- 1:00Speaker 3: A podcast called twenty five Wists so stucking fun ball
- 1:04Speaker 3: and they a went a whist So yeah it's too
- 1:07Speaker 3: bet but what didn't you expect? It's a podcast called
- 1:11Speaker 3: twenty five Whistles wine.
- 1:15Speaker 1: All right, eddy boy, thank you. I didn't bet that
- 1:19Speaker 1: much this weekend, but I lost everything. I bet. I
- 1:23Speaker 1: made two bets. I bet our parlay, which we somehow
- 1:25Speaker 1: missed all four. We do that, which somehow missed all four,
- 1:29Speaker 1: which it's harder to do.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Yeah, that's almost like a win.
- 1:33Speaker 1: That's that's hard to do, is winning? I know, actually
- 1:36Speaker 1: give us the win. We can go over that in
- 1:37Speaker 1: a minute. So I bet that. I didn't put much
- 1:39Speaker 1: on it because I didn't have much faith in it.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I bet like fifty bucks and missed that. And then
- 1:44Speaker 1: I bet five hundred bucks on Indiana plus twelve and
- 1:47Speaker 1: then I listen, I was a little bull let's after
- 1:50Speaker 1: that first drive, I was like, let's go.
- 1:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:52Speaker 1: It ended up not being very good. Uh So lost
- 1:57Speaker 1: about five hundred fifty bucks this weekend. Not a bad
- 2:01Speaker 1: loss weekend, but not a good one.
- 2:04Speaker 5: No, especially since you really didn't have a lot of
- 2:06Speaker 5: skin in the.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Whole weekend and I didn't bet anything NFL.
- 2:09Speaker 5: Really nothing, oh not. You just weren't feeling it. I
- 2:13Speaker 5: feel like there were a lot of tempting lines out
- 2:14Speaker 5: there because like the spreads were wide, and I'm like,
- 2:17Speaker 5: I don't know. I felt like, Okay, everyone's going to
- 2:19Speaker 5: cover the spread here because the matchups are weird. But no,
- 2:21Speaker 5: that wasn't the case.
- 2:22Speaker 1: Tempting lines. No to me, I know that I shouldn't
- 2:26Speaker 1: bet tempting lines. I feel like if I'm only tempted
- 2:29Speaker 1: by the line and not really by the game, I
- 2:33Speaker 1: tend to not jump in because I realize I am
- 2:35Speaker 1: not as smart as the people that are making the
- 2:37Speaker 1: line right. So most of the time that's the case. Yeah,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I just didn't really I watched a lot. I'll say this,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and I'll start with this. You know, if you have
- 2:49Speaker 1: Sunday ticket and he goes, it's the witching hour and
- 2:53Speaker 1: when he's like when losses become ones and when's become
- 2:55Speaker 1: mostly that's when I lose. Like fantasy football, it's not
- 2:57Speaker 1: even about bets. That's mostly when like the players I'm
- 3:00Speaker 1: down score all the touchdowns and I ended up losing.
- 3:04Speaker 1: So it's like it's the there, we're a bunch of
- 3:06Speaker 1: buys this week. Ye, so they go it's the Witching Hour.
- 3:09Speaker 1: And it wasn't even that crazy until it went absolutely
- 3:12Speaker 1: off the rails, like the last three minutes all at once, yes,
- 3:15Speaker 1: like all around every game. It was like holy.
- 3:18Speaker 5: Crap, so much where a red zone couldn't go back
- 3:20Speaker 5: and for everyone there was some delayed like we'll get
- 3:22Speaker 5: to that in a second. This is crazy right now.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Yeah, it was bizarre, and we'll talk all the bizarreness
- 3:27Speaker 1: of college football coming up with Brandon Marcello, because what
- 3:30Speaker 1: a bizarre weekend for college football. But that was like
- 3:33Speaker 1: all day again, macro college football. You're drunk, go home.
- 3:40Speaker 1: NFL football. Hey, you're having a pretty healthy night at
- 3:43Speaker 1: the bar. You're not drinking too much. Good for you
- 3:45Speaker 1: because in the past you've had your oh god, no,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and you got.
- 3:47Speaker 6: Drunk at the very end couple shots later.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Yeah, no hard core. Okay, then NFL wise, let's start
- 3:55Speaker 1: with the we must with the cow and not even
- 3:57Speaker 1: that the game matter for the Cowboys. Dude.
- 4:01Speaker 5: I went from like I'm not really going to watch this,
- 4:03Speaker 5: WTF I have to watch this game.
- 4:04Speaker 1: WTF. First of all, I watched the game either I did,
- 4:08Speaker 1: I kept it on the four box, and then I
- 4:10Speaker 1: didn't go back to it and has its own dedicated
- 4:11Speaker 1: channel because the Cowboys are always featured for the most part,
- 4:14Speaker 1: as like the game. And so I'm like, I don't
- 4:17Speaker 1: care because my Cowboys future to win the Super Bowl
- 4:21Speaker 1: that Eddie told me to bet is not going to win.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Dak who was on my fantasy team is not going
- 4:27Speaker 1: to play. Every interest that I have is gone, and
- 4:31Speaker 1: it's ugly.
- 4:32Speaker 5: And you're not like a fan fan I'm not.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So I'm like not going to dedicate any of my
- 4:39Speaker 1: attention or emotional intelligence to that game. Well, they start
- 4:44Speaker 1: playing and winning, and I'm like, what is happening here?
- 4:48Speaker 1: And then I think, oh, yeah, well the Commanders they
- 4:49Speaker 1: have to eventually suck again to the Commanders, as I've
- 4:52Speaker 1: declared on this show, they as soon as they're reminded
- 4:55Speaker 1: of the other Commanders, they start sucking again. And so
- 4:59Speaker 1: that's what happens, right, Like, well, this game's over, games over,
- 5:01Speaker 1: blah blae bah. All the Cowboys have to stop that
- 5:04Speaker 1: is stop the one play.
- 5:06Speaker 5: No problem, just stop it. No big deal. Nope, they
- 5:09Speaker 5: score on it, dude.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Not only I mean it was MC it's them right
- 5:15Speaker 1: in the It's okay, so the probably like a Nickel
- 5:19Speaker 1: package over the first guy who's a defensive backplan linebacker,
- 5:23Speaker 1: which is what the Nickels all about. Okay, make the tackle.
- 5:26Speaker 1: You're you played your safety, Just make.
- 5:29Speaker 4: The tackle, dude.
- 5:29Speaker 5: They've struggled with that all year. Safeties cannot make the tack. Okay,
- 5:33Speaker 5: and they were they were yesterday until.
- 5:35Speaker 1: That play eighty yards something something something eighty yards so unbelievable.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my god, it was Janis and friends.
- 5:45Speaker 7: Oh God, could didn't believe.
- 5:49Speaker 1: But at the same time, I'm like, it's the Cowboys.
- 5:50Speaker 5: It's the Cowboys.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Of course they're gonna lose this. And then I'm like,
- 5:53Speaker 1: maybe I'm wrong. Maybe the commanders don't even understand that
- 5:55Speaker 1: they're the commanders anymore. Maybe it's been so long they
- 5:57Speaker 1: they forgot this. They're supposed to suck. So all right, well,
- 6:01Speaker 1: let's let's get missed the extra extra point bat snap
- 6:05Speaker 1: bad snap, not the but got it up in time.
- 6:07Speaker 1: But bad said, Oh my god, did.
- 6:12Speaker 5: You see him fall like he kicked It looked like
- 6:16Speaker 5: like he just did. He acted like, oh god, I
- 6:19Speaker 5: missed the stupid extra point.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And what was unfortunate for him was after he got
- 6:24Speaker 1: back up and he turned, he turned to give the
- 6:26Speaker 1: camera angle the greatest angle, right into his face and
- 6:29Speaker 1: his face mask and his eyes, and like that shot,
- 6:34Speaker 1: it was like he found the camera. It was like
- 6:35Speaker 1: he's on the office and at the cameras like Gym's
- 6:38Speaker 1: like oh yeah. It was like he found it and
- 6:40Speaker 1: was like, oh my god. So okay, it's not over. Okay,
- 6:45Speaker 1: ball game, baby, ball game, that's it.
- 6:47Speaker 5: At one point that.
- 6:48Speaker 1: No problem, ballgame. Okay, well we're gonna kick an outside
- 6:51Speaker 1: kick all you got his fall on it. And I'm
- 6:53Speaker 1: not saying I would have done any different, which, by
- 6:55Speaker 1: the way, we don't talking about the tur kickoff return.
- 6:58Speaker 1: By the way, that's not even the great that happened
- 7:00Speaker 1: to That was like the sickest spin move.
- 7:04Speaker 6: That was four.
- 7:08Speaker 1: It's on the ground, He slowly picks it up, looks around,
- 7:11Speaker 1: what a we'm gonna do, Spence, the guy's not even
- 7:13Speaker 1: on him, spins still the jukes the guy out from
- 7:16Speaker 1: three yards away gone, okay, we had to go back
- 7:20Speaker 1: in time for that because think he got crazier since then.
- 7:24Speaker 7: So then on side kick, all you have to do
- 7:27Speaker 7: is jump on it say I'm not better than him.
- 7:29Speaker 7: Though I would have run it back. All you have
- 7:32Speaker 7: to hear you it is falling. You see him holding
- 7:34Speaker 7: the ball after the touchdown.
- 7:35Speaker 1: He was letting it go. He was. I would have
- 7:40Speaker 1: say like, oh god, and then you run and I
- 7:42Speaker 1: would have run. But okay, now it's only an eight
- 7:44Speaker 1: point game. Now they have a shot again. And then
- 7:47Speaker 1: you know what, they've done it before, and they had
- 7:49Speaker 1: a shot again. Jane Daniels about the third time he
- 7:51Speaker 1: did his little wrap around wrap around. Yeah, I was like,
- 7:53Speaker 1: oh my god, here we go. And then finally, yes,
- 7:55Speaker 1: it was end. What a crazy end.
- 7:58Speaker 5: And I remember like kind of when they took that
- 8:01Speaker 5: one point lead and like I don't know, third quarters,
- 8:03Speaker 5: I'm like, oh my gosh, we're gonna win this stupid game.
- 8:05Speaker 8: Cowboy.
- 8:05Speaker 6: We're gonna win Cowboys ten to nine going into the
- 8:09Speaker 6: fourth quarter.
- 8:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it was it was ten when it was ten
- 8:12Speaker 1: to three for a while. Did they score? Did they kick?
- 8:14Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 8:14Speaker 9: They scored six? And third Commanders is it two kick that?
- 8:17Speaker 9: Were they all Fiel goal field goals?
- 8:18Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 8:19Speaker 1: Because when I it was ten to three, and I
- 8:21Speaker 1: was like, games over because it was it was so boring.
- 8:24Speaker 5: It was so boring.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Was it ten to zero for a while? Because at
- 8:29Speaker 1: some point I just thought, all the Cowboys are gonna win.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Let me flip it back over to see how they lose.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Like that's why I went back to that game. Oh
- 8:35Speaker 1: they missed an extra point? Actually, okay, what it was?
- 8:37Speaker 1: So I didn't see Okay, okay, oh they missed.
- 8:39Speaker 5: They missed the first one was blocked, and then they yeah.
- 8:42Speaker 9: And the Cowboys had a block field goal in the
- 8:44Speaker 9: first quarter, I believe, right, And I was like, oh,
- 8:46Speaker 9: it's gonna be a long day for ready, I thought
- 8:47Speaker 9: of you doing.
- 8:47Speaker 1: I wasn't in that. I wasn't in on that.
- 8:49Speaker 5: I was smoking a brisket.
- 8:50Speaker 3: Man.
- 8:50Speaker 5: I don't worried about it until like, we're gonna win
- 8:52Speaker 5: this game what we want it.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I think.
- 8:55Speaker 5: And now we have the Giants, which we could probably
- 8:59Speaker 5: win that game, and then we have I think the Bengals.
- 9:02Speaker 5: All right, we could win that game.
