Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_01]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_01]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_01]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, and buckle up because today we got some, well, very corrupt news coming out of DC.
- 0:29[SPEAKER_01]: What else would we get, right?
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: As you know, four American service members tragically died in a drone strike in the escalating war with Iran, the attack, which targeted U.S. forces station in the region.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_01]: Marks really wanted the most serious moments of the conflict so far, and it's renewed questions about America's growing involvement in the war.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_01]: Families across the country are now mourning those losses and we thank those men for their service.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_01]: And here's Defense Secretary Pete Higgseth.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_01]: War is hell.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: War is chaos.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: And as we saw yesterday with the tragic crash of our KC 135 tanker, bad things can happen.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: American heroes, all of them.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: And as I have with all of them, as we have, we will greet those heroes at Dover, and their sacrifice will only recommit us to the resolve of this mission.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: But war in this context and in pursuit of peace,
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: is necessary.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_01]: And that's the conflict unfolds overseas.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_01]: Attention is also turning back to Washington.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_01]: Why you may ask?
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: Well, because according to financial disclosures, a Democrat member of Congress made a significant stock investment in a defense contractor shortly after the war began.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: It's being reported that Democratic representative Kelly Morrison from Minnesota,
- 1:59[SPEAKER_01]: purchased $50,000 worth of stock in the defense startup called Sironic Technologies.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_01]: Now, the purchase happened nine days after the start of the Iran conflict, according to the disclosure filings reviewed by the publication.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: Sironic Technologies is a company that develops autonomous military vessels, and according to reporting from notice, the company already holds a 392 million dollar contract with the U.S. Navy.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_01]: So with Americans dying in battle, politicians are trying to profit from the situation.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_01]: Bottom line, it's war profiteering and it's truly disgusting.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_01]: Joining me today is on good friend of the channel here, Ross Gibbons.
- 2:43[SPEAKER_01]: And according to him, this trade from Representative Morris is just the tip of the iceberg.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_01]: Ross has spent nearly a decade tracking congressional and corporate insider trades, legally ethically and in plain sight.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, Ross is hosting a free live online training event on Thursday, March 26th, at 3 p.m. Eastern, where he'll show you exactly how every day investors can follow these insider trades themselves.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: The link is in the description below, or you can go to
- 3:15[SPEAKER_01]: dot com and when you register you also receive his latest insider trade alert for free complete with the full right up explaining who's buying and exactly why he likes it.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_01]: Ross my friend good to see you as always.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, always a pleasure, Dr. Steve.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's great.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: We had a nice chat before the before going live here and we're talking about the geopolitics of the the increasingly changing world chessboard very And you've been doing videos on that on your channel very very amazing stuff for sure
- 3:47[SPEAKER_01]: But you and I have talked about this extensively here on this channel for Nancy Pelosi $300 million in profits from insider trading down to other less publicized examples of this in DC, but get everyone up to speed here.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: Tell us just how bad this situation is.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I think at this point, you know, most people are aware that our politicians cheat to stock market.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_02]: Pelosi, as you mentioned, was our poster child.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_02]: And since then, people have really been paying attention to what stocks Congress buys.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: And unfortunately, all those suspicions have been confirmed.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: And we have the data, members of Congress, not just outperforming the average investor like you and me, they're doing better than more in Buffett, right?
- 4:29[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: And they've been doing this for years.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not talking about five or 10 percent better.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about annual gains as high as 149 percent in a single year.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_02]: And they're doing this.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_02]: by using information they learned in Washington to make money for themselves.
- 4:44[SPEAKER_02]: And as you said, it is corruption plain and simple.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_02]: But I want to show your viewers the numbers.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_02]: These are some of the top performers in Congress last year.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_02]: These are annual terms of their stock portfolio.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_02]: So Congressman Warren Davis and 78% return.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Warren Buffett has never done that this century.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_02]: 78% You know, these are guys in Congress placing trades from their cell phone between meanings.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_02]: The numbers are even bigger up a hundred and hundred and forty percent.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_02]: And unfortunately, as much as I'd love just pennies on the Democrats, this is happening on both sides of the aisle.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's I was about to say that.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_01]: I see a lot of blue and red there.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: So it's it's clearly.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_01]: It's clearly bipartisan.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the one night Republicans are better at it.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: If that gives you any help.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the Republicans average about 35% returns Democrats at about 31.8.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_02]: But it's everywhere.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: I just saw this last week.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: I want to share it with you as you well where now the president appointed Center Mark Wayne Mullen the Homeland Security Secretary replacing Christy Nome and I love this guy.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's awesome
- 5:58[SPEAKER_02]: But he's coming under scrutiny and he haven't even sworn in.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_02]: So what Mullen did, he bought stock and a military defense company called VSC corporation.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_02]: And the reason is being looked at as suspicious is he bought it in February just a few weeks before these Iran strikes began and as you can imagine, it stocks up, you know, 30, 40 bucks a share since then.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_02]: because when war start, military start spending, and VSC's like right in the middle of supply chain.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_02]: So, you know, he's not helping.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he's giving Democrats maybe an issue here.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_02]: And they're asking.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_02]: And I think they should be asking, did you know something back in February or was this a lucky trade?
