- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:23Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
- 0:30Speaker 1: It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Here's your host. One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:37Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:55Speaker 1: All right way down the route. I am finally back.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I'm live. It's not to memoryck. Yesterday was a best
- 1:01Speaker 1: of Wayne. Today before was the great Lee elci As
- 1:03Speaker 1: my guest host. Lovedly guest host. He always does a
- 1:06Speaker 1: great job. I never have to worry. I don't even
- 1:07Speaker 1: have to think about it. I know that my set
- 1:10Speaker 1: is in great hands radio and TV around the country.
- 1:12Speaker 1: My Simulk cast is in great hands. Thank you.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Lee.
- 1:15Speaker 1: If my eyes look a little bit red and a
- 1:17Speaker 1: little bit puffy, I'm exhausted. I'm burned out of a
- 1:19Speaker 1: little bit of a cold. On and off airplanes, thirty
- 1:22Speaker 1: six hours back and forth to Washington, D C. For
- 1:25Speaker 1: the White House Christmas Party, and I am just raw
- 1:28Speaker 1: and exhausted, but I am here. Most important thing was
- 1:31Speaker 1: no sleep. I left on Sunday. Flight was supposed to
- 1:33Speaker 1: leave at one thirty in the afternoon. It left at
- 1:35Speaker 1: seven thirty at night, you know, a nine hour delay
- 1:38Speaker 1: or something like that, eight and a half nine hour delay.
- 1:41Speaker 1: And so we were supposed to get in at eight
- 1:44Speaker 1: thirty at night, and we got in at three o'clock
- 1:47Speaker 1: in the morning, got to the airport at four, got
- 1:50Speaker 1: to the hotel at four o'clock in the morning, got
- 1:52Speaker 1: to sleep at five o'clock in the morning, slept for
- 1:54Speaker 1: about three hours, and then began a busy day and
- 1:56Speaker 1: then the White House Christmas party and that then a
- 1:59Speaker 1: big did afterwards with some great people, including Governor Rod
- 2:03Speaker 1: I call him Blago Rod Blgoyevitch. And got in at
- 2:06Speaker 1: one in the morning, went to bed at two, got
- 2:08Speaker 1: up at four for a seven o'clock flight, got to
- 2:11Speaker 1: the airport, found out that seven o'clock flight was now
- 2:14Speaker 1: stalled till nine o'clock. So it's been a two days
- 2:18Speaker 1: of no sleep. I'm exhausted. My eyes are wondering and
- 2:22Speaker 1: puffy and tired and red, but I'm here. I'm here.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I missed yesterday's show because the flight got it late
- 2:28Speaker 1: and I was in a state of exhaustion. And I
- 2:31Speaker 1: got a little bit of sleep last night, so I
- 2:32Speaker 1: feel a little bit better. So let me tell you
- 2:36Speaker 1: before I get to all the news. There's plenty of news.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Let me let me talk about my day in Washington,
- 2:41Speaker 1: d C. It was. It was wonderful. The White House
- 2:44Speaker 1: Christmas Party was wonderful. The actual White House is beautiful.
- 2:49Speaker 1: What an honor every time to be in the White
- 2:51Speaker 1: House of the United States of America. The party was amazing.
- 2:55Speaker 1: The food, You're not gonna believe it was amazing. I
- 2:56Speaker 1: always hate the food of parties.
- 2:58Speaker 3: I never eat up.
- 2:59Speaker 1: The only guy in the world. Everyone I know goes
- 3:00Speaker 1: to parties. You had rich people, and they stuffed themselves
- 3:03Speaker 1: at the party because they're getting free food. I go
- 3:05Speaker 1: to parties, I talk to people, and I leave and
- 3:09Speaker 1: I go to dinner. I never eat a party. But
- 3:11Speaker 1: I actually had the steak at the White House and
- 3:14Speaker 1: it was good, and then I went to dinner anyway,
- 3:19Speaker 1: But it's just an incredible experience to be at the
- 3:22Speaker 1: White House. Remember I was just there for my first
- 3:25Speaker 1: Oval Office visit in October, and now I saw the
- 3:28Speaker 1: White House decorated for Christmas, and it was amazing, absolutely amazing.
- 3:32Speaker 1: I've got some photos, David, did you get them all?
- 3:35Speaker 1: Can we put them up? There? We go? So there's
- 3:37Speaker 1: me and my beautiful wife Cindy with Don Trump Junior
- 3:40Speaker 1: had a chance. Oh and the big thing was Don
- 3:43Speaker 1: Trump Junior announced on the spot at the White House
- 3:47Speaker 1: Christmas party that he just got on his knees that
- 3:49Speaker 1: day to ask his girlfriend to marry him, and he's
- 3:52Speaker 1: going to be married again. And he brought her up
- 3:54Speaker 1: on the stage and they each talked a little bit
- 3:57Speaker 1: to the crowd, talked about their future. They hope that
- 4:01Speaker 1: they'll have a wonderful, long future together and they're about
- 4:03Speaker 1: to be married. So Tom Junior shared that with with
- 4:06Speaker 1: the audience on the night I was at the White
- 4:08Speaker 1: House Christmas party. So very cool. Next photo, who have
- 4:11Speaker 1: we got? That's my wife Cindy and I with with
- 4:14Speaker 1: Cash Patel, the director of the FBI and his beautiful
- 4:19Speaker 1: country music girlfriend. Cash Patel is a Vegas guy. Say,
- 4:24Speaker 1: isn't it wonderful? In one quarter of the White House
- 4:26Speaker 1: are two Vegas guys And this is my beautiful wife, Cindy.
