- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to jasonnew Land dot com. My name's
- 0:09Speaker 1: Jason new Land.
- 0:10Speaker 2: This is.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Whisper Wednesday. Let me boy you to sleep. And Vinnie
- 0:23Speaker 1: has just awoken at seven in the morning on I
- 0:30Speaker 1: think Wednesday, the second of July two thousand twenty five.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I just heard him. I've heard his ears flap. However,
- 0:58Speaker 1: he's not coming here.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I just flushed the toilets. Maybe that disrupted his sleep. Anyway,
- 1:13Speaker 1: only listen when you can safely close your eyes. It's
- 1:19Speaker 1: quite warm already. It's supposed to be well according to
- 1:27Speaker 1: people that told me, there should be some raine today,
- 1:37Speaker 1: but it looks like it's going to be. If it
- 1:40Speaker 1: does rain, it's going to be a warm, rainy day.
- 1:46Speaker 1: So I'm off to see Uncle Sausages again. I'm a
- 1:51Speaker 1: neighbor Uncle Sausages, that's what Vinny calls them. I saw
- 2:00Speaker 1: him Monday Tuesday. Because i've seen him today, I'll probably
- 2:07Speaker 1: see him tomorrow and Friday as well. I was hoping
- 2:13Speaker 1: to try and just see him on Monday, Wednesday. Friday
- 2:20Speaker 1: kind of needs me to visit a bit more often,
- 2:24Speaker 1: so I'll continue to do.
- 2:25Speaker 4: That with the hope, but that maybe he'll be able
- 2:32Speaker 4: to go home or come home because he lives opposite me.
- 2:39Speaker 3: But I really don't know. I genuinely.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Have zero idea if he'll be allowed to come home.
- 2:52Speaker 1: When I say aloud, of course he can do what
- 2:54Speaker 1: he wants. He's mobile, so he can physically leave if
- 2:59Speaker 1: he wanted to, But that possibly wouldn't be a good idea.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I don't know if you can hear that. Hinis just
- 3:12Speaker 1: climbed onto the sofa with me after chasing.
- 3:19Speaker 2: A fly.
- 3:22Speaker 3: For a little bit.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Now Vinnie is going to stay with a neighbor, So
- 3:30Speaker 1: quarter to nine I'm going to take him to a
- 3:34Speaker 1: neighbor for him to stay there for the day, well
- 3:38Speaker 1: for a few hours.
- 3:41Speaker 3: And then I got a taxi.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Book to the four between nine and nine point fifteen
- 3:50Speaker 1: to go to the hospital. And of course Sausages has
- 3:56Speaker 1: gone making weird noises of it. Uncle Sausages is having scared.
- 4:06Speaker 1: He's having a doctor come around to tell him, hopefully
- 4:13Speaker 1: some kind of dreamer plan, cause he's he's in limbo
- 4:18Speaker 1: at the moment. He's not really sure what's going on.
- 4:24Speaker 1: This has been in there since Friday last week or
- 4:30Speaker 1: the week before last, so Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Juesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and Wednesday, so this is the.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Thirteenth day he's been there.
- 4:45Speaker 1: And other than giving him medication to reduce the ammonia
- 4:51Speaker 1: in his blood to stop him from being so yellow
- 4:57Speaker 1: or cerebral cerebellum or where they call it, it's I
- 5:04Speaker 1: don't think he's on any other medication. And he said
- 5:08Speaker 1: he stopped having that drink as well, so he's not
- 5:10Speaker 1: stopped having.
- 5:11Speaker 3: That medication.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Constantly getting monitored, constant blood tests. He's not He's not
- 5:22Speaker 1: wired up to any kind of machine or anything to
- 5:26Speaker 1: check his vitals. So you know, they do come around
- 5:32Speaker 1: and do his blood pressure and stuff like that. He
- 5:38Speaker 1: was on a trip for a short while before his
- 5:43Speaker 1: full body scan because he was kneel by mouth, so
- 5:49Speaker 1: it's so hard they had to get liquid into his body. Hey,
- 5:54Speaker 1: don't be parking, many don't be barking. It's too early.
- 6:03Speaker 1: There's someone in the garden. I hope that's not the builders.
- 6:10Speaker 1: That's way too early for them to be coming here
- 6:12Speaker 1: and climbing on the roof. Seven in the morning yesterday,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I heard one of the buildings that Basically, there's scaffolding
- 6:24Speaker 1: outside by well outside my windows, which leads to the roof.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I didn't realize until I got home yesterday afternoon. I
- 6:42Speaker 1: can't open my windows. The scaffoldings so close to my windows,
- 6:50Speaker 1: and I can't actually open them. I can put them
- 6:54Speaker 1: on a latch, you know, so they're open kind of
- 6:58Speaker 1: a crack. I can't open them up to let any
- 7:02Speaker 1: air in wrong time of the year for that.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Wow, So it's a bit of.
- 7:11Speaker 1: A sweat box in here. In the bedroom, I can
- 7:15Speaker 1: open the top window, so I don't know how they
- 7:18Speaker 1: managed to do it, but the living room can't open
- 7:22Speaker 1: any of the windows.
- 7:26Speaker 3: So I'm hoping that they'll.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Be finished fairly greatly because I don't know. Just I
- 7:39Speaker 1: don't want to be sitting in here not being able
- 7:41Speaker 1: to open the windows. I open the windows in the
- 7:44Speaker 1: winter all year round my windows are open, and how
- 7:49Speaker 1: I can't open them. I think I might have talked
- 7:54Speaker 1: enough about not being able to open my windows. I'm
- 7:58Speaker 1: not really sure what else to add. And bad bet
- 8:07Speaker 1: so yeav and he's gonna.
- 8:08Speaker 3: Stay with.
- 8:12Speaker 1: A neighbor, and then I am. I'll head up to
- 8:17Speaker 1: the hospital and taxis.
- 8:19Speaker 3: I got that boot.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I couldn't get an earlier taxi.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Because there's the school.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Runs, so there's no no taxis between pretty much seven
- 8:35Speaker 1: and nine. And there was no reason I couldn't go
- 8:40Speaker 1: there too early because I've been waiting around for hours
- 8:44Speaker 1: and hours. And again there at seven is a little
- 8:49Speaker 1: bit too early because they were all getting ready and
- 8:54Speaker 1: the nurses are going around and I'm kind of in
- 8:56Speaker 1: the way a little bit and having their breakfast. And yeah,
- 9:04Speaker 1: I think the I have got there around eight, just
- 9:08Speaker 1: after eight before that was a one off time, and
- 9:12Speaker 1: that was a bit too early, but that was just
- 9:17Speaker 1: because one of my neighbors came mere left and he
- 9:20Speaker 1: left arm seven, dropped off his daughter at school and
- 9:24Speaker 1: his wife at work, and then dropped me off at
- 9:29Speaker 1: the hospital. So by the time I got to the
- 9:33Speaker 1: ward it was about quarter past eight, maybe a little
- 9:37Speaker 1: bit later, but it was still a bit too early.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I think anything before nine is a little bit, you know,
- 9:49Speaker 1: plus plus plus plus plus plus.
- 9:54Speaker 3: There is.
- 9:56Speaker 1: The visiting hours of eleven o'clock onwards in that board,
- 10:02Speaker 1: so I shouldn't really even be in there before eleven o'clock,
- 10:07Speaker 1: but no one says anything to me.
- 10:12Speaker 3: I think that was a wind.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think I just spoke through my nose then I
- 10:18Speaker 1: could hear my knees or Kevin.
- 10:22Speaker 3: It was weird.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I think in a ward like that, visiting ours don't
- 10:28Speaker 1: really seem to apply so much. You know, if it
- 10:33Speaker 1: was award for people with broken bones or people at
- 10:40Speaker 1: their appendix out things like that basic quite simple. I
- 10:48Speaker 1: don't know, you know, normal operations where the person is
- 10:55Speaker 1: going to be fine and recover normally, like you know,
- 10:59Speaker 1: then I suppose.
- 11:02Speaker 3: The visiting there was.
- 11:03Speaker 1: A being more strict. But here in the Carn ward
- 11:11Speaker 1: the Uncle Sausages is in it's they're more flexible. I
- 11:20Speaker 1: feel like I've got to know some of the staff
- 11:22Speaker 1: now because I've been in there and every day since
- 11:26Speaker 1: he got in Friday, Saturday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- 11:40Speaker 1: So there's will be the eleventh day that I've gone
- 11:43Speaker 1: in there. I did have the weekend off last weekend. Fridayday,
- 11:48Speaker 1: Saturday and Sunday Sundays pretty much a no goo. Unless
- 11:56Speaker 1: I get a taxi, I can't get in there, and
- 12:00Speaker 1: I have tried to get the buses when I can,
- 12:06Speaker 1: I might attempt to get the bus back. You know,
- 12:11Speaker 1: two Texas a day is way too expensive, although I
- 12:17Speaker 1: have asked. I called Universal Credit yesterday to see you
- 12:23Speaker 1: back again in an advanced payment, and they said what's
- 12:27Speaker 1: it for? I said, taxis? Maybe it's for taxis and
- 12:33Speaker 1: she said what do you mean? I said, okay, it's
- 12:41Speaker 1: they kind of like they take you to places, phone
- 12:44Speaker 1: them up and they come and click picked you up.
- 12:47Speaker 1: I know what taxis means, but what what you Why?
- 12:51Speaker 1: Why you again? Why are you get so many taxes?
- 12:55Speaker 1: I said it's because of Uncle Sausages, and she said,
- 13:00Speaker 1: oh okay, and then the phone cut off and I thought,
- 13:08Speaker 1: oh you cat me back. She didn't didn't call me back.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And the reason I didn't phone back is because firstly,
- 13:20Speaker 1: I'd already been on a phone for way too long waiting,
- 13:29Speaker 1: you know. Secondly, the chance to me getting the same
- 13:33Speaker 1: person is pretty practically non existent, so I'd have to
- 13:37Speaker 1: co for.
- 13:37Speaker 3: The whole thing again.
