  Speaker 1: it's more money. Maybe it's better health. Maybe you're ready

  Speaker 1: for a bigger home, a better job. Maybe you want
• 0:38
  Speaker 1: to expand from an unhappy marriage into happily single. Whatever
• 0:45
  Speaker 1: it might be, you're ready to expand. You're ready for more.

  Speaker 1: You believe more is available to you. And so the
• 0:55
  Speaker 1: first practice I would encourage you to do is to
• 0:58
  Speaker 1: pray about it. One of the things I love so
• 1:02
  Speaker 1: much about being an intuitive coach is that while all
• 1:07
  Speaker 1: under the umbrella of spirituality, we all come from many
• 1:12
  Speaker 1: different approaches. And there's no one way to pray. And
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: over my years of doing sessions with people, they'll reach
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: a moment where I'll say, okay, go ahead and pray
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: for yourself now. And to hear people pray in so
• 1:31
  Speaker 1: many different ways is absolutely divine. I mean, truly highlight
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: of the work that I do. You know, there's this
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: biblical idea that where two or more are joined together.
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: So I'm holding space as someone prays in a way
• 1:49
  Speaker 1: that feels natural and normal to them. So you can
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: pray however way you want. Just pray, pray, pray, pray, pray.

  Speaker 1: Just start saying, God, spirit, universe, trees, I'm ready to expand. God, angels, universe, spirit,
• 2:10
  Speaker 1: the moon, the sun, I'm ready to expand. Goddess, I'm
• 2:15
  Speaker 1: ready for a bigger home. Goddess, I'm ready for more space. Angels,
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: assist me. I'm ready for peace in my day-to-day life.
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: I'm ready to communicate with my partner in ways that
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: feel loving and compassionate. I'm ready for silence. I'm ready
• 2:32
  Speaker 1: for peace. I'm ready for harmony. I'm ready for more influence,
• 2:37
  Speaker 1: more ease, more autonomy, more prosperity, more abundance, more cash
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: in my bank account at the end of the month.
• 2:46
  Speaker 1: Whatever it is that you're seeking, whether it be a
• 2:52
  Speaker 1: bigger number in your investment account, Maybe you want your
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: retirement to be funded. Whatever it is that you're praying for,
• 3:00
  Speaker 1: just start praying for the expansion. And one more time,
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: you can pray however way you want. You can pray
• 3:07
  Speaker 1: however way feels right to you. However, I'm going to
• 3:11
  Speaker 1: give you some suggestions as to how to pray. Again,
• 3:15
  Speaker 1: you get to do it your own way. Number one,
• 3:18
  Speaker 1: you can look at the religious tradition you grew up
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: in or religious traditions that inspire you and read their prayers.
• 3:25
  Speaker 1: You can maybe write your own. You can find a
• 3:27
  Speaker 1: practitioner who's written prayers. I know back in the day,
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: Catherine Ponder prayers were a big part of my life.
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: Or sometimes when I was doing a vision notebook, I
• 3:41
  Speaker 1: used to do these binders where I'd have images and
• 3:44
  Speaker 1: prayers that were in alignment with the goal I was pursuing.
• 3:49
  Speaker 1: And I'd just Google prayer for business or prayer for
• 3:52
  Speaker 1: romantic relationships. And then I go with that. You can
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: always find someone praying on YouTube. I know there's this woman,
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: this African-American woman. I mean, her prayers just move mountains.
• 4:07
  Speaker 1: Michael Bernard Beckwith's prayers move mountains. If you can find, well,
• 4:13
  Speaker 1: it's easy. Just search Agape and you can find, A,
• 4:17
  Speaker 1: they have a prayer ministry with recorded prayers. But also,
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: if you just watch Agape, a part of the service,
• 4:23
  Speaker 1: and fast forward to the section where he starts praying, oh,
• 4:26
  Speaker 1: that'll move mountains for you. Just start praying and pray
• 4:29
  Speaker 1: however way you want. Or you can keep it simple.
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: You can keep it simple. And then as you start
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: to open yourself up to prayers, prayers are just going
• 4:40
  Speaker 1: to find you. I know this weekend, I was in
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: a moment in my life where I was concerned about something.
• 4:47
  Speaker 1: Something was on my heart. And all of a sudden,
• 4:50
  Speaker 1: an email from Daniel Laporte with the prayer of St.
• 4:53
  Speaker 1: Francis landed in my inbox. And it was so relevant
• 4:59
  Speaker 1: to where I was in that moment. I even sent
• 5:01
  Speaker 1: it to my brother. So I also recommend just send
• 5:06
  Speaker 1: the timer on your phone for every hour and write,
• 5:09
  Speaker 1: and whatever it is you're praying about, pray about this.
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: And then say a simple prayer. Praying without ceasing is real.
• 5:19
  Speaker 1: I also believe robotic affirming is praying without ceasing. If
• 5:24
  Speaker 1: you just want to pray without ceasing, make a commitment
• 5:31
  Speaker 1: to it. Do it every hour. Pray for whatever it
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: is that you want to expand into. Pray for more
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: of this. Pray for this. Pray for this. Pray for this. Pray. Pray. Pray. Now,
• 5:46
  Speaker 1: I want you to be mindful of the energy. Initially,
• 5:52
  Speaker 1: your prayers for expansion might be backed with the energy
• 5:55
  Speaker 1: of what you do not want. However, this is key.
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: If you keep praying, though, the energy will start to
• 6:06
  Speaker 1: shift into what you want, even if you're unclear about
• 6:10
  Speaker 1: what it is that you want. So you might be
• 6:13
  Speaker 1: praying for more money because you're just so freaking tired
• 6:17
  Speaker 1: of feeling broke after you pay your bills. You're tired
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: of living at bare minimum. So you start praying. So again,
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: initially that prayer is backed with what you do not want,
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: which energetically, the laws of the universe are what they are.
• 6:33
  Speaker 1: You'll get more of that back. But if you continue
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: to pray, there will be a shift in you. That's
• 6:41
  Speaker 1: why I think the message around pray without ceasing is
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: so significant. Because so often we think, oh, I'm going
• 6:47
  Speaker 1: to say one prayer, but usually those prayers are from despair.
• 6:51
  Speaker 1: But if you keep praying and keep praying, without you
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: even realizing it, you'll be moving up the Abraham Hicks
• 6:59
  Speaker 1: emotional guidance scale. And I think that's just the scale,
• 7:03
  Speaker 1: but I think the wisdom is truth. You'll be moving
• 7:06
  Speaker 1: from despair into worry, into contentment, into joy. You'll make
• 7:14
  Speaker 1: those leaps just by the willingness to continue to pray.
• 7:19
  Speaker 1: Same goes for robotic affirming. So again, initially the prayer
• 7:25
  Speaker 1: might be backed with what you do not want energetically,
• 7:28
  Speaker 1: and that's okay. Continue to pray. I do believe the
• 7:32
  Speaker 1: grace of God will cover you so you're not necessarily
• 7:36
  Speaker 1: getting back that energy as long as you continue to pray.
• 7:40
  Speaker 1: And I promise you, if you stay in the prayer,
• 7:42
  Speaker 1: you stay with it, you will move away from what
• 7:45
  Speaker 1: you do not want and start to root into what
• 7:48
  Speaker 1: you do want. Again, even if you're not sure how
• 7:52
  Speaker 1: it's all going to come together, what the specifics are,
• 7:55
  Speaker 1: or how it will unfold. Commit to praying without ceasing.