- 4:31Speaker 1: So thank you. Cash Pattel, mister FBI. That's me and
- 4:34Speaker 1: Cindy in front of the White Houses. We're about to uh.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I think we were arriving at that point as opposed
- 4:40Speaker 1: to leaving. That was our arrival photo heading into the
- 4:43Speaker 1: White House. Next photo, we've got me in front of
- 4:48Speaker 1: the famous pose of President Trump saying fight, Fight Fight.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I had to get that picture. Come on. In the past,
- 4:55Speaker 1: I've had pictures in front of the paintings of Washington
- 4:59Speaker 1: and Lincoln and UH and and John F. Kennedy. But
- 5:03Speaker 1: this was a photo with fight fight fight of President
- 5:07Speaker 1: Donald J. Trump. I think it it Trump's excuse the
- 5:11Speaker 1: pun Washington and Lincoln, the three amigos. There's me and
- 5:16Speaker 1: Governor Rod Blagoyevitch, former governor of Illinois, who's become a
- 5:19Speaker 1: really close friend of mine. And he was railroaded and
- 5:22Speaker 1: persecuted by Obama and put in prison for no reason.
- 5:26Speaker 1: And he's a great guy. And I found out the
- 5:27Speaker 1: whole story when I sat at dinner. Uh. There was
- 5:31Speaker 1: they put him in prison for what they said was
- 5:33Speaker 1: basically asking for a bribe for a Senate seat. You
- 5:36Speaker 1: know who was he asking for the Senate seat and
- 5:38Speaker 1: offering the bribe Barack Obama that the end result was
- 5:42Speaker 1: it was either gonna be Obama or Rod who went
- 5:46Speaker 1: to prison. And Obama turned to evidence first and ratted
- 5:50Speaker 1: on Rod and made sure that Rod got blamed for everything,
- 5:53Speaker 1: even though he's the one that made the phone call
- 5:55Speaker 1: and asked for the Senate seat to be given to
- 5:58Speaker 1: a specific person. No money ever changed hands, there was
- 6:01Speaker 1: no bribery, but someone was going to jail and it
- 6:04Speaker 1: could have been Obama. Instead he went to the presidency
- 6:06Speaker 1: and Rod Blogoyevitch went to prison. Obama is a piece
- 6:09Speaker 1: of garbage. What else can I say? But it's me,
- 6:12Speaker 1: Governor Rod Blogoyevitch, Blago and doctor Oz who's in charge
- 6:16Speaker 1: of Medicare a Medicaid for the United States of American. Of course,
- 6:19Speaker 1: before that was a huge TV star with his own
- 6:22Speaker 1: talk show. Next, there's me and Roger Stone, always impeccably dressed.
- 6:27Speaker 1: I just bought a suit in a jacket and I
- 6:29Speaker 1: think seven shirts from the Roger Stone collection. So he
- 6:32Speaker 1: told me that Scott Bessett, the Treasury Secretary, just bought
- 6:35Speaker 1: like eight suits for his collection. Of course, I'm not
- 6:38Speaker 1: a billionaire. Scott Bessett is a billionaire, so he could
- 6:41Speaker 1: buy eight suits. I bought one suit, one jacket from
- 6:43Speaker 1: the Roger Stone collection. But he is a great dresser.
- 6:46Speaker 1: He's in charge of the World's Best Dressed Men list.
- 6:49Speaker 1: He put me on it two years ago and I
- 6:51Speaker 1: hope to be on it again and Roger Stone and
- 6:54Speaker 1: I there's me and Cindy. That's the shot because that
- 6:58Speaker 1: just represents the White House again. I know this show
- 7:01Speaker 1: is a simulka as some of you are listening on
- 7:03Speaker 1: the radio, I can't help, but you want to switch
- 7:05Speaker 1: to the TV version of the show, Go to Rumble
- 7:07Speaker 1: dot com, go to the Gateway Pundit dot com. Right
- 7:11Speaker 1: at the top, click on it and watch. Go to
- 7:14Speaker 1: acue me, Patriot dot tv. I always want to say
- 7:18Speaker 1: Liberty TV. I don't know why, Patriot dot tv. Or
- 7:22Speaker 1: go to Root from America dot com and at the
- 7:24Speaker 1: top it says Watchway on TV or Watchwayne's podcast. Shows
- 7:27Speaker 1: you all the ways to connect. But I'm trying to
- 7:29Speaker 1: be as graphics as I can, so even on radio
- 7:31Speaker 1: you can enjoy it. That's me and Cindy in the
- 7:33Speaker 1: shot that represents the White House at Christmas the most,
- 7:37Speaker 1: So I love that shot. Maybe we'll put that on
- 7:39Speaker 1: our Christmas card. There's me and Cindy as we say
- 7:42Speaker 1: goodbye for the night from the White House. Just it
- 7:45Speaker 1: was a wonderful time. We had a great trip. I
- 7:47Speaker 1: don't know where. There are other photos as well. There's
- 7:49Speaker 1: Cindy with doctor Oz. Doctor Oz the ladies man. He
- 7:51Speaker 1: loves Cindy. He thinks Cindy's beautiful. You know, something is
- 7:54Speaker 1: something in common with all the men at the White House.
- 7:56Speaker 1: Rod Blagoyevitch, Wayne Rude, doctor Oz, Donald Trump, Bobby Kennedy.
