SPEAKER_00: But I said, damn, I can't miss my second day.
• 2:40

• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: And I decided to freestyle a little bit and get a little breakfast sandwich.

• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna need that energy.
• 4:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I am.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna need that energy.
• 4:35
  SPEAKER_00: Erica's on the original.
• 4:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: Erica, Erica says she dropped, she finally joined in the show live, not rewatching.

• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: Diddy got something to say.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: Put a one in the chat if you if you saw Diddy's letter to the judge.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: Put a one in the chat if you saw Diddy's letter to the judge.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: We're not even gonna bullshit around today.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: We not even gonna bullshit around today.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: We're going straight into it.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: Y'all know I went on a journey for my coffee.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: I went on a journey for my coffee, and they had this little guy, this little sandwich guy.
• 5:38
SPEAKER_00: He was looking so lonely.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: I decided to put him in the bag too.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: So, okay, Angie hasn't seen it, so we're gonna get into that.
• 5:49
  SPEAKER_00: What did he say?
• 5:51
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, look who's in here, y'all.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Everybody say good morning to Shauna.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_00: Shauna, sweetheart, Shauna.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: So I see y'all got some of the um, I see y'all saw some of the letters.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna get into it.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: Go get your eye roll emojis on deck as I get into this letter.
• 6:17
SPEAKER_00: I guess the best way to start this episode off is to see what Diddy's talking about.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: See what Diddy's letter to the judge and what he's saying.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: Okay, see both then bring masks as agent advised.
• 6:37
  SPEAKER_00: There may be mold.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 6:40
  SPEAKER_00: We need masks.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: Shauna uh just got a message that we need masks to go see that property.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: So if you're watching, Shauna, we need masks.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_00: So let me get this.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: Uh they say it might be some mold or something.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: Uh Diddy Diddy Diddy, Diddy, Diddy.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Diddy, diddy, don't eat Diddy.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: What the fuck is going on with this sentence?
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh, Diddy has a last, Diddy has um a long ass letter.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna try to get through no, we're gonna get through the whole letter.
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_00: Fuck it.
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_00: Today is sentencing.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: Diddy came with this long ass crocodile tear field letter.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: We must talk about it.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_00: But also, there are more lawsuits that have dropped.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: Tony Busby has just not dropped, but uh filed.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_00: Tony Busby just filed two more lawsuits at the Didler.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: And the one with that underage girl that Diddy's involved in is heating up.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: So we'll touch on that too, but let's get into this letter first that Diddy wrote to the to the judge.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling y'all, y'all I'm about to see a lot of eye rolling emojis, but hey, this this is what we do.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Gina sent the new letter too.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: We might we're gonna talk about we'll talk about that too.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: So let's see if Diddy can persuade y'all into getting less time.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: Let's see if Diddy can persuade y'all into getting less time.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Uh so Diddy starts off.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: Let me turn this letter around.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: Am I getting old or are these words getting smaller and smaller?
• 8:32
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 8:34
  SPEAKER_00: This is from Diddy.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: Dear Judge Subirmanian, I hope this letter finds you well and in good health and spirits.
• 8:45
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts to you.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: First and foremost, I want to apologize and say how sincerely sorry I am for all of the hurt and pain that I have caused others by my conduct.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: I take full responsibility and accountability for my past wrongs.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: This has been the hardest two years of my life.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: And I have no one to blame for my current reality and situation but myself.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: In my life, I have made many mistakes, but I am no longer running from them.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: I am so sorry for the hurt that I caused, but I understand the mere words I'm sorry will never be good enough, as these words alone cannot erase the pain from the past.
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: All right, so I'm gonna stop at first paragraph.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: How many anybody out there uh feeling dropped, taking some years off Diddy's um off Diddy's sentencing for his first paragraph, where he says that he takes more accountability.
• 9:59
  SPEAKER_00: Look at Megan.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Hey Megan, look at Megan, y'all.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: Megan, I don't think Megan is minded, Rachel not either.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: Uh Tracy said he's not running, he's doing it in our face with a smile.
