- 0:19Hello, and welcome to episode 245 of the All Systems Go Sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:29I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:37Happy Friday. Our work week is winding down,
- 0:41coming to an end. We got the weekend upon us and
- 0:44it's almost the end of March before you know it next week
- 0:47it'll be April, which means hey, spring is pretty much here.
- 0:50You know spring's coming when you got baseball back in your
- 0:52lives, so we got March madness. We still got NBA, of course,
- 0:56really a great time to be betting on sports right now.
- 0:58So with that being said, let's try to finish off the week on a
- 1:01high note. I do have a three pack of plays
- 1:03for you guys for tonight, two of which are in the Sweet 16.
- 1:08I got one dog and I got one favorite.
- 1:10The favorite is a pretty epic Fay, the trendy dog play.
- 1:13This is a a line that's going in favor of the unpopular
- 1:16contrarian favorite and then also have a line freeze
- 1:18opportunity with a dog as well, and then going to get right back
- 1:22to the NBAI saw a total that absolutely plummeted.
- 1:25And I said, you know what? I think it's fallen so much.
- 1:28It should be an opportunity to buy low and take the over.
- 1:30So 1 total for you in the NBA and two college basketball March
- 1:34Madness plays. And as always, 3 plays.
- 1:37Let's try to go 2 in one. Eek out a winning night.
- 1:39Now looking back to our last night guys, that's exactly what
- 1:42we did. Kept the good vibes going.
- 1:44Second straight winning day 2 and 1 + 0.82 units.
- 1:48The couple winners that I loved in particular was Arizona.
- 1:52Arizona end up losing by 7, which was right on the number.
- 1:55Shout out to our friends at Rhythm.
- 1:56Remember Rhythm had that game, literally I think it was 7.2.
- 2:00They end up losing by 7 and really Arizona was kind of in it
- 2:03the whole time. Then Duke put the pedal to the
- 2:05metal. Arizona found a way to keep it
- 2:07close, cover the number, and also that was a good closing
- 2:10line value play because we got that plus 9 1/2 and pretty much
- 2:13across the market it closed that +9.
- 2:15So good angle there with the Wildcats covering the number,
- 2:19which we love to see. Also had a little bit of luck on
- 2:22our side. It's never bad when you have
- 2:23some good luck, but the Rockets in the Jazz over also hit.
- 2:27I had a ton of points in the second-half.
- 2:29I think they had over 60 points in both the third and fourth
- 2:31quarter. We needed that after.
- 2:32It was kind of a low scoring first half, but Rockets Jazz was
- 2:36able to hit and remember that was a system we got to keep an
- 2:38eye on in terms of that big spread home dog.
- 2:41If you're a dog getting 11 points or more at home, again,
- 2:44you kind of kind of keep fighting till the bitter end.
- 2:47So it was nice to see that one hit and the only loser was BYU.
- 2:50And that was frustrating because we beat the closing line, got
- 2:52plus 5 1/2, closed at plus 4 1/2.
- 2:55BYU scored 88 points and still lost by what, 25?
- 3:00I mean, that was just ridiculous.
- 3:01At some point you throw up your hands and you just say Alabama.
- 3:03Are you ever going to miss a three?
- 3:05Like that was unbelievable. I think they hit over 25 threes.
- 3:08I think they set a record for threes in a game.
- 3:10They shot like 50% from three literally every single.
- 3:14They're not literally, but it felt like almost every single
- 3:16three right right there swish through through the nylon.
- 3:19So what are you going to do when a team goes lights out like
- 3:21Bama? Hey, even if you get closing
- 3:23line value and you got a good number, doesn't matter.
- 3:26Just had no shot there because Alabama played out of their
- 3:28minds. But anyway, 2 and 1 + 0.82
- 3:32units. We're going to put that out
- 3:34that, you know, 8 out of 10 or 8th of a unit profit, put it
- 3:37right in our back pocket and then invest in it back toward
- 3:41today. So with that being said, let's
- 3:43not waste any more time. I got a three pack.