- 8:01Speaker 1: We all our ladies met. We love beautiful women. You
- 8:04Speaker 1: know what that makes us normal? All American men as
- 8:07Speaker 1: opposed to everyone of the obamdministration. Men who like men,
- 8:11Speaker 1: men who like themselves to be women, the weirdest people
- 8:16Speaker 1: in the world in the Obama administration. In this administration,
- 8:19Speaker 1: we're all normal, healthy, all American men. Doctor Roz loves
- 8:23Speaker 1: to be in photos with Cindy. Next photo anything else?
- 8:26Speaker 1: Are we kind of out of him? Me with Rod
- 8:28Speaker 1: Blogoyevitch Blago, We went to dinner afterwards. He got to
- 8:31Speaker 1: know Cindy and I really well. We think of ourselves
- 8:35Speaker 1: as good friends, but we'd only seen each other on
- 8:37Speaker 1: the TV show. That was the first time I ever
- 8:39Speaker 1: met him in person, and we both said the same thing.
- 8:41Speaker 1: We felt like we've been friends our entire lives. It
- 8:44Speaker 1: was so weird that we never actually met in person.
- 8:47Speaker 1: And there were other photos too that did not go through.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I sent a more to David and they both said,
- 8:53Speaker 1: did not go through, and that's why you never saw anymore.
- 8:56Speaker 1: It was me with Terrence Williams, the comedian. He's a
- 8:58Speaker 1: black conservative commie. Think he's fantastic. And it was me.
- 9:02Speaker 3: What was the last one?
- 9:03Speaker 1: It was me, me, me, me, me, me with I
- 9:05Speaker 1: cannot remember who. There was one more really good one
- 9:08Speaker 1: and I can't remember who it was. I tried to
- 9:10Speaker 1: send it through, but it didn't go through. Oh oh,
- 9:12Speaker 1: me with Laura Lumer. That's what it was, me with
- 9:15Speaker 1: Laura Lumer. President Trump introduced to the crowd his entire cabinet,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and then he introduced Wayne Alan Roots. You have that
- 9:23Speaker 1: video of President Trump introducing Wayne Alan.
- 9:27Speaker 4: Route either real power in terms of the media.
- 9:35Speaker 3: And from day one with me, all right, what an honor?
- 9:54Speaker 1: I mean, he always introduces me at Trump rallies in
- 9:56Speaker 1: Las Vegas, but he's never introduced me at the White
- 9:59Speaker 1: House with his cabinet in attendance, and all his biggest
- 10:03Speaker 1: supporters and donors in attendance. It was the most star
- 10:06Speaker 1: studded crowd you've ever seen. Bobby Kennedy was there, and
- 10:10Speaker 1: the Attorney General of the United States was there. Pam
- 10:12Speaker 1: Bondi and the FBI director you saw was there and
- 10:15Speaker 1: kibitzing with me, and just everybody that was anybody. Don
- 10:20Speaker 1: Trump Junior was there announcing his engagement. But he's never
- 10:23Speaker 1: introduced me at the White House of the United States
- 10:25Speaker 1: of America. And what a great honor. Thank you, thank you,
- 10:28Speaker 1: thank you. He also introduced Laura Lumer, by the way,
- 10:31Speaker 1: who's been a great advisor to.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Him, just like I have.
- 10:33Speaker 1: And Laura Lumer, he introduced her as just getting engaged
- 10:37Speaker 1: and her boyfriend about to be her husband was with her,
- 10:40Speaker 1: so he wished her well. So congratulations, Laura Lumer. So
- 10:43Speaker 1: it was a great day at the White House. And
- 10:46Speaker 1: let me go over just real quick, what he said
- 10:48Speaker 1: about me that matters to me. First of all, he
- 10:51Speaker 1: set a powerhouse in the media. That's a wonderful thing
- 10:53Speaker 1: to hear. Thank you. I'm honored, mister President. But more important,
- 10:56Speaker 1: he talks about loyalty. That's the most important thing to him, said,
- 11:00Speaker 1: you know, you've been with me for the first day.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Actually before the first day, I was of recommend that
- 11:04Speaker 1: he run for president and encouraged him to run for president.
- 11:07Speaker 1: He said, I'll remember it forever. I never forget those things,
- 11:09Speaker 1: So thank you, President Trump. He also said, you got
- 11:12Speaker 1: some good real estate there. I got in the front.
- 11:14Speaker 1: That was smart. I moved right to the front. Doctor
- 11:16Speaker 1: Oz and Bobby Kennedy were so far in the back
- 11:18Speaker 1: you couldn't even see him. They raised their hands. He's like,
- 11:20Speaker 1: where are you. Oh my god, you're wait in the back,
- 11:21Speaker 1: Wayne Root, you got great real estate. I was right
- 11:23Speaker 1: there in front. I knew the right spot to stand.
- 11:26Speaker 1: So it was a great, great night at the White House.
- 11:29Speaker 1: But I'm burned out as could be and jet land
- 11:31Speaker 1: as could be. But I'm here. I'm here on war Zone,
- 11:35Speaker 1: the official podcast of the Gateway pun And now I'll

- 15:11Speaker 1: The funniest story today is war Raw. This is the
- 15:14Speaker 1: daily podcast, official podcast of The Gateway Punnitt. The Gateway
- 15:18Speaker 1: Punnit dot com over two point five million daily unique
- 15:21Speaker 1: readers as well as over a billion page views for
- 15:25Speaker 1: the second year in a row, headed for I don't
- 15:27Speaker 1: know one point two one point three billion page views
- 15:29Speaker 1: this year, way up over last year. Just keeps growing
- 15:33Speaker 1: even though Google and all these other companies are shadow
- 15:35Speaker 1: banning and cutting off all access to the Gateway punit
- 15:39Speaker 1: and to Wayne Root. That's why I've got one hundred
- 15:42Speaker 1: million dollar lawsuit against Google, one hundred million dollar lawsuit
- 15:44Speaker 1: against Stafford University, have coordinated it all, one hundred million
- 15:47Speaker 1: doll lawsuit against all the big players in social media.