• 10:13
  SPEAKER_00: Liddy says, hell no.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: Somebody said, boo fucking who.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: So now I'm gonna say one thing.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: Diddy, okay, this letter would actually hit a little harder or much harder if he would have done this like right after the verdict, or even yeah, right after the verdict.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: But after the verdict, he didn't want to take no accountability.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_00: He all the way, uh this is how phony, and I'm gonna get into the rest of this fucking letter, but this is how phony, this is how phony Diddy is, man.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: He waits until 24 hours before sentencing, before he wants to take accountability and admit that he hurt motherfuckers.
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: That's that is why from the very beginning of this letter, it's disingenuous.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: Because you wanted a pardon.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: You said you didn't break the law, you said that the the courts had the definition of prostitution wrong.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: You said you was just making porno, but then all of a sudden, 24 hours before sentencing, now you want to take rest full responsibility.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: Now you realize what's what you hurt and you hurt people and the pain, and of this, and of that.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: Come on, boy, come on, diddy.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: Diddy, this don't even read right.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_00: You ain't want to take no responsibility for all this time.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: If I'm the judge, I'm like, oh damn, 24 hours before I got a sentence to you.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: Now you take responsibility, you motherfucker.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: You know, caffeinated flow don't got no time for this shit.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: I don't got time for you this morning, diddy.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: How you gonna come 24 hours before it's time for your sentencing?
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: Now you want to take responsibility and now you want to admit that you were wrong.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: But you tried to get up, you tried to go over the judge's head.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: Now you back kissing the judge's ass.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: You tried to go over his head.
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: You tried to go over this judge's head and it didn't work, so now you gotta circle back and grovel.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: You know what this reminds me of, y'all?
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: This reminds me of when you at the store or you had a a restaurant and you don't something don't go right.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: Maybe they said maybe you didn't like the way the the way the the way your stake came out, but it came out the restaurant say it came out the way you asked for it.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: So you ask the person who right in front of you, can you get a refund?
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: And they say, No, we don't give refunds on stakes, and then you you keep going back and forth, and then you say, Well, let me talk to your fucking supervisor.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: So then the supervisor comes out and says, You can't get no motherfucking refund, and now you sitting there looking stupid because you done went over this person's head, you done went to the supervisor, and you asked the supervisor who's over you, and ain't nobody over her.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_00: That's what this reminds me of.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: Diddy went to the supervisor over the judge's head.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: Diddy didn't like the way he was getting treated, he wasn't being, he wasn't getting his ass kissed, so he tried to go over the judge's head and go to Trump.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: And Trump left him on red, so then after Trump left him on red, now you gotta circle back and kiss ass to the same person, you tried to go over their head and act like you was being unfairly treated as a black man.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: And now, after you said the definition of prostitution was wrong, did he say that he was just making corn videos with a P.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: He said, man, that is only against black people.
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Uh, Diddy, what else did he do?
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: Diddy said all kind of shit.
• 15:19
  SPEAKER_00: He wanted a party.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: He did everything but accept accountability.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: And what does an opportunistic, uh, narcissistic, big head ass do like Diddy do?
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: He don't even give a fuck how phony it looked.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: He says, All right, fuck it, I done exhausted all my everything I could do.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: I guess now it's time for me to put these crocodile tears on and tell this judge whatever he wants to hear so he can let my ass go.
• 15:57
SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly how it came off to me.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how it came off to y'all, but it comes off to me like you had plenty of time to come with this letter.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: Basically, that's basically we're gonna get into it.
• 16:22
  SPEAKER_00: But yeah, remember?
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: They said they submitted all kind of crazy letters.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: So let's get into the rest of this letter.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: I just think it's just very phony for Diddy to turn in this crocodile tear ass letter.
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: If he had turned in this letter right after the verdict, it would have it would have had a little a little effect, I I believe.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: I still think most people wouldn't give a fuck, but it would have hit harder than it's hitting right now.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: Because now it's like, dude, it's like, dude, now, of course you you sorry now because you uh you don't have no choice.
• 17:22
SPEAKER_00: I'm in the middle of the show, bro.
