- 0:09Speaker 1: to get done. You need a pro to help you
- 0:11Speaker 1: do it, really to help you understand what it is
- 0:13Speaker 1: you're trying to do.
- 0:15Speaker 2: You have a vision.
- 0:15Speaker 1: You have an idea. How do you put that into words?
- 0:17Speaker 1: Then how do you put that into practice? That's what
- 0:20Speaker 1: Boer Remodeling does best.
- 0:22Speaker 2: It's the communications. It's the removal of stress.
- 0:25Speaker 1: It is understanding what it is you're trying to do
- 0:28Speaker 1: and then helping you achieve that.
- 0:30Speaker 2: The design, the modeling work, the 3D rendering, so you.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Get to see what it is that Boer hears from you.
- 0:37Speaker 1: And then you can say, no, no, no, what I
- 0:38Speaker 1: really meant is this. No, no, a better way to
- 0:40Speaker 1: do this is that. No, you know what I'd like
- 0:42Speaker 1: to see? And they're like, okay, great. Now we're getting
- 0:45Speaker 1: an idea of what you really want. What you thought
- 0:47Speaker 1: you wanted, that was one thing. What you thought you
- 0:49Speaker 1: wanted was one thing. What you really want That's what

- 1:22Speaker 1: Let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go. It's a
- 1:25Speaker 1: story you need to hear to believe. Then grab your popcorn.
- 1:33Speaker 1: because there is more. I do have more on this
- 1:39Speaker 1: debate that took place. Michigan, the Republican running for Senate,
- 1:45Speaker 1: Mike Rogers, the Democrat running for Senate, Abdul El-Sayed. And I, again,
- 1:51Speaker 1: will say, I don't think Mike Rogers is a great candidate.
- 1:55Speaker 1: I think it'll be a fine Senator. I'll get the
- 1:57Speaker 1: votes that I need out of him.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Um, I don't know if I consider him a great thinker.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I don't know if... I would argue that his presentation
- 2:06Speaker 1: is lacking. Abdul El-Sayed has been exposed as a guy
- 2:14Speaker 1: who supports terrorist supporters.
- 2:17Speaker 2: As a bigot.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And I would question whether he had the best interest
- 2:21Speaker 1: of America at heart.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Well, Tony, that's Islamophobic. No, it's not. I could say
- 2:25Speaker 2: the same thing about Chris Van Hollen.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Could we all put the silliness to bed? The idea that.
- 2:33Speaker 1: You can't say something about a candidate because that candidate is, well,
- 2:37Speaker 1: pick the category, is foolhardy. That's actual bigotry. When you
- 2:43Speaker 1: say you can't say that about so-and-so, actual bigotry.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Abdul El-Sayed is what he is. He's a bad guy.
- 2:52Speaker 2: And I want him to lose. And I think America
- 2:57Speaker 2: is better off if he does lose.
- 3:01Speaker 1: But there's a weird defense going on predicated on this
- 3:05Speaker 1: idea of.
- 3:08Speaker 2: The bigotry.
- 3:09Speaker 1: This idea that somehow game shows are wonderful.
- 3:18Speaker 2: What the heck was that? What did I hit?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Really?
- 3:24Speaker 2: We're not going to say anything, Carl? We're just going
- 3:25Speaker 2: to notice that horns were blaring? I just know it
- 3:28Speaker 2: wasn't me. Oh, OK.
- 3:30Speaker 1: As long as it wasn't you. The ghost of Fred Heckman,
- 3:35Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. In the debate, there were these constant
- 3:42Speaker 1: back and forth about Israel, which I will argue is
- 3:46Speaker 1: not what I want to see in the totality of
- 3:49Speaker 1: a debate. Michiganders want to hear about what's best for Michigan,
- 3:53Speaker 1: how the senators are going to help, potential senators are
- 3:55Speaker 1: going to help them.
- 3:56Speaker 2: It's not all about Israel.