- 15:52Speaker 1: This is the funniest story. White House installs plaques under
- 15:56Speaker 1: the presidential portraits on the White House Walk of Fame,
- 16:00Speaker 1: and they roast Joe Biden and Barack Obama because what
- 16:04Speaker 1: they've done it's it's the Walk of Fame in the
- 16:07Speaker 1: White House Rose Garden with portraits of all forty seven
- 16:11Speaker 1: presidents displayed, and he replaced the photo forty forty five
- 16:16Speaker 1: is Trump, forty seven is Trump? Forty six is supposed
- 16:20Speaker 1: to be Joe Biden, but it's just a photo of
- 16:22Speaker 1: an auto pen. And he decided just to not just
- 16:27Speaker 1: leave it at that. He actually they just the White
- 16:30Speaker 1: House reporters noted this morning that he's placed plaques under
- 16:34Speaker 1: the photographs with his own twist on the biographies of
- 16:39Speaker 1: the president's and under Biden, he puts sleepy Joe Biden
- 16:44Speaker 1: by far the worst president in America's history. And under Obama,
- 16:48Speaker 1: he highlights the word who's sin Barack, who's saying? Obama
- 16:53Speaker 1: highlights who's sane? And he says one of the most
- 16:56Speaker 1: divisive political figures in America's history. So he's got his
- 17:02Speaker 1: own twist on everything. He also mentions the stolen twenty
- 17:07Speaker 1: twenty election.
- 17:08Speaker 5: Uh.
- 17:08Speaker 1: He also says Biden's got severe mental decline and then
- 17:16Speaker 1: just says, despite it all, President Trump would get re
- 17:19Speaker 1: elected in a landslide and save America. Trump is funny.
- 17:25Speaker 1: He is funny.
- 17:26Speaker 3: If you don't appreciate his humor, you're you're just out.
- 17:29Speaker 1: In left field. Left field. See you're left winger. Here
- 17:32Speaker 1: is the craziest UH story of the day, and Obama
- 17:37Speaker 1: judge lavishly praises an illegal alien who raped and sodomized
- 17:45Speaker 1: a helpless woman with cerebral pusley cerebral palsy and refuses
- 17:52Speaker 1: to add more years to his sentence. A wicked judge,
- 17:57Speaker 1: I mean, these are sick people. She might as well
- 17:59Speaker 1: write on a broom. So the Detroit News reported Friday
- 18:05Speaker 1: in a violet illegal alien from Honduras who sexually assaulted
- 18:08Speaker 1: a woman with cerebral palsy in a Michigan laundry room
- 18:12Speaker 1: will be released from prison as early as July twenty
- 18:14Speaker 1: twenty eight, less than three years for now, thanks to

- 18:26Speaker 1: caught sneaking into the USA seven times since twenty nineteen,

- 18:34Speaker 1: Sentenced by Judge Judith Levy in August twenty twenty four
- 18:37Speaker 1: a time served. She had the opportunity to serve two
- 18:40Speaker 1: more years. I should say to add two more years
- 18:43Speaker 1: to a sentence, but declined to do so. But not
- 18:46Speaker 1: only did Levy I'm Jewish, I could say this a

- 19:00Speaker 1: I love Jewish people. I can't stand liberal Ivy League
- 19:04Speaker 1: Jewish communists. That's what this woman is. Not only did
- 19:07Speaker 1: Levy refuse to add more years to ds sentence, but
- 19:10Speaker 1: she openly praised him buttari raped and sodomized a wom
- 19:15Speaker 1: with cerebral policy. She openly praised him for being an
- 19:19Speaker 1: ambassador for living up to our immigration restrictions and for
- 19:23Speaker 1: his family, devotion and willingness to perform work that Americans
- 19:27Speaker 1: find undesirable. I know I can't say this, what the
- 19:32Speaker 1: f I'd love to say what I'd love to say
- 19:35Speaker 1: the word, what the F? Are?

- 19:37Speaker 1: Insane?
- 19:39Speaker 3: Insane?
- 19:40Speaker 1: And Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin on Saturday called
- 19:44Speaker 1: the decision unspeakable, unspeakable depravity, and truly wicked. This judge

- 22:54Speaker 1: was at the White House Christmas Party. And who's a
- 22:57Speaker 1: friend of President Trump? Peter Tickton as a friend. He's
- 23:00Speaker 1: a former classmate of President Trump. They went to military
- 23:03Speaker 1: academy together. He is my guest in this segment. I
- 23:06Speaker 1: do want to mention though quickly before he gets to
- 23:08Speaker 1: Peter the sponsor of this segment of the show. It's VRA,
- 23:13Speaker 1: which is Vertical Research Advisory. VRA is a global investment
- 23:18Speaker 1: and economic newsletter. It's the best in the business. I'm
- 23:21Speaker 1: a witness for twenty two years now that it's the
- 23:23Speaker 1: best since he started it in two thousand and three.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Kip Herrid started in two thousand and three.
