- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to actually start
- 0:07Speaker 1: diving in to some of those grand jury documents that
- 0:10Speaker 1: were recently released when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein's arrest
- 0:15Speaker 1: in 2019. Now, a lot of the names are redacted,
- 0:18Speaker 1: but that's to be expected when it comes to these
- 0:20Speaker 1: grand jury transcripts. They're not going to name all the
- 0:23Speaker 1: people that were involved, but we do have the actual
- 0:26Speaker 1: information now, which is awesome. All right, so let's get started.
- 0:32Speaker 1: First question by Miss Redacted, and she's talking to a
- 0:36Speaker 1: special agent. And when and if that changes, I'll let
- 0:40Speaker 1: you know. Question, good afternoon, Special Agent Redacted. Answer, good afternoon. Question,
- 0:46Speaker 1: could you please state and spell your full name for
- 0:48Speaker 1: the record? Redacted. Question, where do you currently work? Answer,
- 0:52Speaker 1: the FBI. Question, what is your title there? Answer, Special Agent. Question,
- 0:57Speaker 1: how long have you worked as a Special Agent? For
- 0:59Speaker 1: the FBI. Answer. For over two years. Question. Where are
- 1:04Speaker 1: you currently assigned? Answer. The Violent Crimes Against Children Squad. Question.
- 1:10Speaker 1: What are your duties and responsibilities as a special agent
- 1:13Speaker 1: of the squad? Answer. I work child exploitation and human
- 1:16Speaker 1: trafficking matters. We also work international and parental kidnapping. Question.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Have you participated in an investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and
- 1:25Speaker 1: his associates? Answer. Yes. Question. Have you spoken with other people,
- 1:30Speaker 1: including other law enforcement officers, about the investigation? Answer, yes. Question,
- 1:36Speaker 1: have you reviewed reports and documents prepared by others regarding
- 1:40Speaker 1: the case? Answer, yes. Question, is your testimony today based
- 1:44Speaker 1: in part of those conversations with other law enforcement officers
- 1:48Speaker 1: and documents that you reviewed? Answer, yes. Question, Ms. Redacted,
- 1:54Speaker 1: so ladies and gentlemen, some of the testimony that you're
- 1:56Speaker 1: going to hear today will include hearsay. As you know,
- 1:59Speaker 1: that means that the witness will not be testifying solely
- 2:02Speaker 1: from her own observation, but that she'll also be reporting
- 2:06Speaker 1: what others have told her and what she has read
- 2:08Speaker 1: in reports and documents prepared by others. Hearsay evidence is
- 2:12Speaker 1: admissible in these grand jury proceedings, and you're free to
- 2:15Speaker 1: rely on it in determining whether there is probable cause
- 2:18Speaker 1: to indict any proposed defendant if we end up returning
- 2:21Speaker 1: to present a proposed indictment. If, however, you would like
- 2:26Speaker 1: to hear the testimony of any other witnesses, You have
- 2:29Speaker 1: the right to request it, and we will make reasonable
- 2:31Speaker 1: effort to bring that witness before you. By Ms. Redacted. Question. So,
- 2:36Speaker 1: Special Agent Redacted, I'm placing in front of you what's
- 2:39Speaker 1: been marked as Grand Jury Exhibit 1. Do you recognize that? Answer. Yes. Question.
- 2:44Speaker 1: What is that? Answer. It's a presentation that was prepared
- 2:48Speaker 1: to assist in testifying today. Question. And did you participate
- 2:52Speaker 1: in preparing that exhibit? Answer. Yes. Question. And would it
- 2:56Speaker 1: assist you in testifying today? Answer, yeah. Question, okay, so
- 3:00Speaker 1: we'll make that part of the record for today. Let
- 3:03Speaker 1: me begin by just asking you a few questions about
- 3:05Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and what you've learned. Can you tell us
- 3:08Speaker 1: how old Jeffrey Epstein is? Answer, he's 66. Question, based
- 3:13Speaker 1: on open source reporting, what have you learned about Jeffrey
- 3:16Speaker 1: Epstein's professional background? Answer, he's a wealthy individual with a
- 3:21Speaker 1: background as a money manager, background in finance, working in investments. Question,
- 3:27Speaker 1: Is that what's been published and you reported about him? Answer, yes. Question,
- 3:31Speaker 1: during the course of your investigation, have you learned where
- 3:34Speaker 1: Epstein maintained residences? Answer, yes. Question, where does he have residences? Answer,
- 3:40Speaker 1: he has a residence here in Manhattan along with Palm Beach,
- 3:44Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, and New Mexico. Question, does he maintain an
- 3:48Speaker 1: address in Manhattan located at 9 East 71st Street? Answer, yes. Question,
- 3:54Speaker 1: If we could turn to slide two, does that fairly
- 3:57Speaker 1: accurately depict the residence? Answer, yes. Question, could you please
- 4:01Speaker 1: describe that property for the grand jury? Answer, it's a
- 4:05Speaker 1: multi-story residence. It's reportedly the largest residence in Manhattan. It's
- 4:09Speaker 1: right near Central Park. Question, does Epstein also maintain an
- 4:12Speaker 1: address in Palm Beach, Florida, located at 358 El Brío Way? Answer, yes. Question,
- 4:19Speaker 1: turning to slide three, does that fairly and accurately depict
- 4:22Speaker 1: that residence? Answer, yes. Question, could you please describe that
- 4:27Speaker 1: property for the grand jury? Answer, it's a villa in
- 4:30Speaker 1: Palm Beach, right on the water. Has an in-ground pool
- 4:33Speaker 1: along with guest residence or apartment connected to it? Question,
- 4:38Speaker 1: I want to turn now and talk to you about
- 4:39Speaker 1: some of the witnesses you've interviewed during the investigation. During
- 4:43Speaker 1: the course of this investigation, have you participated in interviews
- 4:46Speaker 1: with an individual named Redacted? Answer, yes. Question, For today's purposes,
- 4:52Speaker 1: I'm just going to refer to her as redacted. About
- 4:55Speaker 1: how many times have you interviewed redacted? Answer, we've spoken
- 4:59Speaker 1: to her approximately five times. Question, turning to the next slide,
- 5:03Speaker 1: are these photographs of redacted? Answer, yes. Question, did she
- 5:07Speaker 1: tell you approximately how old she was when both of
- 5:10Speaker 1: these photographs were taken? Answer, yes. Question, what did she
- 5:14Speaker 1: tell you? Answer, the photo on the left was approximately...
- 5:17Speaker 1: 13 years old, and the photo on the right, she
- 5:20Speaker 1: would have been 17 years old. Question, what is Redacted's
- 5:23Speaker 1: date of birth? Answer, Redacted. Question, in addition to your
- 5:27Speaker 1: participation in interviews with Redacted, have you also reviewed reports
- 5:31Speaker 1: from other law enforcement officers who interviewed Redacted? Answer, yes. Question,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and is your testimony today, based on both your review
- 5:40Speaker 1: of those reports and also your personal participation in interview
- 5:44Speaker 1: with Redacted? Answer, yes. Foreperson, can you speak up a
- 5:49Speaker 1: little bit more? Okay, thank you. Back to questions by Ms. Redacted. Question, okay,
- 5:55Speaker 1: so based on your participation in this investigation, have you
- 5:59Speaker 1: learned where Redacted was living when she was about 14
- 6:02Speaker 1: years old? Answer, yes. Question, where was she living? Answer,
- 6:06Speaker 1: she was living in Redacted. Question, was she living with
- 6:09Speaker 1: her parents? Answer, no, not at this time. Question, why not? Answer,
- 6:14Speaker 1: she had a difficult home life. Question, was she going
- 6:17Speaker 1: to school? Answer, she started and dropped out. Question, about
- 6:21Speaker 1: when did she drop out of school? Answer, the beginning
- 6:24Speaker 1: of her freshman year, a few months into her freshman
- 6:26Speaker 1: year approximately. Question, and at about this time, how was