- 3:46Let's see if we can make it a third straight winning day in
- 3:49the NBA and college basketball. So let's start off with, of
- 3:52course, March Madness. That takes the cake.
- 3:54We have Sweet 16 first four last night, next 4 here tonight.
- 3:59And I do want to mention we have obviously Saturday and Sunday we
- 4:02got a ton of a ton of Elite 8 matchups as well.
- 4:05So looking forward to those. And you can check out my sharp
- 4:07reports that are right for visen.com.
- 4:10That'll be that'll be tweeted out at Josh under score insights
- 4:13for tomorrow's action and this weekend's action.
- 4:16And don't worry, MLB right around the corner.
- 4:18I'm going to give it another few days here.
- 4:20I'd like to get a little bit of information on these teams
- 4:22before we start playing them. They're actually a couple games
- 4:24today that caught my eye, which I could have could have put out,
- 4:27but I feel like, hey, it's still kind of a crap shoot shoot.
- 4:30Baseball is such a data heavy sport that we want to get a
- 4:33little bit information on some of these teams.
- 4:35Then we can kind of dust off our system matches, start to get
- 4:38some sample sizes applied to our formulas, and then we'll hit the
- 4:41ground running probably starting next week.
- 4:44So with that being said, right back to March Madness, I want to
- 4:47focus on 1st play of the night for me, Kentucky against
- 4:50Tennessee. This is a 739 PM matchup between
- 4:54the Wildcats and the Volunteers. So let's set the stage talk
- 4:57what's going on in the in the betting market as well as what
- 5:00our friends at Rhythm have predicted for this game, which
- 5:03is providing a pretty good sharp angle in this one.
- 5:06So going in it, we got Kentucky 24 and 11 on the year.
- 5:09They are the three seed that just upset Illinois 84 to 75 in
- 5:13the second round. They won that game outright as a
- 5:152 1/2 point neutral site dog. Meanwhile, Tennessee 29 and
- 5:19seven on the year, they are the two seed that just held off UCLA
- 5:2367 to 58 in the second round. They covered that game as a 5
- 5:271/2 point neutral site favorite. So what have you seen across the
- 5:30market here? Well, if you look open a
- 5:32current, looks like nothing's happened, right?
- 5:34It opened Tennessee -4 1/2. It's still Tennessee -4 1/2.
- 5:37But I think this is really important not to just
- 5:40automatically say, oh, you know, and you always look at the live
- 5:43odds page, like I've been telling you guys about Odds
- 5:45Logic, which I think is a great platform.
- 5:47You can sign up for a 7-8 free trial as well as half off your
- 5:50first month. Just go to oddslogic.com/josh
- 5:54123. But on the live odds page for
- 5:56Odds Logic or any live odds page, you'll have a column that
- 6:00just says Open. So it'll always show you the
- 6:01opening number. And then all the columns to the
- 6:03right of you are the current odds at various sports books.
- 6:07So if you quickly compare open to current, it's 4 1/2 Tennessee
- 6:11State, 4 1/2 Tennessee. But This is why it's important,
- 6:14especially with odds logic, you can click the box that shows any
- 6:17odds for any book on any game, and it'll pull up the line
- 6:20history. So it'll tell you all the moves
- 6:22in between because maybe Tennessee opened four and a half
- 6:25and never moved off 4 1/2. But what if they went up to five
- 6:28and came back down to 4 1/2? Or what if they fell down to
- 6:31four and came back up to four and a half?
- 6:33Those little moves in between can really help you to kind of
- 6:36provide context and information that you need to identify where
- 6:39the smart money's at. Like sometimes it's obvious
- 6:42where the smart money's leaning. You know, hey, a team's only
- 6:44getting 30% bets, the line moves in their favor or a big steam
- 6:47move. But sometimes you got to you got
- 6:49to do a little bit of work. Sometimes you got to do some
- 6:51investigating to find where that smart money's at.