- 23:30Speaker 1: His top performing recommendations have beaten the market eighteen out
- 23:33Speaker 1: of twenty one years, and this year, which is two
- 23:36Speaker 1: weeks ago, we can officially say now nineteen out of
- 23:39Speaker 1: twenty two years, almost ninety percent of the time he
- 23:41Speaker 1: beats the market. Nobody can say that. There was an
- 23:44Speaker 1: article and I believe was Baron's ninety percent of all
- 23:48Speaker 1: money market managers lose to the stock market. This guy
- 23:51Speaker 1: beats the market ninety percent of the time. That means
- 23:53Speaker 1: he beats money market managers one hundred percent of the time.
- 23:56Speaker 1: His portfolio as of the end of the third quarter
- 23:59Speaker 1: was up forty one in eight percent this year. I'm
- 24:01Speaker 1: a witness for all these twenty two years. It's like
- 24:04Speaker 1: this all the time. He is amazing. He is like
- 24:06Speaker 1: a guy with a crystal ball kip heerriage. And you
- 24:09Speaker 1: can get it for free for two weeks. You can
- 24:12Speaker 1: judge for yourself. It comes every morning in your email.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I read it every morning. First thing I do, I
- 24:16Speaker 1: get up my eyes open. I read his VRA newsletter
- 24:19Speaker 1: to find out what the stock market's gonna do today,
- 24:22Speaker 1: on what we should invest in. My whole portfolio is
- 24:26Speaker 1: built around his picks, and I was up forty one
- 24:28Speaker 1: plus percent as of the end of the third quarter.
- 24:30Speaker 1: We'll see what it ends up for the year. Your
- 24:32Speaker 1: free two week membership is waiting at vr insider dot com.

- 24:48Speaker 1: Peter Tickton, who's an attorney and founder of Tickton Law Group.
- 24:52Speaker 1: His website is Legalbrains dot com Legal Brains dot com.
- 24:58Speaker 1: He's the author of What Makes Trump tick I wrote
- 25:01Speaker 1: the book Trump rules. We seem to be running in
- 25:03Speaker 1: equal circles. He's a good man, and I believe, if
- 25:07Speaker 1: I'm not mistaken, we come from the same place, and
- 25:09Speaker 1: we went to the same college, and we got a
- 25:11Speaker 1: lot of things in comed He's a good man.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Peter Tickton.
- 25:13Speaker 1: We also have in common that I'm a big fan
- 25:15Speaker 1: of Tina Peters and you're her attorney who's doing a
- 25:18Speaker 1: great job. Welcome to the show.
- 25:20Speaker 5: Thank you so much. It's a pleasure to being here.
- 25:23Speaker 1: We have weird things. We run in weird circles. You've
- 25:26Speaker 1: been on a few times now, and I'm always amazed
- 25:28Speaker 1: that we have so many things in common. So I just,
- 25:32Speaker 1: for no particular reason, last week, I just decided to
- 25:36Speaker 1: write a column about Tina Peters and say, President Trump,
- 25:38Speaker 1: you've got to do something now. The woman could die
- 25:41Speaker 1: in prison. I know you've worked onne this. You've spoken
- 25:43Speaker 1: to him so many times, and you've made the case.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And I made the case and I sent it to
- 25:47Speaker 1: him last Thursday, and that later that day he came
- 25:50Speaker 1: out and said, I've pardoned Tina Peters. The problem is,
- 25:54Speaker 1: I don't know. You know, certainly they don't believe that
- 25:58Speaker 1: a federal pardon applies to a state crime, a state conviction.
- 26:02Speaker 1: So I don't think Trump's pardon is going to mean
- 26:05Speaker 1: anything as of now. It doesn't. Do you think the
- 26:08Speaker 1: dog could make the case that a federal pardon does
- 26:12Speaker 1: apply to a state crin.
- 26:15Speaker 6: Well, it's not going to be up to the DJ
- 26:18Speaker 6: to do that. It's going to be up to my
- 26:21Speaker 6: legal team and me for Dana Peters.
- 26:24Speaker 5: To do that. Okay, And you know, we've got quite
- 26:27Speaker 5: a team.
- 26:27Speaker 6: I mean, we've got Patrick McSweeney, you know, Bobson Carr,
- 26:31Speaker 6: John Case, Stephanie Lambert, and myself, you know, as the
- 26:36Speaker 6: team leader.
- 26:38Speaker 5: So you know, I'm.
- 26:39Speaker 6: Pretty sure that we have a really good case for
- 26:42Speaker 6: it because it's true, you know. And it's kind of
- 26:45Speaker 6: funny because a month ago, I would have said the
- 26:48Speaker 6: same thing that they're saying. Because when you read the Constitution,
- 26:53Speaker 6: we're talking about Article two, Section two, paragraph one, the
- 26:57Speaker 6: Constitution basically says that he meeting the President can issue
- 27:02Speaker 6: a pardon for offenses against the United States.
- 27:07Speaker 5: So what does that mean to you?
- 27:08Speaker 6: What does it mean to anybody in the twenty first century?
- 27:12Speaker 6: The United States is a great country, and we think
- 27:18Speaker 6: of the country, we think of the federal aspect of
- 27:22Speaker 6: the United States when we think of the United States,
- 27:26Speaker 6: you know, so you know, if I were to talk
- 27:29Speaker 6: about the United States, I say it is a great
- 27:31Speaker 6: country because I'm talking about the federal aspects of it.