- 6:30Speaker 1: she supporting herself financially in general? Answer, she worked different jobs.
- 6:35Speaker 1: She worked in catering halls, as a waitress, in restaurants,
- 6:38Speaker 1: and in clubs. Question, did there come a time when
- 6:42Speaker 1: Redacted learned about Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, yes. Question, how did
- 6:46Speaker 1: that first happen? Answer, she first met a girl named
- 6:49Speaker 1: Redacted who told her that she could make money if
- 6:52Speaker 1: she massaged this rich guy. Question, and when she heard
- 6:55Speaker 1: that from Redacted, how did she respond? Answer, she responded
- 6:59Speaker 1: that she wanted to make money, so she agreed. Question,
- 7:02Speaker 1: what did she agree to? Answer, she agreed to go
- 7:05Speaker 1: to his residence and massage him. Question, did Redacted recall
- 7:09Speaker 1: how old she was when she first went to his residence? Answer,
- 7:13Speaker 1: she said she was approximately 14. If Redacted was born
- 7:17Speaker 1: in 1988 Would she have been 14 in the year
- 7:19Speaker 1: of 2002? Answer, yes. Question, and just to confirm, the
- 7:24Speaker 1: date of birth listed on this slide is that redacted's
- 7:27Speaker 1: date of birth? Answer, yes. Question, so you testify that
- 7:30Speaker 1: she ultimately went to his residence. Which residence was that? Answer,
- 7:35Speaker 1: the one in Manhattan. Question, about how many times did
- 7:38Speaker 1: she go to Epstein's residence? Answer, multiple times, dozens. Question,
- 7:43Speaker 1: during the time she went to Epstein's residence in Manhattan?
- 7:46Speaker 1: Did she tell you about what typically would happen when
- 7:49Speaker 1: she would go to his house? Answer, yes. Question, what
- 7:53Speaker 1: are some of the things that she told you about
- 7:55Speaker 1: what had happened? Answer, so the first time she went
- 7:58Speaker 1: with Redacted and she entered the residence, they waited in
- 8:01Speaker 1: the office until they were escorted upstairs to the massage room.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Once in the massage room, Jeffrey Epstein came into the room.
- 8:08Speaker 1: He laid down on the table. Once he was on
- 8:11Speaker 1: the table, a girl massaged each side and then Redacted
- 8:14Speaker 1: would come and be asked to leave the room. and
- 8:16Speaker 1: Redacted would stay. From there, once he turned over, he
- 8:20Speaker 1: wanted his nipples pinched while he masturbated. Things progressed each
- 8:24Speaker 1: additional time that she went. She would have to massage
- 8:27Speaker 1: him while she was in her panties or without underwear
- 8:30Speaker 1: or any clothes at all, and then eventually he would
- 8:32Speaker 1: touch her. He touched her breasts, her genital area, and
- 8:36Speaker 1: then he used a vibrator on her genital area. Question,
- 8:39Speaker 1: did Redacted tell you how much he was paid for
- 8:42Speaker 1: each of these sessions? Answer, yes. Question, how was she paid? Answer, $ 300. Question,
- 8:49Speaker 1: was she paid in cash? Answer, yes. Question, did she
- 8:52Speaker 1: remember anything in particular about the way he paid her
- 8:55Speaker 1: in cash? Answer, she was paid $ 100 bills. Question, during
- 9:01Speaker 1: the interview with Redacted, what was her demeanor like when
- 9:04Speaker 1: she would describe to you how Epstein touched her during
- 9:07Speaker 1: these sessions? Answer, she became emotional. The more she had
- 9:11Speaker 1: to talk about some of the worst things that happened
- 9:14Speaker 1: to her, She became upset about it. Question. You were
- 9:18Speaker 1: explaining earlier that Redacted said that she was approximately 14
- 9:22Speaker 1: when this began. Did she tell you whether she had
- 9:24Speaker 1: ever had any conversation with Epstein about her age? Answer. Yes. Question.
- 9:29Speaker 1: What did she tell you? Answer. She said that she
- 9:32Speaker 1: told him she was 14. Question. Have you asked Redacted
- 9:36Speaker 1: what Epstein's house was like? Answer. Yes. Question. How did
- 9:39Speaker 1: she describe it to you? Answer, she gave a lot
- 9:42Speaker 1: of detail about the house. She talked about the office
- 9:45Speaker 1: having a round desk in it. She talked about the
- 9:47Speaker 1: massage room had the massage table. It had lotion. It
- 9:51Speaker 1: had moisturizers. On the walls, there were sketches or paintings
- 9:54Speaker 1: of naked females on them. And she also talked about
- 9:57Speaker 1: the library and his residence that looked like it was something.
- 10:00Speaker 1: from Out of Beauty and the Beast. Question, is that
- 10:03Speaker 1: how she described it to you? Answer, yes. Question, so
- 10:06Speaker 1: we've been talking about what you've learned during the interview
- 10:09Speaker 1: with Redacted. Just to take a step back, how did
- 10:12Speaker 1: you first establish contact with her? Answer, my partner and
- 10:15Speaker 1: I located her at her residence. Question, what did you
- 10:19Speaker 1: say to her When you first approached her? Answer. She
- 10:23Speaker 1: was very nervous when we first talked to her. And
- 10:25Speaker 1: she told us that she was 16 and went and
- 10:28Speaker 1: massaged Epstein and he masturbated and he didn't touch her. Question.
- 10:32Speaker 1: And again, what was her demeanor like when she said
- 10:35Speaker 1: this to you? Answer. She was very nervous. Redacted. She
- 10:39Speaker 1: was just very anxious while we were speaking with her. Question.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Were you able to conduct a full interview of her
- 10:46Speaker 1: at the time? Answer. No. Question. At a later point,
- 10:49Speaker 1: were you able to conduct a full interview with her? Answer, yes. Question,
- 10:54Speaker 1: and once you finally were able to interview her, did
- 10:56Speaker 1: you ask her why she said that when you first
- 10:59Speaker 1: approached her? Answer, yes. Question, when did she explain it
- 11:04Speaker 1: to you? Answer, she told us that she didn't even
- 11:06Speaker 1: really remember what she had told us initially because she
- 11:09Speaker 1: was so nervous. She was so worried. She was really
- 11:13Speaker 1: concerned that if she talked to us, she was going
- 11:15Speaker 1: to jail. So she was really worried about being in trouble.
- 11:19Speaker 1: All right, folks, we're going to wrap up episode one
- 11:21Speaker 1: right here. And in the next episode, we're going to
- 11:23Speaker 1: pick up where we left off. All of the information
- 11:26Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 11:29Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome to another episode
- 11:32Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to
- 11:35Speaker 1: pick up where we left off with the 2019 grand
- 11:39Speaker 1: jury documents from New York. Once again, we have an
- 11:42Speaker 1: unnamed person asking questions and an unnamed person who is
- 11:46Speaker 1: an agent, answering those questions in front of the grand jury. Question,
- 11:51Speaker 1: did there come a point in time when Epstein asked
- 11:53Speaker 1: Redacted to bring other girls to him? Answer, yes. Question,
- 11:58Speaker 1: what happened? Answer, she did. She reached out to other
- 12:01Speaker 1: girls that she knew to see their interest. Question, I
- 12:05Speaker 1: want to ask you a little bit about what Redacted
- 12:07Speaker 1: told you about her role in bringing other girls to Epstein.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Let me first just ask, in general, how would she
- 12:14Speaker 1: find new girls? Answer, she would meet them through friends
- 12:18Speaker 1: of friends. She'd meet them at clubs, different social settings.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Question in general, what kind of things would she tell them? Answer,
- 12:25Speaker 1: she told them that they would have to give a
- 12:27Speaker 1: massage either with their underwear on or nude, that he
- 12:31Speaker 1: would want his nipples touched, and that he would masturbate. Question,