• 17:24
unknown: Oh, you won't get done.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: I can't show so uh the letter goes on to say over the past 13 months, I've had to look in the mirror like never before.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: That sounds just like Diddy.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: Now he might have wrote that part.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: Over the past 13 months, I've had to look in the mirror like never before.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: Diddy, you was always looking in the mirror, man.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: You just wasn't doing no self-reflection, you was just looking in the mirror to make sure the baby oil wasn't all over the place.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: Now, let me let me let me stop.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: I ain't on I ain't got no baby oil jokes for the baby oil bandit.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: Where the fuck is Stevie J old talking ass?
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: Ever since I sent Stevie J up off my page and told him to keep quiet like he did about the baby oil, I haven't seen his ass since.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: And that's just a side note, but where the fuck is Stevie J?
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: He has so much to say till I sent his ass packing, like you on the wrong page, bruh.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: You don't come on my page talking shit.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_00: I'm the king of talking shit.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: Don't come on my page with it.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna send your ass just like Stevie J.
• 18:44
  SPEAKER_00: I ain't seen him since.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: Last thing I remember telling him is you need to keep quiet like you did while you was hauling around all that fucking baby oil while you're on my page.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Asshole.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: So anyway, it just popped in my head.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: What the fuck is Stevie J?
• 19:03
  SPEAKER_00: But fuck Stevie J.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_00: Um, so let's continue.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: He looked in the mirror like never before, y'all.
• 19:11
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: Y'all might want to take some, y'all might want to take some of his time off.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: Y'all might want to condense Diddy's sentence, y'all, because in these past 13 months, he's looked in the mirror like never before.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: I've had my sadness, was my motivator.
• 19:33
SPEAKER_00: I have to admit, my downfall was rooted in my selflishness.
• 19:40
  SPEAKER_00: Selfishness, I'm sorry.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: The scene and images of me assaulting Cassie play over and over in my head daily.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: So, Diddy, if you claim the images of you beating the crap out of Cassie plays in your head every day, how do you imagine that it how much do you think it plays in a person who is getting the crap beat out of them?
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: How much do you think it plays in Cassie's head?
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: See, Denny doesn't even know how to write a genuine letter in order to get some type of sympathy.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: We don't give a fuck what is playing in your head.
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_00: You did it.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to write a letter and want people to kind of give you some type of benefit of the doubt, or you're looking for some type of empathy or sympathy or whatever, you should place more of the spotlight on the victims and how they feel about what you did.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: But in true Diddy fashion, this is going to be all about Ditler.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: So he's gonna let us know how many times him beating the fuck out of somebody plays in his head, not thinking about how that sounds.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: Because if it's playing in your head like that, what do you think it's doing to the person who is getting their ass whooped?
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Let me continue though, on this Diddy letter.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: I literally lost my mind.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: I was dead wrong for putting my hands on a woman that I loved.
• 21:34
  SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry for that.
• 21:36
  SPEAKER_00: And always will be.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: My domestic violence will always be a heavy burden that I will carry it forever.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: The remorse, the sorrow, the regret, the disappointment, the shame.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: Okay, Diddy, you're right about that.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: I honestly feel sorry for something that I couldn't forgive someone else for.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Okay, now that's some truth.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna point out some of the sentences where he hit the mark, and I'm definitely gonna point out the sentences where his opportunistic, uh narcissistic selfishness comes into play.
• 22:15
  SPEAKER_00: But that's a good statement.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: I honestly feel sorry, feel sorry for something that I couldn't forgive someone else for.
• 22:22
  SPEAKER_00: That's true.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: We know you won't forgive nobody for doing that to your daughters.
• 22:26
  SPEAKER_00: Let's continue though.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: If they put their hands on one of my daughters, I couldn't forgive him.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: This is why it is so hard for me to forgive myself.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: It is like a deep wound that leaves an ugly scar.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: I don't know about that, but I guess Diddy is trying.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: Anybody, anybody uh have ran across any words that make you feel like uh we need to uh could uh shorten Diddy's sentence based on these?
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: He goes on to say, I lost my way, I got lost in my journey, lost in the drugs and the excess.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: My downfall was rooted in my selfishness.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: I have been humbled and broken to my core.
• 23:16
SPEAKER_00: Jail is designed to break you mentally, physically, and spiritually.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Over the past year, there have been so many times that I wanted to give up.
• 23:27
SPEAKER_00: There have been some days I thought I would be better off dead.