- 9:05Speaker 1: The Bengals are thanking god they have you guys, but
- 9:07Speaker 1: then we're not, Yeah, it's over.
- 9:08Speaker 6: Then you got the Panthers.
- 9:10Speaker 1: The Panthers, Hey, we could win.
- 9:11Speaker 4: Surgings.
- 9:13Speaker 8: Yes.
- 9:15Speaker 1: The Baker press conference was hilarious talking about because you know,
- 9:18Speaker 1: they go and the Bucks kill the Giants and the
- 9:20Speaker 1: Giants suck, and so Baker does the Tommy DeVito and
- 9:24Speaker 1: the end zone double and give the money. Yeah yeah,
- 9:26Speaker 1: so Baker he does Italian thing. Baker does money.
- 9:30Speaker 5: Oh yeah, oh he's not doing the give me my
- 9:32Speaker 5: money's yeah.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Yeah. And so he's doing that and they're like, hey,
- 9:40Speaker 1: so why and he goes, you mean when I was
- 9:44Speaker 1: had a Baker say it, it was like paying tribute
- 9:46Speaker 1: to Tommy because tribute it was the greatest way to
- 9:49Speaker 1: handle the press conference. And he goes, oh, yeah, I
- 9:52Speaker 1: know everybody loves him here, so we're paying tribute. And
- 9:54Speaker 1: they're like, are you a bit Italian? And he goes,
- 9:56Speaker 1: I mean I have twenty three and me.
- 9:58Speaker 6: I mean, he just that's an.
- 10:00Speaker 1: They were like going at him and he was just
- 10:02Speaker 1: there and just like it's so funny. They killed him.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Bucks one great job. Dolphins crushed the Patriots. Yep, it's
- 10:10Speaker 1: all good.
- 10:11Speaker 6: She had Drake May touchdown, thom Aawston Hooper fit the
- 10:13Speaker 6: yard across his body.
- 10:15Speaker 4: That was beautiful.
- 10:17Speaker 6: Zone.
- 10:18Speaker 1: I don't watch that game missed it line loss Vikings
- 10:21Speaker 1: and Bears was a pretty interesting one there.
- 10:23Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Yeah, with the Bears coming back, Caleb Williams looked pretty good.
- 10:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Uh, you know, took a bad, bad sack there at
- 10:31Speaker 1: the end, a bad sack. Uh. But yeah, the Vikings
- 10:35Speaker 1: win again. Look at that, they're now nine and two.
- 10:38Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 10:39Speaker 1: That's crazy because because this is what happened for those
- 10:42Speaker 1: that have been living in a cave or if you
- 10:45Speaker 1: have been in a coma. So the Vikings started off
- 10:47Speaker 1: really hot and you're like, wow, look at am Darnold.
- 10:50Speaker 1: He's back. And then the Vikings lost a couple of games,
- 10:52Speaker 1: and then the couple they won, they wouldn't really win.
- 10:53Speaker 1: They're like, Vikings are over. And then you look at
- 10:55Speaker 1: the record like nine and two. God dang, like yeah
- 10:58Speaker 1: they're here Chiefs and Panthers. Good game was that close?
- 11:04Speaker 5: It's a close game. I kept checking the score. I'm like, wow,
- 11:06Speaker 5: it wasn't close games.
- 11:07Speaker 1: My homes drove down the field to win it with
- 11:08Speaker 1: the field goalty in back, right, Young, let's go Rice Young.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Look good. I'm big, bright young guy.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Yep. Man. I didn't watch it, but I watched the highlights,
- 11:14Speaker 5: and they did him dirty. There wasn't one Carolina Panthers
- 11:17Speaker 5: highlight in that like twenty five minute highlight.
- 11:20Speaker 6: Real twenty five minute highlight.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:21Speaker 5: You know when you do a game recap, Oh yeah,
- 11:23Speaker 5: you know, and you can watch all like the major plays.
- 11:25Speaker 1: They showed you twenty five minutes of highlights.
- 11:27Speaker 5: All chiefs, like not one, not one Carolina Panthers highlight.
- 11:31Speaker 5: Like that's that's dirty.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Dog Titans Texans. I mean, listen, will Levis didn't look terrible.
- 11:38Speaker 1: And again I was only putting it on there occasionally,
- 11:40Speaker 1: and I think Will Levis is terrible.
- 11:42Speaker 4: He had his usual pick six. You know, he didn't even.
- 11:44Speaker 1: See the guy. I was on the game live when
- 11:47Speaker 1: I saw that it was a linebacker. Was it a
- 11:52Speaker 1: like a defensive It was like in the middle of
- 11:54Speaker 1: the field, right right to them.
- 11:57Speaker 6: I didn't even see that.
- 11:58Speaker 7: Yeah, and I was like, ah, he's there is there
- 12:02Speaker 7: is my guy next to play good?
- 12:05Speaker 1: They beat the Raiders. Raiders you saw I had broken
- 12:08Speaker 1: collar bone for a gardener garment.
- 12:10Speaker 6: Yeah, there's season's over. I guess that just like hurts.
- 12:13Speaker 5: It's just like annoying hurts.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I mean, just even me, like even if you hit
- 12:16Speaker 1: your collar bone like this, that hurts. Broken collar bone,
- 12:19Speaker 1: feel like that would suck like a broken pelvis.
- 12:22Speaker 5: So who's their backup? So they have been Connall Yeah,
- 12:25Speaker 5: well he's been the shorter Oconnell.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:29Speaker 6: Yeah, that's my cousin.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Come on, no Brock parties. The Packers won easily. I
- 12:34Speaker 1: think I'm pretty good. Go through the games. Yeah, I
- 12:37Speaker 1: mean it's fine. There's it got a little crazy there
- 12:39Speaker 1: at the end of that.
- 12:40Speaker 6: Yeah, the midday, the Witching Hour is great.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Wit three minutes, it was crazy.
- 12:44Speaker 4: They'd say that. Thursday night game was actually pretty cool
- 12:46Speaker 4: on the snow too. I love and Magic. That was
- 12:49Speaker 4: pretty sweet.
- 12:50Speaker 1: Did you see the clip that they did and they
- 12:53Speaker 1: were like, it looks like a movie and it was
- 12:54Speaker 1: Jameis Winz's dive in the zone from It was an
- 12:57Speaker 1: awesome clip. Yeah, yeah, it was.
- 12:58Speaker 6: Like snow the NFL film ball stuff.
- 13:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:01Speaker 5: Did you see the clip of him trying to get
- 13:02Speaker 5: them to jump off sides and he's actually yelling like.
- 13:09Speaker 9: Move.
- 13:09Speaker 1: He was so excited to play in this now. Yeah,
- 13:12Speaker 1: he's a kid in many ways cool. So he was
- 13:14Speaker 1: like a straight a student. You ever see like the
- 13:15Speaker 1: story of jamis straight a student, like you'd get in
- 13:17Speaker 1: trouble for anything below an A minus like brilliant kid. Yeah, okay, okay, okay, okay.
- 13:24Speaker 1: So there's that because I wrote down witching our aka
- 13:28Speaker 1: three minutes, that's my favorite. Check it off my list.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I'm checking off my list. College football wild. We'll talk
- 13:34Speaker 1: with Brandon Marcel about that. But it was just it
- 13:36Speaker 1: was just a bizarre, bizarre day. And I didn't plan
- 13:41Speaker 1: to dedicate as much time to the games as I
- 13:43Speaker 1: did because there weren't a lot of really great games
- 13:46Speaker 1: I had set aside to what The Big noon kickoff
- 13:48Speaker 1: on Fox is the worst thing to ever happen to
- 13:49Speaker 1: the Big Ten because that put their biggest game at
- 13:52Speaker 1: the worst time every every week. It's a it's awful.
- 13:56Speaker 5: They call it Big Noon, but it's eleven for.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Us, right, you be Eastern everything.
- 14:00Speaker 5: Yeah, just throws me off because we're not noon, and.
- 14:04Speaker 1: And then Mountain time is the way off.
- 14:06Speaker 6: Yeah, imagine Hawaii.
- 14:08Speaker 1: It's just bad. I hate that for them because they've
- 14:10Speaker 1: had two really big games this year that have had
- 14:12Speaker 1: to happen at noon because that's when Fox has the
- 14:14Speaker 1: game to air. It's a TV thing. And then I
- 14:18Speaker 1: went down and drove first drive. I was like, this
- 14:20Speaker 1: is going to be fun. And then it started raining
- 14:23Speaker 1: different special teams, bops, nets, what got them?
- 14:26Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 14:26Speaker 1: And then also Hio station is bigger, faster, stronger. Indiana
- 14:29Speaker 1: was gonna have to play perfect, but they, man, they
- 14:31Speaker 1: played so good at the beginning of the game.
- 14:34Speaker 5: Was that Kanye what bigger, faster, stronger.
- 14:40Speaker 1: But we'll get into the college football stuff coming up
- 14:42Speaker 1: in a little bit. I do want to go over
- 14:44Speaker 1: to our our Jets guy, and not so much about
- 14:48Speaker 1: the Jets as a team. But I pulled this up.
- 14:53Speaker 1: It appears increasingly likely that Jets will places Aaron Rodgers
- 14:56Speaker 1: on IR or bench him over the next few weeks.
- 14:58Speaker 1: It's also possible the Jets get simply cut him. Rogers
- 15:01Speaker 1: still wants to play in twenty twenty five, just not
- 15:03Speaker 1: for the Jets. Let's go first with you and the
- 15:06Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers as a whole experiment.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Utter failure, disappointment. I mean, he basically came in here
- 15:12Speaker 4: and just dropped a stick of dynamite. It exploded, and
- 15:14Speaker 4: now he's just like, I'm gonna get out of here.
- 15:16Speaker 4: I don't feel like being here anymore. Do you blame him?
- 15:19Speaker 1: Or is it organizational.
- 15:20Speaker 4: I mean it's organizational. It's definitely woody, but I mean
- 15:23Speaker 4: it's he definitely had to say in a lot of things,
- 15:26Speaker 4: but the whole thing was I mean, Joe Douglas was
- 15:28Speaker 4: thirty and sixty four as a GM. I mean it
- 15:31Speaker 4: just clearly he just and I don't want to he like,
- 15:34Speaker 4: because I also feel like, you know, Douglas and Sala
- 15:38Speaker 4: during this whole thing have kind of gotten like a
- 15:39Speaker 4: sympathy kind of card for them because yeah, I mean
- 15:45Speaker 4: thirty six. I mean the team sucked with him.
- 15:47Speaker 1: I think Sla ends up getting not next year. But
- 15:49Speaker 1: if Yeah goes, someone is a good defensive coordinator next year,
- 15:52Speaker 1: because right now he's just like filling in.
- 15:54Speaker 4: He was like like a packer, like a packer buddy console.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, I think he goes. I think he gets
- 15:59Speaker 1: another good job.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Yeah. I just I blamed Douglas a lot too for
- 16:02Speaker 4: this whole thing. I just feel like, you know, everyone's like, oh,
- 16:04Speaker 4: Joe Douglass, he drafted soft gardener and Gary Wilson. It's like,
- 16:08Speaker 4: but you're supposed to do that when you.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Have soft gardener, soft gardener funny, it's rude, that's off gardener. Yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 1: he's on his own, like jets up.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Yeah, so that's what the New York media is calling
- 16:22Speaker 4: him soft gardener.
- 16:23Speaker 6: But that kind of stuff changes quickly.
- 16:25Speaker 10: Man.
- 16:26Speaker 1: It's hard to call anybody on the Jets suck you
- 16:28Speaker 1: when the whole organization sucks, I know.
- 16:30Speaker 4: But he's had some pretty spectacular miss tackles. I would say,
- 16:34Speaker 4: business decisions. Business.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Yeah, he's making business decisions. Yeah, yeah, I'm sorry, dude,
- 16:39Speaker 1: It's all right.
- 16:40Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 16:40Speaker 4: I means I'm kind of used to it at this point.
- 16:42Speaker 4: I'm just numb, you know, I'm just numb to it.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I think Aaron Rodgers product of the environment though.