- 13:42Speaker 1: So what I did is I went online and I
- 13:44Speaker 1: left her. They call it like a journal injury, where
- 13:50Speaker 1: I just typed in that I spoke to someone. They
- 13:54Speaker 1: hadn't left a note or anything on the system, which
- 13:57Speaker 1: is I don't know if that's just the way out.
- 14:00Speaker 1: But I was always taught when I worked in a
- 14:03Speaker 1: call center, which basically was what they're doing. Is it
- 14:08Speaker 1: when you when you work in a call center and
- 14:10Speaker 1: a customer phones up? But now why are they called?
- 14:15Speaker 3: When they called, why they.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Called, and what the outcome of the call was, you know,
- 14:25Speaker 1: even if it's a case of old customer card wanted
- 14:29Speaker 1: to speak to renewals, transferred them to renewals. Yeah, just
- 14:35Speaker 1: something like that, just to keep a track. It's just good,
- 14:40Speaker 1: good customer service.
- 14:41Speaker 3: I would argue. I wouldn't argue, but I would.
- 14:44Speaker 5: Say, but.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going to respond. It seemed
- 14:54Speaker 1: really weird because it says if you want an advanced payment,
- 14:59Speaker 1: click una clicked, and it's big, a big writing came
- 15:07Speaker 1: on a screen saying no way, go away, you're not
- 15:11Speaker 1: enough here they said. There was like a drop down
- 15:17Speaker 1: list of things, and not one of them was a
- 15:20Speaker 1: trance to payment. I think the way they're working out
- 15:26Speaker 1: if you do get one is you can pay ten
- 15:32Speaker 1: percent back over the year, so for ten months. So
- 15:38Speaker 1: if you borrow I guess three hundred pounds, you pay
- 15:42Speaker 1: thirty pounds a month. Back for ten months, so just see,
- 15:50Speaker 1: I don't know if they're going to go back to me,
- 15:52Speaker 1: but I kind of need to plan ahead a bit
- 15:55Speaker 1: now because I don't know how long of course Sausages
- 15:59Speaker 1: is going to be in there, and of what he
- 16:03Speaker 1: called through my life's savings getting backward and forward over
- 16:08Speaker 1: the last ten days, so now I kind of have
- 16:13Speaker 1: to be a bit strategic. So yeah, that's my planned
- 16:23Speaker 1: day to day.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Get there. Hopefully I can sit.
- 16:28Speaker 1: With him while the doctor talks to him and tells
- 16:31Speaker 1: him how they're hoping to proceed medically, and that way
- 16:44Speaker 1: I can have more of an understanding and perhaps I
- 16:47Speaker 1: can explain it better to Uncle Sausages because he doesn't
- 16:52Speaker 1: always and this is not criticism. I don't think he
- 16:57Speaker 1: understands always what they're selling and saying to it. And
- 17:01Speaker 1: I think part of that is overwhelmed, A huge part
- 17:09Speaker 1: of it. He's overwhelmed. And you can't blame him. You know,
- 17:14Speaker 1: he's never been in hospital before, never been unwell before
- 17:18Speaker 1: in his life, doesn't even have a doctor, he's not
- 17:22Speaker 1: registered with a doctor's surgery. He's seventy eight years nearly,
- 17:30Speaker 1: and he's been.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Tipped top health.
- 17:34Speaker 2: So this is.
- 17:36Speaker 3: I don't think he is.
- 17:40Speaker 1: I don't think anyone in that situation could really fully
- 17:44Speaker 1: grasp what's going on. It's a confused, very confusing time.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I find it confusing one d I find a lot
- 17:57Speaker 1: of things confusing. I can't think of anything off had,
- 18:05Speaker 1: but they're sure there are some stuff. So that's my plan.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Yesterday I went. I wasn't gonna go. Actually I went Monday.
- 18:26Speaker 1: I told him that I was going to visit Wednesday,
- 18:30Speaker 1: but i'd give him a call. Tuesday. He had called
- 18:35Speaker 1: him and he said he'd seen a doctor and he
- 18:41Speaker 1: wasn't very happy. And I said, you want me to come,
- 18:45Speaker 1: but you want me to come in and he said
- 18:48Speaker 1: there's something only you can decide. So I thought that
- 18:54Speaker 1: was a yes, wasn't it. Also, he was a bit
- 18:59Speaker 1: he felt a bit low because his his neighbor, the
- 19:04Speaker 1: man in the bed next to him, had left, so
- 19:07Speaker 1: it's spent They spent a week with this man. They
- 19:10Speaker 1: got to know each other quite well, and suddenly he
- 19:14Speaker 1: had no one to talk to, so it's kind.
- 19:18Speaker 3: Of a little bit.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I think he felt a little bit lonely, although he
- 19:26Speaker 1: does have tennis on the TV nails, so that's that's bride.
- 19:30Speaker 1: That's burked him up a little bit. For the first week,
- 19:34Speaker 1: he didn't watch any television, and I kept saying, why
- 19:39Speaker 1: don't you stick the TV on, just have it in
- 19:44Speaker 1: the background, don't even have to have the sound up.
- 19:48Speaker 1: So there's plenty of sports on normal TV, especially in
- 19:51Speaker 1: the weekend, but he said.
- 19:53Speaker 3: No, no, no, no no.
- 19:57Speaker 1: And when I did eventually just turn it on a
- 20:00Speaker 1: couple of days ago, I think Monday, he was really
- 20:05Speaker 1: surprised at how good the picture was and whim wouldn't
- 20:10Speaker 1: had just started the way that's tennis just started on Monday, And.
- 20:18Speaker 5: I think it's.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I think it's a pleasant distraction. So when I visited
- 20:26Speaker 1: him yesterday, he was half asleep. He was listening to
- 20:33Speaker 1: because I think I got to him probably abound. I
- 20:38Speaker 1: lived here at midday, so I got there probably twenty
- 20:43Speaker 1: to one. After all twenty to one, he was half asleep,
- 20:48Speaker 1: but he was listening to the.
- 20:51Speaker 3: To the tennis.
- 20:53Speaker 1: So I think for him, listening to sport or some
- 21:00Speaker 1: kind of sporting activity.
- 21:02Speaker 3: Whether it's.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Football, rugby, cricket, tennis, he relaxes him and it feels nice.
- 21:12Speaker 1: And I just I just stood down and stared at
- 21:21Speaker 1: him for a while made him jump when he looked up.
- 21:25Speaker 3: It was worth it.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I think he was surprised to see me, even though
- 21:31Speaker 1: I did sellimos on my way. He seems to be
- 21:38Speaker 1: talking a lot quieter as well, and slower. I don't
- 21:46Speaker 1: know quite why that is. He didn't want to go
- 21:52Speaker 1: out yesterday, so that was the.
- 21:55Speaker 3: First time.
- 21:57Speaker 1: That he didn't want to go out for walking that
- 22:00Speaker 1: you know, come out into the sunshine. Although I did
- 22:06Speaker 1: manage to get him what he's been craving for a
- 22:09Speaker 1: few days. That's ice. Let I say ice. I'm talking
- 22:17Speaker 1: about ice, ice, not not, I says, in removing people
- 22:24Speaker 1: that have lived here in their whole lives. I'm talking
- 22:27Speaker 1: about ice is in frozen water. So he was on
- 22:34Speaker 1: about get some get some water, Go get some water,
- 22:40Speaker 1: frozen frozen water. I said, you mean ice. He said, yeah,
- 22:46Speaker 1: frozen water. And I said, well, I can give you.
- 22:52Speaker 5: Some of that.
- 22:53Speaker 1: He said, we need to get a flersk of flowers.
- 22:57Speaker 1: I said why, He said that keep the ice frozen
- 23:02Speaker 1: for longer. I thought to myself, well, I don't have
- 23:09Speaker 1: a flask. I can't be trusted with flasks. That sounds strange,
- 23:17Speaker 1: doesn't it, But I don't think I've ever had a
- 23:22Speaker 1: flask where I didn't break it.
- 23:26Speaker 3: I don't know why. I just have a happy of dropping.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Flasks and breaking the inside bit way, did you know
- 23:32Speaker 1: the glass be inside?
- 23:36Speaker 3: Although it's been a little while. I think the.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Last time I had a flask was two thousand and five,
- 23:47Speaker 1: probably two thousand and four, two thousand and five, Yeah,
- 23:56Speaker 1: maybe later, Maybe it's been a while.
- 24:09Speaker 3: So what I did is.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I said to you know, you can just get a
- 24:15Speaker 1: cold drink from Costa. I'll get you a bottle of
- 24:20Speaker 1: coke and it will be colder being a fridge. So
- 24:24Speaker 1: I did that the day before and then he said
- 24:29Speaker 1: I want some ice. I was just pleased and stop
- 24:34Speaker 1: saying frozen water. So you want some ice? He said, yeah,
- 24:38Speaker 1: I want some ice. So I did is. I went
- 24:44Speaker 1: downstairs got him and I'm a bottle of coke from
- 24:49Speaker 1: Costa him from the pin because there's a big cost well,
- 24:56Speaker 1: a larger costa with seeds, and there's a smaller cost
- 25:00Speaker 1: which is closer.
- 25:01Speaker 2: To his ward.
- 25:02Speaker 3: We have no seats.
- 25:04Speaker 1: It's just a takeaway. So I go into the larger Costa.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I get myself a bottle of vent to get him
- 25:12Speaker 1: a bottle of coke, and I get myself a chocolate
- 25:17Speaker 1: brownie because I'm worth it. And I then walk up
- 25:25Speaker 1: to the other Costa and this a customer there at
- 25:32Speaker 1: the till, and the man serving hans back to me,
- 25:36Speaker 1: and he was doing, I don't make in a coffee,
- 25:40Speaker 1: I suppose, so I'm kind of offering behind the lady
- 25:45Speaker 1: who's being served. And then another lady comes in and
- 25:51Speaker 1: he says, there is like a place where you queue,
- 25:54Speaker 1: and she said, are you're being served.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Or you're queueing?
- 25:58Speaker 1: I said, I am, I'm not being served, but I'm
- 26:03Speaker 1: not really cueing. But I am cueing, but I'm not
- 26:07Speaker 1: really culling.
- 26:09Speaker 3: And she said to me, what you mean?