• 23:35
SPEAKER_00: The old me died in jail, and the new version of me was reborn.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: Prison will change you or kill you.
• 23:46
  SPEAKER_00: I chose to live.
• 23:51
  SPEAKER_00: Diddy say he's a changed man.
• 23:56
  SPEAKER_00: He says prison killed.
• 24:01
  SPEAKER_00: He chose to live.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_00: Are y'all feeling sorry for Diddy yet?
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_00: Let's continue.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: Uh every day since my incarceration, as difficult as my circumstances currently are, I have made the best of my time by reading books, writing, working out, or in therapy, obtaining the tools and knowledge to deal with my past drug abuse and anger issues.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: I have been putting in the work and working diligently to become the best version of myself to ensure that I never make the same mistakes again.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: I realize that I am in a situation where no amount of money, power, or fame can save me.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: Only God can save me.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: My grandmother used to teach me that God makes no mistakes and that everything he does is for your good.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: I believe that a bad situation can be used for good.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: Although this situation has been the hardest and darkest time in my life, good things have come out of my incarceration.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: For starters, I am now sober for the first time in 25 years.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: I've been trying my best to deal with my drug abuse and anger issues and take accountability as well as positive steps towards healing.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: One of the most beautiful things I have experienced is being asked by my fellow inmates to teach and mentor them.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: They wanted to learn what I did to become a successful businessman.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: I was inspired by their hunger and desire to learn information in order to not only set goals but achieve any goal your heart desires.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: I started teaching a six-week program called Free Game, title given by my fellow inmates, which I was able to have approved and sanctioned by the Bureau of Prisons.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_00: I don't just teach about my success, I also teach about my mistakes, my failures.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: It has truly been a blessing to do something positive in a negative situation.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: It has been beautiful to see the newfound hope in my fellow inmates' eyes.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: The most shocking thing was to see the unity and the peace this class has produced.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: As you are probably aware, jails and prisons are segregated places.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: However, in our class, we have black, Spanish, white, and Asian all together in one room learning and working together.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_00: We even have an interpreter for the Spanish-speaking inmates.
• 27:09
SPEAKER_00: The biggest miracle that I've seen with this class is all the gangs such as Bloods, Crips, 18 Streets, all these other gangs, all in one room working together.
• 27:23
SPEAKER_00: I am also proud to say that since this class started, there have been no fights in our unit.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: This class has helped me in my time of need and despair.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: Being able to do something good for others has also given me much needed hope.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: God bless me with this opportunity to help others, and I will continue to do so.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: Let's see if anybody, anybody, anybody, uh, anybody, anybody buying this shit that diddy shoveling?
• 28:02
  SPEAKER_00: Morning show was popping.
• 28:04
  SPEAKER_00: What's up, Brian?
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Anybody on here want to drop Diddy's time a little bit?
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: Uh me flow says, it's too late to apologize.
• 28:16
  SPEAKER_00: P.
• 28:17
SPEAKER_00: Diddy thought that he was never going to be held accountable for the things that he has done to people.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_00: Now he's being held accountable and he wants to be apologetic.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: That's kind of like what we got going on here, y'all.
• 28:32
SPEAKER_00: Let's see where we where we're at now.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_00: Let's see where we at now.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: I ask you for mercy today.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: Not only for my sake, but for the sake of my children.
• 28:51
SPEAKER_00: God bless me with seven beautiful children, three sons and four daughters.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, Jesse, and Deliah.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_00: And the newest edition, a two-year-old daughter, love.
• 29:06
SPEAKER_00: Four of my children lost their mother, Kim Porter, as she tragically passed away in 2018.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_00: I am their only parent.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_00: I have failed my children as a father.
• 29:17
SPEAKER_00: My father was murdered when I was three years old, so I know firsthand what it's like to not have a father more than anything.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_00: I just have the opportunity, I just want the opportunity to return home and be the father that they need.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: Now he had a lot of balls bringing up.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: Did he have a lot of balls bringing up Kim Porter?
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Especially since everybody thinks you know he has something to do with Kim Porter.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna speculate here on that right now, but I do think it is uh definitely uh definitely ballsy for him to even bring up Kim Porter, knowing that everybody thinks he.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_00: Has something to do with it anyway.