- 16:47Speaker 4: But who's going to pick him up though? That That's
- 16:49Speaker 4: the thing that kind of cracks me up, is like
- 16:50Speaker 4: he wants to play again? Yeah, I mean he has
- 16:53Speaker 4: a house here.
- 16:53Speaker 5: He looks Nashville. That don't work.
- 16:55Speaker 1: He has a house. I mean, I know, it's literally
- 16:57Speaker 1: he's building near my house.
- 16:59Speaker 4: Just chill with Wills and the answer is not, Levis
- 17:03Speaker 4: right right?
- 17:04Speaker 1: He does look good in the uniform though, Yeah, the
- 17:06Speaker 1: guy for all my pictures, Yeah, Levis, Yeah, I saw that.
- 17:09Speaker 6: Did you see Daniel Jones' head on?
- 17:11Speaker 9: Will Levis's body because Daniel Jones like my cut him
- 17:13Speaker 9: tightened or whatever, and I was like, dang, Dane his jack,
- 17:16Speaker 9: and I realized its.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Will Levis interesting. The Browns, Stefansky loves a guy. They
- 17:24Speaker 1: can just sit back there and chunk.
- 17:25Speaker 11: But Jamis is so good with all these quotes, Jamis
- 17:27Speaker 11: is not the starter next year. Jamis tv to be
- 17:32Speaker 11: a coach, needs to be or coach a super cerebral guy.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Like he's a really smart I mean he can coach's.
- 17:39Speaker 4: For DeVante Adams too, right, I mean all this like,
- 17:42Speaker 4: you know.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Well, what's going to be good for Davante's He'll get
- 17:44Speaker 1: to go where every once next year?
- 17:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:46Speaker 1: So I think the play for him was to get
- 17:47Speaker 1: out of the Raider and best case scenario they go
- 17:50Speaker 1: win with the Jets. Worst cases, he can go ever
- 17:53Speaker 1: he once next year.
- 17:53Speaker 6: You think he goes wherever Aaron goes.
- 17:55Speaker 1: No, I don't, I do not quarterback. I don't feel
- 17:57Speaker 1: like that. I think, if anything, this is the way
- 17:59Speaker 1: to get him out of the Raiders as much as
- 18:01Speaker 1: it was to get him to Aaron Rodgers. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I think I don't want to have to go through
- 18:07Speaker 1: the will he retire when he retires. Saw it that's
- 18:09Speaker 1: gonna happen that he loves to do.
- 18:11Speaker 5: He's gonna dirag that out.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I just will. I just don't wish Peop wouldn't talk
- 18:14Speaker 1: about it, but we will. He's turned into I don't know,
- 18:18Speaker 1: four months ago I rooted for him. I can't stand
- 18:21Speaker 1: him now. I've never had such a flip on a
- 18:22Speaker 1: character like I flipped hard on him. He just seems
- 18:25Speaker 1: like the biggest douchebag.
- 18:26Speaker 10: You know.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I think my turning point was with Mike Williams when yeah, when, okay,
- 18:32Speaker 1: Mike Williams runs the wrong route. Dude, you're Aaron Rodgers.
- 18:35Speaker 1: You lost anyway. It wasn't like that was the only
- 18:38Speaker 1: thing that kept you from winning. That was basically a
- 18:40Speaker 1: hail Mary anyway, And you you want to throw it
- 18:42Speaker 1: on him, your douchebag.
- 18:44Speaker 4: He just doesn't want to get hit anymore. I mean,
- 18:45Speaker 4: it's just a little short passes. It's no like Aaron
- 18:47Speaker 4: I got just magic anymore. You get what I want
- 18:49Speaker 4: to get hit.
- 18:50Speaker 1: He's old man, Yeah, but I don't like it that
- 18:52Speaker 1: he's at a press conference putting it on him when
- 18:55Speaker 1: that's not the reason the game was lost. And also
- 18:59Speaker 1: you're praying to God on that play anyway. Yeah, Okay,
- 19:04Speaker 1: we lost all our parlay so stupid. We couldn't do
- 19:08Speaker 1: it again. We couldn't try to lose it.
- 19:09Speaker 5: We won't.
- 19:11Speaker 1: We literally couldn't try to lose it.
- 19:13Speaker 4: No, that was Badhurst.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Here's our recap, And I do think people were avoiding
- 19:20Speaker 1: our bet too, because they just Sam Houston State is
- 19:22Speaker 1: not something you bet on. And so we did make
- 19:26Speaker 1: the top of DraftKings again, only to embarrass ourselves. Holy
- 19:29Speaker 1: Sam Houston say plus five and a half lost? Whose
- 19:32Speaker 1: bet was that? It's not me for sure?
- 19:34Speaker 4: No, it was.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Georgia minus forty two. That game that was never never
- 19:40Speaker 1: going to cover.
- 19:41Speaker 5: What do you mean I missed it by five points?
- 19:43Speaker 1: Did you watch the game at all?
- 19:44Speaker 3: This?
- 19:44Speaker 5: And I was like, come on, you Mass, how are
- 19:46Speaker 5: you scoring two touchdowns early on?
- 19:47Speaker 1: I was like, there's no way even halftime, I think
- 19:49Speaker 1: there's no way.
- 19:50Speaker 5: When you Mass scored early, I'm like, yeah, we're not
- 19:52Speaker 5: going to cover that.
- 19:52Speaker 9: It's like thirty eight twenty one and I saw I
- 19:54Speaker 9: was like, oh, no, scored twenty one, score.
- 19:57Speaker 5: Twenty one fourteen.
- 19:58Speaker 6: Yeah, I thought it was thirty twenty went at one point.
- 20:00Speaker 1: Yeah, God, who I don't because I would have missed
- 20:03Speaker 1: on both of these and I could have met both
- 20:04Speaker 1: of them. Which one did you have?
- 20:05Speaker 6: I had Colorado?
- 20:06Speaker 1: Okay, Colorado minus two and a half. Uh, they lost
- 20:10Speaker 1: the game.
- 20:11Speaker 6: They got smoke. I mean it was closed in the
- 20:13Speaker 6: first half, but they got beat up pretty good.
- 20:15Speaker 4: I mean got a little intensive at Yeah.
- 20:18Speaker 9: They were kind of annoying to watch to Colorado, like
- 20:21Speaker 9: you could just they just looked privileged in that game.
- 20:23Speaker 5: Yeah, door shove a ref or something.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Ye shove would made the term I would use.
- 20:28Speaker 5: But yes, pushed, okay, like push out of the way
- 20:32Speaker 5: because I saw the clip, but I didn't see that
- 20:34Speaker 5: in a way that could have easily been.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Okay, remember when Kirby Smart pushed the player who came
- 20:39Speaker 1: on the sideline and Smart and grat and you're like, okay,
- 20:42Speaker 1: he was obviously confused at who that was and when
- 20:44Speaker 1: it was That's what it felt like to me, like
- 20:46Speaker 1: you can't do that.
- 20:48Speaker 4: But the heat of the moment kind of thing.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think it was.
- 20:51Speaker 6: Didn't like seek out for the refs, but.
- 20:53Speaker 1: Also you can't do that. And I didn't like Kirby
- 20:55Speaker 1: Smart grabbing the player and I remember the game, it
- 20:58Speaker 1: was like four weeks ago. But again, you go, that
- 21:01Speaker 1: totally did not mean to happen. Yeah, that was about
- 21:04Speaker 1: and then Alabama minus thirteen and a half just got smoked.
- 21:06Speaker 9: That had to be the biggest surprise of the weekend
- 21:09Speaker 9: because Oklahoma is not very good.
- 21:10Speaker 1: And I'm gonna say this, not that they were gonna
- 21:12Speaker 1: win the game they got. I've not seen a bladant
- 21:14Speaker 1: robbery of a touchdown be a top back, like, yeah,
- 21:18Speaker 1: that was the worst miss call I've ever seen, to
- 21:20Speaker 1: where even the announcers and replayer like, we don't see
- 21:22Speaker 1: how this was missed. Yeah, he was on the line.
- 21:25Speaker 1: The other guys went on the line. He the ref
- 21:28Speaker 1: that threw it was on the sideline after the touchdown
- 21:31Speaker 1: was caught. You call that right off the line.
- 21:36Speaker 9: Yeah, I'd say hit his hands, he was throwing the flag.
- 21:39Speaker 1: That seemed shadiest crap, But mostly I would think if
- 21:44Speaker 1: it were shady, we're gonna be keep out to make
- 21:46Speaker 1: Alabama win, not keep Alabama from losing. But that was
- 21:49Speaker 1: and they never came back and explained why there could
- 21:52Speaker 1: have been a mess up, even an accident. It was
- 21:54Speaker 1: just like, well that was wrong and stupid. Anyway, let's
- 21:57Speaker 1: keep going the game. But it would have been a
- 21:59Speaker 1: two touchdown game, I think. Listen, I don't think it
- 22:01Speaker 1: kept them from winning the game, but I do think
- 22:03Speaker 1: it kept them from having a shot to win the game.
- 22:06Speaker 1: That's bad. Yeah. And it's a great catch.
- 22:08Speaker 6: Unbelievable play, kept his foot.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a terrible that's.
- 22:13Speaker 6: I was pissing. I'm not even a Bama fan.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Yeah, And I was watching my wife, she's an OU fan,
- 22:17Speaker 1: and you know, and I was rooting for OU for
- 22:20Speaker 1: the most part, but I was like rooting for Alabama.
- 22:22Speaker 1: If they did win to win the whole thing, and.
- 22:23Speaker 5: You have a parlay going already lost, then yeah we
- 22:27Speaker 5: were down.
- 22:30Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 22:30Speaker 1: And I didn't bet the game straight up, so I
- 22:32Speaker 1: had no interest there. I was rooting for OU more
- 22:34Speaker 1: than I was rooting for Bama. But so I got
- 22:35Speaker 1: really irritated for Obama because that was just that wasn't
- 22:38Speaker 1: like a holding call, No, that you just see from
- 22:41Speaker 1: a bad angle. I just did not understand because they
- 22:45Speaker 1: never even came back to make me understand. And then
- 22:48Speaker 1: when they showed it over and over again, they were like, yeah,
- 22:51Speaker 1: there's no way. And then they showed the guy who
- 22:54Speaker 1: threw the flag like he didn't need to throw that flag,
- 22:56Speaker 1: and the timing of him throwing the flag.
- 22:57Speaker 6: I had to have the hammer like furthest away from
- 22:59Speaker 6: the able to find the flag.
- 23:01Speaker 1: Yeah, it was like the lowest one right underneath the MP. Terrible. Anyway,
- 23:05Speaker 1: we suck.
- 23:06Speaker 10: Uh.

- 23:31Speaker 1: but you're starting to see guys now hit two fifty two,
- 23:32Speaker 1: seventy five, three hundred.
- 23:33Speaker 4: And you could throw on the Ravens, which is which.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Is fun for the viewer unless it's well, Daniel Jones
- 23:40Speaker 1: isn't playing anymore anywhere. Yeah, you see what he wants
- 23:44Speaker 1: to go to a playoff contender. It's like, what, go
- 23:46Speaker 1: be a backup and we'll get your rank.
- 23:48Speaker 4: I guess right.
- 23:49Speaker 1: Uh, Like, go to Detroit be the backup. Cool as
- 23:53Speaker 1: a Flowers more or lessan fifty eight receiving yards he's
- 23:55Speaker 1: been on. Yeah, I'd go more. Get more, Derrek Henry
- 23:58Speaker 1: more less than eighty four rushing yards. We'll go more.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Lamar Jackson more or les than forty sixtress yards. They
- 24:02Speaker 1: go more. We're going on more the Ravens Man, We're

- 24:47Speaker 1: I guess I follow in both places. He got following

- 24:54Speaker 1: follow Brandon at Brandon Marcelo on Instagram. Read his work
- 24:57Speaker 1: twenty four to seven sports dot com. Here he is
- 25:00Speaker 1: is Brandon Marcelo. Hey Brandon, where do we start? Because
- 25:03Speaker 1: I don't know? Is this a while weekend? Man? It's
- 25:06Speaker 1: like Ole Miss Alabama, Indiana? What do you want to
- 25:09Speaker 1: do you? Hey? Dealers choice, Brandon?
