- 0:03Jasmine, oolong, green and white.
- 0:07Long ago, these four tees were skilfully brewed at the Blissful Brew.
- 0:11Then everything changed when the shop's popularity threatened its existence.
- 0:17All Mr.
- 0:17Okran, the shop's owner and teammaster, could do was to recruit four teenage orphans to learn his trade and staff his shop.
- 0:26A year has passed since the orphans were hired, and although their skills have progressed, they still have a lot to learn before they can brew anything.
- 0:34But I believe that they have the potential to make the Blissful Brew the greatest tea shop in the world.
- 0:41Last time on Benders and Brews an Avatar Legends podcast.
- 0:45Mr.
- 0:46Ogaron says yes.
- 0:47It was probably my old employer hot Leaf Juice, 30 years ago, but essentially I coowned hot leaf Juice when it first started with, at the time, my business partner, Madame Yang, she stabbed me in the back.
- 1:05Literally.
- 1:06Since then, I've exited the company because I didn't agree with a lot of their policies and sort of the direction things were going and decided to go off and start my own tea shop.
- 1:16She was not happy about that and she's always been after me for it.
- 1:19Well, admittedly, Gaoling is one of the few larger cities in the entire Earth kingdoms that doesn't currently have a hot leaf juice.
- 1:27I'm the one thing standing in our way from really taking over the entire land.
- 1:31Well, Mr.
- 1:32Okoron, I have some great news for you.
- 1:33You're going in half these for the party.
- 1:37I found this note in their studies and it says here that Hot Leaf Juice was in with the Shifu family and they paid the Shifu family to not use our business and to switch over.
- 1:48The hot leaf juice is going to be here in town.
- 1:51I'm going to get the ingredients prepped and ready.
- 1:54We will show our professional capabilities and our tea quality will be superior, meaning we need to ditch half their supply.
- 2:02Hot Leafy Juice doesn't know what we look like.
- 2:04A couple of us could just act like we're working for the Shifu family and we're going to help them unload their stuff for them.
- 2:11And by unload, we take it the wrong way and then just ditch it somewhere.
- 2:14We just posed as hot leads juice the entire time.
- 2:17So Mika and I will be hot leaf juice.
- 2:21We could have silver ink in their teeth.
- 2:24You watch them pull in their cart.
- 2:27As soon as it pulls over, you see a few people get out.
- 2:31And then this woman steps out, very tall, very intimidating.
- 2:34She looks over at you guys in your booth and she just gets this like, little curl of a smile in the corner of her lips and she starts walking towards you.
- 2:43Hello, everyone, and welcome to Better's and Bruise, a non canonical Avatar Legends real play podcast.
- 2:49My name is Scott Gorsett and I am the game master, creating the story alongside my co writer, Dr.
- 2:55Nick, and then bringing it to you and the players who are sitting around me who are going to introduce themselves.
- 3:02Whoever's.
- 3:03Ready? Go.
- 3:05Dave here.
- 3:06I'm playing Guaohan.
- 3:10The adamant.
- 3:11I'm Cameron.
- 3:13I'm playing Bill door.
- 3:14The guardian.
- 3:15I'm Connor.
- 3:16And I am Broccoli, the earth bending hammer.
- 3:19I'm ECA.
- 3:20And if you don't know my name yet, you never will to make a stage name.
- 3:25Yeah, I got a good stage name for what do they call it? Writer.
- 3:28I'm able and I play Michael.
- 3:33Mabel.
- 3:35Sorry.
- 3:36Mccallah.
- 3:38I literally will throat hug you.
- 3:40Throat Hugh.
- 3:46The regular Bart Simpson treatment.
- 3:50Hold on.
- 3:51You guys never heard of throat hogging? I did today.
- 3:54Okay.
- 3:55I've heard of tonsil hockey.
- 3:59Interesting.
- 4:00That's a whole other sport.
- 4:02What your dentist performs.
- 4:03Oh, I'm sure there's dentists out here.
- 4:08All right, so today's question for your characters is it actually, ironically, kind of follows really nicely with episode one question, which was, what is their favorite tea? Well, I have to ask you guys as we're sitting here with some wonderful Costco muffins that Connor brought us, what is your favorite tea time snack? What do you like to eat with your tea? You want me to start? Yeah, sure.
- 4:33You brought the muffins.
- 4:35Clarifying questions.
- 4:37Favorite tea time snack.
- 4:40Our favorite tea time snack or character's favorite times? Oh, your characters.
- 4:44But you can also add your personal favorite as well, if you want to.
- 4:48So personally, it's probably the same.
- 4:53I enjoy it.
- 4:54Lady fingers.
- 4:55Those little cookies.
- 4:56And I feel like those would work well with Broccoli as well because they're usually very hard and dry, like a rock.
- 5:07He's got a thing for rocks.
- 5:09Yeah, he doesn't know what else to do if there weren't any rocks around.
- 5:13Sure.
- 5:14He's going to stick with the lady fingers.
- 5:16All right.
- 5:17That's interesting.
- 5:18I wouldn't have thought of that one.
- 5:19Which is ironic because I feel like it's a very popular teatime snack.
- 5:22I think so.
- 5:23Right on.
- 5:26What about Guo Han? Just I don't know.
- 5:27I'm just kind of going around the bohan.
- 5:30Oh, sorry.
- 5:46enjoys a nice air Nomad custard tart.
- 5:52Wow.
- 5:53Yeah, the air nomad.
- 5:55Something that travels with the carnival.
- 5:56Sure.
- 5:57They made those, and they were quite delicious indeed.
- 6:01Did he have a specific, like, fruit or flavor of tart that he really likes? Not just the plain.
- 6:08Okay.
- 6:09I was waiting for you to pull a bill Door and just be like, lemon, lemon grass.
- 6:21Just from episode one.
- 6:30is a pretty good tea.
- 6:31Honestly, I would drink that.
- 6:33I would try it.
- 6:35It has quite the, like, zing to it.
- 6:37It'd be very zesty tea, but anyway, very summer tea, I would say.
- 6:43Anyway.
- 6:46Well, if you rewind your brains and remember back, bill Door doesn't drink tea.
- 6:51He drinks water.
- 6:52Okay.
- 6:53What's his favorite water time snack? I guess his favorite snack.
- 6:58I guess just in general, because it's salad.
- 7:02Salad.
- 7:03He likes a nice salad with his water.
- 7:04All right, put some he likes mixing up his dressings and stuff and mix up with flavor.
- 7:09I'm sure if he did drink tea, he'd like it with salad.
- 7:12Sure.
- 7:13Just because.
- 7:13I don't know why not.
- 7:14Salad with the liquid is pretty good.
- 7:16Salad, like wearing the color black.
- 7:18It just kind of goes with everything.