- 12:35Speaker 1: would she tell them anything about payment? Answer, yes. Question,
- 12:39Speaker 1: what would she tell them? Answer, she'd tell them that
- 12:42Speaker 1: they would get $ 300 for massaging them. Question, did Redacted
- 12:46Speaker 1: have a sense in general of the ages of the
- 12:49Speaker 1: girls that she brought to Epstein? Answer, she estimated around
- 12:52Speaker 1: approximately 13, 14 years old to 17 years old. There
- 12:57Speaker 1: were mostly underage girls that were brought. She did bring
- 13:00Speaker 1: a couple that were 18. Question, approximately how long did
- 13:04Speaker 1: she participate in bringing girls to Epstein? Answer, approximately three
- 13:08Speaker 1: years of the three years that she went. Question, so
- 13:12Speaker 1: approximately how old was she when she stopped? Answer, 17. Question,
- 13:17Speaker 1: during this time period, over those three years approximately, did
- 13:20Speaker 1: she have a sense of about how many girls she
- 13:23Speaker 1: brought over the years to Epstein's house? Answer, she estimated
- 13:27Speaker 1: approximately 20 to 50 girls. Question, did she work with
- 13:31Speaker 1: anyone else in recruiting girls for Epstein? Answer, yes. Question,
- 13:37Speaker 1: who did she work with? Answer, another girl her age, redacted. Question,
- 13:41Speaker 1: who was redacted? Answer, she was a friend of redacted,
- 13:44Speaker 1: that was living with her at the time. Question, turning
- 13:48Speaker 1: to slide number five. Did redacted provide you with this photograph? Answer, yeah. Question,
- 13:54Speaker 1: and what did she explain to you about this photograph? Answer,
- 13:57Speaker 1: that this, that redacted on the left, and that's redacted
- 14:00Speaker 1: on the right. They were approximately 16 years of age
- 14:03Speaker 1: at the time the picture was taken. Question, and during
- 14:07Speaker 1: this time period, around the time when this photograph was taken,
- 14:10Speaker 1: when they were approximately 16, is that when they were working,
- 14:14Speaker 1: and recruiting girls for Epstein? Answer, yes. Question in general,
- 14:18Speaker 1: when Redacted would find a girl, how would she go
- 14:21Speaker 1: about bringing that girl to Epstein? Answer, she would call
- 14:24Speaker 1: who I believe was his, or she assumed was his assistant,
- 14:28Speaker 1: a woman named Redacted. Question, why would she call? Answer,
- 14:32Speaker 1: she would call Redacted and say, hey, I have a
- 14:34Speaker 1: girl who can work, and they would schedule that appointment.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Question in conversation with Redacted, is that how they refer
- 14:41Speaker 1: to these massage sessions as work? Answer, yes. Question, once
- 14:46Speaker 1: the session was scheduled, would redacted go with the girls
- 14:49Speaker 1: to the house? Answer, yes. Question, what would she do
- 14:53Speaker 1: in general once she brought the girl to the house? Answer,
- 14:57Speaker 1: so the first time she would take a girl, they
- 14:59Speaker 1: would go to the residence, they'd wait in the office
- 15:01Speaker 1: until they could be escorted upstairs. The first time she
- 15:05Speaker 1: would go with a girl, she would go up with
- 15:07Speaker 1: her so the girl felt comfortable and kind of knew
- 15:09Speaker 1: what to do. Additional visits after that she would wait
- 15:12Speaker 1: downstairs while the girl did the massage upstairs. Question, did
- 15:16Speaker 1: Epstein ever give feedback to her adacted about the girls
- 15:19Speaker 1: she was bringing? Answer, yes. Question, would he ever tell
- 15:22Speaker 1: her that he particularly liked or didn't like a specific girl? Answer, yes. Question,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and would he ever tell her to bring a specific
- 15:30Speaker 1: girl back or not to bring her back for other sessions? Answer, yes. Question,
- 15:36Speaker 1: over time did she notice any patterns in the girls
- 15:39Speaker 1: that Epstein seemed to like? Answer, she did. Question, and
- 15:43Speaker 1: what did she notice? Answer, that he liked them young, petite,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and natural girls. Question, what did she mean by natural girls? Answer,
- 15:51Speaker 1: that girls were under 18, weren't completely developed. Did she
- 15:56Speaker 1: recall any particular expression that Epstein would use to express
- 15:59Speaker 1: his preference when he was giving her feedback about girls
- 16:02Speaker 1: that she had brought? Answer, I'm sorry, say that again. Question,
- 16:07Speaker 1: in your conversation with Redacted, did she recall any particular
- 16:10Speaker 1: expression or phrases that Epstein would use when he was
- 16:14Speaker 1: explaining what girls he did or didn't like? Answer, yeah.
- 16:18Speaker 1: He would tell her, you know, what I like. If
- 16:20Speaker 1: she brought someone he didn't like, he'd be like, come on,
- 16:22Speaker 1: you know, you know what I like. Question, what was
- 16:25Speaker 1: her understanding of what that meant? Answer, she understood that
- 16:29Speaker 1: that meant girls that were under 18. Question, did Redacted
- 16:33Speaker 1: tell you how much Epstein paid for her recruiting other girls? Answer, yes. Question,
- 16:39Speaker 1: and how much did he pay her? Answer, 300 bucks. Question,
- 16:43Speaker 1: and was that for each new girl for every session
- 16:46Speaker 1: with the new girl when she was brought in? Answer,
- 16:48Speaker 1: that was for each new girl and every session that
- 16:51Speaker 1: she went with whatever girl. Question, we talked a little
- 16:55Speaker 1: bit about phone calls between redacted and redacted, but I
- 16:58Speaker 1: want to circle back and just talk about that in
- 17:01Speaker 1: a little bit more detail. Can you explain for the
- 17:03Speaker 1: grand jury in general? How would Redacted schedule these sessions? Answer,
- 17:08Speaker 1: she would schedule the session through Redacted, would either contact
- 17:12Speaker 1: her on her phone or she would reach out to
- 17:14Speaker 1: Redacted and say she could work. Question, and just to
- 17:17Speaker 1: be clear, did Redacted ever call Redacted? Answer, yes. Question,
- 17:22Speaker 1: in sum and substance, what are the kinds of things
- 17:25Speaker 1: that she would discuss on the phone with Redacted? Answer,
- 17:29Speaker 1: when she'd be available to manage them or massage them.
- 17:31Speaker 1: They talk about what girls... Redacted would ask her, do
- 17:35Speaker 1: you have a new girl? Things along those lines. Question,
- 17:38Speaker 1: approximately how old was Redacted when she stopped going to
- 17:41Speaker 1: Epstein's house? Answer, around 17. Question, did she explain to
- 17:46Speaker 1: you why she stopped going? Answer, she said that the
- 17:49Speaker 1: older she got, she was having a more difficult time
- 17:51Speaker 1: finding younger girls that he preferred. And at the time,
- 17:55Speaker 1: she was also working at a cafe. Question, alright, so
- 17:59Speaker 1: I want to switch gears and talk about another witness
- 18:01Speaker 1: that you've interviewed. Before I do... I just want to
- 18:04Speaker 1: be clear. We've been talking about some of the things
- 18:06Speaker 1: that Redacted has explained to you in your interviews. When
- 18:11Speaker 1: you've been describing what she told you, were those the
- 18:13Speaker 1: exact words that she used in every interview or just
- 18:16Speaker 1: some in substance of what she's relayed to you? Answer,
- 18:19Speaker 1: some in substance. Question, during the course of this investigation,
- 18:23Speaker 1: have you participated in interviews with an individual named Redacted? Answer, yes. Question,
- 18:30Speaker 1: so for today's purpose, I'm just going to refer to
- 18:32Speaker 1: her as redacted. Can you tell us how many times
- 18:35Speaker 1: have you interviewed redacted? Answer, twice. Question, have you also
- 18:40Speaker 1: reviewed reports from previous law enforcement interviews with Courtney? Answer, yes. Question,
- 18:46Speaker 1: is your testimony today based both on your review of