- 25:13Speaker 10: I would just say the SEC like falling flout on
- 25:15Speaker 10: its face. Ye got three ranked teams all hit the
- 25:18Speaker 10: road and they lose, and it's opened the door. I
- 25:22Speaker 10: think for the ACC now to get two teams in
- 25:25Speaker 10: instead of one and it's knocked. I think Alabama out
- 25:29Speaker 10: of playoff race. Definitely all miss out of playoff race.
- 25:33Speaker 10: But because of other moves being made around those top
- 25:37Speaker 10: twelve or whatever you want to say, I still think
- 25:39Speaker 10: there's a slight path for the SEC to get four
- 25:43Speaker 10: teams in the playoff, but it's looking more and more
- 25:46Speaker 10: like it's going to just be three and the Big
- 25:49Speaker 10: ten is going to lead the way with four teams.
- 25:51Speaker 10: So the SEC and their biggest moment, their biggest weekend
- 25:54Speaker 10: to prove itself worthy of getting a lot of teams
- 25:57Speaker 10: in the playoff.
- 25:58Speaker 8: Just fill with big lut thud this week.
- 26:01Speaker 1: Then, in your mind, did the SEC's depth as a
- 26:06Speaker 1: conference bite it in the butt or is the SEC overrated?
- 26:10Speaker 10: I think the SEC is a little overrated this year.
- 26:13Speaker 10: I do think it's the deepest conference among the Big
- 26:16Speaker 10: ten in the SEC. But the problem is is that
- 26:19Speaker 10: the Big ten up top is much better than the SEC,
- 26:24Speaker 10: and so that's why you're not seeing a lot of
- 26:26Speaker 10: Big ten teams in the top half losing on the
- 26:29Speaker 10: road this year, whereas with the SEC, they're not as
- 26:32Speaker 10: good up top as the Big ten, and so when.
- 26:35Speaker 8: They go on the road, they're losing. And you'll hear
- 26:37Speaker 8: all week.
- 26:38Speaker 10: You know, I hate politics, but this week and next
- 26:41Speaker 10: week you're gonna hear a lot of politicking from all
- 26:44Speaker 10: the conferences, but especially the SEC in the media about
- 26:49Speaker 10: why they're the best conference in America, why they're so deep,
- 26:52Speaker 10: and why they just deserve to have four teams in
- 26:55Speaker 10: the playoff, even if the metrics and some of the
- 26:59Speaker 10: numbers that they play Off Committee utilizes will show differently.
- 27:03Speaker 10: But you're gonna hear that a lot. You're gonna hear
- 27:05Speaker 10: a lot from Greg Segi, the commissioner, and the SEC
- 27:08Speaker 10: media about well, the SEC is real deep, and only
- 27:13Speaker 10: two teams in the SEC have a winning record on
- 27:15Speaker 10: the road this year within the conference, and that's because
- 27:18Speaker 10: the conference is just so darn good. Yes, it's very,
- 27:21Speaker 10: very good, but the top half of the SEC is
- 27:24Speaker 10: just not as good as the top half of the
- 27:27Speaker 10: Big ten.
- 27:28Speaker 1: Let's sit in the SEC then for a minute before
- 27:30Speaker 1: we go around, and so Georgia is gonna make it,
- 27:33Speaker 1: Texas is gonna make it. It looks like Tennessee should
- 27:36Speaker 1: make it because they're not gonna have to play in
- 27:37Speaker 1: the SE championship game. So there's three Texas, A and
- 27:40Speaker 1: M still could make it if they beat Texas and
- 27:42Speaker 1: they win the SE championship against Georgia. So there's possibly
- 27:46Speaker 1: a fourth. Is that the possible fourth to you? Or
- 27:49Speaker 1: is Bama? Or is there any chance in the world?
- 27:53Speaker 1: South Carolina somehow backs into this thing.
- 27:56Speaker 8: I think that's very possible. You know, we don't know
- 28:00Speaker 8: what the Playoff Committee rankings are.
- 28:01Speaker 10: Yet this week, but I would say, based off of
- 28:04Speaker 10: recent success and also the metrics, that South Carolina would
- 28:10Speaker 10: edge out Alabama for a potential fourth spot if the
- 28:13Speaker 10: SEC was in position to do so. But it also depends,
- 28:16Speaker 10: of course, on what happens within the SEC and then elsewhere.
- 28:20Speaker 10: The best thing that could happen from South Carolina is
- 28:23Speaker 10: for Texas to win this week against A and M
- 28:26Speaker 10: and then to win the SEC championship game, which would
- 28:30Speaker 10: help them potentially. But South Carolina, when you look at
- 28:33Speaker 10: their recent resume, they've won. If they win this week
- 28:36Speaker 10: against Clemson on the road, they will have won four
- 28:39Speaker 10: straight games against top twenty five opponents, and they've got
- 28:43Speaker 10: close losses on the road at Alabama and of course
- 28:47Speaker 10: at home much earlier in the season against LSU.
- 28:50Speaker 8: And I know head to head is a big.
- 28:52Speaker 10: Thing, but Alabama and South Carolina are not the same
- 28:56Speaker 10: teams they were when they met in mid October. South
- 28:59Speaker 10: Carolina completely turned a corner and has gotten better since then.
- 29:03Speaker 10: Alabama has gotten worse since then, as evidence by them
- 29:07Speaker 10: losing twenty four to three this week on the road
- 29:09Speaker 10: at Oklahoma. So I would say, if there's a fourth team,
- 29:13Speaker 10: and if we're talking about Alabama or South Carolina, you've
- 29:16Speaker 10: got to give the edge to South Carolina in my opinion.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Do you think the committee factors in though that the
- 29:22Speaker 1: team is not the same team as it was when
- 29:24Speaker 1: it is a head to head even though it was
- 29:25Speaker 1: earlier in the year.
- 29:26Speaker 10: They say they do, and they say they will, we'll
- 29:29Speaker 10: see and listen based off of even last year, they do,
- 29:34Speaker 10: because they that's the reason why they left Florida State
- 29:36Speaker 10: out of the playoff.
- 29:37Speaker 8: Last year.
- 29:37Speaker 10: They said they Florida State was not the same team
- 29:40Speaker 10: because they didn't have quarterback Jordan Travis, who was injured
- 29:43Speaker 10: in the last two weeks of the season. So South Carolina,
- 29:46Speaker 10: which have been struggling with some injuries themselves, especially at
- 29:49Speaker 10: quarterback of the North Sellers, is healthier now and they're
- 29:52Speaker 10: playing much better now and they're.
- 29:54Speaker 8: On a roll.
- 29:55Speaker 10: So judged off that they should and you've got to
- 29:59Speaker 10: consider you we got away more heavily the recent success
- 30:04Speaker 10: of a team compared to what they were doing in
- 30:06Speaker 10: the first few weeks of the season. That just makes sense.
- 30:10Speaker 10: For example, look at the men's basketball tournament. The committee
- 30:14Speaker 10: weighs big time what you do in the last ten
- 30:17Speaker 10: to twelve games of a season, more so than they
- 30:19Speaker 10: do in the first.
- 30:20Speaker 8: Half of the schedule.
- 30:21Speaker 10: And with college football, I think you definitely have to
- 30:23Speaker 10: take that into consideration. Plus, in addition to that, the
- 30:27Speaker 10: injuries of South Carolina were dealing with earlier in the year.
- 30:29Speaker 1: So let's say Texas well, hypothetical this thing because again
- 30:33Speaker 1: I just want to use precedent semi precedent because it
- 30:36Speaker 1: can be weren't in a twelve team until this year,
- 30:38Speaker 1: but semi president here, Let's say Quinn E Weres, who
- 30:40Speaker 1: has to get an MRI, which I saw yesterday, he
- 30:43Speaker 1: may not play. Let's say they lose to Texas A
- 30:46Speaker 1: and M. Texas A and M goes championship game. Therefore,
- 30:49Speaker 1: Texas has a couple losses. They're down their starting quarterback,
- 30:52Speaker 1: Jordan Travis. We saw last year of Florida State. However,
- 30:55Speaker 1: I think the big difference would be Texas has played
- 30:57Speaker 1: their backup quarterback and had success. So do you think
- 31:00Speaker 1: the committee would penalize them for losing their starting quarterback
- 31:03Speaker 1: if yours can't play even though their backup quarterback has
- 31:06Speaker 1: played a significant amount of time and his last name
- 31:08Speaker 1: is Manning.
- 31:10Speaker 10: I think the penalty for them would be more so
- 31:12Speaker 10: just losing the A and M no matter who the
- 31:14Speaker 10: quarterback is. And also because their resume right now doesn't
- 31:19Speaker 10: include a big win, it doesn't include a top twenty
- 31:23Speaker 10: five win on that schedule. You know, their biggest win
- 31:26Speaker 10: so far really has been at Vanderbilt, and Vanderbilt is
- 31:31Speaker 10: not ranked right now, and they just lost again to
- 31:35Speaker 10: LSU on the road. Texas doesn't have a great quality win.
- 31:39Speaker 10: What's helped them has won their brand and number two,
- 31:44Speaker 10: when they've won games, they've mostly won so going away.
- 31:47Speaker 10: Heading into this past week, they were tied with Oregon
- 31:50Speaker 10: for number one among teams that have won games by
- 31:53Speaker 10: nineteen points or more. This season, they've kind of been
- 31:57Speaker 10: like a boring team. They just kind of bludgeon everybody.
- 32:00Speaker 10: But then in the big moments and they have an
- 32:01Speaker 10: opportunity to get that big resume win. For example, when
- 32:04Speaker 10: Georgia came to town, they got their brains beat in.
- 32:08Speaker 8: They were beaten by.
- 32:08Speaker 10: Double digits in a game that wasn't even really that close,
- 32:11Speaker 10: by thirty to fifteen margin, and they don't have that
- 32:14Speaker 10: big win. This is their opportunity this week to get
- 32:16Speaker 10: that big win. And if they were to win this week,
- 32:19Speaker 10: maybe that obviously keeps them in the playoff, and would
- 32:22Speaker 10: they would be in the playoff because they could go
- 32:24Speaker 10: to the SEC championship game. Even if they lost, they
- 32:26Speaker 10: would still get in. But I would argue that you
- 32:29Speaker 10: lose A Texas, A and M, you should be out
- 32:31Speaker 10: because of your resume SA.
- 32:33Speaker 1: And I'm going to use that to pivot over to the
- 32:34Speaker 1: Big Ten because there are a lot of similarities, the
- 32:36Speaker 1: parallels between Texas and Indiana wild like the one game
- 32:40Speaker 1: they played where they had to play somebody, which Texas
- 32:42Speaker 1: was Georgia, Indiana was Ohio State.
- 32:46Speaker 4: They got whooped pretty bad.
- 32:49Speaker 1: So and let's go over to the Big ten and
- 32:51Speaker 1: let's talk about that first drive. I was like, oh,
- 32:53Speaker 1: Indiana came to play like game on, I was called
- 32:56Speaker 1: I called a buddy. I was like, well, let's go
- 32:58Speaker 1: Signette and then special teams ended up being kind of
- 33:02Speaker 1: the first thread that was pulled, and then it was
- 33:05Speaker 1: just a talent difference. Your thoughts after watching Indiana Ohio
- 33:09Speaker 1: State and what should happen with Indiana?
- 33:11Speaker 10: Yeah, I've still got Indiana safely in the playoff. As
- 33:14Speaker 10: long as they beap perdue this week, they should get in.
- 33:18Speaker 10: Just because of the other chaos that happened with those
- 33:20Speaker 10: three other SEC teams that were contention losing this week.