- 26:12Speaker 1: I said, well, if I get the queue there, the
- 26:16Speaker 1: man who's got his back face to us might think
- 26:18Speaker 1: that I'm that I've just got the items out of
- 26:23Speaker 1: the fridge and try and charge me for this stuff,
- 26:27Speaker 1: but I've already bought it at the other costa. And
- 26:31Speaker 1: she said, it's okay, why are you waiting in? Then
- 26:37Speaker 1: I said, I'm going to see if I can get
- 26:39Speaker 1: some ice.
- 26:42Speaker 3: She said, I see. I said, yeah. Ice.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I thought she might correct me by saying frozen water,
- 26:55Speaker 1: but she didn't so that was good frozen broken water.
- 27:00Speaker 1: So I personally don't drink ice. I never have ice
- 27:08Speaker 1: ever because ice it's tap water and I don't drink
- 27:14Speaker 1: tap water. So I don't never have ice in anything
- 27:20Speaker 1: apart from when I do. But generally, no, I'm not
- 27:28Speaker 1: saying I've never had eyes, because I have, and if
- 27:36Speaker 1: I reckon in this weather, I probably would have ice
- 27:39Speaker 1: if I was if I was sitting outside the pub,
- 27:43Speaker 1: for example, I might have ice in the glass because
- 27:49Speaker 1: of the heat. But generally I don't have eyes. But
- 27:57Speaker 1: the ice wasn't for me anyway. And the man turns around.
- 28:06Speaker 1: He finishes serving the lady that was already there, so
- 28:09Speaker 1: it's just me and the other lady who's waiting in
- 28:13Speaker 1: the queue. So I'm standing in the queue now. And
- 28:17Speaker 1: he said anything else, and I said no, no, wait, wait,
- 28:20Speaker 1: wait wait, He said, what do you mean wait? I said,
- 28:24Speaker 1: wait a second, I need to just explain. He said,
- 28:27Speaker 1: no you wait, I said, well.
- 28:31Speaker 3: He said, I don't know.
- 28:32Speaker 1: I'm already sure what's going on? I sai, that's fine.
- 28:38Speaker 1: These two bowls, the factor and the coke. I already
- 28:41Speaker 1: purchased them from the other Costa up there. He said, okay.
- 28:46Speaker 1: He looked very confused. He said, what about the chocolate brownly?
- 28:53Speaker 1: I said, that's in my pocket. You can't even see it.
- 28:57Speaker 1: He said, I'm fair enough, and he said, well, how
- 29:01Speaker 1: can I help? I said, I was wondering, just wondering.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Say no if you like.
- 29:09Speaker 3: He said, I will say no if I like.
- 29:12Speaker 1: I've got complete control of what I say. I said, okay,
- 29:16Speaker 1: thank you, shirty.
- 29:18Speaker 2: He just.
- 29:21Speaker 1: You know, I'm just asking, is there any chance I
- 29:25Speaker 1: can get some ice in a cup? They looked at
- 29:32Speaker 1: me and I said that's the end of the sentence.
- 29:36Speaker 1: There was nothing else that was it. Can I get
- 29:40Speaker 1: some ice in a cup?
- 29:41Speaker 3: Please?
- 29:46Speaker 1: I don't know what else he expected me to say.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Did he expect a song? I don't know, put our
- 29:55Speaker 1: piece of paper and start reciting poetry. I don't know
- 29:58Speaker 1: what he expected. And he said sure. So he went
- 30:04Speaker 1: got some eyes and I said, it's it's.
- 30:07Speaker 3: For it's for a patient.
- 30:09Speaker 5: I think.
- 30:09Speaker 1: I said it's for a customer. And I realized that
- 30:12Speaker 1: hospitals don't they call them patients, not customers, don't they
- 30:17Speaker 1: I suppose customers would be a private hospital when they
- 30:22Speaker 1: call them customers. And he said, fine, isn't it.
- 30:28Speaker 3: What do you think it's weird? Right?
- 30:31Speaker 1: Do you know when you see someone every day, if
- 30:35Speaker 1: you don't know them, you don't know anything about them.
- 30:42Speaker 1: And that's what is going on with this bloke in
- 30:45Speaker 1: the coster. I've seen him nearly every day for the
- 30:50Speaker 1: last two weeks, nearly, well yeah, it's nearly from the
- 30:59Speaker 1: get onto two weeks, and I feel like I know
- 31:05Speaker 1: him a little bit, and I don't. I don't know
- 31:07Speaker 1: anything about him, but just it's weird.
- 31:11Speaker 3: And it's a little bit like people in.
- 31:12Speaker 1: The street I've seen for years and years.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Heading towards work, walking through.
- 31:23Speaker 1: The park, getting ready in their bathroom. I mean, okay,
- 31:30Speaker 1: obviously involves climbing a tree, but I can't. I just
- 31:35Speaker 1: see people doing things that are normal, and I kind
- 31:39Speaker 1: of feel like I know them a bit, but I
- 31:45Speaker 1: I don't know who they are, don't know anything about them.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I noticed that on there I was going to work
- 31:53Speaker 1: on a bus and I started to nod to people
- 31:57Speaker 1: because it was the same people the same time every day.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Almost felt like I knew them. And I remember saying
- 32:11Speaker 1: to someone once, like after about six months of doing this,
- 32:16Speaker 1: I said to her, you know, I feel like I
- 32:19Speaker 1: know you're now seeing you every down the bus. She said, yeah,
- 32:25Speaker 1: we should do our work at your place, literally sit
- 32:30Speaker 1: opposite it on the desk. I said, oh, for you
- 32:36Speaker 1: look familiar, You just looked different. You look different when
- 32:42Speaker 1: you're in the dest and what you do when you're outside.
- 32:45Speaker 1: She said, I know, because I'm wearing a coat now.
- 32:50Speaker 1: And she is kind of strange without being rude. She
- 32:55Speaker 1: used to wear a Kim costume of work. No one
- 32:59Speaker 1: knew why, but it didn't seem it didn't seem to
- 33:08Speaker 1: affect her work because she was on the phone. So
- 33:12Speaker 1: now I could see her.
- 33:15Speaker 3: When the management came around, you.
- 33:17Speaker 1: Know, from the head office. She was just like all
- 33:21Speaker 1: the weird people that dressed a bit strange, were like
- 33:26Speaker 1: or acted a bit weird, or put into it like
- 33:28Speaker 1: a room, just hiding away. I looked forward to those
- 33:34Speaker 1: days because it was a nice break from working. Me
- 33:38Speaker 1: and those other people would just sit around chating. And
- 33:46Speaker 1: never got around to asking her about the kym costume.
- 33:51Speaker 1: But the blood dressed as a a pirate. He was,
- 33:56Speaker 1: he was interested, he was he was just a big
- 34:00Speaker 1: fan of pirate movies. He said, He's always wanted to
- 34:04Speaker 1: be Kirk Douglas and I said, Okay, it's hard to
- 34:13Speaker 1: follow that up, pretty, isn't it. Someone just comes out
- 34:17Speaker 1: without all. In case anyone's wondering the reason why I
- 34:21Speaker 1: wear a pirate costume to work, Actually, he's a pirate uniform.
- 34:27Speaker 1: The reason I where this pirate uniform is because I'm
- 34:31Speaker 1: a big fan of Kirk Douglas when he was in
- 34:35Speaker 1: pirate movies in the nineteen fifties. It's hard to have
- 34:43Speaker 1: a follow up, Christian, what's your favorite dessert? It just
- 34:53Speaker 1: doesn't fit, does it?
- 34:57Speaker 5: Oh?
- 34:57Speaker 3: Dessert?
- 35:03Speaker 6: Oh?
- 35:06Speaker 1: Was that dessert that doesn't people don't eat anymore? Angel delight?
- 35:13Speaker 1: There was this dessert I I don't know if it's
- 35:16Speaker 1: it might still get sold, but it was one of
- 35:19Speaker 1: my favorite desserts. So it's kind of like, see, it
- 35:24Speaker 1: looked like yet looked like custard. It wasn't custard, because
- 35:32Speaker 1: I cannot stand custard. It wasn't custard, but it was
- 35:38Speaker 1: cold strawberry choco Banahna flavored. There might have been different flavors,
- 35:49Speaker 1: but they're the ones that I remember. There was this
- 35:53Speaker 1: powder which you put in and I don't know if
- 35:55Speaker 1: you mix it with milk and just user like a
- 36:03Speaker 1: what do they call it? A mixing thing which makes
- 36:06Speaker 1: it all fluffy, not drill.
- 36:11Speaker 3: A whisk a whisk.
- 36:15Speaker 1: So yeah, and it makes it all fluffy and bubbly
- 36:19Speaker 1: and or yum yum, yum yum. And my stepmom used
- 36:25Speaker 1: to make niker boker glories. Be careful how quickly you
- 36:30Speaker 1: say that word, nika boka glory, which is if you
- 36:36Speaker 1: don't know what it is, it's in a big, long,
- 36:40Speaker 1: quite a high glass dish. I think it's basically did
- 36:46Speaker 1: I use the same the same thing for Sundays as well,
- 36:52Speaker 1: not on Sundays, but like a long dish. I don't
- 36:57Speaker 1: know anyway. So what she used to do is she'd
- 37:02Speaker 1: put in different levels of stuff, so there'd be some
- 37:09Speaker 1: ice cream, there'd be some fruit, there'd be some angel
- 37:17Speaker 1: delight maybe somewhere dream at the top, there'd be.
- 37:22Speaker 3: Some what those.
- 37:26Speaker 1: Those fingers they're not bread, but oh wow, I can't
- 37:33Speaker 1: even remember what they recalled. I used to love them because.
- 37:36Speaker 3: They would melt in your mouth. Wow. What what was
- 37:43Speaker 3: they called?
- 37:45Speaker 1: I'm sure there's something fingers And they were kind of
- 37:49Speaker 1: pastry ish.
- 37:52Speaker 3: And they had a bit of sugar on top.