- 25:11Speaker 1: They'd be escorted upstairs. The first time she went with
- 25:13Speaker 1: a girl, they would massage them together. Once Epstein flipped
- 25:17Speaker 1: over to when he was laying on his back, he
- 25:19Speaker 1: would tell Redacted to leave, and the other girl would
- 25:21Speaker 1: stay and massage while Redacted went downstairs. Question, did Epstein
- 25:25Speaker 1: ever give Redacted feedback? On the girls that she had brought? Answer, yes. Question,

- 25:45Speaker 1: to like? Answer, yes. Question, what did she notice? Answer,
- 25:50Speaker 1: that he liked young, young girls, young petite girls. Question,
- 25:55Speaker 1: and did she notice whether he appeared to have any
- 25:57Speaker 1: preference in the race of the girls that she was bringing? Answer, yes. Question,
- 26:02Speaker 1: what did she tell you? Answer, he did not like
- 26:04Speaker 1: dark-skinned or black girls. Question, did she recall him using
- 26:08Speaker 1: any particular expression when he would convey his preference to her? Answer, yes. Question,
- 26:13Speaker 1: what did he tell her? Question, he told her, you
- 26:16Speaker 1: know what I like. Question, she understood that to mean
- 26:20Speaker 1: that he liked under 18. Question, When redacted first went
- 26:24Speaker 1: to Epstein's house, did she tell Epstein that she was
- 26:27Speaker 1: older than she really was? Answer, yes. Question, why did
- 26:31Speaker 1: she tell him that she was older than she really was? Answer,