- 6:35[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's fair to ask.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: And that's, I do appreciate that about you Ross, your analysis.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: You, you know, you, you, you call, you call a spade is spade.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_01]: You don't care if the Republican or Democrat.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I really appreciate.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_01]: So, but for people who, who may be newer to stocks and investments, can you explain how he would benefit from from this investment?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_01]: Why would this VSC company go up because of the war and Iran?
- 7:03[SPEAKER_02]: Sure, well, here's got their playbook, right?
- 7:05[SPEAKER_02]: So VSE corporation is in the defense logistics space.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: So they're making ports, maintenance, aviation components, all the stuff the military needs during these conflicts.
- 7:15[SPEAKER_02]: And so as these tensions rise, as operations get wound up,
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: companies like VSC tend to see their revenues go up and they make more money and that usually caused the stock to go up.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_02]: Now, you know, maybe it is just a coincidence.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_02]: And it very well could be I want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, man, he's not making it easy.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_02]: Because he actually bought twice he bought once in January comes in from their 50 grand if heavier in the dip.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_02]: That's these two little green dots you're seeing here on the chart.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_02]: It's not a huge 15% or so but it's only been a couple of weeks and it's probably going a lot higher, but, you know, this thing on both sides of the aisle happens a lot in Washington.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_01]: And you are, again, I think you are being fair, this, this could be a coincidence.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's not, it's not the only stock he bought.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: It's not, but, you know, I mean, there's, he also bought Raytheon.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_02]: What does it be defense contractor?
- 8:09[SPEAKER_02]: He bought Chevron four days, four hundred of it as waylaw and black bag with their own in the middle of the night.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_02]: So there's a lot of coincidences here.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you know, the US military assumes control the
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: And you got Senator Mullen pre-appointment, you just so happen to buy Chevron a few days forward.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, look at this chart, right?
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_02]: So I want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, as you know, the silver lining is we can follow these trades.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_02]: We can see what they're buying, but the big picture I want to paint here is just the advantage they have.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_02]: And this is what they're doing to beat the market by such wide margins every year.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_01]: They're right, they're and their policies can move the markets and then and their position themselves in an advantageous way in having an inordinate vanage so for people who are not as familiar with stocks and investing just great if you can just break this down.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_01]: the big picture.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_02]: Like if you imagine that you're a member of Congress and you sit on a military, a defense subcommittee.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_02]: Well, these are the guys who decide who gets billion dollar defense contracts.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: Now, most of these go to the usual player, Lockheed, Boeing, Raytheon, right?
- 9:24[SPEAKER_02]: Raytheon's going to go five hundred percent each time soon, but sometimes smaller companies win these DOD contracts that are worth tens hundreds of millions of dollars.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_02]: And when that announcement happens, when it goes public, these little stocks will skyrocket, because it's a huge, you know, it's a big, huge deal for them.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: And if you knew about these contracts, I'm not talking about Mullen's trade, Rift in general, if you knew about these contracts ahead of time,
- 9:51[SPEAKER_02]: what the Pelosi's of Congress would do is, they come in and buy this stock before the announcement and make a fortune.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's exactly what we see happening again.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_02]: And again, as you mentioned, this Democrat out there buying, I mean, just warmongering, right?
- 10:08[SPEAKER_02]: After buying, you know, warship stocks.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_02]: And, but I'm gonna show viewers all this, this Thursday, as you mentioned, the 26th, I have three PMA students of free live training event.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_02]: That you can see what these politicians, what these insiders are buying, you can follow along with the exact same trades and make money alongside them.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_02]: So it's a free event.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_02]: I guess you can get angry or you can try to get even.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_01]: Well, I don't know.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_01]: I think that's got to be your tagline.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_01]: I don't can't even.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_01]: I would assume that that some of these stock trades are more obvious show.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, for sure.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_01]: Can you give us an example of one that would have been easy for anyone to spot.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: I've got one actually right here.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_02]: So these are these are the kind of things you want to look for, right?
- 11:03[SPEAKER_02]: And these are the ones that are just dropped at easy.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_02]: So if we take representative Susie Lee now, as I mentioned, the theoretical example, Susie Lee does sit on a house appropriations committee and the defense subcommittee.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: So two groups that decide where defense spending goes.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: And last year, she bought stock in a company called Rhinement Hall, which is a German arms manufacturer.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_02]: Here is her official transaction report.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_02]: She found the house.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_02]: And what's interesting about this trade will make it so obvious.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_02]: This is the only stock she bought in over three years.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_02]: The only one.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: Now, as fine as not a heavy stock trader, good.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: I wish they all were.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_02]: But if you buy one stock in three years,
- 11:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's not Apple, it's not in video, it's not Google, it's much Amazon or yeah.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's the obscure German arms manufacturer known as Reinhardtalk.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_02]: Kind of seems like a strange choice, right?