- 37:56Speaker 1: And I think what she used to do is if
- 38:00Speaker 1: just stick them in so they melted or crumbled them
- 38:04Speaker 1: up and made little toppings kind of all bread crumbs
- 38:09Speaker 1: as well. And yeah it was sugar and it was lovely, amazing,
- 38:18Speaker 1: possibly a flake at the top. Oh, it was glorious.
- 38:25Speaker 1: And then his big long spoons of a tiny, tiny.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Little kind of spoon thing at the end. So big
- 38:37Speaker 3: long handle.
- 38:41Speaker 1: Probably quite could for helping with constipation, I imagine, but
- 38:46Speaker 1: it's not a focus on that. So with very long handle,
- 38:51Speaker 1: which you can really get.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Into the.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Art to reach places, which is like I was found
- 38:58Speaker 1: right at the bottom of the dish. There was one
- 39:03Speaker 1: bit that seemed to just be very hard to get
- 39:06Speaker 1: to and then maybe be a bit of ice cream
- 39:11Speaker 1: or a bit of chocolate or something just right in there.
- 39:15Speaker 1: And I dig it, really dig.
- 39:17Speaker 3: From different angles until I got to it.
- 39:22Speaker 1: I never quit when it comes to chocolate, I never quit. Oh.
- 39:34Speaker 1: And also trifles, we didn't have custard of our trifles
- 39:38Speaker 1: we had angel did I The reason for that is
- 39:43Speaker 1: because custard is horrible. I didn't like custard. I would
- 39:49Speaker 1: not eat I would never ever eat custard ever, not
- 39:53Speaker 1: gonna happen. And that's just not gonna happen. Ever, so
- 40:01Speaker 1: this is one of those things I don't like. So
- 40:04Speaker 1: we used to have I think because I was so
- 40:07Speaker 1: anti custard. Maybe my brothers also didn't mind custard, so
- 40:13Speaker 1: my stepmom would just figure a way around it. So
- 40:21Speaker 1: we used to Angel Delight instead on top and some
- 40:25Speaker 1: cream lovely. It was oh y. So I'm thinking, why
- 40:37Speaker 1: am I talking about Angel Delight.
- 40:42Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 40:44Speaker 1: But I'm not sure if they sell it any mine
- 40:46Speaker 1: the shops. I think it's one of those things that
- 40:50Speaker 1: possibly wasn't nutritionally the most beneficial edible product in the world,
- 41:07Speaker 1: but it was yummy, so yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy yummy.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Another thing I used to like to eat is Vanetta
- 41:18Speaker 1: ice cream. Again, I don't know if it's still around.
- 41:24Speaker 1: And another understand I didn't understand why it's not the
- 41:27Speaker 1: most popular ice cream in the world because it's layered again,
- 41:33Speaker 1: kind of like a lasagna or a trifle, spasically a trifle.
- 41:41Speaker 3: It's just.
- 41:43Speaker 1: That it's a version of a lasagna, isn't it. And
- 41:50Speaker 1: I learned to make lasagnas, and I did. I learned
- 41:54Speaker 1: when I was at school, but I learned on a
- 41:57Speaker 1: more industrial level when I worked the canteen in a bakery,
- 42:04Speaker 1: so those hundreds of people being served, and I made
- 42:07Speaker 1: this massive lasagnas and my boss, who is the chef,
- 42:15Speaker 1: he was doing all that stuff, and I said, why
- 42:17Speaker 1: don't you teach me how you do it? You know,
- 42:21Speaker 1: because it's very different making a little lasagna to making
- 42:24Speaker 1: a massive lasagna.
- 42:26Speaker 3: It's just a little.
- 42:26Speaker 1: Bit, I don't know, it's a different kind of process.
- 42:32Speaker 1: So in the end he told me to do it
- 42:35Speaker 1: so he didn't have to do it. I just thought
- 42:38Speaker 1: that made sense. It gave me something to do a
- 42:41Speaker 1: bit more interesting, and so he got me. When it
- 42:46Speaker 1: was a lazagna day, I would always do the lasagna.
- 42:49Speaker 3: I do the whole thing, maybe two or.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Three of them, and they could.
- 42:56Speaker 3: Just stand you out.
- 42:59Speaker 1: I think I felt quite proud because they didn't come
- 43:02Speaker 1: out nice, and he went because he was a trained chef,
- 43:06Speaker 1: he went through the whole thing with me and stepped
- 43:09Speaker 1: by step. I felt quite accomplished, actually, because people liked
- 43:15Speaker 1: the lasagnas. They were popular, and I think we did
- 43:21Speaker 1: a vegetarian version as well as Yeah, because there was
- 43:31Speaker 1: I think the problem there was a lot of people there.
- 43:36Speaker 1: It wasn't so much to the vegetarian, but they could
- 43:41Speaker 1: only eat me like hell heal me and stuff like
- 43:47Speaker 1: that which the kitchen didn't provide, the captain didn't provide.
- 43:53Speaker 1: So what they would do instead is maybe a vegetarian version,
- 44:00Speaker 1: So they were quite popular as well. What I did, though,
- 44:05Speaker 1: is to make the designs taste a bit nicer. I
- 44:14Speaker 1: with the vegetarian ones, I just sprink a little bit
- 44:17Speaker 1: of meat in there as well, just to add a
- 44:19Speaker 1: little bit of taste, a little bit of pork. So
- 44:23Speaker 1: I think that was they were popular. I didn't I do.
- 44:31Speaker 1: I really didn't. Well, even now, thirty four years later,
- 44:40Speaker 1: I still wouldn't. I was still gonna say I was joking.
- 44:43Speaker 1: I would not ever do that. Wow, No, no, no,
- 44:50Speaker 1: You fed them pork and they didn't think they were
- 44:54Speaker 1: eating any meat, or.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Don't.
- 45:01Speaker 1: I'm not sure there was even one vegetarian lair at all,
- 45:06Speaker 1: like vegetarian vegetarian, but the vegetarian aren't meat, or the
- 45:11Speaker 1: vegetarian meals were a substitute for Because of religious issues
- 45:20Speaker 1: or religious beliefs or whatever, those of pork grinding's really
- 45:29Speaker 1: went down the tree.
- 45:30Speaker 3: It just shows you if you don't know I was fine.
- 45:37Speaker 1: I still find it fat.
- 45:38Speaker 3: I didn't do that, by the way. I'm just joking.
- 45:40Speaker 1: I still find it though. The amount of people, not
- 45:46Speaker 1: even necessary religious of any persuasion that was saying, don't
- 45:52Speaker 1: eat moork.
- 45:53Speaker 3: It's a dirty animal.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Name a clean one. Where is there a clean animal?
- 46:01Speaker 1: Just name one. I mean my little the love of
- 46:05Speaker 1: my life right now, Annie, he's a dirty little back
- 46:10Speaker 1: up you know, humans a day he was just then
- 46:15Speaker 1: clean animal. I'm technically clean for maybe five minutes after
- 46:21Speaker 1: I've had a shower, and then I fought.
- 46:25Speaker 3: You know, it's.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Oh, dear, oh, that's a bit of activity downstairs. So
- 46:36Speaker 1: I'm just waiting to see if Finish can start barking
- 46:40Speaker 1: or not.
- 46:42Speaker 3: It's called eight in the morning.
- 46:47Speaker 1: I've got one hour until I need to take Finnie
- 46:53Speaker 1: over to see the neighbors. And they've got a little
- 46:58Speaker 1: dog there till about me day, so he's gonna be
- 47:02Speaker 1: happy running around with the other dog how he likes.
- 47:07Speaker 5: And then.
- 47:10Speaker 1: I'm hoping I can get back by two o'clock at
- 47:15Speaker 1: the latest. Yeah.
- 47:22Speaker 3: Yeah, ideally.
- 47:25Speaker 1: There's a lot of shouting outside.
- 47:27Speaker 3: That's weird. Ear for that.
- 47:30Speaker 1: I just heard someone go, right, what's that about I
- 47:37Speaker 1: don't know.
- 47:46Speaker 2: Oh yeah, the.
- 47:51Speaker 1: I just love Angel Delight. I used to teut the
- 48:01Speaker 1: what was that ice cream I was talking about? It
- 48:06Speaker 1: was basically what they did a mint version and possibly
- 48:11Speaker 1: had different versions, but the one I liked was just
- 48:14Speaker 1: vanilla ice cream with it was bits of chocolate, like
- 48:25Speaker 1: I don't know how to explain it, vonetta or ice
- 48:27Speaker 1: cream for those who don't know. It's like a big, long,
- 48:32Speaker 1: oblong kind of block that came on a tray, a
- 48:39Speaker 1: brown tray, I think, wrapped in plastic but why you know,
- 48:45Speaker 1: just like ice cream, you know, frozen kind of plastic
- 48:50Speaker 1: and then inside a box.
- 48:54Speaker 3: With Vanetta on the side and a picture of it.
- 49:01Speaker 1: And I really liked it as a kid and I
- 49:04Speaker 1: used to eat it, and I've had it as an adult.
- 49:08Speaker 1: I don't know if it's still produced, cause I've not
- 49:11Speaker 1: had any for a while. I just liked the layout.
- 49:17Speaker 1: Chocolate ice cream, then chocolate and it's like these little
- 49:23Speaker 1: not flakes. I know how to explain it, but it's
- 49:31Speaker 1: nice anyway. There was a time when I was about sixteen,
- 49:36Speaker 1: living in a flat of the chip shop, and I
- 49:40Speaker 1: had such little money. I would sometimes spend all my money,
- 49:46Speaker 1: which would be maybe a pound on some ice cream
- 49:53Speaker 1: viaetta or ice.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Cream and.
- 49:59Speaker 1: Possibly thinking about it, possibly a.
- 50:07Speaker 3: What would I have with it? What I was saying what they.
- 50:13Speaker 1: Called like the non syrup maybe syrup, no sponges, but
- 50:21Speaker 1: like pie. Oh can't think what they call it. It's
- 50:27Speaker 1: like pastry. And then there's sort of syrupy stuff at
- 50:32Speaker 1: the top which is very sticky and thick. Oh the
- 50:38Speaker 1: name of it is gone out of my head. But
- 50:41Speaker 1: I used to heat that up and then they have
- 50:44Speaker 1: that with the ice cream. And that was my dinner.
