Recently Kyle Rittenhouse, charged with murdering two people and shooting a third with an illegally owned assault rifle is now out on a $2 million bail, raised by the public, half of whom regard him as a hero and he may well not spend one more day in prison. The rapper Bobby Shmurda will finish all seven years of his sentence for illegally owning a gun, yet not being the direct perpetrator of any other crime and was treated by the legal system in America at the age of 20 as a mafia boss. One is white, one is black.
