- 0:00Speaker 1: Talking about everything you care about. Mark Simones on w R. Well,
- 0:12Speaker 1: it just ran into Curtis in the hallway. It's a
- 0:17Speaker 1: little strange. I mean, it's nice, it's good, but it
- 0:20Speaker 1: was like the old days of the old classic WABC
- 0:23Speaker 1: years ago. We do all work together. It was all
- 0:27Speaker 1: in one place. We were all working. It was me
- 0:30Speaker 1: and Curtis and Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh and who
- 0:35Speaker 1: else was it. Bob Grant of course was there and
- 0:39Speaker 1: Mark Levin all in one place. So Curtis is on
- 0:43Speaker 1: now with Larry Mente every morning from six to ten
- 0:47Speaker 1: here on wo R Now, and it's great stuff. And
- 0:53Speaker 1: you know, it's tough when you haven't been on every
- 0:56Speaker 1: day for how long has he not been on the campaign,
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's got to be like five months. Six months gets
- 1:02Speaker 1: very tough, especially with a morning show. You know, it's
- 1:05Speaker 1: it's it's grueling. You're getting up like at three to
- 1:08Speaker 1: four in the morning. But he told me he started
- 1:12Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago getting back in shape, in
- 1:14Speaker 1: other words, setting an alarm clock for three or four
- 1:16Speaker 1: in the morning. But you know, Curtis, he never sleeps.
- 1:18Speaker 1: He'll sleep like a couple hours a night. So here's
- 1:23Speaker 1: the other thing McDonald's, the Big Arch. This is the
- 1:28Speaker 1: latest thing for McDonald's. It's a big, huge, juicy it's
- 1:32Speaker 1: it's it's sort of like a Big Mac, but much
- 1:34Speaker 1: much better. Big Mac too much bread. The bread to
- 1:38Speaker 1: meat ratio is off on the Big Mac. You don't
- 1:40Speaker 1: need that middle bun. So this is a better meat
- 1:44Speaker 1: to bun ratio. But the Big Arch it's a big,
- 1:47Speaker 1: huge version of that with more stuff in it, like
- 1:50Speaker 1: onions and stuff like that. So I finally had one Friday,
- 1:55Speaker 1: the Big Arch. Now you saw the CEO of McDonald's
- 1:59Speaker 1: make that clumsy, awkward video where he's eating it. The
- 2:02Speaker 1: Big Arch excellent. It was great. It's actually delicious. It's
- 2:08Speaker 1: really really good. You can go to any McDonald's now.
- 2:12Speaker 1: They've tried this out in other countries. They finally unveiled
- 2:14Speaker 1: it in the US. Should be every McDonald's that has
- 2:18Speaker 1: it right now, go in and try a Big Arch.
- 2:20Speaker 1: It was delicious, it's huge, it's juicy, it's the bun
- 2:25Speaker 1: is different from the Big Market's, a much much higher
- 2:28Speaker 1: quality sort of bun. It is great. Now, I notice
- 2:32Speaker 1: it says for a limited time, which means they're giving
- 2:37Speaker 1: themselves some wiggle room if it bombs. So you know
- 2:40Speaker 1: they do that on Broadway. They'll say opening for a
- 2:42Speaker 1: limited run, that's because they're not sure it's going to work.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And then oh, a limited run only twelve weeks, and
- 2:48Speaker 1: that wave of bombs they close in twelve weeks, and
- 2:51Speaker 1: then they can say, well, we always said it was
- 2:53Speaker 1: just a limited run, but that wave it's a big hit.