- 7:19Yes, it goes with any meal, goes with any drink.
- 7:24Keeps you healthy.
- 7:25Fair enough.
- 7:26All right.
- 7:27It's different, but that's a fair point.
- 7:32He likes that rabbit food.
- 7:34That's some dressing.
- 7:35That's right.
- 7:36Like, what kind of dressing? Like I said, he mixes it up.
- 7:40He mixes it.
- 7:41Usually doesn't have the same one twice in a row.
- 7:43What does Mika like to eat with her, too? Yeah, how are you going to top salad? Mika likes some nice chocolate of any kind.
- 7:55Oh, okay.
- 7:56Just chocolate, though.
- 7:58Like, not like chocolate covered.
- 8:00Just chocolate.
- 8:01Okay.
- 8:01She likes those fruity, remember? Right.
- 8:04Which would pair very chocolate.
- 8:05All right, that's fair.
- 8:07She doesn't have to have a chocolate covered blueberry, for instance, because she's drinking a blueberry tea.
- 8:14So she gets the essence of it done.
- 8:16All the work of melting chocolate onto the fruit.
- 8:18Yes.
- 8:19Sometimes she'll melt the chocolate from the hot water.
- 8:22Sure.
- 8:23All right, perfect.
- 8:25Well, now that we have all that out of the way, let's move back into episode six of Benders and Bruise.
- 8:35Back inside the mansion, Mika is making her way sneakily through the fancy corridors, past the various servants, putting up decorations, banners and paper lanterns.
- 8:50Not so much inside, actually.
- 8:52Probably for the paper lanterns because those are a fire hazard.
- 8:56But banners, posters, those little flag things that you hang on the wall, they're stringing, fancy stuff.
- 9:06I'm not really, like, I don't know this stuff quite as well, so I'm just kind of going off of whatever pops in my head.
- 9:12Banners, like the flag banners.
- 9:14Sure.
- 9:15Penance.
- 9:16Yeah.
- 9:16Oh, there you go.
- 9:17See, that's why you're here.
- 9:21Garland.
- 9:21They got garland on various anything that's a pole shape.
- 9:26They have garland on it.
- 9:29Lamps, pillars, floor holes, curtain rods that don't have curtains on them for whatever reason.
- 9:45Anyways, what are you doing, Mika? What are you looking for? What are you after? Right now? I'm finding containers to hold that pond water in.
- 9:58Oh, okay.
- 9:59Well, I would say it probably wouldn't take you very long to find an assortment, or at least kind of point out you're not, like, gathering them all together, but you're kind of mentally pointing out, like, oh, over there, there's, like, an ornate Voss.
- 10:12Over there, there's a boss.
- 10:14It's smaller, probably more holdable, but it's got a flower in it, so I'd have to dump it over there.
- 10:21You don't see any, like, buckets? Because, again, they're trying to keep everything really clean and fancy.
- 10:27They don't have any buckets in here.
- 10:28The mopping has already been done, like, three days beforehand.
- 10:32Nothing fancy.
- 10:33Buckets in the corner.
- 10:36You got to keep them somewhere.
- 10:39I mean, not out in the open, at least if you wanted to check other spaces or something like that.
- 10:46No.
- 10:47Okay.
- 10:47Just like in the open.
- 10:49Okay.
- 10:50Yeah.
- 10:51Lots of bosses.
- 10:59Right.
- 10:59Do you normally say boss? No, I normally say Vs, but they're fancy, so it's going to be a ball.
- 11:05The cost more.
- 11:08Is there like a decent sized one that I could easily carry full of water? Yeah, like I said, you find them in a variety of okay.
- 11:20You find them in a variety of shapes and sizes.
- 11:23So yeah, you're able to find one, you find, like, a perfectly sized one.
- 11:27It is a bit heavy, but again, that's because this one has flour inside of it.
- 11:32Like flour or a flower? Just what? Oh, yeah, like a flower not full of flour that the chef is running past.
- 11:41Like, give me that back.
- 11:43I got to go make the cake.
- 11:44I'm so far behind.
- 11:45Okay.
- 11:46I pull out the flour, I break the roots off and I stick it in my braid.
- 11:54Okay, that's good cover.
- 11:56I mean, I'm not going to lie, I was like, oh, I've got to be intrigued by how she's going to hide the evidence.
- 12:01I mean, there's still some dirt in there, but as I go outside, I'm just going to sprinkle it and flower beds or whatever.
- 12:06I'm spreading fertilizers.
- 12:08Okay.
- 12:09I mean, nobody questions you.
- 12:10There's so many people just rushing around doing stuff, doing crazy stuff.
- 12:14Okay, so then I go to the pond.
- 12:16You said there's a pond and a fountain.
- 12:19So the pond is like it's got that gazebo that kind of goes over it and they're like the same distance away from this house.
- 12:26Yeah, it's very which one is on the left? Which way are you facing from, like, standing towards the door.
- 12:34Okay, so the left would be the pond.
- 12:36Okay, I'm going to the pond.
- 12:38Okay.
- 12:38I'm going to fill it up with fish poop water.
- 12:42You do that? Do you water bend it or do you just dip it in? I'll just dip it.
- 12:47I'll try and do it nonchalantly.
- 12:50Okay.
- 12:50Like I said, nobody's really looking.
- 12:52I mean, there's that guy that's like picking I mean, he's over at yeah, but I don't want stephen was a PH, so accidentally I don't want to count as bad sign in more than I heard.
- 13:01That's totally fair.
- 13:03Okay.
- 13:03Yeah, you do that.
- 13:04Actually, now that you're outside, you do see that the group that is representing the Blissful Brew is currently being approached by a very tall and intimidating looking woman in one of those very wide sleeved robes.
- 13:22And then off, not too far in the distance and it looks like she's walking away from this is the cart of the Hot Leaf Juice Company.
- 13:32Okay, I'm going to water vent.
- 13:34Okay.
- 13:35I'm going to shape the water, kind of like sneaky, whatever.
- 13:43And then because I have it rain on the lady.
- 13:47Well, you're a little ways away.
- 13:49Yeah, they'll just flow.
- 13:53How far does your okay, hold on.
- 13:55This is why we roll for things.
- 13:58What does it depend on? Your training? I believe it's what it helps rely on your skill and training.
- 14:02Yeah, just focus.
- 14:04I have great focus.
- 14:06Zero in it.
- 14:07Yes.
- 14:07It's just a plus zero.
- 14:09I roll one or two.
- 14:10Two seven.
- 14:12Let's go.
- 14:16Yeah, give me just a second.
- 14:18Just shy.
- 14:20No, I'm basically a pro.
- 14:22It's fine.
- 14:22Just shy.
- 14:24What do you want? Oh, I love you.