- 6:54So with that being said, Publix down the middle here, they don't
- 6:57really know what to do. Tennessee obviously is quote UN
- 7:00quote the better team. 4 1/2 point spread, two really good
- 7:03teams going at it. You have basically the ticket
- 7:06count at DraftKings right down the middle 5050.
- 7:09However, This is why I wanted to mention looking at line history
- 7:12because if you pull up the line history showing you every single
- 7:16move in between, the liability seems to be on Kentucky here
- 7:20because you open Tennessee -4 1/2, this line is never gotten
- 7:24up to -5 but over the last few days leading up to the game, you
- 7:28have seen this line fall to four at some shops.
- 7:31So never got to five. It did get down to four and then
- 7:34briefly got back up to four and a half.
- 7:36And if you're looking on game day, I'm seeing a few shops
- 7:39juicing up the Kentucky side. Plus 4 1/2 at -115 So 4 1/2
- 7:45current 4 1/2 open. Looks like there's nothing to
- 7:47see here. It's just standard, no movement.
- 7:50But digging deeper, it did go to four.
- 7:52It's juiced up toward Kentucky. It's never gone to five.
- 7:54That tells me that liability here is on the side of Kentucky
- 7:58plus the points. Now, DraftKings, we have
- 8:01Kentucky getting 48% of spread bets, 49% of spread dollars.
- 8:05Nothing crazy, but technically that's a sharp contrarian split.
- 8:09Less than half the tickets with a little bit more money.
- 8:12But a few things that I like in terms of Kentucky and I, I
- 8:15played Kentucky plus 4 1/2. So shop around, make sure you
- 8:18get -110 juice because there are some -1 fifteens out there.
- 8:22One thing I really liked about Kentucky is kind of the dog who
- 8:25can score a system match. Kentucky has a really good
- 8:27offense. They are have the better
- 8:29offensive efficiency in this game.
- 8:31They rank 10th in the country. Tennessee ranks 17th.
- 8:34They have the better effective field goal percentage, 22nd in
- 8:37the country versus 82nd for Tennessee.
- 8:40They also shoot the three better, 37% versus 35% and also
- 8:45take better care of the ball. Kentucky ranks 36th in the
- 8:48country and fewest turnovers versus 111th for Tennessee, and
- 8:52they also do a better job of limiting offensive rebounds to
- 8:55their opponents. They don't give up a ton of
- 8:57offensive boards. Knock on wood.
- 8:59Hope that continues tonight, but they ranked 27th and fewest
- 9:02offensive rebounds allowed. On the flip side, Tennessee
- 9:05ranks 200 and 5th. Then if we get into some
- 9:07supplementary factors here that I think are important, sneaky,
- 9:10sneaky important is that the fact that this is a conference
- 9:13game, both these teams are from the SEC.
- 9:16So what do we always talk about, You know, conference dogs in the
- 9:18NFL, divisional dogs. When we start getting into
- 9:21baseball everyday, same thing. Divisional dogs, the built in
- 9:24familiarity. You play each other twice a
- 9:26year. You might even play each other,
- 9:28you know, in the conference tournament.
- 9:29So there's a lot of built in history and rivalry between
- 9:32these teams, which typically levels the playing field,
- 9:35benefits the team getting points.
- 9:36That would be a feather in the cap of Kentucky here.
- 9:39Also, did you know Kentucky and Tennessee played each other
- 9:42twice earlier this year? Kentucky won both games.
- 9:46Kentucky won 78 to 73 and 75 to 64 doesn't guarantee they'll win
- 9:51this one. All we care is that they, you
- 9:53know, win the game or lose by 4 or less.
- 9:55But it shows you that if they've been watching this film, maybe
- 9:57they maybe they found an advantage head to So even if you
- 10:10round that up to four again, that that's that's an edge there
- 10:13off of the four and a half. Now I know a lot of people
- 10:17really like this. This under pretty sharp play it
- 10:19open 146 1/2. It's down to 144 and a half. 82%
- 10:23of bets are on the over, yet the total fell.