• 30:01
SPEAKER_00: So people almost don't even like to hear him say her name, but Diddy did it.
• 30:08
SPEAKER_00: I mean, Diddy brought her name up.
• 30:09
  SPEAKER_00: I ain't saying he did it.
• 30:11
SPEAKER_00: God has also blessed me with the greatest mother in the world.
• 30:14
SPEAKER_00: My mother sacrificed her life and dreams to provide for me and my younger sister, Keisha.
• 30:20
SPEAKER_00: She worked three jobs to make sure we had a roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, and the best education.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: My mother is now 84 years old, and she recently had brain surgery.
• 30:34
SPEAKER_00: Despite her own health and challenges, she attended my trial every day.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_00: I have always been her prime primary caregiver.
• 30:44
SPEAKER_00: It breaks my heart that I put myself in this position, in this situation.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: And for the first time, I am unable to be there for my mother when she needs me most.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_00: As I write you this letter, Judge, I am scared to death.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_00: Scared to spend another second away from my mother and my children.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_00: I no longer care about the money or the fame.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: There is nothing more important to me than my family.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_00: Deterrence for me and for others to ensure that no one follows in my footsteps and makes these same mistakes.
• 31:30
SPEAKER_00: For over a year, I've been locked in one room with 25 other incarcerated people, sharing the same one room.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_00: And in this one room, there are no windows, there is no natural, clean air, there is no sunlight.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_00: We all live in one room.
• 31:54
SPEAKER_00: In this one room, we eat, we sleep, we take shit, we even pee in this one room.
• 32:06
  SPEAKER_00: I ad lived a little bit.
• 32:07
SPEAKER_00: He didn't say those words.
• 32:08
SPEAKER_00: He said we eat, sleep, and use the toilet and take showers and prepare for meals in that same room.
• 32:18
  SPEAKER_00: But same difference.
• 32:20
SPEAKER_00: We eat, we take shits, we pee, we fart, everything in the same room.
• 32:28
SPEAKER_00: The conditions that my actions have placed me in are inhumane.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_00: I don't tell you this for pity or sympathy.
• 32:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, you do, Diddy.
• 32:39
  SPEAKER_00: Stop lying.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_00: You definitely telling us this shit for sympathy and pity.
• 32:43
  SPEAKER_00: I ain't mad at you, though.
• 32:45
SPEAKER_00: I mean, you're supposed to try to get some sympathy on your side and whatever, but you're not gonna sit up here and tell me you're not looking for sympathy when you're telling us about all these brain surgeries and inhumane living.
• 32:57
SPEAKER_00: Of course, you're looking for sympathy, man.
• 32:59
  SPEAKER_00: Keep it real.
• 33:04
SPEAKER_00: Caffeinated flow just wants you to keep it real, diddy.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_00: You always trying to just say some shit like we just done.
• 33:16
SPEAKER_00: I don't tell you this for pity or sympathy.
• 33:18
SPEAKER_00: Then what the fuck are you telling it to us for, then, diddy?
• 33:21
SPEAKER_00: You telling it to us to brighten our day?
• 33:24
SPEAKER_00: You telling it to us for what?
• 33:27
SPEAKER_00: You're telling it to us for sympathy, man.
• 33:30
  SPEAKER_00: Stop lying.
• 33:32
SPEAKER_00: So, I'm simply sharing my truth and the truth of my fellow incarcerated people.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_00: We have no clean drinking water, and we boil our drinking water.
• 33:45
SPEAKER_00: We all share one washing machine, which is broken.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_00: I'm surrounded by drugs, and I live every day with the constant threat of being stabbed or losing my life.
• 33:57
SPEAKER_00: Again, I am not expecting pity or sympathy, but my time at MDC has changed me forever.
• 34:08
  SPEAKER_00: This is ChatGPT too.
• 34:11
SPEAKER_00: I just seen one of them long lines that I told you nobody uses, and he left one in here.
• 34:17
  SPEAKER_00: It's chat GPT, diddy.
• 34:21
  SPEAKER_00: Diddy, man.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna you can't chat GPT yourself out of this one, man.
• 34:27
  SPEAKER_00: I'm disappointed, man.
• 34:30
SPEAKER_00: This is the phonyest, most telegraphed.