- 33:23Speaker 10: You know it hurt them because they gifted fourteen points
- 33:26Speaker 10: to Ohio State through special teams, punt returned for a touchdown,
- 33:30Speaker 10: and of course that bad snap that was muffed by
- 33:33Speaker 10: the punter that Ohio State was able to recover and
- 33:36Speaker 10: then score on a short field. Gifting Ohio State fourteen
- 33:40Speaker 10: points is terrible doing so when you're on the road
- 33:44Speaker 10: at Ohio State, it's next to them possible to come
- 33:47Speaker 10: back from that. I think the big thing to take
- 33:50Speaker 10: away from this game, though, is that Indiana couldn't do
- 33:53Speaker 10: anything offensively after that first drive. The first drive was
- 33:56Speaker 10: a seventy yard drive for a touchdown. They go up
- 33:58Speaker 10: seven to nothing, and then and the next ten drives
- 34:01Speaker 10: the rest of the game, they only have eighty one
- 34:04Speaker 10: yards on ten drives ten possessions.
- 34:07Speaker 8: Very very bad.
- 34:08Speaker 10: Ohio State's got one of the best defenses in the country.
- 34:11Speaker 10: I would argue maybe top two. Maybe it is the
- 34:13Speaker 10: best one in the country, but Indiana's offense is no sloush.
- 34:18Speaker 10: They've been in the top five for most of the season,
- 34:20Speaker 10: have done stellar job there, Curtis Charke at quarterback, Elijah Surratt,
- 34:24Speaker 10: who's been incredible receiver, and they completely shut them down.
- 34:29Speaker 10: It just hurts because you give them fourteen points and
- 34:32Speaker 10: then Ohio State, instead of kneeling the ball there late
- 34:35Speaker 10: in the game, they score another touchdown to make it
- 34:37Speaker 10: a twenty three point win. So you're talking I know
- 34:40Speaker 10: we're playing hypotheticals and subtracting math and all this, but
- 34:43Speaker 10: you're talking about maybe a one possession loss for Indiana
- 34:46Speaker 10: on any other day, despite your offense struggling, only putting
- 34:49Speaker 10: up one hundred and fifty one yards in that game.
- 34:52Speaker 10: And the reason for that is because Indiana's defense actually
- 34:55Speaker 10: did a pretty good job in that game. They held
- 34:57Speaker 10: Ohio State for under three hundred yards all the way
- 35:00Speaker 10: up until that final drive.
- 35:01Speaker 8: They did enough to win that game defensively, also.
- 35:04Speaker 10: Forced two turnovers a pick and then also a turnover
- 35:08Speaker 10: on downs there in the first half. It's just that
- 35:10Speaker 10: the offense was their undoing.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Yes, just a little bit of carnage and maybe none
- 35:16Speaker 1: in the Big Ten, especially if Indiana makes it. We
- 35:18Speaker 1: almost saw Penn State lose, but we did not see
- 35:20Speaker 1: Penn State to lose. That game was probably a little
- 35:21Speaker 1: closer than manyone expected. But they won't be penalized for
- 35:25Speaker 1: losing that game at all. Right, like they're in.
- 35:27Speaker 10: Penn State's absolutely in in. Penn State I think has
- 35:31Speaker 10: done very well on the road this year. You know,
- 35:33Speaker 10: you're talking about the SEC team struggling on the road.
- 35:36Speaker 10: Penn State's done very well. They've got really three impressive
- 35:40Speaker 10: road victories to me USC Wisconsin and in this past
- 35:43Speaker 10: week against Minnesota. You know, against Minnesota, it was a
- 35:46Speaker 10: twenty six to twenty five game end up being the final,
- 35:49Speaker 10: but Penn State faced a fourth and one i think
- 35:52Speaker 10: on their own side of the field in Minnesota territory
- 35:54Speaker 10: in the final minutes, and they faked a punt and
- 35:57Speaker 10: they got it a big game. And then on that
- 36:00Speaker 10: same drive, they had to pick up another fourth and
- 36:02Speaker 10: one and they did so through the air to keep
- 36:04Speaker 10: the drive alive, and then they were able to kneel
- 36:06Speaker 10: the ball, so they were able to convert two big
- 36:08Speaker 10: fourth downs on the road at Minnesota in a one
- 36:11Speaker 10: point game to seal the win. It was a very
- 36:14Speaker 10: good job I think by James Franklin and co to
- 36:17Speaker 10: get that done. Because James Franklin, as we all know,
- 36:20Speaker 10: is a very conservative coach when it comes to just
- 36:22Speaker 10: calling plays.
- 36:22Speaker 8: And making decisions. Wants to punt to win.
- 36:25Speaker 10: But he went for it there at Minnesota and it
- 36:28Speaker 10: proved huge because they were able to kneel out the clock.
- 36:30Speaker 10: If they gave the ball back to Minnesota, they may
- 36:32Speaker 10: very well have lost that game and been out of
- 36:34Speaker 10: the playoff hunt.
- 36:35Speaker 1: We'll got to a big twelve. I thought my brain
- 36:36Speaker 1: was gonna explode because I just watched the second half
- 36:39Speaker 1: and just in general, like that was just a wild
- 36:42Speaker 1: day for that conference, even more so than the SEC,
- 36:44Speaker 1: I think. But I was watching the Arizona State BYU
- 36:47Speaker 1: game that last series, the last two serie, like I
- 36:52Speaker 1: was like, what is until the Cowboys the next day.
- 36:54Speaker 1: I didn't have a final two minutes where my mind
- 36:56Speaker 1: was like holy crap, because you saw the stratgy of
- 37:00Speaker 1: with Arizona State basically trying to run the clock out
- 37:03Speaker 1: them running backward right twenty yard loss, twenty yard loss.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Then we're just gonna chunck it as high and as
- 37:08Speaker 1: far as we can and let the time expire, except
- 37:11Speaker 1: there's one second and then the fans storm the field.
- 37:14Speaker 1: That has got to be so difficult to get all
- 37:16Speaker 1: those fans off the field. And we've seen that like
- 37:18Speaker 1: three times this year where fans storm the field a
- 37:19Speaker 1: bit early. Then BYU catches the hell Mary but on
- 37:24Speaker 1: the two yard line. It was the craziest game that
- 37:28Speaker 1: ended up being exactly what we thought it was gonna be.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Just it took like six extra minutes for it to
- 37:31Speaker 1: get wild and crazy. Now for me to ask you,
- 37:35Speaker 1: because that's just how my mind was running during it.
- 37:37Speaker 1: The actual macro version of this is BYU lost again,
- 37:41Speaker 1: Arizona State won again. I believe Arizona State, if all
- 37:44Speaker 1: goes well, we'll play. If they beat Arizona will play
- 37:46Speaker 1: in the Big Twelve Championship. Is Arizona State good?
- 37:48Speaker 8: Oh yeah, very much. So.
- 37:50Speaker 10: I've had them like just behind Colorado as the top
- 37:53Speaker 10: team in the Big Twelve, and then Colorado obviously lost
- 37:56Speaker 10: on the road against Kansas this week. So Arizona State
- 37:59Speaker 10: to me is the best team in the Big twelve
- 38:01Speaker 10: right now. And there are talking about confusing. There are
- 38:04Speaker 10: two hundred and fifty six scenarios for who is going
- 38:09Speaker 10: to meet in the Big Twelve Championship game. And we've
- 38:11Speaker 10: got one week remaining, and that's it. Two hundred and
- 38:13Speaker 10: fifty six scenarios. Nine teams still alive somehow mathematically to
- 38:19Speaker 10: get into the Big Twelve Championship game. But the two
- 38:21Speaker 10: teams that have the best opportunities and the best pathway
- 38:24Speaker 10: through all those scenarios is Arizona State and Iowa State.
- 38:28Speaker 10: Arizona State's playing better than anybody else in the Big
- 38:30Speaker 10: Twelve right now. They're knocking off the big dogs right
- 38:33Speaker 10: now as well. And despite all that craziness at the end,
- 38:38Speaker 10: Arizona State really kind of dominated that game.
- 38:40Speaker 8: They got up twenty one to nothing in the first half.
- 38:42Speaker 10: Cam Scatibo, their incredible running backs scored three touchdowns during
- 38:46Speaker 10: that time, autographed the ball in the end zone got
- 38:49Speaker 10: flagged for it, which was funny after a touchdown, But
- 38:53Speaker 10: Arizona State's legit. Kenny Dillingham has done a hell of
- 38:55Speaker 10: a job there. This is only his second year, and
- 38:57Speaker 10: going into this past week, I thought it was really
- 39:00Speaker 10: between him and Dion Sanders really for maybe National Coach
- 39:04Speaker 10: of the Year or at least Big Twelve Coach of
- 39:06Speaker 10: the Year. And I think Dillingham just eked out Deon
- 39:09Speaker 10: this past week, but again that could change here in
- 39:12Speaker 10: the last game of the regular season because Colorado's still
- 39:14Speaker 10: alive in the Big twelve title hunt, as well as
- 39:17Speaker 10: Arizona State a wild weekend coming up in the Big Twelve. Again,
- 39:21Speaker 10: two hundred and fifty six scenarios. It's incredible. They need
- 39:27Speaker 10: to figure this all out. By the way, Bobby, we
- 39:30Speaker 10: got rid of divisions and a lot of these conferences,
- 39:33Speaker 10: and it's just made things so much more complex than
- 39:36Speaker 10: these tiebreaker scenarios.
- 39:39Speaker 8: It's ridiculous.
- 39:40Speaker 10: I mean, just last week, Oregon, after winning their game
- 39:44Speaker 10: on a Saturday, had clinched a Big Ten championship spot,
- 39:49Speaker 10: but the Big Ten said, wait a second, no, they haven't.
- 39:52Speaker 10: It took them seventy two hours until that next Tuesday
- 39:55Speaker 10: to figure out Oh yeah, because the tiebreaker scenarios we have,
- 39:59Speaker 10: Oregon did actually clinch a spot after we said maybe
- 40:02Speaker 10: they hadn't, and they announced it on a Tuesday afternoon.
- 40:05Speaker 10: We've never seen that before. They need to figure something
- 40:08Speaker 10: out here because we can't do this every single year.
- 40:11Speaker 8: I know.
- 40:11Speaker 10: It prompts interest, which draws eyes, draws viewers, and draws,
- 40:16Speaker 10: readers and everything in all the mediums.
- 40:18Speaker 8: But it's way too confusing.
- 40:19Speaker 10: Why does college football, why does college sports for that matter,
- 40:22Speaker 10: always have to take the most difficult path to figure
- 40:24Speaker 10: out a way to crown a champion.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like, the Super Conferences are cool, but then
- 40:28Speaker 1: when there are so many teams in them and they
- 40:30Speaker 1: can't all play each other, which you just can't mathematically
- 40:34Speaker 1: all play each other, some suffer because Indiana could have
- 40:37Speaker 1: played a couple better teams if they just happen to
- 40:39Speaker 1: have been scheduled. Right, them playing like the worst seven
- 40:43Speaker 1: or seven or the eight worst teams in the Big Ten,
- 40:45Speaker 1: That is not their fault. They beat everybody they were scheduled,
- 40:49Speaker 1: and again what gets used against them is something that
- 40:51Speaker 1: they had no control of. Now, they did lose to
- 40:53Speaker 1: Ohio State, but yeah, you're right, the Super Conferences are cool,
- 40:57Speaker 1: but unless more of these teams can play more of
- 41:00Speaker 1: the teams in, we're going to have this every single year.
- 41:02Speaker 1: It's why I like the SEC having a ninth game. Yes, well,
- 41:05Speaker 1: it'll be harder on them, but there's still another option
- 41:07Speaker 1: to play more of the teams.
- 41:09Speaker 10: I will say this, like, but you know, but the
- 41:11Speaker 10: Big ten has nine conference games themselves, and we're still
- 41:13Speaker 10: having a scenario there. Like I mentioned with the Oregan,
- 41:16Speaker 10: this is what we need to do in my opinion,
- 41:18Speaker 10: and I'm trying to look out for the best interest
- 41:20Speaker 10: of both sides. Okay, both these all these conferences want
- 41:23Speaker 10: to make more money. They want to draw eyes and
- 41:25Speaker 10: draw interest.