- 3:59Speaker 1: But when you're Abdul El-Sayed and you have made it
- 4:01Speaker 1: a centerpiece, the bigotry and the hatred, a centerpiece of
- 4:04Speaker 1: your campaign in terms of what you've said and who
- 4:07Speaker 1: supports you and who you campaign with, you've.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Got to expect the questions.
- 4:12Speaker 1: What is hard to expect sometimes is the response from
- 4:18Speaker 1: the media. that wants to continue to buy into this, well,
- 4:22Speaker 1: if you bring this up, it's because you're an Islamophobe.
- 4:25Speaker 1: There's no such thing as an Islamophobe. It's a ridiculous statement.
- 4:29Speaker 1: This was a guy by the name of Van Lathan.
- 4:32Speaker 2: V-A-N.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Not Van Jones, Van Lathan. I don't know Van Lathan
- 4:37Speaker 1: from a hole in the wall.
- 4:41Speaker 2: He used to be at TMZ.
- 4:44Speaker 1: He is a journalist, producer, podcaster, and political commentator. Okay.
- 4:50Speaker 1: That's who he is. And he's on CNN, that Abby
- 4:53Speaker 1: Phillips show. And Noah Rothman is on the show. We've
- 4:56Speaker 1: had Noah on Tony Katz today numerous times. Huge fan
- 5:00Speaker 1: of Noah's, even when I don't agree with him.
- 5:03Speaker 2: And they are.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Reviewing the debate performance. This is what happened. This, I think,
- 5:12Speaker 1: is even more of the story than the debate itself.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Right now in this election. Just straight up question.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Are either one of you guys suggesting that Abdul El-Sayed
- 5:19Speaker 1: is a terrorist?
- 5:21Speaker 3: No, he's not committed terrorist acts. He's clearly comfortable with
- 5:25Speaker 3: people who do.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I would like him to clearly say I'm not condemning this.
- 5:28Speaker 2: It should be easy.
- 5:30Speaker 3: So are you saying that he is someone who sympathizes
- 5:34Speaker 3: with terrorists, that he is either an intellectual or spiritual terrorist? No,
- 5:38Speaker 3: I'm not saying he's either an intellectual or spiritual terrorist.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I'm not sure what that even means. He does evince
- 5:43Speaker 3: a disturbing level. Are you not disturbed by the level
- 5:46Speaker 3: of comfort that he evinces with people who do set
- 5:48Speaker 3: out to kill Americans, kill Jews, kill civilians? Nope.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I'm not concerned with any of that because all of
- 5:54Speaker 2: that is a lie. All of that is a concoction
- 5:57Speaker 2: by people like yourselves. All due respect. Well, it's a lie.
- 6:05Speaker 1: What you guys seek to do is to play on
- 6:08Speaker 1: the deepest fears that a lot of the American public
- 6:11Speaker 1: has in order to discredit him.
- 6:17Speaker 2: That is not an argument.
- 6:19Speaker 1: It's certainly not intellectual nor spiritual, I would say. You're
- 6:27Speaker 1: saying this about someone who's Muslim, therefore. You're saying this
- 6:31Speaker 1: about someone who's black, therefore. You're saying this about someone
- 6:34Speaker 1: who's gay, therefore. You're saying this about someone who's Jewish. Oh,
- 6:37Speaker 1: that's fine. You can talk about those people all you want.
- 6:40Speaker 2: I mean, that's who they are. That's the left. They
- 6:43Speaker 2: being left.
- 6:44Speaker 1: When I talk about those people, them or they, I
- 6:46Speaker 1: mean the political left. That's the ideology that is so broken.
- 6:52Speaker 2: I can say a lot of things about Noah. Bigot?
- 6:57Speaker 1: No.
- 6:58Speaker 2: No.