- 27:34Speaker 6: I'm talking about the country. But before the Civil War
- 27:39Speaker 6: and even through it, that's not the way people thought
- 27:44Speaker 6: of the United States. You know, state, a nation, country,
- 27:48Speaker 6: they're all synonymous those words. So we could have been
- 27:52Speaker 6: called the United Nations, we could have been called the
- 27:54Speaker 6: United States as we were, or the United countries. And
- 27:59Speaker 6: if you to think of, you know, put yourself in
- 28:02Speaker 6: the mentality of how it must have been for our
- 28:05Speaker 6: founders at the time that they wrote the Constitution and
- 28:10Speaker 6: decided that the leader of the country should have the
- 28:14Speaker 6: right to make pardons. At that time, there were no
- 28:16Speaker 6: federal laws to pardon except one was created in the
- 28:23Speaker 6: Article three, section three in regard to treason. But even there,
- 28:28Speaker 6: when they're talking about it, they spoke differently. They didn't
- 28:31Speaker 6: speak of the United States as it it spoke of
- 28:34Speaker 6: the United States, and there their enemies, not its enemies.
- 28:41Speaker 6: And this distinction in terms of these problem pronouns are
- 28:45Speaker 6: really important because they really show what we're talking about before.
- 28:51Speaker 5: You know, the Civil War was a horrendous war.
- 28:54Speaker 6: Seven hundred and fifty thousand lives were taken, you know
- 28:57Speaker 6: these we used to think it was six hundred thousand
- 28:59Speaker 6: or six fifty, but they upgraded that somehow in the
- 29:01Speaker 6: last years, and it's seven hundred and fifty thousand lives.
- 29:05Speaker 1: People are realized here, that's the most in history, much
- 29:07Speaker 1: more than World War Two for American lives, much more.
- 29:10Speaker 6: Much more than much more than World War two, much
- 29:14Speaker 6: more than World War One, much more. Vietnam was fifty
- 29:16Speaker 6: eight thousand lives, right, So you know, when you put
- 29:19Speaker 6: these numbers together, I don't think they were more than
- 29:21Speaker 6: that in World War One, World War two, and Vietnam.
- 29:25Speaker 3: All come together, Yeah, goodbye.
- 29:29Speaker 6: And also we're talking about out of a population that
- 29:32Speaker 6: was much smaller.
- 29:33Speaker 5: We were only one hundred million at the time.
- 29:34Speaker 1: So if I understand this argument, Peter, what you're really
- 29:37Speaker 1: saying is when the founders came up with this idea
- 29:39Speaker 1: of the pardon, they weren't seeing the United States as
- 29:43Speaker 1: the country, the United States of America. They were saying
- 29:45Speaker 1: the United States, I mean these states, these these colonies together.
- 29:49Speaker 5: Right exactly. That's what it meant.
- 29:52Speaker 6: So if I were to read it the way it
- 29:54Speaker 6: was meant and put in a word to just to
- 29:56Speaker 6: make it make sense, it's you know that.
- 29:59Speaker 5: He has right to pardon all of the.
- 30:03Speaker 6: Offenses against any or all of the states in the
- 30:08Speaker 6: United States. In other words, you know, let's just say,
- 30:12Speaker 6: you know, there was a new country that started Bolivia
- 30:15Speaker 6: and Ecuador, and let's say four countries in South America
- 30:18Speaker 6: decided to get together and call themselves the United Countries
- 30:22Speaker 6: of South America, right, and the president had the right
- 30:26Speaker 6: to pardon anyone in the United Countries of South America.
- 30:31Speaker 6: You'd be thinking at that time of the countries because
- 30:34Speaker 6: the countries were all right, I mean when we and yeah,
- 30:38Speaker 6: at the time of the Revolutionary War. Right after the
- 30:40Speaker 6: Revolutionary War, we we changed, you know, we we were
- 30:45Speaker 6: colonies and each top colony turned into.
- 30:49Speaker 5: A state into a nation. I get its own, right,
- 30:52Speaker 5: You're gonna have.
- 30:53Speaker 1: To make that argument.
- 30:54Speaker 3: I get it, I get it.
- 30:55Speaker 1: But I mean the questions will be arguing for the
- 30:57Speaker 1: liberal judges in Colorado, who don't care how good you are,
- 31:00Speaker 1: is going to just say no, no, no, no no.
- 31:02Speaker 1: You know, that's the.
- 31:03Speaker 6: Problem, exactly exactly and that's what I'm anticipating, and and
- 31:07Speaker 6: our whole team has gone through this whole analysis as.
- 31:10Speaker 5: To what we need to do, and what we're doing
- 31:13Speaker 5: is we're we're we have two proms.
- 31:18Speaker 6: We're going to commence an action, hopefully this week in
- 31:23Speaker 6: the Federal Court in Denver or declaratory relief, so that
- 31:29Speaker 6: the court will be able to rule as to the
- 31:31Speaker 6: fact that the pardon is a good pardon or not.
- 31:35Speaker 5: It doesn't matter what they say.
- 31:37Speaker 6: Whoever loses is definitely going to appeal to the ten
- 31:39Speaker 6: Circuit Court of Appeals, and it doesn't matter what they
- 31:42Speaker 6: say because.
- 31:43Speaker 5: We're actually going to have to take this to the
- 31:45Speaker 5: previous Streme Court, of course.
- 31:46Speaker 6: But the thing that's good about it, it's all the
- 31:48Speaker 6: illegal argument. There's no facts that need to be proven,
- 31:51Speaker 6: so we'll be able to make this thing happen with
- 31:54Speaker 6: either emotion for judgment on the pleadings or emotion for
- 31:58Speaker 6: summary judgment, one way that we'll be able to move
- 32:00Speaker 6: this thing very quickly. And at the same time, we
- 32:05Speaker 6: have an appeal that we're supposed to argue in the
- 32:07Speaker 6: State Court in Colorado, but with us saying that there
- 32:11Speaker 6: are no charges that are outstanding at this time, and
- 32:15Speaker 6: the State of Colorado saying, oh, yes, there are, because
- 32:19Speaker 6: the pardon doesn't mean anything. What we have now is
- 32:23Speaker 6: an appellate court, the Court of Appeals in Colorado is
- 32:26Speaker 6: going to have to decide whether they have an appeal
- 32:29Speaker 6: to hear the argument dawn, or whether there's no appeal
- 32:32Speaker 6: left because the charges are gone because of the part.