- 50:47Speaker 3: That was my lunch.
- 50:50Speaker 1: I don't feel so full, but not in a good
- 50:55Speaker 1: way because I needed food, proper food, not just sugar.
- 51:07Speaker 1: Probably wasn't my best decision ever. And there was a
- 51:16Speaker 1: time when I used to have. Yeah, when I was
- 51:19Speaker 1: in a chip shop. I got a part time job
- 51:22Speaker 1: cleaning before work. I needed to try and get some money,
- 51:27Speaker 1: and I used to get home. I used to work
- 51:32Speaker 1: from six point thirty to eight thirty, and then i'd
- 51:37Speaker 1: start work at nine, so I'd go home.
- 51:41Speaker 3: It's only a five minute walk.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Get home, have some corn flakes, have a can of coke?
- 51:48Speaker 1: Would you believe at I mean, I've not done that
- 51:53Speaker 1: since that time. A cann of coke with my cornflakes.
- 51:57Speaker 1: It's a weird mix. And I'd watch breakfast TV for
- 52:02Speaker 1: like fifteen minutes. Then I'd go downstairs and start working.
- 52:09Speaker 1: And I think my boss told me I had to
- 52:17Speaker 1: quit my morning job because I was working too many hours.
- 52:24Speaker 1: It made me too tired. It was like, yeah, but
- 52:29Speaker 1: I need the money. Maybe it wasn't much. It's probably
- 52:37Speaker 1: fifteen pounds a week. Maybe, I mean probably what two, four, six, eight, ten,
- 52:50Speaker 1: twelve twelve hours, so Monday to Saturday, twelve hours a week.
- 53:06Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe fifteen two one pound.
- 53:13Speaker 1: Fifteen hour probably so twenty pounds a week, maybe eighteen
- 53:20Speaker 1: pound a week, which would really make a difference to
- 53:26Speaker 1: my lifestyle. But it was quite diring, you know, waking
- 53:35Speaker 1: up at six in the morning. Yeah, back then, I
- 53:44Speaker 1: wasn't a big fan of early starts. I really, really,
- 53:49Speaker 1: really really wasn't. I mean really, I was not a
- 53:54Speaker 1: big fan of starting to getting up early. It was
- 54:00Speaker 1: there's a constant struggle for me. And now I wake
- 54:07Speaker 1: up at four or five every day in the morning.
- 54:17Speaker 1: I don't know why that noise is, someone's making noise
- 54:22Speaker 1: in the garden.
- 54:23Speaker 3: So I'm going to go. Thank you for listening.
- 54:26Speaker 1: Remember to be kind to yourself, because you do deserve
- 54:29Speaker 1: to be happy, Be gentle with its are you deserve
- 54:34Speaker 1: to feel safe. Lots of love.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Bye. Relax in a more deep and.
- 54:58Speaker 7: Meaningful way, maybe in a way that can not just
- 55:06Speaker 7: allow you to feel calmer now and throughout the time
- 55:16Speaker 7: we've spend together here, not just relaxed at the end
- 55:25Speaker 7: of the recording when it's finished and you can enjoy
- 55:29Speaker 7: that sense of comfort and peace, but also I think
- 55:47Speaker 7: it would be nice to have those feelings of relaxation continue.
- 56:03Speaker 3: For longer.
- 56:07Speaker 7: After the recording has ended, so that you can still
- 56:18Speaker 7: benefit from listening to my voice, maybe in a few
- 56:28Speaker 7: hours time, perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially
- 56:44Speaker 7: if you find like some people do and myself as well.
- 56:49Speaker 3: Sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 57:00Speaker 3: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 57:05Speaker 3: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 57:18Speaker 3: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 57:22Speaker 3: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations, so it
- 57:27Speaker 3: kind of was hypnosis really, And I managed to find
- 57:35Speaker 3: it again and it still has the same effect on me,
- 57:41Speaker 3: and part of it was the person's voice relaxed me,
- 57:55Speaker 3: just felt so peaceful and look forward to listening to.
- 58:02Speaker 7: Her in the morning and in the evening. And I
- 58:15Speaker 7: knew before even pressing the play button that since I've
- 58:24Speaker 7: done that, press the play button. This is in the
- 58:28Speaker 7: days of CD players, press the play button. In fact,
- 58:43Speaker 7: it might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd
- 58:47Speaker 7: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 58:58Speaker 7: listening to her words because I had them memorized. Really,
- 59:13Speaker 7: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 59:24Speaker 7: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 59:46Speaker 7: I remember my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I
- 1:00:00Speaker 7: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 1:00:06Speaker 7: learning hypnosis, and long before.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: I ever made any.
- 1:00:16Speaker 7: Videos or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing
- 1:00:22Speaker 7: that till two thousand and six, I knew, I knew
- 1:00:36Speaker 7: how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 1:00:52Speaker 7: to have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 1:01:05Speaker 7: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 1:01:13Speaker 7: not more so. Each time you hear my voice.
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: You may feel the same. Some people.
- 1:01:33Speaker 7: Have been listening to me for over a decade. Maybe
- 1:01:46Speaker 7: not solidly, obviously not twenty four hours a day, but.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: Maybe people come back.
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: Some people may be listen every day. That's something that
- 1:02:10Speaker 8: I do.
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: Which you may not realize by listening, is when I record.
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: These recordings. Now, for example.
- 1:02:41Speaker 7: I also am affected by the words.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: That I say. So if I.
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: noticing my feet relaxing.
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: If I said focus on your hands, and maybe notice
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: the difference between each hand, perhaps notice the air in
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: the room, the temperature of the room. On the backs
- 1:03:55Speaker 7: of your hands, you may start to notice what almost
- 1:04:07Speaker 7: feels like a very light breeze, even.
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: Though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: all where you are right now.
- 1:04:30Speaker 7: And as you become aware of your hands, I'm also
- 1:04:41Speaker 7: aware of how relaxed my hands.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: Are feeling now. And when it comes to.
- 1:05:12Speaker 7: Potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 1:05:18Speaker 7: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 1:05:39Speaker 7: I also notice.
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: My mind drifting.
- 1:05:54Speaker 7: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing,
- 1:06:11Speaker 7: and then I carry on talking.
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: It's suddenly when.
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: I listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring,
- 1:06:32Speaker 7: and I think, I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 1:06:42Speaker 7: It's snorings I pick turned up. That's why I sound
- 1:06:49Speaker 7: like when I snare and I get really into the.
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: Whole experience. I don't know how you feel.
- 1:07:16Speaker 7: How relaxed do you feel in your feet, How relaxed.
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: You feel in your hands. I have noticed.
- 1:07:47Speaker 7: More and more the more relaxed, deeper level of comfort.
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: You feel, the easier your breathing becomes so almost like.
- 1:08:24Speaker 7: That additional muscle relaxation. So this allows you to breathe
- 1:08:43Speaker 7: easier without necessarily focusing on your breath. However, being able
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: to notice be ease.
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: In which.
- 1:09:36Speaker 7: You breathe so naturally. You breathe so very easily and smoothly.
- 1:10:27Speaker 7: Whenever I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my
- 1:10:44Speaker 7: eyes closed, attend to visual eyes beautiful or field with
- 1:11:03Speaker 7: trees and flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It
- 1:11:38Speaker 7: feels nice too, if nothing else, just taking some time
- 1:12:00Speaker 7: away from everything, enjoying.
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: That feeling of.
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: Pace serenity with a joyful art, time seems to just.
- 1:13:19Speaker 9: Drip by.
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: So very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to
- 1:14:15Speaker 7: any thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely free.
- 1:15:11Speaker 6: You like to.
- 1:15:11Speaker 3: Say that your mind.
- 1:15:28Speaker 7: Slured down, slured down because nothing really requires your attention.
- 1:16:24Speaker 7: You can enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress
- 1:16:39Speaker 7: to drip out of your body, to appear out of
- 1:16:51Speaker 7: every part every body being released from your brain, your

- 1:20:22Speaker 7: Feedings in the back of your neck, the feedings in
- 1:20:49Speaker 7: your wrists, muscles, in front of your body.
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: Peace, deep.
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: Sets, pace spreads through a fairy cold.

- 1:48:33Speaker 7: Pay like, and you could start to notice that you
- 1:49:38Speaker 7: are feeling more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused
- 1:49:50Speaker 7: your mind upon that sense of physical comfort that is
- 1:49:58Speaker 7: growing within you throughout your body, and your mind starts
- 1:50:08Speaker 7: to slow down, and that could be almost in recognition
- 1:50:18Speaker 7: of I guess my speech not being particularly fast, and
- 1:50:32Speaker 7: things just generally.
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: Feel calmer.
- 1:50:40Speaker 7: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an opportunity.
- 1:50:50Speaker 3: To take a.
- 1:50:51Speaker 7: Break from the day, take a break from your life,
- 1:50:59Speaker 7: as it is, to give yourself a rest, giving yourself
- 1:51:08Speaker 7: permission to take some time off, and to allow your
- 1:51:15Speaker 7: body to relax and allow your mind to slow down,
- 1:51:25Speaker 7: which in turn releases the tension and it stresses that
- 1:51:33Speaker 7: you had in your body. It's almost as if the
- 1:51:43Speaker 7: parts of your body just to open up, allowing the
- 1:51:47Speaker 7: negativity out and at the same time replacing that negative
- 1:52:00Speaker 7: tea with positive healing energy, which then fills your body
- 1:52:09Speaker 7: up and your mind to also starts to appreciate those
- 1:52:22Speaker 7: feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling, positive
- 1:52:39Speaker 7: healing energy that spreads through your body like a wave.
- 1:52:53Speaker 3: Of comfort. All this comes from just allowing yourself.
- 1:53:08Speaker 7: A few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you
- 1:53:14Speaker 7: want it to be, just rest, allow your mind and
- 1:53:27Speaker 7: your body to almost preset itself to the settings of
- 1:53:39Speaker 7: comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more room for feelings
- 1:53:56Speaker 7: of pleasure and happiness to move around your body and
- 1:54:09Speaker 7: into your mind, almost as if your mind and your body.
