Nancy Altman, President of Social Security Works and author of a recently-released book entitled "The Road to Medicare for All" talks with Jan Miyasaki about her book. Altman says that eliminating the for-profit third-party part D Medicare providers is something we can't afford NOT to establish because of the potential savings and services. Countries with national health programs do so for half the cost of our "system" and show better results in their country's mortality statistics as compared with the U.S.