- 2:55Speaker 1: I'll keep it going forever. So that's what's going on
- 2:57Speaker 1: with the Big Arch. So go out and get one.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Let's keep this thing around. It was really really good.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Rupert Murdoch big birthday party Saturday night he turned ninety five.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Rupert Murdoch ninety five years old, still going strong, still
- 3:13Speaker 1: going to work every day, still doing well. Big, big,
- 3:17Speaker 1: big birthday party at the Grill. That's the old four
- 3:20Speaker 1: Seasons on fifty second Street. See Bob Kraft was there,
- 3:26Speaker 1: Tony Blair, Cardinal Dolan, Barry Diller, Jerry Jones, Robert Kraft,
- 3:34Speaker 1: Jessica Tish, Andrew Lloyd Weber, and Hugh Jackman. Jackman and
- 3:40Speaker 1: Murdock have been great friends for years. In fact, later
- 3:44Speaker 1: in the evening, Hugh Jackman sang New York, New York
- 3:46Speaker 1: he sang flying me to the Moon from Trump World.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Well it was Jared Kushner and Avanka Trump. Now you know,
- 3:54Speaker 1: Donald Trump and Murdock have had an on again, off
- 3:58Speaker 1: again love hate relationship. But the President is also suing
- 4:03Speaker 1: Murdoch for something. I can't remember what, but some coverage,
- 4:08Speaker 1: but the President sent a video wishing Murdoch a happy birthday.
- 4:13Speaker 1: It was his ninety fifth birthday. Roger Goodell was also there,
- 4:16Speaker 1: but the Trump video was a big hit, apparently introduced
- 4:20Speaker 1: by Brett Baer and then President Trump calling a Murdoch
- 4:25Speaker 1: one of a kind and legendary, praised them for courage,
- 4:29Speaker 1: vision and determination, saying you change the world. You know,
- 4:32Speaker 1: think about that if there hadn't been a ruper Murdoch,
- 4:34Speaker 1: think about that. What would the world be like if
- 4:38Speaker 1: there had been no Fox News? If it didn't exist,
- 4:40Speaker 1: you'd be totally dependent on crazy left wing stuff MSNBC
- 4:45Speaker 1: and CNN and all that stuff. You'd be totally totally dependent.
- 4:50Speaker 1: There'd be no Fox News. And they got to figure
- 4:53Speaker 1: Newsmax is pretty good, but you got to figure, had
- 4:56Speaker 1: Fox News not open that door, Newsmax would have never
- 5:00Speaker 1: been possible. So he's right, Murdoch did change the world.
- 5:06Speaker 1: He probably saved journalism. At least now you can get balance.
- 5:11Speaker 1: You got to go to two different places, but you
- 5:13Speaker 1: can at least get balance. Had you been totally dependent
- 5:16Speaker 1: just on mainstream media when Trump came along, it would
- 5:22Speaker 1: have been a real, real problem trying to get You
- 5:25Speaker 1: wouldn't be able to get any straight news. Right now,
- 5:27Speaker 1: if you watch the nightly news on the networks, if
- 5:30Speaker 1: you watch the Sunday shows, all you think is the
- 5:33Speaker 1: Ran war has been a total disaster. We're losing. It's
- 5:36Speaker 1: all over, We're doing nothing but blowing up schools and children.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You'd get a totally false impression. It's actually probably the
- 5:44Speaker 1: most successful war effort ever in history. You got that
- 5:47Speaker 1: during the Iraq War. Now, I forget whether it was
- 5:50Speaker 1: right or wrong. But in the opening weeks, if you're
- 5:55Speaker 1: watching the news, the mainstream media, all they tell you
- 5:57Speaker 1: was a disaster. We were bogged down, we were that
- 6:01Speaker 1: our supply lines were cut off. All you have this meantime,
- 6:04Speaker 1: It turned out in reality it was the fastest armored
- 6:07Speaker 1: advance in the history of warfare, with the fewest casualties.
- 6:10Speaker 1: All sorts of records were said same thing here We've
- 6:13Speaker 1: degraded ninety five percent of offensive capability in just the
- 6:19Speaker 1: first nine days. Ninety five percent in nine days. It's
- 6:22Speaker 1: now diet in the day ten. By the end of
- 6:25Speaker 1: the day or tomorrow, it'll probably be one hundred percent.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I'll have no offensive capability. So you had to Waltz
- 6:32Speaker 1: the ambassador on the Sunday shows trying to defend things.