• 34:36
  SPEAKER_00: Look at the chat.
• 34:41
SPEAKER_00: Angie said that's an industrial size shovel.
• 34:44
  SPEAKER_00: He's shoveling some shit, ain't he?
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: Somebody said, who is Megan says that this this letter makes me want him to get more time?
• 34:56
SPEAKER_00: This is definitely chat GPT, diddy.
• 34:59
SPEAKER_00: Take those long dashes out of your shit.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_00: That is the easiest way for somebody to know you use chat GPT.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_00: Let me just throw that out there.
• 35:10
SPEAKER_00: For all y'all trying to be slick and use chat GPT, take out the long dashes in between words.
• 35:17
SPEAKER_00: That is a chat GPT dead giveaway.
• 35:25
  SPEAKER_00: Anyway, let's continue.
• 35:28
  SPEAKER_00: Let's continue, let's continue, let's get fucking continue, let's fuck continue.
• 35:32
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 35:33
  SPEAKER_00: So where were we?
• 35:36
SPEAKER_00: He was asking for some mercy today.
• 35:42
  SPEAKER_00: All right, hold on.
• 35:44
  SPEAKER_00: Where are we at?
• 35:52
  SPEAKER_00: Uh, let's see.
• 35:54
  SPEAKER_00: Uh change me forever.
• 36:01
SPEAKER_00: I am not expecting pity or sympathy, but this is changed me forever.
• 36:06
SPEAKER_00: Prior to being in jail, I took care of and was present for my family.
• 36:14
SPEAKER_00: Being in jail because of my conduct.
• 36:17
SPEAKER_00: I lost the ability to care for my mother.
• 36:19
SPEAKER_00: I lost the ability to effectively raise and support my children.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_00: I have missed my three daughters' primes in graduation.
• 36:29
SPEAKER_00: I have missed taking one of my daughters to college.
• 36:33
SPEAKER_00: I have lost the freedom to teach my two-year-old how to speak, dance, play, and be there to console her when she falls down or has a nightmare.
• 36:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Diddy, that's kind of what happens when you break the fucking law.
• 36:48
SPEAKER_00: Um, you miss out on things.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_00: This kind of how this thing works, man.
• 36:53
SPEAKER_00: I want to be the one to break it to you.
• 36:56
SPEAKER_00: But when you pinned all that shit on Sean, the rapper, who was just an 18, 19-year-old kid running around with Diddy and felt like he was protecting Diddy or whatever, and everybody was pulling out guns.
• 37:11
SPEAKER_00: Diddy shot somebody in the face, all of that, but they all pinned it on Shine.
• 37:19
SPEAKER_00: Diddy Diddy pinned everything on Shine.
• 37:22
  SPEAKER_00: Sean got 10 years.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_00: I wonder how much shit he missed out on, diddy, because of your ass.
• 37:30
SPEAKER_00: See, it ain't fun when you miss out on shit, is it?
• 37:35
SPEAKER_00: Sean lost 10 years of his life fucking with you.
• 37:42
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think you give a rat's ass what he missed.
• 37:46
SPEAKER_00: But you want this court to feel sorry for you because you weren't able to drive one of your daughters to college.
• 37:59
  SPEAKER_00: Boo fucking who, motherfucker.
• 38:03
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you right now, the average everyday American is not about to feel sorry for you, Diddy, because you want to be baby oiled up and whooping ass.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_00: And because of that, you weren't able to drive your daughter to college.
• 38:21
SPEAKER_00: Like they used to say back in the day, my aunts, too bad, so sad is how the average American is gonna feel about that, diddy.
• 38:28
  SPEAKER_00: I'm just being honest.
• 38:29
  SPEAKER_00: But let's continue.
• 38:32
SPEAKER_00: We talked about the inhumane food, the dirty air, everybody pooping and shitting in the same room.
• 38:39
SPEAKER_00: You missed your daughter's college, you ain't been able to teach a two-year-old how to walk and talk.
• 38:47
SPEAKER_00: So now, Diddy goes into how he made all his millions and how he started from nothing and worked hard to earn everything you had.
• 39:01
SPEAKER_00: But you also you also stepped on some people on the along the let's be let's be let's be honest, diddy.