- 32:35Speaker 5: So you know, so that's the better way to go.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Hey, Peter, let me ask you a question. Let me
- 32:40Speaker 1: ask you a question. First of all, do you have
- 32:42Speaker 1: time to wait through the break and come back for
- 32:44Speaker 1: another segment, because I'd like to go into a whole
- 32:46Speaker 1: bunch of other Tina Peters legal legal talk. There's a
- 32:49Speaker 1: bunch of legal questions I've got for you that I
- 32:52Speaker 1: think are kind of interesting. You have another five minutes
- 32:55Speaker 1: or so to give me another segment?
- 32:56Speaker 5: Yes, all right, yeah, absolutely.
- 32:58Speaker 1: All right, right, so wait through the break, but be
- 33:00Speaker 1: ready to answer this question. Let me give you the
- 33:02Speaker 1: question right now. Let me pose it to you. Why
- 33:04Speaker 1: can't President Trump and hiss DOJ say that the twenty
- 33:07Speaker 1: twenty election we believe was stolen and she was a
- 33:10Speaker 1: witness to the stolen election, thereby making her a member
- 33:13Speaker 1: of WITSEC, of the Witness Protection program of the federal government,
- 33:17Speaker 1: and we want her right now. She's a witness protected
- 33:20Speaker 1: by the federal government. We want Tina Peters out of
- 33:23Speaker 1: that prison right now. Answer that we get back, Wayne
- 33:26Speaker 1: delan Route with Peter Dickton. We'll be right back talking
- 33:28Speaker 1: about Tina Peters, all right. Wayne aw Lanue here with
- 33:37Speaker 1: Alan Powiser and advocate for Great Patriot Store dot com.
- 33:41Speaker 1: What a great company, great American company, an alternative to wokeness,
- 33:45Speaker 1: run by pro American conservatives, just voted by USA Today
- 33:49Speaker 1: as one of America's best stores in twenty twenty five.
- 33:53Speaker 1: I know we've got a slide up there, Alan, that
- 33:55Speaker 1: we could show everyone not only the products exceptional, but
- 33:58Speaker 1: the prices are exceptional. Yeah, absolutely Wane.
- 34:02Speaker 7: For the last forty years, our company has focused on
- 34:04Speaker 7: manufacturing exceptional products at reasonable prices right here in the

- 34:19Speaker 1: Now, President Trump obviously doing a great job, but he's
- 34:23Speaker 1: being impacted by some things that were from the Biden administration.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Like inflation, there's still rising prices. There's still companies like Procter,
- 34:32Speaker 1: Gamble and Amazon talking about increasing prices. Membership at Costco
- 34:36Speaker 1: and Amazon continue to go up. How does your products
- 34:39Speaker 1: at Great Patriot Store compare to other natural.
- 34:42Speaker 7: Brand we're doing. We're a very very competitively priced. In fact,
- 34:45Speaker 7: if you take a look, we've got hundreds of products.
- 34:47Speaker 7: But if you just drill down our laundry detergent, it's
- 34:50Speaker 7: a staple for everybody. It's a patented product, and you
- 34:53Speaker 7: get ninety six loads of wash for nineteen dollars and
- 34:56Speaker 7: forty nine cents versus our competitor, it's twice the price.
- 35:00Speaker 7: Our competitors are twice the price in almost all cases
- 35:03Speaker 7: of all of our consumer goods. And by the way,
- 35:05Speaker 7: you mentioned Costco's membership increasing. Our membership has been the
- 35:09Speaker 7: same for forty years. It's never gone up. And right
- 35:12Speaker 7: now you can get a membership for only one dollar
- 35:14Speaker 7: for the entire year.
- 35:17Speaker 1: All right, My top reason for buying at Great Patriot
- 35:20Speaker 1: is the meat. I love the meat, I love the beef,
- 35:23Speaker 1: I love the serline, I love the hamburgers, I love
- 35:25Speaker 1: the hot dogs. It is fantastic, But I want you

- 35:32Speaker 1: buy from Great Patriots Store dot com. Absolutely.

- 37:53Speaker 1: All right back with Peter Tickton representing Tina Peters with
- 37:57Speaker 1: kind of an OJ Simpson all star lineup of great lawyers.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Sounds fabulous. So answer that question for me, Why couldn't
- 38:06Speaker 1: she be in WITSEC Why couldn't Trump declare that tomorrow
- 38:09Speaker 1: or Trump's DOJ declare tomorrow? PIMBONDI declare tomorrow and we
- 38:14Speaker 1: get her out of that prison, out of Colorado's hands?
- 38:18Speaker 5: Well, they can.
- 38:20Speaker 6: You know the fact is that the prison isn't necessarily
- 38:22Speaker 6: going to cooperate with anything that they do, So then
- 38:25Speaker 6: what do they do? You know, they don't want to
- 38:27Speaker 6: put themselves into a box where they can where they
- 38:29Speaker 6: can look weak, or where they can where they can
- 38:32Speaker 6: lose out.
- 38:33Speaker 5: I mean, ultimately, we know we're going to get her
- 38:35Speaker 5: out one way or the other.