- 6:35Speaker 2: He wants to see leadership in Iran that no longer
- 6:38Speaker 2: threatens the United States or allies in the region, that
- 6:41Speaker 2: isn't attacking civilian airports, ports, shipping terminals, hotels and lashing
- 6:50Speaker 2: out in the way that it is that can't hold
- 6:53Speaker 2: energy supplies hosted.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Yeah, and think about it, forty seven years of that.
- 7:00Speaker 1: It's all a forty seven years of killing Americans, threatening
- 7:03Speaker 1: death to America, forty seven years of this guy, and
- 7:06Speaker 1: forty seven years of every Democrat from Hillary to Obama.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Everybody's saying we'll go after Iran, We're going to get there,
- 7:12Speaker 1: going to straighten out Iran. We're nobody ever doing a thing.
- 7:15Speaker 1: That's why they're furious. Fury they can't believe Trump actually
- 7:19Speaker 1: did something that they promised for years to see. They
- 7:21Speaker 1: promise all these things, and they never actually do them.
- 7:23Speaker 1: But here's Trump actually doing it. So they're furious because
- 7:27Speaker 1: also remember every campaign they promised to do something about Iran.
- 7:32Speaker 1: By him fixing this, you know, every campaign they also
- 7:35Speaker 1: promised to close the border. By him fixing that, he's
- 7:39Speaker 1: taking away their campaign promises. This is the stuff they
- 7:42Speaker 1: always run on. But by fixing the problem and making
- 7:45Speaker 1: it nonexistent, they lose a couple of campaign promises. Here's
- 7:48Speaker 1: more Watz.
- 7:49Speaker 2: This is ending a forty seven year war that Iran
- 7:53Speaker 2: began in nineteen seventy nine, that they began under Jimmy Carter.
- 7:57Speaker 2: President Trump is taking bold, decisive action to end it.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Yeah, now ground troops. I don't think they'll ever be
- 8:03Speaker 1: in ground troops. But you got to say, and he
- 8:06Speaker 1: said a couple of times, well we may have to
- 8:07Speaker 1: send ground trips. You always leave that option open, and
- 8:10Speaker 1: you always say you will, just to just to let
- 8:14Speaker 1: that stick in the enemy's head. You don't ever want
- 8:16Speaker 1: to say, well, we'll never do this. You never tell
- 8:17Speaker 1: an enemy that flying back from Miami Air Force One,
- 8:23Speaker 1: the President asked about it, would.
- 8:24Speaker 3: There be possible for very good reason, have to be
- 8:28Speaker 3: very good reason, And I would say, if we ever
- 8:31Speaker 3: did that, they would be so decimated that they wouldn't
- 8:34Speaker 3: be able to fight at the ground level.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Now, shouldn't we have a rule that if you interview
- 8:37Speaker 1: the president on Air Force one, you don't do it
- 8:40Speaker 1: right next to the engine, so that when he's talking
- 8:43Speaker 1: all ars you can't hear a thing when he's talking.
- 8:47Speaker 3: This is an excursion. We figured what prices would go up,
- 8:50Speaker 3: which say, will they'll also come down?
- 8:52Speaker 1: They'll come down. It's not like he's in a washing machine.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I don't know why they do it. It's Air Force one.
- 8:57Speaker 1: You think they could find a quiet bought to do that. Now,
- 9:01Speaker 1: when he says we're going to crank it up, Pete
- 9:02Speaker 1: hags as he already said, this is nothing. We're gonna
- 9:05Speaker 1: They're gonna intensify our efforts. Well, what does that mean? Well,
- 9:09Speaker 1: there's new there's a whole new series of bombers that
- 9:12Speaker 1: will be coming into the war probably this week. Uh,
- 9:15Speaker 1: there's the B one Lancer. They got all these different
- 9:18Speaker 1: bombers that are much much, much much bigger. There's one
- 9:22Speaker 1: American bomber that can carry twenty four missiles. It can
- 9:25Speaker 1: reach speeds of nine hundred miles an hour, they're already
- 9:28Speaker 1: in the UK staging there ready to go into battle.
- 9:32Speaker 1: The B one Lancer and other bombers of this type.