- 10:26Now I would lean under. You're not getting the best of
- 10:28it anymore. Also, you did see Overscope 4
- 10:31and O yesterday. The Tech Texas Tech game
- 10:33obviously had to go to overtime, but I lean under for sure.
- 10:36Looks like there was some under money here, but I think there's
- 10:39an opportunity to back Kentucky and that's exactly what I'm
- 10:42doing. We have a 3.6 spread from rhythm
- 10:46again, looks like there's no moving off 4 1/2, but it's
- 10:48fallen to four times. It's juiced up toward Kentucky.
- 10:51Never went to five dog who can score conference dog, Kentucky's
- 10:55two and O against Tennessee. I'm taking the points here with
- 10:57the Wildcats. It'll be great if we could start
- 11:00our night off with a win. Give me Kentucky plus 4 1/2.
- 11:04Next one for you, Michigan and Auburn, 9:39 PM Eastern Time tip
- 11:10tonight. Let's set the stage.
- 11:11Talk line movement and we'll we'll give you the play here for
- 11:14this one. So going into it, we got
- 11:16Michigan 27 and 9 on the year. They're the five seed just beat
- 11:20Texas A&M 91 to 79 in the second round.
- 11:23They won. That came outright upset A&M as
- 11:27a 2 1/2 point neutral site dog. On the flip side, Auburn 30 and
- 11:30five on the year, the one seed just dismissed Creighton 82 to
- 11:3570 in the second round, covered that game as an 8 1/2 point
- 11:38neutral site favorite. So this one's really
- 11:40interesting. This game opened Auburn -7 1/2,
- 11:44and the public says that's too many points.
- 11:46Michigan's a pretty good team, and you're giving me Michigan
- 11:49and the Wolverines with 7 1/2 points.
- 11:52We better take that Michigan Wolverines plus 7 1/2.
- 11:55However, even though you're getting 58% of spread bets on
- 11:59Michigan, Guys, what's going on with this line?
- 12:02It's actually moved toward Auburn.
- 12:04Auburn went from -7 1/2 up to -8 1/2.
- 12:07There's a lot of eight and a halfs that are juiced up, and
- 12:09some shops are even at 9:00. So if nearly 2/3 of tickets are
- 12:12on Michigan, why is this line going toward Auburn?
- 12:16You know, you would assume, you know, nearly 60% on Michigan.
- 12:20They open plus 7F. Maybe they're down to seven.
- 12:22No, it's actually gotten steamed up the other way.
- 12:25So even though the public is taking Michigan and the points,
- 12:28the market is showing sharper verse line movement on Auburn,
- 12:31laying the points. Classic RLM.
- 12:33When the betting line goes away from the popular side Michigan
- 12:37toward the unpopular side Auburn, that basically tells you
- 12:39that all the bigger, sharper big money wagers are laying it with
- 12:43the Auburn Tigers. Now Auburn at Circa in
- 12:47particular, really sharp bet split.
- 12:49At Circa, the Tigers are only getting 24% of spread bets but
- 12:5358% of spread dollars. So basically only 1/4 of tickets
- 12:57but nearly 2/3 of the money is on Auburn.
- 13:00Again tells you the bigger sharper wagers are laying it
- 13:02with the Tigers. And a lot of advantages for
- 13:05Auburn in this one now #1 big advantage, offensive efficiency.
- 13:09Yeah, Michigan can score, but Auburn is the third best
- 13:13offensive efficiency team in the country, and Michigan is 39th.
- 13:17Auburn has the better effective field goal percentage, 25th
- 13:20versus 51st, better offensive rebound percentage.
- 13:24So, you know, dominate the boards, put backs, get extra
- 13:27buckets. 52nd in the country versus 76th for Michigan.
- 13:32Better three-point shooting. They ranked 47th in the country
- 13:35versus 201st for Michigan. Michigan again, I don't want to
- 13:38jinx them and have them knock down threes like Auburn last
- 13:41night, but Michigan has not been a great 3 point shooting team.
- 13:44Auburn is also Tigers take better care of the ball.
- 13:47They ranked 5th in the country at the fewest turnovers versus
- 13:51the Wolverines ranking 300 and 24th.