- 14:28Reroll that you don't reroll both if there's a cocktail nine, again, making it rain on the old lake.
- 14:38So basically, in the rules of seven to nine, you do it imperfectly.
- 14:43So you snake the water over towards her direction, and just before it's about to like, instead of raining on her, it just rains directly in front of her, and it gets her shoes a little bit wet, but it doesn't get her whole self wet.
- 14:58I'm just going to nonchalantly turn the other way and refill my bucket.
- 15:02Right.
- 15:04And head back in the house.
- 15:05Since it came downward, she just gets very confused.
- 15:09She's looking up like, oh, my.
- 15:12And then she brings back her composure, and then she continues to walk towards you guys.
- 15:17So you get your vase filled with water, and then you take it inside, right? Is that what you said? Okay, sounds good.
- 15:22Brock, you're stepping outside.
- 15:24Nica actually walks right past you, and she's carrying this big boss of water.
- 15:29And aside from seeing that, you see over in the distance the same thing that she had seen, which is this very tall, intimidating.
- 15:37As he walks by me, I weaken him, and that's it.
- 15:41Okay.
- 15:44It means something.
- 15:46Oblivious.
- 15:47Yeah, no, that's fair.
- 15:49Well, you're distracted because you see the hot leaf juice logo, which you're familiar with, you're all familiar with.
- 15:56And again, like I said, you see this woman walking towards your friends who are setting up the booth for the Blissful brew.
- 16:04Well, I have no idea who this lady is.
- 16:08Sure to me to broccoli.
- 16:11I just assume that she's a partygoer, and I go about my business, which is trying to blend in with hot leaf juice.
- 16:19Okay, so you're approaching the cart then? Yes, ma'am.
- 16:23Okay, I'm going up to the cart, and I am just walking up and just trying to find a job to where I look like I'm part of that group.
- 16:33Okay.
- 16:35You do notice that they all seem to be wearing uniforms.
- 16:39They all are very, like, a bright pink color.
- 16:42And they all have the little logo in the kind of corner up by the right breast area.
- 16:49They're currently just unloading the cart, taking out boxes, taking out tables, some equipment, or they're moving equipment from the boxes.
- 16:58They're kind of like large crates inside the crates.
- 17:02Everything is padded in was sort of like a hay like material because a lot of it's very fragile.
- 17:07It's teacups and pitchers and teapots and things along those lines.
- 17:12But they seem to be taking it all inside the mansion because they were told that that's where they were set up at, is inside where you guys were set outside.
- 17:23So, yeah, that's what you see.
- 17:25Okay.
- 17:26So I'll walk up to the cart and just act like I own it.
- 17:31Walk up, grab a box, and start following the line in.
- 17:33Okay.
- 17:34I'm going to have you roll a push your luck, see if you can kind of just blend in and get away with it.
- 17:40Is that creativity? Passion.
- 17:42Passion.
- 17:43That is a plus one.
- 17:45Right on.
- 17:48Eleven.
- 17:49All right.
- 17:50So sure enough, nobody really questions anything that you're doing.
- 17:52You just grab a box, head on in.
- 17:55You can probably assume that these people are tired from a long trip all the way from Bossing, say, or wherever.
- 18:02You assume that's where they're from, based on the letters that you guys have seen.
- 18:06And they are tired.
- 18:07They don't care if someone else is grabbing a box for them that they don't recognize.
- 18:11Hey, if he's bringing it inside for us, I don't care.
- 18:15You've got a box, big old crate in your arms.
- 18:18I mean, you're broccoli, you're a big, strong guy for the most part.
- 18:21So, I mean, it's not a problem for you whatsoever to pick up this big old box.
- 18:25Who knows what? I'm not even rollerblade around just to show them.
- 18:29You might.
- 18:32So you've got a box.
- 18:34Where are you headed with this? Is there any noise coming from this box? No, everything's patted in pretty good.
- 18:42Okay, so even if there were teacups if there were teacups, I wouldn't hear them clanging around.
- 18:46Right.
- 18:47Okay.
- 18:47So I'll go to the booth where they're setting up, and I'm assuming they're opening the boxes and setting all this stuff up, so I'll open up my box.
- 18:57Is there anybody else at the booth at this very moment, or is it just me? Like I said, they're kind of setting up around you so you can pick out a spot that's kind of maybe a little bit off from you.
- 19:09Take it inside.
- 19:10Right? Yeah, I'm at the booth right now.
- 19:13Okay.
- 19:16Yeah.
- 19:16You're coming back in at this point.
- 19:19You're coming back in.
- 19:20You're getting there.
- 19:22You're carrying a big old thing of water and broccoli.
- 19:25How we think I eat.
- 19:27She's a strong, independent she is that's fair? Well, 17 year old, maybe.
- 19:33She's like, I was on my own for a short time.
- 19:37She spent that time lifting.
- 19:40When you come in, are you, like, headed straight to Brock, who's doing something over? I remember I was going in with my water as he went out to go meet.
- 19:51Right.
- 19:51Okay, so you've already taken the water, and you're doing something.
- 19:54Okay, we'll get back to that.
- 19:55I'm setting it up nonchalantly.
- 19:57Maybe put my flour back in the pot.
- 19:59Right.
- 20:00No big deal.
- 20:01Yes.
- 20:01At this point, I forget from the last step.
- 20:04Sure.
- 20:06I'm not wearing the blister uniform.
- 20:09Right.
- 20:09You guys took yours off to help make sure that you guys were able to blend in.
- 20:13Okay.
- 20:13So as of right now, I think my strategy might shift a bit.
- 20:16Instead of trying to blend in with hot leaks, I may just try to blend in as, like, a servant, or are the servants also wearing other sorts of uniforms? They kind of vary between the servants because there were, like well, and I don't know if you guys would necessarily know this necessarily, but you assume that this isn't the Shifu house.
- 20:35This is somebody else's house.
- 20:36But obviously the Shifu family was involved in the planning of this event because they were in charge of the catering.
- 20:41So you assume that there's probably multiple families that are involved in the setting up this whole party.
- 20:46And they've brought their collective staff for the most part.
- 20:49Okay.
- 20:50Not their head of house.
- 20:51Otherwise Sebastian would be here.
- 20:53But other than that yeah.
- 20:54So there's a variety of different costumes and outfits and such.
- 20:59Okay.
- 20:59That's just more of a mental note to myself.
- 21:01Yeah.
- 21:02So I'll just open up the crate and what's inside that crate? So you open it up, and sure enough, inside there are a large number of teacups that have all been carefully have paper in between each one of them to help from keeping them from clinking against each other.
- 21:19And then, like I said, directly around all of them.
- 21:22Is that hay material to kind of pat it all in so it's not bumping against each other or against the crate itself.
- 21:28Okay.