- 27:01Speaker 1: didn't care about whether the girls were over 18 or not? Answer.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Because she said he had preferred under 18 and that's
- 27:08Speaker 1: what he wanted her to bring. Question. Why did she
- 27:12Speaker 1: think that was what he preferred? Answer. Because that's what
- 27:15Speaker 1: he told her. You know what I like. And she
- 27:17Speaker 1: understood that to mean under 18. Question, did Redacted tell
- 27:21Speaker 1: you how much Epstein paid her for recruiting other girls? Answer, yes. Question,
- 27:26Speaker 1: what did she tell you? Answer, 200 bucks. Question, was
- 27:30Speaker 1: that for each new girl or for like everyone she
- 27:33Speaker 1: brought in? Every time she brought the girl. Question, and
- 27:36Speaker 1: did Redacted explain to you how she would schedule these
- 27:39Speaker 1: sessions with Epstein? Answer, yes. Question, how did that work? Answer,
- 27:44Speaker 1: so she would be contacted by Redacted or she would
- 27:47Speaker 1: call Redacted to schedule appointments. Question, what was her understanding
- 27:51Speaker 1: of who that was? Answer, she understood that to be
- 27:54Speaker 1: his assistants. Question, in general, in sub and substance, what
- 27:58Speaker 1: would they discuss on those phone calls? Answer, she would
- 28:02Speaker 1: tell Redacted what the girls looked like. She would tell
- 28:04Speaker 1: them when they would be available. She'd also tell them
- 28:08Speaker 1: when they wouldn't be available based on their school or
- 28:11Speaker 1: after curricular activities, extracurricular. Question, during these calls, how would
- 28:16Speaker 1: Redacted refer to the sessions that they were scheduling? Answer
- 28:19Speaker 1: as work. Question, can you give us an example of
- 28:22Speaker 1: how that would be used in a sentence? Answer, that
- 28:26Speaker 1: she would say, are you available to work or do
- 28:29Speaker 1: you have a girl that's available to work? Question, during
- 28:32Speaker 1: these phone calls about scheduling, did Sarah ever say where
- 28:36Speaker 1: she was calling from? So they didn't redact the name here,
- 28:39Speaker 1: which is interesting, but we all know they're talking about
- 28:41Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen Vickers. And when we're talking about co-conspirators, at
- 28:45Speaker 1: least me, that's what I'm talking about. but they want
- 28:49Speaker 1: to conflate it all the time. They want to talk
- 28:51Speaker 1: about Harry, Dick, and Tom too. How about we focus
- 28:55Speaker 1: on the people we know about for sure and then
- 28:57Speaker 1: work from there? Question. During these phone calls about scheduling,
- 29:03Speaker 1: did Sarah ever say where she was calling from? Answer, yes. Question.
- 29:08Speaker 1: What did Redacted remember about that? Answer, Redacted called Redacted
- 29:12Speaker 1: saying that she was calling from New York and they'd
- 29:15Speaker 1: be coming down to West Palm Beach. Question. Okay, switching gears.
- 29:19Speaker 1: And that she also said, quote, also brought some girls
- 29:31Speaker 1: who were over 18, and Epstein told her, quote, the
- 29:34Speaker 1: younger the better. And that she also said, quote, he
- 29:37Speaker 1: likes the girls that are between the ages of 18
- 29:40Speaker 1: and 20. Answer, yes. Question, all right. Switching topics, have
- 29:44Speaker 1: you become aware that in 2005, police officers from the
- 29:47Speaker 1: Palm Beach Police Department executed a search warrant at Epstein's
- 29:51Speaker 1: house at the El Brío Way address in Palm Beach? Answer, yes. Question,
- 29:56Speaker 1: and have you reviewed some of the material that was seized?
- 29:58Speaker 1: During the search? Answer, yes. Question, did they find a
- 30:02Speaker 1: massage table and sex toys? Answer, yes. Question, did they
- 30:06Speaker 1: find any phone messages? Answer, yes. Question, turning to slide seven.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Could you please explain to the grand jury what we're
- 30:13Speaker 1: looking at here? Answer, this is the room in his
- 30:16Speaker 1: Palm Beach residence. Down here on the close right corner,
- 30:19Speaker 1: you're going to see a massage pad. Question, so were
- 30:23Speaker 1: those notepads for taking phone messages? And where I just
- 30:26Speaker 1: said massage pad? It was message pad. Answer, yes. Question,
- 30:31Speaker 1: and in the message pads, was there just one message
- 30:34Speaker 1: per page or were there four laid out, two on
- 30:36Speaker 1: top and two on the bottom? Answer, there were four,
- 30:40Speaker 1: two on the top and two on the bottom. Question,
- 30:42Speaker 1: the message pad that we're looking at in this photograph
- 30:46Speaker 1: was the only set of messages that were recovered from
- 30:48Speaker 1: the residents? Answer, no. Question, all right. So let's talk
- 30:52Speaker 1: a little bit about some of the phone messages that
- 30:54Speaker 1: were found in the house. Let's turn to slide eight.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Could you walk us through what we're looking at here? Answer.
- 31:00Speaker 1: So this message is dated September 30th, 2004. Redacted's name
- 31:05Speaker 1: is on it. And in the message, it says she
- 31:07Speaker 1: has a female for Mr. J.E. Question. So given the
- 31:11Speaker 1: date on this message, if this message had been left
- 31:14Speaker 1: by redacted, given her date of birth, would she have
- 31:17Speaker 1: been about 16 years old when this message was left? Answer. Yes. Question.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Let's turn to slide nine. What we're looking at. What
- 31:25Speaker 1: are we looking at here? Answer, this is a message
- 31:28Speaker 1: that's dated November 8th, 2004. Redacted is on the message,
- 31:33Speaker 1: and in the message it says, I have a female forum. Question,
- 31:36Speaker 1: do you recognize this particular phone number? Answer, yes. Question,
- 31:40Speaker 1: based on your review of law enforcement reports, has Redacted
- 31:44Speaker 1: previously identified this as her phone number? Answer, yes. Question,
- 31:49Speaker 1: based on the date of this particular phone message and
- 31:52Speaker 1: Redacted's date of birth, Would she also have been about
- 31:56Speaker 1: 17 when this message was left? Answer, yes. Question, let's
- 32:00Speaker 1: turn to slide 10. So we've been looking at some
- 32:03Speaker 1: of the excerpts of the phone message. Is this a
- 32:05Speaker 1: full page of phone messages? Answer, yes. Question, and do
- 32:09Speaker 1: they all have dates on them? Answer, no. Question, which
- 32:13Speaker 1: one had dates on it? Answer, upper left-hand side. Question,
- 32:17Speaker 1: and is that November 11th, 2004? Answer, yes. Question, So
- 32:22Speaker 1: can you tell when these messages were approximately left? Answer, approximately, yes. Question,
- 32:29Speaker 1: but beyond the fact that one of them is dated,
- 32:31Speaker 1: you're not sure. Answer, correct. Question, okay. Can you walk
- 32:35Speaker 1: us through what we see here on this message pad? Answer,
- 32:39Speaker 1: so bottom right, redacted is listed. On the top right,
- 32:42Speaker 1: redacted PH is listed. And it states, wondering if you
- 32:46Speaker 1: want her to work tomorrow and what time. So the
- 32:50Speaker 1: message on the bottom marked Redacted doesn't have a date
- 32:53Speaker 1: on it. But if these messages were left in approximately
- 32:56Speaker 1: November of 2004, based on Redacted's date of birth, would
- 32:59Speaker 1: she have been about 17 when this message was left? Answer, yes. Question, alright.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Turning to slide 11. What do we see here? Answer,
- 33:09Speaker 1: so this message was dated January 13th, 2005. Redacted is
- 33:14Speaker 1: listed on the message, along with her phone number, and
- 33:17Speaker 1: it just states, please call her. Question, yes. Based on
- 33:20Speaker 1: your review of law enforcement reports, has Redacted previously identified
- 33:24Speaker 1: this phone number as being one of her phone numbers
- 33:27Speaker 1: during that time period? Answer, yes. Question, based on the
- 33:31Speaker 1: date of this message and Redacted's birth, would Redacted have
- 33:35Speaker 1: been about 17 years old when this message was left? Answer, yes. Question,
- 33:41Speaker 1: let's turn to slide 12. Can you tell us what
- 33:44Speaker 1: we're looking at here? Answer, this message is dated January 29th, 2005.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Redacted's name is on this message along with her phone number.
- 33:53Speaker 1: And in the message it says, I have a female forum. Question.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Based on the date of this message and Redacted's date
- 33:59Speaker 1: of birth, would she have been about 17 when this
- 34:02Speaker 1: message was left? Answer, yes. Question. Let's turn to slide 13.
- 34:07Speaker 1: This message is a bit more faint, so if you
- 34:09Speaker 1: could just walk the grand jury through the message. Answer.
- 34:12Speaker 1: So this message has Redacted listed on it along with
- 34:15Speaker 1: her phone number. And in the message it says, She
- 34:18Speaker 1: has a female friend for you. Please call back as
- 34:20Speaker 1: soon as possible. Question. Is there a date on that message? Answer. No. Question.
- 34:26Speaker 1: So earlier you were describing that in interviews with Redacted,