- 13:54Lastly, did see a lot of over money in this one.
- 13:57You know if you tell me like the over I'm not going to complain
- 14:00or argue. I would just say it's moved a
- 14:03lot. It opened 151.
- 14:05It's all the way up to 154 now for 1:55.
- 14:07But with that being said, pretty good split to the over.
- 14:11We got the over at DraftKings 74% bets 84% dollars and at
- 14:15circa only 45% bets 93% of dollars here on the over.
- 14:21And again, we had overs 4 and O yesterday.
- 14:23This looks like an easy over. I would lean over for sure just
- 14:27based on the bet split in the Steam move.
- 14:29But I hate, I hate going over 154 and a half. 155 when it
- 14:32opened, 151 again. That lands one 53154 early.
- 14:37Sharps win, you know we lose. So that's to me a lean, not an
- 14:41official bet. My only play here is I got to
- 14:44fade this trendy dog. In terms of Michigan, I got to
- 14:47play Auburn. So I laid it with Auburn -8 1/2.
- 14:50You might be able to find a - 8 1/2 - 110.
- 14:54Most of the shops are -8 1/2 - 115, but still -115 juice.
- 14:59It's better than laying a nine. A lot of books are at 9.
- 15:01You'd love to lay the 8 1/2 and see it closed.
- 15:03Painted every book at -9 We got public Michigan Lions going to
- 15:09Auburn. Let's hope that Auburn can can
- 15:11can lay down the hammer here and win by 9 or more or 10 or more
- 15:15or a blow out win. That'll be even better.
- 15:17But I'm sure we'll have to sweat it in wonder in one way or the
- 15:19other. So 2 plays tonight.
- 15:21I got Kentucky plus 4 1/2 and Auburn -8 1/2.
- 15:25Now over to the NBAI kind of like the routine of just, you
- 15:29know, picking 1 total each night.
- 15:30We've had some success with that, so I landed on one for
- 15:34tonight. It's a game that is really
- 15:36disgusting and you probably have no interest in this one, but
- 15:40it's a good buy. Law opportunity.
- 15:42Hornets and the Raptors 2 terrible teams. 7:30 tonight.
- 15:46Hornets are 18 and 54. You look on the other side, not
- 15:51much better, A little bit better for Toronto. 26 and 47, both
- 15:55obviously bad teams. The Hornets have lost for their
- 15:58last five. Raptors have won two in a row.
- 16:00The sign has moved a little bit toward the Raptors -4 1/2 to -5
- 16:031/2. Big reason for that is Lamello
- 16:06Ball is expected to miss this game, which again, best player
- 16:10for the Hornets. However, let's focus on the
- 16:12total here. This is kind of interesting,
- 16:14this total open as high as 225 when the mellow ball was
- 16:18expected to play. The mellow ball is out.
- 16:21This total is falling all the way down to two 15214 and a
- 16:27half, 215 1/2. You're kind of all all around
- 16:29that number right now. Mostly 2 fifteens.
- 16:31So on the one hand, we got to say to ourselves, you know, hey,
- 16:34tons of under money came in, big adjustment by the books because
- 16:37no Lamello ball. But it's falling so much that
- 16:41I'm thinking it's creating an opportunity to buy low and take
- 16:43this over. So that's what I did.
- 16:45I was able to find over 214 1/2 at ESPN bet I was over 214 F at
- 16:51-115. One thing that I like is that a
- 16:54lot of books got down as low as 214 or 214 1/2.
- 16:58And basically that's that's kind of the the line of demarcation.
- 17:02That's the low water point where you started to see some buyback
- 17:05in these lines for the total kind of tick back up.
- 17:08So that told me, hey, maybe that's the best over number
- 17:11buying loan. Going over a few things to like
- 17:14about this. Over 1 is a is a relatively
- 17:17short spread. I mean it's 5 1/2 for Toronto at
- 17:19home. So maybe you keep keep pace, get
- 17:22some scoring a little bit competitive back and forth.