- 1:54:16Speaker 3: Are sinking together, almost.
- 1:54:24Speaker 7: Mirroring each other, with that growing positivity and calmness, And
- 1:54:38Speaker 7: it feels nice, really does feel nice.
- 1:54:45Speaker 3: To know that you are the one that has allowed
- 1:54:50Speaker 3: yourself to feel more comfort and to experience.
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: More of this.
- 1:55:08Speaker 7: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body.
- 1:55:22Speaker 3: And as I focus.
- 1:55:25Speaker 7: On each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:55:31Speaker 7: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:55:48Speaker 7: becomes even more calm and comfortable, just by focusing. And
- 1:56:02Speaker 7: as I moved down on your body, starting at your head,
- 1:56:10Speaker 7: the parts that you have already.
- 1:56:12Speaker 3: Focused on or can continue.
- 1:56:17Speaker 7: To relax deeply, and those parts that have not yet
- 1:56:24Speaker 7: focused on what just automatically release any remain intention in
- 1:56:37Speaker 7: anticipation of even more comfort about to come. Now the
- 1:56:52Speaker 7: start by focusing on your forehead, just being aware evens.
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: Of your forehead, then your background sounds.
- 1:57:09Speaker 7: Like mister Herbert the pigeon, can just allow you to
- 1:57:14Speaker 7: feel you're more relaxed.
- 1:57:20Speaker 3: Just means you're in the moment. This isn't this isn't
- 1:57:26Speaker 3: a sterile environment. This is the world I live in
- 1:57:34Speaker 3: the countryside.
- 1:57:37Speaker 7: There's lots of nature sounds around. As you focus on
- 1:57:48Speaker 7: your forehead. Just notice how it becomes even more relaxed
- 1:57:55Speaker 7: as you focus only on my voice and that part
- 1:58:05Speaker 7: of your body. Moving down to your eyes, focusing on
- 1:58:15Speaker 7: your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so heavy it
- 1:58:29Speaker 7: has so light that at the same time, all the
- 1:58:36Speaker 7: muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 1:58:40Speaker 3: Completely. Moving your focus.
- 1:58:48Speaker 7: Down to your mouth, lips, your tongue, your teeth, your comes,
- 1:58:58Speaker 7: the whole of your mouth relaxing, calm, lease unless you
- 1:59:13Speaker 7: focus now on your jawl just a part of your
- 1:59:22Speaker 7: jaw near your mouth, your chin all the way up
- 1:59:27Speaker 7: the size of your face to your ears, of your
- 1:59:35Speaker 7: jaw leading all relaxed, Let be calm, focusing.
- 2:00:01Speaker 3: On your leck, the front of your neck and your throat.
- 2:00:09Speaker 7: Legs loose and calm, the sides of your neck, right
- 2:00:22Speaker 7: and left side of your leg, your legs stump, lace.
- 2:00:35Speaker 3: And calm.
- 2:00:42Speaker 10: Now the back of your neck, focusing on the back
- 2:00:49Speaker 10: of your leg, letting go.
- 2:00:57Speaker 7: With any tension that make be there before, and enjoy
- 2:01:04Speaker 7: in fact sense of increasing comfort and release.
- 2:01:17Speaker 3: I think you can experience in the back of.
- 2:01:20Speaker 7: Your neck, moving down your back, moving either side of
- 2:01:33Speaker 7: your spine right from the top of your back.
- 2:01:39Speaker 2: All the way.
- 2:01:41Speaker 7: Down to the bottom of your back. Down it's your
- 2:01:53Speaker 7: lower back, up and down your spine. You can feel
- 2:02:07Speaker 7: the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 2:02:22Speaker 7: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 2:02:29Speaker 7: to spread.
- 2:02:31Speaker 3: Outwards from your spine into both sides.
- 2:02:39Speaker 7: Of your back, the top of your back, the middle
- 2:02:46Speaker 7: engineer back.
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: And as you're scared gently and slowly.
- 2:02:57Speaker 7: Up and down your back, there's the muscles in the
- 2:03:03Speaker 7: top of your back relax.
- 2:03:06Speaker 3: And become alive. So the muscles in the middle of
- 2:03:13Speaker 3: your back.
- 2:03:15Speaker 7: Also seemed just almost define from each other, separating and
- 2:03:26Speaker 7: almost melting, and in your lower back seems to be
- 2:03:39Speaker 7: an extra special feeling.
- 2:03:45Speaker 3: Of comfort. The spreads into.
- 2:03:53Speaker 7: Your hips, down your lower back, into your hips, into
- 2:04:03Speaker 7: the area where your cosicks are, and into your buttocks.
- 2:04:12Speaker 7: Always muscles the spread give your lower back into your
- 2:04:22Speaker 7: hip area, start to mount, start to reading, let go,
- 2:04:42Speaker 7: and you know where about to focus on your shoulders,
- 2:04:49Speaker 7: back your spye, continue.
- 2:04:55Speaker 2: To let go.
- 2:05:00Speaker 3: To relax.
- 2:05:05Speaker 2: So coldly.
- 2:05:13Speaker 7: As she focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 2:05:19Speaker 7: already feeling really this. They're already.
- 2:05:42Speaker 2: Cold.
- 2:05:49Speaker 3: I feel those muscles.
- 2:05:58Speaker 7: The move from you.
- 2:06:01Speaker 3: Into your shoulders feels so soft and gentle, so so.
- 2:06:26Speaker 2: A calm.
- 2:06:39Speaker 3: The feeling your shoulders.
- 2:06:48Speaker 7: Since to spread deep into your shoulders, and since relaxation.
- 2:06:57Speaker 2: Not just.
- 2:07:00Speaker 7: Traveling deeply into your muscles, also relaxing.
- 2:07:12Speaker 3: With the butterness.
- 2:07:19Speaker 7: And move our way to underneath your arms, relaxing the
- 2:07:27Speaker 7: whole area between the tops of your shoulders and underneath
- 2:07:33Speaker 7: your arms.
- 2:07:38Speaker 6: He then.
- 2:07:44Speaker 2: Is just so.
- 2:07:46Speaker 3: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders. Ah says that.
- 2:08:00Speaker 2: Deep he.
- 2:08:05Speaker 7: Message into arms, you may feel almoss to s if
- 2:08:22Speaker 7: your arms and leaves that because the sun relaxed so
- 2:08:34Speaker 7: deeply relaxed.
- 2:08:42Speaker 2: S so.
- 2:09:18Speaker 3: That feels spreading oh down your arms to ours.
- 2:09:33Speaker 7: Cliding you always circumps, spreads away into wrists four sadrists.
- 2:10:11Speaker 3: So heavy at the same time slight and gentle like said.
- 2:10:59Speaker 7: Now as peaces sass, it just seems to feel handsts thaks.
- 2:12:58Speaker 3: Things. It's think it.
- 2:14:36Speaker 11: Tast school scouts.
- 2:19:31Speaker 3: Faith said sa, so suck suck s.
- 2:20:00Speaker 12: Co pays.
- 2:20:36Speaker 7: Sick the same.
- 2:21:00Speaker 6: Pace fall.
- 2:21:14Speaker 3: Let deeplaxation, the spread chest sto let's sake go everything.
- 2:21:52Speaker 7: I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down to one.
- 2:22:04Speaker 7: You can imagine in a way it's like just walking
- 2:22:08Speaker 7: down some steps and each step or twenty steps, and
- 2:22:13Speaker 7: each step represents a level of comfort.
- 2:22:22Speaker 3: Each step represents a deepening.
- 2:22:29Speaker 7: Of that comfort, and the furthes you walk down those
- 2:22:40Speaker 7: steps step.
- 2:22:42Speaker 3: Deeper, blast you feel. So starting with number twenty ninety.
- 2:24:00Speaker 13: Eighteen seven, ten, sixteenhhhhhhhh.
- 2:26:42Speaker 3: Three four four to well.
- 2:31:42Speaker 12: Hight US.
- 2:35:25Speaker 2: US six.
- 2:37:43Speaker 3: Five in the US.
- 2:40:01Speaker 6: US.
- 2:41:34Speaker 14: Last, she focus on your lives.
- 2:43:48Speaker 3: A countdown from ten down to one.
- 2:43:57Speaker 7: Focusing just your eyes, your eyelids, the muscles around your eyes,
- 2:44:10Speaker 7: your eyes wolves themselves, a whole area that makes up
- 2:44:19Speaker 7: your eye. As we count down ten down to one,
- 2:44:38Speaker 7: wants to focus in on your eyes, you become twice
- 2:44:51Speaker 7: is relaxed with each number counting down that you may find.
- 2:45:08Speaker 3: The way you want to do is just drift off
- 2:45:14Speaker 3: to sleep. And if that's what you want, then just.
- 2:45:23Speaker 7: Allow yourself to do that. Now focus it on your
- 2:45:36Speaker 7: eyes and to begin counting down ten down to one.
- 2:45:48Speaker 3: Right now.
- 2:45:57Speaker 2: Ten nine.
- 2:46:58Speaker 3: Eight s.
- 2:50:05Speaker 6: The including.
- 2:51:52Speaker 15: Hree So.
- 2:55:10Speaker 3: Count down ten to one.
- 2:55:14Speaker 6: Ten nine.
- 2:55:18Speaker 3: Eight seven, six, five.
- 2:55:29Speaker 2: Four three.
- 2:55:35Speaker 7: Two one.
- 2:55:45Speaker 3: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:55:48Speaker 3: to relax.
- 2:55:50Speaker 7: Maybe it's a too fast for you to notice the
- 2:55:56Speaker 7: calming of your body, maybe even a little bit of pressure.
- 2:56:03Speaker 3: They're like, you'll count it down from ten to one.
- 2:56:07Speaker 3: Would you expect me to do?
- 2:56:09Speaker 7: Man, expect meters to go with floppy just because you're
- 2:56:13Speaker 7: counting down.
- 2:56:20Speaker 3: If you try again, but this time, I'll go this slower.
- 2:56:26Speaker 7: This time that you focus on the whole of your
- 2:56:31Speaker 7: body before we focus on legs.
- 2:56:37Speaker 5: Just notice.