- 21:29And there's no T in that box? Not in this one, no.
- 21:32Okay.
- 21:37All right.
- 21:38So I'll set up the cups that I've got.
- 21:39Okay.
- 21:41I'll set up the cups that I got.
- 21:42Man.
- 21:43Is there anybody who that I can see has a crate with tea in it? No one has the t out yet.
- 21:50Okay.
- 21:53I think I'll probably just leave this crate and go grab another.
- 21:59Sure.
- 22:02I'm going to try and just hop up on the cart okay.
- 22:06And try and sort of jiggle every single crate that I hand off to other people and just try and make a clanging sound.
- 22:13Okay.
- 22:14And if there isn't one, I'll put that one off to the side.
- 22:17Okay.
- 22:17All right.
- 22:19One guy walks up to it, and he's like, what are you doing in there? Well, just moving the crates.
- 22:27What are you doing? Why are you jiggling? I mean I mean, we're trying to be careful with these things.
- 22:32Well, we also would like to trust that the packing process was adequate, and everybody's tired from this trip, and so it shouldn't really matter if it gets a little extra jiggle, doesn't it? Well, I would hope not, but I don't want to have to have made that whole entire trip just to find a whole bunch of busted tea cups inside of one of these things.
- 22:55I mean, the roads over here from Boston aren't exactly smooth.
- 22:59They've been clanging around all day.
- 23:01I'm just trying not to push the boundaries of what these things can handle at this point, especially since we're here.
- 23:08All right, I guess you're right.
- 23:11As I continue to ignore him and just feeling every single crate, he kind of, like, just rolls his eyes.
- 23:18He looks over, he sees that Madame Yang is busy, so he just grabs a box and takes it in sick.
- 23:28Yeah.
- 23:29I mean a T box.
- 23:31Well, so you assume that the giveaway is that it seems like there's a couple of crates that are a lot lighter than a lot of the other ones.
- 23:38So you assume, oh, these probably aren't filled with, like, teacups or kind of heavier materials.
- 23:44There's got to be something else.
- 23:45All right, so I'll take the lighter ones.
- 23:47Okay.
- 23:47And I'll wait till there's, like, a break in the line, and I'll sort of, like, put it off to the side of the cart.
- 23:52Yeah, okay.
- 23:53Sounds good.
- 23:53Yeah.
- 23:54All right.
- 23:56I was going to get to these guys.
- 23:58I got Madame Yang with some wet beet coming up, setting up my pond water in their pots that they're trying to boil water in.
- 24:07All right, well, we will get to that.
- 24:10I promise you, too.
- 24:14You guys are standing there, you're watching this tall, intimidating Madame Yang as a pro.
- 24:19I guess you wouldn't know her name as Madame Yang just yet.
- 24:21Well, you might assume because Mr.
- 24:23Yanis Karan was saying yeah, never assume.
- 24:26Never assume.
- 24:27But anyway, she's walking towards you, and then you watch as this sort of snake of water sort of just manifests itself above her and then drop and just kind of get her shoes a little wet.
- 24:43She looks very baffled and confused for a moment, but then psychopathically just changes her emotional state back to very calm and collected person and continues walking towards you around the now spot of mud that's on the ground.
- 25:01Is there anything that you guys are thinking or maybe even doing as she's approaching you and kind of knowing a little bit of context in the back of your mind that, oh, boy, who knows what this is going to turn out to be? Well, this should be interesting.
- 25:17Yeah.
- 25:19I think we're screwed.
- 25:23Do you have that money? Yeah, I've got it stashed away in my zero pockets.
- 25:30I have you've got it? I gave it to you.
- 25:38There you go.
- 25:40All right.
- 25:42Do you want me to do the document of you? I think we're in this together.
- 25:48All right, tag team.
- 25:50All right.
- 25:51So she approaches and she says, well, the Blissful Brew.
- 25:58I wasn't expecting to see your company here.
- 26:02Yeah, we're setting up.
- 26:06What can we do to help you? My name is Madame Yang, owner and CEO of Hot Leaf Juice.
- 26:16I'm sure your boss, Mr.
- 26:19Ocaron, probably mentioned me.
- 26:22I was in the understanding that we're to be the salty caterers on contract for this event.
- 26:30I can't imagine the kind of begging and groveling Ocaron had to do in order to apparently take back his spot here.
- 26:42Well, Miss Yang, it's a pleasure to meet you.
- 26:47We heard about your fine tea establishment you have over in Bossing, saying here you have a fantastic company up there, and this family was honored to have you down here for this event.
- 27:00But a recent change happened in the last few hours, and they wanted a local company to help run this thing as well.
- 27:06They want a bit of flavors from two different companies.
- 27:09And there was a last minute change.
- 27:11You know how rich people are.
- 27:13And that's the reason why the Blissful Brew was asked to come co run this place.
- 27:21But don't worry, your company still has the nice spot inside, right next to the dance floor, which, honestly, is probably prime real estate compared out here in the garden.
- 27:31So I think you still get the best out of the deal.
- 27:34But can't do co companies co exist at the same party? Well, I suppose we have no choice now, don't we? But I must ask, is Mr.
- 27:47Ocaron, the so called teammaster himself, going to be here? You better believe it.
- 27:54He'll be here soon as our flavorful tea.
- 27:58I can only assume the best from Mr.
- 28:01Ocaron.
- 28:03He is a bit of a t eccentric, I suppose.
- 28:08Mr.
- 28:08Ogron is an artist.
- 28:11Is that how he is referring to himself these days? You corporate type wouldn't understand.
- 28:17I think it's you who wouldn't understand, given that you're little more than employee at a dying tea shop after all.
- 28:28But alas, I have a tea shop to set up.
- 28:33It will be interesting to see how the night plays out, don't you think? I guess so.
- 28:44indeed.
- 28:45She turns and starts to walk away.
- 28:48Bill door gives her a slight bow when she walks away.
- 28:53Like one that she would catch on, like the corner of her eye as she's turning.
- 28:58I guess.
- 28:59Yeah.
- 28:59I don't know.
- 29:00It'd be a polite yeah that you would give to a higher member of the community.
- 29:07Sure.
- 29:07They leave.
- 29:09Yeah, I mean, she catches out of the corner of the eye and she kind of like dips her head back at you.
- 29:14Kind of like just like an acknowledgment.
- 29:17And then she continues on.
- 29:26direction.
- 29:27Is there a term for that? Like I'm just curious.
- 29:31Nananabubu.
- 29:32I like that.
- 29:33It's a classic.
- 29:34I'm thinking of It's a Wonderful Life.
- 29:36I can't remember what they do in that movie.
- 29:52Okay, you do that and she doesn't notice this.
- 29:54But, Bill, you notice it.
- 29:56Yeah, it's pretty funny.