- 17:25That would be nice. We do have a bunch of good over
- 17:28referees, CJ Washington, David Guthrie and Jason Goldenberg in
- 17:32particular Goldenberg in Washington are around 5556% to
- 17:36the over. So if we get a lot of whistles,
- 17:39make your free throws stop the clock.
- 17:41Next, we have a good rhythm edge here.
- 17:44Rhythm is predicting a final total of 216.7 and rhythm
- 17:50applied. And one cool thing about rhythm,
- 17:52they're always working to get more, more, more fantastic data
- 17:56points and insights for us. But there's a really cool thing
- 17:59in the in the app where if you go to the game, you can Scroll
- 18:02down, look at all the players, and you can click a guy being
- 18:06out and see how it affects the number.
- 18:08So with Lamella ball out, that was adjusted and it was adjusted
- 18:12to 216.7, where again right now in the betting market you can
- 18:15find an over 214 1/2. So that's about a two point edge
- 18:19toward the over. Another angle that I like here
- 18:21toward the over is that these teams, even though they're bad,
- 18:24they're pretty well rested. You have Charlotte who hasn't
- 18:26played since the the 25th of March, so they've been off since
- 18:30Tuesday and you have the Raptors who played on Wednesday.
- 18:34So they've had at least, you know, two or three days off.
- 18:37Hopefully you got your legs also digging a little bit deeper in,
- 18:40in terms of the analytics, relatively quick pace for these
- 18:44teams. We have Toronto 7th fastest team
- 18:47in the NBA. Charlotte is 19th.
- 18:49So at least you're, you know, kind of top, top portion of the
- 18:51NBA. And then also defensive
- 18:54efficiency, Toronto's 15th, but Charlotte is 24th.
- 18:57So both bottom half in terms of defensive efficiency.
- 19:00So hopefully that means, you know, fast pace, more
- 19:03possessions, more opportunities to score and bad defense, which
- 19:07again is great for the over. So you got it all up here guys.
- 19:11Again, open as high as 225. Lamella ball is ruled out.
- 19:15Got all the way down to 214 and half 215.
- 19:18I'm thinking this is an opportunity to take advantage of
- 19:20a rhythm edge 216.7 and play this over.
- 19:24So shop around. I got over 214 1/2 at -115 at
- 19:28ESPN Bet, so that about does it for episode 245 of the All
- 19:34Systems Go sports Betting podcast powered by Rhythm, of
- 19:37course. This is the part of the pod
- 19:38where we wrap things up and I start first by saying thank you.
- 19:42Thank you for taking the time out of your day, out of your
- 19:44busy lives to pull up a chair to the virtual bar and sweat some
- 19:47sharp, data-driven breakdowns with me.
- 19:50If you do enjoy this pod, you value the insights.
- 19:52Win, lose or draw, you're getting some good, good
- 19:55information here to help you hopefully make some sharp bets.
- 19:58If that is the case and you want to let me know you appreciate
- 20:00the pod, there's one very basic, simple, easy thing you can do.
- 20:04Just give this podcast a five star review.
- 20:07If you're listening on Spotify or iTunes, five stars goes a
- 20:10long way to help us to continue to grow the pod.
- 20:13If the if you want to leave a nice review, that'll be great as
- 20:16well. If you want to click the follow
- 20:18button, even better. That way you'll be alerted as
- 20:21soon as it drops. Each day you'll get a pop up on
- 20:23your your iPhone or you know, whatever, however you listen.
- 20:27If you want to recommend the POD to a friend, that would be
- 20:29fantastic and much appreciated as well.
- 20:32Next, if you enjoy the style of betting breakdown, you've been
- 20:35turned on to to data-driven betting.