- 41:25Speaker 8: So do this.
- 41:26Speaker 10: If you have sixteen teams or more in your conference,
- 41:30Speaker 10: do a pod system of four teams in each pod
- 41:32Speaker 10: or whatever you got to do, and take the champions
- 41:36Speaker 10: from those pods your divisions and have them play a
- 41:39Speaker 10: mini playoff of your own to crown a conference champions.
- 41:41Speaker 10: So in the SEC, take your top four teams in
- 41:44Speaker 10: those pods and play two games, play semi finals, and
- 41:48Speaker 10: then an SEC championship game that gives you an extra
- 41:50Speaker 10: two games to the season that you can sell to
- 41:53Speaker 10: your ESPN conglomerate or whatever make more money. And then
- 41:57Speaker 10: also I think crowns a clear and concise champion in
- 42:01Speaker 10: the SEC, because at that point, if like you said,
- 42:04Speaker 10: not everybody can play everybody, but your best teams without
- 42:08Speaker 10: a doubt in your conference would play each other at
- 42:11Speaker 10: some point thanks to that two team or excuse me,
- 42:14Speaker 10: four team two game playoff system with on your own
- 42:17Speaker 10: conference to settle on a champion.
- 42:19Speaker 1: I think over changing rules, let's change another one too,
- 42:21Speaker 1: the overtime rule. I do like that they both get
- 42:24Speaker 1: a chance to have the ball right, which is better
- 42:26Speaker 1: than what the NFL. NFL doesn't in the playoffs. But
- 42:28Speaker 1: I think the NFL system again flawed. But I I
- 42:32Speaker 1: don't like because it goes to the two point conversion,
- 42:35Speaker 1: which we saw Texas A and M and Auburn. That's
- 42:38Speaker 1: just like rolling dice, like that's one play. What I
- 42:42Speaker 1: don't like initially about what they do is you literally
- 42:46Speaker 1: could gain no yards and score points. Like it's like, okay,
- 42:50Speaker 1: let's go. Let's say run for one yard, run for
- 42:53Speaker 1: one yard, run for one yard, kick field, go three points.
- 42:55Speaker 1: You could win the game by actually doing nothing on offense.
- 42:59Speaker 1: If I were changing the rules, I would scoot them
- 43:01Speaker 1: back and every time that we went to second overtime,
- 43:05Speaker 1: move them up five yards. So so start at the fifty,
- 43:07Speaker 1: then second overtime forty five, and we're still getting closer
- 43:11Speaker 1: to making it a bit easier to score, So we
- 43:12Speaker 1: don't go forever. I think you and I have both
- 43:14Speaker 1: seen a couple seven overtime games that went forever and
- 43:17Speaker 1: are legendary in our minds. But when it goes to
- 43:20Speaker 1: just a two point conversion, that just seems like it's
- 43:23Speaker 1: not even declaring a real winner. It's just like we're tired,
- 43:27Speaker 1: let's just do something to end the game.
- 43:29Speaker 8: Yeah, I agree with you. I like that idea.
- 43:31Speaker 10: Start at the fifty and then bring it in five
- 43:33Speaker 10: yards closer with the joe or overtime going in.
- 43:36Speaker 8: I love that idea.
- 43:37Speaker 1: You can't kick a field goal right at the fifty.
- 43:39Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, if you don't get a first down
- 43:41Speaker 1: or maybe even two, you can't kick a field goal.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Therefore you cannot score on offense. And again they want
- 43:46Speaker 1: to make sure these don't go forever, So move it
- 43:48Speaker 1: in five yards every single time, and eventually, four overtimes
- 43:51Speaker 1: in you can kick a field goal. But the text
- 43:53Speaker 1: Adam got droped the ball felt terrible for him. But again,
- 43:56Speaker 1: what a stupid scenario that we're two point conversions. I
- 43:58Speaker 1: don't like two point conversions.
- 43:59Speaker 8: Your thought on that, I I don't like it either.
- 44:03Speaker 10: A couple of years ago, there was what a nine
- 44:05Speaker 10: overtime game between Illinois and Penn State whatever it was,
- 44:08Speaker 10: and it was just two point conversion after two point conversion,
- 44:11Speaker 10: and it was dramatic, but it was also just like
- 44:14Speaker 10: like you said, it was like we're flipping a coin
- 44:16Speaker 10: out there on every two point conversion. And also, these
- 44:19Speaker 10: teams only have so many two point conversion plays in
- 44:22Speaker 10: their in their in their back pocket, and they're starting
- 44:24Speaker 10: to call things that they won't even normally call in
- 44:26Speaker 10: those type of situations.
- 44:28Speaker 8: But yeah, I'm with you, I just don't. I don't
- 44:30Speaker 8: like that.
- 44:30Speaker 10: It's a very weird, broken system. I even prefer even
- 44:34Speaker 10: the previous iteration of it before all this, when it
- 44:38Speaker 10: was just you know, you start off the twenty five
- 44:40Speaker 10: or thirty or whatever, and then after the second or
- 44:42Speaker 10: third overtime you have to go for two points instead
- 44:45Speaker 10: of just a regular extra point kick or whatever. But
- 44:48Speaker 10: I don't like them doing this two point conversion thing
- 44:50Speaker 10: after the second overtime.
- 44:51Speaker 8: Doesn't make all of sense to me.
- 44:53Speaker 1: I have three final questions. I do want to talk
- 44:54Speaker 1: about Kansas in that big game.
- 44:57Speaker 5: Uh.
- 44:58Speaker 1: And it's not a shock because Kansas is been playing
- 45:00Speaker 1: really well the last few games. But as Kansas beats Colorado,
- 45:04Speaker 1: and you know, I was watching Coach Prime say, look,
- 45:07Speaker 1: we were smelling ourselves, you know, we And I thought
- 45:12Speaker 1: I liked what he said after. I thought he was
- 45:13Speaker 1: super mature. He was grown up in the room even
- 45:16Speaker 1: after that loss. But with Kansas, I think they started
- 45:20Speaker 1: two and six, two and four, Yeah, so what so,
- 45:24Speaker 1: And we've had the Kansas coach on, we loved him.
- 45:26Speaker 1: But going into the offseason for the Kansas program, even
- 45:30Speaker 1: though I think they may end up at best be
- 45:31Speaker 1: five hundred, like, do you feel like there's some momentum
- 45:34Speaker 1: for that program just because of how they've all these
- 45:35Speaker 1: top twenty five teams they've beaten its end of the year.
- 45:38Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean they're the first team with a losing
- 45:40Speaker 10: record in the FBS to beat three straight ranked teams
- 45:44Speaker 10: and they've been playing. I mean, they're the reason why
- 45:46Speaker 10: the Big twelves in chaos right now because they've beaten
- 45:49Speaker 10: the three of the top teams in the Big twelve
- 45:52Speaker 10: standings going into this final week. But that also tells
- 45:56Speaker 10: you like kind of we're about to lose something year
- 45:59Speaker 10: in college football. And from that standpoint is you know,
- 46:01Speaker 10: the era of super seniors, like the six year seniors,
- 46:04Speaker 10: some seventh year receivers because of the previous pandemic or whatever,
- 46:08Speaker 10: you're able to keep an extra year of eligibility. So
- 46:12Speaker 10: a lot of these guys for Kansas were able to
- 46:13Speaker 10: stay there on the roster an extra year or two,
- 46:17Speaker 10: and that's.
- 46:17Speaker 8: Why they're playing so well.
- 46:19Speaker 10: That's why Kansas was one of the favorites, one of
- 46:22Speaker 10: the top three or four teams to contend for the
- 46:23Speaker 10: Big twelve in the preseason, because they had so much
- 46:26Speaker 10: experience returning and it didn't pan out early. I think
- 46:29Speaker 10: part of that was because they were dealing with a
- 46:31Speaker 10: new offense, a new offensive coordinator, and it took them
- 46:34Speaker 10: some time to get used to that. They also were
- 46:36Speaker 10: dealing with some injuries. But now they've got it rolling
- 46:39Speaker 10: and you're seeing exactly what they could have been this
- 46:42Speaker 10: entire season, which is going to be a Big twelve
- 46:44Speaker 10: contender because they're so experienced. I mean, Devin Neil, I mean, goodness, gracious,
- 46:48Speaker 10: he put up like two hundred and eighty seven yards
- 46:51Speaker 10: more than two hundred on the ground himself, a senior,
- 46:54Speaker 10: a guy who's got a lot of experience, and they
- 46:57Speaker 10: leaned on him against Colorado. They didn't punt a scene
- 47:00Speaker 10: time against Colorado, and they held them Paul for more
- 47:04Speaker 10: than forty minutes of the sixty minute game, just an
- 47:07Speaker 10: absolute masterclass and keeping the ball out of that explosive
- 47:09Speaker 10: offense of Colorado.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Two questions left. SMU Miami think they're both then.
- 47:14Speaker 10: As of this moment, Yes, I think the ACC was
- 47:17Speaker 10: able to get two teams back on the map now
- 47:19Speaker 10: because of the SEC's problems.
- 47:22Speaker 8: If Miami wins this.
- 47:24Speaker 10: Week at Syracuse and gets to the ACC Championship game, yes,
- 47:28Speaker 10: and SMU is going to have to be col this
- 47:30Speaker 10: week to keep that alive, that two team scenario. I
- 47:33Speaker 10: think if it ends up being SMU and Clemson in
- 47:37Speaker 10: the ACC Championship game, it'll probably still be a one
- 47:41Speaker 10: team in that playoff. But at this point, I think
- 47:45Speaker 10: if SMU and Miami both make it, and they do
- 47:48Speaker 10: so after wins this week, they both should be in
- 47:51Speaker 10: my opinion, in the.
- 47:53Speaker 1: Playoff final question. You mentioned Miami Syracuse and that's just
- 47:57Speaker 1: the rivalry. Week is usually just fun because it's right,
- 48:00Speaker 1: but there are some pretty good games that are going
- 48:02Speaker 1: to actually affect the college football playoff, which I think
- 48:06Speaker 1: makes it even that much more fun. Like I think
- 48:07Speaker 1: Arizona can beat Arizona State. Arizona has not played well
- 48:10Speaker 1: this year, but I think they have the talent to
- 48:12Speaker 1: actually scoop up a victory there. I think Syracuse I
- 48:16Speaker 1: think their top twenty five. Now bright are they did
- 48:19Speaker 1: they hit this week?
- 48:21Speaker 10: I think they're just outside it. But they're a borderline
- 48:23Speaker 10: top twenty five team and have been most of the years.
- 48:25Speaker 1: And I think they can beat Miami. I think Georgia Tech,
- 48:27Speaker 1: you know, won't be the favorite to beat Georgia, but
- 48:30Speaker 1: have shown glimpses of being a team that can actually
- 48:33Speaker 1: play with a really solid Georgia. So there are so
- 48:36Speaker 1: many of these games that probably would not matter except
- 48:39Speaker 1: for the rivalry part of it, that are of extreme
- 48:42Speaker 1: value because it's the final week before the conference games.
- 48:45Speaker 1: Which one do you see? Which of these rivalry games
- 48:48Speaker 1: do you actually see there being an upset and it's
- 48:50Speaker 1: shifting it again?
- 48:52Speaker 8: Great question.
- 48:54Speaker 10: I think the opportunities there for Texas, Texas, A and M.
- 48:57Speaker 10: I think everybody's low obviously on A and M after
- 48:59Speaker 10: losing it all Auburn, but they're different at home. They're
- 49:02Speaker 10: much different against a rival at home that Texas and
- 49:04Speaker 10: A and M haven't played in thirteen years. A and
- 49:07Speaker 10: M has been waiting for this forever and Texas has
- 49:10Speaker 10: to go on the road, and Texas does not own
- 49:12Speaker 10: a big win obviously all season, and they have to
- 49:15Speaker 10: go on the road to College Station.
- 49:18Speaker 8: Very difficult spot.