  Speaker 1: your energy will shift, your vibration will raise. And that's
• 8:05
  Speaker 1: just the best way I can describe it to you.
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: And one more time, same with the robotic affirming. I
• 8:11
  Speaker 1: know that's hot in the internet space and I do
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: love it. And I think robotic affirming is awesome. And
• 8:16
  Speaker 1: you might discover a video or see somebody talk about
• 8:19
  Speaker 1: it and then be like, oh, that's me, I'm gonna
• 8:22
  Speaker 1: do that. And then you're like, I'm a thousand in
• 8:25
  Speaker 1: and nothing's happened. You probably need to be, I'm gonna
• 8:29
  Speaker 1: be real honest with you. 150,000 in, 200,000 in, before
• 8:35
  Speaker 1: you really start to see the mountains move. You'll see rocks.
• 8:39
  Speaker 1: You'll see rocks. You'll see rocks. You'll see boulders start
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: to move out of the way. But when you're ready
• 8:45
  Speaker 1: for the true expansion to manifest and to form, yeah,
• 8:49
  Speaker 1: you're going to have to keep praying without ceasing. So
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: be devoted to praying, whether it's robotic affirming or just prayers,
• 8:59
  Speaker 1: simple prayers. Keep going. Don't quit. And please don't pray
• 9:04
  Speaker 1: for a week and be like, Amy, nothing's happening. I'm
• 9:08
  Speaker 1: not praying anymore. Don't quit. Don't quit. Don't quit. Keep going.

  Speaker 1: Keep going. Keep going. God's in charge of the how.

  Speaker 1: All we are in charge of is our faith and
• 9:19
  Speaker 1: our devotion to the practice. So keep going. Keep going.

  Speaker 1: Just keep praying. Just keep praying. Just keep praying. Just
• 9:28
  Speaker 1: keep praying. And I'll say this to you, change it up.

  Speaker 1: Because here's the other thing I've seen with people who
• 9:35
  Speaker 1: pray consistently. Years and years and years, I watched someone
• 9:40
  Speaker 1: who prayed every day with their friend on the phone,
• 9:44
  Speaker 1: every day. And I heard them. They prayed the same
• 9:47
  Speaker 1: prayer over and over. And nothing moved because it started to,
• 9:54
  Speaker 1: they weren't specific. You know, really, that's what it is.
• 9:59
  Speaker 1: That's why I'm saying. change up the prayer, because as
• 10:01
  Speaker 1: you change up the prayer, you're going to get more
• 10:02
  Speaker 1: and more specific. And so if you really want to
• 10:06
  Speaker 1: see the mountain move, you need to pray for exactly
• 10:10
  Speaker 1: what you want. So if you're just praying for expansion
• 10:14
  Speaker 1: and you're not sure what you want, then I would
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: keep praying. I want to make this distinction here. It's
• 10:21
  Speaker 1: not how, it's what you want. So you may not
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: know initially, and that's okay. If you keep praying and
• 10:33
  Speaker 1: you keep changing up the prayer, you're going to get specific.
• 10:38
  Speaker 1: And let's talk about being specific. I'm teaching and guiding