- 2:56:39Speaker 7: How your body does start to feel or relaxed every
- 2:56:54Speaker 7: number that I count down nine, eight, seven, six, five, four.
- 2:57:54Speaker 3: Three, one. Just notice how how you feel generally, how
- 2:58:46Speaker 3: your body feels.
- 2:58:53Speaker 7: It's not necessarily even about outing down from ten to one.
- 2:59:05Speaker 7: It's that space that you have, that space between being
- 2:59:22Speaker 7: active physically or mentally. It's just sitting and lying down,
- 2:59:34Speaker 7: just being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, or
- 2:59:39Speaker 7: that he needed to think about anything. So it opens
- 2:59:45Speaker 7: up a space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 2:59:49Speaker 7: a gap. And the more I came down from ten
- 2:59:59Speaker 7: to one, the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that
- 3:00:07Speaker 7: gap of calmness, of comfort, relaxation.
- 3:00:18Speaker 3: It's a nice feeling and it moves.
- 3:00:27Speaker 7: Those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally moves.
- 3:00:37Speaker 3: Away, allows you.
- 3:00:48Speaker 5: To just.
- 3:00:51Speaker 3: Slow down.
- 3:00:55Speaker 16: Someone can count the game from ten down to one
- 3:00:58Speaker 16: and notice that gap widening, the gap, and it's it widened.
- 3:01:09Speaker 7: It's almost like that the stress and attention falls into
- 3:01:15Speaker 7: the gap.
- 3:01:29Speaker 3: Gives you that distance, that space.
- 3:01:35Speaker 2: Now ten.
- 3:01:45Speaker 3: Nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:02:36Speaker 7: Four three. How did you.
- 3:04:00Speaker 3: Can you notice that?
- 3:04:03Speaker 7: Do you feel a calm, relaxed new focus on legs?
- 3:04:43Speaker 7: Just two legs. You're just gonna start with focusing on
- 3:05:04Speaker 7: your thighs. Of course, it's not the most exciting thing
- 3:05:23Speaker 7: to be done.
- 3:05:24Speaker 3: Because.
- 3:05:28Speaker 7: I'm sure like most of your body is not not
- 3:05:31Speaker 7: going on right now. Just focusing on the hold of
- 3:05:44Speaker 7: your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides of
- 3:05:50Speaker 7: your fighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 3:05:58Speaker 7: inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh that leads
- 3:06:04Speaker 7: into your hip.
- 3:06:09Speaker 3: And it goes down to your.
- 3:06:13Speaker 7: Knee joint.
- 3:06:19Speaker 3: And this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 3:06:27Speaker 7: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 3:06:34Speaker 7: during your thighs.
- 3:06:45Speaker 3: But I don't think we perhaps give enough attention to
- 3:06:53Speaker 3: her thighs.
- 3:07:00Speaker 7: Absolutely and acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives,
- 3:07:22Speaker 7: how much they actually differ us all through our lives.
- 3:07:39Speaker 7: And it may seem sound really weird. I think that
- 3:07:45Speaker 7: all her body parts, especially our thighs, needs TLC a
- 3:07:56Speaker 7: bit of love, show a bit of the acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude.
- 3:08:16Speaker 3: For what an thighs do for us. I don't know
- 3:08:25Speaker 3: this makes sound as strange.
- 3:08:30Speaker 7: Maybe you think, why am I sure how I should
- 3:08:33Speaker 7: be out in the garden hugging a tree or something.
- 3:08:42Speaker 7: It's hard to set my a phone up on a tree.
- 3:08:45Speaker 7: That's what I'm doing to see doors, as I wouldn't
- 3:08:48Speaker 7: be outside in a tree. I can't see the television
- 3:08:51Speaker 7: from the tree we moved down to your These gain
- 3:09:03Speaker 7: such an important part.
- 3:09:08Speaker 3: And I think we don't necessarily.
- 3:09:12Speaker 7: I'll speak for myself here, I don't necessarily appreciate.
- 3:09:20Speaker 3: All that one needs to do for me until I
- 3:09:25Speaker 3: have a problem with my need.
- 3:09:27Speaker 7: Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash you. It's aching
- 3:09:33Speaker 7: for some reason. It's then that I realize how much
- 3:09:39Speaker 7: it does. You know, the benefit of being able to
- 3:09:44Speaker 7: use my legs.
- 3:09:47Speaker 3: Without any kind of physical discomfort.
- 3:09:53Speaker 7: Is a beautiful thing. That's possibly not appreciated tool it's
- 3:10:01Speaker 7: temporarily removed.
- 3:10:04Speaker 3: You know, that's comfort.
- 3:10:09Speaker 5: But as you.
- 3:10:10Speaker 7: Focus on your knees, regardless of how your knees feel,
- 3:10:18Speaker 7: you can have that sense of gratitude and love to
- 3:10:24Speaker 7: your needs for all they do you. You can still
- 3:10:37Speaker 7: have that attention on your thighs. Maybe notice how your
- 3:10:42Speaker 7: thighs feel. Maybe notice that name on relaxing or deeply
- 3:11:03Speaker 7: as you focus now on the bottoms of your legs
- 3:11:08Speaker 7: and your ships, your carve muscles, the bones between your
- 3:11:14Speaker 7: knees and your feet.
- 3:11:18Speaker 3: Incorporates, and the course of ankles so important.
- 3:11:29Speaker 7: Anyone that's had even like the slightest spray of an
- 3:11:34Speaker 7: ankle knows how how much should we take our ankles
- 3:11:41Speaker 7: for granted. And it's kind of strange in a way
- 3:11:50Speaker 7: when you think that. You know, logically, our wrists are
- 3:11:55Speaker 7: a lot of fear than the rest of our arms,
- 3:11:59Speaker 7: which is okay, it doesn't you can't see any problem
- 3:12:03Speaker 7: with that because.
- 3:12:04Speaker 3: We're just picking stuff up by our ankles so much
- 3:12:11Speaker 3: thinner then the rest of our legs, and from a
- 3:12:20Speaker 3: physics perspective or logical.
- 3:12:24Speaker 7: Even it doesn't really make sense that all this weight
- 3:12:29Speaker 7: will ultimately be resting on your ankles then lead to
- 3:12:36Speaker 7: your feet. A thin area, thin bone.
- 3:12:49Speaker 3: Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports us, supports
- 3:12:55Speaker 3: our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, helps
- 3:13:07Speaker 3: you to get around, to be mobile. There's the calf muscles.
- 3:13:20Speaker 3: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:13:28Speaker 3: pointing calf muscles. Didn't seem to do anything.
- 3:13:33Speaker 7: Okay, if worked around tiptoes, then my calf muscles get
- 3:13:38Speaker 7: some work.
- 3:13:40Speaker 3: But of course that's not true.
- 3:13:41Speaker 7: The calf muscles are being used whenever we use the legs.
- 3:13:52Speaker 7: Then your shins there to protect your low legs, shaped
- 3:14:04Speaker 7: in a way almost as a protector for the.
- 3:14:09Speaker 3: Bone, leading course to your ankles.
- 3:14:23Speaker 7: And your feet.
- 3:14:28Speaker 3: I'm not going to focus on your feet. We're just
- 3:14:30Speaker 3: going to focus on the legs.
- 3:14:34Speaker 7: I realize, now i've mentioned your feet, you probably focused
- 3:14:40Speaker 7: on them anyway, So maybe I should focus on your
- 3:14:44Speaker 7: feet a little bit. You can have them in your
- 3:14:50Speaker 7: awareness the same as you have your thighs in your awareness.
- 3:14:57Speaker 7: Even though we haven't been.
- 3:14:58Speaker 3: Focusing on your thighs for a few minutes, we're focus in.
- 3:15:04Speaker 7: On your ankles. There's still that sensation of comfort.
- 3:15:21Speaker 3: In your thighs. There's that movement of energy.
- 3:15:33Speaker 7: Because the thighs hold lots of different sensations. Of course,
- 3:15:40Speaker 7: there's the muscles, the big strong muscles that we have
- 3:15:45Speaker 7: in our thighs.
- 3:15:54Speaker 3: With the skin.
- 3:15:57Speaker 7: On the outside of the thighs, as in the outside
- 3:16:01Speaker 7: of all of our body, it can be very sensitive,
- 3:16:10Speaker 7: sensitive to attached, sensitive to temperature.
- 3:16:22Speaker 3: And inside your thighs the bones, there's the muscle, it is.
- 3:16:30Speaker 7: The blood, vessels, the arch trees, to all this stuff
- 3:16:35Speaker 7: inside your thighs. I guess sometimes it'd be nice if
- 3:16:44Speaker 7: you could actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message,
- 3:16:52Speaker 7: so you.
- 3:16:52Speaker 3: Can message on the outside of.
- 3:16:54Speaker 7: The goals, but able to get deep into the muscles,
- 3:16:59Speaker 7: to be able to massage inside your thighs, massage of
- 3:17:04Speaker 7: the bones, your egg, massage.
- 3:17:12Speaker 3: Veins, just gently heathen thighs.
- 3:17:23Speaker 7: You can move down message inside of these some message
- 3:17:30Speaker 7: of those.
- 3:17:30Speaker 3: Bones with healing fingertips, spreading the healing.
- 3:17:37Speaker 7: Energy deep into the choice.
- 3:17:41Speaker 6: These.
- 3:17:47Speaker 3: Of course, of the vacuum you need the inside crease.
- 3:17:53Speaker 17: Real need is.
- 3:17:57Speaker 7: It's a very sensitive area. Three does recognized when it's striking.
- 3:18:04Speaker 7: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:18:08Speaker 7: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part, a crease.
- 3:18:17Speaker 3: Your legs alwast.
- 3:18:21Speaker 6: Like a part that.
- 3:18:24Speaker 7: Has a sensitivity, which is a little bit different. Of
- 3:18:35Speaker 7: course it's protected by your legs. Actually put in your
- 3:18:47Speaker 7: fingers into increase your legs foot between your legs. You
- 3:18:58Speaker 7: can just message with your fingertips. A fingertips going inside.