- 49:19Speaker 10: And A and M's got an opportunity to maybe play
- 49:21Speaker 10: into the SEC championship game, though that doesn't look I
- 49:24Speaker 10: don't know if to look at the tiebreakers, but A
- 49:26Speaker 10: and M's potential to play itself back into the playoff
- 49:28Speaker 10: hunt and Texas maybe to play itself out of it
- 49:33Speaker 10: despite being in the top four or five at this moment.
- 49:35Speaker 10: So I think that one's prime for an upset. I
- 49:39Speaker 10: think if Georgia had to go on the road to
- 49:40Speaker 10: Georgia Tech, I'd be much hotter on Tech there because
- 49:43Speaker 10: Tech obviously has already BEATN Miami this year. But they
- 49:46Speaker 10: go to Georgia and rightfully so are a double digit underdogs.
- 49:50Speaker 10: I don't see really there being an upset threat there
- 49:53Speaker 10: to me. Another one to watch though is Tennessee at Vanderbilt.
- 49:58Speaker 10: Tennessee look like it's in maybe in the playoff right
- 50:02Speaker 10: now potentially, and Vanderbilt, as we've seen, they've been giant
- 50:07Speaker 10: killers all season.
- 50:08Speaker 8: That's a very dangerous spot for the volunteers.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Can I throw one more at your Notre Dame USC
- 50:12Speaker 1: at USC super Bowl.
- 50:14Speaker 10: It is, but I don't trust USC's offense at this
- 50:18Speaker 10: moment with the new quarterback out there. He's playing okay,
- 50:21Speaker 10: but they just didn't quite get as explosive as I
- 50:23Speaker 10: expected this past week against UCLA, and I think Notre
- 50:27Speaker 10: Dame is playing as bad as good as anybody in
- 50:29Speaker 10: the country.
- 50:30Speaker 8: They're on nine game win streak.
- 50:32Speaker 10: They've won those games by an average of thirty three points.
- 50:36Speaker 10: They look like to me one of the top three
- 50:38Speaker 10: or four teams in the country. In fact, I rated
- 50:40Speaker 10: them number three this week.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Brandon, good to talk to you. It's awesome. I love
- 50:44Speaker 1: the college fotball PLAYFF. It has made life so much
- 50:47Speaker 1: more interesting, so many more things to talk about, so
- 50:49Speaker 1: many more games to care about. And then I do
- 50:52Speaker 1: like a beautiful mind, and then I draw myself crazy
- 50:54Speaker 1: doing all the note Oh God, what's gonna happen? Thank
- 50:56Speaker 1: you dude. Good to talk to you, and we will
- 50:58Speaker 1: talk to you again sometime soon.
- 51:00Speaker 8: See a buddy, all right, see you, Bobby.
- 51:02Speaker 4: I think it's a.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Pretty good Christmas gift if your family or friend is
- 51:06Speaker 1: an Eagles fan. If not, I guess it'd be kind
- 51:09Speaker 1: of laying. But the realist is selling game use grass
- 51:12Speaker 1: clippings from Eagles home games. So again that is a
- 51:15Speaker 1: novel gift for somebody who has everything.
- 51:18Speaker 4: Sure, yeah, that's a unique I don't want a game
- 51:20Speaker 4: they won.
- 51:20Speaker 1: And also you really probably can't prove it's really the
- 51:22Speaker 1: grasspook cares right, right, But for twenty nine to ninety nine,
- 51:26Speaker 1: you can bring a piece of the games home with you.
- 51:28Speaker 1: Eagles the Commanders, November fourteenth, that would just happen. You
- 51:31Speaker 1: can get some grass from that. November third Eagles Jaguars.
- 51:35Speaker 1: I'm not sure if they want to lost these games.
- 51:36Speaker 1: September sixteenth, Eagles Falcons.
- 51:38Speaker 6: They've won eight in a row, I believe.
- 51:39Speaker 3: So.
- 51:40Speaker 1: October thirteenth game against the Browns already sold out on
- 51:43Speaker 1: their website, maybe because they've had a longer order that
- 51:46Speaker 1: one without they have no grass. You go look at
- 51:50Speaker 1: the field patches, we think too much.
- 51:55Speaker 6: You goes out there, Huh, who's the guy that goes
- 51:58Speaker 6: out there with like scissors and just.
- 51:59Speaker 1: I'm sure it's mode. And then they did in the bay.
- 52:04Speaker 1: I think they just take pinches. Probably that's fair. They
- 52:07Speaker 1: think there's somebody with those old plastic sisters. He does. Yeah, yeah,
- 52:12Speaker 1: But there is a video where they shows them collecting
- 52:15Speaker 1: clippings after the game. But my bet would be they're
- 52:17Speaker 1: getting the pile of clippings. They're shooting that for promo
- 52:21Speaker 1: and there because it doesn't matter. They're getting the pile
- 52:23Speaker 1: and then they're putting in the game. You like, it's
- 52:25Speaker 1: more special though, if the dude goes out there puts
- 52:27Speaker 1: it in a Petri dish, you know you studying it,
- 52:30Speaker 1: No dish, keep it safe. I thought that was a
- 52:34Speaker 1: pretty good little little gift. There are our guy Rod.
- 52:38Speaker 1: It was on TV.
- 52:40Speaker 6: That was so funny.
- 52:41Speaker 1: Rod Phillips, Hey, Mike, you sent the picture. It was hilarious.
- 52:44Speaker 1: He was at the Texas a Kentucky football game and
- 52:46Speaker 1: he's a big Kentucky fan and it's like zoomed in
- 52:49Speaker 1: on them, it's just him. It's like they do that
- 52:52Speaker 1: whenever the person's famous, and they're like Rob Blow wearing
- 52:55Speaker 1: an NFL had the Super Bowl and they're like, what's
- 52:57Speaker 1: look at this? He's here promoting a show. But they
- 52:58Speaker 1: had that on.
- 52:59Speaker 5: Rod or like hot girl that's crying.
- 53:01Speaker 1: You know, yeah, Mike, what was the context there?
- 53:03Speaker 6: It was right after they missed a field goal and
- 53:06Speaker 6: then they cut the rock.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Is he sad guy?
- 53:08Speaker 5: He was a sad fan.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Have you ever been on TV at a game. No,
- 53:13Speaker 1: I've been sad fan a couple of times. Really, wait
- 53:17Speaker 1: were you?
- 53:18Speaker 6: Was it basketball? Both recently?
- 53:19Speaker 1: One time basketball, one time angry fan in football? So
- 53:22Speaker 1: basketball was lash?
- 53:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I didn't see. I think I was watching that game.
- 53:26Speaker 1: Because I was sitting right behind the bench. End up
- 53:28Speaker 1: losing the SC tournament, and I don't know if I
- 53:32Speaker 1: I don't think I was the saddest because I wasn't
- 53:34Speaker 1: like you weren't crying. There was a chance they knew
- 53:37Speaker 1: who I was, but they didn't put it up there.
- 53:39Speaker 1: So I just say a chance like they knew my
- 53:41Speaker 1: job and that I had a little bit of notoriety
- 53:44Speaker 1: because they kept the camera on me, and I was like,
- 53:47Speaker 1: oh my god. It just it was just strat fan
- 53:50Speaker 1: more than.
- 53:50Speaker 4: It was you.
- 53:51Speaker 5: Since the camera guy on you because it was across
- 53:53Speaker 5: the court.
- 53:54Speaker 1: It wasn't like whenever they're doing let's do kiss him,
- 53:56Speaker 1: they come up right below you in the aisle. Yeah,
- 53:58Speaker 1: we're liking an awards show up, They're like gonna put
- 54:00Speaker 1: you on. They put the camera right beside you and
- 54:01Speaker 1: then you act like you don't see it. It had
- 54:03Speaker 1: to be from across the court, and it just stayed
- 54:05Speaker 1: on me. The other time was I was on the
- 54:08Speaker 1: sideline of an Arkansas Raised back football game and I
- 54:11Speaker 1: was with the quarterback's dad and both of us together.
- 54:17Speaker 1: I thought the camera at one point was honest, but
- 54:19Speaker 1: I thought they were just like recording something to like
- 54:21Speaker 1: play into a commercial, because it was like his dad
- 54:24Speaker 1: and like me, and I'm probably like one of the
- 54:26Speaker 1: more known Arkansas fans of the It's not like we
- 54:29Speaker 1: have a lot justin Moore, John Daily me, that's it
- 54:33Speaker 1: and so no, but it was mostly because I was
- 54:35Speaker 1: just pissed. It wasn't about the quarterback's dad. Oh come on,
- 54:39Speaker 1: and so they just captured. So yes, I've been sad
- 54:41Speaker 1: and angry.
- 54:42Speaker 5: But someone like Rod though, that's like winning the lotter. Random,
- 54:45Speaker 5: that's like winning the lottery. There's so many people there
- 54:47Speaker 5: and they picked him.
- 54:47Speaker 6: What did he say to you, Mike anything. No, he
- 54:50Speaker 6: didn't ever ever respond because he put.
- 54:52Speaker 1: He just thought it was funny. Yeah, it's weird. I
- 54:56Speaker 1: mean he was super zoomed in and focused on Yeah, okay,
- 55:00Speaker 1: do we need a break? Another break will be good.
- 55:02Speaker 6: Yeah, when we'll break.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Okay, let's take a break because I got a couple
- 55:05Speaker 1: of things to talk about, and then we'll go. If

- 56:12Speaker 1: So a big shout out to Michigan football billionaire Larry Ellison,
- 56:18Speaker 1: who is the Oracle founder, co founder, billions of dollars.
- 56:22Speaker 1: He's been married a few times. His wife now it
- 56:25Speaker 1: could be a starter fourth wife. I'm not sure she
- 56:28Speaker 1: is a Michigan fan. Michigan needs quarterback now. LSU had
- 56:32Speaker 1: Bryce Underwood committee. He's a number one quarterback going into
- 56:35Speaker 1: the twenty twenty five year. He's going to come to
- 56:37Speaker 1: LSU next year, probably start as a freshman. Beat that dude.
- 56:40Speaker 1: Larry Allison has billions of dollars. Not so much Colatch
- 56:42Speaker 1: football fan himself, but again his wife is now his
- 56:45Speaker 1: now a wife is now a Michigan fan. So he
- 56:47Speaker 1: ponied up to twenty million and bought Bryce Underwood. I
- 56:50Speaker 1: did then il like four year, twenty million dollars out.
- 56:53Speaker 1: He wasn't the Bryce Ouderwood was not flipping from LSU
- 56:56Speaker 1: even though he's a Michigan kid. He had said, like
- 56:58Speaker 1: a week and a half ago, He's like I'm here,
- 57:00Speaker 1: I'm here, and then.
- 57:02Speaker 5: And the money goes to him.
- 57:03Speaker 1: Like I just think, you, well, it's an I own money.
- 57:05Speaker 1: Sure you don't get all twenty million at once, and
- 57:08Speaker 1: then you know it's like a four year, five million
- 57:11Speaker 1: dollars a year if you stay type thing. But that's like,
- 57:14Speaker 1: how lucky you are Michigan fans and one of their
- 57:16Speaker 1: people married a billionaire. Yeah, that's baller, Like that's the goal, right,
- 57:21Speaker 1: not to marry a billionaire, but to just go that
- 57:24Speaker 1: player is awesome. I just want to because again, the
- 57:27Speaker 1: scale I do it on is much smaller.
- 57:29Speaker 5: What if his wife was a fan of Sam Houston State,
- 57:31Speaker 5: Like you to Sam Houston State for the five million year? Like,
- 57:37Speaker 5: cause that's tough because like that's a career decision.
- 57:39Speaker 1: Maybe that's it's a lot of money.
- 57:41Speaker 5: It is a lot of money.