• 39:10
SPEAKER_00: You stepped on a few motherfuckers on your way to the top.
• 39:15
SPEAKER_00: So saying I started from nothing and worked hard to earn everything I had, these a lot, it's a little information left out of that statement because you did stomp on a couple people's dreams and and and do quite a few people dirty on your way to the top.
• 39:34
SPEAKER_00: So let's just I thought we might want to make sure we added that little tidbit in there.
• 39:39
SPEAKER_00: This ain't just a you know, just work your way.
• 39:42
SPEAKER_00: You actually you actually dog some people too, diddy.
• 39:46
  SPEAKER_00: Let's be honest.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_00: But he goes on to say, but because of my conduct, I have lost all my businesses, I've lost my career, I lost the charter schools that I started, and I've destroyed my reputation and stained the reputation of those that work for me.
• 40:03
  SPEAKER_00: True.
• 40:04
  SPEAKER_00: This is true.
• 40:06
  SPEAKER_00: This is true, Diddy.
• 40:08
  SPEAKER_00: I like this part.
• 40:09
SPEAKER_00: This part is honest, diddy.
• 40:15
SPEAKER_00: Well, let's see how you probably gonna fuck it up in the next sentence.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_00: Um I lost my being present with my family.
• 40:26
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, between of all of my losses and lessons, I can state for a fact that I will never be in another criminal courtroom again.
• 40:35
SPEAKER_00: And I do not believe any other person would do anything similar from fear of similar punishment.
• 40:42
SPEAKER_00: If you give me a chance, I would like the opportunity to share my story with people to prevent at least one person from making the same mistakes I have made.
• 40:58
SPEAKER_00: I think Diddy could have landed this plane somewhere if he would have been more.
• 41:06
SPEAKER_00: We still got some more to talk about, but he don't know how to this this is just doesn't come across as genuine.
• 41:14
SPEAKER_00: It comes across like Toom wrote this letter.
• 41:19
SPEAKER_00: They say broke back, did he?
• 41:27
SPEAKER_00: Uh Stephanie, now he wants to write a book.
• 41:33
SPEAKER_00: If he was skating, big R, what do you see what Big R say?
• 41:37
SPEAKER_00: Big R over here talking facts?
• 41:39
SPEAKER_00: Where you at, Big R?
• 41:48
SPEAKER_00: Big R say, even if he don't get years, he ain't coming home today.
• 41:55
SPEAKER_00: Uh uh, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.
• 41:59
  SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
• 41:59
  SPEAKER_00: Let's we almost done.
• 42:01
SPEAKER_00: We almost done with this crocodile tear field letter.
• 42:05
SPEAKER_00: Let's go ahead and get this done.
• 42:07
SPEAKER_00: We got two paragraphs left.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_00: The Diddy, Mohawk Diddy himself says, I can't change the past, but I can change the future.
• 42:20
SPEAKER_00: I know that God puts me in here to transform me.
• 42:24
SPEAKER_00: Since my incarceration, I have gone through a spiritual reset.
• 42:30
SPEAKER_00: I am on a journey that will take time and hard work.
• 42:37
SPEAKER_00: Ladies and gentlemen of the court, I am proud to say I'm working harder than I ever have before.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_00: I am committed to the journey of remaining a drug-free, nonviolent, and peaceful person.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_00: I thank God that I'm stronger, I'm wiser, clean, clear, sober.
• 43:05
  SPEAKER_00: God makes no mistakes.
• 43:08
SPEAKER_00: I realize that this trial has received a tremendous amount of global press.
• 43:14
SPEAKER_00: And your honor may be inclined to make an example out of me.
• 43:20
SPEAKER_00: Well, ladies and gentlemen of the court, I would ask your honor to make me an example of what a person could do if afforded a second chance.
• 43:31
SPEAKER_00: If you allow me to go home to my family, I promise you I will never let you down.
• 43:38
SPEAKER_00: As a matter of fact, I will make you proud.
• 43:42
SPEAKER_00: Today, I humbly ask you for another chance, another chance to be a better person, another chance to be a bigger person, a better son, a better leader, and another chance to live a better life.
• 44:02
SPEAKER_00: I'm writing this not to gain any sympathy or pity.