- 9:35Speaker 1: They also have advanced radar and GPS systems that can
- 9:39Speaker 1: hone in on targets. Even better, they can carry the
- 9:42Speaker 1: largest convention conventional payload of guided unguided weapons in the
- 9:48Speaker 1: whole United States military. So you're going to see these
- 9:52Speaker 1: bombers start to take over and do incredible damage. Now,
- 9:56Speaker 1: Democrats of course going crazy, acting like lunatics out in
- 9:59Speaker 1: the street, protesting in defense of the Ayatola that he
- 10:03Speaker 1: shouldn't have been removed or killed. Imagine that the protesters
- 10:07Speaker 1: protesting the death of a guy who killed more protesters
- 10:12Speaker 1: than anybody in the world. They took a vote in
- 10:15Speaker 1: the Congress about reaffirming that Iran was a terrorist sponsor,
- 10:21Speaker 1: was the biggest sponsor of terrorism in the world, and
- 10:24Speaker 1: they wanted to vote just you know, to make that
- 10:26Speaker 1: clear that Iran was a terrible sponsor of terrorism. So
- 10:30Speaker 1: the vote, they did this three years ago, and the
- 10:33Speaker 1: vote was four hundred and twenty to one. Four hundred
- 10:36Speaker 1: and twenty one person voted in favor of Iran. Well,
- 10:39Speaker 1: this time around three years later, fifty three Democrats voted
- 10:44Speaker 1: in favor of Iran, including AOC and Omar and all
- 10:48Speaker 1: the squad people. They voted in favor of Iran. Trump
- 10:53Speaker 1: de arrangement syndrome just driving them absolutely nuts. Hey, some
- 11:00Speaker 1: Epstein news. Now, was Epstein murdered or was it suicide?
- 11:06Speaker 1: It's been officially declared a suicide, But a lot of people,
- 11:11Speaker 1: including me, thought he was murdered from the beginning, because
- 11:15Speaker 1: the whole thing was suspicious, the whole It was a
- 11:19Speaker 1: Sunday night. They have surveillance cameras everywhere, all of us. Sudden,
- 11:23Speaker 1: all the surveillance cameras went out for an hour. We
- 11:27Speaker 1: don't know what the guards were up to. And the
- 11:31Speaker 1: people have thought he was murdered. They believe what happened
- 11:34Speaker 1: was somebody arranged a whole plot. And this is done
- 11:37Speaker 1: all the time. You can kill people in prison. You've
- 11:40Speaker 1: seen it happen a million times on TV and movies,
- 11:43Speaker 1: where the mob whoever they got enough influence, the bribe
- 11:47Speaker 1: enough guards and bribe enough prisoners so that it's arranged
- 11:52Speaker 1: that the guards will all disappear for a few minutes
- 11:55Speaker 1: while somebody goes in and kills the guy. It happens
- 11:58Speaker 1: all the time in prisons. It's been done many times.
- 12:01Speaker 1: So did that happen to Epstein? Well, that's what people believe,
- 12:04Speaker 1: that the guards left some door open and disappeared and
- 12:09Speaker 1: looked the other way. There's a couple of guys in
- 12:12Speaker 1: that Manhattan Correctional facility, rough, tough guys that you know,
- 12:16Speaker 1: if you were the mob or whoever, you'd hire those guys,
- 12:19Speaker 1: those prisoners to go kill Epstein. So that's what a
- 12:22Speaker 1: lot of people believe. Now they officially ruled at a
- 12:25Speaker 1: suicide and all of that. Hey, and also remember this prison,
- 12:29Speaker 1: this Manhattan Correctional Center that the FEDS used. This prison
- 12:35Speaker 1: has had a history of very very bad guards who
- 12:38Speaker 1: were corrupt. A couple of them were indicted a few
- 12:41Speaker 1: years ago. A couple of them went to prison. It's
- 12:43Speaker 1: happened before. And you'll notice since the Epstein event, the
- 12:48Speaker 1: US Attorney doesn't use that prison anymore. After that, when
- 12:53Speaker 1: it was Gallaine Maxwell or p Diddy or whoever, they
- 12:56Speaker 1: started sticking them in the Brooklyn Correctional Center using the
- 13:00Speaker 1: Manhattan one. So maybe they know something we don't. Maybe
- 13:03Speaker 1: it is that bad. Well, something has come out now
- 13:07Speaker 1: over the weekend it turns out they're investigating this one
- 13:11Speaker 1: of the Epstein prison guards, all of a sudden was
- 13:14Speaker 1: making mysterious cash deposits into her bank account, a five
- 13:19Speaker 1: thousand dollar cash deposit ten days before, and it looks
- 13:24Speaker 1: like there were a few other cash deposits totally about
- 13:27Speaker 1: twelve thousand dollars. And they also noticed the woman has
- 13:31Speaker 1: a sixty two thousand dollars range Rover that she's driving.