- 29:57It's pretty funny.
- 29:59Yeah.
- 30:02All right.
- 30:03Awesome.
- 30:03So she walked away.
- 30:04What are you guys going to do now that she's heading off? Yes.
- 30:08We just get things right for Mr.
- 30:09Oakron, all right.
- 30:11I know it's going to outbrew her.
- 30:12I mean, she seems way too uptight to actually brew anything good.
- 30:17Yeah, no, that's fair.
- 30:22Meanwhile, back inside the mansion, mika, you've got a big old Voss of water, of muddy duck and fish poop water.
- 30:37Okay, so there's other people, you said, setting up and doing their thing.
- 30:41Yes.
- 30:42Everybody looks like they, like, in the hot leaf juice.
- 30:45All the employees look like they have a very specific purpose.
- 30:48Like, one guy is actively doing a quick once over, cleaning out the teacups, setting them down.
- 30:55Somebody's making sure they're organized.
- 30:57Obviously, they've already got, like, a handful of tables and things, but they're still, like there's two guys that are their whole job is just to make sure that the tables are set up and they're put together in such a way.
- 31:07You've got somebody that's all the dishes are getting reclaimed from the drive over.
- 31:13They got to make sure that there's no residual taste from the hay or something.
- 31:17So you got people doing that, all this kind of other stuff.
- 31:26water.
- 31:27Yeah.
- 31:27But they're going to be boiling.
- 31:29Sure.
- 31:30Is that already set up, like, the pot or whatever? Yeah, they've got pots, and those were kind of near the back with the T.
- 31:39So they're bringing them in as, like, right now.
- 31:42They're not set up yet? Not like set up, but I mean, they're these giant pitchers.
- 31:47Like, two people have to carry one.
- 31:49They have water in them, then.
- 31:50Yeah.
- 31:51Okay.
- 31:51Yeah.
- 31:53You assume that it's probably special water.
- 31:57I don't mean that in a weird way.
- 31:59It's not like drug water or anything.
- 32:01It's just very purified water.
- 32:03Yeah.
- 32:03They've got some, like, water benders working for them back in Boston, say, and that's their whole job is to just, like, purify the water.
- 32:11Sounds like a horrible job.
- 32:13I don't know.
- 32:15Okay, well, I want to wait until they set those up so that I can find a way to put my water into those pots.
- 32:25Okay.
- 32:27So they bring them in, they pop open.
- 32:30They've got these kind of, like, big corks almost on them to help make sure that they're watertight, because they're obviously going to jiggle a little bit during the cart right over.
- 32:39So they pop them open.
- 32:40So it's got them open.
- 32:44They have the teapots, and they're filling the teapots with the water and yeah, that's the basic process of it.
- 32:52And then they've got some little things set up as kind of like portable burners, in a sense.
- 32:58But it's very like medieval hot rocks? Yes.
- 33:01Hot rocks.
- 33:02Yes.
- 33:03And they have one dude that's a firebender that's with them, and he's heating up those hot box with his air.
- 33:10He's a hot head.
- 33:12Yeah, sure.
- 33:14Or he just starts fire in his hand.
- 33:18And just kind of holds it over the rock.
- 33:19My way is I feel like anyway sure, you should have made a firebender because I feel like Madame Yank I feel like she would be one of those ones you're like you can't use your hands.
- 33:32You have to use your breath.
- 33:34Well, I mean they are not touching the rocks or anything.
- 33:38I know, I'm just on anyway, all I'm doing is cooling it down.
- 33:49I am going to watermelon the water kind of downside of my vase across the floor.
- 33:59So you're doing this very subtly.
- 34:01Like it's like a trickle sort of.
- 34:03And then it's going to kind of fork off.
- 34:07But if it's on the floor, it's going to get all dirty.
- 34:10That's fine.
- 34:12Even better.
- 34:14And it's flavors.
- 34:15I'm going to have some of the water that forks off is going to like all of that water because water better.
- 34:22So it doesn't really leave like a streak, I guess.
- 34:24Okay.
- 34:25And that's going to sit in front of the workers.
- 34:28So they're busy trying to like, oh, where does this water come from? Clean it up.
- 34:31And then I'm going to put the other water in the basement.
- 34:40They're distracted with my spilt.
- 34:42Water is when I would water bend the water into the pictures.
- 34:45I want to do it at the same time.
- 34:46Okay.
- 34:48I'm going to have you do between all of this, I would say we'll do a rely on your skills and training.
- 34:57Out of four, you're going to blow this whole operation probably.
- 35:04Okay, so you do the trickle bit slip on my own water.
- 35:10Sad day.
- 35:11Well, kind of, yeah.
- 35:13So you trickle the water like you wanted to and then when they're cleaning it up, you're going to bend the water and at the same time that you're bending your nasty water over to theirs.
- 35:25A butler over in the ballroom where you're at, he's putting up a banner and he's doing it real precariously like he's on a ladder.
- 35:34And he's like really stretching over.
- 35:37He's like, I'm so close and I don't want to have to get all the way back down and move the ladder like two inches so I can reach this.
- 35:43So he's just trying to do it and then he falls.
- 35:48The whole thing comes crashing down.
- 35:49It startles you and you drop your water that you were bending onto the heads of the hot leaf juice people that are cleaning up the water that you just sort of leaked over onto the floor.
- 36:06And they're like there's people over in the corner freaking out because this guy just fell down.
- 36:12He might be injured.
- 36:13There's people right next to you that are freaking out because they just got soaking wet.
- 36:16They're looking around.
- 36:17How the heck they're looking at the pictures because they're worried.
- 36:20The pictures, I mean, they were leaking before, so maybe like they spilled or sloshed or something.
- 36:25Maybe someone bumped them and they're confused because they're like, maybe the butler that was putting the banner up somehow fell on them.
- 36:31But he's all the way across there, so that doesn't make any sense.
- 36:33What's going on here? And Broccoli, he's not come back yet? Correct.
- 36:39I'm still at the cart.
- 36:40Yeah, he's still at the cart.
- 36:41He's jiggling crates.
- 36:43Okay.
- 36:44I'm going to leave the vase.
- 36:47It is an important job.
- 36:48I'm going to leave the vase.
- 36:49I'm going to walk outside.
- 36:50Okay.
- 36:59I'm going to see if I can find Bill door and wow.
- 37:04Okay.
- 37:04Well, you're definitely able to find them, and while you're easily finding them, I'm going to cut over to Brock.
- 37:10All right.
- 37:13You found, like, a couple of crates with t and them, you set them off to the side of the cart, things like that.
- 37:20You're struggling to find more because you have to keep turning to keep an eye on the crates of tea that are out by the cart, because the employee might walk up and be like, oh, there's one ready to go, and then walk off with it.