- 34:32Speaker 1: Redacted at the time she first encountered Epstein. Is that right? Answer. Yes. Question.
- 34:39Speaker 1: And did she explain whether she ever went to Epstein's
- 34:42Speaker 1: house with Redacted? Answer. She did. Question, and did you
- 34:46Speaker 1: find in your review of the phone message in Epstein's
- 34:48Speaker 1: house any messages left by a person named Redacted? Answer, yes.
- 34:53Speaker 1: All right, we're going to wrap up right here. And
- 34:56Speaker 1: in the next episode, we're going to pick up where
- 34:57Speaker 1: we left off. All of the information that goes with
- 35:01Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone?
- 35:05Speaker 1: And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In

- 37:07Speaker 1: date of birth? And the date of this message, if
- 37:10Speaker 1: she had left this message, would she have been about 16? Answer, yes. Question,
- 37:15Speaker 1: and finally, turning to slide 18, this is a bit faint,
- 37:18Speaker 1: so if you could walk the grand jury through it. Answer,
- 37:21Speaker 1: so this message has redacted's name on it, along with
- 37:24Speaker 1: the phone number, and in the message it says, has
- 37:26Speaker 1: girl for tonight? Question, is there a date on the message? Answer, no. Question,
- 37:31Speaker 1: in your review of these phone messages, did you find
- 37:34Speaker 1: any other phone message that appeared to fit this pattern
- 37:37Speaker 1: of scheduling with girls? Answer, yes. Question, okay, let's talk
- 37:41Speaker 1: about just a few of those. Let's turn to slide 19.
- 37:44Speaker 1: What do we see here? Answer, this message is September
- 37:47Speaker 1: of 2005. It has a woman name redacted on it.
- 37:50Speaker 1: In the message it says, cancel redacted. She would like
- 37:53Speaker 1: to speak to you, I believe, about college. Along with
- 37:56Speaker 1: the phone number. Should I schedule anyone else? Question, and
- 37:59Speaker 1: so the name redacted. We'll talk about that a little
- 38:02Speaker 1: bit in a few minutes. But just for present purposes,
- 38:05Speaker 1: have you become aware during this investigation? that during the
- 38:08Speaker 1: time period, Jeffrey Epstein had an assistant named Redacted? Answer, yes. Question,

- 38:24Speaker 1: you are in. Question, turning to slide 21, what does
- 38:29Speaker 1: this message say? Answer, the message has Redacted on it,
- 38:32Speaker 1: and the message states, is it okay if Redacted will
- 38:35Speaker 1: come at 5pm? Question, and finally, turning to slide 22,
- 38:40Speaker 1: what does this message say? Answer, the message has redacted

- 39:04Speaker 1: in a minute, I want to ask you about the
- 39:06Speaker 1: interviews of Redacted. But before I do, I just want
- 39:09Speaker 1: to ask you a few more questions about Redacted. Did
- 39:13Speaker 1: there come a point in time, in approximately 2000, when
- 39:16Speaker 1: Redacted learned that Epstein was being investigated by state authorities
- 39:20Speaker 1: for his conduct with minors? Answer, yes. Question, how did
- 39:23Speaker 1: she learn that? Answer, she had seen it, that there
- 39:27Speaker 1: was an investigation into him. And then she had read
- 39:30Speaker 1: out to Redacted and told her that if she didn't talk,
- 39:33Speaker 1: she'd be taken care of. Question, and were those the
- 39:36Speaker 1: exact words? Used or just the sum and substance of
- 39:39Speaker 1: the conversation? Answer, sum and substance. Question, and do you
- 39:44Speaker 1: remember as we sit here today, whether she said that
- 39:46Speaker 1: she called Redacted or whether Redacted called her? Answer, I
- 39:50Speaker 1: don't recall the specifics, but there was a telephone communication. Question,
- 39:55Speaker 1: and finally, when you met with Redacted, what was her
- 39:58Speaker 1: demeanor like when she discussed her role in recruiting minors
- 40:01Speaker 1: for Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, I'm sorry, can you say that again? Question,
- 40:07Speaker 1: when you talked with Redacted about her role in recruiting
- 40:10Speaker 1: minors for Jeffrey Epstein, what was her demeanor like? Answer,
- 40:14Speaker 1: she became very emotional when she talked about that, very
- 40:17Speaker 1: upset about her role. and bringing other girls to him. Question. Finally,
- 40:22Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about one last witness
- 40:24Speaker 1: that you interviewed. During the course of this investigation, have
- 40:28Speaker 1: you participated in interviews with an individual named Redacted? Answer. Yes. Question.
- 40:33Speaker 1: For today's purpose, I'm just going to refer to her
- 40:36Speaker 1: as Redacted. Can you tell us how many times have
- 40:38Speaker 1: you interviewed Redacted? Answer. Twice. Question. Have you also reviewed
- 40:43Speaker 1: reports from previous law enforcement interview with Redacted? Answer. Yes. Question,

- 41:09Speaker 1: or 17 years old when the photos were taken. Question,
- 41:13Speaker 1: what is her date of birth? Answer, Redacted. Question, And
- 41:17Speaker 1: have you learned where she was living when she was
- 41:19Speaker 1: about 17 years old? Answer, yes. Question, where was she living? Answer,
- 41:24Speaker 1: in West Palm Beach area. Question, was she in school
- 41:27Speaker 1: at the time? Answer, yes. Question, did there come a

- 41:36Speaker 1: how did that happen? Answer, one of her friends told
- 41:39Speaker 1: her about a girl. I'm sorry, someone told her about
- 41:41Speaker 1: being able to make money to massage a rich guy
- 41:44Speaker 1: in West Palm Beach and she agreed to do that. Question,
- 41:47Speaker 1: did she ultimately end up going to Epstein's residence in
- 41:50Speaker 1: Palm Beach, Florida? Answer, yes. Question, approximately how many times? Answer,

- 42:03Speaker 1: years old. Question, during the time that she went there,
- 42:07Speaker 1: did she explain to you what would typically happen when
- 42:11Speaker 1: she went to Epstein's house? Answer, yes. Question, What are
- 42:15Speaker 1: some of the things that she has described to you

- 42:58Speaker 1: $ 100 bills. Question, who would pay her? Answer, Epstein or Redacted. Question,
- 43:04Speaker 1: we'll talk a little bit more about Redacted in a moment,
- 43:07Speaker 1: but let me ask for now. What, if anything, did
- 43:10Speaker 1: she say about a conversation she had with Epstein about
- 43:13Speaker 1: her age? Answer, she said that she told him she
- 43:16Speaker 1: was under 18 and he made comments to her that
- 43:18Speaker 1: if she was 18, he'd help her with her modeling
- 43:22Speaker 1: career or when she became 18, he could help her.
- 43:25Speaker 1: He told her that if she was 18, he would
- 43:27Speaker 1: have taken her to a party. Question, when you met
- 43:30Speaker 1: with Redacted, what was her demeanor like when she discussed
- 43:33Speaker 1: what happened with Epstein during these sessions? Answer, she became
- 43:37Speaker 1: upset and went into further detail about what occurred. Question,
- 43:42Speaker 1: when you say she was upset, can you just explain
- 43:44Speaker 1: for us a little bit what it was like talking
- 43:46Speaker 1: to her about those experiences? Answer, it was emotional. I mean,
- 43:50Speaker 1: there were tears. There were some tears. Question, were there
- 43:54Speaker 1: some details she wasn't comfortable talking about? Answer, yes. Question,
- 43:59Speaker 1: has Redacted told you that she's gone to psychological treatment

