  said, The transition to a green economy is one

  of the defining transformations of our time.

  It is reshaping how we produce and consume energy,

  manage our natural resources, design our cities,

  develop new technologies, and create opportunities

  for sustainable economic growth. He affirmed,

  Young people today have access to knowledge,

  technology, and global networks on a scale that

  previous generations could not have imagined.

  He noted that the organization's work includes