- 11:57[SPEAKER_02]: Well, look what that stock did over the last year.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's a 300% Yeah, so a quadruple.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_02]: It quadrupled.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and it's just one example.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's a long history of this stuff.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_02]: You can follow along.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_02]: Some of it's dirty like representative Earl blue and hour.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_02]: He was buying defense company stocks the very day, Russia invaded Ukraine.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_02]: And it's the timing on some of these trades is it's just remarkable.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: But is this is this normal?
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, how often does this kind of stuff happen?
- 12:31[SPEAKER_02]: It actually happens a pretty good amount.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we generally see, you know, they have to report their trades inside of uh, 45 days.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_02]: for most of them do it sooner and so in the stock market especially we see these every week and the silver lining of course that we can see exactly what stocks they're buying we follow along in our own accounts and we can actually profit.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: off of their corruption, which I think is the least they could do considering we're paying their salaries, at least there was a stock temp here, there you scumbag, but look, let's write down the numbers.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_02]: All right, it's clear as day.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_02]: Members of Congress last year averaged average 33 percent returns in the recount.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: Now for comparison,
- 13:17[SPEAKER_02]: The market index, the S&P, returns 16.8, which is a phenomenal year, Congress doubled it.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_02]: And some of them made 50, 60, 75% returns.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_02]: Wall Street professionals don't do that well.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yet somehow we have senators producing hedge fund level returns.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, what a magnificent coincidence that our politicians happen to be, sort of
- 13:44[SPEAKER_01]: Well, so let me ask you if this keeps happening, it will and nobody stops it and it doesn't look like anyone's good because they're they're the only ones that could stop it and I don't see them doing that.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_01]: What's what's the big takeaway for viewers?
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: It's all public information, right?
- 14:00[SPEAKER_02]: So it.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_02]: You're not going to stop them.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_02]: They are Congress.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_02]: They write the law.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_02]: They're not going to give away their honeyhole.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_02]: But I promise you, and I've told you this before, it's going to bother you a lot less if you made 30 grand following along in that trade.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_02]: Members of Congress are legally required to disclose their trades.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_02]: We can see what stocks they buy.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_02]: We can see when they buy them.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_02]: We can see how much they invest, which means we can follow along.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_02]: We're just piggybacking.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_02]: their trades and that's what we teach people during these training events.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_02]: We hold every couple of months.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's fortunate we have one coming up this week.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's Thursday the 26th I mentioned 3 p.m. Eastern.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm going to take everyone step by step through this.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to see how to find these filings, how to identify the most important stock trades, how to manage your risk.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_02]: And the best ones are drop dead obvious.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_02]: It's like the one I just showed you is Susie Lee.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_02]: She buys one stock in three years in German arms, manufacture and just have a different
- 14:57[SPEAKER_02]: So these are just a tip of the iceberg.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_02]: We can also see corporate insiders.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: We can see when CEOs are buying, vice presidents, board members.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: We can see those trades almost instantly.
- 15:09[SPEAKER_02]: We bought a former suitable stock last year for 40 cents a share because 11 people piled it in a week.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: Dr. Steve, it quadrupled in four months.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_02]: And it's, it's just common sense.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_02]: Like these people of access to inside private information about their cut.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_02]: They know more than anyone else.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_02]: Congress knows when we're going to drop bombs and pass legislation.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_02]: The CEO knows how the drug trials are going.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_02]: When the earnings are coming out, when the murders, they have such better information.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_02]: So if you see them all buying, all at once, it's like a cheat code.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_01]: Exactly.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_02]: They're tipping you off, and it's completely legal inside tips.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: So that's what we do.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: We show people how to find these.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think you mentioned this, but I'll mention it again.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_02]: When you register, I'm gonna send out our latest insider pick for free.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_02]: You'll get it via email,
- 16:01[SPEAKER_02]: So even if you can't attend live, I encourage you to register for that.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: I promise it'll blow your mind when you see what's available to you.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_02]: And I think this is the biggest, as you said, cheat coat every day and faster.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_02]: So I encourage people to come, learn how to do this and frankly, make some money off these crooks.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
- 16:17[SPEAKER_01]: And it will blow your mind.
- 16:18[SPEAKER_01]: I've sat for many of your teachings.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_01]: And again, I've seen this first hand.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_01]: Once you understand how this works, it's honestly eye popping.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, serious.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_01]: The training is free.
- 16:29[SPEAKER_01]: It's online happening this Thursday, March 26, 3 p.m. Eastern.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_01]: Click the link in the description.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_01]: to reserve your spot and make sure you grab that free insider trade right up when you register.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's that's goal in and of itself.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_01]: So we're also always fascinating stuff like I see you do you do kind of boil our blood, but then when we find out that there's a literal silver lining at the end where we could profit rather than just get upset that makes it all.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: That's it.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: My pleasure.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_02]: Always going to see a doctor, Steve.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_02]: He was great work.