- 6:59Speaker 1: No, Peter Meyer was also on the show. But this
- 7:03Speaker 1: is the defense. You're only saying this because the color
- 7:08Speaker 1: of his skin. Van Lathan refuses to listen to the
- 7:12Speaker 1: words that get used, the defenses that get given, the
- 7:18Speaker 1: company Abdul El-Sayed keeps, the connections via family and friends,
- 7:25Speaker 1: including his own sister, his own actions and statements. The
- 7:33Speaker 1: fact that he said that he had dual citizenship and
- 7:36Speaker 1: then his campaign says, well, he doesn't have dual citizenship
- 7:39Speaker 1: with Egypt. He had just heard that from a family member.
- 7:42Speaker 1: So he repeated it in speeches. He's the Elizabeth Warren
- 7:46Speaker 1: of a new age. This is who he is. And
- 7:55Speaker 1: why should he have to defend himself when for asking
- 7:57Speaker 1: the question, I can just call you a bigot.
- 8:00Speaker 2: That's what Van Lathan is saying. that's an issue and.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That's what you're going to get now this all does
- 8:12Speaker 1: fall into this this category this philosophy of if he
- 8:16Speaker 1: loses what that says if it loses if he loses
- 8:22Speaker 1: how does it does it play out and we already
- 8:25Speaker 1: know that there are these conspiracy theories out there right
- 8:30Speaker 1: that say democrats know they're going to lose then here
- 8:34Speaker 1: will come the riots they'll claim that the election was
- 8:36Speaker 1: stolen by trump it was rigged when of course you're
- 8:39Speaker 1: not allowed to say elections are rigged there'll be a
- 8:42Speaker 1: lot of violence in the streets and democrats will promise
- 8:44Speaker 1: it'll stop if you elect them and it's insane it's
- 8:51Speaker 1: a certifiable statement except it's totally plausible you can see
- 8:56Speaker 1: it that's the horror of it you can see that
- 8:59Speaker 1: happening It is very acceptable to discuss the positions of
- 9:08Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed and to disagree. I'm going to discuss later
- 9:11Speaker 1: the positions of Senator John Alsop of Georgia and disagree.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Oh, despicable stuff. I've got it for you.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I disagree with Jim Banks and I disagree with Todd Young,
- 9:22Speaker 1: and I've done both on this show. You couldn't find
- 9:26Speaker 1: two whiter people in America than Jim Banks and Todd Young.
- 9:31Speaker 1: If they weren't senators, they would be J.Crew models.
- 9:36Speaker 2: All right, at this age, JCPenney models. But you get
- 9:39Speaker 2: my point.
- 9:42Speaker 1: The conversation has to be about the subject. And people
- 9:46Speaker 1: who want to deflect from that, saying it's only because
- 9:49Speaker 1: of this, that, and the other, those are people unwilling
- 9:51Speaker 1: to deal with the reality that we are on and
- 9:54Speaker 1: over the target.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Abdul El-Sayed is a bigot, and he supports bigotry. Is
- 10:02Speaker 2: he a terrorist? He has never committed a terrorist act.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Does he seem fine with terrorists being in power?
- 10:07Speaker 2: Yes. Yes, Van Lathan. Yes, he does.
- 10:11Speaker 1: You think that's because I'm saying that because he is Muslim?
- 10:14Speaker 3: No.
- 10:15Speaker 2: The question is, why does he feel this way?
- 10:19Speaker 1: And why is it that I can point to so
- 10:20Speaker 1: many who feel this way who happen to be Muslims?
- 10:23Speaker 2: Oh, and non-Muslims.
- 10:27Speaker 1: What has happened to our society that we cannot make
- 10:32Speaker 1: the most simplistic of arguments?
- 10:34Speaker 2: Terrorism bad. That doesn't mean that the other guy is
- 10:38Speaker 2: the greatest.
- 10:40Speaker 1: It means that the terrorism is bad and those who
- 10:42Speaker 1: support terrorists are wrong and they have to lose. And
- 10:46Speaker 1: I hope Michiganders know that Abdul El-Sayed has to lose.
- 10:50Speaker 1: The election is three weeks away.
- 10:53Speaker 2: We'll be watching.