- 20:38Again looking at the betting market like Wall Street traders
- 20:41look at the stock market, seeing how numbers move, what they mean
- 20:44and trying to make sharp data-driven bets with our head
- 20:47and not our heart. If the style of betting now
- 20:49appeals to you, you want to learn more about data-driven
- 20:52betting, you want to support the team, let me know you appreciate
- 20:54the pod. Or you have someone in your life
- 20:57who you know, needs a needs a little bit of, a little bit of
- 21:00insight and a little bit of, you know, rules of the road and
- 21:02bankroll management. And maybe they love batting, but
- 21:05you know, they lose a lot and they, they say this is, this is
- 21:07hard. Can you give me a, at least a
- 21:09blueprint to follow? Well, guess what?
- 21:11All you got to do is go to Amazon.com and type in the
- 21:15everything guide to sports betting.
- 21:18That's my baby, my first book I ever wrote back in 2019.
- 21:20Very proud of it, but it's really geared toward brand new
- 21:23betters, betters who are in a newly legalized state.
- 21:26We're trying to get in for the first time.
- 21:28Really teaches the model of data-driven betting.
- 21:31Also, I wrote a second book which is not yet out but it's
- 21:34coming. It comes out August 12th.
- 21:37It's called the NFL sharp betting playbook.
- 21:39It is the number one new release for sports gambling on Amazon,
- 21:42which I'm very proud of. But if you want to make my day,
- 21:45pre-order a copy of the NFL Sharp Betting Playbook from
- 21:48Amazon. It would really mean a lot to me
- 21:50and I cannot wait for you guys to read this.
- 21:53I'm going back and forth with my editor.
- 21:55We're thinking we're putting together the book tour.
- 21:58I'm very much looking forward to this.
- 22:00It's going to be an exciting end of the summer.
- 22:03But by the Everything Guide to Sports Betting or the NFL Sharp
- 22:05Betting Playbook or both, I'll bring them to the sports book.
- 22:08I'll sign them for you. I'll buy you a beer or ginger
- 22:10ale. We'll get some some mozzarella
- 22:12sticks together and sweat some some sharp data-driven bets
- 22:16next. If you haven't done it yet, what
- 22:18are you doing? Go download Rhythm and Juice
- 22:20Reel, my two favorite sports betting apps.
- 22:23They help me win. They're going to help you win
- 22:25again. Look at last night.
- 22:26Rhythm had a + 7.2 for Arizona. They lost by 7.
- 22:30We catch the +9 and 1/2 of a Rhythm is great for their AI
- 22:33backed models and predictions for game bets and player props
- 22:36for all the major sports. MLB should be up and running
- 22:39here any day now. So we'll we'll again be hitting
- 22:42the hitting the ground running starting next week with MLB with
- 22:45our rhythm edges. But then also you look at juice
- 22:48reel where you can follow the all systems go best bet picks
- 22:51for $4.99 a week. If you enjoy the pod, it's a
- 22:55it's a free pod again, cost you nothing to listen to the
- 22:58breakdowns. So if you enjoy it, think of me
- 23:00as like a server or a bartender. Tip your server.
- 23:03Always tip your bartender. I consider following the $4.99 a
- 23:08week plays on juice Reel as basically the tip jar for the
- 23:11all systems go pod. I'd love for you guys to sign
- 23:14up. I feel like that's fair.
- 23:16I hope I give you 5 bucks worth of insights each week.
- 23:19But either way you'll also get the Robo Jackson best bet picks.
- 23:23The sharp mush edges, the arbitrage plays, the shop for
- 23:25the best line futures, actual dollar amounts for bets in
- 23:29dollars on spread money line in total for all the games from
- 23:32people who have synced up their sports books to the app.
- 23:35It's all included in Juice Reel, so download Rhythm, download
- 23:38Juice Reel and give them a five star view in the App Store while
- 23:42you're at it. Lastly, I mentioned before, but
- 23:45have you signed up for odds Logic yet?
- 23:47Go give it a shot. Give it a shot with a 7 day free
- 23:49trial and then you're going to get 50% off your first month.
- 23:53It's 99 bucks a month, so it'll cost you basically 50 bucks for
- 23:56your first month even if you just want it for baseball or
- 23:58March Madness. But you got to have a live odds
- 24:00page. I honestly do not know how
- 24:02people can bet on sports without a live odds page.