- 37:31So you have to be like, oh, not that one yet.
- 37:34It's not ready.
- 37:35Yeah.
- 37:36So you found two.
- 37:37Okay.
- 37:38I mean, they're big crates, too, so there's quite a bit of ingredients in there.
- 37:42Am I aware of what just happened inside, or am I too far away? You'd be too far away, yeah.
- 37:48Okay.
- 37:50So in this case, I guess I will.
- 37:53So how far is the cart from the inside of the party to the indoor part? Yeah.
- 38:02So they've made most carts, like, park pretty on the outskirts, partially just because they don't want to have to clog up the area for people that are running around trying to bring stuff in for other things.
- 38:12And then also partly because they don't want to damage the grass that people are going to see as they're walking into the mansion during the party, I got to keep it all clean and pristine and fancy.
- 38:24So I would say maybe, like, probably 100ft or so from the door, maybe a little bit further, even 100ft or so from that door.
- 38:34Okay.
- 38:37Is there any sort of I'm assuming there's some sort of security at this event? At the moment, there's not a lot.
- 38:45Like I said, there's the guy at the front that's kind of directing everyone that shows up, because right now it's mostly vendors or caterers or staff or things like that.
- 38:55So at the moment, they're not super high security on things.
- 39:00Okay.
- 39:01I want to take the two T boxes.
- 39:05I'll earth bend a cart for them, like, just a little slab, and I'll take the two, and I'm going to wheel it around the building and just toss them in the pond.
- 39:19Okay.
- 39:21So I'm going like the long all the way around.
- 39:25The way around.
- 39:26Okay.
- 39:26So as you make your way to the back, I'm just going to describe what you find back there.
- 39:32So there's a wide open kind of courtyard area back there that's immediately next to the house.
- 39:38It's got some nice rose bushes, some flower beds and things like that kind of planted.
- 39:43There's like paths that run between them.
- 39:46And then there's this massive hedge maze that's further past that and then in the middle of this fancy little just the flower bed area and things like that.
- 40:01It's like a walking area.
- 40:03You go out with your so and so, and you guys walk and talk like any episode of Game of Thrones conspire against the government or the leader at the time.
- 40:13And then in the middle of it all, there's a nice little water feature pond with a fountain in the middle of it that's kind of like running water too.
- 40:22Just throwing that out there to you so that's what you pass by.
- 40:25There's not a whole lot of people out there.
- 40:27There's just maybe a small handful of servants.
- 40:30They're checking the flowers.
- 40:32They're trimming the hedges, like just right, making sure there's nothing poking out, checking the ground for any twigs or weeds or anything like that and getting those removed, things along those lines.
- 40:44Is anybody paying any particular attention to me? No, they are very focused.
- 40:48You assume that there's a pretty decent amount.
- 40:51I mean, every once in a while someone's going to walk back there doing their thing.
- 40:54They're doing their thing.
- 40:55These guys are doing their thing.
- 40:57Nobody's really like, bugging anybody.
- 40:58They don't care what other people have to do for this because they need to get this job right or otherwise they might be fired.
- 41:03So, yeah, they don't care when you walk by.
- 41:05I might go a little off kilter here, so I want to I'm going to be off to the side, go off to where there's not a ton of people and where I'm not with an eye shot of more than maybe a couple, like one or two people.
- 41:19I take the long slab that I have these crates on.
- 41:27Okay.
- 41:28I'll take them off of the slab.
- 41:30I'll earth bend another slab on top of that slab that's about three times the length, put the crates back on and catapult them over, step on the other end and catapult them into the pond.
- 41:43So that way I'm not seen dumping them in the pond.
- 41:46Into the pond that's over here in the back.
- 41:49What would you say? Into the hedge maze or into the pond, which would be a closer shot? I mean, you could pretty much go anywhere on the circumference of the maze and launch them in pretty easily.
- 42:02Okay, I want to launch them into the maze.
- 42:04Okay.
- 42:05I'm not just saying that because I was kind of hoping you would because that just sounds hilarious.
- 42:10Into the hedge maze.
- 42:11Into the hedge maze, yeah.
- 42:13So I want to capture hidden treasures into the hedge made.
- 42:17Okay.
- 42:19I want you to roll not so much to figure out if you can or not.
- 42:24I just want to see I don't know if it rolls well, it's going to be, like well distributed.
- 42:30Things are scattered all across the maze.
- 42:32If it rolls low, like, the whole box just kind of plummets into, like, one spot in the maze still because it's really not hard to do this, but I'm just curious just for storytelling purposes.
- 42:43Feature on in case something comes up.
- 42:45Eight.
- 42:46Okay.
- 42:46That's pretty good.
- 42:47Yeah.
- 42:47You see some spread? I would say for the most part, most things are kind of in within one region, but they're spread across that region.
- 42:55So if you took one turn, the right turn in the maze, you wouldn't find the whole thing.
- 43:01But I don't know, it might come up, and I'm excited because that would be really funny.
- 43:07So, yeah, there you go.
- 43:08Okay.
- 43:09So with my crates now in the maze, I just nonchalantly walk inside and I take a post up at the hot leaf juice stand.
- 43:20Okay.
- 43:20Are you doing anything particular? Just trying to find a job, blend in.
- 43:25Oh, okay.
- 43:26Yeah.
- 43:27As you're standing there, one of them might call out to you and be like, hey, can you give me a hand over here? Or whatever the case.
- 43:33Actually, when you go in, there's a couple of them that are drying off.
- 43:38They're, like, kind of squeezing their uniforms, trying to squeegee out the water, and they're calling you over, and they're like, do you see anything wrong with these water containers? Any leaks, cracks or anything? I'm not seeing anything, but maybe I'm just missing it.
- 43:56No, maybe.
- 43:59Is it supposed to rain today? I don't know.
- 44:01No, we're inside, obviously.
- 44:06No, these look fine.
- 44:08I don't know what your problem is, bro.
- 44:09Maybe you just got to lay off the rice juice.
- 44:12The rice juice, he says, oh, you're no help.
- 44:17Go over there and help them put teacups on the table.
- 44:19You got it, bud.
- 44:20Okay.
- 44:21All right, so you go do that.
- 44:23You guys that are outside helping set up Mika approaches.
- 44:28You guys.
- 44:28Hey, boys.
- 44:30How are you doing? Well, hello, stranger.
- 44:35We've never met before.
- 44:38My head.
- 44:39I was under a table.
- 44:41Ouch.
- 44:43Who's that? Mi.
- 44:47I mean, Nica.
- 44:55That was your disguise name, right? Winks.
- 45:01I forgot.
- 45:02You guys.
- 45:05What brings you here to our fine establishment? No free samples for the staff.
- 45:11What do you want? I want some tea without pond water, please.