- 57:42Speaker 1: Maybe I don't even know that it's five million, but
- 57:44Speaker 1: I think it was around twenty million. And I saw
- 57:47Speaker 1: because Dave Portnoy from Barstool had said months ago, he's like,
- 57:50Speaker 1: I'll pay a couple million bucks a year to get
- 57:52Speaker 1: a quarterback. There and they were give him the credit,
- 57:53Speaker 1: and he came on and I had nothing to do
- 57:55Speaker 1: with it. He was like, I would love to take credit,
- 57:58Speaker 1: but I have I can't, And so that is awesome
- 58:02Speaker 1: to have a billionaire. I say that. Let me back up,
- 58:06Speaker 1: why do you think we have John Calipari. Yeah, it's
- 58:08Speaker 1: not a player, it's a coach. It's John Tyson. He
- 58:11Speaker 1: came in and that's not inn il. This is salaries,
- 58:13Speaker 1: and salaries have often been paid by rich people going
- 58:16Speaker 1: through the foundation. So that's what happened. But it's it's
- 58:19Speaker 1: similar ish. But because his wife is a Michigan fan,
- 58:23Speaker 1: they went and got him a.
- 58:24Speaker 5: Quarterback Jerry Jones giveing any money to uh.
- 58:26Speaker 1: Yeah, some and then some probably don't know about. But
- 58:29Speaker 1: also like the whole the facilities, Jerry.
- 58:31Speaker 5: Jones, the names all over it.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Yeah, but I mean they yeah, I mean they spend
- 58:34Speaker 1: a he spends a lot of money. I like to
- 58:37Speaker 1: make it comparison before we go. And I like Sam Pittman,
- 58:42Speaker 1: the Arkansas razorback coach. I like him as a person
- 58:44Speaker 1: a lot. And I think the transition that he has
- 58:47Speaker 1: allowed us to make from being just god awful to
- 58:51Speaker 1: stable has been one they should be admired because he
- 58:55Speaker 1: has brought real stability to the program. We're things six
- 59:00Speaker 1: and five right now. It's not been a good year,
- 59:05Speaker 1: and I was thinking, what who is the parallel? It's
- 59:09Speaker 1: Geno Smith. Sam. Just so you guys can understand where
- 59:12Speaker 1: you are here, Sam Pittman is Geno Smith, the quarterback
- 59:15Speaker 1: for the Seahawks. Stable. Every once while, gon win your game,
- 59:19Speaker 1: you shouldn't win. That's Tennessee this year. Every once while
- 59:21Speaker 1: you're like, dang DUT's bringing Geno went off. Sometimes gonna
- 59:24Speaker 1: lose your game you shouldn't lose. But for the most part,
- 59:26Speaker 1: gonna win the games you probably should win. Gonna lose
- 59:28Speaker 1: the games, probably should lose, depending on what else is
- 59:31Speaker 1: Never gonna win your Super Bowl, probably not gonna get
- 59:34Speaker 1: the NTC Championship. Can't be mad at him. Seattle was
- 59:38Speaker 1: in disarray. Gino Smith came in and stabilized the Seattle Seahawks,
- 59:44Speaker 1: And if I'm a quarterback, I'm like, you know what,
- 59:45Speaker 1: I kind of like what they what he's done over there.
- 59:48Speaker 1: Pittman had a nine win year. Once we got a
- 59:52Speaker 1: little too excited yesterday that we're going to a bowl game.
- 59:55Speaker 1: That's so annoying to me. Get's like four bowl games
- 59:57Speaker 1: in a row.
- 59:58Speaker 5: You're going bowling, dude.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: You can be five hundred and go bowling. I know,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: I know that is not I would rather take big
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: swings and misses on like hot shot young guys than
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: just be for sure six seven wins.
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: When did we interview coach? It is in between the
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: beginning of the season or beginning of last season.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: Last year, okay, because Cam was still playing campetal.
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: Okay because last season his pret his he said his
- 1:00:25Speaker 5: goal is to make a bowl game, but that wasn't
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: his goal. This year probably better than that this year.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Huh, I didn't matter.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: Here's one bowling though. You know which bull?
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: No, you never know, because we could we play Missouri
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: this week. Oh, the funniest thing was the Missouri Mississippi
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: State game. And so it's near the end of the game.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: And I like them as a Very coach. People are
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: still hate them his own coach. I like them as
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: a Very coach. He got a big mouth, he's hilarious,
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: he's hilarious with us, and he's from Arkansas. He's Arkansas.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: He's a ticket hold like he is an Arkansas guy.
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: That's funny.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: But he's a Missouri head coach. And he told missis
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: Mississippi State because the game is about over, but they
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: were down in the red zone about to score again,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: and then a half to score again. He was like,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: MISSISIPI State, shut up up on a score again. Yeah,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: I saw that drink was going off. So funny. And
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: he's one of those guys like must and basketball, like
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: you love him if he's yours, you hate him if
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: he's not, and then once he starts to not be good,
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: then you hate him if he's yours. But but but
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: what that he has is like I would compare it
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: to who is the basketball player for Ole Miss? That
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: was just so freaking annoying white kid. Everybody hated him
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: unless he played for ole Miss, but he played so
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: hard for ole Miss. Oh yeah, and he says he's
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: name slip in my mind. If you somebody google white
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: kid from ole Miss named white basketball player from ole Miss.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: That was annoying. And I bet you pops up first first.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: It's probably like eight nine years ago.
- 1:01:55Speaker 5: Let's see case he's on it.
- 1:01:56Speaker 6: Marshall Henderson.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: It is Marshall Henderson, Thank you very much. First name,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: first name.
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: I do remember him. Actually, yeah, picture he looks annoying. Picture.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: Yeah. And if he's your guy, you like, yeah, he's not.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: But my yeah, yeah yeah. My comp Sam Pitman is
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: Gino Smith and the Seahawks probably proud they have Geno
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: and happy they know they're not going to Super Bowl.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: They can't wait to who the next guy is. They
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: gave him a good contract. Go get get in the
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: playoffs when you possibly again, but it's not, it's not.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: And I like Sam, and if he gets another year,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: you know what, one more year, I'm okay with that.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: But I'd also be okay if he was like, I'm done.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I don't really want to see him fired. I would
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: love for him to go. I'm gonna go one more year.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: This is the next coach up? Is he gonna because
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: he gives some stability of the program. And then I'm
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: out after this year. But I think we have Geno
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: Smith's ourselves and we're there. We are at the height.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: We could win seven or eight games, but we're never
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: gonna be somebody that competes for the SEC. I don't
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: think we are there. You go, there's my comp If
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: speaking of coaches, will land on this Lane Kiffin.
- 1:03:03Speaker 9: Oh, Kevin, I've always been a big fan of Lin Kiffin.
- 1:03:07Speaker 9: Love the style, except for the USC days because I
- 1:03:09Speaker 9: can't stand USC. But I've liked the way he coaches,
- 1:03:12Speaker 9: doesn't care. Like we were just talking about, you love
- 1:03:13Speaker 9: him if he's your guy, you don't like him if
- 1:03:15Speaker 9: he's not.
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: And I bought in this year.
- 1:03:18Speaker 9: I was ready for old Miss Jackson, dar everybody, let's go,
- 1:03:20Speaker 9: We're going to the college football Playoff.
- 1:03:21Speaker 6: It's gonna be a fun year for Old Miss. And
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: then they lose one, all right, what a dumpster too?
- 1:03:26Speaker 9: And then they lose two, Yeah, okay, and then this
- 1:03:28Speaker 9: third one, It's like, all right, I'm done with Lane Kiffin,
- 1:03:31Speaker 9: done with the act, done with the whole his whole persona,
- 1:03:34Speaker 9: And I'm done ever believing in Lane Kiffin or what
- 1:03:37Speaker 9: he can do.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: I can see being annoyed with him. I would love
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: to have Lane Kiffin. Ooh, I'm telling you, I can't
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: say this story. Lane Kiffen was Arkansas's football coach before Pittman. Oh,
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: I can't tell you what happened.
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: Interesting.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: I can tell you when the microphones are I can
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: tell you what I can tell when the microphones are
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: on nobody did it. Lane Kiffern was Arkansas football coach.
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: M dang, that's all. That's all.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: I can't say anything else. I even want to say
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: other things.
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: Yeah, I can tell you want to say.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: And I know and it's not even like a rumor,
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: like I know a lot of I know specific people
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: that were in. But that's all I will say. And
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: it wasn't that the deal had him been signed, but
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: it's basically been agreed upon, Like lang Kiffin was Arkansas's coach. Yeah,
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: Lane Kifin could be annoying. I Likelane Kiffin. I think
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: if Lane Kiffin for some reason, uh decided he want
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: to be, he's not going to be because ole Miss
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: had their their greatest like two year run and history
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: of the freaking program. Yeah, it sucks for them. I'm
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: happy for him. I'm happy. I'm happy it sucks for
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: them too, because they and ole Miss is a program
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: annoys me.
- 1:04:46Speaker 6: I can see that.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Yeah, but for ole Miss fans in general who like
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: Hatty Toddy is so stupid, such a stupid thing to say.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: But someone's Whoopy Dewey, you know, I can see where
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: people hate that. Yeah, but ole Miss just feel like
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: rich snobs for the most part, like their brand. But
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: I have friends that are all Miss fans that are
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: not rich snobs, and I feel bad for them because
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: they had a lot of expectations on this year that
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: a quarterback coming back in Jackson Dar. I don't know
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: what he was thinking those last plays Jackson.
- 1:05:13Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, there's two picks awful, especially the second one
- 1:05:17Speaker 9: of the triple coverage or whatever it was in the
- 1:05:20Speaker 9: end zone.
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: That's some stuff.
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: There were a couple of times where you're like, oh
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: that this game is over, meaning Florida has won the
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: game but almost got it back again. Yeah, all Miss
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: got And I was like, okay, well, looks like that's bad.
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: If I'm an almost fan of my heart broken today.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: You're not in the CFP. That was the goal, that
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: was the getting the CFP or bust for a successful season,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: and they are not in it.
- 1:05:42Speaker 9: And after the second loss, you're like, oh, it's done.
- 1:05:44Speaker 9: But then they gave you life a little bit more
- 1:05:46Speaker 9: like they could do it.
- 1:05:47Speaker 6: They could do it.
- 1:05:47Speaker 9: And then they lose again, obviously to Florida, who, by
- 1:05:50Speaker 9: the way, is playing a lot better.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Yeah. No, I'm super happy for Florida. Dude. He was
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: run out of town without being run out of town.
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: They're had football coach Napier.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: Yeah, he was out. And now I think they're five
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: hundred or close to five hundred.
- 1:06:03Speaker 9: Yeah, I think they're maybe five and six. But yeah,
- 1:06:04Speaker 9: they had one I think three or four and they're
- 1:06:06Speaker 9: gonna play Florida State this week and that's a win.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Spank.
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: That so weird to say that's a win.
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: That's so weird that they've gone. I think that what
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: are they want in.
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: Ten Florida State?
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Yeahs, that's crazy they want. No. I think they played
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: a bad team this week. I think they played a
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: like a Division three team. They may be two and nine.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: You may look that up searching, because.
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: Definitely didn't watch that.
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: They are two and nine.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Did they play because I on the scroll, I don't
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: watch any of it on the scroll.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: It was like Charleston something, Charleston's Southern Buccaneers exactly.
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: Guys, they won forty one to seven exactly.
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: Yea, maybe they're back, like they're back cool logos.
- 1:06:43Speaker 9: Yeah, they've gotten spank pretty much every game it's been
- 1:06:47Speaker 9: I don't understand.
- 1:06:48Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: That's why it's such the juxtaposition of last year versus
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: this year. And listen, there are times where you lose
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: and you have to rebuild. But this is not a rebuilding.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: This is a death. This is like Eric Dickerson just
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: got caught taking a car death penalty SMU and now
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: we're going to watch the program back after ten years.
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: This is like Aaron Rodgers coming to a team expecting
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: a lot of things and then.
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: A little more relevant. We like that more relevant of comparison. Okay,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: I think that's it. Thank you guys. What a weekend?
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:07:17Speaker 8: I don't know.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: Overall, think it was a win the weekend.
- 1:07:21Speaker 8: It's fun.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: It was a good entertaining It was entertaining for sure.
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: Which and how is cool?
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: Dude?
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: Which hour?
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: H that's it. We'll see you guys later on this week. Bye, buddy,