- 24:05How are you betting a game if you don't know what it opened
- 24:06at, you don't know how it's moved, You're not shopping for
- 24:09the best number, you're not getting the best price.
- 24:11Odds Logic will give you every game on the board in real time,
- 24:15all the major books listed. And again, one really cool thing
- 24:18with Odds Logic is they have both Pinnacle and Circa as books
- 24:22to track which are your biggest, sharpest market setting global
- 24:25books. So you can kind of see where
- 24:26those are are trending and pick off a book that's a copycat that
- 24:30hasn't moved yet. But I'd love for you guys to
- 24:32give Odds Logic a shot. Just go to oddslogic.com/josh
- 24:36123. That's odds logic.com/josh
- 24:39123470 free trial and 50% off your first month.
- 24:45So that about does it for episode 245 of the ASG Pod as
- 24:49the the weekend awaits. As always, I'm going to leave
- 24:51you with a couple things. One, whether I see you at the
- 24:53Borgata and Atlantic City, Twin River in Rhode Island, the
- 24:56Brooklyn, New Hampshire, Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, down in
- 24:59Connecticut at the Encore in Boston or Plain Ridge Park
- 25:02Casino, or MGM Springfield and my neck of the Woods or the Nash
- 25:06close to me now in Nashville, New Hampshire.
- 25:08Or of course, out in the desert where the true grinders get
- 25:10down. Where Billy Walters sends his
- 25:12number runners, where the lowest juice possible is found at the
- 25:14South Point. Or Sweat and sharp contrarian
- 25:16plays jumping in the stadium swimming pool when he cashed a
- 25:19big ticket at Circa. Wherever it may be.
- 25:21You're going to walk up to me and show me a beautiful Arizona
- 25:25plus 9 1/2 or a kind of lucky win, I must admit.
- 25:30Boarded. Boy, did they pour it on the
- 25:32second-half. Show me a Rockets Jazz over 227
- 25:361/2 or whatever it was. 227. Yeah, I think that was the
- 25:38number. But luckily, luckily we got
- 25:40there. That's all that matters.
- 25:41And again and again, first one's on me, next one's on you.
- 25:45We'll post about the book. Sweat some games together as
- 25:48always. Two and one, One and 2-3 and OO
- 25:50and three. The model, the blueprint never
- 25:52changes off a good night or a bad night, a mediocre night.
- 25:56Again, you're grinding and you're looking for that win.
- 25:59You're hot, you're looking to continue winning day, you're
- 26:01losing and you got to bounce back again.
- 26:03I I know these are all things that influence us as humans.
- 26:06We try to stay even keeled if we can stick to the model, stick to
- 26:09the blueprint, make bets with our head and not our heart.
- 26:12Check off games that fit our model against the public with
- 26:16the house, with the pros, flat bet, avoid parlays, get that
- 26:19CLV. If we can do that, and I'm
- 26:21confident that we can and guess what long term we're going to be
- 26:24successful sports bettors. So have a great Friday night,
- 26:27everybody. Again, check out the sharp
- 26:29reports this weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
- 26:31You can find them for my Twitter account at Josh under score
- 26:34Insights. And if you sign up for the best
- 26:36bets for $4.99 a week on Juice Real, you'll get all the best
- 26:40bets this weekend and all the best bets in general.
- 26:43But that's a good way to kind of stay in touch during the weekend
- 26:46because if I did pods seven days a week, the wife would get mad.
- 26:48We got to go to Home Depot tomorrow.
- 26:50We actually got to go up to New Hampshire because her family is
- 26:54looking to actually leave California and move to New
- 26:57Hampshire. It's just too expensive out
- 26:59there and we're we're doing a lot of house hunting.
- 27:01So we got open houses to check out this weekend as well.
- 27:04I'll be the way guys. Have a great weekend.
- 27:07I will see you back on Monday. That'll be episode 246 of the
- 27:11All Systems Go sports betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 27:15Good luck everybody and have a great Friday and an even better
- 27:17weekend.