- 44:17Speaker 1: I want to switch gears and talk about a few
- 44:18Speaker 1: records relating to Redacted. If we could turn to slide 24.
- 44:22Speaker 1: What's depicted in this slide? Answer, so this is a
- 44:26Speaker 1: calendar page. This was taken from her senior year school planner.
- 44:30Speaker 1: And on this page, you can see she wrote in
- 44:32Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein up here on the 9th, and then Jeffrey's
- 44:35Speaker 1: listed on the 29th. Question, just to give some context, Redacted.
- 44:39Speaker 1: Are these the pages from October 2004 from her senior
- 44:42Speaker 1: school planner? Answer, yes. Question, and are there listed some
- 44:47Speaker 1: of her activities and events throughout the month? Answer, yes. Question,
- 44:51Speaker 1: in October 2004, would Redacted have been 17? Answer, yes. Question,
- 44:57Speaker 1: let's talk a little bit about the two areas that
- 45:00Speaker 1: you flagged in the circles. So looking at the top
- 45:03Speaker 1: right red circle that's underneath and to the right of
- 45:07Speaker 1: the entry that says new school. Is Jeffrey written on
- 45:10Speaker 1: that Saturday the 9th? Answer, yes. Question, and at the bottom,
- 45:14Speaker 1: the circle there just under the entry for homecoming game,

- 45:25Speaker 1: do with money she was paid? Answer, yes. Question, when
- 45:29Speaker 1: she went to Epstein's house? Answer, yes. Question, just as
- 45:32Speaker 1: a reminder, can you explain for us what she told
- 45:35Speaker 1: you about how she was paid? Answer, she said she
- 45:38Speaker 1: was paid in $ 100 bills. Question, and who would pay her? Answer,
- 45:43Speaker 1: Epstein or redacted. Question, what would she do with that money? Answer,
- 45:48Speaker 1: she would deposit it in her bank or bank account. Question,
- 45:51Speaker 1: was her memory that she generally did that or that
- 45:54Speaker 1: she did that absolutely every time that she went there? Answer,
- 45:59Speaker 1: that she generally did it. Question, and has she provided
- 46:03Speaker 1: you with copies of records from her bank account during
- 46:06Speaker 1: that time period? Answer, yes. All right, folks, we're going
- 46:10Speaker 1: to wrap up right here. And in the next episode
- 46:12Speaker 1: dealing with the topic, we're going to wrap this bad
- 46:14Speaker 1: boy up. All of the information that goes with this
- 46:17Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone?
- 46:21Speaker 1: And welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
- 46:25Speaker 1: this episode, we're going to pick up where we left
- 46:27Speaker 1: off with the 2019 grand jury documents. Question. All right.
- 46:33Speaker 1: Turning to the next slide. Sorry. Before we move on
- 46:36Speaker 1: to slide 25. Here on slide 24, the red circles
- 46:39Speaker 1: that are here are those that you have added to
- 46:42Speaker 1: aid the grand jury in spotting those two locations or
- 46:45Speaker 1: did the circle those in her planner? Answer, no, those
- 46:48Speaker 1: were added. Question, so turning to slide 25, you've testified
- 46:52Speaker 1: that redacted provided you with some of her bank records.
- 46:56Speaker 1: What are we looking at in this slide? Answer, so
- 46:59Speaker 1: this is an October 2004 deposit and in it she
- 47:01Speaker 1: deposited $ 200 and a $ 20. Question, if this deposit happened
- 47:09Speaker 1: on October 12th, 2004, would Redacted have been 17? Answer, yes. Question,

- 47:19Speaker 1: this one on November 9th, 2004? Answer, yes. Question, is
- 47:24Speaker 1: this another deposit slip that Redacted provided you? Answer, yes. Question, what,

