6:09
Speaker 1: It was like salad dressing, so I enjoyed drinking it.
• 6:14
Speaker 1: And then it was about just lying on my side and holding my liver and doing a bit of a meditation with it as well and, you know, putting my attention and energy into visualizing what was happening there and cleansing.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: I could feel it and it just felt like a baby kicking kind of thing.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: The same thing when you got a grumbly tummy, but nothing too dramatic.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: And then I fell asleep.
• 6:44
Speaker 1: I think my partner came to bed about 11 and I stayed on my side and then had a really good sleep.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: I woke up at you have to get up at 6 am and take another sachet of the easing powder, which is the milky.
• 6:58
Speaker 1: One did that, and then I had so much energy it was actually crazy.
• 7:06
Speaker 1: So I kind of just cleaned the house, took the dog for a walk and then I think it was around 10 was the one of the black vacuum tablets.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: So I'm drinking the enzyme drink, but it was a lot stronger today.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: It was 120 mils within a liter bottle, so it was a bit more intense, but I'm kind of enjoying drinking it because I can feel that I get my energy from drinking it and yeah, so I was going to the bathroom so the same as yesterday, like the watery stool, like just water coming out, but this sounds really gross.
• 7:47
Speaker 1: But trust me, when you do it you'll want to do it as well.
• 7:50
Speaker 1: So I had a colander sit in the toilet.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: So when I did go, actually the first release was like a sludge type thing, just kind of like a really runny poo, and then I flushed the toilet over it so that it could rinse it, and then there was these tiny, tiny, little little lumps that got caught in the colander and they are actually the beginning of gallstones.
• 8:14
Speaker 1: So I was actually quite amazed by how many there was.
• 8:17
Speaker 1: I will have a link to photos that will be hidden on my website, but you can go through the link because there'll be a warning before going and looking.
• 8:26
Speaker 1: And then throughout the day, bigger ones have come out, but nothing more than, like I was going to say, the tip of my pinky finger, but like a quarter of the tip, maybe a quarter, like a smarty or half the size of a smarty, and only a couple of those, but lots of tiny, tiny little ones.
• 8:50
Speaker 1: So I'm hoping that means that they're now not going to turn into big ones, but yeah, so that's been happening throughout the day.
• 8:59
Speaker 1: I was a bit nervous to drive into town, but I just it was such a beautiful day, I really wanted to go for a swim at the beach, so I met my daughter there after work.
• 9:09
Speaker 1: I was worried about after she finished school sorry, I was worried about being too far from the toilet, but I haven't had any emergencies or felt like I could have, you know, done a mistake or something or made a mess, but I haven't.
• 9:25
Speaker 1: And now, if you're watching this on video, you see I've got my hair, my hair's wet, but makeup on, and I'm about to go to a friend's dinner.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: It's crazy to think I've been eating for seven days and I'm going out for dinner.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: I'm just going to have to be super, super careful.
• 9:42
Speaker 1: You're not actually meant to eat on this day, but I'm just going to be super cautious of doing this, um, of what I'm going to eat as well, um, but yeah, I've been on an absolute high fully energized, gone, heaps of work done, um, yeah, it just feels like a normal day, so it's pretty amazing that I'm cleansing at the same time.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: What I'm going to do is, after this is a total wrap up update, probably tomorrow or Monday, tomorrow, saturday.
• 10:13
Speaker 1: So I started the detox on a Saturday, so that Saturday, sunday, I could just be at home Well, even I was at home the whole time but so that I could end by another weekend as well, Cause there's quite a few things on leading up to Christmas.
• 10:29