- 38:37Speaker 6: Because because she's not just that she's not guilty, because
- 38:41Speaker 6: there's plenty a guilty of any people in the prisons,
- 38:44Speaker 6: but because we have a very good viable appeal.
- 38:49Speaker 5: I mean, this judge didn't let her even have her
- 38:52Speaker 5: have her defense.
- 38:53Speaker 1: Is hurt.
- 38:54Speaker 5: But you're right, I mean I would love to see that.
- 38:57Speaker 6: I mean, would I ever love to see the president
- 39:01Speaker 6: make her or his DJ make her a witness and
- 39:06Speaker 6: the witness protection program where they then have every right
- 39:09Speaker 6: to go in there and get her out.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Could they turn that down in Colorado?
- 39:14Speaker 3: The prison could turn that down too.
- 39:16Speaker 1: I mean, in all the years I watched him in order,
- 39:18Speaker 1: they always get mad when someone's declared whitset because he's
- 39:21Speaker 1: a twelve time murderer. But he's going up against the
- 39:24Speaker 1: mafia boss. They have to let him out, and they
- 39:26Speaker 1: get mad, right, right, they get mad, but they do it.
- 39:29Speaker 1: I mean they wouldn't do it if if Trump did that,
- 39:32Speaker 1: they wouldn't even cooperate let her go.
- 39:37Speaker 5: You know, Colorado is a fall on state.
- 39:40Speaker 6: Yeah's a state that that's being run by the people
- 39:43Speaker 6: that have the crooked elections.
- 39:45Speaker 5: I mean, look at we're talking about.
- 39:46Speaker 6: You're talking about a lady that's that what what a
- 39:50Speaker 6: crime that she imaged the hard drive of a computer
- 39:53Speaker 6: to crazy deserve evidence. So she she's preserving the truth,
- 39:58Speaker 6: and the people that put her in there hiding they
- 40:01Speaker 6: you know, basically they're hiding the truth.
- 40:03Speaker 5: Peter, you know, destroy the evidence. I mean we know that.
- 40:06Speaker 1: That's why, Peter, you know, you know I'm Jewish, right,
- 40:09Speaker 1: they call Jewish guilt. I'm living this great life I'm
- 40:12Speaker 1: living a great life, right, it's Christmas, it's Hanukah. I'm
- 40:15Speaker 1: out here fighting for Trump, fighting for America. You're fighting
- 40:18Speaker 1: for Trump, You're fighting for America. We are living a
- 40:21Speaker 1: great life, and she's rotting away in a prison. I
- 40:24Speaker 1: feel such sorrow and guilt about it. I really do.
- 40:28Speaker 5: Oh, it's it's worse than that. She's in solitary confinement.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Down terrible, she could die.
- 40:34Speaker 6: These people, these people are just horrible, horrible. And look
- 40:39Speaker 6: at who they are. I mean, look at what they're doing. Right,
- 40:42Speaker 6: who's the real criminal, the one that wiped out the
- 40:45Speaker 6: data out of the machines. You know, Jenna Brisbold, she
- 40:50Speaker 6: is a criminal. She violated federal laws. She needs to
- 40:55Speaker 6: be not only investigated, she needs to be charged. It's
- 40:59Speaker 6: like the mafia, and this.
- 41:00Speaker 1: Is the mafia. It's it's the communist mafia of Colorado.
- 41:05Speaker 6: Well, yeah, move together with Divinion Machines, because don't forget
- 41:08Speaker 6: it was actually Dominion Machines that told her to charge
- 41:12Speaker 6: Tina Peters.
- 41:15Speaker 5: So I didn't know these emails. I didn't even know emails.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Incredible, incredible. So, so I mean, is there anything that
- 41:22Speaker 1: you wish President Trump could do?
- 41:25Speaker 3: You know, I don't know.
- 41:26Speaker 1: You maybe talk to more than I do. I don't know.
- 41:27Speaker 1: But I send them all my columns. I send them
- 41:29Speaker 1: all my letters, and he reads everything. I know.
- 41:32Speaker 6: I know I can ask his office. I can't quite
- 41:35Speaker 6: do that yet. But you know the fact is, you
- 41:37Speaker 6: know you're I. I.
- 41:40Speaker 5: You know I. You have a tremendous access.
- 41:44Speaker 1: I got a pipeline to him. Is there anything I
- 41:46Speaker 1: can say on her behalf or your behalf that you
- 41:49Speaker 1: want me to say to them, because I'll send the
- 41:51Speaker 1: letter this afternoon tonight, you know, send it to me.
- 41:54Speaker 5: One thing we know.
- 41:55Speaker 6: One thing we know about Donald Trump is he has
- 41:57Speaker 6: the courage of his convictions.
- 42:00Speaker 5: Right.
- 42:00Speaker 6: If he decides he wants to do something, he's going
- 42:02Speaker 6: to do it. And you've got no leader in this
- 42:05Speaker 6: world that doesn't at least have to think twice or
- 42:07Speaker 6: three times before saying no to Donald Trump. You know,
- 42:11Speaker 6: people don't say no to Donald Trump. You got this
- 42:14Speaker 6: pip speak of a governor who's in there, you know, and.
- 42:18Speaker 1: He just did. Colorado just said no to President Trump.
- 42:22Speaker 1: The leaders of the world don't say no, and he
- 42:23Speaker 1: said no.
- 42:25Speaker 5: I understand.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Yeah, Look, Peter, Peter, here's the deal. It's Wayne Root
- 42:30Speaker 1: at gmail dot com. And I think you got my
- 42:32Speaker 1: cell phone too. You can text me whatever message you