- 13:36Speaker 1: That's pretty tough on a guard's salary. But the FBI
- 13:40Speaker 1: is looking into this and they see all these mysterious, huge,
- 13:43Speaker 1: large cash deposits to this prison guard's bank account. They
- 13:47Speaker 1: also find out that this guard, after Epstein was killed
- 13:54Speaker 1: in the next hour, was googling him online trying to
- 13:58Speaker 1: see if anything came out about it. So suspicious Google activity,
- 14:03Speaker 1: suspicious deposits coming into account, this investigation is going on.
- 14:07Speaker 1: You may find out that Epstein was murdered. It's very,
- 14:12Speaker 1: very possible that he really was murdered. We'll see where
- 14:16Speaker 1: this investigation goes. Hey, we'll take some calls in a minute.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number. Hey,
- 14:23Speaker 1: we're losing some of our best department stores, you know, Sax,
- 14:28Speaker 1: Neman Marcus. It's all the same owner. Now they're closing
- 14:31Speaker 1: all over the place. The last saxon Long Island just closed,
- 14:35Speaker 1: or it was just announced it will close. Walt Whitman Mall,
- 14:39Speaker 1: it's closing. Once it closes, there's no more Sacks anywhere
- 14:42Speaker 1: on Long Island. Westchester Mall and White Plains Name and
- 14:47Speaker 1: Marcus just announced they're closing in May. That'll be the
- 14:50Speaker 1: end of it. That's the big anchor store of the
- 14:52Speaker 1: Westchester Mall in White Plains. When you drive by, that's
- 14:56Speaker 1: the first thing you see, that big Nemen Marcus sign closing.
- 14:59Speaker 1: What's going on in there? Nothing I don't know, closing.
- 15:04Speaker 1: And by the way, the Westchester Mall if you're listening
- 15:08Speaker 1: the son No Mall in Norwalk. Some of you malls.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Stop with the parking where you charge people to park.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Let everybody park for free. Your malls are dying. People
- 15:20Speaker 1: don't go there anymore. It's empty. I was walking through
- 15:23Speaker 1: the Westchester Mall. Half the stores are empty. Stop charging people.
- 15:27Speaker 1: It's not even the money, it's the inconvenience of getting out,
- 15:30Speaker 1: you know. Take the Walt Whitman Mall, Long Island, Now
- 15:34Speaker 1: that's a big parking lot. You just drive in, park,
- 15:36Speaker 1: get out of your car, leave them all, get in
- 15:39Speaker 1: your car, just drive away. That Westchester mall. You gotta
- 15:42Speaker 1: have a ticket. You gotta wait the gate. You got
- 15:45Speaker 1: to stick it in the gate. And if you don't
- 15:46Speaker 1: want to pay there, you got to pay before you
- 15:48Speaker 1: get in your car. You pay in the machine. You
- 15:50Speaker 1: got to take out your credit that Sono mall. You
- 15:53Speaker 1: gotta You can't. I don't even think you can use a
- 15:55Speaker 1: credit card. You have to download the app. You have
- 15:57Speaker 1: to put in the app. You have to. You should
- 16:00Speaker 1: be paying. You should be paying people ten bucks to
- 16:02Speaker 1: come into the mall, not charging them ten bucks to
- 16:05Speaker 1: park there. Anyway, we'll take some calls next eight hundred
- 16:08Speaker 1: three two one zero seven ten