- 47:46Speaker 1: been 17 when this happened? Answer, yes. Question, did Redacted
- 47:51Speaker 1: explain to you in general how these sessions with Epstein
- 47:53Speaker 1: were scheduled? Answer, yes. Question, what did she explain to
- 47:57Speaker 1: you about how that worked? Answer, that she spoke on
- 48:01Speaker 1: the phone with Redacted. who would schedule her to work.
- 48:05Speaker 1: And when I talk about co-conspirators, I'm talking about these people.
- 48:08Speaker 1: They're the co-conspirators. Question, what was her understanding of who was? Answer,
- 48:15Speaker 1: his assistant. Question, in general, what kinds of things would
- 48:19Speaker 1: they discuss on the phone call? Answer, they'd talk about
- 48:22Speaker 1: when she was available, or Redacted would tell her, you know,
- 48:25Speaker 1: that she was coming down to, that they were coming
- 48:28Speaker 1: down to West Palm Beach. Question, and did Redacted ever
- 48:31Speaker 1: tell her? Where she was calling from? Answer, yes. Question,
- 48:35Speaker 1: what did Redacted remember about that? Answer, she recalled Redacted
- 48:39Speaker 1: saying she was calling from New York. Question, and when
- 48:42Speaker 1: she remembered Redacted saying she was calling from New York,
- 48:46Speaker 1: what was the context in which Redacted would explain in
- 48:49Speaker 1: general in sum and substance why she was calling from
- 48:52Speaker 1: New York? Answer, she was telling Redacted that they would
- 48:56Speaker 1: be arriving in West Palm Beach on a certain date
- 48:59Speaker 1: and to ask her when she's available. Question, In these
- 49:02Speaker 1: phone conversations with redacted, what kind of terminology did redacted
- 49:07Speaker 1: typically use to refer to these sessions? Answer. She referred
- 49:11Speaker 1: to it as work. Question. Did redacted remember having scheduled
- 49:15Speaker 1: calls with anyone except for redacted? Answer. Yes. Question. did
- 49:20Speaker 1: she remember getting calls from anyone else? Answer, yes. Question,
- 49:25Speaker 1: what did she remember? Answer, she remembered getting calls from Redacted. Question,
- 49:30Speaker 1: what was her understanding of who Redacted was? Answer, that
- 49:34Speaker 1: she was another assistant of his. Question, and in sum
- 49:39Speaker 1: and substance... What would she talk about on the phone
- 49:41Speaker 1: with redacted? Answer, same thing that she talked with redacted about. Scheduling. Question,
- 49:47Speaker 1: does redacted still have the cell phone she had as
- 49:50Speaker 1: a teenager during this time period? Answer, yes. Question, and
- 49:54Speaker 1: what kind of phone is it? Answer, a flip phone. Question,
- 49:58Speaker 1: has she shown the phone to you when you met her? Answer, yes. Question,
- 50:02Speaker 1: is there a contact stored in the phone for a redacted? Answer, yes. Question,
- 50:07Speaker 1: and a phone number stored for that contact? Answer, yes. Question, alright,
- 50:12Speaker 1: I'm going to talk to you a little bit about
- 50:14Speaker 1: that specific phone number. Turning to the next slide, slide 27.
- 50:18Speaker 1: What's on this slide? Answer, so this shows who is
- 50:21Speaker 1: financially responsible for this phone number, which is Jeffrey Epstein.
- 50:27Speaker 1: And it shows the user as redacted associated with this
- 50:31Speaker 1: phone number. Question, are the subscriber records for the phone
- 50:35Speaker 1: number redacted? Answer, yes. Question, yes. Is that the phone
- 50:38Speaker 1: number that's stored in the flip phone that you just
- 50:41Speaker 1: described that Dana has? Answer, yes. Question, so in these
- 50:46Speaker 1: subscriber records, are these records maintained by the phone company
- 50:50Speaker 1: for that phone number? Answer, yes. Question, in the top
- 50:54Speaker 1: two sections, do those sections explain who's responsible for the
- 50:57Speaker 1: account in terms of billing and paying for the account? Answer, yes. Question,
- 51:03Speaker 1: and is Jeffrey Epstein and a Manhattan address listed in
- 51:06Speaker 1: both places? Answer, yes. Question, at the bottom section under
- 51:11Speaker 1: user information, is there information about this particular phone number
- 51:15Speaker 1: and the user of that phone number? Answer, yes. Question,
- 51:18Speaker 1: so is the user listed for the redacted phone number
- 51:21Speaker 1: listed as redacted? Answer, yes. Question, and is it listed
- 51:27Speaker 1: at the Miami address? Answer, yes. Question, have you reviewed
- 51:31Speaker 1: phone records for Redacted's phone during the time period we've
- 51:35Speaker 1: been talking about? Answer, yes. Question, I'm going to talk
- 51:38Speaker 1: to you a little bit about some of those records.
- 51:41Speaker 1: If you could turn to slide 28. Is this an
- 51:44Speaker 1: excerpt from the phone records for Redacted's cell phone? Answer, yes. Question,
- 51:49Speaker 1: on this slide, there's an arrow next to the excerpt
- 51:52Speaker 1: and a highlighted portion. Could you just walk the grand
- 51:55Speaker 1: jury through that particular line on the record? Answer, that
- 51:59Speaker 1: was a call that was made on January 3rd at 1.06 p.m.
- 52:03Speaker 1: It's redacted's number. Question, so that's a record of those
- 52:07Speaker 1: two phones talking to each other on that date and time? Answer, yes. Question,
- 52:12Speaker 1: so if this call was between those two phones on
- 52:15Speaker 1: January 3rd, 2004, I want to talk to you about
- 52:18Speaker 1: the very next day, January 4th, 2005. If you could
- 52:20Speaker 1: turn to slide 29. So the day after the phone
- 52:25Speaker 1: call we've just discussed, has Redacted provided you with a
- 52:28Speaker 1: deposit slip for January 4th, 2005? Answer, yes. Question, and
- 52:34Speaker 1: did she deposit cash that day? Answer, yes. Question, about
- 52:39Speaker 1: how much? Answer, she deposited about $ 150, $ 100 bill, two
- 52:44Speaker 1: 20s and a 10. Question, just so we're clear on
- 52:46Speaker 1: the timeline, on January 3rd, 2005, Redacted and Redacted's phone
- 52:51Speaker 1: numbers were talking to each other And the very next day,
- 52:54Speaker 1: redacted deposited cash? Answer, yes. Question, all right, turning to
- 52:59Speaker 1: slide 30. Is this an excerpt from the phone record
- 53:01Speaker 1: for redacted cell phone? Answer, yes. Question, focusing on about
- 53:07Speaker 1: halfway down the highlighted line, are those records of calls
- 53:10Speaker 1: on September 16th, 2004? Answer, yes. Question, and what does
- 53:15Speaker 1: this record reflect? Answer, that a call was made at
- 53:18Speaker 1: around 2.08 p.m. on September 16th between redacted and redacted. Question,
- 53:23Speaker 1: so sticking with the same day, September 16th, 2004, let
- 53:27Speaker 1: me ask, have you reviewed flight records from Jeffrey Epstein's
- 53:30Speaker 1: private jet? Answer, yes. Question, and do those record log
- 53:34Speaker 1: flights that he took on his private jet? Answer, yes. Question,
- 53:39Speaker 1: and do those records also include flight manifests that show
- 53:42Speaker 1: what individuals were on the flight? Answer, yes. Question, so
- 53:46Speaker 1: turning to slide 31, what's the record excerpted here? Answer,
- 53:52Speaker 1: so this shows that there was a departure on September
- 53:55Speaker 1: 16th from JFK to West Palm Beach, and it lists
- 53:58Speaker 1: all the individuals that were on the flight. Question, just
- 54:01Speaker 1: to take a step back for context, can you just
- 54:04Speaker 1: explain for the grand jury what the different fields are
- 54:07Speaker 1: in this record? What kind of log this is? Answer,
- 54:11Speaker 1: so this is a flight log. It shows the dates
- 54:14Speaker 1: that he's flown out, his aircraft has flown out, and
- 54:17Speaker 1: shows from location and to the arrival destination. Question, turning
- 54:21Speaker 1: to the field on the far left and going down
- 54:24Speaker 1: to the part where we've put an arrow. Does that
- 54:27Speaker 1: reflect a flight on September 16th, 2004? Answer, yes. Question,
- 54:32Speaker 1: do you recognize the airport codes to the right of
- 54:35Speaker 1: that that reflect the point of departure and arrival? Answer, yes. Question,
- 54:40Speaker 1: so what is the particular flight? Answer, so this is
- 54:43Speaker 1: JFK in New York. PBI is West Palm Beach. Question,
- 54:48Speaker 1: in addition to this log of different flights, have you
- 54:51Speaker 1: also looked at the particular flight manifest for September 16th,
- 54:55Speaker 1: 2004 flight that we've been talking about? Answer, yes. Question,
- 54:59Speaker 1: turning to page 32. Is this the passenger manifest that
- 55:03Speaker 1: we've been talking about? Answer, yes. Question, is this the
- 55:07Speaker 1: passenger manifest for the September 16th, 2004 flight we've just
- 55:11Speaker 1: talked about? Answer, about halfway down to the area, there
- 55:15Speaker 1: is a circle showing Is that a circle that you've
- 55:18Speaker 1: added for this presentation? Answer, yes. Question, is Redacted listed
- 55:23Speaker 1: as a passenger on a flight on September 16th, 2004?
- 55:28Speaker 1: Question or answer, yes. Question, what are the listed times
- 55:32Speaker 1: and departures and arrival locations for this flight? Answer, so
- 55:36Speaker 1: they departed at 8.05 p.m. and arrived in West Palm
- 55:40Speaker 1: at 10.16 p.m. Question, just so we have the timeline straight,