- 45:19Isn't that most tea? I have hope.
- 45:24Well, tea is not here yet, so there's not much we can do for you.
- 45:28And just as you're saying that, you suddenly see the familiar face of Mr.
- 45:33Okra making his way down towards you with a small just kind of a hand pull cart, almost a wagon, honestly.
- 45:41And on it he's got a number of trays and some small boxes and crates all fancied up to smaller ones.
- 45:50Looks to be filled with various ingredients and things like that.
- 45:54And he's smiling as he makes his way toward you.
- 45:56He's waving at you.
- 45:58Hello.
- 45:59Hey, guys.
- 46:00How's it going? He's, like, 5ft away.
- 46:04You're like, Why are you doing that with your voice, dude? It's so good to see you all today.
- 46:13Mika, what do you want? You're supposed to be ditching supplies.
- 46:21Well, you see, they're all pretty much set up.
- 46:26I never saw the tea come in, but the water is there.
- 46:31The cups are there.
- 46:36Maybe they're not hot leaf juice.
- 46:38They're just hot.
- 46:44They're just hot.
- 46:46Good.
- 47:01mr.
- 47:01O'Grad finally approaches.
- 47:03He says, oh, it's good to see you all.
- 47:07Where's Brock? Working.
- 47:11Okay, good.
- 47:12All of you seem to be hard at work.
- 47:14Mika, it's good to see you.
- 47:16Did you forget your uniform? Huh? Did you forget your uniform? What uniform? With the Blissful Brew uniform.
- 47:27She spelt dirt on it.
- 47:29Oh, no, it's a good thing I brought an extra one.
- 47:33Here you go.
- 47:34Oh, thanks, Mr.
- 47:35Hokwron.
- 47:36Let me just go change in the bathroom.
- 47:39All right.
- 47:39Sounds good.
- 47:40It's an apron.
- 47:41Yeah, good idea.
- 47:45And he's excited.
- 47:47He starts taking out all the ingredients.
- 47:49He's setting them on the table.
- 47:50He's getting everything all set up.
- 47:51And you guys already had pretty much everything that he sent with you already set up for the most part.
- 47:57So he's really happy and excited and proud of you guys for getting it all set to go on your own.
- 48:03And then all of a sudden, you see the familiar hair poking out as the tall woman passes by a set of bushes and approaches you once again.
- 48:14Oh, yeah, mr.
- 48:15Shark, mr.
- 48:17O'gran, your ex lovers here.
- 48:20Nervous.
- 48:21He keeps stacking cups.
- 48:23Mr.
- 48:23O'gran.
- 48:25He does that thing where he reaches by and scratches the back of his head very nervously like.
- 48:30It wasn't like that, I promise.
- 48:35And then she approaches and she says, well, I was told you would show up eventually.
- 48:44I was starting to wonder if you had simply sent your little workers to run this entire catering gig for you.
- 48:54But here you are standing in front of me, and here am I, wishing you weren't Madame Yang.
- 49:06Oh, you can say it, you old fool.
- 49:10You're not happy to see me.
- 49:13And believe me, the same can be said for you.
- 49:17No, I hold no animosity towards you and your company.
- 49:23It's good to see you, she says, I find no confusion in your lies.
- 49:32But what does confuse me is how you manage to resecure the T contract for this party, even if it is only half of what was in the original deal.
- 49:47Yeah, well, my amazing employees here, I don't know how they did it, but they managed to win us back onto the party board and be caterers for this event.
- 50:01Have these with you? Well, I couldn't be happier.
- 50:05And then, all of a sudden, an employee, one of the hot leaf juice employees comes running up to her, and he says up into her ear, which he has to really stand on his tiptoes to do, because again, she's really tall.
- 50:19And she says, what do you mean? This is not good at I made this is fine.
- 50:31Everything is fine.
- 50:34But unfortunately, duty calls and I must be going.
- 50:39Goodbye, Mr.
- 50:40Okuran.
- 50:42And goodbye to all of you, whoever you are.
- 50:47And then she just turns and walks away very quickly back into the mansion.
- 50:54I wonder what that was all about.
- 50:57I don't know.
- 50:58T emergencies, they happen.
- 51:01Oh, I am the first to admit that T emergencies are on the top list of priorities when it comes to emergencies that I deal with on the daily.
- 51:13Is there any other emergencies you deal with, Mr.
- 51:15O'clock? Oh, well, recently financial emergencies.
- 51:19But you guys know all about that.
- 51:22That wasn't at the top of your list.
- 51:24Well, I figure it's sort of a subcategory of a T emergency.
- 51:28Right.
- 51:29Because it was caused because of tea.
- 51:31Right.
- 51:31Or about the lack of selling it.
- 51:35Yes.
- 51:36So maybe it's less that there are T emergencies, and maybe it's more of a fact of in my life, at least, everything stems from T emergencies.
- 51:48I've never thought about it that way before.
- 51:51So glad Guao and I could be here for this marvel revelation you just came upon.
- 51:58Yes.
- 51:59I almost feel as though I've reached enlightenment.
- 52:03T enlightenment.
- 52:04Now, see, that's an enlightenment I could definitely get behind.
- 52:10Mr.
- 52:10Oakron, what's the secret ingredient to the secret ingredient? T.
- 52:15He puts his arm around you, he says, oh, Bill, I promise I'll tell you someday.
- 52:22Don't you worry.
- 52:23I'll get you one of these days.
- 52:25You'll flip off.
- 52:26You just might.
- 52:28You know I love talking about tea, and you know I love tea.
- 52:35It's okay.
- 52:35You don't have to love okay.
- 52:36Good.
- 52:38Bill, one of these days, I'll find a tea that you do enjoy.
- 52:42I hope so.
- 52:43You just they've all sucked.
- 52:46I'm sorry to hear that.
- 52:48And I won't be offended.
- 52:49I promise.
- 52:50But I'll fight one.
- 52:51I know there's one out there.
- 52:52There's a T for everyone.
- 52:54Quo knows what he likes.
- 53:05yes, she's gone.
- 53:06It's all right, I'd say.
- 53:08Don't let Madame Yang scare you, but she is quite scary.
- 53:12And it might be for your best entrance to be fearful of her to some extent.
- 53:19She can be a very dangerous woman.
- 53:21What do you mean, dangerous? So she doesn't sell teeth? Oh, that's not the least of it by far.
- 53:28Or the most of it? What are you getting at? We used to study together under a T master.
- 53:39She was from a wealthy family, and to be honest with you, I don't think she had much passion in tea making from the beginning.
- 53:47But her parents wanted her to learn the art form as a way of entertaining guests, or just it's a wealthy person thing.
- 53:57To do.
- 54:00I, on the other hand, was very passionate from a young age, even about tea.