- 3:19:05Speaker 7: Massage in the muscle tissue. You can cause a fielder bones.
- 3:19:16Speaker 18: Of your base.
- 3:19:18Speaker 7: Heating your fingertips and then it should go down. Take
- 3:19:32Speaker 7: calf muscles and that's the part I'd like to be outside.
- 3:19:36Speaker 7: Really put my fingertips stain.
- 3:19:39Speaker 3: Inside the calf muscles. Massage in every single tissue, the muscle,
- 3:19:51Speaker 3: healing every part. They do the same for a shields.
- 3:20:04Speaker 7: Massage, gently stroking the bones, gently stroking the heating and
- 3:20:13Speaker 7: loving way because they deserve to be treated. There's the
- 3:20:20Speaker 7: precious bones that they are. Our legs are so precious
- 3:20:25Speaker 7: that in all the other parts of our body, the
- 3:20:30Speaker 7: more precious of any tub.
- 3:20:35Speaker 3: Plant.
- 3:20:44Speaker 7: When you start to.
- 3:20:46Speaker 3: Think about the leggs and its way, can change perspective.
- 3:21:02Speaker 7: It might sound be silly to start the idea of family.
- 3:21:11Speaker 7: Love your legs, show an appreciation with your thighs. Want
- 3:21:21Speaker 7: to be able to be your hands in your thighs,
- 3:21:27Speaker 7: massage the muscles and the bones, to get your fingers
- 3:21:35Speaker 7: deep in their releasing.
- 3:21:42Speaker 3: Just to show how much you care about your legs,
- 3:21:51Speaker 3: what you care for, what your legs do regularly.
- 3:22:00Speaker 7: You know these your cards, your ankles, the strength of
- 3:22:09Speaker 7: your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to the
- 3:22:17Speaker 7: rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yet they're so strong,
- 3:22:26Speaker 7: so flexible, and slowly amazing things.
- 3:22:35Speaker 3: Ankles are truly a gift.
- 3:22:44Speaker 7: Because of what they do for you, supporting all that weight,
- 3:22:55Speaker 7: regardless of how what weight you are, even if you
- 3:22:59Speaker 7: are at stony still would a long wait for these angles?
- 3:23:10Speaker 7: How would not in the heavier The MAINSTA.
- 3:23:13Speaker 3: Double BP.
- 3:23:17Speaker 7: In my course support my body all the time, but
- 3:23:26Speaker 7: they do give off a sigh of relief to sit
- 3:23:30Speaker 7: down as my old links though my feet feegle sac
- 3:23:42Speaker 7: my toast clap. Your legs.
- 3:24:08Speaker 3: Really are amazing.
- 3:24:14Speaker 7: Talking about talking about your legs.
- 3:24:17Speaker 19: Is probably.
- 3:24:20Speaker 7: Possibility my most boring ficture ever heard anyone saying possibly
- 3:24:30Speaker 7: boring on everything I said is true. The legs are amazing.
- 3:24:47Speaker 7: Your lex deserve not just respect because they deserve to relax.
- 3:25:00Speaker 2: Deeply.
- 3:25:07Speaker 3: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:25:13Speaker 3: to just let go completely.
- 3:25:33Speaker 7: Your legs.
- 3:25:39Speaker 3: Really can relax.
- 3:25:49Speaker 7: Because the legs are so such a most you know,
- 3:25:54Speaker 7: very important part of your body. When you relaxually, the
- 3:26:00Speaker 7: rest of your body also naturally follows in that.
- 3:26:11Speaker 3: Journey of comfort, like a feeling in my hips. My
- 3:26:23Speaker 3: hips feel.
- 3:26:25Speaker 7: Really nice, and also mynepack as well. Mynepack really feels
- 3:26:35Speaker 7: it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in a
- 3:26:39Speaker 7: chair and there's no stretching.
- 3:26:45Speaker 3: As far as my way that I'm doing, as almost
- 3:26:48Speaker 3: as if.
- 3:26:48Speaker 7: The muscles just relaxed so much and there is a
- 3:26:52Speaker 7: natural stretch as a tension has reduced.
- 3:27:00Speaker 3: About a thou count down ten downs one. You can continue.
- 3:27:28Speaker 7: To fill the fast.
- 3:27:35Speaker 3: Ten nine, eight, seven, six, five.
- 3:27:59Speaker 14: Four.
- 3:28:02Speaker 3: Three one.
- 3:28:18Speaker 7: Relaxed because I'm just going to count down five down
- 3:28:30Speaker 7: to one. And as a countdown, you just focus on
- 3:28:35Speaker 7: the numbers, just the numbers counted down, and notice how
- 3:28:45Speaker 7: you feel.
- 3:28:48Speaker 19: In this moment.
- 3:28:51Speaker 7: As you hear the numbers counted down. Knowing that those
- 3:28:55Speaker 7: numbers counted down ups sense you feeling calmer, not just
- 3:29:08Speaker 7: in your body, but also relaxing your mind. Just notice
- 3:29:17Speaker 7: how you film. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:29:24Speaker 7: there's nothing to think about.
- 3:29:28Speaker 3: Starting with number five four three.
- 3:30:01Speaker 1: To one.
- 3:30:17Speaker 3: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:30:26Speaker 7: Letting go the tension in your body, you may also
- 3:30:35Speaker 7: begin to notice and be aware of how your mind
- 3:30:42Speaker 7: is starting to slow down. This is just a natural
- 3:30:50Speaker 7: thing that happens.
- 3:30:54Speaker 3: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural, as is.
- 3:31:00Speaker 7: Your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax, and
- 3:31:07Speaker 7: the more micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes. It's
- 3:31:11Speaker 7: just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that calmness
- 3:31:24Speaker 7: that comes from.
- 3:31:27Speaker 3: Relative quietness.
- 3:31:29Speaker 7: You know, even if this background sounds, maybe your side
- 3:31:35Speaker 7: or mine is still going to be quite calm. You know,
- 3:31:43Speaker 7: you haven't got the television on, there's no music in
- 3:31:48Speaker 7: the background, unless you're listening to the recorded with music.
- 3:31:51Speaker 7: Of course, you're very likely not going to be sitting
- 3:31:58Speaker 7: in a room a couple of people.
- 3:32:00Speaker 3: Of course, you my paper. Generally, it's the idea if
- 3:32:05Speaker 3: you can do this on your own, so.
- 3:32:09Speaker 7: No distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff, relaxation.
- 3:32:27Speaker 3: Automatically rises. The sense of comfort starts to grow.
- 3:32:39Speaker 7: And without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:32:50Speaker 7: something magical. This is just a natural process, something that's easy.
- 3:33:03Speaker 3: To accomplish. In fact, it's.
- 3:33:07Speaker 7: Almost you know, the sense of relaxing completely happens really
- 3:33:14Speaker 7: when you put no effort into it.
- 3:33:18Speaker 3: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:33:24Speaker 3: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 3:33:35Speaker 3: recording and others is simply two allow you to take
- 3:33:47Speaker 3: advantage of this space this time, just leto to just be.
- 3:34:06Speaker 7: Here, to be in tune with how you feel, yet
- 3:34:20Speaker 7: with the intention of wanting to relax deeply that maybe
- 3:34:33Speaker 7: even to fall asleep, depending on what it is you
- 3:34:40Speaker 7: wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:34:51Speaker 3: As we know, relaxing.
- 3:34:55Speaker 7: Is the majority of the process of fallen asleep. The
- 3:35:03Speaker 7: actually fall the sleep part is the tiny bit at
- 3:35:07Speaker 7: the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the easier.
- 3:35:22Speaker 3: You find.
- 3:35:24Speaker 7: Yourself drifting. You can also if you choose to stay
- 3:35:40Speaker 7: focused on my voice.
- 3:35:44Speaker 3: And then really in joy the process congratually relaxing each
- 3:36:10Speaker 3: muscle in your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation
- 3:36:42Speaker 3: of letting go completely. This time may count from six
- 3:37:00Speaker 3: down to one. You can notice your mind calming down
- 3:37:15Speaker 3: each number. You hear he said, actually feeling.
- 3:37:28Speaker 2: Calm so.
- 3:37:34Speaker 7: Peaceful, sex fivehhhhhhhhhh be awhere? How you quite to slide
- 3:40:37Speaker 7: right down, sinking.
- 3:40:44Speaker 3: Deeply.
- 3:40:48Speaker 7: It's relaxation. As you focus on your mind, I notice
- 3:41:10Speaker 7: that there's some thoughts still.
- 3:41:15Speaker 3: There, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps
- 3:41:27Speaker 3: need your attention.
- 3:41:34Speaker 7: What you can do is.
- 3:41:41Speaker 3: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:41:53Speaker 15: With love.
- 3:41:56Speaker 3: My door petals from a flower.
- 3:41:59Speaker 7: Just sprinkle my battles feel good love towards those thoughts.
- 3:42:07Speaker 7: To let those thoughts not bad in a number you
- 3:42:15Speaker 7: just need them. You require them to just calm down,
- 3:42:25Speaker 7: slow down, quiet down. Are now so as you focus
- 3:42:42Speaker 7: on those remaining thoughts as we count down this time
- 3:42:48Speaker 7: from seven down to one, each number, just imagine sprinkling
- 3:42:58Speaker 7: those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude, both of those thoughts.
- 3:43:18Speaker 3: Should allow them to just not away relax deeply. Every number,
- 3:43:35Speaker 3: those thoughts will become.
- 3:43:42Speaker 6: Relaxed.
- 3:43:48Speaker 3: Starting if number seven.
- 3:44:12Speaker 7: Six f.
- 3:46:19Speaker 2: Let you.
- 3:46:24Speaker 3: Notice how relaxed faith in body.
- 3:46:45Speaker 7: We got to focus on your hands gustop relax hands
- 3:47:00Speaker 7: on la strong body and my dog. Yes, focus on
- 3:47:25Speaker 7: my hands, your fingers. Nothing needed to be done. Was
- 3:47:37Speaker 7: like clenching of fists on des and the fingers pretty bit.
- 3:47:50Speaker 20: It's just like to.
- 3:47:53Speaker 7: Focusing on your hands.