• 44:08
SPEAKER_00: This experience is simply the truth of my existence and has changed my life forever, and I will never commit a crime again.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for your time and thank you for your consideration.
• 44:37
SPEAKER_00: Let's go to the chat.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_00: Anybody want to give Diddy less time after hearing his letter?
• 44:47
SPEAKER_00: Put a one in the chat if you want to take some time off of Diddy sentencing after reading that letter.
• 44:53
SPEAKER_00: Or put a two in the chat if you think it's bullshit and you think Diddy should kick rocks and flip-flops with no motherfucking socks on.
• 45:05
SPEAKER_00: Two, one if you one if you're gonna take some time off his sentencing because of this letter.
• 45:11
SPEAKER_00: And a two, if you want his ass to kick rocks and flip-flops with no socks.
• 45:17
  SPEAKER_00: Look at Tom.
• 45:20
SPEAKER_00: Tomb riding for his goddamn.
• 45:22
  SPEAKER_00: Is this Diddy's son?
• 45:25
SPEAKER_00: I think Diddy, I think Tomb is justin or or or or Christian.
• 45:30
  SPEAKER_00: The hell?
• 45:31
SPEAKER_00: Well nigga see Tuck, a nigga see Tuck put that big two.
• 45:36
SPEAKER_00: Look at Sydney got twos, twos, twos.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_00: See Tuck coming through with the two.
• 45:43
SPEAKER_00: Everybody said, ain't nobody instead of 20 years, give them 15.
• 45:47
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 45:48
SPEAKER_00: Look at Brian, has a heart.
• 45:51
SPEAKER_00: Brian said, instead of 20 years, give him 15.
• 45:56
SPEAKER_00: That's so sweet of you, Brian.
• 46:01
SPEAKER_00: Two, tomb can't count to the one, number one.
• 46:04
  SPEAKER_00: I'm so proud.
• 46:06
SPEAKER_00: He said, Tom, hey, hey, you are funny.
• 46:09
SPEAKER_00: Hey, Steph, Steph, what did you step said?
• 46:12
SPEAKER_00: Angel, I mean, Angelina said, Tom can count to one.
• 46:16
  SPEAKER_00: I'm so proud.
• 46:20
SPEAKER_00: Diddy won't be getting any time.
• 46:23
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 46:24
SPEAKER_00: Here go the twos, here go the twos.
• 46:27
  SPEAKER_00: Put some money on.
• 46:28
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, look at grandma.
• 46:30
SPEAKER_00: Look at look look at grandma Kathy come through.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_00: Grandma Kathy called your ass out, Tom.
• 46:36
SPEAKER_00: She said, put some money on the wood, Tom.
• 46:40
SPEAKER_00: Grandma Kathy said, fuck all that talking.
• 46:42
SPEAKER_00: Put some money on it, Tom.
• 46:46
  SPEAKER_00: Place your vet.
• 46:48
  SPEAKER_00: Get you another subscription.
• 46:51
  SPEAKER_00: Tracy.
• 46:52
SPEAKER_00: Tracy ain't Tracy is not giving up on 25 years, y'all.
• 46:58
  SPEAKER_00: Megan said extra time.
• 47:03
SPEAKER_00: So a few little updates.
• 47:09
SPEAKER_00: They wanted that that that case with the with the underage girl from back in, I think, 2003, or that case is moving forward.
• 47:22
SPEAKER_00: And from what I'm hearing, they about to expose who the third person is.
• 47:25
SPEAKER_00: Diddy is in trouble for underage assault.
• 47:32

SPEAKER_00: Along with everyone else concerned, we await the federal court's ruling regarding sentencing.
• 49:04
SPEAKER_00: Our team is proud to lead the civil effort in this important litigation as we look forward to the opportunity to try these cases to verdict in front of juries.
• 49:17
SPEAKER_00: So we got more uh fuck.

• 1:00:05
SPEAKER_00: I actually covered this case before the beginning.
• 1:00:08
SPEAKER_00: I was the first media influencer who reported about Cassie's lawsuit before it was even paid for.
• 1:00:16
SPEAKER_00: When I was from when I was uh when I had posted it, people was telling me why am I posting that gossip shit?

• 1:00:46