- 54:04And so my studies, although very expensive and I had to work very hard for them, were something that I looked forward to every single day.
- 54:14But it became very difficult because of Madame Yang or just Yang at the time.
- 54:20We were only kids.
- 54:23Well, her parents were not happy with the fact that the teammaster that they had tired to tutor her were allowing me to sit in on those lessons and also learn.
- 54:35And so they did everything in their power to make sure that I was unable to do so.
- 54:39And to be honest with you, I think Yang was helping them find every way, method, and what not to do.
- 54:47So because I turned her down.
- 54:50I'll be honest with you guys, it was quite awkward.
- 54:53But my true love and life was always and will always be tea and the people I love.
- 55:00Don't get me wrong, I love you guys.
- 55:01You guys are like children to me.
- 55:03And chocolate scones.
- 55:05I do enjoy a chocolate scone.
- 55:07I see you in the back.
- 55:09Like chocolate orange.
- 55:11That's a good scone.
- 55:13But how is she dangerous besides political intrigue and pushing you out what you love? Yes, well, she attacked me, which is part of the reason why I had to flee the small village where we were studying together.
- 55:28And it was sort of a last attempt to get rid of me because the teammaster was very inclusive.
- 55:35He was a very kind man and found every way to sort of either thwart her family's attempts to stop me from being able to study tea with her to offering me work, which was more of like an internship program, in a sense.
- 55:49So there was just nothing they could do.
- 55:51And so that was kind of her last attempt.
- 55:53And that's why I said earlier about how she stabbed me in the back, fairly literally, and so I had to flee.
- 56:03But thankfully, that's where I was able to travel around the world and learn the key skills and arts of so many different cultures and groups.
- 56:12I've learned from the air benders and the water benders and even the fire benders and just learn so many different things.
- 56:19Obviously, the earth benders, because that's the kingdom I grew up in.
- 56:22I knew quite a bit about earth bending styles of tea, but I digress eventually.
- 56:28That's actually what led me to find you on that ship long ago, Bill.
- 56:32And you, too, Go, in that circus where I found you and came across to you, and we became good friends.
- 56:40And, yeah, that was all part of the journey that I took and led to that helped me to find out the tea that I have and can make and you guys, of course oh, sorry.
- 56:54Oh, my gosh.
- 56:54I completely forgot.
- 56:55And then, of course, she wanted to start the company together.
- 56:58I completely forgot.
- 56:59About that.
- 56:59She contacted me early on in my journey saying that she was going to start a tea company, and I was very wary of this, of course, because she stabbed you, right? Yes, exactly.
- 57:11So I was very hesitant, of course, but the call of the tea, I had to at least see what it was that she was doing.
- 57:18She claimed she was a different person, all this and all that.
- 57:21And so, sure enough, we were able to start a tea company together.
- 57:25Her with the more financial, obviously putting that forward and a bit more knowledge on running a business than I and I with the skilled art of teammaking.
- 57:37And it was working out very well for a while, but I started to find out that she had plans in the making, things like unpaid labor and getting sort of mass produced teas and all this other sort of things, and I couldn't stand for that.
- 57:56It's not how it's supposed to be.
- 57:58It's an art.
- 57:59It's not made to be mass manufactured and in sweatshops or what have you.
- 58:05It's meant to be an expression of oneself.
- 58:09And that's the beauty of a tea shop.
- 58:11Someone can order a tea and it'll taste slightly different than somebody else that might have also ordered that same tea.
- 58:17And that's the beauty of it.
- 58:19It's very individual.
- 58:20And so I left.
- 58:23And she never forgave me, obviously, but at the same time, her capable business runnings and whatever it is that she ended up doing with her plans for the mass production seems to have been working because she's made quite a wave with her company and her chains cross the kingdoms.
- 58:44Well, now it seems that she's after Jaw Ling to start a tea shop here and kick me out or buy me out or something along those lines, I can only assume.
- 58:54There was probably some back handed deal or something that led to us getting removed from this party.
- 59:02So I'm very impressed that you guys were able to get us back in.
- 59:05Like, my mind has been absolutely blown by that.
- 59:08Absolutely.
- 59:10I don't know how you guys did it, but here we are.
- 59:12To be honest, you don't either.
- 59:14It was all mica, really.
- 59:16Yeah.
- 59:16Well, that's just wonderful.
- 59:19She has really impressed me.
- 59:21Yeah.
- 59:22But then she's actually done a great job here at the place.
- 59:25She's already made a few people upset with her.
- 59:27Oh, no.
- 59:28I guess the Meeka magic wore off.
- 59:29Well, maybe it's a good thing she wasn't wearing the Blissful Roux uniform.
- 59:33That's what I've been thinking this whole time.
- 59:36But we'll get her on what we know that she's really good at and she'll really impress everybody and blow them out of the waters dishwashing.
- 59:47You're right.
- 59:48Yeah.
- 59:49And among other things, she loves.
- 59:51I personally believe that she could be a skilled tea maker someday if she would just learn, just really put her best foot forward on learning how to make those teams.
- 1:00:03You don't think that for all of us, right? Oh, I think all of you could be amazing.
- 1:00:07I strongly disagree with that.
- 1:00:09I like to call them Tea Benders, but that's just my personal inside joke.
- 1:00:15Well, I guess it's not inside anyone, but I think that's anyway, that was a very interesting I apologize.
- 1:00:22Yeah.
- 1:00:23We have so much to do here, and I'm sitting here talking.
- 1:00:25I don't mindlessly doing setting up stuff.
- 1:00:28Right.
- 1:00:30Kind of zoning in and out of the conversation.
- 1:00:32The stabbing part really brought perks my ears back up again.
- 1:00:35I'm sure it usually does.
- 1:00:37I don't tell very many people that, but I can only sure.
- 1:00:42Hawaii.
- 1:00:42When you walk, you hold your back.
- 1:00:45It's a part of it.
- 1:00:47I also just have a bad back.
- 1:00:49But that's just from age.
- 1:00:53It's okay.
- 1:00:54Yeah.
- 1:00:55I can still make tea with the best of them.
- 1:00:58That's what's important to me.
- 1:01:00Exactly.
- 1:01:00Well, anyways, let's get to work.
- 1:01:03Let's get this tea on the road.
- 1:01:05We're already here.
- 1:01:07Well, metaphorically speaking, yeah.
- 1:01:12I think people aren't supposed to show up, like, another hour.
- 1:01:15Right.
- 1:01:16Plenty of prep to do, have a very expository experience.
- 1:01:21But this tea won't brew itself.
- 1:01:23I suppose that's right.
- 1:01:26All right.
- 1:01:26And with that, you guys start working hard and brewing the tea and getting things all set to go.
- 1:01:38with that, I think we'll call it an episode.
